Norco prices are absurd

I already knew this, but I was browsing and it made me angry again. I saw one vendor selling 15 count for $165 ($11 each). Another vendor has 100 count for $1,200 ($12 each). Norcos have acetaminophen which in my opinion should really bring the price down. You have to either deal with the hassle of removing it or try not to consume too much. Its pretty ridiculous how expensive they are. I can kind of justify high prices for oxy because it's stronger and no apap, but Norcos I don't see the appeal. They should be like $6-8 max and discounted even more for bulk. Also not to mention there are so many fake replicas going around.

Someone needs to get a plug for pure oxycodone powder and start pressing that shit. But don't overdose the pills because that will lead to death and shit

The rescheduling really fucked shit up. While a SIII, the prices were right at that point 6-8/pill. Its fuck hard to get right now and the scheduling makes a huge difference now.

As a long term opioid addict, I can say that I actively prefer Norco to Oxy. I understand that from a "strength" perspective, Oxy is stronger and is also around $1/mg, so yeah, Oxy is technically a better deal. From a morphine equivalent perspective, Oxy is around 1.5-2 times "stronger" than Norco. Even taking "morphine equivalent" doses, I still prefer Norco. The high is different. I find that Oxy tends to be a little "rough around the edges" on the high. Norco is a smoother high. For me, its not due to the relative weakness or strength since I adjust my dosing accordingly depending on which I'm taking. I tend to take Norco most of hte time, but I pop Oxy's here and there (but I am subject to opi-rage on Oxy, so I have to watch it. I get hyper aggressive if I take too many Oxys).

So why the pricing differential? I think its just due to poor supply. I think those who divert pharmaceuticals probably tend to divert Oxy mroe than they do Norco. But Norco is highly popular and thus puts pressure on the price. This is a complete unproven theory, but I do think if Norco was diverted in the same quantities as Oxy, the price would be lower. I think when someone is diverting, since norco is also a SII, the one diverting probably tends to divert Oxy (since they are technically equal effort). Its kind of like when OPEC fucks with oil pricing by constricting or relaxing the oil supply. Prices get artificially high or low not bc of changes in demand but more in changes in supply. Oxy has plenty of fakes too. Unfortunately both pills are counterfeited.

IRL prices where i reside are 1$ a mg whether it be hydro or oxy. Different locations have different prices. Some people like hydro more than oxy. Also, vendors can charge those prices because people will buy them because it is convenient.

Adderall is close to 1$ a mg on the DNM's and IRL most people can get it for extremely cheaper. Convenience is a factor.
