Vendors can have 20 open orders with timelock multisig, then just dissapear and wait for their coins to pop up in their wallets. don't be fooled by timelocks, it does not protect the customer in any way, you could just as good have bought with FE.

False. If the multi-sig is 2 of 3, the customer can contact the market, and together with the market (2 of 3) they can return the funds to the customer before the timelock hits (on East India this is 30 days)
