Hotel Drop Idea. Criticism welcome.

I've worked at a high end hotel in Hollywood and a lower tier hotel in the Midwest and the process was the same for each. Tons of mail came in every day for guests. Some of which were in house, some of which hadn't arrived yet, and some of which didn't even have a reservation. People stay in hotels under pseudonyms all the time. It won't throw any red flags if the name on the pack isn't in the system. Your privacy is paramount to their bottom line and the guest is ALWAYS right. The last thing the guy behind the counter is going to do is ask you questions and since they'll just file it and hold it for you indefinitely the chances of the cops staking the place out and catching you picking it up are minimal.

Pick a second tier hotel. A Holiday Inn Express, or a Fairfield Inn. Walk in at 10 o'clock pm. The manager is gone. Guaranteed there is one employee in the whole hotel. The only thing between you and your package is a teenager named "Brayden." You walk up to the desk and say you're expecting a piece of mail and tell them your name. If the expression on the young man's face does not change immediately to "FUCK FUCK FUCK THIS IS THE GUY WTF DO I DO" then you're good.

It's a pretty safe bet under normal conditions. If you have a buddy at the front desk or if you work there it's absolutely bulletproof.

this works perfectly, but your presence blends better around checkin or checkout time when the desk clerk is under pressure to handle guest transactions quickly. One sticky point is that hotel desk staff are trained to spot fake ID's and will call LE if you present one to them. Bonus points if your pack looks like legal documents.

My only thought is you would always have to have tracking number to know when it arrives. Not every vendor does that and most aren't willing to give out until a dispute or missing pack

so whats about security cams...like to see you face in tv?

and assuming anyone working in a hotel is a fool is a pretty risky bet...but well..never worked at one..so you may be the professional here...lol

edit²: thinking about it...i highly doubt that every vendor will do ship a hotel adress.and if he does...he must be a fool if he is giving refunds and stuff. like you just said, anyone can come and take the package...

Don't do this, I work front desk at a hotel and if the manager doesn't see name in house (here) or arriving in next day, he sends it back to return address, He's actually told me that people will ship weapon parts or drugs and mail them to the hotel. He tells the front desk not to accept anything unless the customer is here. I work at a "second teir hotel"

I dont have much to add in regards to ops post (seems plausable if hes careful)

But in regard to drop points, lately i have found abndonded businesses to be good drops. They need to be recently abandoned and theyll usually have a for lease sign in the window. When i say abandoned i dont mean in shambles. I just mean its not currently occupied.

I have been using a few businessez that used to be a law office district. So they look sort of like houses kinda. I got this idea after passing by a couple abandoned places that had packages sitting at the door but nobody was ever there. This one particular place had a box sit there for three days.

I was sort of amazed it wasnt stolen.

Anyways, just thought idea drop that idea off.

I know what you're up to, Brayden!

But seriously, my girlfriend goes out of town fairly often and she uses "dabs" as her migraine medication. Laugh all you want but the shit fuckin' works! I've seen her halved over in the fetal position in the bathroom from the pain, and when I've worked up a dab for her, she's fairly instantly able to at least take care of herself. She can take herself to bed, or even meds that she was otherwise too struck with pain to do. She sends it to a fake name at the same hotel/room she's in. Works like a charm.

Wow this is so terribly awful.

If the expression on the young man's face does not change immediately to "FUCK FUCK FUCK THIS IS THE GUY WTF DO I DO" then you're good.

Really? So if the guy is not a good actor, in Hollywood!!!, then you're good to go. Fuck you OP! Don't pick up drugs at a Hollywood hotel they will be waiting for you.

wait, for this method would you actually stay at the hotel that night? If so, how do you book a room without giving a valid credit card (your identity)?

If you're not actually staying for a night, are you just walking up and acting as though you're a guest looking for their package?

What if Brayden doesn't know where your package is/cannot find it?

[2 Points] BudgetBuyer:

Can confirm, work at Hotel front desk.

a high end hotel in Hollywood...

Where there some HIGH END Hookers working there ;-)

[1 Points] pooppooppants:

I honestly think this isn't the smartest idea. Being on security cams getting the package and dealing with now an additional third party, that's sketch. If the cops find the drugs in the USPS package, your fucked either way and there will be an investigation. I would honestly just ship it to your address. Much safer and less suspicion, you can always deny it in court.

you can always order to a hotel, they just look at your "ID" and give your package.

[1 Points] PussyMoneyWeed024:

I was thinking about doing this if I was to attend a music festival abroad for example. However, that would mean I'd send my shit to the hotel I'm staying at. Would it still be a good idea?

[0 Points] maxturbator:

This was a brilliant idea...until you posted it here.

[0 Points] A_Wild_Interloper:

No you don't stay there you just walk up to the desk and ask for your package and the guy gives it to you after possibly checking your ID.

Dude WTF Are You Talking About??????????????

it's absolutely bulletproof.

There Is No BulletProof Plan When You're Buying Illegal Drugs From The Internet And Having Them Delivered Via USPS

Contrary To What You Believe About Hotels, %99,9 Of Guests Don't Get Mail Delivered To Hotels. It Really Just Doesn't Happen Very Often. Also, Don't You Think The Staff Will Eventually Find It Shady That The Same Guy Who's Not Even A Guest At The Establishment Keeps Getting Packages Shipped To A Hotel Over And Over And Over Again?????????? Most Importantly, Your Idea Requires You To Rent A Hotel Room Every Time You Want A Fucking Package. Don't You Think That's A Total Waste Of Money????? Don't You Think The Staff Will Eventually Be Like "WTF Is This Guy Doing? He Keeps Coming Here For One Night, Gets A Package Delivered, And Leaves"
