Decrypt it with your private key.

pgp is as simple as downloading a program. Do you have pgp installed? If not, you never created a key, therefore you will not be able to decrypt.

What PGP client are you using and what operating system are you running it on?

it seems that you dont have PGP so he wont of encrpted it to your PGP public key so you wont be able to decrypt it anyway. Usually if they have your public key they can encrpyt to it and you can unencrypt it with your private key but i dont think you know anything about PGP from you comments below so i suggest you learn or leave the DN now or you will be giving your address out unencrypted and thats not a good time.

Don't know why everyone's being an ass to you, everyone has to start somewhere right? Everybody here at one point didn't have a clue about encryption etc.
Basically, pgp is a method of encrypting messages, seeing as you don't know what pgp is you probably haven't made a key or installed gpg, which means you won't be able to decrypt the message because you don't have a pgp key (which is needed to encrypt a message specifically for you)
Edit: it's possible they've sent you their pgp key
If you don't even know what PGP platform you're using or what a private key is chances are its not even encrypted with your public key and its just gobboldy gook you'll never be able to read.
