How to contact vendors through email

I notcied a lot of vendors have their email listed and its usually from safe-mail.net. Should I make an account with safe-mail and then email the vendor. Should the email be in pgp? Also, I'm assuming all of this is done on the clearnet. Thanks and if any of you knew where to find a list of some of the more popular vendors' emails that would be great.

Yes, or use sigaint.

Yes. This assures you that the vendor is indeed the one you want to correspond with. If they cannot decrypt your email, then you may have been given a fake email address for them. Check for their PGP key on Gram's InfoDesk:

No. Absolutely not. Always use Tor when creating or accessing your darknet email account. If you connect directly to your email account without using Tor, you just linked your home IP address to an email account that is sending encrypted messages to a known vendor.
