Is it unusual for a vender to deny giving out the tracking number?

Vender says pack was marked delivered but I never received it. Its a PO box so I find that very strange. Hes offered a free reship but wont provide tracking. How concerned should I be about a pack just floating around? I dont feel comfortable receiving anything else to this PO without knowing what happened.

A vendor should never give out tracking numbers. If a buyer was LE they would be able to flag all packages from that series of tracking numbers. LE could intercept other packages or get strong evidence for package profiling. I never understood why C9 had a feature where vendors could post tracking numbers for buyers routinely. Very bad opsec.

That's normal. Get the reship. Package was probably delivered to your P.O box neighbor who is now smoking your shit, or the mailman stole it.

Who knows package my show up then you get 2. It happens

Was it marked delivered recently? I've had packages marked delivered and they took another day or two to come in, USPS tracking can be a bitch sometimes, plus its the holidays so it's been acting up. Currently have a tracking number saying it's estimated to be delivered 3 days ago, has yet to show up or update, more than likely their tracking is fucking up like usual.

I heard that too many look-ups on the site for the tracking number, or multiple IPs, gets the box flagged.
