So what have you tried? What worked? What didn't? What error messages are you seeing, if any? If you want help, help us to help you. Otherwise, GIYF.

It's kinda difficult on just Debian for a noob so I don't have high hopes that it would work on Tails, you would still have to route it through Tor manually & IP leaks are a concern.

Hi. We use Genymotion. It's complicated to set up but you could check out the prominent forums on Tor for details.
But proper opsec would be to use a burner phone without a sim over VPN. That's the correct way to go. We use Genymotion just for our testing purposes.

I would run an emulator or use something like VMware or Virtualbox to run Android. Once it's up and running you would download a VPN from Play Store and the same with Wickr. Run Wickr behind VPN. You will now be using Wickr safely through a VPN and Tor and for added security you could setup a VPN to run after Tails rums through Tor.

I don't understand why you feel that is neccasary? Encrypt everything and your good to go IMO. The feds don't give two fucks if somebody uses a texting app; but I like to assume there watching my every keystroke so I'd assume they are seeing your messages, but you encrypted them so all is gravy.
Its overkill IMO
