Sorry if not the right place to post this. first time posting. 5 star rated Dream vendor. 2FA login being used.. somehow PGP was changed...any dream admins or anyone who can reach them faster than the way support recommended. HAVE TONS OF INFO CAN VERIFY AND PROVE WHO WE ARE!! PLEASE HELP. willing to pay for the help. thanks if wrong place to post this please advise we'll move etc.
ok after reading others comments below 13 days no response from mods? Anyone from Dream out there care to chime in or help or some pass a msg along?
(If any vendor would like to earn some free merch/some bitc by posting some similar listings to my products with a MSG/note on there so my main customer base well contact you and you can pass along a msg for us so they know how to contact us.
unless were not seeing how, but no way to msg Dream users unless they msg Vendor first? Is that right? we def cant msg users from a basic user account. Or we dont know how if it is? if anyone has any insight into this..
our only other recourse is to setup new account repay vendor bond. and then post similar listings ourselves. we are still waiting for wallet corruption vendor bond charge to get corrected. we were charged again for our vendor bond. when servers crashed and wallet files were corrupted....
main reason we are sharing all this is so other vendors/users know what we are dealing with and receiving no response from market.
Again if any vendors want to help us out with that thing so we can get in touch with our customers PM us and well make it worth your while. thanks everyone and hope someone has some insights into all this.
Dream has been known to randomly take over vendor accounts for a while. You're screwed. Post your vendor name and warn people away from Dream so they don't get scammed and blame you.
