[Vendor Complaint] Dilaudid from rxman (US to US)

I placed my order on Wednesday the 2nd. The shipping options are Priority (2-day) and Express (1-day). His vendor page says he always messages you a tracking number but I never never received any messages from him. When my order didn't come on Monday the 7th I asked him for a tracking number. I never got a response from him but on the same day he posted something on his vendor page stating that due to holiday delays at the post office (? it's not like people are sending each other 4th of July cards) that anyone who placed their order on the 3rd or later should expect their order by the 8th for Express or the 9th (today) for Priority. My order didn't come again today. I don't know what's going on but there's no way that Priority mail should take over a week to get to it's destination. His update about the delays seems weird also - I could understand a one day delay because the post office was closed on Friday the 4th, but 3, or 4 days? My dad mailed me something on Monday regular mail and I receieved it today. Also, I can't find anything online about USPS delays due to the holiday. I'll update if he answers my second message to him.

I hope this is true about priority because I'm missing packages by a certain vendor on agora and evo who is mia for the last week or so. He also said he shipped on the 3rd.
