So there was a problem sitewide with orders and I'm missing a little over 0.41 btc that a customer released. I have contacted the help desk who told me to message battlestar. I did several times waiting a few days in between but there has been no response. The help desk is not so helpful either as they just say he's been busy and will get around to helping me. It has been over 2 weeks now and I still do not see my coins in my wallet.
Just a warning to vendors thinking about vending on that site.
Above is what I posted last time. Talked with /u/dimitricm on crypto and he said he would help. This was 1 month ago. Still nothing. Stay away from crypto and avoid their scamming market.
See now there's your problem, it's an old ticket, it got pushed back by the new ones. Did you ever make a new ticket? No there isn't a site-wide problem with orders. There was one several months ago and it was taken care of quickly and it was orders not being able to be accepted or canceled and we had to manually do it. Go to Crypto, open a new ticket, I'll get there and then I'll have an admin take a look as soon as one gets on. Send me a message about your issue in depth. See, simply messaging me would get all this taken care of quickly - how many attempts did you make to contact a support staff or forum moderator?
