BigMuscles handling %99 of support tickets is bullshit

I got banned on AB forum for spam, which makes 0 sense because I never spammed, you can see for yourself if you search my username there (same as on reddit).

I have super important business conversations on the forum and I have products I purchased on the market delivered through forum PM that I can't access any more.

It says if it was a mistake ban, then to contact a admin. So I made a support ticket under one category, BigMuscles closes it within 5 minutes, tried 2 more categories and the same thing happened. Finally I said fuck it and tried to submit a ticket saying I am media, still BigMuscles closes the ticket within 5 minutes with no response.

Please AB, hire somebody else to deal with tickets BigMuscles is a little too hard to deal with, also unban "FatGus" on the forum, I will pay you or a admin/mod on the forum to do this. Thanks.

Can confirm. BigMuscles hasnt replied to a dispute started 2 months ago after much back and forth. Still an open dispute now.
