Vendor on TorEscrow Marketplace told me to send my info through Privnote. Is it safe? I personally don't believe it's safe. Should I just tell him to cancel the order or should I go through with it?

cancel, this vendor has no idea what he/she is doing.

A few of the better vendors try to discourage the use of 25 years old conumer-level encryption. Privnotes require java.
quickforget notes are preferable. Law Enforcement hace to unerase the disks of two sets of servers for your shipping details.
Surespot P2P 256 bit encrypted messenger for android and iphone seems to be the favourite of privacy groups. The NSA and GCHQ have suppressed the release of computer-based encryption software for a quarter century. You never hear them complain about PGP nowadays.
Vendors dont write down their name and address. Most will happily use PGP because the false sense of security is good for sales.
Its best to give your shipping details "off-market"
I wouldn't trust Privnote. I also wouldn't trust a vendor that encourages you use it. I would cancel the order and find someone else that takes the safety of their customers seriously. Always use PGP.
