Signing for package?

I'll make this short, I've never posted on this sub before, as I've never had problems with an order. But at the beginning of November I purchased some MDMA from Qualitywhite on alphabay. I am in the US so I expected a bit of a wait, but after almost 3 weeks and nothing coming in, I decided to get the tracking info from him. He sent me a link to https://www.internationalparceltracking.com/ and a tracking number. After looking up it up, the last 2 updates seemed slightly strange. About 6 days ago at 9:57 it was updated saying "Driver is en route" and one minute later it says "Shipment available at collection location." Needless to say it has never shown up. After poking around on their site I found this which worries me. http://anony.ws/image/JZBK It says "To ensure safe delivery of your parcel, we need a signature to confirm successful delivery."

I've read time and time again to never sign for a delivery. What do you guys think could be going on?

If it's an international package and has tracking you have to sign for it. No harm in doing so.

I don't see the problem in signing for things, it has your name on it why wouldn't you sign it? What actual reason would you have to refuse a package unless you were legitimately concerned for uni-bombers or some shit.
