Hey all, I used to use SR quite frequently, but after losing a considerable amount of money in the crash I decided to let the market settle. Recently, I started purchasing from DNMs again, namely Agora, but one of my first transactions has hit a snag. I have already ordered from this vendor 3 times. The vendor is reputable, and I received all orders extremely promptly. But something strange happened on the 4th order. I haven't received it in 7+ days whereas the other orders arrived within 2. The vendor and I have been talking back and forth, and the vendor offered me a re-ship or a refund. Now my question is, is re-shipping a bad idea? The vendor said the tracking number produced no results which seems strange to me. I don't want to re-ship if it's just going to disappear again. At the same time, this vendor is receiving 10+ 5/5 feedbacks per day, so I doubt LE is onto the vendor or something like that. I would like to continue doing business with this vendor because he/she is professional and the product is great. Has anyone ever re-shipped on a lost order? Any advice/help is appreciated as I'm not sure what to do. Thanks.
reships are a fairly common occurrence for lost orders. if you're worried you might not receive the reship, have it sent to a friend whom you can trust to hold onto it for you until you can go pick it up.
