Questions about PGP.

I looked up this question on here and none of the links worked for me.

If I send a PGP encrypted message to someone how are they suppose to decrypt it? Am I suppose to have my PGP key in my profile? Do you send my PGP key to them in a separate message?

For example if I want to buy something of the DNM do I send them my address encrypted in the "notes" section right before I press "confirm purchase" or will they're be another option for me to send my address to the vendor? How are they suppose to know what my address if if it's encrypted with my PGP key?

When you send a PGP message, your key has nothing to do with it. You must first import their public key, then encrypt your message to that. They need your public key to encrypt messages to you, not to decrypt messages from you. The vendor will be able to decrypt the message containing your address because you will encrypt is with their public key, not with yours.

Edit: Your key has something to do with it if you choose to PGP sign the message, but I don't think that's what you were asking.

You use their public key to encrypt it and they use their private key to decrypt it.
