Guess I should just start at the beginning.
Its so damned hard finding a reliable supplier of top shelf-ish weed.
A month or two back I ran across SWD, offering QPs and up on some beautiful indoor. I went ahead and ordered a QP for $550, iirc. I got some AMAZING blackberry kush. Absolutely no complaints, this stuff was at least a 9/10. So I ordered again. This time I got Black Cherry Soda, and while it wasn't quite as awesome as the BBK, it was still very nice. Easily a 8.5/10, if not a 9 itself. Cool. Order again, a HP this time iirc, and I get "Special Recipe". Crap, this stuff is nice/ok, probably an 8.
This whole time I'm messagin SWD, telling him/her/they my expectations and such (my clients only care about getting the best product), trying to cultivate a relationship. Because, as I said before, its hard to find a reliable supplier of top shelf-ish weed. And when you do find one you want to stick with them and make some damned money.
I tell SWD that I'm concerned that the decline in quality may be indicative. That perhaps the BBK and BCS were loss leaders to gather a client base, and over time the quality will continue to degrade so SWD may maximize profit. I reiterate that I have no use for Good/Fine/Ok/Fair weed. I need Great/Awesome/Best.
SWD SAYS I CAN NAME MY STRAIN IN MY PGP INFO, AND IF ITS NOT IN STOCK THEY WILL CANCEL THE ORDER
So my next order I specify "bbk or bsc or equivalent. If you cannot oblige please cancel my order". Next day its marked shipped with the standard "thanks for ordering" boilerplate message. Cool! That must mean they had some nice shit in stock and that's what I'll be receiving! Right?
Wrong. I was sent a HP of dogshit Skywalker OG. This stuff is, at best, a 6.5/10. Its loose, leafy, lacks calyx's, has a boring/bland/absent smell, etc. I question whether its actually indoor. Looks like some halfway decent light dep outdoor.
I'm understandably upset. This is the worst shit they've sent yet, and directly in contravention of the consideration they freely offered; naming my strain/quality. I msg SWD letting him/her/them know I'm upset, and I get some Comcast level of customer service. Except not once were the words "I'm sorry" uttered. Mostly just nipple tweaking at my discontent. When confronted with the fact that my instructions re; strain and canceling the order were not respected, SWD responds "we don't do business like that, not sure where you got that idea". Mother fucker, I got it from you! Still SWD refuses to admit any sort of mistake was made, rather sticks to their guns saying "we held up our end of the deal in everyway", and instead tells me to take my business elsewhere. Communications since then have devolved into a volley of "mother fuck"s and "fuck you"s.
So a big ole "FUCK YOU" to the cunts behind SWD and their selective dogshitting.
Oh, almost forgot to mention SWD admitted that if their growers grow it, they're going to send it to some unlucky asshole. For surely they're not going to sit on something and take a hit themselves.
We refunded this guy today. Our feedbacks clearly show that we provide nothing but top notch product and service. Nobody else complained about the skywalker and he definitely already sold our bud, and made a profit no doubt. Yet we refunded him and lost over a grand. Who got scammed here?
