Agora and the resolution process.

So Agora is my go to site. Never had a problem before, had bought about 40 times since May.

August 5th, I make an order with Cornettos. I have been buying from him since The sheep days and possibly SR1. I cant remember that far back. Again never had a problem and the quality of his hash was always excellent for the money.

So 6 days past and nothing so I send him a message. Conrettos used to be next day delivery but since he started selling every drug known to man his delivery times have suffered. Now they usually take about 4-5 days. Never longer. So on day 6 I send him a message asking him what the situation was. No reply. I also notice he asked me to FE and then immediately marked as shipped after I made the purchase. I didn't FE by the way.

The next day I check here as I always do and I see a Cornettos scammer thread. Have seen these in the past. People say he is, people say he isn't etc. But this time his feedback is littered with people calling him a scammer and I notice he is know on vacation mode.

So I open the resolution process on the 13th. Thinking this is a fairly open and shut case and should be resolved within a few days. Well its the 18th today and its not resolved. Whats worse is when I opened the resolution process Bitcoin was at $570 now its down to $490 and its still dropping. So now im slightly panicking. I go back to Agora and I have no messages from support so I go into the order thread and I see somebody from the resolution asking Cornettos to respond. Really? Cant they see he is on vacation, cant they see his feedback? I cant see any way to contact the people so I just put a message in the order chat, but I doubt these get checked daily.

UPDATE: Cornettos has messaged me kind of. But he is there despite being on vacation. I sent him my address encrypted of course , my order is all I want. I would rather not get refund for obvious reasons. Also the resolution messages have been removed from the order.

I had to send a message to support on C9 every couple hours asking them to refund my BTC before they did anything, and even then it took 5+ days.

If they refund your BTC, they don't get commission. Admins of the darknetmarkets get commission even on scams.

That's why these forums tell you guys to do your research and don't order from people who are known selective scammers even if they worked for you in the past.

edit

known selective scammer starts selling a lot of other drugs he never used to sell? big red flag if I ever seen it

If he asks to FE then you should either FE or not order from him.
