How is Hansa exactly safe / multisig.

When I order from Hansa I get a address where I need to deposite my BTC to complete the order. This address is not mutlisig 2-2 nor 2-3. Multisig addresses always begin with a 3. I understand they might transfer the btc to a true multisig address after, but this breaks all the hope that people have in them for preventing exit scams.

It's optional 2-of-3 multisig for buyers. By default you're just sending them coins and they act as escrow until finalize.

Exit scams are impossible, but paper trail is more available. You're litterally dealing between wallets, without an escrow that mixes the coins from everyone participating.

The myth that Hansa is wholly objectively and decisively better than escrow needs to stop being propagated. If a vendor wallet was ever compromised, and the new Proof of Concept software set to be demoed by that guy who made a post a week or so earlier holds true (addresses can be linked to wallets), then you may have a problem theoretically.
