Vendor Colorado: My theory and personal concerns

About two weeks ago, I posted this thread: http://www.reddit.com/r/DarkNetMarkets/comments/36nzd4/just_received_a_package_from_colorado_but_it_was/

I wanted to expand on this as people think I'm lying and am Colorado himself or some shit. I am definitely not him. I purchased a relatively small amount of weed from him shortly before the scamming accusations began. I believe I was one of his last legitimate orders before he decided to exit scam.

As my previous thread states, I DID receive a package from Colorado after a month of it being in limbo, and it WAS probed.

Let me explain in more detail what the package looked like as I don't have any pictures. The box appeared to be squeezed, as if to force the sides to crack open (but not actually open the package) to insert the probe. The vaccuum sealed bags had two small holes adjacent to eachother that pierced through three layers, but not the final, clear layer that contained the weed. From what I've heard, it might have been a camera probe? I really don't know. There was a faint, but noticable hint of weed from the box itself if sniffed upclose. I'm assuming this is from the probe.

The package was dropped off at the address I requested and was not a controlled delivery. There was no interaction with a mailman or any signing for the package. It was dropped off, and I picked it up. As to why the package was held in limbo, probed, and then shipped to the address, I do not know. The amount of time it was held in the shipping facility, and the obvious probing, they HAD to have known there was weed in there. I have no answer for why they would still ship it without doing a controlled delivery.

Also, I have not been visited by LE or had any suspicion to believe I am under surveillance of any sort. It appears I'm in the clear as it's been nearly two weeks since the package was delivered.

Now, my theory. Colorado meant good, at first. I believe he shipped a bad batch (my package being included in that), that got profiled, probed, and held. Colorado picked up on this after checking the tracking numbers which showed many packages were still in the shipping facility in Colorado well after he shipped them. He realized he was going to have to clean shop and get off the radar, so he decided he might as well exit scam since he's already been fucked.

So, to some, he didn't intentionally try to scam, but once he realized that he was profiled, he began to exit scam.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should do? Is my address burnt? Am I safe? Any comments and discussion are appreciated. I know most of you are trying to forget about being scammed, but I just wanted to clarify a few things. Packages from Colorado ARE being probed, and the vendor Colorado IS a scammer.

I won't be posting anymore on this account. So leave comments and I will read them!

Describing the amount as "relatively small" renders this post almost useless.

If you're ordering less than an oz of weed through the mail in the US, and you don't live in a tiny backwoods town/county full of psychopathic cops and prosecutors, you are FINE. chill the fuck out. no one is CDing you over a half oz or whatever. cops and their bosses don't care about extending the effort to warrant and CD over personal use (no cash to seize, no fish to flip), prosecutors won't charge it (no glory to be had in sentencing some idiot over something tiny) and some state drug labs won't even test it. Weed, despite its mail drug felony status and scheduling, is lowest priority ESPECIALLY personal use coming through the mail.

If you're talking something a prosecutor could spin as weight (~4 oz or more), they've missed their opportunity to CD you and guess what, you're still fine, though you might have gotten lucky.

all this advice assumes you only order weed. if you're ordering heroin or meth or something, or routinely receiving weight, this no longer applies.

Are you the guy who had his precious linens destroyed?

Everyone says the probe didn't pass through the final layer

And you really don't think it was co probing it himself. Smh...

Usps isn't retarded they know how to properly probe a package.
