[Product Inquiry] (Methadone) breakthrough opiod?

What I am searching for is an opiod which has been used with much success as a breakthrough drug for those on Methadone. I am having trouble finding its name now (let alone a source). It is used in places with progressive opiate treatment programs.

The drug is given to those on methadone maintenance, who continue to use heroin and other opiates (specifically those seeking breakthrough for pain, dopamine etc). It's had amazing results where most patients offered this drug with their methadone stopped using other opiates.

I'm very interested in experimenting with this drug, and perhaps adopting it in to daily regimen.

I know it would also be hugely in demand for those seeking to break through their methadone (or other long acting opiate).

Thanks for any info.

Edit: Come on. Now I think people are just taking the piss. :( This is an opiod agonist and analgesic, not an antagonist or psychedelic...

What I'm talking about is an actual opiod agonist that is clinically used in conjuncture with methadone. It's binding affinity allows it to break through methadones "blocking effect" which renders most opiods useless.

Are you thinking of Suboxone/Subutex maybe?

[2 Points] ACreepyThrowaway:

I know a ton of people that have had luck with oxymorphone breaking through.

Besides Opana, I haven't heard of a drug used specifically for this with Methadone.

Related:

Doctors usually prescribe Tramadol as a breakthrough medication for people on Buprenorphine for pain. Apparently since it isn't a typical opioid it can still work even with Bupe's Kung Fu grip on receptors.

Edit: I did a search and I am not turning up anything on any drug used specifically for breakthrough while on 'done.

I saw recommendations by people using either Oxymorphone, Hydromorphone and Fentora (IR fentanyl). Those make sense since they are so potent. Almost everyone's doctor seems to have them on OxyIR or Hydrocodone for breakthrough, even while using 'done.

I would be interested to hear if I missed something.

Here is a link to info about the use of Fentora (buccal fentanyl):
