I just succesfully contacted the testcenter again. She told me the chemical name '2-phenyl-2-(methylamino)cyclohexanone'. So conclusion: The substance is indeed New-Ket, with this wiki page. Although New-Ket is a silly name, I don't know what else to call it anymore as the name Deschloroketamine created so much confusion in my case. The person on the phone told me to better not use it by the way, as it is a pretty new and unknown substance, which has only been researched a bit in the form of medicine, where dosages could be much lower. It is a harm reduction service after all...

This is a paper on it's medicinal effects (in German). They tested the substance on humans with only 2 mg twice a week.
God bless you for getting it tested but so disappointing. Even if future batches are decent no one is going to trust this fuck again anytime in the near future
