AlphaBay stole my Vendor account

This is a cross post from /r/AlphaBay: -----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA512

I have posted this on the forums and contacted the moderators to no Avail so i thought i would post this here:

I have been a Vendor on alphabay for about 3 months now and have been doing this on the deepweb for about 4 years without a problem. The other day I put up a bunch of new listings and made the simple mistake on one of not selecting "physical package" a mistake easily made. I was contacted by a staff member named vaas who procedded to suspend my account without even warning and left about 7-8 BTC that wouldnt with withdraw to a timed grams helix adresse. I corrected the mistake as soon as i was made aware and contacted the staff member vaas to un-suspend withdrawls to no reply. I sign in before to find that all my listings are gone and when i click on the listings tab it asks me to pay the vendor bond again. I am losing business as we speak and this is a grossly disproportinate punishment to a minor infraction. Can i please have this fixed?

Your account was restored, but we accidentally deactivated vendor access when restoring it. We apologize for the mistake, everything is all right now, your stats / feedback isn't affected. Simply reactivate your listings and you're good to go.

Are you absolutely sure you want to go on record PGP-signing something saying the only thing that caused that is you accidentally listing one of your items as digital for a few minutes?

Final answer?

...Survey says?
