UI/UX for DNM

Hello Reddit, We are RebelArms. The admin team of new DNM that will be opening up in few weeks.

We are looking to find talent that would be interested in doing UI/UX work for DNM. We are considering holding design competition that would pay for winning submission. Winner would be selected via online voting. Does this sub allow this?

Youd better have a team of trusted people(not anonymous voters) to test the submissions. Could easily end up with a winning design from LE that has plenty of simple security issues

How can we get in touch? Let's say, I have a decade of experience specializing in UX and UI along with front-end development for incredible startups to Fortune 50's all primarily in eCommerce.

Very interested. I almost wanted to build my own because most of these experiences are not as intuitive as they should be. I also care about every KB of code and use DRY semantics when doing so.

I think you'd be better served having your core functionality checked/tested beforehand, rather than something like the UI. Naive users of times past were concerned with graphics. The focus in recent times have shifted, and quite rightly so, to security/safety.

In short: No one's gonna give two craps what your market looks like, so long as it works well.

Don't ask for anything public, shows a lack of initiative and skill amongst the core team.
