This all stems from a post we made earlier this week about our FE policy: https://www.reddit.com/r/DarkNetMarkets/comments/2nwo8r/vendor_festigear_here_how_can_i_improve_my/
Sheesh, what a shmuck.
One thing the Grand Wizard would note: "testing" does not mean "wait until this weekend so my friends and I can eat it first." It means "break out my reagent kits and make sure the substance is as advertised." The second is perfectly reasonable and shouldn't take more than a minute or two. The first is all kinds of stupid on numerous levels. Not only is it inconsiderate to your seller, it's putting yourself at risk.
