Ok so I've purchased from at least 15+ vendors over my DNM career and never once did I even think of giving bad feedback, until now. So I decided to try a different vendor (like I always do) and placed a small order. This vendor offered "OVERNIGHT EXPRESS" for like .08 BTC or something which I decided to to choose. The vendors page says "same day shipping with a certain deadline" which I made by 12+ hours. A couple hours later the vendor messaged me to tell me he can't ship out today, which I said ok no problem. The next day he said he shipped it at 3:35 and the cutoff was 3:30 so now it became 2 day, again I said no problem. Today I get my package and the first thing I do is look at the label. This fuck shipped it out the same day I ordered and paid $5.75 for regular priority like it was a regular order! It clearly states on all his product pages "Same day shipping by 2PM EST. Regular Priority 1-3 Days. Express -Overnight to most places, may take 2 days." I guess what is really pissing me off is the bullshitting I got and how fucking grimy it is. I paid for overnight and was expecting it in one day, but instead had to wait 3. On top of that, his stealth was AWFUL, I mean AWFULLLLLLL and his product was in the bottom 3 worst quality I've gotten on a DNM. Should I leave bad, neutral, negative or no feedback? Should I contact the vendor first or not? I haven't contacted him because I don't want to look like I'm trying to get free shit cause I'm not. Trust me with his stealth and the low quality I would seriously pass on anything free from him. Anyway, just want to do the "right" thing and definitly feel he deserves a neutral at the very least. Any thoughts?
Well contacting the vendor and allowing them a chance to respond is always a good thing to do. Don't really think there's any plausible explanations for that red-hot mess that I'd accept though. I think I'd just flat out tell him he's getting a crappy review and tell him exactly why:
