Vendor alleges employee theft

Ordered a package from a vendor on dream market. After about a week and a half of waiting after package was marked shipped, messeged them and asked what the deal was. Was informed that an employee of theirs had stolen from them and hadn't mailed packages, also informed that they would send out my pack. That was about a week ago, vendor is still communicating but I'm not sure how to handle this. If it's actually not on them I want to let them figure their shit out. But damn, 3 weeks is a long time... Should I dispute or keep waiting?

It's totally on them. I'd get ready for a dispute. And you should name and shame the vendor to help out the rest of the community. Although most vendors don't post or comment here, I garauntee that 95% of them lurk here. So there's a good chance he'll see this post and get his shit together in one paper bag. Vendor should upgrade shipping to FREE express shipping & it should be heavy!!!!! Hope you get it soon, be sure to do a review, shipping delays, no matter the cause is something we all need to know :-)

A true professional wouldn't let you know their own internal issues. They'd deal with that shit and honor their arrangement with you. Do you think RL companies do this shit? this is probably just anecdotal, but when xanaxking got busted and the feds had control of his xkloves.us account (from his private onion site), they told me the same exact thing when my pack had not arrived yet. then they asked for my address again to reship.

Who is the vendor???? A vendor pulled the same exact thing on me a few weeks ago and I am curious if it is the same one. You can PM me his name and if it is the same one we should out him IMO.

YES DISPUTE You are not at fault for whatever issue the vendor has, and the vendor is not relinquished from fulfilling your order because of internal issues.
