Anybody else had issues with their support? I have been waiting for over a week for mods to return >$250 worth of BTC due to their autorefund system's bugs. I know they claim to have a support backlog but to give not a single response and to see my coins being shuffled through their company's wallets doesn't give me a huge amount of confidence. Especially given that I've been a loyal patron before and after.

(They are not identical b/c market fluctuations:BTC/EUR). Only one was properly returned. (One transaction their system did properly accept.) The amount my original payments were off was only a small mBTC - most sites will then allow a second transaction, rather than immediately shunting the funds back. I'm not sure why the first 2 transactions did not work, as I simply copied the amount shown on the site, but electrum has on occassion dropped the final digit. Regardless, I now have my suspicions about why this system is set up the way it is, especially after mindful-chems post about not getting his payment for his very large purchase.

Report them to the Better Business Bureau. They will help you
