With all the influx of new markets and new users it seemed to me that some people we're lowering their standards for safely doing business on here. I sought to test the waters. I used the basic format for scamming. New vendor, FE, and great pricing.
All lies.
No one bite. From the general response that I got I feel that 95% of you saw right through it. Of course, if I had kept the account up there would have been those few who would have purchased but there will always be those. Maybe this will help to highlight?
Some rules never change.
Never FE. Before you say "what about trusted vendors?" let me point out that quite a few have gone rouge.
If it's an average of 30%+ lower than current market value, it's a lie. Even the dullest of vendors wouldn't charge that much less regardless of how much they get it for.
The vendor bond serves a two-fold purpose. The first being the obvious, to assist with startup cost. The second is the one concerning buyers. It's to weed out a large amount of the scammers. Of course, some will always pay a bond but most will not.
I put another flag in their as well that no one commented on. Please take in regards that if a vendor has enough chemicals to consider selling on the markets, he should be able to produce a picture of his product with some kind of sign. Not something added later.
Congratulations. This community as whole as proved itself. The two users who spoke against this account and even got down voted, kudos sirs. Even when your karma started dropping you allowed your posts to stay up for the few who would heed it.
