Vendor Warning - ThePartySquad

EDIT:

Me and ThePartySquad are currently resolving the issue. I apologize for jumping the gun, I might have been too paranoid. I will update when our problems will be resolved

EDIT2:

The vendor and I have found a solution and I am confident that the vendor is reliable and honest. ThePartySquad sorry for bashing your reputation.

Hi

I bought 10g of coke with TRACKING from the vendor ThePartySquad on April the 25th, so the pack was supposed to be shipped on Monday the 26th. Vendor could not open the PGP ecnrypted address and asked me to resend it (weird), I resent it the 26th with pgp, meaning the pack SHOULD have been be shipped the 27th. Vendor told me the 26th night that he could not open the PGP address the 2nd time (more weird), I resent it the 27th with PGP.

The vendor clearly states he will supply the tracking NR 24 to 48 hours from purchase, he stopped answering my messages and did NOT provide me with the tracking code.

He ignored all my messages and was not online since the 3rd of may on ALPHA, 2nd of may on DREAM.

I opened a dispute to not lose escrow, and the vendor came back online the 6th of may, saying:

"We've had some big delay problems but everything got shipped Today. (keep in mind, this is the SIXTH)

We from THEPARTYSQUAD are very sorry that your package did not got send earlier but that was for all our safety. From now on everything will get shipped in time. If you ordered with Express or Track and trace then i provide the tracking to you within the next 24hours. "

He then proceded to ignore my messages and did NOT provide tracking. He then randomly sent a message to the moderator the 9th:

"Hi Support,

You can give him the refund.

Regards,

TPS"

I spent the refund gladly, when me and the Moderator got contacted by ThePartySquad with 2 messages:

"Hi,

You got your money back but today I got the message that your order got shipped and I have a tracking number. How do we solve this now?

Regards,

TPS"

"Hi BigMuscles how do we solve this?

I can provide the tracking number.

Regards,

TPS"

I have waited for BigMuscles to answer, and today I recieved a pack of 10g of SPEED. I have checked the tracking and the package got shipped the 10th. He said the package got shipped and wanted the money for the coke the 9th!!

I strongly believe the vendor was trying to get me to pay him to the pack without escrow, showing a tracking number for 10g of SPEED instead of coke. I cannot leave feedback, as the dispute went in my favour.

BE CAREFUL OF THIS VENDOR GUYS, HE EITHER WILL EXIT SCAM SOON, or he will scam a lot of people in this cheecky manner, without recieving negative feedback, as disputes leave no option

MODS, please contact me so I can provide proof (i dont want to upload it here for security reasons)

Huh that's just weird. I ordered some pressed pills from TPS a while back on Nucleus. I also had strange interactions with him. I had to dispute the order to prevent auto-finalization (not unexpected for EU-US). Partially due to Nucleus' confusing interface, showing what looked like a vendor's page to me as a buyer, I accidentally released the coin from escrow. I don't recall the message, but there was something fishy. I think TPS said something about releasing the coins, and when I went to the dispute page it said something to the effect of "Release coins to buyer." Wish I could remember the details. It was definitely partially my fault.

In any case, I did eventually get the "Orange Pineapple" that I ordered (it took about 6 weeks, 3 of which was after the release of coins and I resigned myself to the loss). They were more yellow and didn't really match up with pill reports I found. They were not bound together tightly. I didn't test, but I would guess they were very low in MDMA content and high in speed. Definitely not optimal.

I concur with OP, avoid THEPARTYSQUAD.

Bigmuscles is the absolute lamest username the dark net has ever seen

Well, at the end of the day he's the one who is losing out by trying to scam you. He wasn't even slick about it, just imagine all of the people without too much experience will be scammed. Sorry to hear about this OP, and thanks for warning the community. Enjoy your free speed, if you are even into that!

In the end I received 10g of speed for free (which I am not going to pay, obviously). I am just wondering on how many people he has tried this scam on.

You can either PM me or message all of us through modmail. Please remove any of your personal details first. ;)

[2 Points] Vendor_BBMC:

Maybe it was an accident. After all, you got your money back and 10g of amphetamine for free. Scammers don't give full refunds.

You're one of those "the glass is half empty" guys aren't you?

[1 Points] notxid:

I wonder if this is something to do with Dream's PGP decryption abilities.

Having recently made my first orders there since Nucleus went down, two out of three vendors reported an inability to decrypt my address - despite using the very same method countless times since I started out on the markets and never having had an issue before.

I gave proof to the moderators.
