So, I've made two successful orders on Zion now, but more unsuccessful.
The first time, it processed two orders when I only put one through, and only partially paid each (although on my end it says I'd paid more than I had in my wallet). The vendor refunded me for one, but needed the payment for the other. Zion helped sort this out, they said it was a conversion rate problem.
Then, I placed an order on Friday, and paid in full. Over the weekend, however, the BTC price changed and I was $0.50 short of the full order price, so I spoke to Zion support and they marked the order as paid, but oneeyejacksstash refunded the order, without warning, and I lost money in the BTC rate fluctuation. I placed a cheaper order for $47, but the order says I've paid $94, despite only having $56 in my Zion wallet. It also says the payment hasn't confirmed after more than 24 hours.
Now, my messages to Zion support are not sending for whatever reason.
Really fucked off at the moment, since oneeyejacksstash responds to none of my messages and isn't sending my order, but I cannot talk to Zion support.
Can anyone help me out?
Sounds like Zion has some serious issues/bugs with their conversions...
