I used to use Tutanota, but their end-to-end encryption system pissed me off, because it didn't provide POP3/IMAP support, so I switched to Riseup.

You should stick to SIGAINT, and maybe start using BitMessage.

Sigaint is much secure in my opinion. You can also go to riseup.

Sigaint.

Just like you shouldn't trust closed-source crypto, you shouldn't trust corporate crypto. Stick to sigaint.

Sigaint. Even if they are the police it's squirrelmail and has a hidden service with a corresponding clearnet address - who can say no to that?

Another vote for Sigaint.
[1 Points] CookyDough:
I'd go with Sigaint.
Sigaint is reliable. I like their interface better. The only problem is every once in a great while you will get a bounce back message with certain email providers if they are using your onion email address.
