Hello, ordered some Molly from a vendor. Vendor took a while to ship, when I asked the vendor if he shipped it he assured me it would come the next day. It's been 15 or 16 days now and nothing. Opened a dispute before it autofinalized and the WSM-Support person told me to put wallet address in case of refund and told the vendor to process the order. The vendor has now been gone for 4 days and after I left my wallet address and asked for a refund support hasn't responded to me in 3 days. Any ideas why this is? I've heard support in WSM is fantastic and they were fast to answer when I opened the dispute but now I've heard nothing. Is there any amount of time I have to wait for a refund?
