[Trip Report/Vendor Review] Liquid Mushrooms from TripWithScience

Bias: Prefacing this by saying this is the first time I've ever taken shrooms, and that my only previous experience with psychedelics has been a singular tab of LSD. So a big pinch of salt and apology if I can't cover things precisely. Also my first time buying off the dark net, so my views on everything here are coming as a first timer.

*Regarding stealth, I have no clue what the standard of quality stealth/bad stealth is, but there wasn't any standout odor or visual indicator anywhere on the package, so I'm giving a 7/10 to simply indicate that I was satisfied, but don't want to throw anyone else off on whether the stealth is great/bad.

Trip Report

Sex: M

Height: 5'9/175cm

Weight: 155lb/70kg

Age: 23

Dosage: Two vials, which, according to the vendor page are about ~4g worth of mushrooms.

Setting: Home, no other people with me.

Duration: 7-8 hours

Before anyone points it out, yes, taking two vials was absolutely a stupid choice. I wanted to go "all in" and really see some whacky psychedelic stuff, and have an insane experience. I was also very impatient, and took it on a day where I had only an hour of sleep, so I was exhausted about halfway in. However, as a total rookie with no trip sitter and a stupid dose, the experience was still very exciting.

I had the expectation of insane visuals - the media portrayal of dragons flying out of the walls, etc. However, this wasn't really the case. Similar to my time on a tab of LSD, there was a lot of shifting, shimmering, subtle melding happening, which, while beautiful, wasn't insane.

With my eyes closed, however, I could honestly "see" whatever I wanted. Like when you're a child and can really see a book come to life, I could aptly visualize anything. Because I was so tired, I spent a lot of the trip with my eyes closed, though I think the shrooms didn't let me sleep. The visuals, the auditory experience with my eyes closed was simply spectacular.

At times, however, I was truly horrified. I realized I didn't have a real rudder or any sense of control. But once I accepted it and closed my eyes to enjoy the experience, it was extremely exciting, and it felt like I was a child again, going through the most insane adventure of imagination I could have.

I'll note that for whatever reason, I couldn't really enjoy music. It felt like all the sound was breaking apart into its base components, and that I couldn't get a cohesive... tune? sound? out of the music. This could've been due to my choice of music. I chose a lot of electronic music in the hopes it would "send me off".

All in all, an absolutely amazing experience. Despite the terror of a bad trip consuming around ~2 hours of my experience, the trip as a whole was amazing, and I'm buying another two vials tomorrow to take with two friends this time. (2/3 vial per person)

I recommend that if you're a person around my weight and height to definitely start around the one vial mark. While I enjoyed the trip a lot, I feel I "wasted" a good deal of my first trip by taking too much.

Do you mind expanding on why his stealth rating was so low? I've always heard he has great stealth and if a cop opened they wouldn't know what it was.

When you're tripping, set and setting play a huge role. When you find yourself in an uncomfortable feeling or mind state, change the setting. Something as small as the lighting in the room, the music you are listening to, can completely alleviate the unsettling feelings.

I listen to electronic music almost exclusively when I trip. I find lyrics distracting and electronic music allows me to go deeper.

The best piece of advise I can give for future trips is let yourself be consumed. If you feel yourself resisting or fighting something, let it win. This is a huge role in psychedelics. Once you ingest, you're along for the ride. May as well enjoy it right?

Great review. And I wouldn't consider that a bad or partial bad trip, as I think that's a flawed way to look at psychedelic adventures. Even in my trips where things get a little unsettling, I take it as a learning experience and use that knowledge for the next time.

Your reports of visuals is pretty accurate for boomers. But if you really want to get the most out of visuals on them, I suggest a completely blacked out room. Lay with your eyes closed and when you get your CEVs, open your eyes. Not sure why, but with just pure darkness, your CEVs will become more focused "OEVs" and far more vivid and vibrant.

But that's if you really wanna see how far the rabbit hole goes.

Does he ship to Canada by any chance?
