Cash Deposits

is there a certain amount where putting an amount of cash into a cash deposit option over at lbc's is dangerous or looked at? im not used to dealing with banks and don't know what they even consider large sums of money.. I mean I figure since its a bank anything under 5k would be chump change.

isn't there some kind of tax paper and papers to fill out if its 5k or higher?

id like to deposit around 4k

[2 Points] Throwaway_concept:

Anything under 10k doesn't need to be explained or documented at all. It's non of their business as long as it's less than 10k.

I'm not certain how it works in America but if you're unsure you could always spread your cash-deposit bitcoin purchases out among a few sellers on LBC. Some banks ask for identification to be presented when making a third-party deposit, but not all do.

[1 Points] None:

It would only affect the btc vendor because cash deposits keep the buyer anonymous.

9k+ needs to be reported to IRS
