Hi, how likely is a letter sized package coming from the Netherlands, to be X-rayed or opened?

[27 Points] aalewis____:

from the old thread: What's the best way to get a drop address? How risky is it to get buy some scans + fake id and order a PO box? Do you have any recommendations?

answer some more fucking questions OP

Sending light contraband what makes a better return address a non-existent address or a vacant address?

Thanks for doing this :)

[14 Points] dirtymelvin:

Do you consider packages with relative titles like Mom or Grandma instead of a name to be suspicious when put in the return field?

Something like this for example, whether it be printed or written.

How dangerous is it to have multiple packages come in a week all with good stealth? Usually get a bunch of stuff from Amazon on top of all that too.

Is it dangerous to order from the same vendor multiple times?

[9 Points] dirtymelvin:

What would you say is the safest method for obtaining tracking labels?

[8 Points] None:

How likely are sniffer dogs to be in sorting faculties of the US?

[5 Points] blackhand25:

How suspicious is it to find a package being delivered using normal stamps instead of having been paid for at the counter?

How much attention does a mailman pay when picking up from a blue box, if there were similarly packaged packages, would that raise an eyebrow if they were sent from different return addresses?

Is it true that all mail is being photographed at this point? If so, do you know of any way to help counteract that?

[4 Points] cheapcab:

Are the domestic love letters some folks got from Denver, co legit or a scam? There's a couple of old posts on /r/silkroad about it.

[3 Points] 012928:

The previous AMA link isn't working for me, can you post some of the most asked questions/answers you got?

[3 Points] ohThisUsername:

Is mailing something to a hotel have a bigger chance of being flagged for suspicious activity?

[2 Points] aalewis____:

What's that dog-repellant chemical or some shit called that some vendors sell to stealthify packages?

[2 Points] ArrudaBunda:

How safe is it to order from vendors while you're in college? Assuming the college won't go through your package. Is there any special procedure for mail going to college? (US)

[2 Points] heavydruguser:

Have you personally ever come across, or a suspected, a package containing "contraband" and let it slide?

You mentioned in another post, sending to a non-resident name throws up a red flag. Does this apply for businesses as well? I like having the plausible deniability of a package not addressed to me.

[2 Points] ASAP_Lamaro:

Dude your awesome

[2 Points] Crack_Rocks69:

Is it better to put a fake name on the order or your real name?

[1 Points] lynen:

What alerts you to a package carrying contraband?

[1 Points] PopeZen:

Why the heck does my Priority Mail package (coming from the same vendor) sometimes make it here overnight, and sometimes take 5 days or more?

I'm currently waiting on a package and I have the tracking number. Damn thing has been sitting in Oakland since last Wednesday.

[1 Points] blackhairnet:

When it comes to the initial drop of a package to USPS, what is the backend process?

For example:

1.) Mail dropped into blue box

2.) Picked up by a carrier who is solely responsible for blue-box collection?

Or picked up by a carrier who has the blue-box in his route?

3.) Carrier takes to local PO.

4.) Package is sorted and scanned individually by someone in the local PO who specializes in sorting?

Is this sortation simply to separate domestic and international?

Is there actually no sortation taking place and the clerk is simply scanning all tracking labels, as the sortation will take place at the sort facility?

[1 Points] fucki2pintheass:

Can stamped mail be tracked down to the PO or just the sort facility? From what i was reading on NODs casefile it seemed like they were able to track it to the PO but i didnt think PO's had the ability to mark every package they got

a buddy is expecting an ounce of bud from a vendor we have used/currently are using. its been about ten days, and its USA domestic. is this weird?

[1 Points] bowieinu1:

How good are the xrays

[1 Points] sidewayzsequence:

Does every package that gets mailed by plane get x rayed? If the package did happen to be x rayed one way or another and there was small amounts of whatever would it be pulled? What can be done here? Should it even be worried about?

[1 Points] truemeliorist:

So in theory, if a friend were to place a US domestic order for personal use amounts, it is more or less never going to be stopped unless it happens to get caught up in another investigation? If it's a personal use amount and it does get snatched up in another investigation, will they expend the resources to do a CD?

[1 Points] dirtymelvin:

Does the USPS actually flag tracking numbers that are checked from Tor?

[0 Points] AutoBond:

Is dust still a huge problem from the sacks of mail in the back? Are there any tricks to mentally acclimating yourself from working in a warehouse with a mountain of sacks on one side & nothing on the other Monday to the exact opposite on Tuesday? Will they ever fix the alignments on the delivery jeeps?

[-1 Points] 13tom13:

are you bothered at all knowing you might be used as a proxy drug dealer or maybe your happier becuase you believe its messed with or cut with something bad? Whats more secure mylar bags or vacummn seal against detection?
