2 weeks and i still can't send bitcoins to alphabay!

i've been trying over and over for almost 2 weeks to send my bitcoins to alphabay, but can't get any confirmations. i'm using electrum wallet which i've used 60+ times in the past with no issues

i'm so confused because it's not even a huge transaction! it's .15554029 BTC. my transaction fee is .0012 BTC/kb which in my experience should be more than enough. if this fee is too low, what should i increase it to?

edit: not sure why this is being so heavily downvoted. just asking for advice

Try the ViaBTC transaction accelerator. It will work as long as your total miner/tx fee was more than 0.0001 BTC. They can only push 100 transactions per hour, so if you get an error message of some kind, try again towards the top of the next hour until it gets accepted. Once you get a spot in their queue, you should see a first confirmation within the next block.

I sent bitcoins in today and used the dynamic feature on electrum for the fee and I always set to the highest.

My last transaction was about .7 btc and i had a fee of about 0.00096 btc. It now has 5 confirmations but has not been added to my AB wallet.

I think its just gonna take a little bit of time with the BTC network being a little backed up and slow.
