After roughly 8-12 happy transactions, AB locked my account after I made a deposit, and support won't help even though I have all the personal info and pin and everything.

I put in my pin wrong a few times and my account and wallet was totally locked. I was told to provide pin and the 12-word sequence for proof of ownership, so I did, and you know what I got in response?

Here's the response I got while I have like $140 sitting in my locked wallet.
