Medibuds reship question

I ordered two carts from medibuds and one of the coils broke pretty immediately. I mentioned the problem to medibuds, he asked if I would like a reship, I said that would be amazing and he said thanks. His last message was from Monday. SHould I expect the same timeline as a regular order or should I be expecting a longer ship time? How long should I wait to message.him again as he is obviously very busy?

It should take the same amount of time. Just ask them if they could update you when it's been reshipped, and that you appreciate what they did.
