Soo.. a lot of people have either read my reviews, received my product, etc.
I've got acustomer who bought a gram.. and sent a refund request because it is melted/ "unsmokable". I know it's not unsmokable.. It IS however possible that he got one of the handful of g's I sent out that was not quite as solid as I advertised. (a problem which I will avoid in the future).
Do I:
A: give him a full refund so as not to risk bad feedback..
B: partial refund?
C: tell him that I really dont think he got a bad deal for $20... and the community more or less seems to agree.
Partial refund? How can a concentrate be unsmokable? That's bs. Even if it's messy, it's not that fucking hard to pick it back up.
I had 2 grams of your stuff and it wasn't really collected all in one, but I scraped it off and got probably 99% of it. Not gonna bitch about it.
A gram of concentrate for 20 dollars and it isn't exactly as he likes it so he complains. You shouldn't have to refund him at all, but to keep him happy you should give him 50%. To give him a full refund to keep him happy is ridiculous. I don't know what the fuck he expected buying "peanut butter wax".
This isn't fucking amazon, guys. Amazon can do this kinda shit specifically because they have so much money and product to do it with. These are vendors operating on an illegal level. Why must we troll them with false requests to scam them off their heard earned money?
