When they offer a refund, is it proper to offer exactly what was sent coin-wise (i.e. you sent .69 and get .69 back, regardless of market fluctuations) or the current market value of what coin is going for (i.e. you send .69 and it's now worth double)?...

What are your expectations in this situation?
