Wednesday I placed an order on Evo with a level 3 vendor I've never used before whos profile said, (At the time, they've since changed it), that orders should include a PGP key so they could send the tracking info. I thought that was kind of strange because it's not normal operating procedure but I sent them my key because who doesn't like tracking a package? They marked it shipped that day and didn't send me a number so the next day I sent a message asking if they were going to share it with me or just keep it like usual. They said they were going to keep it and I said that was fine because it's what I expected. Today I got a message from them with a link to a temp message site. The temp message had the tracking info but also asked me to FE the package because "the price of bitcoin changes". I sent them back a message thanking them for the tracking number but said that I wasn't going to FE since we've never done business before and the price of BTC hasn't moved more than $10 in 3 weeks. I said that I'd finalize as soon as I got it and told them to have a nice weekend. Is it just me or is this super weird? Do you think my package is actually going to show up and if it does do you think it's actually going to be the MDMA I ordered?
TL;DR: Vendor said they gave out tracking numbers, I asked for one and was told no then the next day got it in a message asking me to FE.
You want speculation, jokes, ridicule, post here. You want to know, practice patience. You did right not FEing. There is not alot more you can do than prepare for the worst and hope for the best. If its a scam, you gained experience and get the pleasure of writing a vengefull review. If not, your cool. P.s. how much did you order?
