Here is the situation
I am far from a darknet vet but i have been doing this for a little while. I have one vendor i have done business with twice a month for the past six months. Up until now he has been nothing but class- throws in extra every order since he has realized i am going to be a loyal custom, he ALWAYS ships out the day after an order is placed, he communicates very well, always has inventory, great stealth, and so on.
Last week i placed an order on tuesday. I had an event in a different city from saturday-monday and i wanted some product for it. Now, i have never done expedited shipping and i would say 90% of my orders have arrived in five business days and the other 10% either four or six. I placed my order with the expedited (marked two day via his store) shipping, which is a $30 dollar premium over the standard ($50 for two day, $20 for standard). He sent me a tracker as always and i noticed the shipping option was the same as always and the expected delivery day was 5 business days away(yesterday for those of you counting).
I inquired on why the extra cost and why call it two day when it is so clearly not? He gave me a BS response and i left it alone. Well now that i have received my order i feel inclined to send him a message telling him i am disappointed. It is not about the money, that is not a big deal, its about the fact that i feel like i have a good business relationship with the guy, and as a businessman i feel i should inform him that i am disappointed.
I would not make demands, or be rude. I would just calmly say that i felt mislead and that i feel like he should make it right.
On the other hand I'm not sure it is worth it considering we have a good thing going on and now i know just not to choose expedited shipping. It's one of those conundrum's for me with the dark web, in a normal business environment i would DEFINITELY complain. In this situation i definitely DO NOT want to try any new vendors as i trust this guy and he offers exactly what i want at what i feel is a very good price, and if he wanted to he could just stop selling to me. Or stop giving me extras. Or not be a stealthy/quick on getting orders out.
So what do you guys think?
