In case anyone was thinking about ordering from Checkpoint on DHL, you may want to check out his review thread. It seems as though there are a number of people not receiving their bulk orders (to the U.S.) after more than a month of waiting. While this seems consistent with shipping delays during this time of year, feedback is being left on a near daily basis stating that orders are being received to the U.S. in as little as 10 days.
The orders in question seem to be exceeding $5k in total amount and the reasons provided by Checkpoint to excuse the delays have ranged from "not enough postage" to "lost in shipping". Tracking numbers provided to these customers have been reported as inactive and not working weeks after they are provided.
I will keep this thread updated with what I find in case there are any other concerned individuals out there.
EDIT 1: Thank you all for the healthy discussion. I will not neglect to update everyone when there are any developments. (12/10/15)
EDIT 2: As this post has gained a bit of attention, I would like to share my opinion on the matter. My honest belief is that Checkpoint will make things right. I truly believe that these events are the result of disorganization caused by the time of year and the volume of business that Checkpoint conducts. That being said, there have not been any bulk packages confirmed received at this point. I would HIGHLY recommend that everyone look towards the DHL forums at this time. (12/13/15)

EDIT 3: A theory has been presented about the relationship between IMB (Italianmafiabrussels) and Checkpoint. Though the post was edited, a user claimed that he is certain that both accounts are run by the same guy. (12/14/15)
EDIT 4: Checkpoint's feedback has started to indicate that selective scamming is not entirely unlikely at this point. The forum thread has gained a lot more traction and more individuals are complaining of issues. (12/16/15)
EDIT 5: It appears as though packages might be making it through but only those that were tracked. It's pretty safe to say that ordering without tracking is the same as surrendering your money. (12/18/15)
EDIT 6: It looks as though Checkpoint is indeed selective scamming. Many individuals reporting never receiving their reships and one individual reported having only received half of his/her order.
Wow.
A selective scammer accusation that would make sense for once. Scamming BIG orders.
When small orders don't arrive, its a bored vendor who doesn't care anymore. unless its a big order.
