I believe bitmixer.io is a SCAM

Please be careful out there. I lost 2.2 BTC because of them. Everything looks fine until they send they send the coins to the different address than specified. You get your "Letter of confirmation" but the address on there is wrong. Not sure what happened because I used them before and it was fine, perhaps they're only interested in higher amounts :/

bitmixer.io doesn't exist anymore... [scam]bitmíxer.io[scam] does... so yes you have been scammed.

edit: or at least it's not the same site, I can't be sure they are scammers since I've never used them.

[5 Points] None:

why would you transfer such high amount of funds to "bitmixer.io" with out doing any research, or looking for other options?

need a real one?

Should have used Monero... All mixers are likely honeypots anyway.

BITMIXER STEALING USERS FUNDS!?!?! NOT CLICKBAIT!!

[1 Points] Vendor-Bubblehash:

There was an annoucement about it closing. There is a sight that replaced it called Bitmixcoin.io (they have a onion link as well) I would use XMR to mix

You don't consider ~$44,000 to be a 'higher' amount? I'm envious.
