So I put an order in for 5g of weed with a reputable vendor (I don't want to name drop just yet in case the situation isn't their fault), the listing was FE so after seeing their feedbacks, I thought it would be fine. I waited for over a week for the delivery but nothing turned up. I contacted the vendor and told them I hadn't received anything so they said they would do a reship. 1 week later from this, still 0 packages have turned up. I've had other post turning up, just not these two packages. Looking through their recent feedbacks, there seems to be a few more people writing "FE, will update on arrival" that don't seem to come back to change their feedback. But I can put this down to people just forgetting to update their feedback but there does seem to be a few more recently. The problem is though, I find it highly unlikely that the packages would've been seized so I can only assume that for whatever reason, the vendor didn't ship either of them. So what are my options at this point? Contact the vendor again to say nothing has turned up? Contact the Agora admins? Or count my losses as it was a FE listing? I've ordered a lot of packages in the past couple of years and none of them have gone missing which is why I find it unlikely that they would've both gotten seized or lost in the mail.
Just some additional info, I live in the UK and the orders were domestic.
Contact the vendor for sure. Have they had any more positive/negative feedbacks since then? Are you a new buyer on Agora - the more established you are, the better chance you have of support going in your favour.
