Bitcoin Fog just stole my money. Do NOT use them

Account working fine...until I deposited bitcoins into it...at which point the user/password mysteriously stopped working. No way to get help. Money lost.

These guys stink. I was fine with them grabbing a commission, but not 100%. They got greedy, can't be trusted.

This is literally posted by someone new every week, i thought you guys would learn by now?

I sent 80 bucks to my wallet last night and nothing has shown up. I can still log-in but my fucking coin still isn't in it from like 8 hours ago. Contacted support and hopefully someone will help me, last time I'll use their service.

EDIT: Just did a little research, and my problem isn't Bitcoinfog, its just taking forever to confirm. Just read that it might take 3 days and in the worst cases a week or two, so I don't think they scammed me.

Helix light ftw. The guy who runs it posts here, seems very legit never given me an issue.

If you don't read, you get fucked... Should be this subreddits header.

I've been seeing more and more of these posts, and it worries me. I've only tumbled small BTC amounts, but nothing's been taken from me yet and I haven't been locked out.

[4 Points] None:

I don't understand why people bother to tumble their coins to make purchases. I haven't read a single case where someone was busted because they didn't tumble their coins before sending them to a market.

It just seems like a waste of time and coins. Cleaning your house when your expecting a pack to land seems like a much better idea. Especially since there was at least one case where a guy beat charges after a C.D. when police found nothing in his house except a unopened pack with return to sender written on it.

Why does no one search this site before they use it? I'm guessing you were probably going to order from a PFMesque type vendor as well?

OP has caps lock on

You are not the first person to post this...

[2 Points] 0xb44d:

stop tumbling coins. none of these services have access to clean coins, all you're doing is handing over fees and losing your coins for the impression of being more secure

only vendors need to clean coins, and they'll launder them properly (not with some shitty mixer written overnight that just shuffles your coins with other DNM coins)

Yes, Bitcoin Fog are known selective scammers.

Helix Light are good for future reference.

[1 Points] romanianplumber:

Just use blockchain and shared send. Not sure if there's some flaw with it or not, but it works well.

[1 Points] msmith555:

WHY ARE YOU IDIOTS USING TUMBLERS IN THE FIRST PLACE

If anything it's just making it BLATANT that you are using illegal services

[1 Points] None:

So... what about people who have used it over the long term and had nothing happen?

[1 Points] None:

Every single day

[1 Points] letsberealhereyall:

why do you even use this service, tumbling doesnt do ANYTHING, its just a false sence of security. If youre going to give someone a percentage buy coins with cash via local bitcoins which actually covers up your tracks. Its been proven that tumbling doesnt do shit, yet people still do it.
