I've been researching how to proceed for the past little while and haven't found any solid solutions, so don't grill me too hard if I'm being a scrub.
Anyway, the USB that I was running tails off of randomnly died on me, so I went out and bought 2 new ones, installed it again and everything is working great. Only problem is I cannot decrypt my TR 2FA message as I no longer have that key.
Is my only option to contact TR support? Or is there some way I can make a new key and then certify my old one, as I still know the password.

If you contact trade route, they may help. But, they may also think you are trying to social engineer your way into somebody elses account.
In the future create multiple encrypted backups of all of your valuable information. I have at least 4 backups of my data on all of my hard drives and thumb drives.
