So many blunders, but I still came out clean.

I decided to buy molly off the DNM one day. Once the package came, I stored it in a very discrete location. A week had passed, and I still haven't tried my molly yet. So I eyeballed the powder and took some (a really enjoyable experience). After a week after my roll, I realized I didn't need molly as I was too busy with my classes; I sold the molly. Two months later, I get a text message from my customer saying if I had anymore. I told him I was sold out. He asked if I could get anymore, and I said maybe. I recieved call from him ten minutes later asking the same thing. Later that day, I recieve a call from from an unknown cell phone number, I didn't pick up. He left a voice mail, but I didn't listen to it. Once I got back home, I hear loud knocking - it was LE. I open the door, the police tell me to follow them into their car. They say my friend (customer) told them everything. Then they proceed to ask who I got the drugs from (obviously he didn't rat me out about the DNM). I didn't admit to anything and asked for a lawyer. They then tell me I can be arrested for conspiracy to sell drugs (maximum sentence - 3 years) and how they will let me off easy if I give them the molly (I have been clean for 2 months). They ask if they could search my room, and stupid me, I agreed. They found my scale (with residue) and they asked me what I used this for, and I told them I used it to mass electronic compenents (I did have a bunch of electronic equipment in my room, so it was a believable answer). The police seemed irritated and took the scale and said they will get a warrent for my arrest. I called every lawyer in town, and I got an appointment with one, but he said he was too busy to help me. I could not sleep that night. The next day, I recieve another anonymous phone call, but did not pick up, another voice message was left. I decided to hear the voice message and I heard, "You are clean, I didn't rat you out, just stay clean, don't buy anything." I layed down crying on my bed, thinking my life was ruined. I graduated with a wieghted 4.2 GPA and was studying to become a physicist. While I was crying, I recieve a phone call from a lawyer that I tried to set up a consultation earlier. He asked me for my name, and then told me that the detectives were probably going to do nothing. I asked him about the scale, and he started laughing and said they are not likely to charge me for it (he said the max charge they could put on me is probation). I felt like someone took a thousand pounds off my chest. It was been two years since this happened (the statue of limitations had taken effect). I was pulled over recently, so I know I did not have an arrest warrant on me (and I got left off with as warning!)

My theory on why they didn't arrest me:

I really never admitted to sell more drugs, so they could not arrest me for conspiracy to sell drugs.

My scale had a one crystal (about 900 micrograms) on it, making drug testing impossible. Ion mass spectrometry was probably too expensive and it was too small of a case to use.

The detectives realized I made a mistake and went easy on me.

Or I could have just got lucky

It could be a combination of these theories or just one. Anyways, I am extremely happy I did not get arrested and it did not get on my public record.

*Edit

I also had drugs coming in the mail and I was so paranoid they were going to search it. Once they came, I flushed them down in different toilets around town.

you're a pussy dude, what made you think they could possibly arrest you?

Another BS story posted. WTF is with these long winded tall tales today by brand spanking new accounts? I swear there's a LEO behind every one of these posts trying to scare people off.

How can you be this dumb and get good grades?

[2 Points] MrCrappy57:

Why do young, otherwise intelligent people with bright futures decide to sell fucking drugs? All it takes is ONE 'friend' to get busted and you're done. Is it really worth that risk?

[2 Points] iLoveDNM:

Cops count on people incriminating themselves quite a bit. You really put a wrench in their plans by not letting them "help you out"

shit story, regret reading.
