[CommunityDiscussion] When to file a Dispute?

I ordered from Cali-Connection last week, package was marked shipped 8 days ago on a Tuesday. I have sent probably 4 different messages since the order supposedly shipped, one of them being "Hey is everything OK? Haven't heard from you at all and the package hasn't arrived yet, did you get my correct address?" and he hasn't responded to a single one of them.

I don't know if he is just lazy or purposely ignoring my messages, but I probably won't be using him in the future for any DNM things. I haven't released funds yet (why would i) and wondering if I should file a dispute with him to get his attention. Not sure what else to do. 6 days left before auto-finalize. Is tracking even available for domestic first-class?

Tried calling the post offices that were supposedly still open around here, no one picked up. Sorry this thread is boring, but I've never been this frustrated with buying on DNMs before

How much time would you wait before a Dispute?

How was it sent? If it was sent priority I would start now. If it was first class or anything else, USPS is having delays with those now and should take longer than normal. I had some Xanax in a bubble mailer take 3 weeks domestic, just got them a few days ago. On the flip side had a priority pack ship Friday and land Monday.

id give it till a day or 2 before af. i have had a lot of first class orders take longer than 8 days. some people also wait a day or 2 after marking so there is alot that can go into this.
