Potential Love Letter :L Advice needed

So I've been waiting for something to arrive for over a week despite this vendor usually being NDD and nothing has shown up.

Then today I recieved a card from Royal Mail saying that they were unable to deliver something because the sender didn't pay enough for the postage and that I can collect the thing in person if I pay £2 for the delivery fee.

Now this is sending alarm bells ringing and I am slightly sh*****g myself as I would just not collect it. But then I cant be certain what the thing is because the card they left only had my last name on it which means it could have been intended for any of my family members living in my house.

So I kind of have to collect it incase its something for them.

How much like a love letter does this sound / what the f**ck should I do?

My current plan is to suck it up and go to the post office tomorrow with the £2 and if it turns out to be a set up act like I don't know what they are on about and deny that I ordered it. But that kind of sounds s**t idfk.

Any advice on this one would be greatly appreciated.

Everyone in this thread is proposing the very likely scenario that it really is just a typical incidence of unpaid postage. Just consider with this, as with any situation what it costs you if you're right (a small amount of drugs) vs what it costs you if you're wrong (your freedom).

Considering how common this scenario is I wouldn't be surprised if LE adopted it as a means to carry out CD eventually.

Hey bro!

Absolutely nothing to worry about here. This happens more than you think, both on normal clearnet packages and DNM ones.

Here's what's likely happened: either the vendor has forgotten to put a stamp on the parcel, or the stamp has came off during transit.

It's happened to me before. I was waiting for about a week for a domestic package that's usually NDD, then got a slip through the door informing me I need to pay a postage fee. I just went there, paid the £2 and collected it with no issues at all. It's not a love letter, don't worry pal.

Check out /r/dnmuk btw, we're a nice community ;)

If its a small amount, I seriously doubt they'd go thru the effort of doing a CD on you. Like real talk a complete waste of police resources capturing a small fish.

Got one myself today for £1.50. This is the second time I have had this happen and fuck yes, I will be going to pick it up.

Turned out to be something for my sister 😂 which kind of sucks because now that means I probably wont recieve what I ordered

You shouldn't order from the DNM

sounds like an import tax and not a love letter...are you aware of what a love letter actually is?
