[PSA]Alphabay allowing Vendors to infect Customers with Malware

Hello everyone I have been a member of this community for some time now and decided it was a good idea to test some of the software being sold on the darknet.
This is to make people aware to not trust anyone.
What I have come up with so far: A Trustlevel 4 Vendor on Alphabay has a listing for AnitDetect Browser that is free to get.
However in the file you download is not the advertised program, but instead it installs a software called CryptoLocker, which locks all your personal Files.
More on CryptoLocker be found here:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CryptoLocker

Please DO NOT replicate what I did. Only if you know the risks involved. This Program will encrypt EVERYTHING you have on your harddrive.

why anyone would download software from a site that is run by carders/scammers?

Trustlevel: who_gives_a_fuck_use_common_sense

It actually says on their homepage to download at your own risk. They're not gonna vouch for vendors

Nothing to do with alphabay, solely to do with you and the vendor

Guys there is a fix for this, we got in work a few days ago so DO NOT WORRY (too much) if you get Cypto Locker!

1) Delete ALL files that are locked

2) go into previous version of your folders and restore to the last known date, but DO NOT restore the file, just copy and paste the files manually (It's painful but it works)

3) Scan the fuck out of your PC, if you want to be mega safe transfer all files to external HDD, reinstall windows and readd files

Worked for us.
