[OPSEC/Computer] Auspost and Customs

So I'm associated with a fairly large and popular vender on AG. Since Easter, a bunch of our international and domestic orders have been caught, never arrived, etc. We have some wierd tracking info, like a package being sorted and ready for pickup, then later that day it's in transit again...

We haven't been able to find any info or Auspost security being stronger since Easter. Been reluctant to post here and to not reduce our OPSEC, but we're stuck. Is anyone able to provide extra info in regards to this issue. We don't want to ring the fucking mail sorting centre for obvious reasons. But we're running out of options.

Thanks in advance. Prophet.

Edit: Australian vendor

Edit: Just want to add, mainly concerned with outside Aus, coming into our drops. Also that we use a fake ID to register our drops.

their key detection methods for 'letters' is dogs and for 'packages', an x-ray machine which shows 'organics' in green, no matter what they are, wood or weed or speed!

The only way it gets by being scrutinized is when it's 'believable' ... e.g it says there's 'something organic' (but legal) inside, "so why bother looking"?

The other thing is, they flag known 'source postal codes' no matter which country, so if something has been found coming in from there before, it's much more likely to be checked out

the social engineering of "you have no need to look inside here becoz what it says it is and what it looks like" easily adds up

and add to that the probably 30-50% of the time no one's looking, so 50% luck, 50% concentrated effort of will and done right, 90% touchdown for 'sensible' amounts! You wanna ship k's internationally down here don't do it by the post unless it's in 5g lots

big shipments by mail (any letter mail over over 10 gms gross) is foolish unless incredibly well stealthed and 'explained'

those dogs are no joke!

Hint: You MUST wash each pack with alcohol, metho will do but be thorough, and do it in a completely separate room to the one you were packing it in, (a room NOT EVEN a joint/bud has ever been in AFAYK) each pack washed and sealed, 3 times should be cool, and then read up on how those dogs are trained and smells dogs generally ignore or find offensive. And never take the packages to the post office in a car a joint has been smoked in! I shit you not, those dogs smell like we see a bit of glitter on a black sheet in bright light!!

If you get it right you will rarely go wrong, the results are directly related to the efforts applied

Go on YT and watch a few episodes of our show called Customs, you''ll get the idea

Don't call up cause they use that as evidence. People say there is no customs domestically in australia but I'm pretty sure there is, I had 2 packs go missing domestically then a week later I had a knock on the door by the police.

They wait 1 week after they seize your pack so as to collect any evidence then they come and do the knock-and-talk, I don't know why or how my pack was intercepted still to this day I can't figure it out cause I don't have ANY criminal history what so over, I got the occasional parking ticket or speeding ticket but I am no criminal in the eyes of the law.

The thing that's most puzzling is I ordered 4 packs, the first pack was intercepted then 2 packs made it through then the fourth pack was intercepted and had them knock-and-talks on the 2 packs obviously, if they was intensely monitoring my mail then why would they let through 2 packs? The whole thing makes no sense to me and I'm still dumb founded.

I learned several things from this, firstly NEVER open your door for a police officer lol how the fuck can they interview, interrogate or talk to you if they can't see your face just play dead and never open the door avoid at all costs and the second but most important is ALWAYS use a drop cause once they intercept that pack they are coming straight to the address on the pack and looking for the person who it is addressed to.

I have no experience in being a vendor, but time and time again we see vendors getting profiled and then happily continuing to vend right until they get arrested. It might be wiser to take a break, let the situation cool off, and maybe move to another city if you have the option. Right now if something is going on and LE is ramping up their game, you might only find out after it's too late.

Added the edit on the end. We use fake Ids to register our drops.
