This is what I run. Virtualbox > Tails (dvd), tor + PGP and have my stuff encrypted on a usb drive and laptop bios password and hd encrypted.

still not safe enough
You are fine.
Make sure that you use PGP to encrypt any and all sensitive information, that the address that you are using for deliveries is secure, (not a shared home that you risk your roommates or family), you use a vendor with good stealth and their own proper security practices, and above everything else - remember that it is illegal to possess drugs, no matter how you got them
People worry so much about obscuring every detail of their orders, then toss it in the backpack and take it to a party and get pulled over for speeding or DUI. Or they made a jillion orders from the Netherlands and not think that their mailman is going to notice. Or they flip drugs on the street, then think that they got caught because LE was examining the blockchain.
I have seen almost zero charges tacked on to the DNM related arrests related to how people obtained the drugs, even in the cases that the drugs were intercepted in the mail. People get caught for two main reasons - they were being watched because they were street-level dealers, or when vendors are profiled, or used poor stealth and the packages were seized and left to go through to catch the buyers.
It's entirely possible that these recent seizures are going to result in even smaller buyers being arrested. But the flaws are going to lie in information being found that wasn't encrypted or vendors retaining information that should have been wiped.
Using tails is a very good idea as it does remove all traces of DNM activity and keeps it on a USB stick one can easily discard or destroy. Blockchain analysis is fruitless and impossible to definitively tie to transactions. The most important steps are going to be being as responsible with the choices you make with things that aren't in your control such as vendors stealth, and your own actions once you have your product in hand.
Take the time needed to truly understand how the blockchain works, as well as the software used and other computer Opsec precautions. That knowledge is the best thing you can use to make decisions about what to focus your efforts on and allows you to appropriately prioritize your efforts.
