Disputing a finalized order on Evo?

I placed an order with a reputable vendor, and left positive review before trying the product, and I got bunk. Along with a lot of other people, there was a thread about this earlier. He hasn't responded to messages, is there any way to escalate this?

Hey my friend :) I'm really sorry to hear about how your situation turned out. As others said, once you finalized the order there is no way of getting the bitcoin back as the vendor most likely already withdrew it.

However, you can still contact the staff by filing a support ticket in the market (bottom-right corner) and request to change your feedback to better reflect your experience.
