Domestic Fedex Document Seizure?

Background: Domestic Fedex shipped forged documents.

Customer says item was seized by police. Fedex tracking confirms it wasn't delivered due to a wrong address (missing unit number) and was held at the distribution center. Customer says they went to pick it up and the cops showed up and basically gave a warning and took the documents. Customer has no reason to lie. Thoughts? Is the vendor being watched? What would trigger this? There was no weight issues and nothing suspicious about the package, no boarders crossed, nadda. A real hum dinger! Love to hear any thoughts from the sub.

Edit - wrong address makes a package look suspicious? Previously flagged address?

Has anyone noticed the arrow in the FedEx logo?

''customer has no reason to lie". Not even for free products? Why was fedex used? What were the documents?

The buyer's address was fucked (he was being watched) or he fucked you, OP. Either way, I hope you practice good OPSEC. Stay safe.

[2 Points] None:

They can get away with opening your FedEx package without a warrant. So even weak profiling could have made someone open the package on a hunch. Use USPS next time.
