How long is too long for an international delivery?[Canada->UK]

How long is too long for in international delivery? I ordered 1/2oz dried cubensis, marked shipped 12th January. Today is the 3rd of Feb and still no package. Vendor is based in Canada, I am in the UK. The weather might have had an effect but ~3 weeks is unusually long, other Canadian packages have taken 8 days max, usually closer to 5 or 6 days.

At which point should I take it up with the vendor?

I just had a Canadian order take 15 days to Ireland. Usually 6. Bad weather over there. I'd say message the vendor anyway, he would be able to tell you I'd his other packs were landing

The same length as a piece of string. Why order cubes from Canada anyway? There's domestic.

Not to mention you can grow your own. About 100g dried for £40 plus energy bill. Constant 23 degrees for about a month plus drying which you can do in an oven.

I've so many from when i had my bills paid for that i managed to misplace a qp haha.

I'm hoping it's down to the weather too. Been waiting since the 17th. CA > UK usually takes 10 bus days 'tops' for me.
