New Dream URL...Scam or Not??

Weird message on Dream Market is pasted below...got this message in a "Conference" on my Vendor Account page...but not my Buyer account page?? I would think if its legit it would have appeared on both pages??? What does everyone think??

Hello and thank you for using Dream Market.

To ensure security from recent phishing attacks we are updating our links to Dream market with an easy-to-remember domain. Effective immediately, our new OFFICIAL domain will be: Redacted so post wont get auto deleted ( REMOVE THE SPACES! )

Please remove the spaces; we added spaces to help you memorize it. Our old links will become invalid on September 30th, 2016, at 23:59 GMT, so please update your bookmarks to avoid losing access to Dream Market. After updating your bookmarks, we strongly recommend that you enable 2FA for the best security.

Do not trust messages from other users, they might contain phishing links. Phishing links are leading to fake websites which are stealing your login info. Official announcements are sent exclusively through the Conference feature, which can be accessed only via Dream Market's "Conference" account. Staff members do not use the "message" feature and will not send you any links.

Thank you for using Dream Market and have a great day.

SCAM!!! Messaged /u/lsdthrowwwww calling him out on his bullshit about this shit being real and got this response http://anony.ws/image/N0K1. He deleted his posts soon after sending me message.

You're dumb. Why would they message each person instead of making an announcement.

100% scam, a hacker did this same thing a few months ago at Dream.

It's an elaborate scam, I would guess someone assembled a list of all Dream vendors and sent this out to them. Meanwhile, my active buyer account received no such message. Truly important messages would be posted to the page you land on after log-in, and this scammer doesn't have that access.

The way to make sure it's a scam is simply to use the existing URLs past September 30th. I somehow doubt they will stop functioning at that point.

"we added spaces to help you memorize it" <--100% fake

Seems like it has been only 4 hours since last asked.

Why are only vendors getting this message? Wouldn't the new URL be important to everyone?
