Vendor just issued refund for my order from early last week. Does this mean my coins are going to be stuck in limbo in case Ag closes before my coins are returned?

Just as title says. I am kind of pissed about it. The vendor said that they had internal problems and so some package didn't get sent. And they were waiting to see who responds to give refund.

Now because of their crappy system I could possibly be stuck without my coins since the resolution takes up to a week at least from the FAQ. I wish I was petty enough to buy from one of his other markets just to leave a crappy review.
