Anyone care to help me set-up a drop?

I got ID scans and all that, but how the fuck do you fake a USPS 1583 form where you have to get it notarized? Any help would be greatly appreciated?

I don't think adding fraud to the list of potential crimes you would be committing is a great idea. I am doubtful that anyone would be willing to help you with this either; a common rhetoric around here seems to be "if you don't already know, don't do it."

If one were to get mail forwarding from another city through a site that offers US mail forwarding, they would usually need a notarization. There is a guy who sells custom stamps on Agora named gork.

I've never bought from him, but I'm sure that would do if someone wanted to "notarize" their own document.

If one were just renting a box to receive mail locally, one would not need a notarization. An ID + secondary ID in person will do. Usually the mailbox store will fill out the PS 1583 for the client.
