Abraxas has blocked our withdrawals and has continued to hold our btc since early last week. Our Abraxas wallet says zero btc.
We took our vendor account on abraxas out of vacation mode in response to Agora's announcement last week. Within days we started getting our regular customers coming to Abraxas to FE. The first time we tried to make a withdrawal nothing showed up on the blockchain but our wallet was missing the bitcoin. We thought it might just be because Abraxas is bogged down with all the new traffic from Agora so we sent a support request. We didnt hear back from them for three days and after another withdrawal that never showed up on the blockchain (was also deducted from our abraxas wallet) we sent an additional support request asking what's going on / where the hell is our bitcoin etc.
At the end of the 3rd day we get a message telling us that our account is blocked from withdrawing because of a "security measure". Here is proof:

Immediately we put our abraxas vendor account into vacation mode to prevent people from ordering. We told the abraxas customers who had already placed orders right away what was going on and most of them have showed great support. For our FE listings we expect the btc to be in our wallet before we ship the product and that is why our listings are close to if not the lowest priced in their category on all markets. We decided to ship all of the orders anyways despite our strong suspicion that we will never be paid for them. Since we still haven't seen our btc and it still shows our abraxas wallet having zero btc, we figured we would let the community on Reddit know whats going on to prevent anyone else experiencing the same situation.

UPDATE: They have finally processed our withdrawal. They have apologized to us and said the delay was due to another one of their "security measures". I will post another ss later. Thank you to everyone for the support.
I don't know if there is a trustworthy market left out there this is undoubtably a dirty game
