I get mine through direct deals from a guy I met on LBC. He had his phone number in his bio on the site, used a burner to text him, and now I buy from him for a 9% fee. The wallet app I use literally takes like 5-15 seconds to register that a transaction goes through, and we usually wait a few minutes for a couple confirmations, then head our separate ways.
