I ordered from puresure on dream market 3 weeks ago and and the package still hasn't arrived. The last 13 ratings from the past 46 days have been 1 star not received, so i'm guessing there's a problem.
I raised a dispute and received a reply from puresure saying that delivery can take up to 3/4 weeks for my region (Western Europe, his profile says 4-6 days). But considering all the bad reviews i'm assuming it's not just bad luck or delay.
I got a reply to the dispute from a "supporter", which I assume is a mod, saying "Postponed 10 days before interfering. Update on the deadline."
I realise it may be obvious at this point that dreammarket will interfere after 10 days, but i've not done this before and there isn't very much info, so I wanted to make sure I did everything I could to get the money back.
So what's the best etiquette for getting the money back? Is all I need to have done is raise the dispute and wait for them? Or should I be posting as much info as possible, pointing out all the other bad reviews etc as evidence that it's probably not coming?
I also figured i'd post on here just so everyone is aware since I hadn't seen anyone else post about it.
