Why do vendors not cap their orders/week?

We have all seen a vendor, in some form of communication, make a statement about receiving too many orders that will result in shipping delays. Assuming that supply of product is a non-issue why do these vendors just let orders stack up beyond their capabilities? Sounds like many vendors have an idea of how many and where they can hit blue boxes while maintaining opsec so why ignore the bottleneck that creates?

Because the majority of the customer base on the Darknet accepts some minor delays. Some vendors handle it better than others, and it also depends on substance and how long the order does get delayed. But generally it seems that most delays from stacked orders stem from vendors not being able to cash out quickly enough to re-up.
