Im wondering how they work. Lets say you do recieve a package, couldn't anyone have sent that to you in order to look like you're ordering drugs (ie. a setup)? I could possibly have anyone framed like this?

Yes of course. LE has to prove their case. But fact is, its about possession. At a minimum, if caught, you'll need to hire a lawyer and deal with it. But LE still has to prove their case that you knowingly had drugs shipped to you. Keep in mind, LE often uses a CD not for the pack itself but to see what else they can easily bust you for (drugs at your drop for instance).

You have to collect the person's blood that you are trying to frame, and lightly drip it onto the inside of the package for DNA evidence. Its the only way. I saw it on CSI:Miami once.
