First time ever having to sign for a package?

Domestic package just came through a knock at my door and a guy asking me to sign for it. I'm confused, I've ordered at least 10+ time from all different vendors and it's always come through my mail-box. The only thing I can think of is that this time wasn't priority mail (it took around 10 days domestic from coast to coast). Is this normal behavior?

You're fucked. I would go dark. Disconnect from the grid, take different routes to work and always check if you're being followed

What's the big deal, sign the thing your asked to sign, take the pack, if you have someone arrest you later on. Say I didnt know what the fuck was going on,for all I knew my Grandpa sent me another world war 2 badge, I just signed took the pack and left it on the kitchen table. Then you guys kicked my door in,. I didn't order anything from, where??
I want to speak to my attorney.

Did you sign? Or refuse it?

Sorry bud, you gotta hurry up and pack for your one way trip to Belize!

I've had one vendor require a signature because he sent it express.

This was a while ago.

I'm not in prison.

Yes, everybody had a first time to sign.

How old are you, if you don't mind me asking? Haven't you done how the post works in school yet?

It's happened to me with a couple domestic packages. I figured it's just cause they are used to asking for signatures and it's just part of their subconscious routine.
