At first I figured it was just a bug, on the forum the admin said something about the blockchain being backed up. I tried submitting a support ticket online but kept getting the error
"Please fill all the fields in the form or make sure format of the data you entered is correct"
On the forum the admin changed from the guy able to backtrack all of MDMAmphetamines claims and dissprove them to "not being the guy who handles it, submit a ticket".
I see a few other vendors complain of monero money missing and support tickets not working. I created a new account and suprise the support ticket works (missing Captcha on vendor accounts).
I'm wondering if the missing captcha is only on a few vendors accounts or if any vendors at all are able to submit support tickets. I have a feeling support ticket functionality is disabled on the vendor side and there is a problem with monero withdraws they just haven't figured out yet (which means another 2-3 day break as the site goes down for the weekend soon because of.....DDOS and upgrades ;) ).
What I mean to say by this is I don't think the Admins on Aero are trying to steal money but I think need some serious help. I still kinda want to get paid though.
