Any Guides for New Vendors?

I was wondering if there were any guides or if someone could provide a guide on how to become a vendor safely? Mainly I'm talking about shipping. How can you ship a product with tracking etc wihtout having your real info on it and without it being traced back to you? Like if I went into USPS could someone provide a step by step process on how this would work? Do they ask for ID? Can I just give them a fake name and pay in cash? Do I have to bring the product with me in a box and pay then?

Thanks!

This is actually a great idea. There needs to be a guide for vendors, it'd be cool to have that on our sub.

Then again if you don't already know these answers then I don't know if you should become a vendor. Not trying to shit on you OP, it's just that too many people start vending on these sites thinking it's going to be a breeze and then they realize just how many problems it can create. Just ask RCI.

There is a postman AMA coming up this Monday, and he might be able to answer many of your questions...

It might be worth your time to find a well made Fake ID for your state. Or you might not even need to show ID.

Anyways, this is the advice I give to any vendor asking questions: do a test run with some sugar. Go through the actual process of sealing, concealing, and sending it to a friend... You may be surprised on how much you learn...

Take a look at THE HUB forums (@admins: maybe add link to side bar) there is a pretty good read about sealing and packing products. I think it was originally posted on SR and then SR2 forums. I guess pretty much all market forums contain helpfull (maybe even unique) info on vendig. I wpuld check them all out if I were you.

You also might want to order from vendors who are known for incredible stealth and copycat it. Dont deliver to an adress that might be connected to vending (like packaging) in the future. Also use a different accounts for vending and buying.
