Ive found a house in my neighborhood that is vacant. They just moved out and is not up for sale. I plan on ordering junk mail and ordering bulk to that house. I think its not owed by the bank. Do you think it would be a success?

If you want to know who it's owned by you can check the appraisal district for your county. If you live in the US

Yup, the Post Office doesn't get notified about empty houses, and the postman has no idea what house is vacant and which one isn't, because they do a different route every day.

Hurry up and do it quickly, if the previous owners told usps that they are moving and to proceed their mail to the future address, you are fucked. You might still have time though so act quickly i'd say.
I feel like these posts are to reconfirm what your gonna do anyway so let us know how it goes.
