In the last month or so whenever I've tried to place an order and the quantity of the item i choose is more than 1, the shipping costs will multiply by the quantity as if each unit of the item I'm buying is in a different order.
For example: I want to buy xanax @ $3ea/unit and shipping costs are listed as $10. If i put 10 in the quantity input to indicate i want 10units the price should be $30 ($3/unit x 10 units = $30) + $10/shipping = $40 total for 10units + shipping.
However, instead of $10 shipping I keep getting charged individually for shipping for each unit and the price will come out to $130. $30 (for 10 units of product) and $100 ($10/shipping x 10units= $100).
It doesn't matter what listing I choose, this always happens. I've been able to make a few purchases by making multiple separate orders and bundling the shipping but some vendors do not offer a bundled shipping option. More often, the shipping costs come out much higher than the cost of the actual items i'm trying to get.
Is this just a problem i'm having? Any way I can fix it? I've tried to write on the AB forum but it says i don't have privileges to post in the BUGS/GLITCHES part of the support forum.
Any help would be very welcome as this is getting in the way of making purchases.
Thank you
ask your vendor for a combined shipping option
