well...
after calling my local post office a couple times they basically said eat shit and fuck off. they "looked around" for my pack, but told me at best i can file a claim, is it worth it? probably not worth the risk of trying to find the damn thing, but if it still hasnt been opened by some ass hole i might be alright. Really want some imput on what best course of action is here.
cant really dispute, as vendor held up their agreement (they sent it out)
cant really justify finalizing and releasing escrow for a package i didnt receive as a result of USPS
any ideas other than trying to find it, as i'm sure someone now has it most likely, and has probably opened it. if that shit isnt fucking decoyed like a mother fucker then someone now has a pack out there with a name on it that could cause some serious issues.
Wow...it's like I'm looking at me from two months ago.
Your best course of action IMO is to abandon the pack. Let it go and pay your vendor. They fulfilled their obligation and USPS fucked up. There's a chance that if the vendor can check tracking and see that in fact the pack was lost, they'll include your original order in a re-ship.
USPS lost my pack because of a PO box that was never opened. It was forwarded around twice, then came back and for some reason decided to return it to the sender. After it was sent back to the sender address (which was fake) it went to the mail recovery center. Which is an optimistic name for a place where no one ever recovers their packages. There are tons of people who lost valuable family heirlooms and things of the like that have all the proper information and have filed claims and know it's at the MRC and STILL can't ever get their shit back.
The pack will be held for 90 days before it gets inspected. By inspected I mean that they xray it to determine whether or not it looks like something they want to open. If not, it goes into a giant shredder. If they do open it and find your drugs...several things may happen. They may open an investigation on you depending of the quantity. BUT the fact that the letter is at the MRC means that this is highly unlikely. Imagine the cost, and manpower it would take to test the drugs, get an agent to then track you down, get a local police involved, postal inspector involved and then rock up to your door.
"sir sign this pack please....did you buy drugs?"
"...no."
"Fuck....."
I have a gram of 2cb sitting at the MRC right now and honestly I'm not even the least bit worried about it....you'll be fine.
