Once again, an article that is confusing due to bad writing and lacking vital info... but here it is:
One arrested after 14 pounds of pot found in package
The U.S. Postal Inspector's Office alerted authorities to suspicious packages.
Sept 13th, 2016 by Megan Brockett
One person was arrested Tuesday after authorities discovered more than 14 pounds of marijuana in a package waiting to be mailed, the Anne Arundel County Sheriff's office said in a statement.
The sheriff's office was contacted by the U.S. Postal Inspector's office on Tuesday for assistance with two suspicious packages.
When a deputy and his K-9 arrived, the dog inspected a number of parcels, reacting to one with "noticeable changes of behavior," including increased tail wagging and barking, police said.
The U.S. Postal Inspector applied for a warrant for the package identified by the dog. The package was seized and found to have 14.3 pounds of marijuana inside, police said.
A controlled delivery was set up at an address in Greenbelt, resulting in one arrest.
No further information was released on the arrest.

Anne Arundel Co. sheriff's K-9 detects 14 pounds of pot in suspicious package

GREENBELT, Md. (WBFF) - Authorities arrested a suspect in Greenbelt on Tuesday after an investigation conducted with the U.S. Postal Inspector found someone had shipped more than 14 pounds of marijuana through the mail.
Anne Arundel County Sheriff's Deputy First Class Ryan Costin and K-9 Jango-Fett responded on Tuesday to a request for assistance from a postal inspector with two suspicious packages. Upon their arrival, the inspector presented the two packages in a controlled, open area, which Jango-Fett was asked to inspect.
In a first scenario, the inspector placed empty parcels with similar packages in the area. In that case, Jango-Fett showed no changes in behavior while investigating.
However, in a second scenario in which the inspector placed the two suspicious boxes among other recently scanned parcels, Jango-Fett "demonstrated noticeable changes of behavior" toward one of the boxes, including by barking and scratching at it, the sheriff's office said.
After Jango-Fett indicated in a final response by sitting on one of the two suspicious packages that it might contain illegal substances, the postal inspector applied for a search and seizure warrant. Upon opening the box, authorities discovered it contained 14.3 pounds of marijuana.
Afterward, the postal inspector set up a controlled delivery at an address in Greenbelt, Md., the sheriff's department said. As a result, one person was arrested.
A sheriff's department spokesperson said she could not release any additional information about the suspect or their charges as of Tuesday afternoon.
