In terms of security what is the safest darknet market out there?

I'm not entirely new to these markets but since I haven't made a purchase since last december I am hoping to get some advice. I am planning to make some bulk purchases very soon but the thought of losing the money if the market gets hacked is really making me re-consider. So what are my options? Are there any reliable escrow services that aren't directly connected to markets?

You may like The Marketplace https://pay.reddit.com/r/themarketplace, we are the only marketplace that offers true Multi Sig and with integrated support for Trezor and Electrum wallets, it is the most feature advanced as well.

We offer full multi sig which requires 2 party approve (Vendor & Customer, Vendor & TMP, Customer & TMP) transactions that are involving your escrow funds.

Security? TMP. The use of genuine multisig is great.

My personal favourite which you didn't ask for but you're getting it anyway? C9 or Agora. C9 purely for the sexy GUI and free vendorship, and Agora for the amount of products and decent vendors.

If you're looking for security, just head to Agora and take some extra precautions, making sure that you choose the right vendor.

Any market that offers multisig will suffice. If a market gets hacked or taken down, you will still be in control of your escrow funds.

Choice of vendor is more important than choice of market. Have you tried contacting previously used vendors who are still active? Some prefer dealing with known customers privately.

More important than picking the safest market is using it correctly. Don't forget to tumble, encrypt, no FE, don't keep spare coin in your DNM wallet, etc.

Other than that, TMP seems to be the safest right now with enforced encryption (i think, I might be wrong), multi-sig, and an i2p site. Agora is the biggest right now and has more old and trustworthy vendors to pick from though.

This question seems to be purposely worded to push attention to TMP, by someone from TMP.

Silkroad 2, it's like Silkroad 1, but newer and doper.
