OPSEC: Vendor misspelled name + street + city on order

I recently placed an order with a reputable vendor that I had not dealt with before. Upon receiving my pack, I noticed my name, street, and city were misspelled. It was a few extra letters here and there, in places that they shouldn't be. I have not had this happen before, and am wondering if this is something some vendors do intentionally - or if they just don't know how to copy/paste? What ideas/information do you guys have to share on this topic? Should I be concerned or bring it up to the vendor? Thanks all.

Edit: A total of four mistakes were found in the address..

I once had a neighbor receive 150g of M1 back when it was legal. She thought it was arsenic or something, went batshit crazy and I had my door busted in the same day. Talk to the dealer make sure he understands this happens all the time when his workers aren't careful. Costed me a bit of lawyer fees, a bit of M1 and a couple months of headache.

I would mention it directly to them. I cannot think of any reason for them to do this.
