Vendor screwed me over is this ok

I placed a order with a vendor weeks back the order was showing pre shipment for a couple days and I told him about he he said go down to the post office in case it gets returned to the sender I did they said there's nothing they can do because they have not received it yet I told him he assumed the package had been lost. I said we should hold off and hope it comes his word were I didn't get where I am by hoping. So he sent a reship and both packs landed which I knew would happen. Skip forward 2 weeks I'm ready to place another order because I am happy with the product I ask him to make me a custom he offers me a steal for the same amount of my last order he requires fe no problem he's a reputable vendor. He then goes on to say after he said it was shipped that I have to leave positive feedback since I only have a couple orders and people have been trying to scam him... ok find let's keep shit moving. He is now saying that we are even and he doesn't owe me anything because I ended up getting both packages from my last order yet didn't say anything about that before offering me a good deal and telling me he would have my package out on time.

you got exactly what you paid for. Only way for him to get paid properly was to finness you like that.

Only reason you bended over with bar ass is because you had nothing to lose.

Move on

You didn't offer to pay for the second pack the vendor sent out, and got it for free. If I was you, I would've asked for a BTC wallet address straight away and paid the guy what I thought was 'cost price' for him, instead you kept it.

Sending a re-ship doesn't count as a 'mistake order', it was something you prompted the vendor to do, so IMO it shouldn't be a loss on the vendor's end.

Instead of asking you to pay for your pack, the guy decided to wait for your next order and get his money back like that. So technically, you did receive what you paid for, and didn't get screwed over IMO.

It is a scummy move definitely but isn't really wrong. He really should've just asked you to pay back the money first, but probably assumed you would refuse that. Still, you need to name and shame if he doesn't sort it out with you.

Damn bro, you got finessed hard. Nothing you can do now except name and shame.
"He is now saying that we are even and he doesn't owe me anything because I ended up getting both packages from my last order yet didn't say anything about that before offering me a good deal" He offered you that good deal as FE-only just so he could make his money back on the 2nd pack he sent you. He even got you to leave positive feedback before receiving your product...

If you ask me you are even. The way you wrote the story it seems like you anticipated getting 2 packs for one. All you do is jack drug prices up for the customers and/or put vendors in the red and perhaps close shop. This ruins the community and we have enough risk as it is. Nobody should take the dnm for granted like this.

[1 Points] None:

I wouldn't make a big deal about it. You got what you paid for. Yes, the vendor should have been a more stand-up dude and taken the hit and moved on but it really is no loss and maybe he really needed the money to pay the person he got it from. He can't just say to his suppliers, Can I get a portion for free? I'd move on.org

He is obviously storing customer information because he had both tracking numbers and remembered it. This is the arguably the biggest vendor on the market

ALWAYS dispute if not received day before finalization
