[Medibuds] - Vape Pen questions, please help a noob

Hey guys, so I'm getting some Bhang Pure Oil cartridges from medi and I decided to buy the Vision Spinner II (and Kanger Protank 3 adapter in case I ever want to get the other bottles) from another clear net reputable site to save some money.

So my question is, do these cartridges just screw onto this Vision Spinner II pen/battery? From my understanding it's a battery and not a vape pen? Here is the description of Medibud's Pure Oil Cartridges, 'just need a battery/pen to attach it to. like generic black pen or vision spinner ii'

So since I'm getting the vision spinner ii, I'm confused as I thought this is in fact a 'vape pen'... someone please enlighten me here. I paid $20 for this vision spinner ii and now that I'm reading the item description, 'Vision Spinner 2 Variable Voltage 1600mAh Battery' it's starting to sound like I purchased just the battery for $20 and not the vape pen itself?? Although it matches the exact description/spin medibud is selling as well?

I'm looking to make a transition to portable vaping, hence the pen and these oil cartridges but any tips, tricks, etc... would be greatly appreciated! I just hardly smoke anymore as it is and I'm not one to buy a bunch of expensive rigs to dab and all that stuff the younger generations have started doing as of several years ago.

TL;DR: Help an older man make a smooth transition to vaping!

the cartridges have built in atomizers, all you need is a battery.

Yes, a Bhang cartridge will fit on a Vision Spinner II. They have compatible e-cig connections.

How's the effect from using a Bhang cartridge? I've tried a couple of the pens before, and never really got much out of them.
