Well, i made an order a week ago with DM. After waiting what felt like forever i messed him about tracking. Took a long time and a bunch of misunderstandings to come to a conclusion. When he asked for my zip to find my tracking i sent him the wrong zipcode. This led to him thinking i put my address on the order wrong. I did not, but he had it in his head i fucked up. Even though he thought i was the one who fucked up, he offered to reship me half of my order. Thankfully, nothing about the order is fucked up besides the shipping. He sent me my tracking info, and it confirms he isnt lying. USPS is doing weird shit and it's just sitting, likely lost DM says. I asked him what his policy is on seizure/lost situations and he told me this knowing that the package may show up in like a month if it's truly lost. He said If my package is not here by Saturday to message him and he'll reship me my entire order Express mail. I can say i've finally had an experience where a vendor has been willing to go above to make a situation right. He's a good dude and he cares about his reputation. I'll update you guys whether or not my package arrives by saturday, and whether or not he sends my order Express if it doesn't show.
TL;DR He thought i fucked up my address due to shipping status and misunderstanding. Still offered a partial reship even though his profile states otherwise. Found out that it's right now totally USPS's fault. Told me if it's not here in 3 days he'll reship the whole order Express. He ended the conversation with "Theres a reason people say i'm the best."
[EDIT] I recieved it today. I'll be doing a review tomorrow when my suboxone is out of my system so i can actually test the product. It looks legit and it's weight is on point.
