Advice for dealers. Whether, in person or online.

Be Transparent. It has been my experience that when a dealer doesnt have the goods they tend to go silent.

Look no one likes to hear you got nothing, but it is far worse to say nothing. Silence is shady as hell. It forces people to draw the worst conclusions.

For example a certain meth vendor, just disappeared for 5 days with orders out. No comms, no nothing. Now this was a dealer with a very good rep. When he reappeared 5 days later he tells what happened and brings some relief.

Now if he had just made that announcement, at the beginning of the 5 days that he went silent, there would have been no reason to draw conclusions. it would have allowed people to keep the trust they had when they made the purchase.

Now on the other hand, NWConcentrates, when faced with a dilemma, contacted ppl who had orders in, asked them to hang tight, then bought more expensive product to send as a replacement.

This is exactly what dealers should do, and I commend them for having that kind of integrity.

Yes the order took longer, but the waiting while informed is SO VERY different than the waiting in the dark.

They then took it a step further and ate some of the profits to maintain their integrity, and keep their customers.

Now they have even more loyal customers, because they treated their customers with respect, and remained transparent through a dilemma.

TLDR: Its always better to be transparent and honest than to say nothing at all. Keep people informed, and they will keep their trust in you for a time. Silence is Shady, and no one likes shady, not even Slim.

I wil say this, when LE decides to take over an account and reel in some big fish buyers.(that is if a busted vendor agrees to compromise) ...LE normally tries to get access and make everything seem like normal ASAP. Just like IRL when LEO flips someone and turns em into a rat, they try and get them back out on the street ASAP so noone suspects everything and they can bust the higher up sooner rather than later in case he gets word of the arrested (new) rat and decides to skip town.

You need to cut back on your meth use, because filling a void with bad intentions and trouble is what we meth vendors call "stage 2" or "somebody who has gone wrong on meth".

Sometimes we go to sleep, wake up, and find that our mailbox is full from one person going through every emotion, deciding that we hate them, or we are undercover police, getting scared, getting grandiose and threatening, acting like we don't ahve a life of our own or we can logon to a marketplace that is down or post on bank holidays.

They tend to be the type who don't actually listen to what you tell them, or else forget it immediately. Its far, far more likely to happen to women than to men, like mental illness in general. Even though I only sell meth online to the UK, most of mine have been ex-pat New Zealanders, god knows why.

Women are affected more by meth, and their IQ drops off much faster with lack of sleep. People who have a reputation of being "a nasty drunk" tend to become unpleasant on any inebriant, while some people can be out on their feet and still smiling.

Sometimes when people are tweeking, they have a favorite thing to keep them occupied. I find they can be separated into two types:- "house cleaners" and "perfect bong builders".

If you're a meth dealer turning up at a new customer's for the first time, you look at the floor. If its got drinking straws that have been cut up on it, they're a "bonger". If its spotless, they're a "cleaner". This is advice I used to give to dealers when I needed to use them to distribute meth, before Silk Road.

You can never really trust a "cleaner". You shouldn't leave your stash in a room with them unattended. Also in my experience, most meth customers who go wrong are "cleaners".

A tidy home ISN'T the sign of a tidy mind. not with meth users, anyway. Its the sign of a weak mind and poor character. They will act like YOU are nuts because you don't want to join them hoovering at 4 in the morning.

Thanks for the dealing advice, but I generally take advice from people who know MORE than me, and aren't suffering from the most common meth psychosis symptom - "Replacing the silence with shite".

Stop bothering dealers. Go and tidy some drawers or something.

I think more than anything, it's a simple case of being a two way street. If you're ever in the position of owing them (especially face to face dealers), they never buy the whole "cash flow problem", it's just treated as bullshit

Yet when the boot's on the other foot, you've paid them (so they're in essence, owing you), they expect you to accept the whole "supply problem" without question.

It's a simple case of don't do to others what you wouldn't want them to do to you, but some dealers (and like I say, especially face to face ones) never seem to get their heads around it.

Those dealers who've sympathised with buyers problems in the past often get the most sympathy from buyers when they themselves run into problems, more so if like you say, they're open and honest about the problem, off communicate their problems in a timely manner.
