PGPing the whole marketplace

just throwing a highdea, would it be possible to encrypt an entire page via PGP? would you still be able to use the website if the server handled the pgp requests?

if not, then could the website show a pgp message that you decrypt, with a list of choices to browse through, then a form on the website that your return a pgp message with your response. and based on your reply you can browse the website in carious ways.

idk if itd work or help but I'd thought I'd throw it out there out of curiosity.

[2 Points] UDNM:

No, that would be impossible. Also TOR encrypts everything sent through the network anyway so there is no point. If you can decrypt the site so can anyone including LE, otherwise nobody can decrypt it without the PGP key so nobody can use it. This is why TOR is used in the first place.
