I'm in a dispute with the vendor Rx-Eh over a package that I never received. Admin DeSnake asked for both sides of the story and I haven't heard from him in over 2 weeks. So is this sort of customer service normal from Alphabay? It wasn't that much BTC, but this doesn't exactly inspire confidence with larger purchases from the site.
Shit happens. The sad thing is that the mail can honestly be delayed through no fault of the seller, and a lot of buyers try to dispute when they did receive.
I've only ever had one AB dispute. When I opened the dispute I thought they were doing nothing and didn't hear much for about 10 days, then they sided with me and returned my btc. 4 days later the pack finally arrived, taking over month, due to the postal service fucking up.
When SSBros opened on AB they only had negative feedback because of impatient cunts who didn't realize that 25 days to receive their pack wouldn't be unusual with their location. If AB had sided instantly with all of those impatient buyers the vendor would have been out thousands of dollars for goods that were en route.
Understand that if it takes a while, it's because disputes not being instant is a very good thing for the health of the community.
