[Trade Route Issue] - Order left in unpaid after 4+ confirmations

Exactly as title reads. I sent the exact amount of coin to the wallet address it provided and the order is still left in the unpaid section after 4+ confirmations. Shouldn't the order immediately show in the new orders or does the vendor need to accept it first?

I'm a little confused because like all other markets Trade Route has a wallet address for every unique user that changes after each deposit. So why do buyer accounts need a wallet address when in fact once you place an order it wants you sending coin to another wallet?

He sold out before it confirmed. Money is in your wallet. It only asks for money to be sent directly because of lack of funds in your wallet to begin with. Had you had funds already there it would have taken it from your wallet. It's not like Hansa
