The HOOKER inquiry:

I have a friend, let's call him SWIM. Well swim often gets outta his head via substances. Occasionally he greets the wee hours of the AM by driving any, and maybe ALL, 'Ho-Strolls'. When and if he has someone get in the shotgun side, swim says," the cutie often asks the HOOKER inquiry". Are you a cop? Swim says that by asking this, she can go to court and claim entrapment. This because she asked the question: are you LE or affiliated with LE? AGORA recently had this puke selling arms, all the while flipped by LE. If anyone is in contact with a vendor, etc. and asks the HOOKER question, and the answer saved as a screenshot or in an email, can that help in court? Inquiring minds want to know. Cheers.

friend called SWIM

This fools nobody and doesn't keep you safe from LE.

Entrapment is convincing someone to commit a crime they otherwise wouldn't commit. Your examples aren't entrapment.

I honestly thought the idea of that being a myth, was a myth. did people actually genuinely bvelieve that?.

Like - a cop undercover for 6 months.

"hey johnny, wait. . . Are you a cop?"

"..... You got me! I'm totally a cop. You little clever clogs, you. . . Next time, I'm gonna get you... Well, see ya around guys. gg"

Yeah dude, it's like, in the constitution.

Cops lie.

hahaha that "hooker" question is a big myth. LE does not have to tell you they are LE if you ask them. People are so stupid

Simply put, it won't help you. Of course, in order to present that evidence (the screenshots), you'd have to acknowledge and admit that it was YOU behind the keyboard making the order. So I wouldn't view that as a good strategy at all.

BUT, that aside, this would not help you one bit. Its not entrapment. Cops are allowed to lie to you. Hell, they can lie to you to extract a confession as well. Entrapment is a valid, albeit rare, defense. If one were truly entrapped then yes, you could be helped. Entrapment is also poorly understood by most anyone who isn't a lawyer. As others have pointed out, entrapment would be you were forced to commit a crime you normally wouldn't commit. A cop holds a gun to your head and demands you commit a crime - entrapment. Asking if someone is a cop and they lie about it - not entrapment. Its a high bar. Entrapment isn't common. Entrapment does not mean "they tricked you."

My main advice is not to follow a hooker's legal advice. They don't generally provide the best legal advice. but to be fair, nor does anyone who is not lawyer. And even some lawyers don't provide sound legal advice. lol.

I wonder if when they "flip" you like they did this gun dealer if they do like an actual karate flip....or Judo. like out of an awesome b movie from the 70's or something..

Ask them to flash a boob, cops never show their naughty bits when the are an undercover hooker.

Your friend can be stopped and arrested just for driving by and looking at the hoes (in USA).
