Are you still screwed either way?
Out of curiosity, what if you FE an order for a vendor who goes AWOL and never logs back on again?
Are you still screwed either way?

The vendor will be back under a new name within days, with similar products. Most scammers do 3 a year, Catch them early and you will get a good vendor's product cheaper, to build confidence.

if the vendor didn't just drain the coins from his account as soon as they came in, you should be able to get them back by contacting support.

It's happened to me on Agora before. I got my coins back after contacting support. I'm not sure how other markets are about that though

Which vendor? I have the same issue.

If the vendor has not withdrawn your coins you can get them back. If not you are probably screwed, dude.

I did this. My very first order on Agora , after SR1 bust. Everyone else had started using SR2 or EVO. The vendor I bought off was on at least one of those other sites as well as Agora but no one else was really using agora. I Fe'd as was his policy (had used him once before and he came through without a hitch) but the order never changed status, sent him pm's, emails but he never got back to me despite being very active on the other markets. The clock eventually wound down, I tried Agora support but they would not intervene despite him not changing the status of the order, I suspect they were not keen on stepping on the vendors toes before they got business. Things started to get busy on Agora about six weeks later. In retrospect I should have told agora support to forget it and closed my account although they were prompt and courteous in their replies. The vendor turned out to be an out and out turd in the end (Cornettoes), scamming a bunch of saps who FE'd when his product was all gone. I believe he still sells on Agora under another name.
Agora may be able to take it from the vendor bond if it is justified. I was able to get 25% of my order back from a similar situation.
