Could LE have found a server or group of servers that were all hosting these DNM's?

Wouldn't that make since why multiple got taken at the same time. How is Panacea still up if C9 is down? Missy ran both of them. Maybe they infiltrated SR2 then got Defcon to admit where they hosted their servers and then found the other markets there too.

There could be tons of holes in my theory but I'm having fun speculating just like the rest of you. I'm no computer whiz

SR2 was infiltrated from LE from the start. Everyone knew this because of the original criminal complaint against Ulbricht. He had been communicating with a UC the entire time. Tons of us said this right at the launch of SR2, but nobody listened.

There isn't even a story on BBC, I think this is fairly low key compared teo the first takedown (SR1) I mean, really there are 20+ other markets out there. Even if all these were taken down by the feds it's almost a pointless exercise, there is too much money to be made by smarter people for darknet markets to be beaten. So far SR1 & 2 were really taken down by shitty OPESEC.

If I was running some empire I wouldn't have a twitter account. Really seems like more brains than streetsmarts.

They could have been hosted at the same facility, and when they arrived for SR2, noticed similiar type of traffic on the others, and just got a warrant for those.

Plausible, and my first instincts were the same.

Panacea is hosted on a different server than C9

In my opinion I think this is the least likely theory.

What is more likely, in my eyes, is that either they have found quite a few exploits in tor, or have found the servers by other means and waited to take them all down on the same day as to scare a lot of users away from the markets.
