RxShoppe and I got to talking and he mentioned that he was thinking about becoming a vendor given he has access to some pain pills. He currently has hydrocodone and oxycodone on the market if I'm not mistaken. The problem was he wanted to do a direct deal but I don't FE. Ever. He told me that he was on something that wasn't exactly like the usual market. Sourcery offered escrow protection for things like direct deals. He said I'd be protected by escrow. I checked out Sourcery and it seemed cool, so figured I'd give it a try. He sent me a URL that was a link to the "contract" he created for our deal - he basically spelled out the terms of the deal - cost, how many pills, length of escrow, etc. I just had to buy the contract. This part worked differently than other places - I didn't deposit into the market for escrow, I deposited directly to a multisig address from my own wallet. I also made a second deposit to the market for the escrow fees (they collect the fees at the time of sale I guess). It gives you 30 minutes to fund the contract, otherwise it says it'll be cancelled. I funded it and the contract went to funded stage and I was done with my part for now. Afterwards, the process was pretty similar to any market transaction. The vendor marked shipped, when I got my product, I finalized once I was happy with it and that was it! I didn't have to do anything else. RxShoppe told me there were a few more steps and that sourcery would sign the transaction to put the escrow money into RxShoppe's wallet. All in all, even though it was not what I was used to, I liked the process! Its a great idea for direct deals! It was my first time using Sourcery and would love to keep using if more vendors pop up. I'm definitely going to us Sourcery for direct deals though, no more FE for me.

Anyway, that was the different/cool part of the transaction. I was worried I'd fuck something up but the buyer really can't do muhc at all to fuck it up. Its a pretty easy process. It might be more complex from the seller though. I'd use this market if only they had more vendors selling! I know they have some direct deal type stuff going on. I spoke with Sourcery_Market here and he said that the market is relatively new and that the original plan was to provide an escrow service for deals that happen wherever (on forums, on Wickr, whereever there is a sale outside of a market, Sourcery wants to provide the escrow protection. Anyway, very different experience on the market, that's for sure, and I did like it.

The vendor is tops. The one downside is that he has really increased his prices. I got a really good deal bc he was just starting out and wanting to get clientele. I still owe him a review on Sourcery which I'll do tonight or tomorrow. His pills are just as advertised, he sent the right amount and its legit, US pharma. Unfortunately I'm not a buyer at his new prices, but if he lowers them, I'd be all over his stock.

I highly recommend RxShoppe. He was easy to work with, very communicative and professional through the whole transation. He had to explain to me about what the contract was and why he didn't have an "ad" on the market. He does have ads now, but before he was selling off market and needed escrow protection. Give both the vendor and the market a try. I'm going to explore the market a bit more but I'd like to try it out buying from the market side rather than the direct deal side with escrow. Oh, oe more thing, I'm not sure if the other multisig markets do this, but I was surprised that I didn't have to put coin into Sourcery (aside from the market fee of course). I thought I'd have to deposit into Sourcery, wait for confirms, then Sourcery move to the multisig escrow. Instead, I deposited straight into the multisig address. I like this! INteresting approach for sure.

Anwyay, give both Sourcery and RxShoppe high marks. Vendors - bring some product up! I want to find some other shit to buy!!!!
