My int'l order "may not arrive." What do?

I FE'd for a trusted pre-SR1 vendor int'l to US about three weeks ago (counting all days, not just business days) and it still has not arrived. While there is still room for it to arrive, it's taking greater than the average length of time and, according to my vendor, it is safe to assume that my order may not arrive. My vendor is offering me a 50% refund or a full reship to a new address and right now I am trying to decide with a friend whether he has a fresh drop or if I should go for a refund.

In the meanwhile, what should I do? I use a private mailbox at a mailstore, and I get normal shit mailed to it all of the time, legal stuff from online stores etc. Should I consider the address burned for DNM transactions, domestic and otherwise? Should I not accept the order even if it arrives?

This was only my fourth tx :/ I jelly of those who've never had a problem with DNMs.

I would take the refund and move markets so you dont have to worry about FE problems. Atleast he got back to you and is hopefully being honest but who knows and why take the chance with your money.
