Do you really need to prepare a PO box?

Hey guys, currently living with roommates and I don't want to come under scrutiny for ordering a bunch of DM stuff to my home adress as often as I used to (2-3 times a week)

I thought about getting a PO box, but I'm not sure I can prepare it since we don't have free coupons and what not in my country. Would it be risky to buy a box and just order about once a week, with the po box being the delivery adress? The orders would be worth about 200 dollars and they come in envelopes which fit into a slot just right.

What do you think? Plan is to get a box tomorrow and just start ordering without further ado

The biggest thing is making sure the post office actually "activated" the PO Box on their end. I've had a few people over the years tell me that they got an RTS pack Bc the fuckinf post office didn't actually do whatever it is on their end to show that it was actively rented. I highly recommend at a minimum sending at least a letter yourself to the PO Box and make sure you get it.

Seasoning the box with coupons and shit is not necessary IMO. But at a minimum make sure you send a letter to it. It'll show the PO did their end and that you've got the address right.

If you're in the US then make sure you ask for street address service to your pobox and test it before you send that address to a vendor.

If you're asking if you need to send a bunch of junk mail to a PO box, no you don't. It may be a bit safer, and you shouldn't ONLY send drugs there, but it isn't necessary. Especially if you aren't receiving packages all the time.

Thats exactly what i did and havent had a single issue. About 2 packages a week on average with almost 0 junk mail in between. They dont really give a shit

No. You don't.

No

Please grease it first. I lost 5k bars because I didn't put mail through to it before hand.

What is this?

I don't really see how "junk mail" would help a non junk mail package to go under the radar. If anything I would think that if you're only getting mail from Royal Caribbean Cruises and mailers from used car dealerships and suddenly you're regularly getting tracked packages from various countries it would raise a few eyebrows.

You might want to send 1 thing to be sure its all setup and working. Just so you dont get paranoid.

Dont waste the overworked post office staff time tho.

Is it really that much safer to ship to a PO Box? If they discover drugs, won't they still have your name/information from the PO box?

Get info from colleges they spam like crazy also just look up local mailing lists to be put on I am sure there are some. It isn't 100 percent needed but it makes me feel better knowing a lot of the mail I get is perfectly legal. Order some cheap things on line, churches and activist groups will probably put you on mailers.

People here are generally giving you advice from the US with US PO boxes.

Advice will vary greatly depending on your country so if you're comfortable, I recommend sharing what country you're located in.
