Is it worth making a dispute?

Almost 2 weeks ago I ordered 10 free MSG valium from DIRTYBRISTO after a reassurance his stealth would be acceptable. Unfortunately, it is yet to come, and I think I am going to have to dispute the escrow payment.

1) Is it worth doing this over the shipping cost of less than £5, if it will affect future disputes that I might have to make against other vendors

2) Has anyone else had any arrival delays from DIRTYBRISTO?

UPDATE: After contacting the vendor, he did the good thing of cancelling the order, just a shame I was not able to capitalise on such a good deal.

I'd dispute, otherwise you are easy pray for these people. Doesn't matter how much, you haven't received anything. I wonder if a lot of these vendors actually send anything first time

Dispute, get your €5, and go with a more reliable vendor next time so you won't have to worry about disputing again / your dispute history. I'm surprised it hasn't auto-finalized yet since its been two weeks.

Edit: ALMOST 2 weeks.

Hmm i don't know if it's worth it. Sure you should dispute but I did the same for an little order. To this point i've never had a problem with any vendor. All orders were promptly accepted and I've never heard from one. After one little dispute, some vendors never accepted my orders and let it autocancel after 3 days. When I asked them they never even responded to my questions.

So that something you have to consider. I made an new account and did an test with one of them. Guess what, sent with no problems in 2 days.

Personally I'd leave it. Just leave a negative feedback stating what happend and warning everyone else.
