Hey All. Thought it might be fun to make a handful of lottery listings.. and I just wanted some feedback on them as I know I can't possibly think of all the angles myself.
Blackbank: BB's order id system is entirely number based.. so the last digit is obviously going to be 0-9...(or 10 possibilities).
I was thinking I would set it up like this: using a $100 product as an example..(3.5g wax).
The winning number would be set... we'll say '4'.
If the last digit of the order id ends in 4.. you win.
tickets are $11. each ticket has a 1/10 chance of winning.. so theoretically.. I would generate $110 for every win. (the $10 extra is to cover shipping).
In theory, somebody could purchase multiple orders in rapid fire to try and get the product id ending in 4.. but there are 125k users on the site.. the odds of you placing two orders in a row, and getting the two order ids ina row aren't very good.. are they?
The only potential flaw I can think of.. is that somebody could order, cancel, order, cancel, order, cancel.. until they got the right ending. I guess in order to see it.. I'd have to be online/refresh my page at the exact time they ordered/before they cancelled.. am I correct?
Any other observations/thoughts?
I was thinking of doing this system for various items/price ranges.. i.e. a $100 item, with $11 tickets.. a $300 item.. with $35 tickets.. and a $600 item, with $65 tickets.. whatcha think??
FOr Ag.. it would be a little different. the last digit of the order id can be a number or letter.. making for 36 combos. I thought I would offer two winning options.. a letter and a number. so odds would be 2/36.. or 1/18. As a result, these lotto tickets would be cheaper.. as the odds of winning would be slightly less than half of the BB tickets.. thoughts? thanks.
Why don't you just sell drugs like everyone else
