Hansa requires coinb.in wallet for multisig. Never heard of it, wtf? Why no electrum multisig?

Apparently electrum is not able to sign transactions on Hansa for some strange reason, so they require a wallet type that I have never heard of and is not endorsed by the bitcoin foundation.

Other markets presumably have no problems with electrum and multisig.

wtf and is this a good, reliable wallet for my stacks

Coinb.in isn't a service, it is just a piece of code which translates BIP0032 into hexadecimal code...or at least I believe so. You can go to the Coinb.in Github page, download their entire open source website, and carry out any of the instructions on a machine that has never been connected trough the internet. It is fairly harmless...

It was a hassle, but I used Electrum for wallet address and coinb.in for signing transactions to verify wallet setup.

Hansa doesn't require it, they recommend it. You're free to sign your transactions however you want.

It's a legit site, you can even save the page and run it offline.

it does not require it at all and coin bin is not a fucking wallet
