Had an order land on Friday, product was bunk and left a one-star rating. Vendor contacted me today and offered to reship if I leave better feedback. Unfortunately I deleted the order for my history, is there anyway to change feedback once order has been deleted from "basket"?
It's extremely rare that I have problems was using a new vendor, I didn't expect to hear from him but he has cordially offered to right this wrong. I'm not a dick and I'm not going to take him up on it if I can't change the feedback however. TY
Firstly, you should tell him to reship and then you'll change your rating. Secondly, I don't think you can change your rating once you delete the order history. But I would still try to get that idiot to reship first.
