Use a proxy + optionally add a web proxy -> Use a third party site that offers free tracking - let another provider make the request through USPS's API for you.

Vpn --> someone else's WiFi ---> packagetrackr

Sign up for myusps and configure it to email you updates... then you don't have to check tracking. Packages don't always show up on there but it at least covers some of them.
Probably using a VPN. If you use tor, they can get flagged.
