Customer service is what the drug world is all about. Why do we let vendors(No matter how good or trustworthy) get away with having shitty customer service?
I get it, this isn't Amazon, correct, but if you were buying drugs in person and your dealer asked what you needed and you told him, for example, "2 grams of weed!" and he said "Okay. Don't message me about this again, I will be there when I'm there, I'm too busy to talk about your product.", you would be pretty pissed.
If a vendor is unwilling to give a tracking number for "Security Reasons" then they better balls up and be willing to give updates about the customers product.
My friends weed dealer IRL get pissed if you don't buy from him consistently on a strict schedule. Like if you don't buy from him every Thursday at 8 p.m he will threaten to take away the privilege of buying his shitty overpriced weed.
