They haven't updated their twitter yet. They posted something after the arrest that they'd be back up in 5-10 days. I also noticed that the TLS certificate has been changed. I wonder if the feds just seized the domain, but could not gain access to the IT infastruce. It would be pretty interesting if they come back with a new domain. They would be like the pirate bay of bitcoin exchanges.

I heard feds seized domain, not actuall server and wallets. Many users who even submitted documents lost their funds. Who knows how would this end up but most likely btc-e is gone.
