Having a current issue with an order from a VERY popular domestic vendor that I have used since SR1. Shipping is taking unusually long (7 days vs 4).
This vendor will not hesitate to hand over Tracking # to loyal customers but I have now tried to use two different PGP public/Private keys to obtain it and have had problems decrypting both messages from the vendor. I trust him, and I know he's annoyed that I have been persistent but I have NEVER NOT been able to decrypt my messages.
EDIT: Did not mean Selective - Meant Exit scam.
Any suggestions on how to approach this problem?
It could certainly be cover for them not wanting to actually communicate, but I think it's even more likely that they're just screwing up and encrypting to the wrong key. Perhaps you should send them a copy of your correct, complete pubkey in a message and ask them to re-send the messages they sent before, as they seem to be encrypted to a different customer's key.
