Nucleus Banned me because I allowed direct deals. Stay away from this market looks like they will exit soon

I have an outstanding reputation in this community and the mods over at Nucleus Market decided to suspend my account with no warning because I allowed direct deals.
Not only that, but one of the mods had the audacity to update MY profile page and put in the newsfeed - possible scam. This is an all time low for market moderators having nothing better to do than to ban legit vendors.
I would stay away from this market as it looks like they want to pile up all the btc in their wallets so they can exit soon. The mods can't even speak english properly and called me a scammer with absolutely 0 proof. Terrible market with terrible mods, I shouldn't have set up shop here in the first place, my apologies to all my customers, your orders will be refunded when the admins decide they feel like it,
because right now I have no ability to issue any refunds I just have btc stuck in my wallet.

Maybe the ban was a bit harsh but advertising direct deals on market is a no no there. You should of put up your direct deal email and cited it as a "just in case the market goes down" kinda thing like every other vendor does.

Strictly speaking, them banning you under suspicion of scamming was to protect customers on nuke who see your direct deal email on nuke, do a deal, get scammed and run back to support blaming them for letting it happen.

But yeah, your fuck up for saying the words direct deal. I hope you get your account back.

[16 Points] C4000c:

I know your mad but you cant really correlate the two sentences in your title. They just want the commission, otherwise they would have not banned you and taken your money instead of saying you cant sell there. The same could litteraly be said about yourself though, why cant you stay on a market instead of piling up the btc in off market transactions?

[7 Points] EastCoastCollective:

@ Cx000 maybe its time for you to open your own shop. I am loving having my own private shop. Having no anonymous middle man holding coins for days is a great thing.

[7 Points] Weedplease420:

CX000 is on point! Sees a post on r/DNM and responds Quick as fuck!

New theory, nucleus is behind DDOS attacks and are attempting to get everyone to use their market today so they can maximize scam profits. Shit is pure genius

[7 Points] Vendor_BBMC:

Its the aim of every sensible vendor with returning customers who trust him, to try to maximize the number of direct deals. Nucleus were happy for cannaxpress to bring their customers with them into their marketplace. Who the fuck do they think they are? your agent? They insist on a cut of every drug deal now?

Cannaxpress is a big vendor who was trading before Nucleus, and will still be trading when they are long gone. Vendors outlive these jumped-up IT geeks and their websites like humans outlive the cars we own.

Obviously, cannaxpress' customers trust the vendor, without escrow, more than they trust Nucleus. That's not really the vendor's fault now, is it?

When a new marketplace starts up, its like "Wayne's World" trying to get a rock festival off the ground. When you create your account to have a look at it and you see that front page with the square photos of every drug, it doesn't wow you the same as it did on Silk road if you don't see any familiar names, just a load of scammy-looking one-stop-shops.

One-Stops are the ginger stepchildren of the marketplace, you can never really love them or their 84% MDMA and Dutch Amnesia haze. Not enough to actually deposit bitcoin on the site, anyway. They're only there because there was no vendor bond.

A big specialist vendor is like Alice Cooper confirming he will play Waynestock. All the indie bands suddenly confirm too because they get to do their show for a hundred thousand Alice Cooper fans.

Now imagine if wayne, instead of saying "Thank you", said "You can't play the second half of your set because you announced a gig in Detroit."

Nucleus....its the type of site where a vendor airlifts customers off after one successful deal.

[4 Points] Mindles1s:

This is not my Vendor name.

The same thing happened to me. I added an email to my page, and under it said that I could be reached at the address for direct contact/transactions if the market was experiencing problems.

I was a large seller. I was with the market from nearly its inception. Up until the ban, I had the most sales of two products on the website. 400+ 5* feedback.

And then I am hit with the red scamming investigation with a 4.99/5 rating, because of the email inclusion.

VRC does not know how to run a business.

[4 Points] AdventureTimeSupply:

Did you talk to anyone through their messaging system about direct deals? If so I could see them banning you for that. Especially if competition tried to set you up with a loaded question, then told the admins. That's why I never discuss direct deals on markets. I make it clear in every market profile that I do direct deals and have never had a problem. I never really used my Nucleus account though.

[3 Points] plutopete:

Every market I've been on banned vendors for touting direct sales and bypassing the commission, why should they advertise your shop for nothing?

CannaXpress000 was not banned, his account was only suspended as a warning. There were two problems - one was Direct Dealing which is against our rules and it is bannable on sight, and second were recent complaints, one with very interesting conclusion: Citation from message from his customer: “I waited for 6 days and received nothing and so I PMed him, just checking up on the status to make sure everything was going accordingly. Then he replied with "uh yea. you fucked up. dont order from me again.”” This is not behavior we are going to permit here. We are providing trading platform and we are asking for only 3 - 4 % from every deal. The right think in case of request for DD from the customer is: “Please make your order through the market, thanks”. DD with market customers is not fair regardless which market it is. His/your account was unlocked today. Take it as a warning.

[2 Points] TheHypeIsReal:

You should sign this with your PGP key to verify you as CX000.

I didn't know nuke had a exclusivity clause in their vendor bond lol

[3 Points] cactuzx:

What do you seriously expect? Nucleus are on point with potential scams, would rather it this way than vice versa.

[3 Points] DinoNeedsMe:

Wow are they retarded or something?

They got upset that you avoided their commission by doing a DD, so they ban you and prevent you from generating any commission for them?

Seems like they really have their shit together.

...

[1 Points] DinoNeedsMe:

I doubt they would be banning vendors if they were going to exit, makes more sense to keep as many people and their BTC on-site as possible

[1 Points] egocentrichris:

It's obvious Nucleus too is Evolution. That said you cant fault them as a buyer, good user interface, runs well, very little downtime, btc appear in wallet within an hour. Just never leave any coins there.

[0 Points] Borderline_psychotic:

Very poor form of you to spread rumours about Nucleus just because you're upset you got banned for breaking their rules. Grow up

[1 Points] procowtipper:

Damn. That's brutal.

[1 Points] AmericanSubsDNM:

My escrow releases arent showing in my wallet. something is def going on.

[1 Points] None:

Damn. I'm not sure why nucleus would ban you for some stupid shit like that. I mean, it is against nucleus's rules, so idk.

On the other hand, I just had my pack land from you of some J1, and it is FIIRREEEE. I just want to thank you for that. I'm not sure if you remember me, I contacted you about the missing package a couple days ago. Turns out I'm a retard and it was there exactly when it said it was. Thanks for the fire shit, those were some massive nugs

[1 Points] rogueXleader:

Markets all seem to have this no direct deals, we have to get a cut policy, but they must know it's a regular occurrence with trusted vendors and banning the vendor has no effect beyond forcing them to move to a different source of communication and effectively ending any money the market would see in the future from that vendor. I know a lot of people don't like Nucleus, and I've heard of complaints, but I've yet to have an issue on there fortunately. The support can be slow, but it is what it is. They certainly aren't as sketchy as AlphaBay. I sincerely hope you will have your account reinstated, most likely with the excuse that it was an inexperienced new mod's poor judgement, but even having never ordered from you that bums me out. Never wanna see an honest vendor screwed for something like that. If you start a petition or something for Nucleus users supporting you as a vendor, I'd be happy to check out your listings and message support (as a customer with a very good track record) that I believe there's been a mistake made and your vendor account should be reinstated immediately, if nothing else for the sake of refunding customers. Then you could decide whether it is worth the trouble sticking around or finding a new way to do direct deals while setting up shop elsewhere, although the list of quality markets at the moment isn't terribly impressive

[1 Points] throwaway1882072:

Banning because you're subverting their ability to tax your sales is shitty, but understandable response.

What I don't understand is how that leads to the conclusion they will exit scam, or is that just the most damaging remark you could think to make?

[1 Points] izza123:

Nucleus is fine, 0 reason to think they will scam.

[1 Points] bigdickgeorge:

Me and some others are still waiting on our BTC deposit to go to our nucleus account. I created the wallet address on nucleus and sent 4.4 BTC to (1LuDL6QaTbXwuTjfz5rs9VkkWzj3b6zuzw) Nucleus responds to me today saying that isn't a nucleus wallet address...

[1 Points] bigdickgeorge:

It's all over the forums, especially on alphabay. No one is receiving there deposits, It's been 24+ hours and still no deposit

[1 Points] bigdickgeorge:

No one is getting there deposits been 24+ hours and still no deposit, I created a wallet address on nucleus and sent 4.4 BTC to it and still haven't received it. Nucleus says the address is not a nucleus address...BS!!!

[0 Points] Zombie21st:

Fuck nuc.! They took 15.6 btc of my dr.x "escrow"

[0 Points] throwaxanny:

Didn't they do that to DrQuarters like a few months ago? Nucleus always sketches me out. Said they were taking down the forums for 3 days and that was like 2 months ago lol.
