Renting someone's house to grow weed and trashing the house in the process (always happens) is just wrong and will bring you bad karma for a long time. Rent industrial property -- water damage on concrete slab floors ain't a problem and industrial properties are set up to handle high electrical loads. Hard or almost impossible to do anon though.

You don't do a grow house. You go into an industrial area and rent an industrial warehouse / shop space and grow there. Those owners will leave you alone 100% no "pop ins".

Better to rent in an industrial area like has been said. Would be nice to do it under a fake name, but that's tough.
