15mg of DOM & DOB
I'm good now but man, the whole experience just ended up making me feel like an idiot. After smoking some weed, I ended up getting an uber to urgent care, I'm still tripping at this poin and I don't know this person from Adam, so this drive is very awkward and I'm on edge. I get there and tell the staff, and I'm paraphrasing, "I've taken a large amount of a substance, I cant sleep and I've been up for days", at this point I think that they think Im on meth, so I tell them what it is and about the vasoconstriction. They've never heard of it. They do the typical stretcher, IV stuff then put me in a room. The official doctor comes in and starts talking to me but his shirt pattern is the only thing Im focused on because its moving up and and all around, but there is where I start drawing blanks. Next thing I remember is someone giving me Iloprost(spelling?) through a needle, I'm not afraid of needles but I was freaking out a little, given that I was astronomically paranoid throughout the whole fiasco though, I'm not surprised. Then Comedy Central was on in the backgroung and I was humpty dumpty level cracking the fuck up and next thing I know, I'm waking up in the room feeling like someone just beat the shit out me, tingly an and afterglow. The nurse was pretty cute, I think she was a MILF; she gave me a little summary of the visit. Apparently I wasn't too bad, they gave me some Xanax and I freaked them out because after a certain point, I went from visibly paranoid to going into fits of laughter. After that they sent me on my way.
And to that one asshole, I have health insurance.
You should never take any psychedelic without having benzodiazepines on hand. Believe me, I've stopped what could have been absolute nightmarish trips with 30mg Valium in the past - I mean trips where I was seriously losing touch with reality and started panicking about becoming a danger to myself. With an appropriate benzo dose, even the most intense trip like that ends within 5 to 10 minutes. Your entire experience likely could have been avoided with planning.
