I have an order that finalizes in less than 24 hours that I still haven't received from a vendor on AB. I have been in contact with the vendor. A few days ago he said that the tracking didn't update. I messaged him again last night and the response I got when I checked this morning was him saying that if I didn't receive it by the end of the week, that he will reship. Now it finalizes in less than 24 hours and I still haven't received my package. My question is should I still put it in to dispute even though I've been in contact with the vendor?
