Ordering RCs after being on LEs radar?

Does anyone have experience ordering legal or semi legal RCs after being visited by the Feds? Earlier this year I had a run in with them concerning my Darknet orders (vendor saved my address and was busted). I got a good lawyer and wasnt charged.

I'm never going to order illegals again, don't want to risk my career and everything, but RCs I might be interested in. I've been monitoring all incoming packages of legal things I buy online and none show signs of being tampered with, but sometimes they get stuck at a sorting center for days at a time before they move. I guess I'm just asking if anyone's been busted or had a near miss like I did, and had luck later ordering RCs. Also are there any RCs that arent covered by the analogue act?

Edit - I think it's hilarious people can't accept that it is possible to get a visit just by buying. That's not even what I posted this for.

You'd probably be ok, but do you really want to risk it? Also, be up on your state law: I've seen a case where an RC became illegal while in transit, and the guy that ordered it (bulk) got fucked in the ass when it was delivered.

Can you please tell us a little more about your visit from the feds?

OP's story is right in line with how "knock and talks" have gone in the past. Appears credible, thank you for posting.

For people asking for proof or not believing his story because you don't WANT to believe this stuff can happen??? Lol wake up and smell the roses, this isn't Amazon.

OP to answer your question, you're definitely at a greater risk for package seizure / CD going forward. You need to get a drop totally disconnected from the name and address that was on busted vendor's computer (presumably your real name and home address). That's a stored lead in LE's database, meaning it could trigger an internal alarm when a package comes to the drop going forward (see the recent Oregon Court of Appeals ruling). And if a RC pack from China is seized in normal Customs procedure, then the first thing they do is run the name and address in their database to see if it's associated with any past drug/criminal activity. Your name/address would most likely be red-flagged.

The fact that it's a "legal" RC vs. illegal DNM drug doesn't really make a difference.... if they want to bust you, they will bust you. Don't underestimate LE.

Your recent packs have gone through mostly because LE and customs limited time and resources are on your side - they just don't have the time to monitor every package going to every person's house, whether on a watch list or not. But it's that 1 out of 10 times where something does pop up on their end, and they do have time, and then bam they are back at your door.

Do you mind if I ask if you're in a urban or rural area? I'm guessing rural, maybe in the south or somewhere where marijuana has more stigma attached to it, since trafficking in eights and quarters of weed isn't the most serious drug offense.

Im going to need you to track down these agents, grab a selfie with todays date and time, post a follow up post with said photo. Otherwise im callin FUD ;)

So how much weight were you moving to get a visit ? Is the small fry argument true?

Did they raid your house or just try to scare you in an interview?

If this had actually happened then I'd consider the address burned. I wouldn't order any RCs (legal or semi) to that name/addr combination. Consider finding a drop or getting a p.o. box in a different city.

tl;dr If Federal Agents come and talk to you, you need to proceed very carefully.

even though you're probably safe

If the RC's are legal, then they are legal. The legal ones only become illegal when they can prove you intended to use them for human consumption or re-sell them. If you're scared, go to church. RC's will always be around, they are just un-regulated drugs. You cannot ban/outlaw chemistry.

Also, you asked,

Are there any RCs that arent covered by the analogue act?

Yes, but very few. If its parent is a sched. 1 or 2 and intended for HC, it's covered. BUT, that does not include most RC benzos, since the parent compunds are usually schedule IV or V.

Good luck!
