How do you provide "proof" for dispute?

So in my first dispute with vendor on alphabay. Pretty standard deal except I disputed pretty early. Basically this happened. Pretty straightfoward. I make purchase for an express shipment on AB and vendor confirms it'll be shipped out in a few hours and will soon receive notification. This was Thursday morning. Basically nothing since. Nothing showed up Friday, Saturday, Tuesday or today. Nothing has ever shown up on myusps (so despite its bad reputation I've never had an order not appear there at some point). Numerous messages to vendor later...no response...he's been online. Don't understand why he would try to scam...small time vendor..small order...would not be good to have a negative feedback ..would stick out badly. And funds are in escrow?!?

I disputed on ab because he won't respond at all. Moderator says to start conversation and provide as much proof as possible. All I have are the conversations on ab messaging...all of which are me leaving messages to him ...nothing from him since 29th.

So what do you provide for proof? Screens shots of conversation? How do you get those loaded onto a message in the market? Any thoughts?

The proof will be in the tracking (or lack thereof).

Just comment on that dispute. If the mod requires proof add him to the old convo between you and the vendor type bump he'll be alerted and read the messages.

Most importantly explain your case. I had to dispute a vendor and they never even answered the dispute so I automatically won and got my money back after 4 days

add the moderator to the message threads, silly. then tell them that you did that and you want them to read them for proof.

the real problem is that most of the time the markets side with the vendor until they start obviously scamming. if they send you an empty package they can use the tracking for it to "prove" that they sent your product.

Important piece of info..this was paid for as an express shipment. When vendor said he'd ship in a few hours that was a day after everything was ordered and I asked him why it was still processing. He apologized for not checking in and said he'd throw in an extra or something and it would be out in a few hours.
