Non-photo ID for PO Box

I'm struggling to get a PO box because I do not have a non-photo ID (birth certificates and SS cards cannot be used). My driver's license should work for the photo ID though. According to the USPS website, the following forms of non-photo ID are acceptable:

Current lease, mortgage, or deed of trust
Voter or vehicle registration card
Home or vehicle insurance policy

I don't have any of those things, as I do not own a vehicle or a home (am a university student) and I am in a state that does not provide voter ID cards.

What kind of working non-photo ID would be easiest for me to obtain?

/r/forgeries you can get secondaries with your name and address on it from vendors there for pretty cheap. See the verified vendor list

Alternatively, search for lease agreement .pdf in your favorite search engine, and make it look like a lease agreement for you at your address with photoshop or gimp. The post office has NO IDEA what any particular rental or lease agreement looks like, so they will accept it as presented.

When I got pulled over a long time ago for no insurance, I made up phony insurance documents by borrowing a friends legit insurance and photoshopping my name etc. into that document. If a judge bought my cock and bull story, then I'm sure some postal clerk would.
