Multisig?

Hey Reddit,

First post ever here, so play nice :)

I'm a new vendor on Evolution, and I'm wondering about enabling multisig. I chose Evo partly because it offers this facility, but then yesterday had a look at how to implement it, and it's a tad on the complicated side:

So a 20 gig download and then programming the bitcoind API...I've read of a few people struggling with the guidelines suggested by Evo. So, I'm wondering how many people have successfully used multisig, and whether it would make you likelier to order from a particular vendor if they offer the ability to use this service.

Welcome!

Have you looked at Evo's own guide to enabling multisig? I can't quite remember how but there is a way of doing it without downloading the entire blockchain. Evo's guide details this.

I have multisig set up but I never see any vendors using it :( at least not on Evo anyway. Multisig would definitely encourage me to order if a vendor was offering this service - partially just because I want to try it out but also obviously for safety reasons!

Evo drug vendors offering multisig, also with two guides (bitcoin-qt and electrum) for using multisig on Evo specifically. The process is simple and fun!
