Buying items with carded gift cards

When someone uses a gift card that they obtained from someone who obtained said gift card from carding, can the person using the gift card get in trouble? Is the gift card traceable to having been purchased with a potentially stolen credit card? Thanks for any info. See on several markets greatly reduced gift cards purchased by carding. Does someone just need to keep purchase under a certain amount depending on the website? What about walmart and amazon specifically? Any other tips? Can someone use their personal address and information without issue in this situation?

You can easily get caught. I don't know they anyone got busted doing it, but awhile ago someone dude had awesome deals on legit Whole Foods Gift Card Codes. It was a shit show for a minute, Whole Foods got taken for a ride for few days but they quickly noticed something was up and put a stop to it.

You can get caught.

You need to take the same precautions as you would using stolen credit card info yourself.

Many laws broken in this scenerio. But relatively low risk.
