[GeneralQuestions] Disputing an order [Agora]

I placed an order with a newer vendor a week ago. I had one previous transaction with him that went well other than a shipping delay. I decided to order a larger quantity presumably thinking he would ship out fast and have great communication being a new vendor and all. He was offline for four days before marking it confirmed. It has now been three more days and he hasn't logged in to mark it shipped or at the least send me an update. The order auto-finalizes in seven days and there isn't even a package on the way. Not to mention that I bought the last listing the vendor had up. This order is of some quantity so I'm a bit concerned on how to handle the situation. Having 4+ bitcoin is escrow with the vendor nowhere to be found sucks. At this point, I would really like a refund as the vendor has failed to ship out in a timely manner and has caused me more trouble than it's worth. I sent the vendor a courteous message asking for the tracker and an update, or to cancel the order if it hasn't shipped. The vendor hasn't been online to respond. Should I take this to Agoras resolution center or give it another day? Any advice would be great, Really want to get this order canceled if possible.
