I ordered from a popular DNM from a seller with a very good feedback history. Order update was fast and supposedly shipped quickly. This is a domestic order for a very small product. Stealth should be super easy with this order. Been waiting over a week. Sent multiple messages to vendor and have not heard anything at all. Next steps?
Contact support on the market / report the vendor.
It's not guaranteed to be a scam - sometimes shit happens. But you should treat it like a scam until the vendor has made good. In these situations i will refuse a reship and specifically ask for a refund. You will not be ordering from this vendor again.
If this is the first time you've ordered from the vendor; Any 50% reship / refund policy is unimportant to me. Those terms are the vendors terms - but not the markets terms (meaning support can over-rule the vendors terms and force a full refund). If the vendor has been accused of selective scamming in the past it is likely that support will side with the buyer.
I will not resend my delivery details unless it is a vendor i have used before and trust. But also - i've never had to contact support over a order with a vendor that i trust.
