Usually you here about "Oh this vendor didn't send my package" or "This vendor sent me a empty box" but you never hear about the vendor side of things.
I am not revealing myself as I want to keep my identity private.
What will happen is a customer will order a package, I send it with the correct information they gave me, and then they dispute the Escrow charges 3-4 days later and they have all won there coins back!
I just opened shop a week ago and this has happened 3 times already. I'm losing my patience.
Do I need to go FE or get tracking on the packages?
Tracking would help your argument with the dispute. Had vendors screw me that way a couple times.
