VirWox just stole my money too!?!?!?!

Alright so i deposited 70 dollars into my virwox acct about a week ago and immediately changed it to btc. I had to wait a few days before i could get the rest of the money i needed and yesterday i tried to do the same thing with 40 dollars but my bank had put a hold on them because it was a foriegn trqnsaction i called in and authorized their charge and also just moved it to my credit card. I used the credit card to deposit the 40 bucks andeverything went through just fine. After i changed that into btc i had .38 btc in my account so i then tried to withdrawl them and it told me it would require a manual step to complete withdrawl and i was fine with that.So i sent them a message asking how long the manual step takes. A few hours later they sent me an email telling me that my account had been closed due to high risk indications and my money would be refunded and would post in acct within the next 7 days. I also got an email from skrill saying that virtual world services refunded my 70 bucks at the same time. They never sent me anything at all on the other $40 that i just deposited yesterday using my credit card. I have sent them 3 or 4 emails asking them to please refund the other 40 that i deposited in my acct yesterday and I havent recieved any response !! The main reason,im really worried they have stolen my money is because ive read other posts on here about them doing the same thing to other people. Does anybody else have any experience with VirWox like this?? Does anybody know if they reply on their support and/or contact email??it looks to me like theyre all automated and dont have any humans replying

STOP USING VIRWOX!! God...

Use localbitcoins buy with cash or bank deposit.

This has been happening alot!!

I would suggest going to your bank and reversing the transaction

This is kinda DNM unrelated.

But besides that, I would just keep in contact with them it takes time. Explain to then exactly what you just told us. And nicely because that's the way to get things done in a timely manner.
