Is this vendor LE or maybe just scamming?

I tried ordering from a fairly well reviewed vendor on Zion. 50+ orders and all good reviews. But for some reason the method that I use to encrypt my address with their PGP key isn't working according to them. They can't decode it. They are asking that I send my info through ProtonMail. Is this is a bad idea? Is this vendor LE or is it just a problem with pgp? We're using escrow and the money isn't a huge issue I just don't want to get raided. Any advice is appreciated

i wouldn't trust it, pick a dif. vendor man. not worth the risk.

Probably incompetence and not malicious intent. But does it really matter? Buy from someone else.

I doubt it's LE. They would be able to decrypt a message encyrpted to their key just as easily as anyone else. Though your post is actually a little light on details that would help to provide informed advice...you were concerned enough to make this post, so I'd say go with your gut and keep searching.

Doesn’t seem like LE seems like a scammer

better safe than sorry.

Sounds sketchy dude, I wouldn't do that.

Update or Reinstall pgp software. Sometimes the php app fails. Then resend using vendor pgp. If vendor still cannot decode, avoid vendor.
