So basically I ordered product worth 600 euros off a vendor called superdrugz. Mistakingly, I didn't check his feedback and noticed that this was his biggest order ever and he is supposedly a selective scammer. He sent me a smaller order before. Spanishconnect was dealing with the dispute for my FULL refund as that is what ESCROW should be used for - no product no money... however they sided with the vendor even tho the vendor literally couldn't provide proof of delivery and I could provide proof of not receiving it.
spanishconnect was dealing with it professionally and in came Quasimodo and just have 10% refund?? that's completely unfair is there anyone I could contact to have this dealt with appropriately?
