Had a pack go missing. Tracking shows delivered last week, but I never got it in my PO box. I got other mail in it throughout this time though.
Should I take the tracking to the desk and see what's up? Possibly put in wrong PO box?
Vendor was kind enough to refund, even though he didn't have to. If I recover the pack, I am more than willing to send him the coin for the purchase.
Years ago I had a package that was missing in transit (or something to indicate that there was a problem with the delivery) according to tracking, when I went to the window with the tracking number, it turned out they had just forgot to put the slip in my box indicating I had a package. It had been sitting at the post office for over a week just waiting for me!
