does using a private shipping company avoid customs/legal troubles?

the prices for stuff from overseas (to the US) are way better than domestic for something i want (even including shipping). but i've heard that ordering stuff overseas is a great way to attract attention/get arrested.

but what if you used fedex or something? i saw some post on here about how UPS avoids customs, though that sounds kind of wrong now that i think about it.

is there some smart way of doing this or is it better avoided altogether?

lets presume it is as you declare, no one here will spoon feed you.

why would anyone tell about a loophole and risk having noobs attract attention and maybe use fake names on 1g MDMA order from over seas.

if you know a loop hole, its like inside trading, meaning easy guac

Using a private shipping company avoids you from getting your pack safely. Know from experiance. We used USPS for 20 years and never had a problem. The one time we tried to use private. We were talking to Federal Agents.

That was me who said that, and I didn't give the full story. Yes, private couriers have agents stationed at customs facilities in order to expedite that process. However, these private couriers can also get in serious legal trouble if it's later discovered that something illegal slipped through on their watch. This is why companies like UPS and Fedex do random spot checks and are so vigilant about inspecting items that seem suspicious. With every shipping contract - stated in legalese, in fine print at the bottom of the page - there is a clause that basically says your package becomes their property as long as it's in their possession and they can do whatever they want to ensure that they aren't breaking the law by sending it.
