i have recieved and email/call from these guys saying we need to talk about an open case which i found out wasnt for me and they made a mistake but still need to confirm with me? should i be worried? i get a call from these guys and of course for some reason my mail has yet to come, even though the nice usps lady told me nothing was wrong with my mail (she even told me she couldnt do that but saw i was upset so she hooked me up and just happen to leave a paper with my info on the table with nothing of the sorts of: hld mail, suspicaous activity, etc blah blah blah)
anyone ever experience this?
I'd ignore it. If package doesn't come, open dispute with vendor to see what's up with the tracking, and clean house.
Last line is a bit weird, you're saying the lady at the desk, reluctantly, slipped a piece of paper showing your contact info that shows there's nothing saying your house is suspicious or anything? In which case, why would it? I'm a bit confused what you were trying to say in that last line, if you could just clarify or rewrite it. I mean I don't think there's just some convenient way to figure out if your address is watched or not by some easy USPS print out...
