Is my mate at risk? Used coinbase to add BTC...

One of my mates asked me to get him something from Agora, I told him to send me some BTC to my AG wallet and he did (only a really small amount) so I ordered it to his address.

Long story short, after I placed the order he told me he send the BTC using Coinbase. He doesn't normally use Coinbase, its always his own wallet

Anyway his stuff did arrive as normal next day. Was only LSD, but I have heard about Coinbase actually taking action against people who have sent to DNM's from Coinbase wallets. Is he at any risk or is it safe to continue ordering?

Also He's trynna register on agora but its saying its full hence why I had to order for him. Is that really the case or is there any working referral codes?

been sending 1000s threw coinbase straight into agora for almost a whole year, barely ever send to non dnm wallets and they never did anything to me or told me anything.

I've been sending directly from Coinbase to my DNM wallets for the last dozen transactions. Nothing has ever happened.

I hadn't heard of agora taking action but have heard of Coinbase taking action if they believe your coins were sent to a dnm wallet. They will generally suspend the account. Outside of that I don't know what they do with the info aside from suspending your Coinbase account. Not sure if they forward to LE or what.

You're fine. Worst that can happen is getting suspended by Coinbase which isn't the end of the world.

As for Agora referral code, you have one too if you have an account there. Hit "Profile" and it's on the top of the list.

Coonbase does track where there money is getting sent to. Only from coinbase to whatever address. They'll send him a email saying they closed his account and has to withdraw his funds to a different wallet. Nothing too serious.

I've moved a lot from cb. Never had an issue ever. The claims that cb monitors this is pure, ignorant fud. Now, depositing thousands into your bank account (that then is used to buy coin at cb) will probably be flagged at your bank, which may kick off a series of events that are not in your favor, but this as I said does not start at cb.
