I made an order on BlueSky almost two weeks ago and the vendor hasn't sent me my stuff or replied to my messages.

I ordered some product from this vendor on BlueSky almost two weeks ago via message and he agreed to send me the product after I sent the BTC in advance, as per his rules as I have less than 10 good feedback. However, I haven't gotten anything yet and he's not responding to any of my messages and his profile says he's online every day. Support isn't helping either. He has decent feedback so I have some faith but after almost two weeks, I'm beginning to fear the worst. What do I do?

You can contact support, that is really your only option. I would consider your BTC gone forever though.

Edit: you did the deal through messages only? Like you didn't add something to your cart then FE for it? If he is ripping people off using that method no wonder he has decent feedback, people like you can't leave reviews.

BSM does not allow anyone with less than 75 positive feedback to require FE, no matter how many feedback you have. Report him to BSM support and they will shut him down. Unfortunately though, I'm pretty sure you're screwed. Unless that money is still sitting in his BSM account BSM isn't going to be able to help you get it back.
