Is it unsafe to use a mobile hotspot while accessing the darknet?

I routinely run my TOR laptop via a portable tethering hotspot from a prepaid SIM in an android phone which has never made a phonecall.
The NSA has tried to deanonimize TOR users in the past by putting malware on their computer which is a java exploit. It can send details like your computer name, mac address, and the mac of your internet router, which you will have paid for under your own name, and is registered to your property.
3G is easily fast enough for TOR. You shouldn't have java iinstalled, facebook or anything that ties your identity to the machine, and use something like MDAMAC freeware which renames your computer and writes a fake mac address to its registry each time it's rebooted.
Remember - this is different to running orbot on your phone, which I believe is currently not too safe. Your phone is just being an internet connection for your laptop

Assume someone is watching everything, so if you tumble your coins they cant trace them, and if you use PGP they cant see your address.

Well... the third party hotspot router may log your device's identity and know that you accessed Tor. Not much risk, I'd say.

10/10 dumbest question today
I simply assume using darknet on mobile is unsafe. Your phone is the biggest spy tool in your daily life.
