When an order remains processing

Vendor promises to ship order 24-48 hours. Its been almost 3 days and my still remains in processing, vendor is reading but ignoring messages. Vendor responded once, yesterday morning, and said he would mark it shipped as it is a FE sale and I was going to be out of town for a few days.

Is this reason enough to open a dispute if by tomorrow it's still processing? I dont like to appear impatient but I only selected this vendor due to his supposed fast shipping times.

The market is evo btw, and I do not believe there is any option to cancel like on some markets.

What are my options? Funds remain in escrow for now.

correct. 4 days, a cancel button appears. I really would not FE even if he does mark it shipped on the 4th day. I would send a note saying you're not comfortable and let him ship it or cancel your order. Seriously bro, don't FE this time.

Don't concern yourself so much with appearing impatient. I have noticed that a lot of people give vendors a lot more leeway than they deserve out of fear of pissing them off.

The truth is, as markets evolve, customer service starts mattering more and more as competition comes along. If a vendor hasn't responded in several days, you have every right to cancel your order. They are only losing out on profit by not following through.

I believe Evo allows for cancel as soon as it's been four days. If the vendor hasn't shipped by then, cancel the order. Do not FE -- this is just going to increase your chance of losing your money. If the vendor returns, you can place another order. But finalizing in hopes the vendor shows up and ships is just going to increase your chances of a bad outcome.

you can cancel evo orders after 4 days if the vendor does mark it

I'm going through this too right now, any chance this vendor name starts with D?
