+1 Ulament. backpage.com is the way to go. They're called escorts.***$
The bottom line is its legal because you pay upfront and the sex that ALWAYS comes afterwards (if you like) is therefore in some grey area because the payment occured upfront.***%
To put things in a darknetmarket perspective, you couldn't use escrow ($150, lets say) in these situations because if a dispute occurred (i.e. you got super aggressive and she walked out) the escrow agent would then, when forced into a conflict mediation situation where the question is WHY the buyer wants his money back, would I think reveal the truth, that it was for sex (or an orgasm more simply).
some tips from experience
"Outcalls" are situations where she comes to your place or hotel. Its pretty fucking sweet and is the only reason I've done it so many times (the second reason being I'm single). The first thing to say to her on the phone is "hi do you do outcalls?".
Figure out the price on the phone too. That's very important. You can call several girls and then tell them you'll call them back lol so you can be all jewey about it which is fine if you ask me these girls are always asking too much ;)
I think its OK to ask for "dimensions", if you will, over the phone. Like, weight or waste size, you could literally ask for her BMI and make a joke out of it I dunno never done that.
More often than not, the girl who shows up WON'T BE THE GIRL IN THE PICTURE. And if it is, she will have gained weight or be 10 years older***^ or whatever.
Shoot for the stars, hit the moon. Don't be intimidated by that 10 in the picture, its not her. Enough said. (per Ms. Sparkles)
Remember she has to take money upfront so if one day a cop does bust her she can tell the judge about the fact that she "walks out on clients all the time" (she doesn't unless they're ridiculous) and that the money isn't FOR sex. Basically she can tell the judge she is "a whore, not a prostitute" and be let go on that alone so long as she takes the money up front. Its a fun logic puzzle, think about it.
Asking her if she is a police officer will calm her down a lot actually. That's a good icebreaker honestly.
If she talks a lot about how she likes older men, that literally means she likes it when men tell her what to do. This can get annoying unless you're into it. If you want to kick back and have her come to you, don't call these ones unless you're willing to change your style and hop on her. If she's not very hot this may be hard to do with a stranger. So watch out for that.

***$ Its legal in all 50 states, and all common law countries at least I'd imagine too, due to the logical construction of "consulting", plus plausible deniability, plus common knowledge of potential human nature (whorishness, basically). Escorting *can be distinguished from prostitution when it is argued (or assumed, generally) that the money is for the time spent, not for the sex itself.
***% It would be funnier and more crypto-satisfying if these girls advertised as "furniture consultants" though, and actually sometimes really sold furniture. That would be FUCKING AWESOME. Whores, line it up. This is the next big thing. You fuck on the reg, but every now and then you drop couches on your marks. Seriously, 10-30% of your customers are unmarried and probably need furniture consulting. That's a big market. We're rich ladies, otherwise we wouldn't be calling you.
***^ thank you @TECH-NOIR for pointing out I accidentally said "...10 years old". HAH! You'll be lucky if she's under 25.

You can already do that legally, what would be the point?

It makes something already easy complicated.

Prostitution is the oldest game in town irrespective of its legalities so I don't understand why they'd need to be on the darknet if that's the long and short of their crimes. I'm not being an arsehole, genuinely curious. I'm female, no need for a prostitute so darknet sex is not something I'm well versed in.
I basically mean how can you be sure that it is consensual? Because if not, those women are victims and you are further adding to their suffering.
