What happens to multisig transaction with exit scam?

I vend on Wall Street Market and am starting to get the feeling an exit scam is in the works or that they've been taken over by LE because the site went down for 24 hours with no explanation by any mods or staff and in the forums they're claiming nothing happened now its back up which is red flags to me. I don't know, I guess I'm paranoid but I'd like to know what happens to your transactions that are multisig when the market exit scams or is taken down by LE. Do the funds eventually release to vendor or do they get permanently stuck in limbo?

If you haven't seen Wall Street is being DDOSed and someone is attempting to hack the site the same person who's been messing with Aero

If they start to pull an exit scam now, they can easily divert any multisig payments to their own address (unless the buyer verifies the redeemScript before every order by asking the vendor his bitcoin pub key).

Anything sitting in the correct multisig escrow addresses before the market starts to exit will be stuck, unless the vendor :

WSM doesn't provide timelocked transactions.

With the help of timelocked txs, the vendor wouldn't need any help from the buyer, all he'd have to do is save the timelocked txs after every order was shipped. After the timelock expires the tx can be signed and broadcasted by the vendor. This releases the funds from the multisig escrow address to the vendor's address that was set in their profile.

The only market that currently provides timelocked txs is Zion.
