How is this Dispute going to go? (Hansa)

So I tested out a certain Xanax vendor on Hansa with about 50 positive feedback but account has been around for two years. It was marked shipped within hours and now it's been 7+ days which he has been online every day and he hasn't responded to any comms whatsoever and nothing has shown. Anyone ever dealt with Hansa disputes?

If he isn't responding then the Hansa admins will probably refund you. You and the vendor are supposed to resolve the issue yourselves, but obviously that's not possible if he's not even trying.

If you have screenshots of you repeatedly asking the vendor questions, but no answers you'll most likely win. Unless he's able to provide a tracking number, then they'll wait until it's marked as delivered.

When i opened the dispute with a new vendor that never resp9nded, i started sending messages but talking to the mod in the dispute to get things going along

Hi, as long as you are sending him messages on the order (not rando messages that aren't in that specific order conversation) the market staff will be able to see all of the messages you have sent the vendor. I think the dispute will be in your favor. Don't be afraid to dispute the order!!!!!! Hansa staff is very nice
