Dream issue with vendor

Okay so I placed a escrow order and the vendor hasn't logged on in awhile, how long until they return my money or do I open a dispute? Another thing is when you look to the left of there name it has a gray dot instead of a green or yellow what does that mean?

You can cancel the order on dream as long as it hasn’t been accepted. Their is a cancel button somewhere on the orders page. You get your coins back immediately. One of the few things I like about dream.

Dream's rules state vendors must be online every 24 (or 48, can't quite recall) hours, else their listings are hidden.

So contact Dream support, including the url for the transaction, and let them know how long the vendor hasn't been online, and that he hasn't marked it as shipped, and you want your coin back. It should take them 48 hrs max to read your message and side with you. You may want to hit the dispute button, while you're at it, if that's an option.

Btw Dream rules ALSO state that buyers can't go offline for more than five days while an order is open/shipped. If you do then the vendor can dispute, saying "tracking shows delivered and customer hasn't been online in X days" and Dream will release the coin to the vendor.

Be good vendors. Be good customers. Quit being dicks.
