Afraid of vendor retiallation

So I got a vick of fishcale coke that clearly wasn't fc. It was powder with a few pebbles and was lower quality than most hq that I bought on dnms. On EVO, vendors have access to your orders (including shipping info) for 30 days after you finalize.

I already pm'd the vendor and got bs excuses. There were no threats of doxxing or anything like that, but he didn't seem like the friendliest guy in the world either. I've never left neg feedback for anyone before (not even on eBay), but I really want to this time. Is it worth it, knowing he can send a small amount to my house and inform LE or my neighbors? Either way, I'm not getting a refund or reship.

Would love to hear your thoughts on this, thanks.

** I know I spelled retaliation wrong. It's the coke.

A buyer should never be afraid to leave accurate feedback. Fuck that shit and fuck that vendor. Blast his ass.

if you are worried take down your public PGP key so that he can't threaten you without the admins being able to confirm it. send privnote links directly to the staff without opening them.and make threats public on the evo forums, the hub, forums of markets where he also vends and reddit.

that been said, while there are a few bad apples most vendors are not out for blood if you complain about sub par quality or bad service rightfully and leave negative feedback. just keep it objective. there is a difference between

quality was not as advertised, dissappointing. won't buy here again

You should never fear vendor retaliation, for they fear market administration retaliation more than any negative reviews.

Besides, isn't a vendor with a few neutral and negative reviews more trustworthy than some crisp, clean 100% positive vendor?

Wtf. Vendors have access to shipping details after finalizing. As if we needed more reason to not use that market.

Feedback can always be changed later. Leave negative feedback saying the vendor is unwilling to work with you, and then change it if he makes it right.

This seems like more of a neutral feedback situation for evolution (or 3/5 if it where agora) . Quality can vary from batch to batch with coke more than most things. Its possible the vendor got a sub par batch and had to work with what he got. You got the product, it was at just not as good as expected. If you got some chalk dust or nothing at all, that's when you leave a negative.
