I have had issues with a vendor and they have offered to refund my btc or do a reship. At this point I'm more interested in a refund than a reship. Do I need to submit a ticket to dispute the order, or can a vendor issue the refund without the need to involve DHL staff? I'm new to DHL so I'm not really sure how it works.
Vendor should issue the refund to you. You only need supports help if the vendor does not refund or reship. Contact vendor and ask for order to be cancelled and refund given.
