I was confused when I told him that I would leave him a review and he told me that he did not want me to. Does this mean that I should be worried? Do lots of vendors do this?
Vendor does not want reviews on clearnet. Should I be worried?

Lots of vendors do this. Consider it increased opsec in a way.
No one looks for an unknown vendor. Just keep them on your keyring, they'll likely be around for a long time with that policy.

They don't want their business on the clearnet, better opsec.

Nope. And it doesn't hurt to ask when you buy if it's something they want or not. Some of my favorite vendors from Agora told me to keep their names out of the public eye. ESPECIALLY the drama pit that is this sub.
If they already have the customer base they want then they don't need the advertisement. Cough * TBF * cough

No, there's a lot of vendors that have possibly identifying products (like pelicans tabs). Also for other OPSec reasons. I wouldn't worry about it

No, they are smart.

You are an absolute moron.

Some vendors don't want the extra attention, be it from customers or especially LE. If you think they aren't all over this sub then you're crazy. As long as the vendor has good feedback I can respect their wishes. But best believe if they scam me I'm blasting them here.
