lifecare situation?

Order is now well beyond a week old and no sign of goods. Said he'd provide tracking, but now isn't responding to messages. Naturally, order was marked shipped within 24 hours of placement, but nah, I'm going to say order was either forgotten about or intentionally witheld (hopefully that's not the case). Anyone else having similar experiences.

he will come through, he takes a lot of orders and when you get it youll see that he takes time with stealth. last week he got mine to me a little slow and he forgot a whole gram, i messaged him and without any problems he offered to take care of it. he said he sent the other gram on monday and sure enough it showed today! i had even let the order auto finalize and he still took care of it. that says alot. and also i think this batch is better than the last so you may luck out and got the newer stuff...

Wanted to update this. Juste completed dispute resolution on AB. Lifecare admitted there was a mistake, my pack had never been sent, and released BTC back from escrow. Still wish lifecare would have done a better job managing this order, but at least he did acknowledge the mistake and enabled my refund to proceed. So props for doing the right thing.
