Price discrepancy for orders

I have noticed that the cost of some of my transactions on dreamarket listed next to the feedback that i receive from vendors is higher than what i pay and what is listed on the 'view order' page /next to the feedback that I leave for vendors. Just curious why this might be. Was wondering if some vendors are somehow adding a few extra $ in a way that is not visible to me but is revealed when they leave feedback? Has anyone else noticed this/have a plausible explanation?

It's pegged to fiat currency. If BTC moves in value, that number will change to reflect the price you paid for the item in relation to the current value of BTC. Example - If BTC rises, the amount shown drops. If BTC loses strength against fiat, that number will go up.

Postage?

On Alphabay they display "average unit price inc postage" on the feedback page. So if you buy a $10 item with $5 postage it displays $15. If you buy two at $10 each plus $5 postage it displays $12.5.

I rarely use Dream so I haven't looked at whether they do something similar.

The value next to the feedback is actually in BTC but is displayed in whatever fiat currency you choose, so when the BTC value changes the value in €¥$¢£ changes too, its a stupid way of doing it but nobody ever said speedstepper and oxymonster were smart

They probably changed the listing to something else without creating a new listing for different product so ure probably seeing feedback from when something else was listed/priced
