Nucleus risky for bigger vendors?

I get a LOT of sales normally but with all the downtime ofcourse things have slowed down.

I'm on 3 markets but heard shitty things about Nucleus and scamming big vendors, taking over their accounts and scamming with them. Really don't want that to happen after all that I lost on Evo.

I'm thinking about joining there. Is it a good idea to do FE only on Nucleus just to keep things running smoothly? Their uptime is just like Evo was

I've been on Nuke since Dec. with no problem.

I was Nucleus' largest vendor in the beginning. I will not disclose my finances, but I have quite a good chunk of coin that is always in escrow. More than 10. Less than 50.

I do, however, have a few complaints about support. They will claim you are "scamming" for almost no reason at all.

For instance, one time, I did not log in for two days. A customer asked me about their order while I had not logged in. When I logged in, I had a message from support, threatening they were going to launch a scamming investigation/take away my verified status. All because it took me not even 24 hours to reply to an order inquiry.

To put it shortly, I told them exactly where they could shove their verified vendor status, and they left me alone.

On the plus side, support responds to tickets fast, and withdrawing coin is almost instant. It has a nice layout for the most part and it is almost never down. I also like how they include the blockchain fee in your transaction.

I have been toying with ideas of going FE only, and lowering my prices, Or moving to Black Bank. Only time will tell.

Nucleus is awesome. And you will probably love vending there. Everything will run smooth until one day all your coins are missing. Support will be condescending and say the only way you can get your coins stolen is by a phishing link. You will try to tell them that you had 2-FA, so they say it was a disgruntled employee. GOT EM your thinking because I work alone. But before you can finish typing to them, you get stunned as you hear a gentle whisper your ear saying "phishing link". Then your account will get put into scam investigation, for failing to reply to a customers message, which was sent exactly 5 minutes ago
