Sleep issues are prevalent Bc of all the unnatural light we are exposed to. Stop using any device after 7 or so. Read a book instead. No tv. I read about a guy who did an experiment and used no lights after sunset. He was asleep by 9:30 and awoke at 5 feeling great.
Some jobs unfortunately have unnatural attention demands. Prob partly why you pop addy. I have less useful advice here Bc I use certain things for this purpose. Bathe human body and mind weren't made to do certain things unfortunately. We weren't made to sit at a desk. We were made to do real labor. Find ways to deal effectively with stress. Exercising is prob easiest thing to introduce.

first of all cut the adderall and xanax, they are the strongest among the mentioned. Drink a coffee in the morning and see if you can sleep in the evening, which you probably won't be able if you take benzo every night...so try to drink some wine, or take 40-50mg baclofen 2-3 hours before you go to sleep

A lot of the answer depends on how much of each you're using (esp the benzos) and for how long.
Xanax addiction can be fatal. Taper off slowly. Get Alan carr's easy way to stop smoking. Replace coffee and Red bull with green tea. Take a daily vitamin. Eat 3 meals a day even if you don't feel like it. Hit the gym. Take it slow but get off every thing.
