Funds taken out of my Localbitcoins after escrow release. Hacked?

Hi. I've bought some bitcoins on the localbitcoins and after the seller released the escrow, nothing had shown up in my wallet. I've waited for 4 hours, and when I checked up the address on the blockchain, it was sent to a DIFFERENT ADDRESS which I did NOT do. I created the support ticket.. will they reimburse my bitcoins? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Lots of potential vectors, here. It could be malware on your device(s), malware on the seller's device(s), just a scamming seller, or many other things. It might be difficult to get reimbursed.

This kind of thing is one of the main reasons why I really, really earnestly encourage people to use Tails for this stuff - malware is so prevalent these days that there's really no trusting a "normal" OS, at least in the case of most users.

This sort of stuff is why I refuse to use localbitcoins. Just seems like bad news. I'll stick with waiting on coinbase.
