WARNING: Do not make samll sales on Zion or they'll keep your BTC!

Apparently Zion support isn't that good. I told them none of my finalized orders are showing up in my escrow released payments, and that I haven't received 2 of my payments. They repeatedly ignored the first part, and just told me to check blockchain for my payments. I told them they're not on blockchain because they weren't sent, and their response was "BTC orders under 0.0008BTC (10EUR) would cost more to send with the current BTC fees. Do not waste our time trying to retrieve them." One of the orders was under that amount, but the other was not. I think support could've handled that much better, and I no longer have any faith in Zion support.

tl;dr: Sold 2 low priced items, told support about another problem and that I didn't get paid, they ignored the other problem and told me not to waste their time trying to get my payments because they're too small (one's not).

Hello bro, I'm not a Zion Staff Member but one from the Tochka Free Market.

You should check out this: https://bitinfocharts.com/comparison/transactionfees-btc-eth-bch.html#3m

This means the average BTC transaction costs around 25$ since about December. They do not take your small sales, the transactions do not get mined and are therefore stuck in the escrow wallet as the amount is too small, thats what I expect. I might be wrong though.

If you like to do small sales, try out Tochka and use ETH or BCH as we offer both.
