Honestly, if it's a large enough amount where it'd be suspicious, I'd exchange it for Monero, send it to various wallets, then exchange it back into bitcoin. Otherwise, I do like BitBlender alot, never has failed me
Send them to me, I'll wash them and give them back.
Joking, obviously. But the point I'm making is that if you just send them around to a few electrum wallets on your own , maybe wait a few hours here and there, then a day... send it again, wait an hour etc etc.... before you cash out, it would be impossible for anyone to prove that you are the one who owned every wallet along the way. the fact that they would all be fresh wallets with no other activity would be suspicious, but it wouldn't prove anything.
if you really must completely obfuscate the source of your coins, I like bitblender, it's OG
