Question regarding tumbling and Circle

I use Circle for buying btc. I know there have been some issues recently with Circle shutting down accounts after tracking users' bitcoins to DNMs. I don't know to what extent Circle is capable of tracing the btc, or if any bitcoin tumbler is safe to use. I know bitcoinfog is pretty good, but has been selectively scamming people recently, so I don't want to use that.

Any suggestions to avoid getting my account shut down?

With Circle, I have had no problems with this procedure (no tumbler needed):

1) Go to bitaddress.org and download the webpage (or use online if you're brave)

2) Hit an airgap (or not) and generate a new set of wallet keys.

3) Transfer your circle balance to this public address.

4) Go to blockchain (onion version if possible), and create a new wallet. NO EMAIL! LOG EVERYTHING (temporarily) so you don't lock yourself out.

5) Sweep your bitaddress wallet using it's private key into your new blockchain account.

6) After you are confirmed, transfer to DNM address.

Let me know if you have any questions, good luck!
