[Opsec] Chance that vendor is compromised?

I ordered something from a historically solid vendor on TR last week. It never came. When I asked him about it, he said that he must have slipped up as he had no records of a package going out to my state. He offered a 2x reship, which of course would require my address.

Now, I know I am being slightly paranoid here, but I'm worried that the account/ PGP key was compromised and now it's a LEO on the other end asking for my address. How would you proceed here?

I'd probably go for it.

Then just ask for a refund instead.

Well is it his same PGP? That's one worry you can get an actual answer for.

Generally unless your selling fentyl or are involved in some fashion in the higher administration of a darknet marketplace I would say odds that you vendor is compromised are slim to low. So hes just clumsy maybe stoned. However if the vendor did sell something hot AF and/or was involved in the administration, moderation, and/or facilitation of transaction on the darkweb marketplace odds of getting your door kicked down boil down quick. I couldn't imagine why an Admin would also be a vendor, but a vending moderator.... if that is not an oxymoron.
