They never give up.. freedom is the enemy to these people. We cant be trusted, no one can be trusted and it's us versus them in their eyes. Anyone who has an opposing belief -one that says the constant stealing of peoples privacy is wrong, is the enemy. We, the children, must be watched.

eli5 why this is an issue - if they have a warrant to search for stuff that could be on the internet, then by the fact that it's on the internet means it could be hosted by a site anywhere in the world.

personally, i'm glad they have a warrant at all. most of privacy issues i'm concerned with have to do with indiscriminate and unwarranted privacy intrusion.

What can we even do about it at this point? We need news on the mainstream medias, we need people signing up against this kind of shit, we need a lot of shit to get through it. Stopping PETA a few years ago was the first step. But we forget. We need to stand up against this kind of behaviours to protect our future.
