IAAL suing two large corporations that lost ~15mil customer data to hackers. Is this data actually for sale?

Maybe this is the wrong subreddit to ask- but I have to start somewhere. I'm in the process of suing experian/tmobile for the recent data hack. If it's true, I would like to show that the people who had their data stolen have been actually harmed by this hack - and part of that process would be showing that their data is for sale. Not looking for sources, not asking for any personal info., etc. but can anyone actually confirm whether this data is actually out in the open or not? Especially on the markets?

Of course their data is going to be exploited, but it's not as simple as just finding a listing on the DNM.

You're better off focusing on what was actually stolen, demonstrating how sensitive the info is and that it's now just out there putting their customers at risk

Was the info encrypted or stored in cleartext? That will make a huge difference.

Might be a coincedence, but there was a blast recently coming from asia.

They're not sold as "exerian leak data" or as "insert names social security number." You'd have to buy small amounts from many vendors and conpare them to figure out who's even selling the data.
