I ordered BudCentral's 50% off wax on the 17th and received that underpurged wax he recalled. He offered either a refund or a reshipment of his premium wax so I messaged him on Cannabis Road to see what info he needed for a reship. He didnt respond after a few days so I messaged him again and just asked for the refund since he wasnt responding. He then replied to my original message and said he needed my address for the reship so I sent it to him and asked him to confirm when it has shipped. This was Sunday and still no answer back either confirming that it was shipped or anything. Its coming up on 3 weeks and still no usable product. Just wondering if anyone else is still waiting or actually got a reship.
I ordered the same subpar stuff on the same day and I'm actually still waiting on even a reply from BC acknowledging that he has seen the information I sent.
Significantly less than thrilled with my experience so far.
