Has anyone had this happen? I made an order with a vendor I used before with no issues, they have perfect ratings, but this whole week my order is just stuck in 'processing'. I dropped the vendor a couple of messages too but no response.
Since the funds are in escrow limbo, it's not like they can run off with the money. But I don't want to just leave it there and would like to order from someone else if they aren't going to come through. Will this expire on Zion's side eventually? Or do I need to open a claim?
It is a bug in Zion. We have an order that is also stuck in processing. We had the buyer reach out to staff but nothing came of it. We can't cancel it, nor can they. It's just stuck. I'm sure they're aware of this issue though.
