I apparently can order cheaper when I order through email but I want to use escrow, is SafePay good? What are some other legitimate escrow websites?
Does SafePay BTC work? Or how can I use escrow when ordering through email?

Escrow always requires a third party to administer it. This is what we pay commission to marketplaces for - to administer and arbitrate disagreements about who should have the money in the box.
If you don't get your drugs but the vendor says you have, are you going to admit to the company doing the escrow for you that its a drug deal?
Compared to you, the vendor has a reputation for having drugs which he exchanges for bitcoin. He's famous.
Nobody has heard of you. Nobody knows if you even HAVE enough bitcoin to pay for your order, and some people are really keen for things to move quickly until they have their drugs. Suddenly there's no urgency to pay the vendor. Then a couple of days go by, and you want to pay but you are too embarrassed to face the vendor you were pressurizing when you wanted drugs.
Thaqt's why you pay first in a direct deal. Just like when you buy normal things off the internet.
Vendors try to maximize the number of direct deals because they can't be robbed or ripped off. If they have built up a good reputation, half their business can be from direct deals. When the market they use won't let them withdraw their bitcoin then exit scams they can have much more resilience and not go bankrupt.
The more marketplace exit scams a vendor survives whilst retaining his customers, the more of them opt to deal direct. It also means that if he decides to become a vendor on a marketplace he has a coachload of good customers with bitcoin to spend that he brings with him. This is very attractive to any marketplace, so they generally waive the vendor bond and they can't really moan at him for dealing off-market like some do to new vendors. He was around before their marketplace, he doesn't need them, and he will still be trading long after their market has gone so they generally don't boss him around or tell him he has to earn the right to FE.
If a vendor has a very in-demand product , as I am fortunate to have, he can sell 100% of it via DD. If he joins a marketplace, potential customers create accounts, make a purchase off him just to get onto his DD list. The marketplace doesn't make much money from that vendor, he's not there very often, but they get new customers simply through the cache of having a well-known vendor.
Most customers try most marketplaces. They see that first page full of square photos with every kind of drug and it still gives them a buzz. But not the way it used to. If they've never heard of the vendors they know it's a cheap-rent scammy marketplace full of desperados and scammers. If it was a shopping mall, its the one with the fortune teller with the extra nipple in "Mallrats"
If they see a reputable or familiar vendor name on some of the photos, vendors who don't need to be there, it inspires confidence and they deposit bitcoin. Its like when a headline band confirms at a rock festival. All the medium-sized bands confirm too, then the indie bands
That's the ins-and-outs you need to know about direct-dealing with vendors. I'm 100% Direct-deal, and I believe BlueViking in the US is too. We ARE both "proper" vendors.but sometimes new vendors who don't know any better try to imply that we aren't "legit" like them because we aren't alphabay's bitches.

lmfao Safepay BTC has a sql injection vulnerability. I've dumped their base multiple times.
Since no accounts are used, the sender only needs a private code, which is unencrypted in the DB dump, and then they just put that in on the website and click finalize.
That's the story on how any vendor who knows how to download a pirated version of Havij can steal your money through a third-party
Are you talking a direct deal? This is the definition of FE. Escrow!?!? Ha! Other peoples children...
