Are the Hansa lotteries legit?

I've got some extra coin that's too little to actually buy anything with and I was thinking of throwing it in the lottery. I don't wanna just give away coin like that though if there's no way I can win. Does anyone know if it's legit and that they're not just gonna hand pick the winner?

How about donating it to Tails, Erowid, EFF, or any other charity?

25% house edge. On average you will win back 75% of your funds every time you play and Hansa will keep the other 25%.

In the short term you might win a few bucks. In the long-term you'll lose.

For comparison casino games typically have 1-10% house edge (can be higher or lower depending on the game and it's rules).

Their lotteries are 'provably fair' as they are based off of set blockchain blocks.

That being said, I have won more than I have lost in the bitcoin lotto.

If you are looking at the listing lotteries, that is basically the same thing. Winner chosen by blockchain. Must have sold atleast the minimum amount of tickets (to pay for the listing).

i feel like the house wins the majority of the money all the time, i understand its really hard to win the jackpot, but the most I've seen is like someone winning 2-300$ while the house gets like 1,000+. (numbers aren't exact, but you catch my drift.)

It's legit but some days my gosh the chances are probably 1 in 20,000 lol cause the tickets are maybe a dollar and last weekend (not sure what day) the jackpot was ridiculously high. Never hurts to play! I do it when I don't have anything to donate to :-)
