I had an order before AB went down. Ordered at the end of June (and was marked shipped soon after) but it was stamped on July 19th. Does that mean that mail was shipped earlier but was outbound on that particular date?
EDIT: I'm asking if mails generally could be delayed even if it is shipped and it is only 'stamped' until it is outbound for destination.

That's not called "Stamped", it's called a postmark.
The only way something like that could be delayed is if it's lost before getting to sorting facility. There's no way it would make the destination w/o geting a post mark
