Does anyone actually buy overpriced pharma opioids on the darknet?

If yes, why something weak like Hydrocodone? Especially since it's nearly always paired with acetaminophen and you'd have to do a CWE unless you have no tolerance or don't give a shit about your liver.

It won't.

It affects my supply and my ability to offer cheap(ish) prices in an already overpriced pharma market.

It is unlikely to really make any difference for DNM users. Norco being bumped up one level puts it in the same category as Percocet. The differences are small - refills aren't allowed to be written on the original script, and it will require a paper script handed to the pharmacist in states that currently allow for e-script or call-in for schedule III-IV meds.

The diversion methods that lead to the availability of Norco and Percocet on DMNs are the same, so it won't really change anything, although it is possible for the prices to increase slightly, although unlikely. Oxycodone based products have always been more "popular," as there is generally a preference for them, being slightly stronger than hydro based ones. But overall it should not make a difference.

Tangential: For about the last decade, there has been a push by pharmaceutical companies to manufacture hydrocodone based painkillers in extended release formulas without NSAID, like OxyContin or other ER PKs. They have not been able to obtain FDA approval for various reasons, but the rescheduling of HCP to II actually will allow resubmission for approval. Up until this decision, it would be eight years before the possibility of (Zohydro) to be approved, but now it would be three. However, it is still not likely to gain approval in the USA, but it does leave open the possibility for other countries to pass instead.

The world can't cooperate on almost anything, but oddly, this is one thing it usually does. Very few drugs exist in the entire world that doesn't also have FDA approval, despite the fact it does not have actual authority anywhere else.

I dont think it will affect pricing one bit.

Never heard of the darknet. I take it CWE has to do with extracting out the opiate itself and discarding the acetaminophen. This was not described to me, but suggested if I wanted to get the pure opiate. Any suggestions? What is the DNM? Anyway, new to this blog net.

I remember a while ago US based vendor was busted for selling hydros on the DNM it was reviled he got must of his supply from a pharmacy in Colombia I'm pretty sure most bulk vendors don't get hydrocodone from the US.
