According to today's news release, mail delivery to one's door (for those who currently have it) will be phased out, beginning in the latter half of 2014. I wonder what they'll do re. parcel delivery where no signature is required... Seems to me like more people will have to go to a postal centre to pick up packages, which would make me super-paranoid!!! On the other hand, they're saying that only 1/3 of Canadians actually get door-to-door delivery right now, so presumably there are already a lot of Canadian darknet market users who deal with this type of thing... Just thought I'd post the news. :)
This freaked me out too at first, hearing it on the radio. But (and don't quote me on this because I haven't looked into the details), what I mean is they are literally no longer doing "door to door". Manny communitties have those big silver things with 40 mailboxes near their neighborhood that you have to go to. I believe what they mean is, eventually, that is all they will have. But, again, I don't know for sure. I'm only hoping.
