2 days ago I deposited money into my account, placed an order, and then set up 2-FA. I have experience with PGP so I'm pretty sure I set it up right and put in the correct public key. I tried logging in the next day to check my order status and I cannot decrypt the message and no matter what I put in the message box it says "bad". Even then when I was able to log in but not get past the 2-FA, there was a "1" in the orders section. I created a new account and submitted a support ticket, that account was made with the same pin/pass as the old one. Still didn't get a response (understandable, its early), but now I just logged back into the old account and the "1" is gone from the orders section and I can't see any balance on my account on the 2-FA page (I think it's supposed to show somewhere?) Is something up with Nucleus or did the vendor change the order status to shipped so the "1" slipped away, or is it supposed to be there until the order is completed/finalized? This is my first order on Nucleus but not on a DNM. Also, since I provided all of the order information, the password, pin, etc do you guys think will they recover my account? If a nucleus admin could reply to this it'd be great too...Since theres an order in limbo i am hoping to get into my account asap so i can dispute if the vendor doesnt come through and if he does i'd like to be able to finalize asap and leave feedback... and no i did not use a phishing link :)
