[GeneralQuestions]Dispute: turcs wants my address AGAIN to "produce" tracking to show pack landed

Ok, so turcs is a fucking horrible vendor, yeah, I know, skip it. I didn't FE with him and opened a dispute yesterday because ordered on the 24th and it was the 7th (when dispute was opened) and supposedly domestic. First off, I've never had to dispute a transaction, I've had about 10 orders come through with no issue at all. This vendor is now saying that "order has been delivered, produce your address and ill produce a tracking showing it has landed". First off, I gave him my address in the original order. Seems if he's so sure that it landed, he's already got those things in front of him. It took him over 3 days to mark shipped and that's AFTER I messaged him saying to either send it or cancel order. Now it's been over a week since marking shipped domestic. My question is this, should I give this scumbag my address AGAIN? Will EVO deny my dispute if I don't provide this half-wit with info he already should have and be able to look up? Any of you guys done a dispute with this fuck-tard and had him pull the same bullshit? What do you guys think?

TLDR: Ordered from turcs, opened dispute, turcs want's my address again to "produce" tracking. Should I give him address for a third time? Will I be denied if I don't give it to him?

To me it sounds like he DIDN'T save your address witch is a good thing. Quit complaining and resend it.

It's been like a week since he marked you shipped probably, chillax brah, dudes wasted.

I think you're jumping the gun if its only been a week after its marked shipped. Turcs is an awful vendor and he may well have not shipped it but with the weather and other delays its a little too soon to call. Give it another week or give him your info again. Either way is fine.

give him your zip code, nothing more. no tracking page shows the full address a package was delivered to, only the zip code; and giving him anything else would be irrelevant to the task at hand.

I think it's perfectly normal to ask for address again.

Vendor's who keep client information are bad!

I hope everything works out for you

Turcs finally got it to me, sorry it took so long for the update. I believe it came in about 2 days after posting this thread originally. Decent product (I think, first time using it). Overall wouldn't deal with him again due to the headache. (I'm not even sure he's vending anymore with EVO fucking everyone)
