Never had an issue before with grams. Submitted a transaction to a fresh grams account (made sure the address wasnt expired), and after nearly 72 it hasn't showed up in my gramshelix account. There is a transaction on the blockchain, but nothing in the account.
I have tried repeatedly to make a support message, but I cannot get even sending a message or the "support" button to respond/work/function at all. I messaged Grams on here, but I've gotten no response.
Has anyone else had a problem with grams recently, and how can I get the support function to work? I'm resorting to posting here for some help I guesss...
