Wouldn't the easiest solution be something like this?
1) Move dirty BTC to an alt coin exchange such as Shapeshift
2) Transfer dirty BTC for another alt coin such as LTC, or whatever.
3) Receive somewhat dirty LTC, take those LTC to another alt coin exchange (This is where I don't know of another one)
4) Trade somewhat dirty LTC for clean BTC through this new alt coin exchange.
5) Receive clean BTC and proceed with festivities.
Does anyone know of another alt coin exchange other than Shapeshift?

Is circle<helix<dmn wallet ok if im moving casual amounts of money/btc?

Fog and Helix are both tracked by walletexplorer.com, the guy that runs walletexplorer works for Chainalysis, that works for Europol now it seems. Transactions on blockchain are there forever, when they decide to check for it its there. Better tumble with a service not detected.

What does belize have to do with anything? Im kinda out of the loop

If your real paranoid, just use Monero or there website Xmr.to it will pay any btc address anonymously... even core Btc devs have said that they use this when the must... way cheaper then tumblers

Just route your BTC via TOR or VPN over TOR.
