[Vendor Review] The Scurvy Crew - AVOID, MANY SCAMMED

I have been a buyer on the darknet since SR1. Any old school euro buyer who loves hash will remember Atlas2012 and the famous Scurvy Crew from there. RIP Atlas BTW, you we're great.

I've witnessed the downfall of The Scurvy Crew (TSC) and want to leave a definite warning to the newcomers looking to buy some gear on EVO or whatever market they get relegated to eventually. Hopefully if they search a little before they will see the warnings to steer clear of them.

TSC used to have great gear, at great prices, held friendly competitions for nice prizes in the community, tons of followers. Like many actors of the darknet and IRL drug trade, they had their ups and downs. This year though, it all went downhill, and never came back up.

During the summer, they started to have communication and shipping issues. I know my last order, dating July 2nd, has never been received. And then many, MANY complaints started rolling in about missing orders. I had always received from TSC so I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

They told us they we're being targeted by LE and had many packages seized. They told us they moved their operation, which became a next excuse for shipping problems. The next three months, they we're seemingly moving every day or so. So they say. They told us their employees were stealing the packages and the BTC. Then they told us ACE was actually in the hospital all of this time for some heavy shit. They also sprinkled in there a few random stories about ACE overdosing, his dog dying, LE targeting them, etc.

Most infuriating of all, they basically lumped all the people that didn't receive their gear into the scammer category, including their loyal customers. Promised reships to a few, ignored others. Not many people came to confirm that they had received anything.

Then they got banned from SR2, which is a darknet site with a less than stellar track record, so it could be compared to being barred from a horrible grease hole type of bar. You kind of have to force it.

We're in the midst of trying to round up everybody that has been wronged and is on EVO, and we are working to get an archived version of the SR2 thread online to show everybody what the fuck was up at the end. Apparently they had deleted the thread even before SR2 was seized by LEAs, but some people managed to save a backup of the thread, almost to the last post. Until then, if you want more information on The Scurvy Crew because you'd like to buy from them, you can check out these EVO threads: http://i25c62nvu4cgeqyz.onion/viewtopic.php?id=17379&p=10 http://i25c62nvu4cgeqyz.onion/viewtopic.php?id=30221

Up until recently I stayed silent, because I used to be a good customer of theirs and I believed they would turn the situation around. Now, I am not so sure. In fact, I believe they are trying to put this behind them and hide it all. They certainly are NOT trying to make it right for the people who got seriously screwed by them. They also have about 230 transactions on EVO, but only 74 positive feedback and 11 neutral/negative. Meaning they have 145 open transactions waiting on feedback.

New buyers, stay VERY far. This is coming from someone who has sent them many, many BTC directly to their accounts for many years buying a LOT of hash. They HAVE gone south and WILL fuck you over.

it's too bad, opium's one of the only things I haven't done but want to try, but I haven't been able to find anything legit.

[6 Points] Coolvilla:

I worked for TSC for awhile. Answering messages an handling public relations. I worked for about 2 months or so an was promised many things. None of which i received. An i was never fully paid for me work. Now TSC is open on Evo an i have messaged them an got nothing in response. But another member of Evo has managed to make contact with him an this is what he has to say about what he owes me. "however as far as I am aware there was nothing pending to coolvilla, in fact we hadn't spoken to him since he quit." Well it is very clear we are both on very different pages about what i am owed. Because here is a full list for you guys. An he thinks he owes me nothing......these where all confirmed by Ace while i was working for him.

1g Coke (Won in contest) 1g Heroin (Won in contest) 3g Opium (Was told it was taken out of my pay an thats why i only received .5 BTC for the first month of work.) 1 bottle of the Alakazam Aprazolam (Was told it was taken out of my pay an thats why i only received .5 BTC for the first month of work.) 1g Paki Hash (Paid for after i quit) 1.5 BTC that i was never paid. (An this is just what he admits to owing me from SR work. I believe i did way more worth of work than this.)

So please don't give this guy your money. He is a jerk that just uses people. He played me right till the end. I ended up getting 1.5 BTC out of him. But only because i threatened to leave him an quit answering messages. An he didn't want to have to answer then. So he choose to pay me a little to tide me over. He used me to lie to his customers, so he could try an cover his ass. He didn't plan on me getting fed up with it, an he didnt plan on me communication on the forums so well an telling people that he was not telling me anything for days at a time.

In conclusion i am sorry to all those that got fucked by Ace while i was answering messages. I wish i could have been more sure at the time an warned everyone. But this is not how it turned out. So please, everyone stay the fuck away from TSC.

I thought this was common knowledge? There right up their with tony76, coachella420, RCI, PureFireMeds, etc...

Could write so damn much about them, as I was a heavy follower aka screwbie also, but I am yet again on mobile :/

By now I wouldn't even think of ordering from then - sadly.

I've heard of them before but I had no idea they were so shady. They just moved to EVO recently too.

I'd never knowingly buy from a vendor who doesn't operate solo. More people, more risks. Look at how all the big busts go down.
