[Question] Should I scratch this vendor off my list?

I won't be listing any names. I just want you guys to hear out the, tension, if you will.

So after Abraxas was gone, I directly contacted my usual weed vendor. Asked him if he'll do a DD, yadayadayada. Then, in one email, he still seems troubled by the fact that I pay a lot for his product when I can get it cheaper where I live. Hmmm, I wonder why - maybe because it's good??? Maybe because he's a vendor that serves his customers with respect and courtesy, and I like that??? Anyways, I left a sort of - "philosophical" reply (if you will), about how his stuff is better and it's worth the extra coin yadayadayada.

Anyhow, it's been about 4 days now with no reply, and I'm troubled by the fact that he seems to recall my location despite I've placed only 3 small orders over the course of 2 months.

Is it time to change house or clear some things up?

You're using PGP in these emails correct? You probably scared him off with your "philosophical" reply. Seriously why are you typing so much. How would he even know you can get it cheaper? Just ask if you can place an order and tell him what you want. Don't need all the extra garbage.

Depending on your outlook on things, he either has a really good memory, a record of your transactions (either via email, spreadsheet, text file, whatever), or hes LE....

Either way, it appears he might think the latter of you as well (LE), so perhaps make a new email, and start a new relationship with a different drop, or try and explain your concerns. I don't forsee much good in the future for you two, though. Just speculation on my part.

Unless they are one of the big "go-to" vendors for your product I'd says its pretty likely that its his memory. Shit, I remember phone numbers from 15 years ago that are no longer used.
