Worth Even Disputing? Opinions please

Hi all, I'm no noobie to the DNM, having placed 50+ orders. Literally every single one of them have gone off without a hitch and so I've never given a vendor less than 5 stars. Just to give you an idea of what kind of buyer I am. I trust that vendors are good on their word and in return I hope they take my word as truth as well.

With that said, I just received my second order from a small time vendor (fent nasal spray, don't judge, I know what I'm doing) with stellar reviews. The first batch was wonderful, though I ordered priority and he shipped it snail mail. No biggie though, and he said he would upgrade my next order to priority for free and throw in a little extra. awesome. So my next order arrived quick, but when I gave it a shot, it did literally nothing. So I waited another hour and tried two sprays. Nothing. So a few hours later I sprayed six times after shaking well, still absolutely nothing. I'm convinced this is just water, and if not, it has like .00001 mg of fent in it.

The next morning, I sprayed myself 10 times, literally 0 effect. So I messaged the vendor just to ask what's up, see if there's a chance he didn't actually mix any product into the saline solution, and he hasn't responded. This was like 3 days ago.

Do I have any grounds at all to dispute? I received the package and shit, so should I just finalize and leave a bad review if he never responds? I've never had this happen to me before, but for whatever reason it's definitely a bunk product. Any etiquette would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You won't win the dispute. You recieved product, they don't go by quality they go by receiving it or not

Message him and give him two days to respond that is a reasonable amount of for him to respond. If he doesn't leave him bad feedback and in the feedback say you were being reasonable, but he refused to cooperate with you. Leave it at that.
