been in two disputes for almost a month now, just got one resolved the other day thanks to the shitty vendor as the mod handling my case clearly sided with him rather than the customer (me) as he let him be continuously vague and non-responsive. not even seconding me when i asked for vendor to send reship proof to at least the mod. whatever, this other dispute is over 10 BTC and i may be tripping, but the vendor has completely dropped off the map (not even a log in since 1/27 so the mod tells me.... a week ago now that in two days if he continues to be non-responsive than we will settle without the vendor. two days go by and i get a message saying that i need to wait three more days because this is somehow a special circumstance due to the BTC amount. it has been 4 and still non response from Evilgrin. whatever you do folks stay away from evo and their extremely shitty "customer sevice" as they would clearly rather side with a half ass vendor that never sent shit or responded to me
also wanted to add the fact that evilgrins response time (when it was concerning me waiting longer) was rapid.. now that the time has come he seems to be "too busy" i'm sure that's the excuse i'll get
*UPDATE the assholes finally gave my shit back! let this be a warning to anyone considering evo for large purchases, thanks everyone for your support!

I would imagine being an EVO admin is difficult enough as it is.
