On the same note, another well known vendor recently sent a tracking number unencrypted on the market. However unlike your case, the vendor sent it using privnote. Sending an unencrypted tracking number on a market using privnote doesnt protect anything. Anyone that can read that message can just grab the number and then youre info is out there. From what Ive learned, a lot of people on these markets are either A) Too lazy to encrypt with PGP, B) Are foolish enough to trust the market to chat about incriminating things, or a combination of both.
