Alright guys, there has been some talks lately about the current status of the B54 team.
They have admitted to suspicious activity that caused a delay in heir sales, effective august 7-15 roughly. B54 says there were 0 problems with this occurence, but people in the UK have reported local news regarding a drug smuggling bust. These posts on their forums have been deleted.
Beginning with orders placed a month prior to that, certain packages have not been showing up. On their forums, the posts are deleted. I have noticed that it has been primarily new buyers, and with smaller weight in this situation.
Some of these people have been denied a reship due to a small number of previous sales with the B54 team.
Bungee54 has been aught lying to its customers in support tickets, saying that all packages in certain date ranges had gone through (prior to their shipping delay), and used this to deny their customers reship.
Those people who were effected by their facility being compromised, were only offered a 50% reship as per their guidelines, even though the orders were never sent out.
Just because a group has historically done well, does not mean they will always do good works for the community. Building a brand around the best customer support and their trustworthiness (always emphasized by staff), is the great way to earn the trust of a community where nobody trusts each other.
I am not saying that B54 /is/ scamming its customers, but I am calling them out on lying to them and hiding behind their brand name to not be held accountable for a surprising number of packages not being delivered.
Edit for clarification: I do NOT think that the Bungee Team is scamming its customers. My current theory is that when they experienced their "delays" hey had a raid, and lost a portion of their product if nothing else.
This would explain 1) orders going out a month previously not showing up. Had they been intercepted it would have helped pin point the location of the facilities. 2) why some members are getting a 50% refund or no refund at all. Quite simply, they dont have the product to end out. 3) Why things appear to be moving fine now. B54 has had time to recoup from their losses and have at least partially reupped on their inventory.
Again, this is my own opinion based off of posts I have seen here on reddit, posts I know to be deleted from Bungee's forums, personal experience, etc.
although we have been observing the current discussion about us on this forum, we kept quiet as we think DM issues should stay in the shades. But this post clearly is outrageous.
Yes, we had to undertake measurements to maintain ours and our customers security and yes several days of delays were caused by that.
But the issues have been fully solved. If you look at our feedback on all markets, you will see that the delayed orders have been coming in and people are getting their products - reships are not required. BECAUSE EVERY ORDER HAS BEEN ACCOUNTED FOR AND GOT SENT!
The recent delays have also been reported by other vendors. Simple fact: Mail tends to get slower during the summer months, in EU as well as US.
To get a few things that were said before, straight:
Our security has NEVER been compromised in any way. The measurements we undertook made sure this could be avoided.
We have NEVER lied to our customers if you refer to a claim that was made in our forum, please look again and have a look at the whole story.
We NEVER deleted or censored any posts on our forums, this is simply against everything we believe in and stand for.
Yes, we once in a while refuse to reship an order. If you are not totally new to the DM, you know that there is loads of people trying to get free product by claiming a no-show. Hence, if your buyer stats are bad or you have been mentioned by other vendors – we will not offer a reship if we don't know you. But you will see, that most new customer will receive a reship. We do this out of good will and without any verification.
OP is claiming that we might save sensitive data in order to recognize return customers Once again security is our number one priority, we would NEVER put our customers security in danger by doing so.
WhyNotToTrustOnName We have no clue what you try to gain by initializing this nonesense and FUD spreading. But I am very sure that you do know that most of your claims are simple lies. Besides the delays, there is not one single fact to endorse your statements
Why discuss this here on the clearnet where every other post is made by a throw away? Why not post your “information” in the forums of the dark markets?
