LE doesn't care about small buyers

According to at least one source, which is by no means comprehensive, more DNM buyers are arrested than vendors. LE doesn't seize vendor accounts for nothing.

So don't kid yourself by thinking you're safer as a buyer.

Also, the indictment against Alpha shows LE acts as buyers to investigate vendors and market operators. Read the indictment if you haven't yet.

So vendors are probably more likely to sell to a cop than to be ratted out by a legitimate buyer.

Just remember who the real enemy is among us. Keep your house clean, don't needlessly badjacket, and trust your instincts.

tl;dr all buyers are DEA agents and all vendors are DEA agents. That's why they have money and the best weed.

Can only speak for Germany, but german LE definitely cares even for small time buyers. Takes their time to get to them, but they get to them if they can. Of course not full on "we kick your door in with armed units", but the consequences DO exist.

[13 Points] showmeurdoobies:

Anyone who believes this is kidding themselves. LE wants results to justify their work. If they only went after larger sellers and vendors they would have less arrests. The small fries add fluff to the stats.

I know more than one instance around me of teams busting doors to find 7 games of pot, or a few grams of heroin, or quarter sheet of Cid.

Big or small, they want you all

What's a badjacket?

[10 Points] None:

I heard a story that happened in Germany where they busted down this dudes house a year later for ordering 10 tabs........10 fucking tabs. I feel like if given the chance they will not hesitate to fuel their drug war machine.

I expect most buyers arrested are small time dealers who have their customers rat on them.

[7 Points] MisterMTee:

LOL, on Page 12 of the indictement, they forgot to block out one of the Fed's usernames. Funny.

[5 Points] MuchoLoco:

What the fuck did I just read. It's like the title and first paragraph contradict itself

[4 Points] ForLol_Serious:

If all the venders are DEA and all buyers are DEA then who am I?

[3 Points] Coolman2212:

I'm sure they care to some extent, but what they really want to do is catch the big guys and disrupt supply. I've had multiple police officers tell me this. Why do you think they let people go if they snitch?

[3 Points] fa-yeerrr:

LE doesn't care about small buyers BUT they ca still catch you and pressure you to become their snitch.

I'm going to chime in. I live in Western Europe and I ordered a small amount (no details, sorry). I contacted my lawyer about this.

His response: you won't get jailed for a small amount, but most likely they will have a look in your house (a search warrant doesn't mean they'll send SWAT team to your house to turn it upside down, maybe they just check if you're not stocking up large amounts, i.e. you're a dealer) and you will have to declare a statement. Further prosecution can happen, but you have some chances that nothing will follow out of this. At least here they aren't going to ruin a life of functional member of society because he took some illegal drugs. But I repeat: you might very well get prosecuted and get a fine.

I already had some encounters with LE. You have to understand: 10.000 addresses, let's say 50 countries. That's 200 names per country, that's not even that much. If every jurisdiction has a talk with the few persons in their area, they're through with. Search warrant? I think the fact that drugs are being ordered to that address will get them a search warrant véry quickly and véry easily. Even if it's just checking what's happening over there, that can be done by two people in two hours. I know they do that kind of stuff for a whole lot less suspicious things than a darknet market order, at least here they do.

They will do that for a second reason: despite all plausible deniability stuff, they aren't retarded. They are getting a serious hint that someone has broken the law, probably multiple times. They can't just say: "oh whatever, sounds like too much work to go have a talk, just classify it." Once again: they're not the lazy, stupid ignorants we sometimes hope them to be. At least not around here.

So: do lawyer up, do clean your house and do prepare yourself for at least a serious talk with LE about your part in the situation. But realise that they won't FUBAR you because of smalltime stuff.
