I have never ordered something before. For my first purchase, I ordered a small amount of weed. The vendor seemed quite trustworthy (50+ positive feedback) and we are both located in Canada, and so I expected the shipping to be quite fast. Two weeks later, nothing has arrived, not a pink slip or anything. I message the vendor and they replied that their tracking says that the package has been delivered, and that there are probably delays because of Canada Post layoffs. This should not be a problem because I have been ordering things off clearnet and have received things from Canada Post just fine. They then ask for my address again, which I give, and offer to reship. Weeks later, nothing has arrived and I send another message asking for an update on tracking. They again say that the package has been delivered, and they again that mention Canada Post layoffs and offer ANOTHER reship to a different address. I declined their offer to reship and got a refund.
Is my address burned already? Did I just get extremely unlucky? Would it be unwise to order again from another vendor?
I also should note that I have taken as much precautionary measures as I could. (pgp, tails, btc tumblers etc.)
Vendor name?
