[SR2][Legal Question]

Here's the deal. I have something that I would like to sell on SR 2.0 (I believe they are still the most popular market at the moment?).

This 'something' that I'm talking about is completely legal to sell, possess, use, etc., in every nation on earth (aside from maybe North Korea or one of those nutty Islamist places) by all ages. My question is this: would I be able to sell this completely-100%-legal-everywhere 'something' on SR 2.0, or is there some technicality that John Law could use to charge me with some "aid-and-abetting" bullshit?

Any lawyers around?

Thanks in advance for your help!

I'm pretty sure it's some kind of tax evasion or something, How ever since you don't have to worry about your packages being intercepted be LE, it would be quite easy to vend while remaining unknown.

I believe they are still the most popular market at the moment? nope

I would think so. Also, tax evasion from your dirty income.

Simply selling on one of the markets can bring a charge of aiding a criminal organization. Doesn't matter which market or what the legal status of the item in question is. It's the fact that the market admins, who are running a criminal enterprise, are taking a cut in the form of commissions and you're giving them that money. If it's legal in every country, just sell it on ebay or cryptothrift and avoid the hassle of possibly having your money stolen by hackers or unscrupulous market staff or maybe getting your ass raided and carted off to the pokey.

BTW, SR2 is not the most popular market anymore... just the most visible (because of the name). Plus, they aren't accepting any new vendors.

sr2 has not grown since its hack which was a while ago. it does have the most in terms of listings but agora would probably be the most popular as they are equal in size but offer escrwo

  1. If you decide to go ahead with whatever it is that you're selling, don't do it on SR2.

  2. The Feds have a charge for "gray area" situations like yours. And that charge is generally conspiracy to 'insert any charges you want here'.

Whether it be operating on a known 'Continuing Criminal Enterprise', tax evasion or even money laundering...if you're person of interest, you will catch a charge regardless (if you are worth it to them).

With that being said, I wouldn't worry about it it too much. LE has more than enough people they are interested in targeting nowadays.

With DNMs and the rapid growth of both global vendors and buyers...you are just another blip on the radar.

If its legal everywhere then just sell it on eBay.com...

... you sound like a cop mannnn, look to the right at the sidebar and see that SR2 has a nice warning next to it. Now look at all the other markets that do not have warnings...
