Your own. You can spin one up yourself in AWS in about 10 minutes for a whole free year if you want. Amazon doesn't access your stack. It's just you having a virtual OS instance on their servers where you can deploy a VPN configuration template and then just use it until you decide to delete it, which takes seconds.
