. --throw-keyids
means that the ciphertext block will not identify who the recipient is intended to be, so that for anyone who tries to decrypt the message, their GPG program will just try using all of the secret keys in their keyring in a row.

You could add "hidden-encrypt" as well.
But that is nerve wracking for a vendor.
