TradeRoute PIN not working. Definitely the correct PIN.

I know my PIN on TradeRoute and all my login info. I don't believe it has been compromised as there are funds there that would have been taken by now.

Has anyone else had an issue with this? Is it possible that it is an issue with the website, or should I reset my PIN and wait the 7 days.

Anyone else ever had this issue?

My support ticket was replied to with a generic "if you have forgotten your pin then..." etc etc. And closed. I have opened a new ticket with more detail, hopefully I can get an actual response this time. I believe this is a real issue with TR and not an isolated incident.

Your post doesn't really make sense, you say you know your PIN/login info but your PIN isn't working. Which is it?

What does your support ticket say? Asking when your PIN was last changed or something? Did you get phished?

I can't log into TR right now (DDoS apparently) can't check if it displays when your PIN was last changed. Not sure what you'd expect support to do other than check that.

They allowed me to let me reset my PIN attempts when I had an issue with my PIN, support dude got to me quick and was friendly. Their policies may be annoying, but they're for our benefit.

You should be using 2FA for logins.

people forgetting their pin? happens on a daily basis.

next time dont choose numbers, use normal words..ok...only 12 chars is pretty short. but usually people forget numbers much faster than some secret word. and i guess most kiddy's try the normal number stuff, even if it was possible to bruteforce you are going better with using normal chars instead of numbers.

and yes, this do work!
