[Vendor/MarketInquiry]Anyone have experience with disputes on BlackBank?

I had to file a dispute against a vendor the other day for a few reasons. I ordered what was described as A+++ bud. It ended up being bottom bag tiny nugs. Maybe only about 20% were the size of popcorn. In addition, it was dry. Like Sahara dry. This was old bud. I contacted the vendor hoping for a reship or something, because I didn't order what amounted to the worst bud I've smoked from a DNET vendor. Anyone know how likely it will be for me to get my money back and/or the amount of time disputes take? Thanks!
