What is considered personal vs. bulk?

I assume all drugs have different amounts that are considered personal use and everyone's intake is different. I have read all these different threads from people freaking out that they're about to get a CD. A lot of the comments are assuring them that unless they're buying "commercial" or "bulk" quantities, they have nothing to worry about.

So, can someone please elaborate on what "commercial" quantity means? Because if Charlie Sheen blew down 7g rocks........

LE will revel in any hollow victory they can. 1gram, 1kilo, in their eyes it's all the same, we're all considered filth to them and they would be "proud to get these dangerous drugs out of the hands of the children". The only difference would be the charges when it comes to a CD. And the difference in charges will depend on local and state laws which you would have to look up depending on your location.

If you buy bulk quantities you probably are going to sell. If it's a personal quantity It's not as much. There's no rule to how much a personal or bulk quantity is.

It really depends were you live too, I'm guessing if you live in Detroit your cops aren't going to have time, or give a shit. Live in upper class suburban neighborhood, and they'll probably be a lot stricter and more likely to CD.

It depends on the state too. I only order weed, and in my state for exmple, weed over 14g is considered bulk with intent to sell, or some bullshit like that. Then if you get caught with over an oz there's some minimum sentence of 1 year in jail.

I'm actually on the border of another state, and that state is a bit more weed friendly, but still, over 1 oz is a felony with intent to sell. Anything under 1 oz is just a $500 ticket I think.

So yeah, look up your state's laws.
