I think a vendor has re-ship scammed me. Meaning they never shipped the product in the first place and then offer a re-ship... Either that or the package is lost/been seized/stolen... So what do I do...
Wait for a re-ship that the vendor has offered which is 50%. I really don't need this right now. This is a big order and the other 50% is pretty crucial... I've got debts to pay.
Cancel the order (it's not FE, full escrow)... and order from someone else. What's the worst a vendor can do? It's not like I've scammed them... I've received no fucking product.
Hit the start resolving button... What does this do? Is this between me and the vendor or Agora support or what?

Note that this vendor is pretty new but has a fairly solid rating. One person has given a 2/5 feedback for no product received and waiting on re-ship. The rest is 5/5. Cheap prices and full escrow drawn me in.
