Package stuck at NY ISC for almost 2 months

I had a package mailed to me November 11th, and it was 'processed' through ISC New York on November 13th. There have been no updates since then. I don't usually order internationally because of customs, but what I was looking for wasn't offered by any US-based vendor. I guess my suspicions about international orders were right.
Is it likely that this package was confiscated by customs? The tracking does not say the package was transferred into customs. I never received a love letter (and obviously never got raided).
The package did not contain any drug that is of high demand, or something that a drug dog would be trained to sniff out.
I contacted the vendor about it a few weeks ago and he did not respond so I think a re-ship is out of the question, unfortunately.
At this point I don't think waiting any longer would make much of a difference, so should I try emailing or calling USPS? Or did I lose all my money? The order was not cheap. Thanks for any help.

lmao don't call. Vendor should offer you a reship or partial refund and if he is not responding escalate it to staff.

Have you received packages in the two month wait at all?

Hey friend.. Just offering what I know from an experienced perspective: have ordered something like 70-80 international packs since this DNM movement began (SR1 days IMHO), and there has only ever been ONE that got "stuck" in the pipeline (250g MDMA). Vendor shared tracking so I got to monitor the progress. Well as scheduled, it ended up in the states and went to MIAMI ISC—my least favorite hub haha—so I settled in to wait the customary 1-9 days before it cleared customs. Much to my dismay, the status never updated again. I'd check on it at randomly scheduled intervals up to 100-110 days later—still the same status—and shortly thereafter, the information expired on USPS' database. I still, to this day, have no idea what happened to the pack. No perceivable ramifications whatsoever.. No visits from LE, the drop/identity continued to receive, and I believe SR1 admins even refunded me 50%

If the package had less than 20 grams of weight, i wouldn't even sweat the possibility of a CD. and while i can't back this up with evidence, it is my belief that U.S. CPB protocol has done away with love letters. other countries (canada and EU) still issue them, but we've yet to see a genuine LL surface that didn't eventually end up being the result of some shady vendor trying to dupe his customers lol. Hope it works out favorably for you (no legal ramifications and a full reship), so that all you will have lost is time—and maybe a minute piece of your sanity ;P

Dispute the hell out of that

Your Addy may be burned for future international orders but seems still good for domestic.

You may get a Love Letter. Would be pretty funny if the LL got lost in the mail. Usually 30-90 days. They HAVE to send it within 90 days. And dogs are trained to sniff out dmt.
