So what does this mean to people who have files currently encrypted with TrueCrypt? Should we now take those files and encrypt them with another software? Are they still safe at all?

How do you serve anonymous devs a NSL?
I mean I know the NSA is pro at knowing all sorts of things but as far as I've heard, we don't even know who was making truecrypt
