Low Level Distribtution with DNM as a source

I have been ordering off the markets for awhile now and have done small deals with friends who i was using it with, They have friends who are also into the scene and are aware the stuff i get is tested and good,so want to buy it off me. I'm thinking about ordering and reselling in order to provide them with high quality drugs and make a small profit. Is this stupid? The friends i have known for years and are willing to act as distributors for me i trust them entirely. Any recomendtions for Comsec inside the distribution network? I know burners are overrated and have heard alot of good stuff about Signal. Do i need to run signal on a burner smartphone with prepaid internet? My Netsec is pretty solid, Tails live USB with encrypted persistance. All bitcoin is bought slowly in low ammounts via prepaid cards and giftcards then run from a public electrum wallet to helix and then swapped between two more wallets with no clearnet connection. Sorry for the wall of text but ive tested the stuff these guys have been buying and the quality was appauling. Any critique or suggestions are welcome.

Edit: Thanks for all the support, you read up and the lengths some people go to, makes you feel like an amature. Good to know im not screwing myself. My main thing is how to securly contact my distributors. Burners only seem good if no ones look into them and when they are known fall appart fast. The friends arn't that intrested in learning PGP/Tor and if i expose them to that world its one short hop to the markets. Should i just get their phones and install Signal on it myself and configure it?

Shit you do more than me so you're good. Another thing I can recommend is if you can make yourself Caucasian, so if you get caught they'll take it easier on you.

You never know what someone will do when faced with the threat of multiple years in prison, even friends you've known for years. Do research into laws before you start, I wouldn't suggest selling schedule 1 substances. Also be aware of mandatory minimum laws/amounts, mandatory minimums are a bitch.

Not saying not to do it, but people will always be your weakest link. If you do business with them, do not give out your trust as willingly. You should not necessarily trust implicitly. As with any business partner, there has to be a threshold of trust, BUT no matter how close you are now, you need to separate that implicit trust and treat them as a business partner - which means always maintain a level of skepticism. It's true with anything and it's one reason I'll never go into business with a close friend. Your judgement is not sound when you are emotionally invested in someone. Money changes everything. Legal problems changes everything. Maintain the proper security levels with the friends just as you would if they were business partners or you may find yourself fucked. Realize if they are arrested and their freedom threatened, friendship status carries little weight as to whether they talk or not.

lmfao damn son, you go hard. but also yeah definitely just stick to domestic. wayyyy less of a chance it gets screened like that.

know a friend thats been living off the system of resale you suggested. key is big packs, low frequency. dont shit where you eat and the less you say to anyone the better. the markets will become your best kept secret and if you do it right you'll soon be the plug. make sure you trust who you work with. always have a back up plan/story and remember if you can be shown in court to be guilty its not worth the risk

WOW....Someone IRL who gets it.....OP, keep up the work :-)

I do the same thing I'll tell you briefly what I learned

  1. You can be doing the best but if your team fucks up it doesn't matter

  2. Make sure the product is consistent and customers thinks it gets brought in from different cities

  3. Not your real phone attached to deals

  4. No social media talking about anything

  5. Maintain opsec on computer

  6. Never discuss business if it doesn't need to be discussed then

  7. Anything you touch that's going down a distribution line, wipe your prints and check for any loose hairs

  8. Can't stress it enough, it's the people you work with

  9. Never let anyone know when you're stopping. They won't bite the hand that feeds but what if the meals finished?

  10. Don't carry weight on you in any scenario you don't have to

  11. Don't get caught with something small if you have something big in the trunk

  12. Treat it like a business and you'll learn. You're not a drug dealer you're a operations manager

Welcome to the game my friend.

many many people buy on net and sell on street. if you follow good opsec in real life, you'll be as safe as any other drug dealer, but there's no real anonymity to real life like that. :-/

the substance in questoin here really matters, especially if you plan to bring other people in on it

If you already know about the using the DNM and this thought wasn't immediate I would avoid it.

I actually like that idea, I would go a step further and bug it somehow with an app. This might provide some extra intel that keeps you safe as well as assisting in disintermediation down the road if your distrubition model changes.`

You seem to have everything in order, Perhaps a drop (if you do not already have one) or maybe open up a few more boxes around town.

I got two resellers and they never want more than like 100 a week. it's fucking annoying. I can't make money of these nincompoops

[1 Points] valuum:

What kind of return do you get buying and tumbling btc like that?

[1 Points] emdeeemehhh:

I've thought about low level distro too. I use all the same OPSEC measures, but when you factor in the part where one loose-lipped mother fucker could get you busted, you need to ask if it's really worth it.

I would probably just do what you seem to plan on doing, but make enough to cover your costs and have a generous personal supply. I used to sell roids on the clearnet and in person, but I realized that unless you're doing huge volumes it's not worth it. Too many security risks with low-level shit and the incentive isn't large enough. So I eventually would just buy a few smaller, but bulk order a year, sell those and pay for my personal costs. Just skim enough off the top so you're not digging into your own pockets. Just my two cents. People are fucking stupid unfortunately, so you're only as strong as your weakest link..

[1 Points] None:

Don't trust anyone. Your friends you speak so highly of would flip on your ass so quick your head would spin. But good luck.
