Help with blue sky market

Alright so I've been on the dark net for awhile and am definitely familiar with how everthing woks However I'm having some trouble with blue sky market. I placed an order worth 400 dollars with a trustworthy vendor And hit "pay for product" the coins are no longer in my wallet so I believe they went into escrow. However when I click on purchases no active transactions are shown. In addition to this I messaged the vendor to confirm if everything is good however he says he does not see any order from me. Is there something I'm missing or should I contact support. Any input us appreciated. Thanks!

11 hours after and support has responded with an apology and my coins. They even tipped me some extra money just for the trouble. Thumbs up to blue sky market

Personally BSM is my favorite market so maybe I can help.

I have never had this issue. This is going off my sometimes unreliable memory but usually after I hit "pay for product" it takes me back to the purchases screen which shows your current orders and also is where you see that it is processing or shipped as well as where you release funds to your vendor.

I would definitely contact support about this issue. I have never dealt with BSM support personally but I have heard that they are very responsive and helpful.
