I've been waiting on a package domestic for 12 days. I was wondering when I should start a conversation about refund/reship. The vendor has been with me all the way, we've checked the address (correct), and he has checked tracking consistently for me. They have a reship/refund policy for no arrival but in my case (misrouted and still not clear when it should arrive) I don't know how many days would be appropriate to want either at but at this time I'd probably want a refund. Any imput is appreciated.
