Does anyone have xp with dropping to commercial buildings? Not much mention of i on the DW but seems legit. They stay vacant for long periods of time, I guess it would come down to if the mailman willingly drops the parcel off or not

yeah the mailman can be like nope i don't think so, and hold the package. especially if he knows the building is vacant/empty/temporarily unoccupied. and especially if it's a package. i've had a mailman try to hold a wii u, shipped usps from gamestop because my girlfriends name wasn't on the new resident slip that our local po made us fill out.

How do you know the mail isn't being forwarded to someplace else?
The best anonymous drop is a UPS mailbox opened with fake id and cash. You can get a fake id within two weeks.

Please do not do this unless you own/control or work there and can confirm that, as the other posters mentioned, the mail actually does run there.
if the mailman is familiar with the route, they will know the building is empty and incoming mail may raise a red flag. they may try and leave a pink slip to get the recipient to come to post office
USPS is not stupid, they are slow, but not stupid. why would an empty building all of a sudden begin receiving packs? how do you know the owner/former owner hasn't already set the mail to be forwarded somewhere else?
