Middle-earth withdraws?

Transferring my funds out of Middle-earth to another wallet and I get the message "Middle-earth - not BTC mixer. Explain your actions to Gandalf or Gollum.", with my coins in holding With the status cancel and 0 confirmation.

Why do I have to explain why I dont want my coins on their market. I know its not a tumbler, so its pointless to tell me that. this is my first withdraw from this market aswell.

Wth is this shit. If I want my coins off your market, it is because I want them not on your market.

Edit* Gollum - 14:42 " we have people deposit and withdrawal to try and use our site as a btc mixer so we have steps in place to prevent this. I have put in a request to release your funds in apologize for any inconvenience."

Gollum - 15:22 " withdraws now allowed. I hope you understand the need to do this and hope you continue to use Middle Earth."

Funds are transferred with 6+ confirmations.

Definitely wont be using this market in the future lol holding funds is not a good thing.

Gandalf will solve this maybe.

[3 Points] Vendor_BBMC:

Vendor Hank volunteered to negotiate on behalf of the British Tor Vendor's Association with Middle Earth, because we read the owner's interview with DeepDot, and liked the cut of his jib.

The market would have been the BTVA's backup market, so if, say, Agora went down, a large chunk of the most established British online drug market's customers would have moved en-mass to Middle Earth, to continue using their favorite vendor.

Guess what?

Middle Earth doesn't allow usernames with 4 letters! HANK, BBMC, BTVA itself can't keep our names! There are lots of associate members, but in each product category there is a primary FULL member, and a second full member chosen by the primary (it has to be a vendor they don't hate and is totally trustworthy, because being a full member is like being a "made" man)

You have to sort out arguements between other vendors, or vendors and customers, discourage vendors from doing crazy stuff when they start to crack up, get "TOR blindness", become isolated through not being able to tell friends and family what they do etc

Full BTVA members have to actually DO stuff that doesn't directly benefit us

There are only 3 FULL members in the Class A / Schedule 1 drug categories (with respect to weed vendors, they don't face massive prison sentences or deal with South American cartels, only spider mite infestations. They don't negotiate on our behalf). The ONLY one with a name long enough to register on Middle Earth to negotiate on our behalf is one of the ToYou Team (cocaine). One of them told me they had 219 individual orders on Friday! I guess its going to be a white Christmas!

Just like the ones we used to know.

So I guess one of them works the computer, clicking "confirmed", printing labels while the other one sits on the floor surrounded by cocaine and envelopes to stealth-up, crying like a baby and getting cocaine in his eyes off his gloves.

Because on the rare occasion I get double figures orders, I end up with half a gram left over, get confused and want to cry. Then I have to rip every envelope open until I find which one I forgot to put the bag into, then do them again. If you have to write 10 xmas cards you'll know what I mean. Imagine 219...

They don't have time to negotiate maximum response-times to vendor support requests with a computer geek called "Gandalf"....

I've got nothing to sell until tomorrow, when our next batch has finished recrystalizations. I've got plenty of time on my hands which is why I'm on Reddit all day like an MXE vendor. But I can't negotiate vendor bonds (we don't pay them) because I CAN'T EVEN REGISTER WITHOUT CHANGING MY NAME.

When you operate in a pseudo-anonymous environment where anybody can rip anybody else off and get away with it, your good (pseudo) name is the only asset you've got

So Middle Earth can shorten the minimum length of its usernames, or forget about the big UK drug vendors.

Capiche?

That's retarded. Make sure to post a follow up here so others can see.

Hello I am Gandalf, Middle Earth admin.

I would like to respond to this. We did not steal any money from you in this process. The reason you got a message from us asking you to explain yourself is because Middle Earth is an extremely secure market. We monitor everything. We saw that you may be using Middle Earth as a mixer for you coins so we asked you. You must understand we run a TIGHT ship over in Middle Earth. We want to know exactly what is going on in our marketplace at all times. You could have been LE watching money flow for example or using us as your own personal BTC mixer, so we asked. It is our right. When you explained to us, we released your funds immediately. I really do understand why you took offense and apologize but like I said before we run a tight ship, we saw suspicious activity and asked for explanation, you gave it, we released your coins. No dramas, no lost BTC.

I hope you can see the reason you were asked is because you were using a very secure marketplace that responds to any suspicious activity. So if you think about it, if someone was hijacking your account and acted suspiciously, we would be on that like flies on shit. Understand? Us responding to suspicious activity may one day save your BTC if someone were to steal your passwords and try to steal your coins, never know. "Better to be safe than sorry".

I hope that you reconsider and come back to Middle Earth.

Regards, -Gandalf (MEM admin) mango7u3rivtwxy7.onion/Gandalf

Its a security measure based on some suspicious transaction activity published by previous market admins (Not sure if it was Defcunt or Agora), but in this case it was probably implemented by retards, so just contact them.
