[Other] How are domestic packages even caught?

If you're not distributing, not ordering pot from a shitty vendor, and no one rats on you, I cannot understand how domestic packages get caught.

Also, why do drugs like the ones ordered on here commonly have more focus than steroids?

Thanks.

Underpostage on behalf of the vendor, some are stupid, pay the extra if prompted. USPS has a thing about overpostage. Most bombs sent through the mail have excess postage, because the sender doesn't want to go to a post office or over the counter; postal workers can open a package without a warrant, they'll just put the contents in a plastic bag if it isn't resealable and say it was damaged during shipping/loose in the mail. How USPS handles your mail. Letters, flats and packages. This happens often enough in these machines that I would say that is also a way domestic packages could be caught.

Shipping weed is tricky because on the very small chance it gets XRAY'd they would see organic material. You are supposed to declare organic material (although nobody does) and you could use that as a pretense to open the package if it came from CA or CO, WA especially. If a vendor is using stale return addresses or using them for dozens of customers, all of you are now linked together with mail covers and they have a decent amount of a vendor's customers. If your vendor uses USPS Click and Ship he's using a VPN and a pre-paid card and should honestly know better. If your vendor knows what they're doing they know all of these facts and send your order accordingly. It doesn't happen often but domestic packs do get seized. Lots of people send cash or fake traveler's checks through the mail and those seem to get caught often.

Also if you live within 100 miles of the US border you don't have 4th amendment rights. Fun fact I guess. This is exceptionally rare but sets another precedent.

TL:DR: Warrants mean shit.

packages get profiled, boxes get dropped and break open spilling their contents on the floor in the sort facilities, etc... things happen when you least expect them.

they aren't, never have i heard of this happen

There's not a focus, but it all has to do with a lot of things, how the package is handled, the vendors stealth, and also the vendor in general. Mostly everything will not be your fault if you used your real address and name like most vendors suggest.

big vendors on here have gotten their packages profiled and intercepted.
