Dispute advice

Hey, I'm relatively new to darknet markets. I had 4 successful orders on agora. I was right about to make a large order for an event, when agora announced the closure. When I finally got my bitcoin back, I rushed an order on ME with the first person I could find who could deliver my stuff on time and with a decent rating.

I found this guy with about 60 deals and 9.8. Reviews seemed good. I ordered my stuff and the next day it was marked as shipped.

So after all that, nothing arrived for my event and when I messaged the vendor to ask what happened, he simply replied that I'd get a refund. I asked if he thought the package had been intercepted, he said no. I gave him my wallet address and was kinda hoping he would transfer the money before I finalized so I wouldn't be exposed. That didn't happen and I was running out of time before auto finalization. I checked his profile again and in the weeks since my order, he'd gotten loads of messages about undelivered or cancelled orders. He was saying it was due to lack of stock.

Anyway, I disputed the order and messaged him to explain that I couldn't really trust him. That was on the 14th and nothing has happened so far, besides him messaging again to say he's not scamming and will refund.

What should I do? It was my first order on ME and was for over 1BTC so I probably look dodgy to admins, but hopefully they'll see that he hasn't been delivering anything in the last few weeks and sort me out. Am I meant to be more trusting in this situation?
