All packs from the 10th of jan that were stuck at acceptance have starting moving and most are being "processed" or "in transit" as of now.
However, this delay is still unusual and despite the packs moving, we will keep the shop closed until all customers report receiving their packs succesfully and without problems.
We still find highly suspicious that some packs took 4 business days before they even START moving. This includes the express domestic deliveries which are guaranteed to take only up to 3 business days from acceptance to delivery.
While it sucks that you might have fucked over the drop addresses of many people, I find it admirable that you are up front about what is going on and are taking efforts to update your customers.
it's easy for a vendor to go "lol, i'm not using these return addresses anymore" and then proceed to give literally 0 fucks as they open up a new vendor account with a new name.
