After review and communication with Support, Panacea Vendor Account: TheHappyCrew have placed themselves in Vacation Mode whilst the situation with the delivery delays is looked into.
NOTES:
Panacea Vendors are invite only, they have earned the right for benefit of the doubt and the opportunity to correct any issues.
Problems, issues and delays can occur in any highly respected team.
Despite everyones best efforts, rogue and dodgy people are about and it can only take one to ruin what was a great team
THCrew has been in constant contact with users and Support and is concerned themselves about the issues, they are doing a self review of their processing and handling and will advise.
We have tried to make Panacea - Flower Sanctuary as safe and secure as possible in the darknet world.
LadyHawke has always advised that Buyers use ESCROW and not FE. We understand that it has been hard to not FE for a Vendor with disappearing and unstable sites but we have OFF-SITE MULTI-SIG PAYMENTS as the only option on Panacea so no BTC are ever kept on site so the argument for FE is mostly a none issue for our Community.
Contacting Support: We are here to assist everyone in the best interest of the Community. We can only act on information received and to not be given the opportunity to review and action a complaint before calling scam on Reddit is so disrespectful to everything we are trying to achieve here. Again we know that some sites have had uncaring, in-effective Support but Panacea is not just another DNM.
IF, IF any Panacea Vendor turns rogue they will be removed from PFS, the Community will be notified and other darknet markets will be advised of our experience for their own actions if applicable.

I'd warn against this vendor.
I was waiting since the 19th, had a reship after a few days and then after a few more days told a refund would be coming which it didn't for 48 hours or so, eventually PFS support 'issued' a refund but it has yet to arrive. Arrived :)
As you can see from my old review they were great, used them a lot up until they requested FE on C9, thought I'd try them again on PFS due to no FE but it isn't looking good.
