[CommunityDiscussion]Consequences for customers of Shiny Flakes?

First of all I didn't really know in which category I should put this topic so I just went with Discussion as there are different opinions on this topic I guess.

As almost everyone knows now: Shiny Flakes got busted and apparently the police has got the adresses of people who have bought there. In one of the articles the public prosecutor of Leipzig said "Wir werden auch versuchen, die Leute, die auf der Plattform bestellt haben, zu ermitteln. Wer bestellt hat, macht sich strafbar" which translates into something as: We will try to identify the people who have bought something over that platform(Shiny Flakes) and whoever ordered on that website, makes himself indictable

Now realistically speaking, they are not gonna track down every single customer and indict them/raid their house or are they? SWIM (someone who isn't me) just found out about this like 30 minutes ago and doesn't really know what to expect now. tl;dr Clearnet Drugvendor got busted, and is SWIM gonna get fucked for ordering there?

If I remember correctly there was a incident where shiny had to delete their whole database shortly after SWIM received his order (January). Anyone got more information on that?

Basically everyone who ordered from him is going to be put in a postal database that says, "hey these fuckers bought drugs through the mail, so check EVERYTHING they order." Clean out your house, do NOT use your mailing address or name that was placed on the packaging. Don't risk ordering anything, as all of your mail is now going to be checked top to bottom inside and out without you even being able to notice...

  1. The police in your country have already intercepted 40kg of packages from shiny and the people who were raided were already busted. They aren't going to give you a warning on public media, because that would kind of defeat the purpose of a raid wouldn't it?

  2. Shiny didn't store any data long term on his servers so it's unlikely they have your details unless you literally ordered the same day he was arrested and they have a package with your name on it.

  3. Lets say they do decide to come after you. Realistically what are your options? Clean house, lay low (=no more orders for a couple of months), dispose of any incriminating evidence. That's pretty much it. Make your worst case scenario less painful, stay optimistic and follow the news closely.
