Pack showed up with question mark written on it

I received my pack (letter mail actually) today, from a very well known LSD vendor. Something caught my attention and that was the hand written question mark across the front of the envelope. What can this possibly mean? I don't think this was from the vendor whatsoever. But it's kind of making me paranoid.

Was there any misspelling in the address or recipients? I've gotten mail with question marks when it was addressed to someone other than me or my wife (either a guest or the previous owners) and also when something was addressed to my neighbors but had my name on it.

I had a medibuds package arrive with a number 2 written in pencil and circled on it. I still got my package, I think it was while they were organizing things. We tends to over think things.

The motive behind whoever put that mark there is...questionable.

You guys are idiots. It means that USPS has absolutely no idea what was in it to the degree of them putting on the question mark. It worked.

Pretty sure the people sorting the mail will put a question mark on packs that they are unsure of i.e incorrectly spelled name or address, name not associated with the address, incorrect zipcode or -4 digit extension. Or its a note to the driver that "hey this might have drugs in it but i dunno, so scope it out and we'll smoke behind the post office after work".

Honestly though i've gotten packs with them before, no clue what it means.

Whoever marked it might now know that it contained LSD.

Ever worked in a warehouse or mailroom? I bet you money at some point that had mail organized in street or zipcode groupings and your letter ended up on the floor or wrong pile. So someone drew a "what the fuck is this" question mark on your letter and left it for someone else to deal with.
