What do you think? It uses relay to transfer torrents and acts as an proxy - from what I understood - I could be wrong.

if it downloads and uploads the torrents over Tor too then it is bad because this only takes away resources from all other Tor users that really need them.

if it only indexes the torrents and you have to download them without the built-in protection of the Tor network it is pretty useless since the initial crime you commit [copyright violation] is done without protection, only the searching for that torrent is.

just use a vpn for torrenting, it is enough.

Yeah it relies on relays and its own onion network for searching and downloading. I doubt it gives strong anonymity but should suffice if lawyers and bullshit copyright laws are your adversary.
