I'm curious what other vendors do when rating buyers? Do you just give them 5s straight across the board? The reason I ask is that I've had a slew of buyers lately not release escrow when the received the package. I have my autofinalize set at 8 days and always ship Priority. Since I don't mark the package as shipped until it shows as accepted in the tracking system that means I have to wait 6 days to get my money sometimes.
I've been keeping a list (usernames only) of people that don't release and am considering just kicking their order if they try to order again but wonder if that's not just pushing the problem off on somebody else. What do you all think?
I'm only a buyer, not a vendor, but I'd for sure knock off at least 1 star but 2-3 is what I would personally do. Buyers that literally forget to give the supplier their money are idiots. They are not conscious at all of the process of which they are undertaking.
