I got a love letter for 2 grams of weed - Is it no longer safe to order?

I bought a 1 gram sample off EVO. (edit: it was probably 1.1-1.4grams rounded up to 2gram)

5 working days later, I got a package thinking it was the weed, turns out it was a letter from customs saying they had seized 2 GRAM HERBAL CANNABIS and to contact them if I wanted to retrieve my goods.

I don't live in the US - I live in ireland. Do you think it is safe for me to order some acid, or will my mail be flagged? I've heard people say customs flags your address, but I'm speculative if thats true or just a rumor.

edit:

It is most definitely a real letter. I have read over it multiple times, it is legit. It has all the correct Revenue commissioner's address, it has the address written in correct irish too. Trust me, its most definitely not something the vendor could've made. I am just wondering if my address is flagged or not. - which i assume it probably will be.

vendor name: Carlos_lopez on EVO. Judging by the feedback which I hadn't seen before ordering, his stealth sucks dick. That makes me sad.. i can no longer avail of such a premium service - the deep web :(

Already after 5 days? Smells like a scam. Maybe vendor itself is a LE. I don't understand why people don't give vendor name on these kind of posts.

[20 Points] sdfghsas:

It could be a fake seizure sent by the vendor I would post a picture.

I'd pick that letter apart with absolute scrutiny for spelling, grammar, syntax, and all that.

As a fellow Irishman I'm very interested to know if this was Domestic and please name the vendor

It's weird that customs put a letter in to a package rather than an envelope. That's why I doubt it was really from them.

[5 Points] throwahooawayyfoe:

If you get a real love letter, you'll know it. There won't be any speculation as to whether it's real or not. It won't be in a package looking like it might have your weed in it. I smell scam.

[3 Points] usesomelube:

I wouldn't if I was you man. Just get some from local vendors for a couple of months. Better safe than sorry !

[2 Points] tmtmflwttm:

What kind of "package" was it? It seems suspect to me that it wasn't in a regular envelope like any other letter would come in.

[3 Points] ACAurelius:

Well, I'm with the people who are suspicious of a Love Letter coming in a Bubble mailer (padded envelope), that makes no sense. Of course, it's Ireland, and I do not know how they handle things like that over there but even still, it strikes me as odd. On the other hand, I do not see why a vendor would scam someone over a 2 gram sample of marijuana either. Whole thing sounds weird.

In any event, if you are convinced it's a real love letter, then yeah, consider your address burned, at least for International orders (personally I never order anything international, though I appreciate that in Ireland you may not have the same variety of choices that someone in the US or the UK may have).

I'd recommend never using this address for international orders again, and I would wait at least 4-6 months before using it for domestic orders, just to be safe. I'd also recommend that you research more into a particular vendor's stealth before making a purchase. Like, if you have a vendor with great stealth and uses an eBay return label or something similar, then you should be fine for domestic orders (after waiting a few months).

In the meantime, if you are only looking to purchase acid or something small (i.e. something that could fit into a letter, not something that is going to require use of a large bubble mailer or box), then I would look into getting a P.O Box or something.

[3 Points] consumerrr:

i would order a bunch of legit but weird stuff on ebay from abroad to see if packages in your name/address are physically inspected

[2 Points] Freakyofu:

Just recently got a love letter myself for an 1/8 coming from Colorado. Been ordering since without issue. If its just personal use bud, I sure would think LE has bigger fish to fry

[2 Points] brnqll:

name the vendor? show a picture? it's easy to take out the location data and then you can use an anon image uploader

I don't know if you have these in your country but you could open a PO box or find a drop?

[1 Points] Big_Daddy_Trucknutz:

You ought to be good but I would still suggest ordering to a different name and address if possible.

[1 Points] pot8toes:

Hey man, fellow Irishman here thanks for letting us know! Could I ask, what's the general content of the letter? I am thinking of ordering and would like to know what the letter contains in case any of my housemates were to somehow stumble upon it and see that I ordered something illicit. Basically, does it say "you buy drugs, we take drugs, bold!" or what?

[1 Points] rant-caseydnm:

Sounds like a fake, they dont say the type of drug. Just that the package is detained as it is suspected to be carrying narcotics / controlled substances. At least they didnt specify in my love letter. =\

[1 Points] otistoole:

Most government documents have watermarks and embossing, does this letter have these qualities? I would look myself, but my eyes are bad.

[0 Points] hdheuud:

I was really shocked they did this in USA over 2g. But then I kept reading. I need to read whole posts before jumping to conclusions

[0 Points] 666fun:

Why you don't ordered the least concealsblevdrug from an international supplier is beyond me.

But yeah, id think that your address is now burned. Authorities found drugs in a package with your name and address, after all. Just because they're not prosecuting you over a gram of weed, it dorang mean that they've forgotten
