I ordered etilozam to my PO box in Canada. Although the drug is not illegal when I went to check the box there was a notice asking me to come back with with valid government ID or have somebody living in the same house pick it up or sign the card and get somebody who dosn't live at the same address as me to pick it up? Does anyone know what I should do? I've ordered non-illegal drugs to a PO box before but I've never had a notice put in the box before. The pills are just unmarked blue pills I can understand why anyone at a post office would assume there narcotics but how is it worth the trouble of going to pick them up even if I run the risk of getting tackled by police when I walk out of the post office?
That is a standard procedure for Canada Post. Whenever you pick up a parcel (not left at the address for whatever reason) you have to show up with ID with your name and the address it was sent to (or ID and a bill to that address with a matching name). Just show up and grab your package, nothing out of the ordinary. The envelope must have not fit in your box.
The police have better things to do than wait in a parking lot of a post office to nab somebody after they receive a suspicious package. They would have to have a man in there for the entire time they are open and then somehow get signaled by the attendant that you have the package. If they are suspicious they will just do a Controlled Delivery so they don't waste man hours.
