So I have a domestic order that "shipped" 13 days ago. I sent it into resolution like 3 days ago and sent another message. The vendor has only been on one day in the past week and didn't respond to my addition message. I've also not heard anything from Abraxas staff. Do I need to send a message specifically to the support staff or should they automatically look at the order? Also does anyone know how long the resolution normally takes? Thanks
