Customer aborted order after it was shipped

Marked 5 order shipped. The 6th order would not submit and agora would not load. Tried for 30 mins longer with no luck. Went to po came back and customer aborted the order WTF. I wish agora would create a special vendor URL for us. Vendors need the ability to send messages or mark the orders shipped without lag. This feature be a huge advantage and help mitigate the frustration caused by DDOS and large server load.

Imo, best way for a vendor is to mark the item shipped before shipping it. Prepare the product, mark it shipped then go straight away to mail it

having different tabs and just cycling em all really fast is a simple way to approach that issue kind of in terms of people scamming you out of items. Lifes hard man It sucks

Sorry man. I know your pain. I have been scammed out at least $300 on DNMs.

The problem with a vendor URL is that when a DDOS atack comes ,some vendors will leak that URL to continue getting orders.

Edit: At least thats what I saw happend on the SR2.0 forums.

Well, just take at as a lesson learned. Don't drop anything into that blue box until you've got it marked shipped. It's not really the market that is at fault here.
