Hi gorgeousnesses,
This is probably simple....
If I look at a Blockchain transaction page, there are transactions FROM, on the left, and TO, on the right.
If the arrow in between is green, no doubt, all is in order, but if it red.... what has happened?
It's been over a day, and 70+ confirmations.
The amount was transferred through a tumbling service. The service has no record of it being processed, yet Blockchain does. The service's wallet address has not changed.
On Blockchain, the amount that I transferred is shown in red, and as a negative amount, below about 10 addresses, of varying btc.
I used the tumbler (Fog) while in a public cafe. The connection kept timing out. I didn't think that I'd managed to withdraw the funds (at the time, they had yet to be confirmed at the tumbler) and was just experimenting to see if I was able to set up the withdrawal in advance.
Nothing has been deposited in the destination wallet.
The connection became useless, so I gave up. I expected that I'd be able to continue when I was able to get access.
Any ideas on what I've managed to do!?
edit
Interestingly, after sending a few messages to Fog's support, the amount (minus a small fee) has just arrived back in my Fog account, 72 hours later.
So, of course, I've just withdrawn them. The confirmation screen I saw wasn't one I really remember seeing .....
Now that the money has returned to Fog, it records that the amount of btc ever sent to that address is more than zero, whereas previously, it only registered as zero.
I'm thinking that something to do with the laggy connection caused them to be.... lost for 72 hours? Or, possibly, the admins took pity on me?!
Perhaps it was just a glitch...
If there is a red arrow it means that amount of bitcoin was transferd out of that address. If its green then it means that address received that amount of bitcoin
