I made an order on tormarket from the vendor purefiremeds on the 6th and it has yet to arrive yet he has 5 feedbacks all positive stating that it takes a few days for the order to arrive and one person even said he ordered this monday and received the order wednesday yet I have still not received the order. I started to get suspicious when I noticed that he only has 5 feedbacks for over 200 items sold and one of the feedbacks was said to have been placed tomorrow (as in the future) so I'm starting to wonder if this guy is scamming and somehow getting fake feedback put in
"on the 6th"...as in Friday, December 6, 6 days ago? That's way too early to be calling "scam". It is common for orders placed on Fridays to not be shipped until the following Monday or so, depending on the seller. Also, the post office can take longer than normal to deliver packages this time of year. I'd let it wait a few more days.
It might not arrive as fast as you'd hoped it would, or as fast as the seller claimed or shipped in the past. Some sellers are extremely punctual across the board and are almost never delayed, which is great. Even if a seller sells a good product but ships slow, I'll still buy from them knowing this. But things can happen even when you order from a perfect seller, since they rarely have much control over the USPS.
A similar thing happened to me just the other day. I ordered from a favorite domestic (US) seller on BMR a couple days before shutdown began. Seller shipped, the usual 3-5 days after passed, and I received nothing. I started to think it might have been lost or a scam, and then the seller asks escrow users to FE out of worry BMR would run away with his bitcoin. I didn't FE, since the whole thing seemed sketchy (I never FE anyway). I doubted backopy was about to make a break, given his history and plans to reincarnate BMR, and withdraws are manually processed so another BTC heist is unlikely.
But to my surprise 12 days after I placed the order, it ended up in my mailbox! The seller had some legitimate delays in shipping it, and I would guess the post office might have held it up too. Makes me feel bad for being suspect of the whole situation, though. I hope I haven't been blacklisted over the FE thing. And that's not the first time I have waited much longer than I'd expected, but eventually received the product sent by the seller. Occasionally it just happens. I wouldn't worry...just be patient and I'm sure you will get your goodies :)
