Problem with a new vendor... of course :(

so i order with xpresspost last monday.. normally 2 day spot (got 2 other packs from farther away) yes i know its holidays, but read what he msgd me when i asked for tracking, how should i approach this? if i dispute will i win?

he said "he called regarding the tracking as it was still showing at his local sort facility, he told me that can post told him it was "lost" . now if you have ever talked to can post you would know that they would not on the first convo admit to LOSING your package lol. This guy is lying im 99% sure (hes also out of all product so he cant reship) so i guess my only course of action is disputing this shit? he is willing to reship... in 12 fkn days... any thoughts?

I would say 12 days is too late that you wanted it for some reason on some date sooner than that and ask for a refund. I'm not sure how you'd go with disputing it as he is offering to resolve it. I'd at least ask for a refund and see how it goes first.
