Is there a way to tell if pills are a different substance than what they're sold as?

Title.

I'm looking for pain killers (preferably hydromorphone or Opana). Before I buy them from the DNMs, I have a question. Is there any way to tell that they're really what they're supposed to be? (I don't mind if pills are faked, I just don't wanna get a fentanyl pill and die or something.)

If they are being sold as "real," aka pharmaceutical pills, you should be able to know by the weight.

Counterfeit will weigh differently than those that are made by pharmaceuticals.

Edit: I don't advise buying pain killers on the DNT. It's a good way to OD due to fent being falsely advertised for something like Opana, or Oxys.

All advertised oxy on the DN is pretty much fent anyways. Ordering opiates is like playing Russian roulette nowadays
