Hi, posting on a throwaway b/c people seem to value my reviews of products and I don't wanna sully a vendor unless they truly deserve it. So: I ordered a couple Gs of shatter from a new vendor on CR and it never arrived, while MANY other packages arrived around when he supposedly sent it. have never had a prob with getting mail to this addy at all. Ever. And a bunch of the vendor's feedback from what DID arrive is stating that the stealth was horrible. So now I'm fucked out of using my home address. i had emailed the guy after a week to let him know, he said wait another week and if it hasn't come he'd reship. So obv it didn't come and now he's saying he will do a partial reship. Is this standard protocol? I mean, I know reship policies differ by vendor, but this guy is BRAND NEW and 1/2 the ppl have complained about stealth! The funds haven't finalized yet. What would da darkreddit do?
Vendors make their own policies about reship/refund, which is basically up to you to accept. The only other option you have is to file a dispute and hope that admin find in your favor. I am not familiar enough with CR personally to know what they're likely to decide. In general I find that unless a vendor is able to prove they shipped, customers are often sided with in resolution, especially when bad feedback has been listed.
