Could someone explain to me why, after all the past exit scams, do we still accept market escrow as a safe way to pay the vendors? 2-of-3 Multisig transactions are relatively easy to set up, specially if the market automates the whole process to create a multisig wallet using the vendor's and buyer's wallets, and they completely eliminate the possibility of an exit scam. When I started using AlphaBay, I read up all I could about multisig, learned how to properly set it up, only to find out a handful of sellers used it, and most buyers didn't even care about it.
a lot of people don't bother setting up tails because they can't grasp the concept, or don't want to spend the time going through the process; forget about setting up multisig. people want their shit and they want it NOW NOW NOW.
personally, once I started using hansa, the other markets fell to the wayside.
