So we have been a long term vendor of Nucleus for a while. We have been bringing a wide selection of drugs to the market for about 50% cheaper than ever seen on the dark web and people have left plenty of reviews saying our product is top quality.
A colleague gone rouge and sent orders to the wrong addresses even gone as far as taking orders out for his own recreational use. So about 25 orders never arrived and gone to reclamation. Nucleus instantly opened a ongoing investigation and locked our account.
We have resolved most of the reclamations nearly all of the reships arrived and customers released. The ones who never logged back in we just refunded them.
Nucleus said they would reach a decision by the end of the week and its now Sunday and our messages have been ignored from support.
Has anyone had this happen to a selling account? are they usually re opened or closed whats our chances?
Sorry man, but what you describe is well worth an ongoing investigation. You screwed, blaming staff will not do you any favor, as YOU choosen them. So....
