RealSupremeSmoke [SCAM ALERT]

I placed an express order with RealSupremeSmoke (RSS). After it not showing up for 3 days after marked "Shipped" (It is express after all) I inquired.

I know these things take time and sometimes vendors don't ship when marked shipped, so it was just a friendly inquiry (Before anyone says I overreacted, I've had vendors mark "shipped" then not actually ship until I inquired weeks later).

RSS responded by sending me tracking info which said the product was delivered to mailbox. It wasn't ever in my mailbox, and my mailbox is not accessible to the public (let's just say a near 0% chance of my mail being stolen).

I'm assuming the tracking I was given was for a dummy letter sent to my zipcode somewhere. Anyone who has used Ebay knows to look out for this "tracking number" scam.

I know RSS has come through for many, and I've had a successful order from him as well. This post is just a warning that you're dealing with someone who EITHER: WILL scam from time to time OR however unintentional it is, fuck up your order and not get it to you.

(If this is some kind of USPS tracking error or I otherwise end up getting the package, I will update, but I'm skeptical. The simplest explanation is what I'm theorizing here.)

I'm also posting because he's an FE vendor and really this is one of the only actions I can take given the vendor has all the leverage. I understand the risks of FE, but sometimes you take a chance. (In this case, a moderator might have also taken his side given his tracking number scam).

Anyway, be warned, and best of luck to others out there.

EDIT: I think in the end I was wrong and RSS is good. A package showed up much later. I was expecting a pack on this day from a different vendor and had given up on RSS. Assuming it was the other vendor, I opened it and threw away the packaging (cleaned up evidence as usual) and continued on.

Now, the thought is crossing my mind that this package is the actually the RSS package, just very late. The 2 orders were the same product/weight. The stealth was very different from the RSS pack I received in the past so while opening I wasn't even thinking RSS.

But, the other vendor is new, I've never received a pack from them before, and they look like they're now getting accused of scamming all over the forums and their account is suspended.

TLDR: I can't prove it (I really wish I saved the packaging), but I think I eventually did receive the RSS package, just very late (5 days for express) but with different stealth (which is fine).

I'm happy getting the product even if it was a little late, and will admit I overreacted but assumed the worst based on past DNM experience. :)

Is this the same guy as SupremeSmoke who's now on BlackBank?

Wow, this is almost the exact same thing that happened to me.
I made an order from him which never arrived, and at some point he pulled the same stuff, said it had been delivered, gave me TN#, etc. Same as you, it's impossible that it came to my house and I missed it. I work from home, right in the front of the house with view of mailbox. I also am friendly with mailman and he'd recognize my name and deliver if addy was a few off or something.

It struct me as strange how quickly he had the TN data ready to share with me during discussion. Also, he was pretty cold during the whole thing and simply said it was against policy to re-send when 'it had been delivered'. Didn't even say 'sorry to hear' or anything.

Fortunately, AlexSosa and others have better gear than RSS, so in the end I was simply out $200 and pissed off.. not missing out on the greatest gear or anything.

Sorry to hear it also happened to you. Def sounds fishy to me!

When tracking the package, what did it say was the reason for non delivery?

My order with him was due to arrive today. When it didn't, I asked him for the tracking which he promptly provided. It was marked as 'Undeliverable to Address'.

I called the Post Office, gave them the tracking, and sure enough they had it sitting there. One of the numbers on my numbered address was smugged so badly it couldn't be read. Since that 1 number difference address did not officially exist, it just went back to the Post Office. (thankfully it wasn't a legit wrong address, as then it prob woulda been delivered)

I picked it up without incident. The issue is he hand writes labels (in pencil no less!) which smugges way too easily. I copy and paste my address each time I write up a PGP message. So there was definitely no issue on my end. An honest mistake, but nothing more then a slight inconvenience.

If your tracking shows the same reason for non delivery as mine, that may be your problem. If it is, simply call the post office and request a re delivery or a pick up. Or if you want to avoid the phones, go on the website and fill out the re delivery form. As long as you have the tracking, it can go out again and arrive by tomorrow.

Assuming this is the same person as the above poster mentioned "Is this the same guy as SupremeSmoke who's now on BlackBank?", remember he has I believe 1000+ deals on Agora. I reviewed his feedback, every single page, looking for ones that left under 5/5 to check for similarities. The only few low marked reviews relating to non delivery all were Free Shipping listings (Which is First Class I believe). His profile is clearly marked that there is nothing he can do for those orders as he doesn't have tracking. No idea if he is select scamming those few, but he mentions he cannot help non delivery inquires due to not having the tracking. Couldn't find a single feedback under 5/5 that was a non delivery on an Express order. In my case he provided the tracking, saw the simple mix up, and got my package.

I placed my order Tuesday AM, he marked it as shipped by noon and i recieved it today around 2PM. (Express isn't overnight for me because I live in a rural area.) I've done business with him several times and I haven't ever had any issues at all so I would lean towards USPS being the culpable party.

Perhaps you could post about your situation and successful resolution of what the problem was Here? Hopefully the more information we can provide to help ease the paranoia for anyone else having a similar problem is all the better. I mean you and I had pretty much the same package, from the same vendor, coming the same day, and had the same problem. Now considering this forum isn't exactly huge, the fact that we shared that experience on a forum so minor, chances are someone else out there has the same problem themselves, just not posting about it.

I made an express with SS on BB Monday, he shipped Tuesday and I got it yesterday. I've never had a problem with SS on BB. You either got seized or got robbed by a postal worker.
