Coinmx help! :) (OPSEC)

Hey guys,

I usually use Localbitcoins which would never link to my real identity but have decided to use coinmx to purchase coins through credit card for the first time. I am a bit worried since it will be connected to my credit card info as well as cell phone number. Is it safe to use coinmx in this regard? Also, in this case, from coinmx-electrum-bitfog-market would be the proper procedure? or coinmx-bitfog-electrum-market? or am I missing something?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)

That sounds like a perfect process.

The electrum step before mixer is a very good extra step because if a mixer is ever compromised it would be tough to prove that the electrum wallet was actually yours.

Also remember that if you ever use electrum after you've tumbled you will want to use a different address then the one you've used with pre tumbled coins. Just remember to keep dark/anon stuff together and keep clearnet/real identify together so neither ever touch one another.

Been using them since launch. Always sent straight to market. They don't give a fuck. Also, their company is American but the bank they use is in Azerbaijan.

Maybe this is personal opinion, but I believe that sending from a purchasing site a to a tumbler is probably worse. First off, why mix clean coins in the first place, and second off, if you want to associate your account with money laundering too that is your deal.

If anything, go from Coin.MX -> Electrum -> Tumbler -> Market but even that is probably overkill.

Careful with BCF

I'd also look into darkcoin darkmix sending. It should be the equivalent of a tumbler, but you never have to hand over any of your coins to anyone else. So it could be coinmx->shapeshift(mixer)->DRK in your wallet->darksend mixing (tumbling->shapeshift mixer->market
