Is auto PGP feature safe to use on BlackBank or any DNM when placing order?

i.e is it possible for the site to cache the cleartext message before encrypting to vendor? Ask as not possible to turn the autopgp feature off when ordering or at least it isnt for me and obvs dont wanna create extra work for vendors by sending separate message after order either. Thanks for any answers here

This 'extra work' might keep you out of jail. Encrypt your shit.

No. Nothing you send to the server that is personally identifiable should be unencrypted.

Just encrypt your message. It's not difficult for the vendor to decrypt twice (once for BB's auto-PGP, then once for your actual encrypted message)

It's in the same boat as using third party PGP tools like that web-service igolder(might not be the actual name idgaf)

Definitely encrypt yourself. It's not hard and then you know you're safe from that attack vector.

This is called OpSec.

Figured as much and thanks for the help! Problem is if you place encrypted message and then system encrypts again using same key, it becomes impossible to decrypt for some reason. This means have to accompany each order with a separate message unless vendors allow pgp to be disabled. Will suggest that vendors do allow it to be disabled in forum as personally wouldnt wanna take the chance!
