Hasnsa question

Hi i had to set up a mult sig thing through them in order to place an order and now my order got cancled, my coins didnt get sent there they said it goes to a return wallet that was set up and i think i had set it up on a old dream deposit address because i never used it much back then, i figured the coins would get sent to the mult sig i had to set up does any one have any suggestions on what to do

Everything is automated on hansa regarding transactions as far as i know and understand the system, so the coins were sent to the address you provided, if you dont have access to it noone can do anything even if they wanted.

Still i would suggest contacting support, Hansa has one of the best fastest responding mods iv met on dnm, im afraid he will tell you the same thing though.

/u/NignogAwowogei has the best answer to your question so you can ignore my post. But I wanted to point out that customers don't necessarily have to setup multisig on Hansa.

Hansa has a really cool 2-2 multisig system where customers don't even notice they are using multisig. You simply place an order, choose direct payment and Hansa will provide you with a Bitcoin address to which you can make your payment. The funds will then automatically be moved to a multisig address. :)
