Safety of using previous owner name (PO BOX)

Is using a previous owner of a PO Box generally effective in getting packs without raising any eyebrows? Also, what could potentially go wrong in this situation?

Without raising eyebrows? Are you serious? What if he/she did mail forwarding on the PO BOX?? Your pack just got sent to him/her.

Don't you think the PO BOX center employees would see mail addressed to the previous person and not put it in your Box? I've owned multiple PO BOXES and never received any mail from the previous owner. They look for that shit and are not going to put that mail in your box.

Come on now. This is elementary shit.

Don't risk it. Use the name on the PO box. Read the fine print to find out what their policy is on that before you risk loosing a pack. Maybe there's an address forwarding option and nice little Mrs. Smith will get your qp forwarded to her house.

No because if the previous owner has their mail forwarded from their old address it will go to them..

Probably not a good idea to open up mail addressed to someone else.
