So on Thursday night, 1/21, I emailed slablabs asking to do a DD and I stated that I was in a rush. He replied saying that if I had it ordered that night he I would have it by Monday. I did not get it ordered that night, but I did the next night so I thought Tuesday with his estimate. Nothing by Wednesday so I emailed him asking if I could get an update on when it was shipped. No response, so on Saturday I emailed him asking again for an update, and I asked for a tracking number, but also mentioned it wasn't necessary since it had only been a week. Now normally I would not post about a package not arriving after only a week and a half, but due to it being 6 days since Slablabs's estimate, his lack of communication, and him promising that he would start working on his processing speed (He states that his New Years Resolution is to ship everything same or next day. With that logic I should have gotten my pack on Thursday, maybe Friday at the latest). It is now Monday, 2/1, my mail has already been delivered and still nothing. Also this is probably my fifth time working with Slablabs, first time DD, and I've never had a problem with him before.
Edit: This being my first Vendor Complaint post, I'm sorry I did not provide proof. I have emails of the DD, but I fee; that would be bad opsec to show. Any other suggestions for proof?
Slablabs is known for his slow shipping speeds. This isn't unusual.
