So after a few mishaps and miscommunication, cosmicbites offered me a full refund and made things right. It makes me happy to know that there are still some stand up vendors who are willing to make things right even if the circumstances were not their fault..

I placed an order with CosmicBites in December 2015 and still haven't received it. After me being persistent with my messaging CosmicBites and doing my best to stay in dialog, after about two months, they finally offered to reship it. They said it'd be delivered in 2-3 days, however, it's been a week and I still haven't received it....

I sent them a message and am awaiting a response. I've been keeping in contact with them the whole time (since December), but they really need to work on their communication. I have to send multiple messages and threaten to leave reviews just to get them to respond. Sometimes I'll send them a message, seeing that they are currently online, and not hear back for days, even though it will say they were "last seen", or that they posted, within minutes of me sending them a message.

It really sucks, but we'll see if they rectify it. I'm hoping it will arrive within another day or two, and if not, I'd settle for a refund. They seem to have a generally positive reputation, however, my experience with them so far has been absolutely terrible.... If nothing is done to fix this issue in a timely manner, I will be posting full, in-depth reviews of my experience with CB. I have already waited over two months for my order to arrive and my patience are starting to run out, as I've never had a problem of this magnitude before with any DarkNet vendor. I understand things happen, but this does seem excessive, and I feel like I'm the only one doing anything to ensure I get my order.

I can only hope that CosmicBites does the right thing in this situation, and that they improve their communication and take efforts in the future to ensure things like this don't happen again.

UPDATE (six days after posting original comment above):

I received my order from CosmicBites yesterday, nearly three months after I ordered it.

Better late then never, that's for sure.

They threw in a few freebies which was nice, however, it still took a very long time to receive, as I'm assuming my order got forgotten or lost in the mail, or mis-sent or something the first time, as they told me they reshipped it, and that's the one I received.
