Is there a service that caches tor webpages in existence?

The word you're looking for is archive; caching occurs when site-data is stored client-side.
For example: every time you visit Facebook it loads facebookLogo.png, instead of loading that EVERY time you connect, it downloads it once and places the image in the cache. On subsequent page-visits, that image will load from your HDD instead of being served to you from facebook's servers.
