SCAM ALERT: JustSmuggledN

Hi folks, I know this has come up on the forums here before, but JustSmuggledN is up to it again on AB. I placed an ESCROW order, he marked it shipped within 12 hours or so, but then sent a message saying in fact it had NOT shipped.

He requested that I FE otherwise he would hold my order up for a week and then supposedly send it out.

I sent a PM politely explaining that was NOT the deal. He listed as an escrow sale and marked it shipped, meaning he has to ship. I said it was fine it he wanted to sell FE but he has to be straight up about it.

I asked for immediate shipment or immediate cancellation of the sale and to release my coins from escrow.

No response from him.

Sent a second message reiterating this issue.

No response from him.

Transaction is now disputed with AB moderators.

Be aware that JustSmuggledN is doing a bait and switch on AB. He offers his goods up for escrow sale and then tries to bully people into FE by holding their orders hostage.

AB does not allow users to revise their feedback, so those folks that do FE have no way to publish on their feedback page if they get scammed.

This vendor has always done shit like this. Honestly, I have no idea why people keep ordering from him. A little research would go a long way. His customer service is know n to be far less than perfect, and that is putting it politely.

Lets see what u/Trappy_Pandora has to say about this. Vendors have been banned for doing similar things as alphabay doesn't like it when they don't get their $300 FE fee.

holding their orders hostage

I chuckled.

AB does not allow users to revise their feedback, so those folks that do FE have no way to publish on their feedback page if they get scammed.

This is only partially true. Of course, if you throw out a "FE will update", you can't edit the feedback afterwards. But you can finalize, go on your orders page, then choose "Feedback".

I can see how most people don't realize this though, and assume they can edit their feedback.

Thanks for this post, OP. I'm removing the vendor from my favorites list and will never consider using them again

I order a QP of indoor once way back on one of the old markets and he shipped me a qp of garbage quality shake smashed into 3 DVD cases. Most retarded shit I've ever seen. I won't even look at his listings after that

Maybe he's fkin with you sounds like some egotistic bs

I successfully ordered from justsmuggledin on nucleus

Recently.

Is the vendor you ordered from spelled "JustSmuggledN"

Notice its spelt differently, I ordered from justsmuggledin

On nucleus got my pack quick and good shit also.

Maybe it's someone taking his name on AB?

Fuck idk lolol

The guy is a dickbag and if you get your stuff I would make it take as long as possible to finalize and make him sweat blood for his coin.

I think vendors trust you, you trust them, but nobody quite trusts alphabay. Having said that, justsmuggledin was plagued with scammer accusations 18 months ago, disappeared, then reappeared recently and everyone seems to have forgotten.

For the clever customer, the ones with good darknet intuition who FE but never get scammed, the mnistrust of the marketplaces at the moment is a golden opportunity to do great business. You have a bitcoin wallet. The vendor has one. Why do you need all those dodgy alphabay ones between yours and his?

You don't. What carders don't understand about bitcoin is that it's designed to free us from financial tyrants, not chain us to them.

When you see a listing you like, message the vendor and ask him how much discount he will give you if you trade directly. Then pay him. vendors love customers with a bit of nous who want to make sure they get paid instead of getting robbed.

Your package will be the first one they pack and post, because they could kiss you, you're such a smart fella. I usually offer escrow and FE versions of every listing. In peacetime when the marketplace is stable, the FE price is only slightly lower than the escrow price.

At times like these, it's maybe 25% lower. the Direct deal price is even better, or I will throw in a postage upgrade to 9AM next day instead of 1PM.

Why are you still here? Get browsing and do some good business while you have the chance. Don't feel sorry for alphabay. They've spent too much time concentrating on the vendor's 95%. Take your 5% for granted, and you lose it, dodgy marketplace.

Sorry for all the bad experiences but I just had an exchange with a legit lost pack from this guy and he's on the up-and-up. Gave me tracking easy. I waited a while for a response, but AB was up and down for the past weekend like crazy and when we got to message back and forth earlier today, he was cool about everything including reship. I trusted him and he trusted me. I go on my intuition on how people communicate and what they type and say, and I'd definitely order from him again. Just my experience. YMMV.

Hi, I had a very positive experience with JustSmuggledN. At first, when my order was not delivered (after FE) I freaked out. I have read multiple threads that this vendor could be a scammer. So without too much hope I exchanged messages with JSN. I did not try to bribe or threat him. He himself said that he promises to take care of all FE customers and mailed me a new package within days. Success! I told myself that I should share this story for other folks who can find only negative reviews online. In my experience: JustSmuggledN is legit and trustworthy! (PS: I will re-post samecomment in Vendor Review).

From my experience the support people at AB are very helpful and will do whatever they can to get your BTC back to you. AB always has their customers best interest in mind.
