localbitcoins will let you swipe at many banks.

There are some LBC sellers who take PayPal (very rare now) or other payment methods like google wallet or amazon payments in which you can use a non-reloadable visa gift card. I am a btc seller and accept google wallet payments. Anyone with a gmail account can create a wallet and use visa gift cards as payment methods. It's possible to have it be completely anonymous this way; KYC doesn't come into play unless you are using it with your bank account or own debit/credit to deposit or add funds.
There aren't an awful lot of options beyond that to use a gift card. The downside is LBC sellers tend to charge enough higher of a percent to use that method that you're better off selling the gift card at a place that gives you 90 cents on the dollar and doing a bank deposit. Most sellers do not actually allow you to swipe a debit card for bank deposit; they are generally cash-only.
