Not freaking out too much about this but wanted to see if anyone had thoughts..
Went to post office box today and one small pack was waiting along with a separate pink slip, "Sorry we missed you," and "Article requiring payment," section item: "Postage Due" checked, with an amount a little over a dollar written on it. "Parcel" is checked (other choices: "letter," "large envelope magazine catalogue etc," "restricted delivery," "perishable item," or "other").
The "Sender's Name" section has a company name that I don't recognize.
I will likely just go back in a day or two and ask what it is for at the window, pay the dollar to get my pack which I assume just needed a little extra postage as indicated.. I didn't want to go retrieve it while holding another pack I'd just picked up, or I would have already done so.
Wondering if anyone has had this happen to them or have any thoughts?
The vendor messed up on the postage. He may've sent whatever it is in the wrong sized box with the incorrect stamps, or whatever different mistakes could be made.
The sender's name is the vendors fake company.
I wouldn't even ask what it is, and just pay the fee and pick up the package. I would just put your other package in a safe place, pick up the package, and be done with it.
It is possible (but very, very unlikely) this is all a CD, but most likely the vendor messed up and you should considering messaging him about it.
