Nucleus refund rules question.

Hello all. New to Nucleus, placed an order with a vendor I have used on Agora and other markets. They have accepted the order, but have not yet marked it shipped. There is 1 day left before it auto-refunds. It was for a QP of bud, at the time I ordered BTC was at $385, I'm guessing they are going to let it expire seeing how much the price has dropped now. Will I only be getting back the BTC for the order or adjusted to the $$$ amount? I'm assuming its whatever the amount of BTC at the time.. Which means I'll end up taking the loss.

You'll be getting the same amount of BTC, not the dollar amount.

Yeah figures, but couldn't find any info on the main Nucleus site. Hopefully he ships it out then. If he doesn't, well definitely won't give him any business again

nucleus takes all responsibility for all BTC flucuations and takes tons of losses but they dont mind.
