Well I'm fucked. Insufficient postage on pack ..

Pretty pissed off, for 2 weeks I've been trying to get some god damn dabs. First vendor theroadrunner scammed me when I Fe'd for 80 bucks worth...ok

So then I hit up a popular vendor with a shit load of flawless feedback. Wait like 5 days for priority and nothing came so I go to check alphabay. I see my order switched from shipped to cancelled.

Vendor left a note on cancelled order "I'm gonna be honest I fucked up and the package had insufficient postage and is still here in <state> so I refunded you . I'm sorry for the mistake"

So what I want to know is, now I'm basically fucked right? because the pack got returned to sender? and is about to be opened by random people who will find 6 g of concentrate with my name and address on it. I'm ready to name and shame this guy for fucking up so bad even if he gave my money back. Money can't stop the shitstorm that may possible brew from this mistake. What should I do?

You should ask for more compensation than just your refund, I'm a vendor and think it is only fair, insufficient postage is a stupid and above all, avoidable mistake, and you might have to pay for that avoidable mistake.

You are fine....The USPA fucked up & somehow sent a pack from SuperMario back once....had my name on it & nothing happen :-)

What the fuck conspiracy theory makes you think they are going to open your mail just because it is undeliverable?

You should get the tracking number to find out where it is. If you want to stay anon then check it from behind a VPN or a coffee shop.

It will show up. You will have to pay for shipping.

How does a vendor put insuficient postage on a priority mail envelope? Is he using forever stamps?

[1 Points] OpOnymousSurvivor:

speaking from experience:

when I used to vend, I had an entire stack of orders I forgot to stamp and dropped them in a blue box, the biggest one had 10g MDMA inside

sure enough, they all got notices saying postage due and most buyers rejected the packs and I had to re-ship. in reality, these guys had to goto post office and pay like 50 cents to get their packs.. but I don't blame them for not doing it, that was my bad

I used real businesses in the area as return addresses and anything that got sent back there (if they even did) wasn't heard from again

if a bogus return addy was used, they will be able to know and they will not pursue the buyers

why didnt you pay the fee and get yo shit

I'd try to get the package redirected to your post office and pay the postage. Try to get it held for pickup. If you can't do that consider that address burned.

You won't get prosecuted in all likelihood. It was never in your possession after all. You might get a knock and talk though. The most likely thing to happen though is nothing. Just don't use that address anymore. I just went through something like this but it turned out OK for me.

Name & shame! How much did you order? Personal amounts I doubt you have much to worry about.
