Placed a pretty large order on Monday 11/23. Gets marked shipped in the wee hours of Tuesday morning. Reputable vendor with good reviews. Ordered from said vendor last week as well, pack arrived in 2 days, no problem. Come to this week. Order two other clearnet items on Tuesday - get tracking numbers. One retailer sending mulitple packages from east to west coast and another from central US. All arrive today - but guess what - vendor's pack who is on the same coast doesn't arrive....just fucking typical.
How is it I can get all of these other packs, but of course, the "seller" who is closest doesn't arrive - tired of this day in/day out bullshit with these assholes. Think I'm done ordering from these fucks. Going out of town tomorrow and won't be here to get pack if it drops so basically - trip ruined. So thankful.
If only there was some way to keep these vendors accountable in this regard - will never happen, but would be nice...or penalize vendors who lie about when they shipped something.
/end rant.
We take this very seriously. When we mark an order "shipped" it means that the order has indeed shipped, it's common courtesy. It also gives customers a better idea of whether the delay is from us or the postal system. Customers do not get incredibly upset over a delay, but what does get them incredibly upset is dishonesty. I dont know why this aspect of customer service is so blatantly overlooked by so many vendors.
