With Bitcoin possibly becoming a clusterfuck very soon, do markets plan on supporting altcoins?

Alphabay supported Monero and Ethereum. Looks like Dream and Hansa only support Bitcoin, at least for right now. I don't think I'll wanna touch Bitcoin till the dust settles. Are any markets planning on supporting any of the other coins? We've only got 2 weeks left...

There is no need to worry about a chain split anymore. Yesterday miners have unexpectedly started to signal for Bip91 and today Bip91 has reached sufficient miner support to activate Segregated Witness before August the 1st. This means the UASF (Bip148) won’t have to enforce the activation of Segregated Witness and both Bip91 and Bip148 stay compatible with each other.

If you want to follow the progress of Bip91 you can use the following website: https://www.xbt.eu/

So in short, you don’t need to worry about a chain split and you can safely keep using Bitcoin.
