Since nobody else is saying it I'll be the first... Thank You Agora!

On behalf of all those who have spent the last 4 days visciously attacking you for being scammers/incompetent/lazy/etc (including those still bitching that their payments haven't gone through).... I'd like to express our honest appreciation for the service that you provide. Thank You Agora!

After reading all the accusations that have happened over the last few days I have a few additional comments to make:

There was a temporary problem with the payments system, thats shit, we all want our drugs and we all want them soon. In light of LE's most recent demonstration that these markets are the markets of the future (17 arrests with a year long 16 country operation - I wouldn't call it a win for LE), people are a bit sketchy and yes bitching about the seizures is okay but this is a bit different.

Those working tirelessly around the clock at Agora take the seconds they have free to get on reddit and what do they see? Fierce hatred and wild accusations... Whats their response? Not 'you ungrateful fucks we are shutting up shop cos we've just made a fortune' but calming responses about how they are doing the best they can. This is in response to posts like 'I've written off my 10k....', If it were me reading that I can assure you he wouldn't be getting that back, cos clearly he wouldn't be any more pissed than he is now.

When the problem is solved what happens? The people who made the worst calls quickly remove their post but wheres the sorry Agora? These people had all of our money in their hands and were taking measures for extra security and in response they get a forum of people fiercely hating on them. I know its shit to be scammed and when the other markets were seized but really when these guys are risking their lives (yes they make a profit but if you ask me its pretty mediocre if your risking spending the next 60 or so years in jail) to provide this service and do an honest job of it I think we should all cut them a bit of slack, its not what you do on the internet but like let me be the first to say that its a pretty fucking good service they provide and it'd be a shit one to lose.

So thank you Agora, thanks for allowing me to trust you with all my bitcoins as you take extra measures for everyone's security and thank you for providing such a consistent service that is quite clearly desperately needed!

Clearly someone hasn't been waiting since 11/21 for their deposit. Between the "Thank you" posts and FUD spreaders (and especially those that exercise both), the people who have been levelheaded are the ones complaining.

Honestly, Agora is the best site out there.

I'm also greatful for the Agora Support Team, how they carried themselves, and our BTC in this matter. I haven't been worried this entire time, and I had a large amount of BTC sitting in the market too. I like to hear shit's getting done over there, because when it comes to these markets I value security over the uptime of the market.

Instead of transferring my coin to my savings wallet I accidentally sent them to my printer. When it printed out it had "In Agora we trust" written across it.

It's nice to see there are still decent people amongst us.

Was I the only one not freaking the fuck out over agora being down for a little while?

Thanks for everything but at least address the new situation... shouldn't be that hard to hop on reddit and let the whole community know cause thats what we want to hear..

Yaa mine works

I'm glad you're so thrilled. Now, who wants to speak for the couple dozen of us who still have seen no sight of our coin deposits or withdrawals? I'm still awaiting my 0.3btc.

Maybe it was all planned? What if they wanted to hold everyone's funds for days and days, and then possibly used them for other needs, then magically replaced them all? Too soon?
