[General Discussion/Frustration] Vendors: If You Offer Next-Day Service On Your Listings, PLEASE At Least Check Your Orders Daily

As the title says, this is something I've considered bringing up for a while now, but a particularly irritating experience with a vendor recently has prompted me to go ahead and write it.

First off, I understand the difficulties and time-consuming nature of being a vendor. It is by no means easy and I have a lot of respect for all the vendors out there who keep churning out orders despite the overwhelming barrage of messages from customers, potential customers, handling disputes, etc. That being said, when a vendor offers Next-Day service on their listings that already come with free priority shipping, logic would tell you that they would take special care to keep up with their orders in the event of a Next-Day order. And I don't mean somebody who ordered way too late for any order to possibly go out that day. The order that spurred me to write this thread was mentioned to the vendor the day before with communication, placed at around 10AM to give him plenty of time to get it packed and dropped, and yet still didn't even get the thing accepted for another 24 hours. By the time this guy got around to actually accepting the order and shipping it out, it didn't arrive any quicker than it would have with the free priority. Brought this up with the vendor and he told me I should be "more than happy" with the order I received "or should receive no later than tomorrow". Well guess what? I'm not. I gave this guy over $20 in extra shipping to get my order to me a day sooner than he usually would and didn't get a single shred of extra expediency. Sure, it came in a Next-Day envelope and probably cost him more to ship, but it didn't do me any good and it certainly wasn't next day service. Combine this with the fact that he left part of my order out (which I have no doubt I will get as we've dealt with each other for a long, long time) and yet had the nerve to tell me I should be more than happy with what I received.

This is my simple plea to any vendors out there who offer Next-Day: please do everything in your power to actually get those orders out to your customers the next day if they've paid extra for it, and if you don't feel like you're able to login frequently enough to do so (which is totally reasonable), don't offer the Next-Day option without, at the very least, a disclaimer that the option only guarantees it will arrive the next day once you finally accept it and mark it shipped. Otherwise, this seems like a bit of deceptive marketing to me. I could have probably bought the gas to go pick this thing up from the guy myself for what I spent extra on shipping, and it didn't do me a damn bit of good.

Don't get me wrong...I know the postal service isn't perfect and delays happen that are completely out of the vendor's control, but I'm more concerned with the delays that are. Will NOT be using any vendor's Next-Day option in the future without confirmation from them that it will go out that day. I feel like this is a fairly reasonable expectation from professionals. If you're not a professional, you probably have no business dealing on the dark markets in the first place

Is it just me or have others had disappointing experiences with this kind of situation?

Nah. I'll get it the next day

If you want your drugs same or next day then you need to see a real life drug dealer. There's just no way to efficiently do it on any of the darknetmarkets. You might get lucky from time to time, but something will always come up. Also has much as these places resemble Amazon, ebay etc. there's still a drug dealer at the end of that computer.

If I need it overnighted I message the vendor. If they don't get back to me in a timely manner than chances are they wont be sending it out overnight the day after you order (or day of if you beat the cutoff time).
