The fees are going to be high if you use bitcoin. If you can buy bch for usd instead, I recommend that. 2 cent fees and very fast confirmations. That is assuming the market you plan to use accepts it. If you use dream market, read this before depositing bch.

post me the monies and i'll post you the coins
Just say "I want to."
Take your pick. They all come with inherent risks. Dream is the largest with the most options. Because of that it's also the largest target for phishing & vendor scams, but the same advice applies to all markets: Do your due diligence/leg-work on official market links and save them (never, ever use another link on the web once you've determined which addresess are legit), don't re-use passwords across markets (enabling 2FA mitigates this concern, but it's still not recommended to re-use passwords), research your chosen vendor(s), don't deposit more than is necessary, encrypt your order info locally (on your own machine), and make your purchase as soon as you possibly can once your account is funded.
If you're making a small, personal-use amount purchase...I wouldn't sweat this very much, regardless of the cryptocurrency. No one will come after you in that way. I would, however, highly recommend using a private wallet (e.g., Electrum) between your funding source and the market. The reason being is that 'some' people have reported having their exchange account suspended when the company is somehow able to determine you've sent your coins to somewhere nefarious.
