Need help with VPN decision very important, Please Help!

I'm switching to a different VPN service next month and I have it down to either PIA or IVPN. Ive heard nothing but good things about PIA especially since the recent attempt of LE to get info from them and PIA not complying with them because they have no logs/information to give them. Ive also heard great things about IVPN despite the short list of servers they have, everyone says their great and love that they offer multi-hop. I really want to go with IVPN but $100 a year is a lot compared to PIA $40 a year. So can anyone help me out here? I hear people all the time say to never get a VPN based in USA but I dont understand why because we dont have any data retention laws, to my knowledge anyway and PIA is based in USA. So people with experience about this stuff can you please help me out? I really need to switch from the VPN service I have now ASAP as I recently found out they leak DNS and IPv6 which is horrible so someone please help me as fast as possible.

I would go with PIA.

Use BTC or go to the store and grab a visa Giftcard for the subscription amount.

I like ExpressVPN. PIA sucks...

DO NOT USE PIA. LE associates this with DNM activity and gives them reasonable suspicious which enough of builds to probably cause for a search warrant. FACT! See: /r/DarkNetMarkets/comments/60iads/darknetmarkets_post_cited_in_a_federal_indictment/df6metz/

Furthermore PIA ciphers are WEAK, probably for the purposes of making their network faster.

Before someone writes that i should have posted this in the Virtual Private Networks sub i already tried and apparently i broke a rule. Im so sick of needing help and trying to ask for help but then end up breaking some stupid rule and then my post not getting approved. So hopefully this gets approved and someone can please PLEASE help me. I need to switch from my current VPN ASAP.

Pretty sure AirVPN is still the best in town.
