Can reship.com legally open USPS packages?

I use reship.com for my DNM purchases and I was wondering if they're technically allowed to open packages because the mail is getting delivered to their address?

You should ask them how they handle packages. Generally reshippers require customers to complete USPS Form 1583, which I believe authorizes them to open the mail.

I've used them before for /r/darknetmarket stuff. It's still no better tbh, cause if they try to control delivery to that address, they will just give your info and you will be control delivered.

They will not open your package, UNLESS you specificalyl ask them to open and take pictures (costs extra money).

As Qemist said, you have to complete the USPS form, including 2 forms of ID.

It's a waste of money. You're not any safer for using reshipping services.

Why the fuck do you use reship.com? No, you're name is on the mail. Not them, unless you have to sign some sort of agreement when you sign up. It's a federal offense to open someone's mail. (Which is JUST my opinion, i don't know any of this as fact.)

Terms and conditions:

http://reship.com/UI/TermsConditions.aspx

"8. Reship.com reserves the right to open and inspect all items delivered in your name without notice to you."

Don't use reshippers. Just have whatever it is sent straight to you. The less hands involved, the better. Not to mention they're just a waste of money unless you're buying from a company that happens to only ship to a particular place.
