Definitely some valid points, but I still think the trial was unfair. The prosecution had better funding and better lawyers. Doesn't really seem fair to me considering how badly funded Ulbricht was and how incredibly well funded the US Govt. is.

This trial was so far from fair it's fucking laughable. That judge was on the warpath from day 1 and put Dratel through the ringer. I'm not saying he didn't make mistakes because he did. But if you read through the daily transcripts you see just how limited he was, he was objected/sustained to death by prosecution/court. To say he had a fair trial is a complete JOKE.
