So apparently I missed Moronic Monday...

But I want my first purchase to go as smoothly as possible, and I have a question. I've seen the term "stealth" all over the sub, but I can't actually find anything that explains what it is.

I don't want to accidentally throw away my package! Without revealing anybody's methods is there any way of explaining what I should expect or be looking for?

just don't throw away any mail when you're expecting something? simple

[12 Points] MrDrugz:

It really depends on what you're ordering. If you're buying LSD, I could see this being pontetially a problem. Most vendors state on their profile page / when you're selecting shipping what type of package it sends in. I've recieved vendors items in padded envelopes, flatrate priority boxes, and tracked envelopes. Just keep all your mail for the week and open even the junk mail. It should be obvious when an out of state package comes in and there are Pokemon cards in there.

What everyone is saying about just open it. You probably wouldn't get any crazy intricate stealth unless you order a lot and probably you aren't doing that. Whatever I have ever in my few orders I've gotten have been like just a tricky cover but you figure it out if you just open it. If you get some powder it might just be covered by a bit of paper like a letter.

Open everything, should be fairly obvious once you open it. It will be something you wouldn't normally expect. That's about as much as you need to know really.

No. Just look closely to your envelopes, rip them apart.

I don't know about you, but I know what junk mail I regularly get. Stores I've ordered from before (legally), my car insurance people trying to convince me I need more coverage, etc. When you're expecting something from a DNM, it'll probably be pretty obvious to you, as inconspicuous as it may look.
