Package seized - Address most likely burned - Am I out of luck?

I ordered 50 ecstasy pills a few months ago and they got seized by UK border control. They were being shipped from Amsterdam.

Now obviously my address is flagged and I really can't be ordering anything dodgy international again.

Now my question is this:

Can I still order from within my own country? Presumably ordering domestic carries less risk, but I can't really see where there would be an opportunity for the package to get seized.

Without access to the high quality pills I was getting online, I'm left to pay far too much for shit that's likely cut with PMA, all I really wanted was to keep myself safe.

I wouldn't. Plus 50 pills is a pretty sizeable amount. If I were you I would clean house and keep it clean for quite a while. You never know if you're gonna get a knock on the door.

Best to have nothin incriminating, including your comp.

wow thats scary man.. not trying to fear monger but your not expeecting a knock on the door?

[2 Points] disquieting:

First off, all the people here saying "omg, prepare yourself for a raid!" "expect a visit from LE" are making themselves look pretty stupid.

A love letter is exactly that - especially one you received three months ago. They could have attempted a CD (possible at 50) or just organised a raid and hit you straight away - they did neither. They confiscated the contraband, filled in some forms, and sent you the letter. End of story.

However, your address is now certainly burned for receiving international. As far as domestic, it is a well-documented fact that the envelope/packaging of every piece of domestic post in the USA is scanned, stored, and can be searched through or queried later. There is no reason to believe that the same system does not exist in the UK and could not be used to identify domestic post being routed/delivered to a domestic address. Are they going to use this resource to track the post of a person who received a love letter for attempted importation of 50 pills 3 months ago? No way. It's used for far more important things than people receiving DNM materials.

Still using this address to receive anything international or domestic would be ill-advised, but obviously the former carries exponentially more risk than the latter.

You still haven't mentioned who the vendor-in-question was.

someone at my university got done for dealing as a result of MDMA being intercepted on its way to him from amsterdam, albeit it was half a kilo and he was clearly dealing a fairly large amount

[1 Points] queryox1:

I would suggest not ordering anything to your address, you might even be under watch now, assuming you have ordered to your home address.

A few months ago a guy got caught importing 100 pills from holland into sheffield, UK

They did not carry out a controlled delivery, they just raided him. (He just presumed they were intercepted, and that was the last of it). They found other drugs at his house and signs of dealing.

SO most likely, intercepted, investigated him then with evidence raided him and he got 3 years.

-Domestic ordering is very safe, but like I said if your already under investigation, just stop altogether.

Are there PO boxes in the UK?

[1 Points] ScreepySpirits:

If you wanna throw away your money or want to spend a little jail time, go ahead.

If you want to be on the sure side, absolutely not. Prepare yourself for a house raid, maybe LE would consider 50 E's a not small amount of drugs. I don't know about UK laws.

Use the adress of some friend to order sth. domestic.

[1 Points] None:

Delete all your data, never order using the same name/address ever again.

[1 Points] None:

Jeeze man, if you need MDMA that bad, reevaluate your use. I can't speak for UK laws, but here in the states, if you managed to not get jail time after your drugs got intercepted the first time, then if you got caught a second time they'd throw the fucking book at you. Be smart, don't order anything for at least six months. Actually, scratch that. Don't order anything to that address again. Surely you have friends who would take delivery?

Domestic should be fine.
