Shipping Label Origins Keep Changing?

Hey, maybe you guys can shine a little light on this for me. I have an order coming (I know, from DM) and I've never had a problem with this vendor but whenever I see it appear (or at least hoping that;s the order) it's postage has been originated from different places in their area. I mean, like sometimes it's almost a couple hours drive to where it has been accepted. So I was wondering if that is a common thing to have happen due to OPSEC purposes where it's a different area of the state that claims the postage has been bought and then USPS is "awaiting" acceptance. And the area that ends up accepting the package is different and quite a while a way where the post office lists it as receiving the parcel for shipment. (Please excuse my repeating things as I'm struggling to explain something rather specific and I can't exactly say where and who the vendor is for obvious purposes.) I just don't understand how the origin of labels being created changes and that the post office that gets the mail is always a different part of the state. I'm mainly curious because with everything going on, I want that order toot sweet and I'm really curious about making sure that the order coming from the west coast is my order but the damn sending and label creation locations change. There isn't anything else on my USPS tracking page and I don't see another reason to get a differing package from the West Coast. I've explained myself horribly but it's hard to put into words what my concern is. It's unsettling that the shipping label created location is in a town that I have a relative in it but I don't think anyone's expecting a package or anything from them. If for some reason it is a package from a family member for some reason, then I'm really screwed because there's no sign of any other packages being sent and the order was made last week. If someone could decipher my rambling and share I would love it as the order is for medicinal use and that's all I can get for pain relief. It's scheduled to get delivered tomorrow and I'm on pins and needles about if this package is the one I need or has the vendor not sent anything yet (even though the dates and times on myusps.com seem to jibe with the order day and his marking "shipped" on DM. Somebody help me! I'd like peace of mind so I can sleep with no worries and that the package is indeed my order. Thanks for putting up with me. Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks very much...

It's all about the return address. That's what dictates the awaiting package location

It's more than likely your order....vendors tend to use different postal areas to drop packs off because it obfuscates their location. Better for you too that way because if they use the same places to ship from all the time it's easier to profile the vendor and then you end up with a CD too. The thing about the DNMs is to not sweat too much after you've ordered, because if you're not moving bulk the odds of you being on a radar are slim to none. You've got nothing to worry about....if I was a betting man i would say I guarantee it's your pack. If you're still worried...call your relative and ask if they sent anything, explain you bought something off a site you've never used before and aren't sure if the email you got from USPS about a pack is from that site or from them.
