Question about room mate opening package

Not asking for personal use, obviously ordering to a place of any shared residence is stupid and reckless. But today I thought, what would happen if my room mate found a package I have and confronts me about it. Its illegal for him to open my mail, but its illegal for me to order from a DNM.

Who calls the cops on whom?

Your roommate shouldn't be opening your mail. Plain and simple. Unless you're talking about parents, in which case you shouldn't be ordering to their house.

No cops. Gun that bitch down.

You call the cops on him. You didn't know that package was coming, and he is now in possession of drugs which were mailed to your house as blackmail by an unknown third party. He has also committed mail fraud. Your room mate is catching a lot of charges that day.

Lay down the rules beforehand and whoop his ass if he ever does it.

Sounds like you're worrying about a roommate who has the mental capacity of an eight-year-old at Christmas.

"Open all the packages!" =D

[1 Points] BoxAddict:

There is no way to prove the package contained drugs after opening. Deny or die all day man

The hypothetical package didn't have stealth? Usually stealth is meant to make it through customs, is your roommate too clever or your vendor too obvious?

In some countries it's a federal offense to open someone else's mail.
