[GeneralQuestion]Why this deadMarkets' wallets still have coins inside?

Today a took a look at some old big markets' hotwallets and i was bit surprise to see that the most part of them is still containing a quite large number of bitcoins. Some of these markets should was hacked, someother was seized.. Why this coin are still there?

For example, in the SilkRoad's Hot Wallet there are still 97 BTC and it's receiving small transaction https://www.walletexplorer.com/wallet/SilkRoadMarketplace

Pandora should be hacked and it still contains 50 BTC https://www.walletexplorer.com/wallet/PandoraOpenMarket

I understand that it's a stupid and useless question but curiosity is killing me

What is dead may never die

It's a simple question with a simple answer- the people with access to the wallet are unable or unwilling to withdraw- I'm guessing the SR one is one that the feds couldn't get into.

Dead, locked up , inaccessible or just waiting for the heat to die down and the eyes are off the prize to withdraw. There are also morons who sent money to a market after it had already exited

simples...dead markets for dead people.

most likely deposit addresses of this markets are still somewhere and money is withdrawn automatically. Or by people's mistakes
