I Made a mistake and Valhalla used the opportunity to steal my Bitcoins?

I accidentally signed up as a vendor at valhalla, I already created a buyer account and wanted to move the bitcoins to my other account, but I can't withdraw them. I have 0.024 Bitcoins on that account. When I try to withdraw less than 0.02 Bitcoins I get the error that 0.02 is the minimum to withdraw. When I try to withdraw something between 0.02 and 0.024 Bitcoins I get the message that I don't have that many.

I tried messaging the support a few times since 2 Months or so. But got no response. Any ideas what I can do?

The Valhalla admins were busted close to a year ago for something completely unrelated. There is no staff, there is nobody there to do anything for you. That place is the literal online equivalent of a ghost ship. Your coins are gone.

why dont you withdraw .021 and leave the balance, or .02 as long as you get the bulk of your coin back its not a total loss

Witdraw 0.020001 and you should be fine as fuck.

Please note that Valhalla (former Silkitie) is not listed because of very serious issues. You should avoid it at all costs.

Did you try to buy something with the bitcoin maybe. Better than nothing.

How exactly have they stolen your money? From your own description, it's all sitting there on one of your accounts. Stop trying to get attention by making spurious claims.

I accidentally signed up as a vendor

Not sure what that has to do with anything. It's not like vendor accounts are prohibited from withdrawals. Though I suppose it does preclude you from making purchases (if that market doesn't allow vendors to buy listings).

You're probably not taking into account whatever withdrawal fee that market may have. In other words, you need more money on the account. The way I see it, you can either plus-it-up a little or just forget about the balance. Support probably isn't going to eat a transaction cost to help you out. Actually, since they haven't responded in two months, you can count on them not to.
