Sooo does anyone else think all that "info" they got from hansa is bs?

Remember hansa?

They said they intercepted all autoencrypted messages and orders, personally I think this was a scare tactic as Ive only heard of a few vendor busts and maybe 1 or 2 customer busts.

I knew someone who used auto-encrypt and nothing has happened to them at all.

Anyone think hansa was a big ol' lie?

Good vendor opsec would basically leave them dead in the water for the most part.

You could have the proof of purchase + a users address & that still won't get you convicted. No drugs, no charges, or at least any that would stick.

If it's true it proves how difficult it is to catch & prosecute us without real concrete evidence.

I kinda expect the people using the autoencrypt were nickle and dime buyers, not really worth the feds time. And if you were placing large quantity orders using the autoencrypt, what the fuck were you thinking?

Dozens in the netherlands had a police visit today, confronting people with the fact they purchased illicit items from Hansa, 1 arrest for ordering a dealer's amount. More visits planned for the next days.

what exactly led to the whole hansa bust to begin with? like how was it exploited or how were the owners taken down? I don't really remember seeing much info on the "how"

Nah it wasn't a big ol' lie, they now know who to target.

Be cautious of your tor updates because they will be virused.

It's the evil genius master troll plan, You have been warned.

Given the scale vs. the arrests, it could very well indeed be bullshit.
