This could just be a week where the support staff is very busy. It took them about a week to respond to my claim. Relax, they will help you sooner or later.

I can't comment on their resolution process, but they are usually damned slow about doing much of anything. I respect their low profile and commitment to good OPSEC practices, but it borders on the absurd sometimes. There's a bug right now where certain newer vendors can't get the "Vendor" tag in the forums, because the Agora URL changed two months ago (due to Heartbleed) and the code presumably uses the old URL. It would seem to be a simple fix, just replace the URL, but it's been unfixed for weeks even though the admins are well aware of it.
Feedback there has been buggy as all hell for months now. Search function on the market doesn't work properly. On and on. While the site's security is top-notch, it honestly seems like its admins consist of no more than two people (very possibly only one person) who treats the market as a side hobby at this point.
Evolution will ultimately exceed Agora in listings and reputation, based on Evo's response times and proactive attitude.
