Part of the argument for the existence for these markets was that it followed a harm reduction model, with it eliminating the dangers of buying/selling on the street that come with face to face deals, but If people are selling bellow street prices and mid level dealers cant compete then this class of dealer might now be buying low on the markets and again exposing themselves to the risk of getting robbed etc. Has there been a debate about people selling well below street prices on the markets..I mean beyond the obvious impact of coming through and undercutting everyone else?
