Any interest in an online cannabis marketplace for legalized states?

Is there any interest in a legal marketplace website where 21+ residents in legalized states can purchase cannabis products online and have it shipped to their door. Flowers, concentrates, edibles.

Legal Marketplace.....Shipped to their door

In Colorado and Washington it is a felony to ship cannabis products, regardless of medical status, via the US Postal Service. Private Shipping Companies also ban it.

Also, both WA and CO ban the sale of cannabis without a license, which is only available in Colorado for Recreational, only as of January, and I hear they cost upwards of $10,000.

You can gift it, but if you have a marketplace this is obvious transcending the gifting/donation aspect of it.

People are greatly misinformed on the legal status of it in Colorado and Washington state.
No, you cannot simply sell it, you cannot delivery it, and you cannot trade it. This requires a license with the state that costs around $10k to $50k depending on your services type and the state.
Colorado requires some types of employees to have "Badges" costing around $500, whereas Washington requires Licenses (personal, not business) that are around $1000 to $1200.
A private party is not allowed, regardless of if they grow it or buy it, to sell to another party (or to trade, barter for items, barter for services, or a long list of other rules). In fact, there have been around 12 delivery services in Colorado and 20+ in Washington shut down. All felony charges. One owner faced around 25 years in federal prison, and killed his wife and himself. Another faced 25 years and umped from a bridge.
Generally the charges are around 15 to 40 years, felonies, for the distribution of a controlled narcotic. Which yes, it's still controlled by both the state and feds, just at different levels (one of which directly conflicts federal law for both states).
There are very few delivery services, and the only Dispensary delivery services are strictly to disabled people. However, this is now illegal in both states, and they dispensaries have countered with providing transportation from the patients home to the dispensary and back.
With 2014, Colorado has even more stricter laws, and Washington shows no sign of being any more lenient towards it.
Recreational stores in Colorado are not allowed to deliver, and the resale rules are the same.
The ONYL legal way to give someone else cannabis is to literally give it to them. Even "donations" are starting to come under fire.

E: Forgot. To sell, in both states you have to have the licenses and whatnot, but you also have to report each and every sale. Your locations are monitored 24/7 and inspections come multiple times a week.
I guarantee you the moment that either states MMJD allow Bitcoins to be taken, it will happen. But at the moemnt both states are seeing a large economic increase but also several flaws and are trying to correct these. It's not a bad thing, 2014 did see CO Recreational stores. But it also saw severely tightening the laws on both medical and recreational cannabis. Washington state has done nothing but retrogress and it seems like recreational isn't going to be on the able for some time.

Private delivery service could do it. People ordering buds off amazon with no problem. 10,000 bucks seems small to enter a billion dollar industry legally. Dont really see why this cant be done legally.
