How to start a new life in the USA as a Canadian ?

Hello, I apologize if I'm in the wrong place but I would like some help. I am a 19 year-old French-Canadian who would like to finally go to school and/or work, as I have been screwed without any help for 2 years. The worthless diploma we get here in Quebec won't let us study anywhere and I'm banned from CEGEPs after being scammed by one of these and suing them (it's the government college they force us to attend until we're 20 year-old in order to finally get in a real college or uni). I've been trying to get in any college in Canada, France or Belgium and couldn't do it because my high school diploma doesn't have any ''juridic value'' as they call it and lost over $3900 in admission-fees all around the world.

If I could move somewhere in the states, maybe in Kansas, Nebraska or Colorado and get into anything related to journalism or technology this could get me out of my depression. Basically, how do I start the procedures in order to get in and work/study/live ? Is there something I should buy on the DarkNet ? Over the following days, I'll be writing a guide for myself with all the steps and resources that I need.

Thank you, and please, don't come over to say things like ''hurr quebec is so much better u stupid dumbfuck why do u wana leave???''.

Hop a flight to Mexico, hop the border into Texas, hang out in front of Home Depot and speak broken English. Be covered under the new immigration reform. Bam. Easiest way.

And why USA?

Sorry to steal your thread but how does an American become Canadian so I can get me some free healthcare?
