Is there anyway to use tor to access sites and utilize their functions without activating javascript?

My current settings are just disable and block everything that allows me to do so haha. I can access the forums and markets and everything functions properly but there are some "activities" that I need to do on non-onion sites while on tor and I want to be able to have button/clickable functionality. What settings can I do in order to have this work and still be protected from big brother and other things? Basically, I need to set up multiple accounts and change my IP address every so often while doing this and other things under the accounts.

I just know with my current setup I won't be able to use any of the functions or be able to navigate through the site in order to set up an account.

As far as I know of, using javascript makes tor essentially useless as long as the site you are connecting to is malicious, and runs a script that causes your IP to leak (relatively easy). Also, when viewing clearnet traffic through TOR, you run the (probably small) risk of going through a malicious exit node, and if this happens, you can be deanonymized. This is why so many people using Tor to view, upload and download CP are caught.
