[Interest Check] Reddit style community hidden service

I was thinking that if reddit does shut down this sub and others, it would be nice to have a place for our community to go.

I want to know how many would be interested in using a hidden service that works the same way as reddit, but was completely anonymous. We could implement many more features too, that reddit doesn't provide. And also not keep any IP logs, ect..

What do you all think?

edit: it could even be a meeting place for vendors and buyers, then use multisig... just a thought

This exists, although no one uses it. The hub

this has been tried before. Not a site specific to DNM's, but a general discussion board like reddit. Not sure wht it was called or if its even still up. Can anyone remember what Im talking about?

[2 Points] Chilled_DNM:

Yeah, it'd be cool. There should at least be an archive of all vendor reviews and so on from this Reddit.

I don't think people will migrate until the sub is taken down. (if it ever is) We have no need for it yet. I think it would be far more secure and we would get more freedom to do as we like, but for now I don't see anything moving from the sub.

Does anyone know the legality of running a hidden services, that is only used for communication? I would think it is completely legal to do, just like its completely fine to post in this sub. Freedom of speech right?

How about we make a website with forums for dark Web member discussion only. That way, we can include all the security we need and Web site wont be taken down.

Go for it, sounds like a good idea to me. If you code it, they will come... maybe.

There WAS one, but then pedos found it and it died.

And also not keep any IP logs...

You should probably learn a little more about Tor before considering this. FYI all incoming traffic for a hidden service is localhost(127.0.0.1) so it doesn't matter if you keep logs.
