*Fentanyl

Fentanyl is not routinely tested for and requires an add-on to standard panels. Also, there is not a great way of screening for it (lots of false positives), so labs will typically run specific confirmatory tests for it (immunoassay is the initial positive/negative screen, GC/Ms for specific levels, fentanyl doesn't do well with immunoassay, which makes testing for it regularly much much more expensive).

Additionally, because it's a specific test, analogues don't show positive for fent, and there is currently not a great deal of reference standards for labs to specifically test for them.

Yes

There's a specific drug test for fentanyl. Fentanyl has NO common metabolites with morphine, Vicodin, oxycodone, heroin, etc. meaning that it will not trigger a positive for opiates.

Your good. They don't test for fent. Maybe some labs.

Edit. Years are drug testing.

No, not as opiates, not as OxyCodone/Contin - but some labs with full testing (most insurances require lab tests compared to things like probation with the instant tests) will often test for synthetic opiodes.

Right ok guys. I take 12 panal tests for work on an off. I work 3 to 6 week jobs which require a test that is sent off but regularly smoke cannibanoids bought from the markets with no prob. Just was wondering if fent does pop for opioid. Seems like im good. But its out of urine in like 3 days anyways right? The price is so good and you hear all the horror storries about fent which i would insuffulate anyway in small small doeses so no danger to me but powerful enough to get a nod. I spent 120$ on 4 30mg oxy and did them all over a 6 hr period and while high really didnt gwt what i was looking for
