Hi ive never had to dispute an order in my whole time using DNMS so this is something that is new to me. How long would u wait to open a dispute, pretty much i ordered an item express and it always came in one day before and showed myusps but this time the seller immediately accepted the order and marked shipped with in hours of placing it and now its been 5 days and no package nothing showing in route and no response from the vendor when asking about tracking or the status of the package despite him having been logged in and it showing him online, he doesnt have a TOS or anything. How do you think i should proceed, should i give him another day or two to respond and that maybe the package didnt get sent out by accident and he didnt notice its very weird because he always responded fast and always got to packs out the same day and they always came over night. Also how does this process normally work out?
5 days for express domestic? Fuck that, dispute immediately. If anything, it will motivate the vendor to at least come up with some dumb fuck excuse and speak to you. I have had this happen ONE time over hundreds of orders across 4 markets. The vendor miraculously became responsive, actually sent it afterwards, and I agreed to only close the dispute after being refunded for paying express. Call me petty, but you want to run a business, you'll be treated like a business.
