Hello all, just spreading the word about my Grams experience. I created my account and payed my fee/deposit which was all very easy. But I then made the mistake of sending my first real deposit to the same address as my fee went to after that address had expired, 12hrs passed with no $$ showing up in my Grams account. Thinking the BTC was gone forever I contacted grams support with little hope that anything would be resolved but it was! In short order, my BTC were recovered and credited to my account, support was prompt in there replies and I couldn't be happier! Thanks Grams!!
TLDR: Thought I sent BTC into the ether, Grams support recovered them and credited them to my account!
