What is supposed to be done with market private key in cancelled multisig transaction?

Tried r/DarkNetMarketsNoobs with no luck. Started a transaction on tochka/point and it was cancelled by the vendor. The order detail page now shows the market private key, but can someone walk me through what I'm supposed to do with that key in order to get bitcoin back from the multisig address into the market wallet address? The multisig address is created by the market, and I was under the impression that the amount of the transaction would be returned to the user market wallet in the case of a cancellation or failure. I can see that bitcoin still sits in the multisig address, but don't know what to do to get it returned and haven't gotten a helpful response from the staff after days in this state.
