What's this I hear about some ex-criminal refugees going to Mexico to get new identity papers and everything else it takes to become a new person with a new name and all?

A nightmare about possibly having a criminal record someday, woke me up and made me ask /r/IWantOut about what it takes for felon ex-cons to get a clean slate.

I would also hope to know about changing fingerprints - how that's done and who does it?

Changing your finger prints involvesa high-quality replacement pair dusted off a surface, the Creepy Crawlers kids toy, a photocopier, a sheet of PVC, acid, and steady hands. If you can't figure it out from there, you probably aren't cut out for it.

As far as changing finger prints go, there was a "doctor" a few years ago who ended up getting busted. He would cut the center of the pad on your fingertips out, then stitch the sides together. Or so I heard.

I think it would be easier to do the old method of using a dead babies info to get papers.
