Conversation with support after they new their vender exit scammed

He's not replying to my messages and now his account says banned? Can I get a refund on the order he never shipped

I could make a vendor account, pretend to ship out 100,000 dollars of goods to buyers, after telling them to FE. Remove my coins from Nucleus, and you guys can't stop it?
I understood the risk to FE I know, to be honest I don't really give a fuck about it. it was like 20 bucks.. The issue I have, is how easy you make it for vendors to exit scam
There's a reason why you guys only have 400 drug listings compared to others 15,000 I'll make sure everyone adds this hole in your system to abuse it, and to the reasons why they should stick with other DNM's
I'll make sure I drain you guys at least 20 dollars worth of bad publicity in the clearnet and darknet forums
(By the way, I work for a billion dollar revenue a year eCommerce business... Telling the customer it's their fault they fucked up would get you fired at my job) Hint Hint,, the customer is always right, bite the bullet next time..
[I didn't say this part to him:] When our customer received an item with a blemish, we throw money at them even if it means we lose money. It puts a good taste in their mouth and they continue shopping with us. Our BBB rating is A+ and our revenue climbs every year in the millions.
Someone needs to find the parallels between clearnet eCommerce and darknet eCommerce.
It's not a flaw, When you FE You release the funds into the vendors account. It's his money to do with as he please. The only flaw here is you FE. If you wouldn't of The funds would still be in his account and you would of gotten a refund. Don't bitch about shit because you fuck up.
