Curious on the state of the DNMs

I haven't ordered anything since the original SR fell. I even lost about $1,000 in BTC, dumb, I know. But it didn't cost me that much since I bought it back in 2010 when BTC was still a curiosity. But it was really nice buying my entertainment for pennies on the dollar.

It seems like the market has fractured, as expected with a lot of LE pressure. I'm having difficulty figuring out which markets are trustworthy. Are the markets more specialized now? I'm having difficulty getting my bearings as things seemed to have gotten a lot more complicated in the last three years.

Why don't you check 'em out. All of them offer different qualities. I keep an account on all of them and follow my favorite vendors. Check out the market superlist in the side-bar there ->>>---------------------->

I have had success on Nucleus (rip), AlphaBay, Dream, DHL and Oasis. My favorite would have to be DHL though at the moment. All I care about is my coin making it into my market wallet and back into my Electrum safely. and then its basically just reaearching a legit vendor. I havent had to dispute yet, so I dont even really take that into consideration when debating a market to use.

Don't worry, most of the marketplaces work just like SilkRoad, but without the 5-minute page refresh time! I think you will feel right at home.

There are always two big markets and lots of smaller ones. One is always the kind of marketplace where you dance with the devil. Everybody knows its going to rob them in the end, but they're playing "chicken" and think they will know when to jump off. But you can no more outrun an exit scam than Bruce Willis could really outrun an explosion in his white vest. That marketplace is currently called "Alphabay" and it has its roots in a credit card fraud forum.

There is usually a more-palatable alternative, and that is currently Dream marketplace.
