Is it ok to tell Vendors that I am going to review their service?

I would like to write reviews as a way to thank the DarkNetMarkets community, and to spread knowlege for people who whant to know more about less popular vendors. I would also encourage other users to post reviews as a way to spread wisdom that will help the community. So as stated above: is it ok to tell Vendors that I am going to write a review?

Informing them of your intention to review compromises your anonymity after posting the review. Just keep that in mind.

As a vendor, telling me they'll leave a review means nothing because 80% of the time they don't.

Everyone gets the same service either way so I don't see it as something worth mentioning.

After you have received the product, yes.

If you tell them beforehand, then your review is useless.
