FE on a well reviewed vendor?

I've been lurking on here for the past month or so and i think im finally ready to make my purchase . Ive read every guide i can get my hands on multiple times in an effort to not get scammed.

However, the product i was going to buy (14g of bud by Battista on Evo) suddenly switched to requiring FE right before i planned to order.

He is shipping domestic (within UK) and has over 75 positive reviews and only one neutral and no negative. I do trust those numbers but i thought i would check here first as I know you guys know your stuff. He doesnt require FE on smaller orders of the same product which i think is a good sign.

Thanks for any help

FE should be reserved for vendors you've got an ongoing business relationship with, in any other context I'd avoid it like plague.

don't FE if you don't have to. there are plenty of other good vendors who don't require you to pay up front for 14g that are just as good and reliable. if it's about the price consider this: if the 5 or ten bucks a vendor with a no-FE policy charges more matter to you you should invest them because you can't afford to get scammed on your order.

Only FE what you're willing to lose if worst comes to worst.

FE or not; if a well reviewed vendor scams you, you can't do anything about it. It's going to be a newbie v.s. a well reviewed vendor.

I've lost thousands.

Never FE.
