So, dealing with interways has been....an interesting test of patience, and it's finally giving me an experience I've never wanted. Picking up my package from the post office. Now the pink slip they gave set off a few alarms;
3 - different handwritings:
The sender's name - looks like it was written by a three year old.
The Tracking number - is perfectly legible until the last two digits - which look like a sloppy 0 and a backwards three, also what looks like different handwriting then the rest of the tracking number. I've tried entering the sloppy zero as a 0,6 and the backwards 3 character as a 0,3,6,8 with no results appearing as my tracking number.
The address- is in completely different handwriting/color ink then the tracking number, as well as the shape of the numbers compared to those on the tracking number that are perfectly legible.
The pink slip also states that my package was too large for my mailbox, although interways states that his order should be able to fit in any mailbox. My order was not large.
My two options are to have it redelivered to my address and left on my doorstep, or pick it up myself. I have no idea if I should, or if it's safe... as I have ordered many times from the DNM, but have never been through this experience.
Have it redelivered with instructions to leave it on the porch. When you get it write return to sender and let it set by the door for a couple of days.
