Not that it matters. A short conversation I had with the admin of EIC on Tuesday of last week.

Firstly I had numerous different communications with the admin of EIC. I speak admin singular because it appeared that the immediate staff consisted of 1 admin and 1 mod. I was growing as a vendor at a exponential rate on their marketplace so I often need help as there were some bugs. But here is the short conversation, it went something like this.

Admin: Hello. Your problem with listing groups has been fixed

Vendor: Thank you for all the assistance you have provided over the past 60 days.

Admin : Its our pleasure to help our vendors out.

Vendor: Thank you, your platform really is better then the other markets. Would you like me to leave a praise on Reddit?

Admin: Thank you we always appreciate the positive comments. We really choose to allow the Marketplace to grow organically but if you feel the need please do.

Also, i once read that eic had 24hr chat assistance. Could someone confirm if this is true or was i / that poster mistaken?
