myUSPS Question

If you are unable to answer the questions provided to verify your identity, how can you request the letter identity verification letter be sent to your address?

I've seen that on the sub multiple times so I assume it is a real thing, but I was unable to find anything about it on the USPS website.

If you cant answer the questions on My USPS, then theres something wrong. It pulls all the info from their records as well as your credit report to check for old addresses and other data. If none of that looks familiar, then you should order a credit report and check the data listed. It could be a simple error or it could be something is wrong with whats on your report.

Zip codes. Look up your zip code online usually there's a dash with more numbers that you didn't know about ;)

If none of the questions apply to you, click none of the answers applied. I clicked "none of the answers above applied" to every single question and my identity was confirmed. Of course I was concerned when none of the questions were relevant to me.

I just went through this. After waiting 72 hours 3 times, calling and getting no help I just sat down and kept signing up with different emails. I'd just throw periods in my gmail, USPS counts it as unique but still goes to your Gmail address. I finally got approved on the 4th try.

Idk, come to dislike myUSPS since they randomly turn on/off its' availability for my area. Said fuck it altogether, when the pack comes it comes lol
