[Vendor/MarketInquiry] More Questions about HumblodtFarms (sarry guise)

So I placed an order with HF a couple of days before the Ag outage (nine days ago, actually.)

When I ordered, I sent him a direct message on Ag. When Ag went down, I also politely sent him an email to his safe-mail account and about six days after that with no response there I made an account on BB just to message him.

No replies on Ag, safe-mail, or BB. My order is still pending. His vendor page says he's in vacation mode since an hour ago and that he's shipping out by Friday, but my order will be auto-finalized then.

My questions are; I've heard his customer service isn't the best but he had access to safe-mail and BB and I haven't gotten a response after making multiple inquiries through multiple mediums.

Also, in one of my original messages to him through Ag, I had a question about the shipping so I would assume he would answer that before shipping the product which has me thinking he isn't planning on shipping for awhile b/c he's in vacation mode.

I dunno, guys. Should I be worried? I just feel as if he had ample time to respond to my direct message on BB and my safe-mail.

To reset the autofinalize counter on agora...message HF from your order page...or start the resolution process. I'd probably give it a couple of days, unless this is really leaving a sour taste in your mouth than go ahead and dispute it, if he's really in vacation mode he may not notice, or it could jusr get you the response you need. But if I recall correctly, after so many hours of not accessing it sets vendors into vacation mode automatically...so that could be what happened as a result of the downtime. As far as messaging goes...he does do a lot of business, even if it seems hit or miss quality wise, it seems like the guy probably gets inundated with messages daily.

To be honest man, Humboldt isnt one for having great customer service, usually the only way people have been able to contact him is if you open a dispute with the coins in escrow. Only way to get him to comply lol

What do you mean shipping out by Friday? If he's in vacation mode then wont he not be back? Cannaxpress has also not been on agora for a few days and two days on blackbank.not sure who else to use.

First, stop sending so many messages to vendors. Chill the fuck out- the market was down. Read the profile. Right now, it says that he'll ship orders from the last week by Friday. Personally I trust that- I've got a quarter of wax that I ordered 4/12... I'm not concerned.

The market going down for a week fucked things up. He's quick when he ships, but it seems anyone who messages him gets nothing- just like GreenMountainMan. I kinda like that style- chit chat away with others, let these two just ship shit insanely well.

Notify HumboltFarms that you are cooperating with LE to bust his low grade operation that involves shitty weed and shitty stealth.

Also open a thread inside the agora forum. This should get his attention. Post a thread everyday, maybe you will get his attention when he realizes how much money he is losing.

If he still doesn't help you, then go work with LE, this guy is so shitty he will probably get caught within a few orders placed by LE.
