Opening a dispute on Alphabay.

Hi girls and guys,

I suspect I've been scammed by a vendor on Alphabay, they did offer escrow fortunately and there is a few days left until it auto finalises.

Just wondering what the process is? I know I hit the dispute button, do I also tell my side of events?

The vendor sent plain mail, no tracking, so they can't show it's been sent, but I also can't prove it hasn't arrived.

Just keen to get some feedback on the process, I've not had any issues over the past few years until now.

I really don't want to do this, but it's money I can't afford, plus it's the principle.

Any advice would be great! Cheers!

Ps, I'll name and shame if it does turn out to be a scam. Thanks :)

Just a quick update, the mod opened up the 3 way dispute chat, I posted my evidence of the vendor being a scammer and waited.

By that afternoon the vendor cancelled my sale.

The vendors name is OzWhite and they are a scammer.
