How could a new vendor build trust in his/her name in the DNM community? Would things be more difficult now, through all these hard times and widespread distrust of markets and vendors alike? What do you need from a vendor to be satisfied, and leave stellar reviews?
Really its just doing the basics:
Confirm and ship my order in a timely basis (or at least follow whatever you say on your profile, if it takes you a week to ship, fucken say it on your profile)
WHen its marked shipped, that should mean its dropped in the mailbox. Not sitting on your desk, to be counted and packed, and the vendor just happened to be thinking of my order.
If needed, prompt communication. I don't expect vendors to answer my questions on their favorite flower or who'll win the super bowl, but serious questions should be addressed - ESP if its a customer who has ordered. Customers also need to chill out too in this regard and not message vendors every 5 minutes.
Deliver the right, legit product - properly counted
Treat the pack as something that can put me in prison. Use approrpriate stealth for the product. I love when vendors use decoys, not for LE purposes but it makes me feel more comfortable if it were misdelivered. If my neighbor opens my pack on accident, they prob will stop when they see the random trinket in there. But if they see an envelope they might open that and see the goods.
Own up to mistakes. If you fuck up, you fucked up and just own it. Move on and make it right. IF you forgot to drop my pack off, don't tell me you already mailed it and then I get it and have a postmark for 2 days after I messaged you. We are paranoid fucks, I'd much rather hear that the vendor forgot to mail it than tell me its in the mail (when its not) and I worry endlessly.
If a vendor does that, they'll have my business for all eternity. Hell, I will even pay a PREMIUM for it. I rarely go with the cheapest vendor. I go with the ones who are professional. I don't care about saving $3 per pill if I have to worry about shit.
