So this has been by far the most frustrating DNM order attempt in my life. I ordered these items from cosmicbites on the 10th of January and yet I have nothing (that's now 19 days.) I was told that he shipped two days after I ordered but I never recieved anything. He doesn't have a reliable method of communication, his XMPP is a joke, so you have to message him on Hansa Market to get ahold of him with questions.
This I did. When about more than a week had passed and I was getting worried I left a message. It took around 4 days if I recall for him to respond, and I also had to contact a Hansa admin. He asked about the order, said he made a mistake, and that "CB always makes it right." Well, now another more than a week later, and maybe a dozen unanswered messages on Hansa, I still have zip, nada. My fault for ordering direct, I guess.
The prices seemed reasonable, the products looked good, and he seems to have a solid following. That is why I ordered. However, if what you are looking for is prompt, professional communication, or getting your package within a fortnight, or even getting it at all, perhaps look at other edible vendors.
It's not just the fact that he scammed me that makes me so upset, although that kind of breach of trust really does hurt, it's that he simply didn't have the time of day to respond or makes things right, and maybe that's because he's lazy, maybe it's because he doesn't care, or maybe it's because he never intended on delivering at all.
Thanks /u/CosmicBites for the valuable experience, and I would advise anyone who wants to have a priority mail box full of dank edibles, or anything at all, steer clear. Holy fucck am I mad, but who do I have to blame? Me.
