Tracking.

I don't get it. What's the deal with vendors holding tracking numbers? Like wouldn't you want to be transparent with a client so that you don't have to deal with a million "what's the tracking? Where's my stuff? It's been X days already, what's the deal?" Messages?

Above that I think not being responded to in those matters make it worse. People start disputes and shit, for what? A number?

You're looking at this solely from a buyer's perspective. There are good reasons (security-related) why a vendor who is worth their salt will never provide tracking numbers. At least not regularly. If tracking is such an important thing to you, best head-over to Amazon.

Easy. You clearly state that in the profile text. And it's far easier to respond to messages with "I don't provide tracking" than it is to sort-through tracking receipts and match shipping addresses back to anonymous user names and then message the buyers.

If you get to the two-week auto-finalization point without having received your order...tracking isn't the problem.
