Do you actually use you real name?

If not, what do you use instead to order?

EDIT:

I've read a couple documents/threads treating the subject in here. That the incident maybe reported and the package not delivered seems kind of silly, since someone could be renting in my house, or I could be renting somewhere else. Why would it be reported and not delivered? I wouldn't order using the "Marge Simpson" name as someone in one of those threads mentions (who also mentions that he always gets his packages).

So, I ask, maybe some of you aren't actually using a real name and have a solution that works... and you know why it works.

I'm also skeptic about giving away my real data to organized criminals being the best solution. Thanks.

Then you have no business trying to send drugs to your house.

Normally, use your real name.

I don't. I use a former resident that is still getting fucking mail here for 7 years, because he is dead. I cultivated a lot more mail in that name by signing up for free samples and loads of shit, and that dead asshole gets more mail than I do.

But yeah, unless you have a good reason not to, use your name.

[8 Points] Plead_Ignorance:

Yes. Your mailman knows his routes. He knows what names are normally on the packages for certain houses. No reason to put some random name on there and possibly give your mailman a funny feeling about that package. It doesn't add any more deniability than you already have. Anyone can send drugs to your address, it doesn't mean you had any knowledge they were coming ;).

Use your real name, please.

[2 Points] horkerman:

Do it, I almost didn't get a package because i didn't put my real name up there. My mailman was like, hey, this isn't you is it? (he came and knocked on my door). Simplifies things.

[1 Points] galaxyandspace:

Yes, I do. No, you may not know what it is...

Use a name that you regularly receive mail as. For most people, that is only their real legal name.

Anything else and you're increasing the chances of an undesirable outcome. This is fact.

[1 Points] greentricky:

why not just put homeowner or tenant

[1 Points] Samnite4Life:

Good idea, make your drug package even more different from the rest of your mail, that should make it stand out (if that's what you're going for).

[0 Points] Bagnag:

All depends where you live. Apartments? You are good to use any name you want.

[0 Points] seraph77:

Use a slightly skewed version of your real name. ie: if your name is Rusty Shackleford, ship to Randy Shandleford. Still gives you plausible deniability, but your mailman will probably still recognize it and deliver without too much question.
