"AB has nowhere near the amount of listings they claim to have , their numbers are inflated by over 50%.They claim to have 14700 drug listing in fact the real number is 6670.They claim to have 4700 cannabis listings in fact they have roughly 1700 in that cat. Wanna check for yourself? open any category, count the number of page in that cat. and multiply that number by the max amount of listing per page you will see that numbers don't match at all ( on other markets the numbers do match however) AlphaBay artificially increased numbers from the beginning to get people use their market and it works. It's a very sneaky marketing move, everyone is being fooled thinking it's the #1 Ask yourself why AB's drug selection is very poor for the biggest market? answer is simple it's because nucleus and abraxas have way more listings than AB, only they do not cheat with the numbers."
It's most likely because all of the custom listings vendors create. This adds up to the ~31.000 listings.
