My understanding is that the circle-shaped lock they used to open the coin receptacle on things like public washers and dryers or vending machines can be difficult for even locksmiths to open. The thing I was reading said that sometimes picking one is easy and sometimes it's near impossible; I don't think they make a "master key' that any schmo could go around opening all the laundromat machines to steal the quarters out of it. Better bet is to disguise yourself as a bubble gum dispenser and just throw out a handful of petting zoo pellets when the kid puts the quarter in.

Come on bro, you really don't got fucking change for a wash and dry cycle? That's like what...$2? Maybe less?

I do not believe they make a master for the coin collector itself. They do have one that is for the top for you can get in the top of the coin slide for you can work on that. Only one key comes when we cell a coin-op washer or dryer and the owner of the machine is the person that get the key when someone delivers their machine. I've got a few years of kind of work under me and have sold a good many of them.
