GiantGrill Order - Final Update

I've posted about my order with GiantGrill a few times already, they can be found here and the update is here.

To save time, I ordered 14g from GiantGrill (told me they couldn't do any less due to a packaging shortage, so it was already packaged into larger sizes). This never arrived. It was at that time they removed escrow and only offered 14g upwards, having previously offered both escrow and smaller listings.

GiantGrill promised a re-ship. That never arrived either. I was promised a full refund if that did not turn up, which unsurprisingly didn't happen. I did receive a message from them saying they'd send a 3rd re-ship. I objected to that for obvious reasons (as it seemed a waste of time to me - if we assume they were actually sent then 2 have already gone missing). That's part of the reason I believe nothing was ever sent.

It has been over a month since I placed the initial order and 2 weeks since I last heard from them, despite me sending a few messages now. In the meantime, I've had other users message me about similar experiences and have seen the same on the vendor's feedback. I've had plenty of other orders arrive, from numerous vendors. without any problem at all.

I strongly advise anyone in a similar position to report it to Dream support. They have told me they cannot take action without more reports, but seem willing to resolve the situation if they get them. I'd also advise customers using GiantGrill to be extremely cautious, especially when considering a larger order. Frankly, I'd steer well clear at the moment. I was hoping to end all this on a positive, but GiantGrill have not allowed for that to happen.

I have had the same problem but with 1oz and have been completely ignored lost 190£!
