What is the actual state and role of DNM's in society and should'nt DNM's be more about social change than about money? And how could we go about achieving that?

Cocaine Heroin and Amphetamines have all been discovered in laboratories. Pharmaceutical companies paid Freud to 'advertise' his product. The same one who discovered how to extract and crystalize the 0.01% cocaine from the coca leaf. Their formule has been used and improved on since the 60's to make cocaine chloride. Its known that the cia brought crack to the streets and heroin in that same time period from the golden triangle using Corsican mafia and air america airplanes. To say nothing about the protection the actual u.s government is giving to afghan opium fields. The pharmaceutical production of morphine exceeds by more than 200% the actual demand. This is the same government who allowed cartels since at least the 80's to bring in containerloads of cocaine up untill this very day. I know for a fact the dea resells his confiscated drug shipments through his own channel of distributors.

At the same time rural farmers and consumers are being criminalized and witch hunted by those same governments!

Im not against drugs or DNM's I'm against the ignorance and hypocrisy surrounding them. We've got this great tool at our disposal and we seem to do is bitching and competing with one another wbilst we could work together bringing actual change

Im not against drugs or DNM's...

So visit the DNMs, buy some drugs and chill out. :)

Shouldn't DNM's be more about social change than money?

Read this phrasing and laughed heartily. How old are you? Everything is about money.

Look, your ideas are great on paper, son. But so is Communism.

If the DNM's ever associated themselves with a social movement, that movement would be immediately brushed aside simply based on the fact that they're associated with us. And no-one who uses the DNM's and is old enough to understand how the world works is interested in further exposure of the markets. SR was bad enough.

Edit: Note: media exposure, the kind of exposure social movements compete for in order to stay relevant and make things happen. Always happy to welcome new people, but secrecy keeps us safe.

[3 Points] creamynebula:

Do you actually have a suggestion about how DNMs could bring "social change"?

"should'nt DNM's be more about social change than about money? "

AHHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHA

People still think ross was a visionary or something when he made 40 mill... are you fucking kidding me? It's all about the money, and it always will be

his

Ya I hate that guy

[2 Points] JaredIsAmped:

Dude, everything is about money.

No matter whether you are buying drugs in the street or on a DNM you are helping fund some pretty shitty people. Weed can be 'fair-trade sourced', but pretty much everything else gets pretty nasty. Funding cartels, street gangs, even the taliban. Aside from the money, as much as I love shooting drugs, they still have the ability to ruin my life. Your social movement funds shitty people while harming our bodies. I'm all for legalization of drugs, and I'm a user, but I'm not so naive as to think that buying heroin online or off the streets helps make the world a better place.

I wanted to start selling books on the darknet. Knowledge is power. If we have an informed and intelligent populace we'll be better off.

[1 Points] Vendor_BBMC:

No. They are websites where you can sell anything with no social interactions whatsoever.

They are anarchy, because they are ungoverned. And when anarchy exists and people can do what they want, they shop for drugs.

If you can get anarchy to prevail throughout humanity, it will be all about making money, buying drugs and getting high. It doesn't mean anything:- Its just a bunch of stuff.

If you're an anarchist, but you don't approve of the perfect anarchy on the darknet, well....you're not an anarchist.

You're a politics student who's not getting laid and blames "the man".

Don't try and shape anarchy to make it better. Its already perfect.

I wont go into Frued (or anyone before him that goes back a few 1000 years). Cryptocurrencies are not the way to solve the issue (although they can help). The "blockchain" that is the basis for Bitcoin has many various uses with many still unfound of. (If these people in this subreddit wanted change they would be learning cryptography / programming). Most here are users of provided technology.

Your message is great but directed at the wrong audience. Welcome to the "lowest bidder" AKA NASA's most recent attempt to resupply the ISS along with launching around 30 microsatelittes and a few expirements (it exploded seconds after take off.... derp trying to refurbish 70's era ICBMs...). Home of the developers who hopefully believe in freedom enough to not put backdoors in TOR. RSA was recently proven to accept $10 mil USD to provide a backdoor in RSA encryption.

"drugsnanarchy" lol

I'm almost certain you're "FreeTradeCocaine" and made that post earlier about basically the same shit as this post. Both accounts made a day ago...

I think that we just need to bring the community alot closer, it's already on the right track though. I really do love this community. I spend alot of my time just browsing this sub-reddit.

I see where you're coming from. There is very few things that a small chunk of the community can achieve or move, and seeing as though that people already replying to this seem to be opposed to the idea, I just don't think you presented this in a way that shines down on the community as a whole. The ideas of the markets are obviously about the money, because it's a market... but there is still human decency everywhere nonetheless. Not everything is literally just about the money, maybe to some vendors and market admins though. Really, this reddit is about the community and helping one another, guiding noobs in the right place, calling out the scammers, etc. and I think we really are going in the right direction at the moment, and this development will only keep growing.

Also, why are people calling OP out on his age. The fact that OP took his time to propose this idea and see how the community responds is good enough for me.
