UPS.COM Yellow Informational Banner w/ Red Error/Warning Message

Upon finishing the 'Create A Shipment' process, using my UPS My Choice account, I am now presented with an "Informational" type banner at the top of the page. Backcolor Yellow, Forecolor Red, with the message reading to the tune of "UPS Internal Security has prevented the creation of this shipment. If you feel this has happened in error please contact us, blah blah." The message also included a unique Error/Instance Reference Number, which I do not remember because I immediately lost all desire to ever see the message again.

Has anyone seen this before? On a side note I guess I should mention I have created shipments simply to turn around and supply the vendor with the label, and having done this about 6 times, I have recieved every package without issue, all product in tact and untampered with. This makes me feel better. I suppose I could have accidentally logged into my UPS account while connected to a VPN service, which may have triggered an internal security measure they have set up. Considering I've recieved all my packages without issue that makes more sense. The other thought I have is that they have flagged it because they are possibly investigating or are participating in an investigation of the sender aka vendor.

Any thoughts? Any UPS guys that can explain this cryptic message?

UPS as in "United Parcel Service"? As in, a private U.S. carrier that can search and seize any package going through its system without any requirements to obtain a warrant or otherwise submit to due process?

And you are creating labels with them, from a clearnet account, and then you are the one supplying those to the vendor?

I mean, just, wow. Holy shit. Like, wow.

What vendor is using UPS?

what? You create the label and the vendor uses it? I've never heard of anyone doing this and it actually sounds like a pretty stupid idea...

lol

How does the vendor get your label? I hope he or she does not give you an address to send it to, so they can in turn, mail you your things.

You are creating a shipping label through UPS, sure u can login through a coffeeshop and label it to some safe drop location, but how are you paying for this? Last i checked UPS requires a real credit card to pay for their services. Are you using a stolen card or your own?

You probably think you're the smartest guy in the room, don't you?
