Burner App + VPN Mobile Speculation

I want to use a burner app combined with a reliable VPN on an android. People are quick to say that its not safe or secure, but there are numerous apps out on the market that can help with anonymity. I'm curious about reevaluating the security procedures necessary to access the deep web. From what I hear and have read about on Tor Project and the users of the darknet, is that Orbot isn't safe. Okay, but is it much harder to make it safe? A few tools which I'm certain is available on the play store can disguise your mac and your IP, firewalls to monitor which connections are going in and out, and I'm sure whatever else we're missing is already developed. If not then what? Also, has anyone used this Burner App before? I'd love to hear peoples thoughts on this.

wonder if that means data being shown on your phone or actual data being stored on your phone, like can it mirror what im looking at on my mega account, or the info to access the mega account its self or just the files and apps I use on my phone

Dont use your mobile phone to order from the dnm.You can use it to browse products tho.

Androids are not safe for using dnm's, period. In the terms and conditions that come with all android phones, you are agreeing to let your phone company mirror any and all data stored on your phone.
