[GeneralQuestions] How do illicit darknet sellers convert bitcoins to currency?

I'm wondering how darknet sellers safely cash in their bitcoins/crypto currency to real currency like US dollars? Won't tax agencies come after you or the government and ask you where you got all those bitcoins if you cash them in on an exchange website?

LBC for cash, Launder it, Fake an online etsy account that accepts bitcoins. There are plenty of ways and each big vendor has their own.

You use the bitcoins to buy more drugs to make more bitcoins to sell more drugs and so on. If your retarted rich and have too many BTC you can sell for cash locally on LBC or get gift cards from gyft.

I don't. I like to try and keep my money in btc so I can get to it anywhere on the planet if I need to. Also, earnings from bitcoin is taxed under the capital gains law here in the US. If you don't sell them off, they aren't taxed (a little tip for everybody out there ;) ). If I do have to cash out a small amount for some reason, I have a personal friend with a coinbase account that let's me do it through him. He has a good job and does his own legit thing with the stuff, so it makes for good cover whenever I pass a coin or two through.
