Order on nucleus marked as shipped but then disappears and btc returned... why?

I placed a few small orders on nucleus last week - one of them took a little longer than others to move to shipped but whatever. Then today I noticed that one order disappeared and my bitcoins were back in my market wallet. Has this ever happened to anyone? The order was accepted and I never got a message about my address being wrong or anything.. Did the vendor just decide not to send it in the end? Is it okay to go ahead and reorder or should I move on?

I feel sad and rejected :-(

Message the vendor, it sounds like to me the vendor message support to cancel

I sent the vendor a message and asked what happened and then I also re-placed the order. Maybe I should have waited but I hate leaving anything more than 10$ in a dnm wallet and its the only thing I wanted.. I looked on their profile page and they've been active up till today and have reviews from today from people who got the same thing I ordered... I guess I'm wondering if it was a technical glitch or if the vendor just decided I wasn't good enough and cancelled lol. If so, my feelings are hurt - especially seeing the reviews from people telling me what I am missing. :-(

Check the vendors profile, do they have any red text notifications, maybe the staff returned it for a reason. Perhaps the vendor cancelled it, but I'm fairly sure they send you an automated message when this happens. Best bet is to ask the vendor and wait to see what he has to say

After accepting an order you have 3 days to ship it. If you don't ship within 3 days of accepting an order, the transaction is canceled and you get your Bitcoins back.
