I was scammed by sanmo27 and AlphaBay did nothing about it

So I bought ~1oz of weed from sanmo27 on AlphaBay and never got it. He has 184 positive feedback and around 8 negative feedback, who all say they never got their product and received zero communication from the seller.

I wasn't paying attention and didnt realize that my order was a 50% FE order. I never received my goods, and the seller did not respond to any of my messages. A moderator stepped in when I filed a dispute, and said the seller has 24h to respond. The seller then cancelled the order, essentially giving me a 50% refund.

It appears that this seller if fulfilling most of his orders, and making extra profits by selectively scamming people here and there by simply ignoring them.

The kicker is that once the seller cancels the order, you are no longer able to leave feedback. So this seller probably should have a ton of negative feedback.

Fuck AlphaBay and fuck sanmo27 . Why doesn't AB take some money out of his escrow account to refund me?

Also, which market can you all recommend in place of AlphaBay? I'm done with them.

Use Hansa Market. It uses Multi-sig, you dont even send coin to their market.

When multi-sig is used you are safe. its a 2 of 3 key turn system.

If you flaked out the market and the vendor turn their keys to loose the money, if the vendor flakes out , you and the market turn your keys, if the market exit scams you and the vendor turn your keys .

If you are not using multi-sig for transactions you are going to lose coin and get beat, so why use any other system?

BTW alphabay is a scammers market, based in fraud. so the admins dont really give a shit. , dont use AB unless you KNOW the vendor and even then, I would just ask the vendor to check out hansa, no upstanding vendor would mind a multi sig transaction.

To be honest, 184-8 is pretty bad imo

ab is the largest one, i used to use agora but they shut down a while back. i think either dream market or outlaw would be the next picks for me if ab shut down... check out deepdotweb.com, they have a list of the markets and uptime stats. scroll about halfway down the page and look on the right side, youll see them

AlphaBay seems to ignore most victims of scams on their market, and only take care of a few select people. I'm still waiting for them to do something about an order I never received from a vendor.

I filed a dispute with him and he sent me a refund. However, he was so late that the value of the bitcoin went down. I had to pay $40 for the btc, but only got $20 because the value went down. Hopefully he'll reship.
