Issue with a large vendor, looking for advice

Wall of text:

I made a smallish purchase on Abraxas two weeks ago from a vendor with a ton of 5/5 ratings and 0 bad or neutral ratings. I've seen him over the past few months on other markets as well, always with tons of stellar feedback. This is a very reputable dealer, which is why I didnt see FE as an issue.

I was very wrong. I paid extra for 2-3 day shipping. After 5 days I asked what the deal was and he said "it can take up to 7 days for the mail to get there". ...except i paid for 2-3 day. wtf??

7 days later I start worrying my package landed on someone elses doorstep so i message again. This time he takes 3 days to respond but then apologizes and says his "friend" was watching over the operation, that my package went out TODAY (now TEN DAYS after he marked it completed and implied it went out originally) and i should get some extras.

13 days later, my package arrives. Instead of the red, crossed pills in a blister pack shown in the items picture I get a little ziploc baggie of orange chalky pills with no markings whatsoever. There is no doubt in my mind that these are vitamin C. Trust me, I took one and I'm 100% sure.

Im not sure what I should do next. This person has a perfect reputation across multiple markets, which I dont understand at all. Not only was his service TERRIBLE but he literally ripped me off.

What would you do?

TL;DR: Large, perfect reputation dealer gives me worst possible service and then sends fake pills. wot do?

Send him pictures of the product and ask what's up. Ask for a refund or reship. Use a test kit and prove the lack of any actual substance in the product. send it all in a message to him and wait 48hrs. If he doesn't respond with a response to your liking. leave feedback and a review on here perhaps that you feel is appropriate for the situation. If you do come back and leave a bad or positive review post some proof of the transaction so others know you aren't just slamming some vendors name (and so your post doesnt get marked as FUD/no proof)

If he did scam you and doesn't make it right Im sorry to hear that. He should be publicly shamed for doing so, Hopefully tho he will realise something was wrong and he will do his best to make it right by you.

Also if he threatens to dox you or whatever (some vendors are stupid) Just keep a clean house there will be no proof of anything on you (if he's like ima call the cops on you) and post this message here, Nothing kills a vendor's rep faster then knowing he saves customer info and threatens customers after scamming.

Also just to clarify... Was the product vac sealed / in a MBB bag? or was it legit just in a ziplock baggie?

Pics or didnt happen bro... you know the rules. Seems weird that a vendor with 100% feedback would randomly send out vit c, not saying that they wouldnt though.. Also what were you supposed to be getting?
