Reliability of Agora support?

I just have a quick question for you guys that have dealt with agora support. I recently bought a QP from a vendor that claimed he was shipping it priority. He didn't, it's in first class, he's a new guy. We've been in light communication but he keeps saying it will be there soon and keep him posted. The package hasn't been here for over a week

I feel like I'm about to be fucked out of 550 dollars because this guy didn't want to pay the shipping fee for priority. Even though on the listing he states ALL qp's go out as priority.

I have about 7-8 transactions before this where I left 5/5, if this guy isn't able to come up with the tracking number, how likely are the chances of Agora support siding with me? The guy has a couple of 1/5 and 3/5 reviews for not using priority.

If he has previous 1/5's and 3/5's and you have some buyer stats behind your back on agora, AND he fails to provide tracking there is absolutely no reason you won't win. I've personally dealt with support refunding me in the amount of $500 while I was still in escrow. The process took 2 days for me, but my buyer stats are awesome.
