Royal mail insufficient postage

Had a NDD gram of K not show up for over ten days then I get a royal mail slip saying theres £2 unpaid postage on a package/letter for me. It was a domestic package so did it get seized? Did the vendor somehow fuck up postage payment? Should I collect it? Surely id just get a love letter please confirm or deny my paranoid delusions I just want my wobbly wares

no. he didnt put enough postage on it.

royal mail has to wet their beak a little for delivering the card.

I would guess it had a normal first class stamp but was thicker than 5mm.

just to get it from the depot.

get your friend to hold the door open if you're really worried about a massively elaborate cd of your 1 gram

Yeah go get it my freind; I had a similar situation on SR when a gram of #3 didn't show up. I agreed with the vendor outside of resolution to split the loss and let him do a 1/2 price reship (risky strategy these days but these were more innocent times, this was a vendor I'd used a few times and trusted to an extent)). Got my 1/2 price g of H; then a couple of weeks later got the same slip as you did. The dozy bastard had forgotten to put any stamps on it. At first my paranoia was going 'its a trap', but after thinking about the logistics of staking out the depot for the police, compared to the carloads of gangsters that drive around my n town all night selling £1000s of gear with only minor attempts to disguise what they are doing, I did up my shoelaces nice and tight, put my lucky underpants on and went and got it. It was quite exciting, especially driving away with me free gram of H. I considered letting the vendor know the truth, but not for very long!

I've had this happen a couple of times. If you're worried about going to pick it up, just add the stamps, or pay online for it and it will just be delivered with your normal mail.
