Anyone else having problems with Narcotics Anonymous?

Ordered from him about 12 days ago, on a Saturday, and my order was supposedly shipped that day. Since then we have communicated a little bit but there has been absolutely no sign of my order.

Since placing my order I've heard multiple reports of poor stealth on the part of NA, which concerns me and makes me think that my package might have been intercepted. I was not aware of his stealth problems when I placed the order, as there was no mention of it in his feedback and the people who recommended the vendor to me did not mention it either. I should have checked the forums but I did not.

Anyway, since then I have seen one other user post about his order with NA not showing up, but is anyone else having difficulties?

As soon as you told the rest of the team about your situation I knew it'd turn bad, bro.

A lot of scam reports have come out and he seems like a twit. Cut your losses and dispute at auto finalize.

We understand you're a forum mod and you feel a need to share with the community, especially when there is an issue. We are a team of people so not everything resides on just one person. We believe most of the reports of poor stealth are due to a lack of a decoy. Though, we are a team of people so not everything is up to just one person, we can ensure that something has been done about this. We're not so much upset that people are resorting to the public forums before voicing their concerns (fully) with us but more so that when in contact with us, they are very passive. We're never rude or condescending regardless of how angry a customer may be, and in times of a no show we always offer a full refund or full reship, as well as offering full escrow. The same goes for anyone who FE's as well. We would never lie to sell a product and believe honesty is key in this type of business. All we ask is that people bring their concerns to our attention personally instead of through public forums as this is how a lot of misinformation is spread. Please, if there is something you've got on your mind, don't hesitate to send us a messages saying so. People see a vendor name and 'scam' in the same sentence, or even the same thread, and immediately jump to conclusions.

We completely understand your concerns and changes have been made. We would really like to prove ourselves to you and the community but understand if you're not willing. I'm sure all vendors run into failed deliveries from time to time, as well as the occasional scammer. It's how the vendors deal with such issues as to how they should be judged. Obviously, if it's happening too much there is a problem but that simply isn't the case. We have quite high success rates and even higher customer service. And the reship didn't have a 'shitload extra', we just normally weigh things on the heavy side. Oftentimes, repeat customers will earn, at least, an extra point or so (.1 or more).

And Infinite, saying we seem like a twit without any explanation as to why or how is very twitish of yourself. Not trying to be mean or anything, we just feel you're very out of pocket with that statement. We're a quality vendor with a quality product. We all have to start somewhere and from our starting point, we didn't have a lot to work with. We devote enough time and energy towards this to ensure things will only get better. Also, I don't believe there have been ANY scam reports of us. There has been not one issue that didn't result in customer satisfaction. When we make a mistake, we do more than make up for it. We once received a 3 out of 5 and offered a free reship of a new batch in exchange for a 5 out of 5. We take much pride in our customer support and satisfaction and will go to great lengths to show this. We just don't understand

We're not trying to stir up a shit storm or anything but feel it only necessary to address such concerns. We can't just turn a cheek to such accusations. We're located on multiple markets for a reason. And on top of it all, we are all human and subject to human error.

Please don't take any of this the wrong way. If anything help us become better, don't hate on us and hinder us for the future based on one interaction.

Yep Hugs, it's me again. I started that thread a few days ago. I still haven't received :( So many vouched for them. I don't understand. I ordered the Friday before this last one I believe. "Shipped" on Saturday the 5th. Received nothing. They say wait until the 10th shipping day to resolve. That is today for me. Gonna shoot them a message once the mail comes.

FWIW I ordered just after this thread was posted (as in by hours). Didn't see the thread until after, no idea if it would have changed my mind. It was marked shipped the day after, and arrived three days after that. Came in at a hair under 4g (3 1/2 order), sealed + decoyed. Around 3g was in a single monster shard the size of my pinkie. No problem with purity either. Not sure what the recent problems are or if I've just been lucky or whatever, but it's like my fourth or fifth order (naturally over a fair amount of time) and all have gone pretty much precisely like this. The only diff is sometimes it's more powder/less shards. Could be a difference in to/from locations or something I guess, just figured it might be worth knowing that they've never missed a beat with me, including shipping while this and the other threads were going on. So it's def. not a complete bust - hope everything else gets sorted out.
