DHL Support painfully slow right now for anyone else?

I had a direct pay order take over the 6 hour time limit last week due to the blockchain being backed up, and I've had 1.57btc sititng in DHL's wallet for over a week now with no response to my "high" priority support ticket. Anyone else seeing some delays with DHL support or is there a DHL sun that I'm not seeing to message a moderator?

I've only ordered once, but I needed help from DHL support and it was quite a long time, but they did get back to me.
