This is over a year old, and there was pretty much detail bout how it went down

This isnt new. They cant just shut down one site, they have to shut down the whole server. When a server is taken down, many sites are taken with it. They couldve intentionally taken down 12 sites per say, and the other 388 sites were just part of the servers that were irrelevant to their operation.

Edit: Ok so they took down 27 actual Darknetmarkets. They implied in the next line that the total 410 sites were hitmen, illegal goods sites, etc. I really doubt every other site on ever server they took down was actually used to hire hitmen and darknetmarkets.

Lol at least you had good intentions. This was back in late 2014 at around this time. Keep this post up, it might be interesting for others to read in case they haven't seen the article.

It was a huge shitstorm, you can find a lotta posts about it with the search bar.

Lost a lot of hidden services that day...

Since you are nust seeing this, it was 400, most where alternet addresses, and the rest where phishing sites.

I know im not.100% but i THINK it was only 7 real spots got.shur down. Sensationalism, like when they bust a grow up and weigh the dirt and pots, to make themselves feel better and look beter while.doing.almost nothing
