[GeneralQuestions] A well respected vendor on Ag. with whom I'd previously had a few GREAT interactions fucked my most recent order TWICE. The 1st time they messed up, they apologized profusely. Since the 2nd time they haven't responded to any of my messages. What do I do?

So I've been ordering from domestic vendor (gene001), they have thousands of deals and a great rating. They've been great communicators and have always responded to my questions within 24 hours. They've always shipped good quality stuff in a timely manner. 3 weeks ago I went to order a 100 count of some sleeping pills. They only sent me 10. When we complained, they said they'd reship with photo proof. We sent it to them, and they apologized and promised to fix it. The next package that came in the mail was not the 90 we were owed, but another baggie of just 10. So we are still short 80.

I have messaged them about every other day for a week, and still no word. THEY ARE NOT ON VACATION- every day Agora has said "Gene001 last seen 0 days ago; They have provided updates on their site, they are active. They just aren't responding to me. I've received messages from other vendors in the past couple days so I don't think it's the message system. I FE'd for the order because of previous good times. What can I do to get my product or a refund? Is there anything I could have done better earlier? Do they think I'm trying to scam them?

I ordered from him twice but I never FE. He sent in a timely manner and his product was alright.
