Never thought it'd happen to me!
Big order (~6k) placed 5 days ago, didn't login to check on an internationally shipped order because they ALWAYS take longer than 5 days to arrive, login to see the vendor has opened a dispute because "they have 100% delivery rate", doesn't provide any delivery confirmation (because there isn't any obviously), and the support team finalizes my order WITHIN HOURS because I 'haven't been active in 4 days".
There's an autofinalize for a reason! Why the hell would they think it's a good idea to finalize an order of that size for a vendor WITHOUT ANY PROOF OF DELIVERY? Why is the vendor asking for that in the first place, knowing damn well packages all take WELL over 5 days to ship internationally? A big thanks to Technic101! Enjoy my money!
Guess I learned my lesson. Today me, tomorrow you - don't be the one, friends.
Edit: Looks like if you take a look at their account you'll see the same thing from a few people recently - they're working with Technic101 to scam people by opening a dispute a couple days after an order is placed and Technic101 automatically releases the money for them without any proof of delivery. Wonder if anyone else on Dream will chime in?
