What's the deal with all the e-books?

I've searched on here and looked and seen that (as I kind of suspected) almost all of them are sort of scams, but what I was wondering is how they have so much positive feedback? Are they buying their own stuff and giving it good feedback, or are they fucking around with the site somehow? The only reason I'm asking is because I'm worried that if they are able to get fake positive feedback, surely drug vendors can do the same thing?

In my experience, they haven't been scammers. For the most part though, I can simply torrent the e-book they're selling & just get it for free. The only time I pay is if it just boils down to convenience. There are a few times though where I couldn't find something I saw on the DNM, so I paid for it, and was sent a download link & it all worked out.

TBH, I think the reviews are mostly legit.

I think that scammer's are today small and big groups of people. Not like it used to be. They work more professionally and together, therefor it is what it is today.

I don't think they are glitching the website.

This is just what I believe though.
