Does localbitcoins respond to US subpoenas?

I am buying 5 figures weekly on localbitcoins lately. Trust on there is important for large trades, so it is annoying to make new accounts all the time. I am wondering if anyone knows of any instances where they have responded to LE requests for information. Thanks

Yes they do. There have been arrests due to poor LBC opsec, check Gwern's site

They are registered in Finland correct? They have to co-operate with US LE

Why don't you just stick with one seller and direct deal? Use an LBC account for the first few deals, then the seller knows you and you can ask to move off LBC. If they are a good seller and you're making them money, you should be fine.

I think as long as you use a fake id and a vpn they shouldnt be able to do anything but if LBC gets a subpoena yes they will respond because if they dont they could get shut down and they are not risking there business to protect you.

Buyiing bitcoin is legal, right? Except for NY unless its from someone with a license or w/e. I wouldn't worry about it.
