Why dont they open a PO Box instead of putting there family at risk? From my knowledge this is completley legal.

I opened a private one when I was at college, it was easy enough to do and for the cost ($20ish/month) provided me with the safety I needed.

You aren't really putting anyone at risk. Not like they're going to break your door down.Unless its real weight.
