HumboldtFarms cancels order 2x with no explanation

I've placed the same order twice with HumboldtFarms on Nucleus. The first time he cancelled with no reason or message provided. I placed the order again, this time asking why he canceled my previous order. He cancelled that one too, with no explanation again.

Yes, I have read his profile. Yes, it is a domestic order. Yes, the address is submitted in the proper format on his profile. No, I did NOT sign my message with my own key.

Has anyone experienced like this before, or can anyone give me any tips on how to get an order through to this awesome vendor?

Copied straight from his profile (my guess is he can't decrypt,nothing personal)

Because of the recent instability I have been canceling orders that have had PGP errors, with the limited windows of time I’ve had to get orders out, I haven’nt had time to help newer members and people who don’t read my profile through their PGP struggles like I normally do. (Please remember I state 3 times in my profile NOT to sign your messages to me unless I specifically ask you to!!!!!)

So it looks like the public PGP key I had on file and the one on his profile were the same. I'm trying again one more time but not sure why this time should be any different. If not, looks like I'll have to write this vendor off.

UPDATE 6/2/2015: HF got my order the third time through. Looks like it was some strange PGP error (NO I didn't sign with my key). Started the whole PGP process (re-import key, etc.) start to finish.
