DHL "signature for PGP required"

I keep trying to add my new PGP key and this message keeps coming up.

I'm signing on for the first time in months. I created a new PGP key because I don't have the charger for my old laptop (it's a piece of shit I gave up on).

I don't have access to my old computer (or I would have to drop a decent bit $$ on a charger that I would never use)

I'm just surprised it's this difficult to change my public key. I've used other sites in the past and never had this much trouble.

Do I need my old pgp private key or is there anything else I can I just change it?

Thanks.

Shouldn't it be saved on a thumb drive?

Maybe just contact support since that's what they are there for?

And it's not really difficult. It's much more difficult to explain phished people that their hard earned coin has been stolen and it's not our fault.

Security and usability is always a trade-off.
