I am leaving this all as vague as possible for obvious reasons.
I received a domestic love letter that appears legit, and is somewhat corroborated both by the vendor's forewarning of the situation, and by his offer to refund. It was for a personal amount of bud, in a legal state. I did not know the vendor was shipping from this state and if I did, I would've stayed away. Seems like there's increasing scrutiny in these states for obvious reasons.
To a certain degree I'm glad I got it because it sure beats a CD and now I don't have to walk around thinking I'm going to get one, because the last several days sure sucked.
My questions now are twofold:
1) Is my address burned? I know this question is subjective and most of you will have a guess, not an answer. But if anyone has received something similar and made subsequent orders without a hitch, this would be some good info to have.
2) Is it worth calling the listed number and playing dumb? The letter reads "If you do not understand the reason this letter is being sent to you, please call the above listed number immediately." My gut tells me to steer clear but I would be willing to listen if anybody has some good advice to the contrary.
Thanks and stay safe.
