The post is serious, drugs have me delirious, honestly I'm just really curious.
Has there ever been a vendor that has left the game without exit scamming?

CannaTreats went out with class, much to a lot of people's dismay. I'll be first in line for another one of his brownies should he ever decide to pop up again.

There was a mushrooms vendor named 'Rocker' on SR1 went out with a give away of allot of free drugs.

I've disappeared a few times without intention of coming back, without scamming. but alas, I am back again.

Tyl3r_Durden, an early SR1 NBOMe vendor. He was a truly respectable man all things considered!

Lloydsbrothers, used to be the top UK coke vendor from back in the SR days. I fucking miss his flake man

Anyone that can be tied back to their marketplace identity, either by being a reseller or due to irl connections, runs the risk of getting blackmailed should they decide to exit scam. I doubt these types of vendors are thinking of quitting that way.
Oh yeah, and there's probably a couple of people with "values" and "beliefs" that would keep them from doing that. Probably Mormons.

Most vendors who get out will do so either when they run out of product, lose their contacts, have a mental breakdown or decide they've made enough money. Over half the guys on my PGP keychain aren't vending anymore.

BossTweed did it. He fulfilled all his remaining orders, set his account into vacation mode, and said "That's all folks!" His supply must have just dried up or something, because it was kind of sudden when it happened and he hadn't said anything about retiring beforehand. Sucks, too. I was about to put in an order with him and he left like two days before I was ready.

famer1 went of the radar for a good while, although he just came back. I've noticed weed dealers tend to exit scam less often than say, some guy selling RC's or whatever.

I know of a few that were great vendors and I no longer see those same names anywhere. I'm not convinced they are all gone. Could be just doing business under another name or doing it others ways. One that comes to mind is HappySmoke420.
