If you are using Adderall for therapeutic purposes, is it worth it to pay the ~$15 per day in your opinion, Methylphenidate (aka Ritalin) which is ~$8? Secondly... what about Vyvanse, Dexedrine, or Desoxyn? Do you find those to work any better for you, and if so, is it worth the seemingly higher prices than Adderall?
Lastly, what do you think about the "pressed pill" alternatives that are described as either Amphetamine, Methamphetamine, 4F-MPH, 4-Me-TMP, or rare others? In addition, even things like Amphetamine Paste or Crystal Methamphetamine shards can be considered, I suppose.
Do they work as well, or are they worth it for the money saving? Do you feel worried that these may have more harmful chemicals or additives in them? Do you feel a bit "negative" or "sad" because there may be more stigma around using non-pharmaceutical pills, even if logically they are the same chemical (supposedly)?
I know everyone will be different and have different results, especially with medication for different problems, but what are you experiences?
I just wanted to bring this up after seeing many similar discussions, which always seem to only come up in the comment sections of posts. I felt like due to it never being the direct question itself, the discussion in the comments is always somewhat limited and biased.
For example, if someone is going to a vendor review of "Adderall Alternatives", they may be more biased in favor of the alternatives to begin with.

If you legitimately have ADD/ADHD, you can get a script. Adderall isn't even worth it for recreational/occasional study use on the DN. Costs too much when you can get effectively the same thing for way cheaper. Using Adderall multiple times a week would absolutely wreck your wallet
