Last Friday I ordered a gram of so-called "top shelf" BHO from vendor Dabaroo on Evo. The vendor had around 97% positive feedback with one negative, two neutral, and 26 positive feedback. I wasn't expecting much from the product, seeing as it was very cheap for "top shelf" shatter. The vendor, however, seemed legit enough.
Fast forward 3 days when I notice that he's recieved 2 more negative reviews since my order. One claimed that his package never arrived. Just as well, Dabaroo never responded to my messaged asking for a delivery estimate.
Now, he's just received another negative review (the other two mysteriously disappeared) and my order still hasn't arrived thought it's almost a week after the order was marked "shipped".
I've disputed the order, and I'm just interested to hear how situations like this usually proceed. How are my chances of getting a refund? Do you think I've been scammed?
I can see that you haven't FEd yet, meaning you're one of the smart buyers who stayed in escrow and are in our protection. YES we should be able to refund you your bitcoins if the vendor is being dodgy.
Just a little tip with your dispute, market moderators work on the oldest ticket onwards so avoid replying to your ticket/message as it'll put it to the back of the queue every time you do that. Opening a dispute was the appropriate thing to do in your situation though to answer one of your questions.
Would you mind sharing the vendors name with me? That way I can look into it better and give you better advise.
