:o
Greetings. If you don't know me, my name is Galaxy, and I run the noob subreddit, as well as mod here.
Right to the point: I need a guide on the theory of using escrow to dispute an order. I happen to have almost zero experience with this, as all my orders have gone fine.
There is gold for the guide that is the best. I may chose to combine guides, and guild multiple persons.
Requirements for this guide:
- Universalized: does not give market specific advice unless needed
- Through: needs to cover the basics of what to say, how to address the situation, how to be persistent and get a response, how to keep you cool and be respectful
- Guidelines: when you should start the dispute, domestic v international ect...
- Definitive: write it as if you are giving the final word on this subject, because you pretty much are.
I am in the middle of a dispute right now and it sucks.
One thing is that it will probably have to differentiate between the markets a bit. For example tons of people still don't know that you can finalyze and withhold rating on evo, but if you do both you can't really change it.
Since being able to change feedback is an important tool when used responsibly thats one big difference right there.
