- Is it easy to trace? I mean is it safe to exchange BCH to BTC and cash out? If it was restored from dirty BTC wallet.
- Recommended exchanges? I tried shapeshift but fees seem crazy.
- Any other way to use it except trading for other cryptos?

As being said it's very similar blockchain, but in case of exchanging one crypto to another traces may be lost. If amounts are small and you used that coins for purchasing personal amounts I wouldn't worry.
There are plenty of exchanges on official bitcoin cash site. Some have lower fees and don't require personal info.
I don't see any.

Have you tried changelly?

"Easy to trace" is subjective, so I'll try to ELI18 the two common cases: it depends on the resources and experience of whomever may be attempting to trace it. Nothing, no matter how many precautions taken, is technically untraceable. If you're worried about vendors/scammers/average hacker involved in the darknet or deep web then you're usually quite safe with an amnesiac, TOR, and bit of tumbling. If you're worried about LEO it just depends which agency/bureau, but if they have reason enough it is "easy" for them to trace, they don't even need a 100% paper trail, they can subpoena records and do enough guesswork to build a case. They just need to look at entry and exit points. Not 100% if this is what you meant but do feel free to ask for clarification.

Thank you for the answers everybody!

It's not easy to trace but if LE is motivated enough they will be able to find you.
The code is almost identical to Bitcoin's, so it has just the same issues in terms of traceability.
If you're that worried, you could exchange your coins for Monero, make one or two transactions on the Monero blockchain (even to yourself, it does not matter) and then exchange it back for Bitcoins, USD or whatever.
You'll want to avoid exchanges because they ask for identity proof and a bunch of other personal data. Shapeshift is a viable alternative, but as you discovered the fees are high. Otherwise you could try a decentralized exchange like bisq or localmonero to sell your Moneroj for a premium.
