I mean idk if you asking in terms of general health as a drug user or to increase potenecy or something. But fuck man, i just grab a ton of vegetables and fruits and blend that shit up in a bullet and chug it down, every other or couple of days. Theres your mad dose of actual vitamins:) (all of them too, rather than a "multivitamin" pill, fuck that imo

Nootropics are dank. I'm big into noopept/piracetam. Even at baseline these supplements help with general concentration and memory. They even have some neuroprotecting properties (I'm lookin at you MDMA). In the morning I take a combo of caffeine and L theanine and it's one of my favorite stacks. Noopept has taken away my anxiety and I feel takes away the slight paranoia I feel from weed. They are both cheap as well, check out powder city. Sorta not a supplement but provigil or modafinil is quickly becoming my go to stim (I guess you can call it that) and cognitive enhancer. It is wonderful on weed, and makes tripping a million times more 'different' but in a good way.

I have these 'calm' drink powder that really doesn't calm me down but it's a pretty tasty raspberry lemon drink powder that I take every day a week before tripping to help with the jaw and muscle tension, sense it has magnesium in it. Not 100% what kind but not the kind that makes you shit so that's a plus.

https://www.reddit.com/r/Drugs/comments/1dyckl/mdmamda_supplementation/ - I highly recommend taking some of the advice in this post for anyone who is very serious about supplements before and after. After trying this method, I have to say that not only did my roll hit so much harder than any other time ever, I felt so good it still to this day was better than opiate high I've ever had, and I love opiates. The extreme body sensation pulsating through me with intense euphoria and the cleanest comedown ever. I wont lie, I abused the fuck out of mdma after that roll and lost the magic a bit, but stopped quick and now space it out 3months to 6 months now, which again, has helped a lot too for obvious reasons.

Shit works really well, some of them can be expensive and do your research on each brand, they are not all made equally and may actually be the wrong type (Magnesium Glycinate especially)

Before/after MDMA use is the only time I supplement with extras. They include vitamin C, magnesium, melatonin, 5htp, R-ALA, multivitamin, & fish oil.

Otherwise I take just a multivitamin, vitamin C, & a fish oil daily.

My understanding of the question, which may or may not be correcty, is what vitamins do you take after violently altering your neuro-chemistry. 5htp I've heard is a lifesaver for taking seretonergic drugs.

Many amino acids can be very helpful when dealing with an imbalance as a result of taking to many gabaergic drugs. Glutamine in particular. Helps if you have sleep paralysis, and a new study shows that this condition can be linked to sleep regulating neurotransmitters

I used to use a combination of GABA, essential amino acids, primarily gluatmine, and Kava for benzo withdrawal. Helped a lot.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a little help re-balancing after taking a lot of amphetamines? Not a small amount like for study and not a large amount like an addict would use, but I use them for work and I have some minor issues with depression and fatigue after 5 days of taking it and working non stop.

I do yoga or at least stretch fairly often so that helps with some of the fatigue/soreness, but I'm really more concerned with my brain and all. I also eat very healthy and keep myself hydrated when I'm zipping around, so I'm sure that helps too.

this is going to sound odd. I really like the idea of a rolling IV van. Nurses that administer IV fluids intravenously to people that got shitfaced the previous night. I'm being serious.

[1 Points] NashHarvey:

5HTP and B12 before I go to sleep and after I eat my first meal.

[1 Points] -ravin-:

indian tea, apple+carrot fresh and so on. Dont drink citrus juices like grapefruit - not good for liver

I'm going to assume what you eat on a daily basis is junk food?

If you eat the proper food(actual food) you wouldn't need to take b6 or omega 3.

Start eating salmon, that has b6 and healthy omega fattys.

I suggest for you to learn what a proper diet for the human is. Look into micronutrients as well.
