How should I rate a vendor who ships late when I order for express shipping?

I made an order with a vendor and it was not confirmed till 3 days later, and marked shipped on the 4th day. (Order made on Sunday, shipped Thursday,tracking shows that it is still in transit.) I do not receive mail on weekends and it did not come Friday, so I am likely to receive the package on Monday or Tuesday. As this is a domestic order, should I knock off a point or two for late shipping or just accept the fact that my pack comes late and leave a 5/5? Communication was also somewhat poor, no communication until I asked about when my pack was going to be shipped.

2/5 if everything else was fine. But I'd contact them first, perhaps they had something going on in real life. I would demand a refund of express shipping fee...
