Yes I'm sure I shit the bed on this one. I set up 2fa on my nucleus account and now am unable to decrypt my message. I made a new account in order to contact support but i know they are busy and I do want to make sure my vendors get their coin when i receive my packs. Is this something Nucleus will even help with, or will they just tell my to go pound sand?(Already purchased some on the market) Also is there any kind of support email for the PGP program on Tails? Thank you so much for any help that can be given.
Yes. We had our pgp key wiped from the page while our 2fa was still enabled. Messaged "nucleus support" (admin) who would eventually confirm and then unlock our account.
