Signing for package?

Hey I have ordered many times from darknet but I would only ever order domestic. I ordered domestic and the vendor was out, so he just shipped it overseas, which I never do because I dont want anything to go through customs. Now its been like 2 weeks and someone came to my door way after the mail was delivered. My friend answered and it was a package for me that I have to sign for. Is it standard for overseas packages you have to sign for it. I know thats the one thing you dont want to do, i was thinking of just never signing for it, is that a good idea?

Signing for a parcel does not automatically make you guilty of anything. If you're really paranoid just clean house before you expect the parcel to land. And most international orders require a signature. I will tell you this from experience, I order international quite often and I haven't had to sign all the deliveries, but I think this is mostly due to the postman being lazy.

ask the vendor if sign is required. if it is required and you dont sign it gets returned to sender and then opened by some random who finds drugs with your name on it.

The vendor could have added extra things from his side before shipping.. due to maybe the amount of product you got or not. I've had some vendors that would do tracking if I wanted but in my state most post offices want a signature. But like someone else said I'd hit the vendor up clarify with him and ask him what's up if you're that worried.

What I've learned most packages ordered internationally that have tracking need to be signed for especially with the European countries. Just today I had an express international pack and my mailman delivered it early before my other mail because of the earlier time express has to be delivered by. I also signed for it. No biggie. If you want to be cautious after you sign for a pack just let it sit for a day and don't open it. So if a CD was just done you can have plausible deniability if a raid were to happen. You could also write return to sender on the pack when it is sitting and not opened during this time to add even more deniability. If after about 3-5 hours and no raid happened I'm pretty sure it's safe to open.
