farmer1 | US domestic cannabis sales

Hello fellow potheads,

I am back from R&R and ready to get some people high. Deadhead OG is available and I will be adding some Skush hash and buds once they are prepared to ship. It feels good to return. I missed the darknet community more then I can express in words.

Place an order, contact me, import my PGP key, or review my reputation here:
http://onionshopkue7sxr.onion/farmer1/

I am giving away 4 ounces of cannabis in this post. Please reply with your favorite quote of something DPR has written for a chance to win. Each of my favorite 4 (unique) quotes will win 1 ounce of Deadhead OG. The contest will be over in ~48 hours from now. If you like a quote then give it an upvote! Winners will be announced Sunday night on my shop homepage.

Warmest regards.

EDIT: The quotes are to be from the original DPR only, up to October 1st, 2013. When I use the abbreviation "DPR" I am only ever referring to the original Dread Pirate Roberts.

On why he didn't like the idea of of legalizing drugs. Actually made me stop and think a bit.

'Here’s my point: Silk Road is about something much bigger than thumbing your nose at the man and getting your drugs anyway. It’s about taking back our liberty and our dignity and demanding justice. If prohibition is lifted, and the drug industry is placed under the yoke of the state, then we won in a small way, but lost in a big way. Right now, drugs are ours. They aren’t tainted by the government. We the people control their manufacture, distribution and consumption. We should be looking to expand that control, taking back our power, no giving what is ours to the very people that have been our enemies all along.'

Welcome back F1! Hope you had a nice vacation. I gave your thread some contest flair so people wouldn't miss it :)

"Did you ever notice that when they hold contests on reddit, everyone just downvotes everyone else in hopes of their own submission rises to the top by default, rather than putting extra effort into making their own contribution stand out on merit alone?"

(I don't think I can actually prove he said this)

[3 Points] DecusEtTutamen:

On the old Silk Road forums (RIP), the original DPR was asked about his opinion on what would happen if governments made an attempt to outlaw Bitcoin, TOR, and other related tools.

His thoughts:

“The state may try to ban our tools, but if we never use them for fear of them being banned, then we have already lost, no? Personally, I don’t think they can be effectively banned at this point. Iran and China, for example, are actively trying and failing.”

Also on the old forums, Ross discussed his own role within the community. It's eerie how true it still is, even after his capture.

“The way I see it, we are all players in something that has grown way beyond any one of us. Granted I play a unique role, but part of that role is continually earning the trust of the community to make the right choices going forward, and to serve each of you as best I can. Silk Road was built to serve you, your needs and desires are the wind that fills its sails. Without you, we are dead in the water. So sure, it’s my job to steer and chart the course, and I am ultimately responsible for the outcome of this experiment, but never forget where the real power lies. It’s where it always has been, in your hands.”

Thanks for the contest, and best of luck with the sales.

Edited to fit new rules. <3

"Ah, shit!" As he was tackled and cuffed.

“Here’s a market solution for ya: hold airlines accountable for any destruction that comes about as a result of misuse of their planes or other property."

That's just always seemed off the wall, but it made sense.

"All that being said, my primary motivation is not personal wealth, but making a difference." It makes me happy knowing he went into this trying to make a change, and that's exactly what he did.

[1 Points] c9customer:

I do not envy the headache you will have when you awake. But for now, rest well and dream of large women.

Have the winners been announced? Not to rush you

Great to have you back, farmer1!

Dread Pirate Roberts: We represent a right for the individual to choose what they would or wouldn't like to put into their own bodies. The state is no longer a protector of the people in many ways. It has chosen to limit the choice of individuals, and it feels almost compelled to "educate" people about what they think is best. Just like many institutions, the state is no better than a private corporation, and indeed there are times when you could mistake some governments for a board of directors who have nothing but power and wealth on their minds.

I have brought Silk Road back to life this time around, but the future of free markets is in the hands of those who are willing to step up after Silk Road falls. There is a revolution coming that is larger than Silk Road has been or will ever be.

"The great thing about agorism is that it is a victory from a thousand battles."

i sure would enjoy an ounce of weed

[0 Points] herbybuckets:

No longer do I feel ANY frustration. In fact I am at peace in the knowledge that every day I have more I can do to breath life into a truly revolutionary and free market than I have hours in the day. I walk tall, proud and free, knowing that the actions I take eat away at the infrastructure that keeps oppression alive.

[0 Points] BalenciagaTrip:

“Silk Road has already made an impact on the war on drugs. The effect of the war is to limit people’s access to controlled substances. Silk Road has expanded people’s access. The great thing about agorism is that it is a victory from a thousand battles. Every single transaction that takes place outside the nexus of state control is a victory for those individuals taking part in the transaction. So there are thousands of victories here each week and each one makes a difference, strengthens the agora, and weakens the state.”

I know its one of his longer quotes but I wanted to do the one where he talking about the financial motivations. Really humanizes DPR.

[0 Points] vniqc4mo:

“There are heroes among us here at Silk Road. Every day they risk their lives, fortunes, and precious liberty for us. They are on the front lines making tough decisions and working their asses off to make this market what it is. Of course I am talking about our vendors. I won’t try to acknowledge them individually because we are blessed with so many extraordinary people who have stepped up to the task and taken it upon themselves to find a way to stock the shelves at Silk Road. They labor tirelessly to balance the heavy responsibilities they’ve taken on. From customer support, to supply chain and inventory management, to promotion, to quality control, to risk management and mitigation, to IT, to Bitcoin finance, to order fulfillment, and on and on, these guys and gals are professionals that are rising to the top of their game.”

[0 Points] farmer69:

"We are NOT beasts of burden to be taxed and controlled and regulated. WE are free spirits! We DEMAND respect! The future can be a time where the human spirit flourishes, unbridled, wild and free! Don’t be so quick to put on that harness and pull for the parasites." - Dread Pirate Roberts, 4/29/2012

He said this on the topic of legalizing drugs. I love this quote because it really shows his belief that we should be free and that we deserve our liberty!

[-2 Points] ReviewAcct001:

"The Dread Pirate Roberts is more a title than a name," he writes in a private message. "It may be passed from person to person as each must step into the role, whether voluntarily or out of necessity."
