Hey redditors!
Well I've basically run into a few problems, and was in hopes the community could give me more advice on which route of action I should take.
I placed an order last Thursday evening that I'm guessing was accepted, and then marked as shipped the following day on February 11th 00:56 Moscow time. It's now February 17th, and I have yet to see my order come in so I went ahead, and messaged the vendor about providing me tracking information on my order. They requested my order info.
I went into my Current Orders tab copied, and pasted the order details in the conversation between me, and the vendor.
I awoke next day (today) to a message saying we've looked into it, but were unable to find the order your speaking of, could you please provide a sale # as this is what we usually use to track down orders, but I had already provided the sale # in the previous message yet they're asking again? And at the end of the message was a new //please allow 24-48 hours for a response to your query on weekdays\
There is currently 7 days 22 hours left on the escrow hold, and I'm just wondering if I should wait a little longer to allow the vendor to redeem themselves? Or if I should just cut to the chase, and dispute the order.. as I don't pay extra money for Xpresspost to have my order lost/not shipped...
My first order with this vendor went smoothly, and I would've never expected this from a vendor of their reputation. Vendor has until tomorrow at this time before I name them... just hope everything is rectified as this is the only vendor that offered escrow for domestic H the rest require FE...
Quite frustrated, and unsure of where to go from here maybe you fine folks could provide me some advice?

I'd message them what they want and if in 24 hours you don't have a resolution file a dispute.
