[OPSEC/Computer] Posting a picture anonymously

Hey guys, I'd like to leave a review for a vendor, but I feel like its necessary to upload a picture of the product to get the full effect. Can someone please describe to me the process involved with removing any personal data from the photo? I hope that makes sense.

EDIT: would this process be efficient enough? http://www.cnet.com/how-to/how-to-remove-personal-data-from-image-files/

Phone Camera settings : turn off geo-tagging, gps location, whatever. (turn off every gps setting in your phone as well including the ones that are found in your main settings folder, sometimes 1 is hidden in developer settings)

Transfer files to computer: Preferably via usb

Upload to anonymous image hosting site: I use imgur, it automatically removes metadata from photos incase you messed up.

Double check your images for metadata: I use this site because its quick, free and easy to use http://regex.info/exif.cgi

Edit* yea that link is pretty much everything you need to do as well.

Use GIMP (free photoshop) when you save an image (usually .jpg or .jpeg) one of the options will have a checked off box under EXIF data. Make sure that box in unchecked and your all good. Or you can upload to imgur.com or anony.ws both sites take off the location/EXIF data automatically e-mail us at sacdirtycrew@tutanota.de if u need any more help

Just manually remove exif data (right click image, go to properties, go to the details tab, click remove all personal info or whatever yours says), then upload it to imgur.

All you have to really do is remove exif data, which can easily be done. There's a couple sites such as imgur that remove it automatically. What you could do is take the picture, view the picture in gallery and take a screenshot of that picture. There's no exif data in screenshots.

I use batchpurifier to remove metadata from pictures. Works really well, and can remove from multiple files at once.. It's a pay program, but the lite version is free, but only works on jpeg files, but that's all I need, so that's fine.
