Policy is that if the item hasn't arrived before 12 hours you should submit an order complaint that the item hasn't arrived to extend the escrow release. My countdown says "1 days", will it start to countdown from 24 hours or will it just immediately change from 1 day to 0 days and release the escrow, how will I know when it is less than 12 hours?
In my experience it does not show the hours. I've also had it sit at 0 days for several days before auto finalize happened.
My advice is put it into reclamations now.
