EDIT: I dont use facebook, my main concern is having things like google running on browser in background. It sounds like I should just completely separate my tor and VPN use from clearnet

It's stupid. Generally speaking, good IPSEC/OPSEC involves separating personally identifiable activities (such as being on Facebook) from the things you do to remain anonymous. Sometimes I think the best argument for using TAILS is simply that it might put people into a frame of mind that would discourage them from doing stuff like this. I never even log onto Reddit with this account or browse this sub unless I'm running TAILS.

lol actually some guy I used to talk to on a carding forum a while back ended up getting traced and arrested because in his firefox browser he would browse his facebook page and in another tab he'd be carding, so yeah don't do it.
Going on your Facebook profile seems foolish when trying to remain anonymous.
