So say I wanted to import some drugs. Say they get stopped at customs. How do they actually prove that the name and address on the package ordered them? Theoretically, anyone could have put my address on it, they could just be waiting outside my house waiting for the package to arrive.
So what do they do? I could just argue that I didn't order it, right? Or do they get benefit of the doubt and are allowed to search my house for other illegal substances and that's how I get caught? But then I can just order when I have nothing left, right?
I don't know, I just can't quite understand how this will work.
There is this beautiful talk on youtube i had seen some years back and from time to time i tend to rewatch it and now that i am thinking about it i may post it on here as its interesting and really shows you why they try and get you to say simple things and how they can then be flipped to fuck you even if you had absolutly nothing to do with anything. It starts out with a lawyer giving a 15-20 min speech on why you should never say anything literally anything even if you believe its going to help it can be flipped to make you the convicted. After the lawyer thoroughly points out tons of ways to fuck ya the second person gets up ( they have never met or was this a practice routine they were strangers) who is a cop and his first words are " everything he said is complete truth im blown away".
one of the reasons they tell you to clean house is because if you are caught with illegal substances they have this fucked up set of laws known as conspiracy. There are many of people sitting in prison for long amounts of time for importing cocaine and had never touched nor see them.. simply planning to buy, sell, or import is enough in the US to be convicted but at the end of the day you say nothing an let your attorney handle EVERYTHING you will see why after watching this video and i recommend watching it completely and maybe a few times and share share share shareshare share share shareshare share share share!
