I realize they are busy but if they are going to automatically fully refund all disputes why even have moderators? and why have a refund policy if its completely ignored. and why should the buyer or vender post dispute details if they arent read. Not only that but the moderators dont even read there own posts, for example they give a certain amount of time and then refund before that time is up. wouldnt bother me once or twice but everytime?
I've posted about my experience with the dispute process in other threads. In my situation the mod stepped in and asked for sides. Vendor was gone and never responded and the mod never answered my 2 messages. I was the only one to respond, and nothing happened except...I lost $200.33. My money sat in escrow until day 30 and the order auto finalized. AB must have my money because the vendor never logged back in. I even filed a support request and was told it Finalized and nothing can be done. I have numerous screen shots (maybe 15) but I'm too busy to scrub them for upload and for what purpose? AB sucks and I haven't bought anything since and will never buy from there again. If someone could help me get my coin back I'll share 25% or $50. I have the proof, perfect screen shots from beginning to end and over 30 days, with dates and times.
