Can anyone make sense of this?

Ok, Im a little high but can anyone make sense of this? Ive been trying to get on Agora the past couple of days and it says unable to connect. So tonight I used the search engine called duck something ont tor and tried to get on agora that way and I got the message "Access denied. Your IP address [my ip address] is blacklisted. If you feel this is in error please contact your hosting providers abuse department." Whats going on? Oh yea, Im using the url http://agorahooawayyfoe.onion/. And Im still a little new to posting so sorry if i post in the wrong section

Are you logging onto Tor from your ISP with no VPN? If so, your ISP has blacklisted all Tor connections. You sir, need a trusted VPN. No free ones, or US based companies either(Some out of the country companies too..). They abide by all US forfeiture of information laws.

That being said, Agora is down for me too.

Does this still happen when you use the direct link? Also as far as I know agora might still be down but I could be wrong as of this moment(haven't rechecked yet).

Obviously Agora has blacklisted the domain you're searching from

can you access any sites on tor or is it just agora? that would be how you deteremine if its an issue with tor or the site itself
