question re: drug trafficking, dog sniffs, and airports

I am looking for a documentary or anyone who can enlighten me on the most common drug trafficking mechanisms for weed, e, lsd, or any other drugs dealt on dnm (I am curious on how dnm works more or less) I am interested in how much of it uses the postal service. I am also interested in knowing why there are so few sniff dogs at airports (is it b/c main source of trafficking is not through this route using humans or b/c bigger threat is for bombs). Any documentaries or insight pointing me to a right direction will be much appreciated.

I watched a drug smuggling documentary on the discovery Channel a few years ago. Some Mexicans built trebuchets to launch weed packages over the border fence so you can try that. I'd contract a darknet physicist to nail down the calculations so the package would land on the customers doorstep

The most common method now is to take a corpse and fill it full of drugs. Then walk it around thru the airport as featured in the documentary "Weekend at Bernie's."

As for the USPS, 94% of the "paper" envelopes are actually a mixture of heroin, cocaine, and meth.
