[OPSEC] Best OPSEC for Mac users?

Okay so I post this just because my research findings have been inconclusive. Live boot of Tails from a USB doesn't work for Mac hardware, which means data will be left on my hard drive that could be detrimental in case of a seizure. Would FileVault be sufficient(obviously not reporting my code to apple with it)?

What are the best steps to make sure I'm about as secure as possible on a Mac?

You can still use the DVD method to utilize Tails.

You can boot from disk or usb on a mac... Just use the start up utility manager or old OPTION while booting up to launch it and select the boot order. You can also use a virtual machine like Parallels to use Tails.

In their most recent news updates, they said that UEFI compatibility is good to go for Macs and other computers. So it might be worth a shot to try it on a USB.
