The video is a talk at DEFCON 17, which is basically a computer security convention held yearly in Las Vegas consisting of talks by hackers, industry specialists, etc.

While this video is nearly 8 years old, it outlines a good amount of relevant information for anyone participating in illegal activities.

I recommend watching the talk, I know its sort of long, but it essentially answers OPSEC questions and legal implications of having your computer seized, compelling users to reveal passwords, FISA, wiretapping, decrypting/imaging disks, etc.

Figured it was worth sharing.
