Firearms, or all just scams?

After searching around a bit, I realized that I am unable to find a reliable source for firearms. While looking at Executive Protection, there were too many red-flags that would be a scam. Is there any hope, or is it a lost cause?

Throw-a-way account of course, but if this post is against the rules, just let me know and I will remove it.

Second post today. Here's the copy/paste since you're also asking about Executive Outcomes (I assume) from here - http://www.reddit.com/r/DarkNetMarkets/comments/1vv6zv/any_experience_with_uk_guns_n_ammo/cewbazw.

Executive Outcomes copied The Arms Depot which was a short time legit vendor, which then started scamming everyone and walked out.
EO is still up and running and scamming people but is generally a well know scam.
UK Guns & Ammo was a good dealer on The Armory (which isn't related to the weapons dealer /u/the_armory) but I don't know if he's the same guy. but this is not the same vendor.
BMR Forums has a few store links, and of course the hidden wiki is filled with fake links and scams.

Firearms should not be sold on these markets period. This way felons and other sociopaths can not be equally equipped.
