Just go and use it. If there were any where I live I'd use them, in fact I wish we had them here.

It's not illegal to buy BTC.

Just use it,
Wish it were as easy to buy coins in my country as well
Now ofcourse they have cameras which scares a lot of people using the atm coins

Use it!

Some require info but the ones that don't are great for opsec.

I use them all the time. Deposit the coins into a regular wallet then move them around as you normally would. The fee's are high but the convenience and lack of sketch is nice.

You might want to tumble privately (transfer the total to multiple wallets and do that for like an hour or so) otherwise I see no reason not too like coffee said it's not illegal to invest in btc

Actually one in my US hometown, that I used used had a sign that said "Closed New Banking Laws" last time I was there (w/i 3 weeks)

Who cares it it requires a phone number, drivers license, or birth certificate? It's totally legal. You just have to remove your fingerprints from them.

[1 Points] None:

It's the best way. My city has a couple. The best ones require only cash and deposit address

OH, and check the fees, that' usually the most expensive way to buy BTC, they may be charging you 20-40% above the market value of BTC

[1 Points] TempforAlphaSupport:

check fees too, they maybe selling it $29-$50 dollars over market

They require your phone number just a headsuo
