We all complain a lot when vendors go bad, and rightly so, but I think we should also call out vendors who are doing right by their customers. I ordered a pack from Ziplokk way back in December. When it came, it was .1g short. I wasn't too bothered by this, as I just assumed that was the amount that was stuck to the inside of the baggie that I just couldn't get out. I noted it in my review on the market (including that I was pretty sure that it was just the stuff in the bag that I couldn't dig out) but still gave a good rating to them, because the product was great and the shipping was as good as expected.
Last week I got a message from them apologizing for slightly shorting me and offering to make up for it. They made a point to tell me that this was not an attempt to get me to change my review at all, just that they wanted to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied. I let them know that if they'd like to put a little extra in my next order, that would more than make up for it.
So three cheers to a standup vendor. They didn't have to do this and I wasn't even mad about the situation. More vendors like this, please.
I'm a fan of their handle.
Never tried any of his product, but I enjoy the handle when I browse.
