How do you think Agora support will handle this situation?

I placed an order with the Agora vendor FreedomNow on Tuesday evening. I FEed because I've ordered from FreedomNow before, he has an excellent reputation, and he's generous with extras for FEing. Normally he logs in at least once a day and ships on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. At this point he hasn't logged in for five days. When I message support is there any information in particular that I should include? Also, how do you think support will handle this, considering I FEed? I'm hoping that since he hasn't logged in since before I placed my order and the status still says "Pending" they'll refund my coins even though I FEed. Any thoughts on this? Has anyone had a similar problem before?

The coins are in his market wallet. Contact support. It's worth a shot. It's not like he's withdrawn.

They sent me back money after a vendor did this to me, it was not marked shipping yet. Idk if I got the money back from them or the vendor, but they said, "Here are your BTC back."

Only FE if you're buying drugs from your mother.

But yeah, they usually do. But next time don't FE and expect to receive your money back. I'm not being mean, because I would do the same. But be more careful next time.

Don't FE unless you are willing to lose that money. The transaction is complete, chalk it up to a lesson learned.
