Bitcoinfog as an intermediate?

I have a coinbase wallet (linked to my real identity), which I'm going to use to buy some coin. Then, I'll transfer those funds into a bitcoinfog wallet, then I plan to transfer them into a market wallet. Should I use another wallet like Electrum or Bitcoin Core in between bitcoinfog and the market or would that not help?

if you don't want your coinbase account closed then yes... they've apparently been cracking down on "suspicious" transfers going out to dnms or even tumblers. i prefer electrum becuase f downloading a blockchain.

Coinbase to Electrum to tumbler to Electrum to market. Coinbase can't prove anything other than you sent BTC to a random address that isn't part of a block of addresses used by a tumbling service. Generate your Electrum wallets on Tails and you're golden.

Tumbling is just to make it time consuming for LE to tie you to purchases if you are busted. Keeping all your DNM activity behind Tails makes it difficult to show that you're active on the darknet. On the other hand, if all you have is Tor browser and Coinbase to markets... well, you've done LE's job for them.

Posted this on another thread - also don't use bitcoin fog: https://www.reddit.com/r/DarkNetMarkets/comments/31m30k/moronic_monday_its_your_weekly_stupid_questions/cq3cs5m

Ok so here are the links about tumbling - these should help you decide what is best for you:

Here's a post from r/BitcoinBeginners that discusses how tumbling works and the level of anonymity from using these services. This has a few outside articles linked.

Here's a bit of a debate from r/darknetmarkets that also links other posts in regards to tumbling.

Here's an informative post about de-anonymizing tumbled coins from r/darknetmarkets

Discussion on methods/reasons for tumbling from r/steroidsourcetalk

Yet another post about tumbling from r/Bitcoin. This one is interesting not only because one person replies, "So you are angry because Im trying to keep DarkNet Marketplace questions and information related to purchasing 'not drugs' away from this sub" but also because Shapeshift is suggested as an alternate to tumbling. Basically you convert your bitcoins into another virtual currency and then back to bitcoins for a minimal fee.I've been checking this out for a few weeks and so far I see that the main downside is that it's JAVA based however they do exchange PotCoin ;) There are other links in the post, however if you go this route, use at your own risk! I plan to try one or more soon and will post a review.
