Shipment held in Customs - waiting customer instructions

Hey,

So I'm freaking out right now, this was an international shipment arriving to me and for the first time, the tracking says that it is held in customs - waiting for customer instructions.

I've no idea what to do. Nobody called me yet or anything.

If they did, should I deny knowing anything about the shipment? what should I do?

UPDATE - The shipment company called me.

They've held it in the Egyptian customs (it is already in Cairo) and want to make me pay custom fees for it and said they might require to open it to assess the value to apply the 13% VAT as they think it has CD/DVDs. (they also might not)

I'm worried when they open it, the capsules will just jump in front of their faces.

I don't know what to do?

I've the option to reject the shipment, but $97 is already is a lot of money in Egyptian pounds, I don't know.

Let me know what you think please.

I'd burn the drop and not order internationally for awhile if I was you

There's an important phrase that we use here, and think it's time that you all learned it. Act as if. You understand what that means? Act as if you are the fucking President of this firm. Act as if you got a 9" cock. Okay? Act as if.
