Canada Post + Fake name

According to: https://www.canadapost.ca/web/en/kb/details.page?article=mail_delivered_to_wr&cattype=kb&cat=receiving&subcat=maildelivery

Mail with an incorrect name will still be sent to your address.

If one would order something illicit (sent with normal priority letter-mail), would this help plausible deniability?

Don't. There's a reason everyone everywhere in the DNM community says to use your real name.

it depends where you live. I live in a college city(Waterloo). There's ltiterally over 20+ names I see in my mailbox every week. Easy ;)

Yeah having something shipped to you but deciding that you don't want your name on it so make one up is a great start to plausible deniability!
