In desperate need of advice for my brothers and sisters to quit meth and heroin.

I sincerely feel sorry for two kinds of people. One, people who are addicted to heroin. Two, people who are addicted to meth. I don't know what the hell happened to them to turn to devil's drugs but as a God's servant and the follower of jesus, I would like to help these people from ruining themselves. If you have any suggestion may you share with the rest of us, thy love your neighbors as of your own. Thank you, brothers and sisters, and everyone in between.

Its very possible to do both of those drugs, and not get addicted.

I been on a constant speedball W/herion/suboxone&Meth fer the past 3 years an i feel great!

way better than when i was a drunk. health is better, house is nicer.

I,m sure it,s not fer everybody but works fer me, the only drawback is the cost of it.(or just hustle a little)

oh an my neighbors hate me & i never spoke to them.

Maybe a forum where people spend their time discussing the ins and outs of buying drugs they put up their nose, or into their veins, isn't the best place for advice.

Your brothers and sisters need to quit on their own. All you can offer is moral support. The end.

I do both H and Meth, they are my 2 favorite drugs. I will say that I am addicted to meth but I am not addicted to Heroin. My meth addiction isn't so bad and it's getting better more than it's getting worse. I binge on the weekends and if I don't sleep, Monday is hell. Heroin fixes Monday. I may continue doing H through say Wednesday and come Thursday I start with the Meth again. That is me at my worse. I've so far (knock on wood) have yet to develop a physical dependency to opiates and I thank them for allowing me to come off peacefully from what normally is a hellish Methamphetamine comedown. The right supplements help too. Now I know there is all kinds of reasons why this lifestyle is harmful and I hope no one thanks that being on hard drugs 7 days a week is without consequences...but the truth is I don't do enough opiates to get sick when I don't have them and I quit binging on Meth before the psychosis, malnutrition, paranoia, etc. kick in. PAWS? Whats that? I'm always high.

Have them take LSD. Acid can help give people a perspective on their lives and help break addictions.

One of the original research projects for LSD back in the 1950's and '60s was to help cure alcoholism.

One word: ibogaine. A cursory search on Google will give you the background for this drug. Ibogaine has a success rate that NA/AA could only dream of.

Well here's your problem; you've already passed judgement.

You can't understand unless you keep an open mind. And if you want to help these people then you need to understand and acknowledge your own bias in the first instance. Despite your best intentions - if you fail to acknowledge your own prejudice - then you will only be furthering a personal and religious agenda.

Sympathy is not the same as empathy. Respect the drug, the person, and the addiction. Try not to have a religious (or manipulative) agenda. At some point you have to accept that abolishing or prohibiting drug use may not be the best solution. And for heavens sake do not encourage drug users to replace their addiction with drinking alcohol just because it's legal and tolerated - that would be missing the whole point.
