Can anyone confirm a technohippy pack landing in the US this week? I'm going on 3 weeks of waiting and I've seen posts of others as well. It's my first order with him, just looking for peace of mind and hoping his packs aren't profiled or just not being sent.. UPDATE: pack arrived after 21 days, order with confidence. stealth and product is amazing
Likely possibilities:
1). Selectively scamming international customers. May be planning to pull out of the international market (like M&S), making a quick buck while he's at it. Multiple UK Vendors have been accused of pulling this tactic (or a similar one) in the last 2-3 months (M&S, BritishDragon)
2). Vendor is deliberately delaying sending packages (for up to 1-2 weeks). This would most likely be due to OPSEC. He's trying to avoid profiling, especially if LE are making purchases from him trying to narrow his exact location. This is unfair, as a buyer is almost always left with that ultimatum: change feedback to 1 star prior to 1 month expiration on order and risk losing future business and possibly incurring vendor wrath (doxx), or let the order expire as 5 stars FE (can't change feedback) and be just another victim of a scam with no recourse.
3). Mass profiling of UK international outbound drug-mail resulting in mass seizures on outbound packages. Unless this is an initiative by the UK LE and Border Patrol - taking extreme measures to inspect outbound international royal mail - then I highly doubt it. The UK has been successfully delivering drugs internationally for years. Seems odd to me that Bitcoin (and the entire crypto market) crashes and suddenly international packages stop showing up. Also, if it were a Customs issue on the buyers end, we'd hear reports of seizure letters from Customs. None such have appeared on any forums.
4). Vendor is buying in small-to-medium quantities and is using new order funds to fund more of these orders (perhaps, bigger ones). In the mean-time, he prioritises domestic orders with what little stock he has - as their feedback ratings will be the first to change - then moves on after that to fulfilling international orders (who expect delays, so will not so quickly (if at all) change feedback ratings. Low risk, high reward. Especially considering he could just decide to stop working internationally.
5). Customs in US, Canada, Aus and other western countries have agreed that the UK's drug exportation status should be raised to red flag (like NL, Canada etc). If this is the case, very few packs will arrive over the next month or two and there will be knocks at the door.
MY ADVICE: If a Vendor is failing to respond to messages and your order is approaching the deadline on changing feedback, DO NOT leave it on 5 stars "FE". Change the rating to what it should be: "Package did not arrive after 1 month. No communication from Vendor." Regardless of what the Vendors say, royal mail does NOT take 1-1.5 months to get to international locations like US, Canada, Aus... Again, things are looking incredibly fishy right now, which co-incides perfectly with the crypto market crash. If Vendors are aiming to recuperate losses, this is where they'll do it: International Buyers.
