Identified as a Tor Exit node

Would it be significant if you tried to go on the hidden wiki via Tor and received a message. "Your Ip Address, xx.xx.xx.xx has been automatically identified as a Tor exit node. Editing is blocked to prevent use." Or is this pretty explainable?

assuming you have 0 knowledge of what a exit node or setup is.. Just curious! thanks.

It means whatever site you are connecting to knows you are connecting from the TOR network. A TOR exit node bridges the gap between the .onion world and the real Internet. When you access a regular Internet website from TOR, a TOR exit node will help make that final connection to the website to help hide your identity. Since stupid teenagers abuse TOR, many website ban or limit TOR visitors.

Edit: Changed relay to exit node because I am intoxicated

When you access the Tor network, all traffic will end at what's called an Exit Node. Think of it as the final destination in the Tor network before your connection reaches the clearnet.
