Dream withdrawal anomaly

I deposited some coin to place a couple orders but saw that one of my vendors was disabled so I withdrew the coin that was meant for my order with that vendor.

After the withdrawal, I found that Dream sent me about 0.0045 btc less than I should have received. In other words, they took out 0.005 instead of 0.0005 (the actual fee).

It's not the end of the world but I'd be lying if I said this wasn't a little suspicious.

Has anyone else had this problem? Idk what the average volume of a typical Dream consumer is but by anyone's judgment I could considered a higher volume consumer, high volume enough to overlook a missing $50 if not careful.

its most probably still in your account, as this sounds like the usual problem people did have come here for hundreds of times already. you will never be able to withdraw the last single satoshi out of dream.

if this isnt the case, please correct me.

What does the blockchain say for the fees for the transaction?

i have 30 bucks stuck in my dream wallet that they won't let me withdraw. dodgy shit

A withdrawal from Dream typically costs about USD25 plus the actual network fee. At least for me, and I withdraw every day. I don't know why they say it's 0.0005 for a withdrawal and then charge a lot more, but.... that's what they do.

... and I'm still waiting for the 0.259BTC that vanished from our wallet back in September (or was it August?)
