Had some coins go missing from my wallet and the person that was suppose to help either didn't read the message at all or doesn't understand English very well.
I had my wallet completely drained. I had a small amount in my wallet but the point was that it was all missing and I wanted to know what happened before I put more coins into my wallet on Alphabay. Messaged "support" asking for assistance and the response I got looked like some generic copy paste shit you would get from some large company's customer service. Or the person responding did not understand what I was saying at all and just told me some common fixes that he hoped would work.
And before "There's more to the world than America buddy" don't give me that shit. English is the worlds universal language. That is why almost every market is written in English and most vendors speak English very well.
With the recent posts about people getting free coins in their Alphabay wallet I think they (Alphabay admins) are draining wallets that had small amounts of coin in them to try and make up for their own loss of coin.
Anyway, just hire more people that speak English fluently please. Not asking for a PhD in English here. Just someone that can read AND speak English clearly.
