[Complaint/Warning] Should we be concerned about FestiGear's absence?

Considering I ordered (successfully!) from FG barely a month ago, given this new drama about them being MIA and possibly compromised by LE, should I be concerned? Should I be burning down Belize? I'm hoping like any decent vendor they would delete any and all cust. info after shipping but you can never be too sure.

fuuuuuuuuuuuuck me

I'm going to echo wheres_tms. Yes, but the extent is up for argument. If I was waiting for a large package I'd be really concerned about picking it up if it suddenly shows up, because we know for certain from Xanaxking, that if the account & pgp are comprimised, they will set up CD for large deliveries for sure. If Festigear starts asking for people to resend addresses I hope someone will post here lol. I'm not sure how small of CD's they did in the claimed 60 busts or whatever. For an order a month ago I'd say you probably have very little to be concerned about, keep things reasonably clean, buy small amounts only to not have that activity picked up or look worthwhile to go after.

You probably know there's some bust details here: http://www.gwern.net/Silk%20Road

I like booboo's in another festigear thread:

"booboo579

"I got boned out of a half g o well . But I think he DID get busted but LE is not currently controlling his account. Something happened on the 22nd prob was locked up till the 26th when he made bail logged back in and finalized everything and cleared out all the bitcoin he could. Lets hope he somehow made it to Belize. Fly High Festigear."

This is a little optimistic maybe, but it fits pretty well. And I'd add that the shill review maybe was to go ahead and obtain some bitcoin donation from buyers who like that sort of language. Do we know of any shill reviews LE has written? I wonder if that fits.

I kind of think we may see an article like this one:

http://www.wbiw.com/local/archive/2014/05/police-recover-approximately-15000.php

about the guy threatening festigear in a different thread for scamming him lol. Don't try to run over the agents doing a CD kids.

Yes, we should all be worried about this. The extent of that worry is up for debate.

Another vendor I am a little skeptical of is AdventureTime. They went AWOL 7-10 days ago claiming something about an "emergency." Then, a couple of days later, it turned into food poisoning...that lasted 7-10 days?!?

Then about 30 hours after they announce that they're back; they have a positive feedback. How the fuck did someone receive a pack in 30 hours???
