Serious question regarding Bitcoin's anonymity

Hello guys, this is really important and I hope someone can answer my questions. Let's say I am selling some shady stuff which is not legal in my country, but it's okay to sell in most countries. (Don't worry it's not drugs, weapons or CP). For selling all this stuff I did setup CoinPayments to accept Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. (Tried BitPay, but it was totally shitty.) Anyway, now I got some bitcoins from sales and I am thinking to move them tho exchange or ATM, but my question is. If someday someone will suspect me and will pay with bitcoin to buy from me my stuff, how hard it's going to be to track? What should I do to minimize risks? Move from CoinPayments to another wallet, from another wallet to exchange? Will mixing help and save my ass? I will appreciate any answers. P.S Can't hodl, I need fiat.

Use Monero if you want privacy.

Alex Cazes is dead because he believed Bitcoin mixers obfuscated his money trail.

My advice. Convert your Bitcoins into Monero using Shapeshift or Changelly.

Churn your Monero and then convert back to into a Bitcoin/Litecoin/Ether etc (basically anything you can sell).

Do not send the same amounts in and out of Monero as this can be traced using Bitcoin blockchain analysis. Vary amounts and if possible split across different blockchains.
