nucleus support tickets

hi was just wondering if anyone else think nucleus support has been slow recently. they responded to my ticket origanally in just over 24hours which is good, but now ive been waiting over 3 days for them to respond again, is this normal for them? thanks

Similar experience here. got a reply after about 30 hours and have been waiting for a few days since then for another reply.

Seems that there have been a lot of posts like this ever since agora paused.

Maybe these vendors aren't staffed enough for the increase in business?

To my knowledge, the support system is ran by a single individual. You will get a response but be patient. The new forum will be out this weekend and VRC has already revised some things on the market.
