"You have insufficient balance to purchase that quantity."

I'm trying to make a purchase from AlphaBay. The total for the order is 104.20 USD. I have 0.10424700 BTC on my account, which is 104.42 USD. I basically have enough for the order plus twenty-two cents. However, I'm getting an error saying I have an insufficient balance to purchase the quantity of 1. Do I need more bitcoins on my account? Is there a hidden tax or something? I'm a complete noob.

EDIT: I should probably also point out that the purchase price is 102 and shipping is 2.20, making it 104.20.

BTC needs to go up a little for you to have enough $, right now you are 70 cents short.

0.10424700 BTC = $ 103.50

I had a similar case where I had exactly the amount per my balance page but it still wouldn't process the order, i ended up going with a different vendor and having to dispute that and wait two weeks to finally get an order.... smdh
