So, In our case it is not FE until coins are in multisig escrow (2/3). Bloomfield is for sure more safer for users compared with other markets. Because others markets uses online wallet which is under admin control and often target of an internet attackers.
But when we're compare rest, then they have hard and also time consuming configuration of multisig transactions. In Bloomfield these configuration can be done only by typing own passphrase for transactions (if addon noscript is disabled). Without javascript it also goes very quickly, only three steps is required.
Also another markets admin have access to all funds which is in escrow or wallet. But on Bloomfield he doesn't because he doesn't have private key from vendor.
Each dispute or new transaction must be signed by all of involved parties, so coins from escrow cannot steal any of them. In worst case when involved parties can not reach deal, admin can add last signature and release funds to resolve order which is in dispute.
But honest admin will give solution for happiness of both involved parties, Otherwise solution will lead to negative reviews and ratings on third sites like this one.
Big pros is opportunity to save all order details (reedem script, unsigned transaction) which can be used for offline releasing funds in case of downtime.
Another cruel fact:
Unfortunately, if vendor disappear or stop cooperate and buyer does not know how to sign an transaction, then releasing funds is impossible. But buyers like this is not competent to use an multisig marketplace or it is very silly. In that rare scenario coins get stuck forever in escrow and btc value will rise, because these coins will be missing to all people who use this currency.
