It was too good to be true. I ordered some product from a well-respected vendor and it never came. There were 8 other customers in the same situation. I managed to get a 50% refund. It was a shitty deal but I felt like this was the best I could get since I had no proof of seizure. Overall, I had a very bad experience with the seller. That's why I decided to leave a negative feedback. So far so good.
The vendor then asked Evo to delete my negative feedback. He submitted a ticket. It was done within an hour, leaving the vendor with a stainless record.
"Feedback is for the parties to state their opinion on how the transaction went. So, if they wanted to leave a negative feedback and say the vendor sucked in the above scenario then they would be within their right.
But that scenario wouldn't occur often. If the vendor is legitimate then one grumpy buyers crappy feedback shouldn't effect them too much. Especially considering you can mitigate it by responding to said feedback."
Do you think it's fair for a vendor to cherry-pick his feedbacks?
Is it the same situation on Agora?
TL;DR: sellers can delete negative feedbacks. I don't think it's fair.
Well, that's the last time I'm using Evo, thanks for telling me about this bullshit.
