Evolution is back online. Stay off of that. Bad idea. IDK Why its back online, but nothing good can come from it.
How short everyones memory is about BlueViking though.
Not too long ago, BlueViking put their account into vacation mode, stating that they were done vending. They claimed they no longer needed to vend for financial reasons. Then, maybe a month later, about 2-3 weeks ago, their account came back online, and they began to advertise lots of FE product. When the site went down, many people were in the process of complaining that none of these orders had ever arrived, and that the moderators, specifically Kimble, were dismissing complaints.
This would look like normal vendor exit-scamming, except for one detail. Today they are here on reddit, demonstrating a very intricate knowledge of how Evolution was designed and operated, even proposing ways to get the site back online. A few hours later, it magically re-appears for logins.
When you couple that with previous allegations that BlueViking may have been working with Kimble or even a vending project Kimble was invested in, things look very likely that BlueViking is either part of this, or has administrator access on Evolution and is preparing to attempt it all over again themselves.
At minimum, it seems likely Kimble and BlueViking were close enough that BV was tipped off recently and cashed in on his vendor account while he could. At maximum, BV could be one of Kimbles business ventures, and the BV revival+exit scam was Kimble/VErto milking evo for everything it was worth.
Something is wrong with a vendor, who just ran an FE scam a week before this went down, knowing enough about evolution to suggest fixing it, and then the site coming back online within hours.
I want what you're smoking, dude
