can someone please confirm if this is a scam attempt?

last month when agora was having issues, i was shopping around for bulk shatter and decided to go with a somewhat questionable vendor on nucleus. i have never ventured out of escrow with amounts i cannot afford to lose and have been using dnm's since sr1.

I messaged the vendor as i always do now before ordering large quantities, he seemed rather friendly and was confident about getting the product from CA to US so i decided to order in escrow.

the quality was exactly as described and i was thoroughly impressed with the shipping speed and stealth. immediately after i received the product i released escrow funds and left a great review. the vendor messaged me shortly after thanking me for the review and quick release of funds. i thanked him and let him know i'd like to order twice the amount the following week, his response was again quick but set off some warning bells for me (this is where i should've backed out but this is some of the best shit i have ever received on any dnm)

he was giving me the typical scammer sob story, we like to handle large orders through direct secure mail or fe.... lost too much on other markets.... bitcoin volatility... blah blah blah he did leave a disclaimer at the end that the exact amount i asked for could "usually" be handled in escrow. i insisted on using escrow and ordered after he said it would be okay lol.

first i'd like to say i know of the empty box scam and am 99% sure that's whats happening here but would like to confirm before making accusations. the first pack i ever ordered he told me he was sending in two packs and that i would have to sign which was nbd to me at least i receive ALOT of legal parcels. he told me this time it would be the same with deal. he sent tracking both times from the very beginning which i did not use until this situation arose. the first pack says it was delivered to my city and zip code at 11:30am 04/17/15 HOURS before my mail has ever come.. ever and the signature was "waived" (something that can apparently only be done by the sender, according to usps) i didn't freak out at first as this happens often to mail, but i did let the vendor know. he seemed defensive and immediately began to claim that i signed it when the usps tracking (he is using canadapost site) clearly states otherwise as does the downloadable proof of delivery. second pack came in with no issues a few days later but i had to sign. i called usps because i was very suspicious that this was a scam attempt. today they confirmed that the gps location the package was scanned delivered was in my zip code but definitely not my address. i am awaiting proof from them that i can show to the vendor or nucleus admin. did i indeed get scammed here and will this ass get away with it?

kudos for having the guts to call usps, some wouldnt sign for a dnm package let alone contact the PO directly. personally in the states, i stay away from canada post. Too many custom hassles, seizures, etc. hope you have a positive outcome!

It certainly sounds very suspicious. I would def. assume the worst were I you.

If you got one of the packages, it could be that there was a mistake with the other address. (Reliable vendors are likely to be suspicious of stories like yours, cos buyers are constantly trying to scam them.) You should be able to tell whether the vendor is trying to scam you from their reaction to proof of the wrong delivery address.

Well your first mistake was using Nucleus. Nothing but scammers running that site.
