Silk Road Judge: I Won't Reveal Witnesses Because Ulbricht Could Have Them Killed | WIRED - In related news, Judge Forrest is being unduly influenced by the man that nominated her to the bench, one Senator Chuck Schumer. The charade continues!

Judge Forrest states that she is not in a position to ignore the murder for hire allegations, but if they are as yet unproven and uncharged on a federal level then - along with other rulings dismissing defense motions - it seems clear that she is not remaining impartial in this case. In more romantic terms, she's being a fucking twat.

That is the "plausibility standard" of pleading. Prosecutors must only make the facts plausible for the judge to rule on pretrial issues. No need for facts, just plausible allegations.

What is witness protection program?

There's definitely a snitch. One of the busted mods to get a better sentence or it's Curtis Green I'm betting. I mean who else could be a witness to testify against him?
