Edit: I just searched for him here on reddit and there are other reviewers who had the same experiences as me. Definitely think he should be avoided.
0/10 because I didn't receive a product and vendor didn't live up to his refund/reship policy without explanation.
I FE'd because he had good ratings and he offered free shipping if I did. The order was marked shipped on Aug 11th, and the listing said shipping was 3-7 business days for Canada to USA. By Aug 20 it hadn't shown up, so I messaged him. ferrisbueller asked me to give it more time. I waited until Aug 25 to message him again and he replied "give it time. your country can be odd at times. No reports for your order on this date. So it should arrive." Both of his replies were prompt, but it seemed strange because my country, USA, is usually reliable for Canadian orders in my experience. On Sept 1, I finally told him that there's no way it's going to arrive at this point and I asked for a reship or refund, even a partial one. On Sept 3 he just told me "Im not doing anything for this order." Didn't say anything else. I messaged him asking for an explanation but he hasn't responded for 5 days now, so I'm posting a review here (I gave him so much time waiting that the order expired so I can't leave feedback on Alphabay).
His refund policy is:
I will take into account the country, time frame, conversations, user behavior, and prior buying history in making a decision. In the event of a re-ship, the order MUST be FE'D before I mail out the parcel / letter. Re-ships are 50% to 100%, Refunds between 40% to 80%. Users with NO buying stats are NOT eligible for re-ships or refunds, unless I can personally recollect their username on a previous site.
I didn't message him too frequently, I was polite, and while my account doesn't have huge history, I've placed 18 orders and spent just over $600 (one time a vendor had to cancel an order because I made a mistake, but that'd be the only blemish on my buyer stats). What really bothered me enough to post a review is that he hasn't responded with any sort of explanation since I don't see how anything I did means I don't deserve a refund/reship. I don't know if he's selectively scamming or what, but I didn't think he had good vendor practices at least.
FerrisBueller ripped me off on a small order of weed to the UK recently. Their packages have never taken longer than 5 days to arrive for me. My most recent order was placed over a month ago and I've had nothing in the post.
When I messaged them, they said they'd get back to me, then just stopped responding. I sent them two polite messages - the last one just over a week ago, and they ignored it.
I noticed my order was marked as shipped on a Sunday evening which makes me think they didn't even send it.
