I was lucky enough to send money to dream just minutes before the "hardware failure" back september and it was never credited to my account. today i noticed that my "lost coins" have moved to another address just a few days ago. my red alert turned on.
ps tried contact with support several times. they only say they had a hardware failure and they did not decided about my case yet.
Cordially inform them not to worry about it that you've taken care of it for them i.e., that you've decided your case ... and the consensus decision was that you would like the fucking coins put into your account please and thanks.
