So I ordered on sunday, switched to shipped sunday night and I assume it went out monday morning. Tomorrow will be 5 days since i've ordered and I was expecting it today at the latest (he only ships 3 days a week mon, wed,friday). Now the thing that gets me is any order over a certain amount should be shipped priority according to the sales ad. Well i've sent 4 messages so far and haven't heard a word. Do you know how insulting it is to log on to check your messages, check the vendors page to find out they were on a few hours ago and ignored your message/updated some listings. I get it can take a bit to respond to messages but 4 days is unacceptable. I only wanted to know if I would expect it closer to wednesday or thursday and he can even keep the tracking just so I can make sure i'm home to grab it.
it seems a bit early to file a dispute, i'll give it until tomorrow and if it's not here then i'm not sure how to move forward with it.
UPDATE: zeltasgarden has been suspended from blackbank it looks like. Not sure what other markets he's on besides middle earth where someone just wrote it's been ten days and they haven't received their product.
Most of the lemon haze orders went out weds via priority mail. They were supposed to have been shipped Sunday/Monday.
The delays happened because we started listing pounds the first week of April. We didn't know how much demand there would be, having never listed full pounds before.
Around April 20th, tons of people ordered, more than we expected, depleting our stock, causing the delays.
Now that we have an idea of what the demand is, we are stocking according, to ensure there will be no delays in the future.

It's really annoying that blackbank would suspend my account over a small order delay.
Regarding complaints about slow email response, I normally respond within 24 hours, but if the server is running slow and it takes 3 minutes to load and send an email (blackbank specifically) and I have 100 messages in my box, then it's hard to respond within 24 hours sometimes. Customers don't seem to understand this issue and often freak if they're not responded to within 24 hours.
