2 address from same "Seed" in electrum, can they be correlated?

This is old news. Ive always wondered why people always said "never use the same address to receive bitcoins." You can use a million different addresses, if its from the same wallet, its pointless.

Not really sure about the seed bit. However when you connect to an electrum server it will learn all addresses in your wallet so they can be correlated. Electrum is not good for privacy. Tails insulates you because it uses circuit isolation, meaning you are not connecting to sigaint using the same circuit you use for electrum so these activities are not trivially linked.

Simple solution: Make more than one wallet, keep clean and dirty wallets seperate.
