These two the same person? Xanax King busted twice?

Are these two the same person? Look at the year that the article was posted and his age. They all add up. Was he busted before for marijuana? He must have some good lawyer or something to be doing this again but with Xanax.

Is this in ca? Having an unleashed dog is a more serious crime than growing pot in ca

It is the same. Check out his facebook acct (just google jeremy donagal, first result). Martinez and Walnut Creek. Looking at the one visible post I'm surprised he lasted as long as he did, he doesn't seem particularly intelligent, but then again he's the one making hundreds of thousands, not me.

"Both cases were resolved through negotiation. Donagal pleaded no contest to maintaining a place for the storage and distribution of a controlled substance. (Health & Saf. Code, § 11366.5, subd. (a).) Hood pleaded no contest to the same charge and to an additional charge of driving under the influence. (Veh. Code, § 23152, subd. (a).) In exchange, other counts and allegations were dismissed.

Subsequently, the court suspended the imposition of sentence and placed Donagal and Hood on probation."

he probably set himself up with some clean money to pay a good lawyer before he started. i would have thought he would have quit after the first time though

Good $ = good lawyer = no time spent. Not sure if it's him tho. Look @ ages & times of that case & this one - if age lines up then it prob is
