Is anyone familiar with ordering multiple amazon packages in a day?

I'll be moving soon and before I do an DNM purchases I was gonna test the waters and just order some posters for my room from amazon. If I place an order on a poster confirm it then go and buy another one in a separate order, will they package the two together or will they separate them so I would be receiving multiple packages?

If all items sold by Amazon, not a reseller under Amazon..

The items are shipped together if more efficient, else separate

Not that I mind you asking here, but wouldn't it be better asking customer support?

Seperate since you're paying for shipping twice. Not sure what happens if you have prime though. Also, if it's something they don't have in their warehouse it will have to be shipped seperately anyways.

On one of my wifes shopping binges at Amazons she recieved 3 seperate packages from them on the same day.

I get packages all the time, sometimes 4-5 in one day. You're good.

Depends, sometimes they combine them, and sometimes they don't. You won't really know until they ship them and you get tracking info. It all depends on if the two items you order are in the same warehouse at the same time.

Use eBay. It would probably be a lot more accurate in your experiment.

Amazon sends my packs via UPS while dnm packs come USPS. The mailman never sees your Amazon stuff.
