If SR2 was a restaurant, it wouldn't have any Mitchellin stars.

It would be the Hard Rock Cafe, full of teenage tourists who headed for the only place with a name they recognize.

The Slk Road franchise has the best name rewcognition, but has been a complete disaster. It makes as much sense as sailing on Titanic 3, with no lifeboats, when other markets have multisig lifeboats. DPR is well-regarded because he's the only one who didn't rob us and actually cracked down on scam vendors. But we lost our money to the FBI AND people got arrested.

After sheepmarketplace (which in spite of everything, was a better, faster website), my heart sank when we joined SR2. It had that same look, like having to go back to work in an office you hated, but with a worse boss.

I go back occasionally to see if Defcon has given me back the money he stole. Its feels like swimming through a once-great ocean liner. I surface in the airpocket of our old vendor page, and always find its full of emails from idiots just dieing to pay 5% for the only marketplace that can't even trust itself with an escrow, and where the admins are scared to login.

Its upsetting to know that there are now two classes of darkmarket customers:- 1) the ones who know what they're doing:- Get their headlines from DeepDotWeb, their news from Reddit, can spot a scam vendor from his obsession with stealth and refund policy instead of drugs, and can get their bitcoins in an hour.

2.) Drug tourists who've only heard of Silk Road, and thrust dollars at photos of drugs oln the only marketplace where EVERYONE HAS TO FE, there is no adult supervision, and the next big calamaity is way overdue.
