How To Avoid A Controlled Delivery

It's been a while since this has been posted, so I figured I'd re-post so the community could see

I am going to show you how you can legally accept any drug package even if it is compromised or contains a large amount of illegal drugs. My source is the 400 page book "Drug Interdiction: Partnerships, Legal Principles, and Investigative Methodologies for Law Enforcement" written by two career sheriffs with the help of prosecutors, law professors, and other law enforcement for the purpose of educating law enforcement personnel and prosecutors. First lets take an excerpt from Chapter 10 "Drug Parcel Systems". I am bolding important parts.

"Parcel systems -private, commercial, or the U.S. Postal Service - are extremely popular for the transportation of narcotics among drug traffickers. Drug traffickers and drug trafficking organizations have used this method of transportation for a number of years. The transportation of narcotics using various parcel systems has been exploited, and it continues to be a popular method of transportation, because it is relatively safe and inexpensive. These parcel systems are occasionally monitored by law enforcement, but in most cases, not enough. This type of investigation is difficult to prove and takes extensive investigative effort. This chapter will outline and provide an introduction to parcel investigations as an investigative tool. Parcel task force groups will be explained in detail along with their role in the investigation of organizations using parcel systems. Parcel facilities will be described, as well as instructions for training parcel staff in the detection of individuals using commercial package locations to ship narcotics. Commercial staff will be trained in the behavior and characteristics of criminal activity displayed by traffickers while using the parcel system to facilitate the drug trade. Investigative techniques such as controlled deliveries and the use of tracking devices will be discussed in detail."

The golden rule, don't admit to anything and do not tell lies that can be proven wrong. Telling easily proven lies is pretty much as good as an admission of guilt. Also it takes a pretty string individual to remain calm when they are in those situations.

There's a police officer some where in Quebec that has no idea she once pulled over a polite young man for driving along at 4 in the morning (checking for cigarette smuggling) and then apologizing sincerely before letting him go........with the 17 kilograms of pure uncut cocaine straight from the Dominican in the trunk.

Being polite, staying calm and not lying unless completely necessary takes a massive amount of self control but it can also saves years of your freedom.

I couldn't sleep for 2 days after that because I swear it took me that long to relax from the incredible adrenaline rush that facing that much time in jail can give you.

I love watching first 48 hours....most people get arrested when they don't know how to keep their mouth shut.

[2 Points] None:

Never, ever, ever admit to the contents of a package during a CD. Never, ever, ever. Courts had ruled countless times that without an admission of knowledge of the contents the prosecution has no case!

What often goes unmentioned is to never ever ever deny anything. Yes, don't deny anything. Which is to say "don't say anything" Don't answer a question - within reason

Never say "I don't know" - that implies there is something to know. "I didn't do it" - something must have happened and someone must have done it - and it sounds like you have some knowledge, etc

Source: a buddy with a condo in Aspen paid by people saying things like "those drugs aren't mine!" In his words "85% of my income comes from people who couldn't keep their mouths shut before they were arrested"
