LARGE international bulk order held in USA customs for 7+ days now...what to expect/next action?

An associate of mine (We shall refer to him as "D") has a very large international bulk order ($5k+) that has arrived in the USA and has been in customs for over a week according to packagemapping.com. I know that sometimes USPS.com has more detail than packagemapping.com, but D does not want to risk checking USPS.com through TOR for the POSSIBILITY of any further details at the risk of being flagged.

What are the chances that it has been seized being in customs for that long? There is a possibility tracking is just severely delayed, but I find that to be very unlikely. D's drop owner is getting very nervous at this point. If things go bad and they are raided/are given a CD there is a 99% probability they will give up D's info as they know where D lives. If this happens, how would things proceed? Would they likely try another CD at D's house? Or would they just head right over with a warrant? Would there be some delay to interrogate the owners of the drop and investigate/gather surveillance on D first? The package is being sent to the drop, but still has D's name on it. D ordered a few things and had some junk mail sent there in advance to make it appear as though he lives there.

I would like to hear advice particularly from anyone who has actually had this happen to them, or anyone with links to examples of this exact scenario.

Bpth D and the owner of the drop have already cleaned house as a precaution, bt if there is anything else that can be done, I would like to hear it.

Thank you.

Let's say I know someone who had a similar situation take place. That said person ordered a kilo of mdma that was sent in 4 packs, first two sent I've day the following 2 send the next day. After a week tracking is checked and only 2 packs show up on tracking. The next day the first 2 packs show up. The following week the next pack shows up even though tracking did not work. The 4th pack was mysteriously lost and had invalid tracking but showed up after 3 weeks. A whole 3 weeks after the first one came. I was convinced a CD was going to take place but it all worked out...

7 days in ISC or 7 days total so far from when marked shipped. Not enough time yet for panic mode, but I hope you learned your lesson. It could be a costly fuck up

I've had overseas shipments held in customs for up to 2 weeks and they eventually arrived. There doesn't seem to be any consistency to the process. You don't need to panic quite yet (easier said then done), but cleaning house was a good precaution
