So I come to ask if anyone else has experienced any "weird" PGP issues with Elisa-Yamaha? Recently I attempted placing an order for some MXE, as they had good reviews and I am a lover of the chem. I was hoping it would go through just fine and that within a week or two I could be enjoying this magical substance. Fast forward to the next day however and I have an order cancellation notice with notes stating that they were unable to decrypt my PGP message. I thought well, maybe I had made a mistake, and went through the process again. This time I made absolutely sure I was using the right encryption address and the right recipient address, and tried again. They were already lower on stock than they had been the previous order but I still had hope. Fast forward to today, and bam, another order cancellation with a similar claim of inability to decrypt the PGP key. I know for a fact I used the proper encrypting and receiving addresses, and sent both to the vendor from a copy/paste with all elements of the message and key present. I even decrypted the message myself using the sender key and it worked fine. Every other vendor on every other market and in every other situation, has not had the first issue with decrypting my PGP key. So I find it very odd that Elisa-Yamaha is inexplicably unable to decrypt my message. What's most disheartening about it now is that they are now completely sold out of MXE and I have no way to get it now, unless les miracles happen and my go-to for it comes back from vacation before some market crash or some other unforeseen shitpile. So before I write this off as just another shitty DNM experience I am curious, has anyone else here experienced similar issues with this vendor? Does anyone have any idea what could have caused this problem?
Did you double check to make sure you had the correct public key for the private key you used to encrypt? I know I've messed that up before.
