SO i did a DD with a Flavourstop and obviously had to FE. They tell me it will be shipped on the last week of november. 2 weeks go by and no pack, so i message the vendor looking for tracking or info on my pack. It takes them another 2 weeks to finally answer my e-mail telling me "oh woops we forgot to send it". Needless to say I'm pretty pissed and am trying to get a refund or some type of compensation for this shit service. Hopefully it doesn't take another 2-4 weeks to get a response.
Just wanted to post this because I've never seen any bad reviews on them and the vendor always claims they have NO problems and wanted to make things clear, ain't nobody perfect.
Hope everyone else has a better Christmas then mine.
Update: so after 7 weeks my pack finally landed. It did have extra, but it was just equivalent to what my coin was worth when my pack was finally shipped. Also they told me it would be sent express and it wasn't. Hey, atleast i got something i guess
this is such a bummer to hear. youre not the first person i heard this exact situation from, either. combine this with their poor quality results and i think were seeing a vendors decline in real time. They have never given us any reason to think they are unprofessional, but when quality begins to slip, its time to become hyper aware to every other nefarious possibility.
