I'm looking for an opiate like U47700 that won't show up on a TtC screen. I'M NOT SOURCING!!!
Does a Fentanyl analogue show up on a drug test as opiates?

I dont think so. Depends on the drug test. I've taken a drug test while actually currently high on vicodin and i know those dont come up. Thought it was weird and did some research and found out the drug test i was given only looks for morphine/heroin/codeine basically....the natural-ish opiates. The synthetics are opioids technically, which werent tested for. I had a prescription so i didnt give a fuck, but, they had no way of knowing that.
Cant say for fentanyl.

What the context of your tox screen? Employment? Pain management? Is it an assay or being sent off for GC/MS analysis? GC/MS can detect just about anything within the substance's detection window. Synthetic opiates generally don't trigger the OPI screen on an assay for instance - iirc the OPI screens are for codeine and morphine and its metabolites. Even semi-synthetic opiates such as Norco might not trigger a traditional opiate panel - unless semi-synthetics are also specifically looked at. However, I believe sometimes large doses of Norco can trigger it b/c Norco metabolizes into hydromorphone (dialaudid) - hydromorphone is also a metabolite of morphine, which will trigger a traditional opiate panel.

Depends which analogue. Fentanyl doesn't show on a normal hospital tox screen. Acrylfentanyl has shown false positives for fent.
Being in pain management my tests get sent off for blood levels.
If they test for fent, which is not common, some analogues do.

It will not show up as an opiate on a urine screen. There is a seperate reagent for Fent, so they would have to test for it specifically. (Source) Work for a drug testing company

I am telling you with confidence that what you are reading is marketing material. The standard opiates assays will all detect hydrocodone, codeine, and morphine.

Depends on the test. Suboxone doesn't show on a lot of cups.

Not even regular fentanyl is tested for on most piss tests.

My brother works in drug testing and he said they added Fentanyl to what they test for, and there's a good chance that the analogs would show positive too
You should ask over on r/opiates
