Different shipping methods?

I just am curious on learning more about the different shipping methods within USPS and why some are more preferred than others. I have always heard "Overnight shipping is sketchy" and everyone prefers to not overnight packages. I have heard this through whole darknet experiences dating back to over three years ago. I'm still confused on the logistics of each different shipping method. My only question to this is where can I see a explanation or description to what actually takes place that makes this method worse than others? I was always under the impression that regular mail from USPS would be the best option (minus the no tracking), due to the fact that you could drop your package in any USPS bin in your location. This imo is the best way because you physically never have to go into the post office with your package (containing whatever illegal substance) and precede to give it to a employee for it to be shipped. If everyone could give me their opinion or share some of their insights / knowledge on the subject it would be greatly appreciated.

When you ship overnight the package has higher visibility on all fronts. It's easier for LE to set up a vendor if they do a purchase when a vendor is under surveillance. Overnight packages are usually reserved for business and documents etc, why does John Doe have an express envelope or box coming to his house etc etc.

Choose priority. If you need to order using express then keep the order smaller. The idea is to stay under the radar!

Look up profiling of express packages, I personally know it's higher risk.
