telnet DNM sites

while sort of impractical, i think itd be cool to see a telnet DNM or two out there. grant ASCII grpahics of nugs might not be very representative, but the whole telnet site thing is just so retro, so cool to me.

if i'm gonna be honest, i ran the baddest BBS back in my day. we were the first to 1200 baud, and then we got a 2400 baud. god damn, between that and phreaking we were shit (also pimply faced, d&d loving, single nerds).

you were lucky if you could log into our BBS is was so busy.

c64 FTW!!! SKATE or DIE!!!

but seriously, would this be possible?

for a list of fun telnet sites (like full length start wars in ASCII) http://mewbies.com/acute_terminal_fun_telnet_public_servers_watch_star_wars_play_games_etc.htm

I would think opening up that kind of connection between yourself and an entirely unknown entity would be fraught with peril.

A retro .onion DNM that emulated the look, feel, and that wonderful screeching sound that let you know you finally made it in might be cool though.😀
