So I held off on posting this for a little while because I wanted to see if Foxy was going to make right on what happened, but since that's pretty clearly not going to happen, I feel obligated to detail my experience.
I placed an order for 4, 2 pairs of Air Yeezys and 2 pairs of raybans, totaling about 300 dollars with Foxy on 03/01. I want to point out from the start that Foxy ships from China, and her only shipping option is express, which costs 30 dollars. So bear in mind throughout this review that I paid 100 dollars for express shipping on 300 dollars worth of merchandise.
I placed the order on Silk Road (cue shitstorm), and sent a message immediately following the order asking her a question. I received no reply, and the order remained unfilled for several days. After 3 days, I messaged her again, asking if she was planning on shipping the order or not, and received no reply, so I cancelled my order. Almost immediately, she sent me a PM saying she had already shipped my order, and that I needed to reorder or she would tell the post office to hold the package. I placed my order again (this was on 03/04), and eventually, on 03/08, the order was marked as shipped.
On the 13th I messaged her asking about the status of my package, since her timetable for shipping says EMS takes one week, and she claimed the package was already in the mail on the 4th. She messaged me back, telling me that there were delays in the Chinese postal system because of Malaysian air crash(I actually laughed at this), and gave me a tracking number. The tracking number indicated the package had been dropped off at the post office on the 11th, 11 fucking days after I placed my order. But at this point, I pretty much just wanted my shit, so I didn't say anything.
Eventually, 17 days after I placed my order, my package arrived. The box looked like it had been beaten with a sledgehammer, and I had to sign for it. The actual packing job was sloppy to the point that the sunglasses had been jammed into the shoeboxes, and both pairs were slightly bent in transit.
As far as the shoes themselves, I can't express my disappointment. If you don't know what Air Yeezys are, they're shoes that are most identifiable by the fact that the soles glow in the dark. Foxy's item description explicitly stated that her replicas also had glowing soles. However, one of the pairs I received not only didn't have soles that glowed, but they were the wrong size. The other pair had soles that glowed very slightly, but looked like they were going to fall apart right out of the box, and didn't survive being worn for more than 1 day before one of the aglets came off. Ordinarily a lost aglet wouldn't be a problem, but since the aglets on the Yeezy's are metal and screw on, it's not as though I can just pop down to Foot Locker and grab a new lace.
Admittedly, when messaging Foxy after receiving the package, I was not as respectful as I could have been. After being jerked around for 17 days, finding out that I had paid 300 dollars for a box of fuckall left me pretty fucking angry. Basically said that I was extremely fucking disappointed, but that I would prefer to work out some kind of refund or arrangement as opposed to leaving negative feedback. I outlined the issues I had with the items, and said that I believed I deserved at least some sort of partial restitution. Foxy completely ignored my messages.
Foxy added some note to her profile about "not responding to blackmail," which I can only assume was directed at me. Maybe the language barrier caused her to misunderstand me, because at no point did I tell her she should give me my money back so that I didn't leave her negative feedback. I told her she should give me my money back because her products were garbage, and told her I'd wait to see if we could work something out before leaving negative feedback. I understand you get what you pay for, and I wasn't expecting the items I got to be perfect. However, I don't think it's out of the question to expect honesty. If I'm being forced to pay a hundred dollars for express shipping, it shouldn't take over 2 weeks to arrive, and the packaging shouldn't be sloppy. If a vendor says that an item does something, it should do it.
Anyway, that's my long-ass review/rant. Maybe some of you have had positive experienced with Foxy, but I can honestly say I haven't had an experience this bad since GoingPostal ripped me off. I would advise everyone to order with extreme caution
Just realized how long this ended up being...
TL;DR FoxyGirl sucks and took 17 days to ship me a box of garbage, then accused me of blackmail
