[OPSEC/Computer] TAILS, the laptop and the nightmare.

Jail sucks, I don't want to spend the rest of my miserable life in jail.
I just woke up now from a nightmare that i saw myself in a jail and they sent a freaking creature to torture me all the time. It was dark and has no sign of life..

That was creepy, it's because i was dreaming a flashback of all what i did in darknet and the OPSEC i performed..
I remembered that i did a mistake, it was using TAILS but from my home and my ISP that is purhased in my name. TAILS was enabled and i did my freaking ativity with it.

Here is the question that my paranoid self is asking the whole night:
- I have a very old laptop without harddrive, the webam is manualy hidden with Adhesive tape, i don't use my fingerprints and if i use it i always wipe it with cloth and pure alcohol, i never used it in my house, i always go to a public WiFi and use it for atmost two hours no more. I would be preparing the tasks i will do before i go so i finish it fast.
Sometime, i used tails when i was at home, i was afraid if Tails is somehow backdoored from U.S. department of defence or FBI geniuses, a badass backdoor (they can do it!) or that old laptop is somehow backdoored in the ROM .. Or TOR is cracked or my bad fucking luck "as always" will meet an exit node that is Controlled by feds.
I do not live in USA, i am somewhere else very far.

Tell me guys the mistake i've done, can fuk me in the butt ?
I don't do a normal transactions in the darknet, i am the owner of some special DNM .. i'm afraid guys. I always flashback my actions even i dream in it sometimes.

Tell me the truth

You are too paranoid for these activities. Also, meth is for fun, not wiping fingerprints.

You are either a very amusing troll or a person who needs to reduce their meth intake by 100%.

If you're not willing to go to prison you shouldn't be involved in anything like this. Its just part of the system of criminal activity. No criminal with half a brain thinks they'll never get caught. Sure it happens, like with frank matthews back in the seventies who got out, but its not a great assumption to operate under. And given the present environment it would probably be better to sell in real life for awhile anyway. But if you do the same thing the same way for long enough you'll put yourself in some bad situations. Or just take a break for awhile. Least that way youre only up against local le for the most part. And worrying does nothing. Do what you can to protect yourself. That's all you can do. But seriously if you can't deal with the idea of serving time just get out.

Edit: why would you even make this claim on a public forum anyway. Especially if you're in America. I'm not the most tech savy person but it seems careless. But what do I know. Just keep in mind that unless you have a cartel, or pharmaceutical company most illegal operations have a life span of three to five years. Like even if you make it that long its better to just quit and move onto something else. At that point even if you're not caught odds are someone associated with some le agency has noticed.

Using Tails on your home connection is fine. Your ISP will see that you're connecting to Tor, but they can't see what you're doing while on the network. Your IP will be totally different than the one your ISP provisions you.

Tails is a FOSS operating system. This means the code is open source, and available for anyone to read or modify for their own purposes. It would make any backdoor nearly impossible to hide due to the amount of auditing Tails gets as a privacy-first OS.

A hardware backdoor is a possibility, but the chances of it being there or even being used are slim-to-none. If you're really worried about that you can look into what laptops Richard Stallman uses.

You run a market but you're only logged in for about two hours a day? I find that hard to believe. Not that I have any experience running a market, I just assumed that you would have to put some work in.

You're going to federal pound me in the ass prison.
