Deep Dark Web Weapons Stores SCAMS and likely SCAMS - Be Warned!

There are a number of sites out in the Deep Dark Web claiming to be selling weapons to anyone anywhere in the world.

BE WARNED that these are scam sites.

Some are confirmed scams, others have patterns which suggest that they have to also be scams.

This goes for:

dgoega4kbhnp53o7.onion.lt - BLACK MARKET

armoryx7kvdq3jds.onion.lt - THE ARMORY

5zkfuvtrpotg2nzd.onion.lt - EXECUTIVE OUTCOMES

armsmhmd4c3hb5xu.onion.lt - BMGUNS

DO NOT make purchases from these sites.

Most likely the same fraudsters on all sites.

And they all seem to have a hard-on for using Safemail email addresses.

You have been warned!

If you order firearms off darknet, you deserve to get scammed.

At the very least, I would think someone would have a full-auto sear, (looks like something that would sit on a circuit board - very inconspicuous) but nope.

[2 Points] darknetsolutions:

Let's tackle this in order.

First, you are 100% correct. Nearly all of arms dealers are scams, however notice I said nearly. There are a select few that have market accounts and don't require FE that are considered by some to be legitimate. This is arms trade though, so be careful and do your research no matter how highly a vendor comes.

This is true.
While there are a select few that are no longer with us (BMR/SR days) it is possible. EuroGuns is a good example from BMR 1, he could deliver anywhere in EU, NA, SA, AS, and AU. The only place he didn't deliver to is most of Africa, and he was on BMR2 until it shut down.

The basic fact is that the larger the distribution capability, the larger the team must be at the very beginning in most cases.

Correct. While I only post these as loose references, some of the following wiki's have the scam's / verified vendors. Notice though that many have the same vendors but label them differently, so at least 1 of the wiki's in controlled by a vendor.

True on all to most. Let's tackle them one by one.
Before we do though, when you say they are the same, I'd reconsider. While entirely possible, the fact that so many different tactics are used (but only 1 per site) to justify or rationalize their sales on each site makes me think that they are all different scammers capitalizing on a very popular market item.

dgoega4kbhnp53o7.onion.lt - BLACK MARKET

Ah yes, not as long running as the site footer makes you suggest but this one is a simple ploy that relies on the users not actually reading everything. In the footer of the site you'll find this:

Copyright © 2001 - 2014, Black Market. all right reserved. Black Market Entertainment Enterprises Limited, Worldwide. This supply have worldwide bases.

Notice "Black Market Entertainment Enterprises Limited, Worldwide." - while this isn't actually a registered company, it provides them a way to simply state "oh, we don't actually sell guns, this is just for entertainment".
When inquired about, the response was as follows:
"That's for legal purposes only. We are not an entertainment company, we sell guns".

armoryx7kvdq3jds.onion.lt - THE ARMORY

Possible scammers.
While /r/darknetmarkets has them labeled as a scam, reading over the reviews that it is based on the OP is hostile towards moderators (in a conversation that spans 3 months, ending only a month ago)and refuses to provide any evidence as asked.

/u/Vm4vf is the OP that claims to have a order that never arrived, however when asked to provide proof for the fact states:
What more needs to be said ? They completely vanished into thin air shortly after i posted this. The final outcome is laid out in the OP update. I fail to see what i should have contacted you (or any other mod) about. This is my last time logging into this account.

While this was used as proof to put them on the scam list, IMO the OP never provided reasonable evidence and being hostile/refusing to provide anything is more suspicious.

In this thread we find a user that is using multiple accounts to attempt to leverage a refund from a non-existing order, and is caught as he comments with the wrong account.

And lastly, because I've had to personally deal with him, we have the vendor Turtle Time. Most people that's been on /r/darknetmarkets for 3-5 months should know him, but if you don't he was an extremely rude cannabis vendor that hated Zionists and targeted seemingly random vendors. In this case, he was caught using multiple alt accounts to leave negative reviews not just for the armory, but for around 8 other vendors. His account (/u/trevorwormsley, /u/turtletime) are banned along with his sub (/r/turtletime).

Contrary to a few other threads, this user is one of the only ones with positive reviews left on here. There are only two I consider valid, as these are the only ones that have mods of the sub vouching that the user is not a shill, and a long standing member of the community.

HOWEVER there are several users that have reported the same issue - lack of response for the escrow service BitSec. While the site is down, it appears that users did have their funds stolen and many blamed The Armory, others blamed BitSec. As I never engaged in a transactions with the Armory I cannot say for sure, but from their site it seems that they offer the users a selection.
If this is the case, then I find it hard to believe they control enough escrows to be a scam, however if they make users choose a single escrow then it seems like they are most definitely a scam.

Tread carefully with this vendor, and make sure they actually offer a selection of escrows, not just a single one.

5zkfuvtrpotg2nzd.onion.lt - EXECUTIVE OUTCOMES

The seemingly famous scammer that keeps on going. When the Armory was up (the SR project, not the vendor above) there was a vendor named Arms Depot. This guy literally took up over 50% of the listings on The Armory, and had a clever site that he would direct users to to actually purchase the gun (by offering lower prices). The site was a basic design, either custom or a cheap script for a store.

Just like EO, Arms Depot use the "40%/60%" method of upfront payment to trick the users into paying a portion of the total upfront.

BUT messages from Arms Depot and EO compared are quite different - for one, I've talked to nearly every vendor that has been scrutinized at some point, as I' do side work with listings, sites, programming, ect for many.
Arms Depot knew weapons. They were very intelligent, and while they were a scam they put on a very convincing facade. I was a mod of the Armory subforum for SR1, and I can say that they even had me convinced for a while (the forum, not the site).
EO has next to no knowledge of weapons. When asked about the choice of a 5.56 or .223 he provided a detailed explanation on how one was vastly better than the other (they are practically the same round, almost literally the same round). His grammar is different, and it doesn't seem like english is his first language.
Also, while Arms Depot would run you around the block according to past reviews, telling you shipping is delayed or they need more funds, EO simply sends users a taunting letter telling them how stupid they are and to be more careful on the darknet.

The site itself is an homage to the success of Arms Depots scam - to this day EO has kept the same exact html code in their shipping, details, and contact areas. Even the site itself is just a copy of the less appealing site used by Arms Depot (its OpenCart with all of Arms Depot's content copied/pasted).

This is a very good example of why you should at least message the vendor first, if they know nothing about the products they are selling then most likely they are a scam.

[1 Points] summore:

Lol. The Armory. They were hilarious and scammy.
