Never received package OR customs letter.

I placed an order on Evo in early December and long story short, it never came. I had to open a dispute and was eventually refunded 100% and was told by the vendor that if it arrived after that, I didn't need to worry about paying him. Cool.

However, it's been almost 2 weeks since the dispute was closed and I haven't received the package or a customs letter or anything to indicate it had been seized (this was in intl order). Now normally I would think this would mean I got scammed and the vendor never actually sent anything in the first place, but if that's the case, why would he refund me if he was scamming me? It just seems weird, is there some other possibility I'm just not seeing?

Postie stole it, sent to wrong address, lost in mail sorting, he didn't send it. Those are the only logical explanations.

It was on the airplane that went missing in the water; sorry buddy

Honestly, that shit just happens sometime.

It could be lost in the mail system, It could have been stolen, improperly addressed, or even seized. They don't always send out letters

I've had this happen once. Order never showed, so I opened dispute to extend AF. Vendor never responded to me until I opened the dispute, then he kept saying, should be there in a few days. Still never came, so funds were returned and all he said was "sorry."

I suspect he never sent anything, hoping I would just let it AF. Selective scamming maybe, because he was a highly reviewed vendor with a lot of deals.

What got me was no excuses or even a bit of worry on his part... just "sorry." If I was a vendor, and I knew I sent something that never arrived, I'd be a bit worried.

it happens. i've had several small international packs never arrive and never got a love letter related to them either. my guess is certain things are small enough that it's not even worth their time to print out a love letter and they just take the stuff and dispose of it and everybody goes on their way.

I am going through the same... my package was marked "deliver" but never came
