[Complaint/Warning] Nucleus supports scamming

So this is really just a followup to this post a week ago. I guess Nucleus supports vendor exit scamming, because 7 days later this guy is still allowed to have FE listings up. Take one glance at the forums to get an idea about how long this guy has been allowed to operate with no admin intervention.

I think its unfair to say they support scamming just through inaction.

Maybe the place is run by one teenage programmer and there is no admin, or no English -speaking admins.

Maybe the owner is dead or in jail, but the marketplace is still happily running on its server.

Drug users hate silence, and sometimes replace it with accusations of bad intentjust to fill the void.

You can't read somebody's mind from their silence. There may be nobody there. It may be a computer. They could be asleep, or just about to get laid. Willing scammers on, or trying to patch a security error that usheep is sounding him out about, walking the blurred line between advising and blackmailing.

Does anyone remember if Cloud9 had this kind of scamming problem in the beginning? They didn't require a vendor bond, so if they had serious issues with scammers, than the free startup is the answer. If not, than this is isolated to a poorly ran market with potential corrupted admin.

Agora aren't completely innocent either- they've basically ignored me for months even though I can prove the vendor never sent my gear.

They did ban someone who scammed me. That being said, scam vendors are all over Nucleus. Beware.
