Orders not arriving

I placed an order from an reputable vendor on BB that didn´t arrive. After 3 weeks I contacted the vendor who offered me a reship. The problem is that this reship has also gone missing for about 2 weeks now. Shipping was from one EU country to another, so it should take 4-5 days at the most. The money is still in escrow so what should I do next? Is it any point to dispute the order when seller claims that he gave me a reship?

4-5 days at the most?? how high are you.

it's 50/50 at best for the 3-5 working days quoted for most EU to EU.

that goes out the window if one of the country's has a national holiday, strike, fuel crisis or bad weather. but you haven't said which countries. because you've convinced yourself customs have seized it. which they haven't. because you don't have a seizure notice. and because customs rarely seize anything EU to EU without a big hoo-ha about it.

I'd look at your order in relation to his average order size. was yours large by comparison? does he have a couple of weeks of "fe will update"? has the product you ordered disappeared from his stock list? Is he a reseller or manufacturer?

you can easily work out the most likely cause. what did the vendor say when you mentioned the first one? provide some kind of explanation of what may have happened? or just instantly say he'd reship?

Tell him to provide proof of tracking. If he can't, file a dispute, he'll lose more than likely if he can't prove that he shipped something that has a TN attached.

If there was no TN, it'd depend on his other recent reviews/disputes.

I can´t stand the uncertainty not knowing if I have been scammed (unlikely, as vendor is reputable and money still in escrow), if it has been intercepted in the country it was sent from or if customs in my country has gotten hold of it twice!
