Alphabay Dispute, how long?

Holy moly guacamolly, usually how long does it takes to dispute for the alphabay staff to resolve? I've had a dispute back in late Dec, had 2 diff mod and it's still not resolved. Vendor and I both are ok with the fund being release back to me but it's been 2 weeks and the order is still in dispute. Wtf?

yeah, that's definitely unusual. especally if both parties agree on the same outcome. I mean, i would put it at 24-48 hours. can you click on the staff member and see if they have been logging in?

who is the moderator? i had a dispute recently where desnake was the moderator, i didnt hear from dude ONCE. I suspect he took some vacation time and the website is coded so badly that it sends him disputes when hes in belize or something. fuck, hope hes OK and enjoyed his holidays LMAO. However, me and the buyer worked shit out and didnt need a moderator so i didnt worry about it. It really reminded me of the old days back in 2015 when alphabay was a lot shittier and more understaffed than it is now..

i had another recent dispute with disc0 as mod, that dude was fast and was professional as fuck. i offered the buyer a partial refund and he accepted, and therefore the moderator was needed to issue the refund.....he settled it so fast i might as well have clicked a button to close the dispute myself.

Add disc0 to the conversation and ask him if he'll help you out. But, that guy could have started a vacation or something for all i know.

Anyway, alphabay's dispute system isn't the best, but the ability to add random ass people to any message can be taken advantage of to fix shit like this. I have never had to actually fight a customer in a dispute so far, we always manage to come to a solution ourselves, except for this one dude that dissapeared during the dispute which therefore won me a default judgement......and he later showed up and apologized and told me he got his product, anyway.

When in doubt just send trappy a message on the market.

I used to shit talk alphabay for their disputes being worthless a while back, and i even stopped vending there for quite a while over it, but they've made vast improvements in that area since then.

Additionally, if the vendor doesnt respond to the dispute and it's elgible to be closed in your favor, you need to tell the moderator or the thread will be buried in their inbox and they wont notice.

Finally, keep your vendor informed. Open the dispute, send him a message and tell him whats going on and what you want. If the vendor fucks you, name and shame on here dammit. Buyers who open disputes with zero communication are elgible for inclusion in my blacklist, and i'm sure other vendors do that as well. Thankfully most people i deal with are cool
