weighted listings - market suggestion

How:

what market will maybe implement this first?

Gammagoblin's personal site does this shit, and it is literally my most favorite thing ever. You just pick the particular tab type and up pops a big list showing the different quantities, prices, and calculated bulk discount. You can even input a custom number and the discount will automatically apply. Tis the future.

I have other very good ideas, none-patent -__-

Or even a search function to search by weight to find the best offers. At the moment I have to click Ecstacy > mdma > then scroll through until I find the first 10g/25g listings. Which a few times I've missed out on better deals. Search functions are generally useless on DNMs

I've always wondered why no markets have that feature myself

We have this feature on HANSA Market to avoid cluttering up the categories with almost identical listings from the same vendor. We call it "listing groups". You can still search these listings, filter them and order them by price and still have them grouped.

This feature is turned on by default but you can turn it off in your account settings.

I forget which market used to do this....one did.....and it was very cool. Cut down on clutter a lot

Most markets won't do this because everyone judges size by number of listings. If anything every market is doing what they can to make it seem like they have more listings than they do, like counting listings of vendors on vacation or items that have no stock.

That would make it way harder to sort and search by price

I think it's safe to bet Alphabay would implement before Nucleus, Agora probably will sit over the same features until a large overhaul (maybe they're already doing it, since it's 'beta')
