A red or blue powdered drug called 'tutsi' in Colombia?

I am traveling to Cartagena with some friends soon. I have been talking with a local guy who runs a few companies down there.

We have inquired with him about buying cocaine down there ($7/g FYI). While we were talking about this he said that all of the girls down there are all into something called 'tutsi'. It comes in both pink and blue powder forms.

He says this stuff is around $45/gram. I asked what it was and he said he wasn't really sure since he doesn't do drugs but that he would ask the guy that sells it.

I figured I'd come ask you folks while I waited.

Any ideas?

I am very confused by this quote:

"Pink cocaine has gained popularity despite the fact it costs up to $75 (USD) per dose, compared to $5 (USD) for a gram of ordinary cocaine."

So down there coca is $5 usd/g and 2cb is $75 usd/30 mg??

You really cannot trust a dealer who has not tried his own product. Throw that garbage away OP.
