Bitcoin Tumbler Necessary?

Hello, I'm about to make my first purchase on Agora but I am wondering if not using a blender is a huge security risk?

Right now I was planning to send bitcoins from my clearnet Coinbase account, to a blockchain account on the darknet, and then to Agora.

Would this be easily traceable back to my coinbase?

I initially had no problem with a tumbler but A) they take a 1-3% commission and B) I need to place my order on Agora today, I can't wait for the tumbling service to confirm my coins.

If I do really need to use a tumbler, can someone recommend a tumbler that can tumble my coins and let my withdraw by the end of the day today?

Thanks

Yes, it can EASILY be traced back if LE decides to. To take precautions, I would. Coinbase to Blender to TailsWallet(Electrum for example) to Agora wallet. I don't care if I order a super small amount to test, I'd still want that protection.

Yes it is easily traced back to a dirty wallet. There is a clear connection any joe shmoe can see on blockchain.

Tumbling takes a total of an hour from when you click send to the tumbler from when the coins hit your DNM fi you use helix light. No registration necessary, and you get a dedicated status page.

Its all automatic and fast, you see the coins get confirmed as they come into the tumbler and as they exit. It takes like 20 minutes to tumble the rest is waiting for ocnfirmations.

Bitcoinfog can take 8 hours or more. I never use it.

The only way tumbling is necessary is if you're dealing in hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars worth of coins. Anyone else using a tumbler is wasting time and money. You're simply allowing paranoia and complete ignorance of the law to influence your decisions.

LE doesn't need a money trail to prove possession. I have no idea why so many thousands of idiots think that a bitcoin trail will ever be relevant or consequential in a drug possession charge. A DA has to prove that you knowingly possessed drugs. They don't give a fuck how you paid for them and they won't spend 5 minutes even caring.

I'd do it today using Grams as they are offering a 50% discount on all transactions.

Easily traceable? Yes. It's called taint analysis, won't claim to be an expert but I'm fairly sure I've worked out how to detect if my bitcoins lead back to me. How they trace that you've used a DNM to buy drugs? Probably unlikely unless you're buying a fuckton or selling. Fact is, if you're caught, they'll probably catch a package(possibly profiled), send a love letter or do a controlled delivery and then possibly do you for possession, maybe intent to distribute. They don't really need much more to prosecute you. That being said, better safe than sorry.

I didn't, but my orders are all very small, like <$50. It's all for personal use, and I can't see any reason they'd want to track me.

Having said that, it's good practice and I'm just being lazy.

I do Coinbase to offline wallet to tumbler to DNMs.

I have said fuck it and went Coinbase to DNM if the vendor is about to sell out but I create a new account on the DNM and use it for that transaction and that transaction only. Really probably won't cover my ass at all but makes me feel better.

Liek I said, I only do the latter when I see legit vendors doing 30% off sales or some shit which hasn't happened to me but 3-4 times.

[2 Points] ugmucz_throwaway:

Let's say that I transfer directly from my clearnet CoinBase wallet to my wallet on my DNM. After completing the transfer, I then generate a new address on my DNM account. Let's assume that the DNM is not keeping historical records of BTC addresses. In that case, is there a risk?

On the other hand, if the DNM is keeping historical records of BTC addresses, and if they get captured by law enforcement, then I'm boned. Which would be stupid, but there's a lot of stupidity in the world.

[-3 Points] ortho_:

Why the f do I constantly see these stupid threads,

Is PGP necessary?

Is Bitcoin tumbling necessary?

Is Tails necessary?

The answer is YES! Duh, wtf? The guides recommend it, so why would you ask?
