Canadianborder services seized 2cb from netherlands. any advice?

Hey there, a week or so ago I got a letter from the canadian border services saying they seized my package and wish to open it. They can't open it because it's under 30g. If they don't get their permission to open it it's going to canadapost apparently. I obviously don't plan on granting permission so what's the gameplan here?

just saw a post a week ago everyone telling someone he would be fine to order some personal use amounts of 2-cb from NL. I told him it's never "safe" but I got laughed out of the thread.

then this happens. Vindication.

Ignore customs. Deny any & all illegal activity through a lawyer. Don't use the same address to order again. Wipe your drives and reinstall OS unless you were using tails (then just wipe your USB stick).

Clean house.

Get rid of everything illegal in your house, download a program to COMPLETELY wipe your laptop, and lay low for awhile

I'm Canadian and I need to look into this more but if I'm not mistaken the Canadian government recently passed a law through which they can open packages under 30 grams of they suspect it's drugs because of the opioid crisis. I have to do more research but it's probably best for you to assume that they are opening it at the very least.

What makes you think they can't open it? I remember someone else saying this about something but I was under the impression they now could. It possibly be them trying to trick you into accepting the package. If they actually can't open the pack it wold indicate they most likely can't get a warrant to open it either.

Nothing you can do but clean house and wait. When it gets to Canada Post they will either deliver it to you or contact you again about it.

The good news is, Or hopefully anyway, Is that you used tor. That means it cannot be traced back to you. Deny any knowledge that you were receiving a package at all and obviously dont allow them to open it. They can arrest you for drugs being sent to your house but that doesn't matter. They need to prove to a Jury ( or judge, Not sure how canadian courts work ) that you ordered that package and was expecting it, Knowing what's inside of it. If they ask you could use an excuse like ( example ) ' I make youtube videos and my address it publicly open, Youtubers have a tendency to have unknown packages sent to their homes, but i've no idea what's in the package or who ordered it, but it certainly was not me ' But you'd need to prove you have a youtube channel but this was just a example, You need a excuse that's creative but realistic and believable. However, If you were careless and due to your incarelessness you left a crumb and they can prove you ordered it, You may as well admit to it and get a plea deal. But bottom Line, Deny all knowledge, if you used tor, They cannot trace it. And without proof you ordered anything, You won't be convicted of any crimes. But here in UK Police can arrest someone then have 48 hours to Find evidence to charge them, if canada is the same you'll get off easy. Wish you the best sir!

I'm not an expert on this and this is probably a day late and a buck short but you probably should stick to domestic orders.
