its not just the market to worry about... if you choose from the market superlist its more how you operate. its the vendor that usually will rip you off unless the market exit scams.exit scams are common for markets but by no means happen every day.
you need to choose a vendor whos reputable and does not require early finalizeation

From the feeling I'm getting from you, I'll give you one piece of advice. Everything on the HiddenWiki is a scam.

Drug Market.

Agora is by far the most trustworthy market, in spite of their somewhat frequent downtime. At least when they go down, we can be fairly confident that they will come back with our coins intact. I can't say the same about any other market right now.
They have been around the longest and have held more user money than all the other active markets combined. Plus they have proven to be capable of fighting back against major attacks/hack attempts.
As mentioned already, you must also make sure to deal with well-reviewed, trustworthy vendors. Look at the vendor's rating, reviews, and number of transactions before you make a purchase.
/r/DarkNetMarketsNoobs is a great place for help getting started.
Have fun, and stay safe.

Agora, but that's only my personal opinion. Do lots of research on the vendor of choice and try to remain in escrow.
