So I have a dispute ongoing with a vendor, I want my shipping charges refunded because he took 5 days to get an expedited order in the mail, thus negating the fact that I paid for expedited shipping. (2x the price the carrier charges) He had me pay for a service he didn't provide.
He said he will only refund it if I give him a 5/5. I hear things like this all of the time. What the fuck guys, if you fuck up, you can't strongarm your buyers into covering it up for you.
You know you can change feedback 6 weeks after an order, right? Get the refund, and then do what you feel is an honest rating for him.
