SCAMMER ZELTASGARDEN [Vendor Review]

orderd a halfy from Zeltasgarden over 2 weeks ago. nothing shows so i message him to ask for tracking. he doesn't respond for days but is online? i make another account and ask him about purchasing and suprise suprise he replies lightning quick and still ignores my messages asking about my package. when i gave him negative feedback stating what happened he starts insulting me and swearing at me telling me it's a drug website get over it and tells me to fuck off. He is a scammer never sent my package and treats customers like shit, avoid like the plague!! he was never happy to prove he had sent it and was very apparent he didn't! NOBODY DESERVES TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS GUY HE IS A LOWLIFE AND RUDE AND SCAMMER.

Which market were you using for this transaction? Based on what you're saying it sounds like Zeltasgarden has some customer service issues at the very least. But it would help if you posted a screenshot of any communications between you and ZG, and provided a link to the market and the feedback you posted/item you posted it on.

ZG is a douche, end of story. I don't care how many times you've successfully ordered from the dude. If you support ZG you support sketchy business practices, which in good heart, I cannot promote.

Someone Order a gram sample from him, while waiting on another gram, One gram came and they asked both vendors both said it was there pack. (even said what state it came from) They ordered from the other vendor again and it was his pack not ZG's. When asked about it he ignored the message.

I'm Zelta and would like to address these posts.

1) I have a lot of happy and satisfied customers. My feedback on both Agora and Evo reflect this. Evo is 99.3%. Agora is 4.84/5. This isn't padded feedback folks. This is over thousands of orders. Yes, there is the occasional issue, but this is the anomaly.

2) Agora has a glitch whereby if a customer messages on their order, and not me directly, then the message does not appear in my inbox. Agora is supposed to move this order to the top of my control panel, whereby I will see the message, but Agora, due to some glitch, doesn't always do this. Thereby the message is attached to an already shipped/furfilled order on the 3rd page of my control panel, and is not seen by me. This issue has resulted in my lack or response to some customers, who then in turn, freakout and think they've been scammed. If I don't see the message, it's hard for me to reply. I've addressed this issue in my profile, ask everyone to message me directly, and now try to be more thorough in scanning my order panel for messages attached to orders.

3) I offer a refund/reship to anyone who does not receive their order within 2 weeks. ALWAYS! This is a guarantee. I've always stood by this guarantee. That's for domestic though, for Internationals I prefer to give it a month. If anyone on this forum has an order that they did not receive, or any other issue for that matter, please msg me DIRECTLY and I will happily refund it!

Zelta works very hard to have to offer a QUALITY product at a reasonable price. I'm just one person, it's true that I don't have 24/7 support, I do support 3 times a week, M,W, F. My shipping times are reasonable, M,W,F. I'm not the fastest frog in the west, but again, I'm just one person.

The one thing I try and always emphasize, is QUALITY. That's what you can expect to find from Zelta's. My top shelf products are among the best you'll find on the darknet. People who are serious about quality weed order my top shelf products. Any customer unhappy with quality, will always receive free compensation, as I take quality very seriously.

It's upsetting to see people falsely accuse me of scamming, and if you review my feedback on Agora and Evo, you will know that THIS IS FALSE!

These kind of inaccurate reviews do a big disservice to the honest vendors who work hard to please customers, and make it more difficult for people to tell the good vendors from the bad.

ZeltasGarden is just not a scammer, thats just a fact. yeah he doesnt have the best customer service but he's one of the only reliable vendors out there food good quality bud.

If I was a vendor and some guy messaged me out the blue and asked for tracking I'd ignore him too. The first message to a vendor when a package doesn't show up should be

giving away tracking willy nilly as a vendor is a good way to get DOXed. that probably explains the "fuck you it's a drug website" response.

type his name in the search bar over there -> and see how many bad things people have to say about him lol. screenshot your messages that went unanswered to zelta ...

Zelta isn't a scammer, I've been ordering from him for over a year and have received quality product from him dozens of times. He's also never been anything but polite and courteous in my dealings with him, so I can only assume you were needlessly aggressive with him about a minor issue and that is why is being rude to you. You should also NEVER be asking for tracking numbers from vendors. It is much more likely that something went wrong with your end of the order(mistyped address, mailman stealing mail than his) Zelta has a pretty stellar rep around here, my only complaint is that he can be a day or two slower than other vendors, but I've never seen that as a big deal. Plus, if you've alreadly left the negative feedback, what incentive does he have to help you with your problem? I'd also tell you to go fuck you yourself if you dealt with me in this manner.
