Question about painkillers

I'm generally just a buyer of weed when it comes to the DNMs, so i'm a little out of my element here and would love anyone's input.

Whenever I've gotten seriously hurt or in the past when i've had a procedure like a root canal or something, i try to go easy on the painkillers I get prescribed and tough it out as much as i can. i always try to end up with a few extra (usually it's just the 500mg hydrocodone/vicodin or something like that) that i like to keep around for when the wife or I have an injury or issue that normal OTC meds aren't enough for. unfortunately just today after a dental procedure where the pain was enough that advil just won't cut it but I wasn't prescribed anything I took the last one from my old stockpile.

I don't want to get seriously injured just to get some painkillers, so I'm looking to find a something like the 500mg vicodins or something equivalent (seriously, i'm not a painkiller guy so i don't know what's what) for a reasonable price. I just want to have 5-10 on hand for incidentals. I bet 5-10 would last me a year or more.

Anyone have any recomendations on a painkiller for the extremely rare painkiller user who is legitimately trying to kill occasional pain?

Thanks!

edited: remove request for vendor names. not trying to get banned for sourcing outside of the sticky threads, just looking for input on painkillers by a painkiller noob. maybe this is a question for /r/drugs instead?

Be careful with painkillers they can get really fun, really fast.

I've never personally used him, but DrRX on Agora is supposedly the guy for percs and vikes/norcos.

The 5/500mg's are your best bet, but the 10/325's will be a bit cheaper. DrRx on Agora specially sells those for $10 a pop, where I see the 5's going for around $7-8. You can always break them in half and take a Tylenol with them.

I'm on 4 7.5 mg hydrocodones right now, I have a bit of a tolerance but not much and I feel pretty good. I have lower back and joint pain and it has gone away.

10-15 mg of hydro should be good for you. If you are looking for something a little stronger try oxycodone. Take a bit less of it if you are worried but they are pretty similar in effects.

Yeah, unfortunately Norcos are not prescribed like they used to be. They are Schedule II now and thus not quite as likely to be scripted it seems unfortunately. So I'm not surprised you weren't scripted the last time around.

The Norco 5/500mg aren't quite as prevalent on the DNMs as Norco 10mg/325mg. You'll see vendors stock them once in a while. Your best bet is to grab the Norco 10mg. It has less tylenol in it so better for the liver and you can just break in half if you want the equivalent of your 5mg Norco. Expect to pay at least $10/pill up to $15/pill. They aren't cheap unfortunately.

You want kratom. It's a legal opioid analgesic herb. For around sixty dollars you could shatter your wrist then score a qp and not feel pain for 8 days

If you're looking for a painkiller that's non addicting, stick to condone. Oxycontin, percocets, morphine, etc are much more addictive. I personally prefer Tramadol and gabapentin because I have some nerve damage but I'd recommend low dose Vicodin (5/325) pills.

NOTE: This is not a professional medical tip. A doctor would probably say that you should go to the ER if you or your wife get hurt rather than stocking up on pills.
