From a Vendor's standpoint what would be a problem(s) with this idea?

Since I have not heard of this practice I assume it is not being used. I am trying to determine what all the negatives/issues are related to OPSEC risk.

I want to purchase an Express label online and host it at one of the anonymous picture hosting sites. Then I want the vendor to print it on a label and slap it on a standard USPS Express envelope and drop it in a random blue box. What would be common vendor objection(s)?

I am looking for insight that does NOT have to do with the risky nature of Express service vs Priority.

Thanks all

I hope nobody does this for you, if someone does they're kinda dumb and to a degree deserve whatever's coming to them.

when you print a USPS label from their site, you have to supply a return address...so in order for you to successfully print the label, he'd have to give you zip code of where he intends to mail from. additionally, unless you specifically drop express mail'd stuff into either an express-only blue box (which are sparse compared to regular ones) or physically hand it to a postal employee, the express status gets delayed by about a day, cause it had to be retrieved. so it pretty much becomes priority mail you pay $20+ for.

assuming the vendor doesn't want to disclose the zip code from which he intends on mailing (which would be good on him, if local PD was really bent on arresting him, wouldn't be at all difficult to station units at all collection boxes) or he gives you a false zip code, the pack's gonna be mailed from a zip code differing from the one specified in the return address, which is red flag from the get-go.

on top of that all, unless you take proper precautions to purchase the postage, you'd be incriminating yourself, so in the off chance the pack does get intercepted (which is likely increased) plausible deniability goes right out the window

Print what exactly, your name and address?

They have no idea where they tracking was purchased, and if it's hot the minute they drop it in the box. Why go through the unnecessary step of dealing with a potentially flagged tracking before you even start?

I think he's saying he's okay with the risk / reward ratio.

He want's to buy the express himself, and have the vendor print out the label and put it on his drugs.

I'm not sure of the answer. Some vendors do offer express shipping btw.
