Real names for packages and should I have been informed of required signature?

So I placed an international order from jenenfrancis coming to Australia and I used a other name as we all know here that Australian customs are the tightest in the world and that interception is a real chance so obviously I dont want my name involved. I read the profile page and listing, no reference to tracking and signature required. Then I get a docket saying come to the post office with photo id to collect. I assume the worst and clean house. Didnt even want to get back online for a bit. Decent package. Then I jump on just to let them know what happened and im told about the signature business over certain amounts even after FE. I say ok and ill try getting the package. They say "we are here to help, let us know". No luck, whilst I still felt it quiet risky i tried but they were like no id no package. So I let the vendor know and say where do we go from here and I get this you should have known about signature because "its all around the dark net and forums that i do that" response.. My question is am I an idiot as suggested or is this just a tiny bit bullshit? I hate the fact its sitting down the road especially when I have a different package still to come from elsewhere. I also am pretty pissed that I asked for minimum an apology but nah that too much.

Pick up your ID and collect your drugs, pussy.

Get a fake id off the darknet with the same fake name you used for the pack, and have it shipped to your real address. Then use the fake id to pick up the original package.

Did you read his vendor profile? Was it on a market or direct deal? If it's on a market and he didn't state on his profile it required a sig then he's in the wrong. If it's a dd then it's kind of a dicey situation. He probably should have let you know beforehand that it required a signature if you were a first time customer but I could understand why he wouldn't think about it.

If it's a direct deal though I see no reason why he would give you your money back.

Edit: my bad saw it was on a market and it wasn't on the profile. Vendor is definitely in the wrong for not letting you know.
