Nucleus support question

Not very familiar with nucleus because I've managed to stay away from it for my orders but I recently decided to give it a go with a vendor offering some sample bars for fairly cheap with escrow. Not uncommon. And escrow so why not.

But in the event that I have to dispute this order how responsive/good is Nucleus' support and communication. Does anybody have any experiences dealing with them?

Support are very prompt on the forums lol.

Seriously though, they're slow but they exist. Just be patient and remind them every three days without response.
