New Vendor Innovation

I have been thinking a lot recently: about my customer base, vendors with whom I share my acquaintance with, and about my slowly declining number of clients.

After a lot of extensive research, I have concluded that the reason why many new vendors do not keep getting clients is because people feel a lot safer ordering from a big name with a lot of reviews and the same price. After a lot of thinking, I said to myself, "What if the prices weren't the same?"
Now here we are. My fellow vendors (other vends i collaborate with) and I will be sending out discount codes via 2 day shipping to ANYONE who has purchased from us. We want you to know that we value your business, and that ordering from new vendors is just the same thing as ordering from the big names.

We will not be revealing our identities on this post since Reddit is easily backtraced, but I think I have reached out to most of my customers about sending the code so they know it's coming.
What do you think? Would receiving discount codes from us new vendors incline you to purchase from us, or do the big names get to keep all the business no matter what?

So... Why are you keeping peoples addresses? That seems fishy...

I laughed at the word backtraced. (see: youtube)

The Marketplace allows the usage of coupons, and I consider that a popular feature. So yes, I do believe that offers extra incentive.

Buyers arent really aware of what vendors, most dont encrypt their addys even less bg check their vendors, they go on and see two things, the picture and the price. Either your shit is shit and you've lost your current customers that way or someone else is offering the same thing for cheaper. They could be sending their drugs in a sandwhich baggy marked drugs flopping around in an envelope and people wouldnt care as long as they got it $10 cheaper. Its a walmart world out here.

I think you should do whatever it takes to get as much legitimate positive feedback as possible while still turning a profit. After a very long time of diligently providing excellent service to the few people who are willing to take risks with new vendors, you will wake up to realize that you are one of the big ones.

We encouraged vendor "Hank" to start trading online on Agora, and told him "If you actually put drugs in an envelope and post them, you become beloved. When you've been doing it for a month, it's like you've been around forever.

You don't really have to try hard to sell good drugs. They just melt away somehow.

I don't quite trust "sales" on the darknet. Quite often, its a scammer who has built up trust by nickel and diming drugs purchased from real vendors, going for the burn.

Rather than vouchers, its probably better to do private listings for good customers who've followed you from market to market. Ours have got us back on our feet 4 times now - SR, Sheep, SR2 and Agora. I'll never meet them, but I love it when I see an order from an old SR1 customer.
