Becoming a Vendor

I am a newb first of all and this is likely a stupid question. If I want to sell on one of the sites what do I need? Is PGP enough or do I need to set up a VNP?

Your first mistake is taking the attitude of only trying to do "enough".

Spend a few weeks reading up on every way possible of securing your identity before you even consider starting. I'd recommend beginning with the guides on the security sections of the SR2 and hub forums.

If you're vending I'd recommend tails. To be honest I can't be bothered to use it, but if you're vending I wouldn't risk it.

Maybe it takes you a few hours to learn to use it, but if that gives you less chance of being caught then it's obviously worth it.

Do a trial run. Pretend you get about 3 orders, small medium large. Actually pack a few packages (not with actual drugs though). Walk through your process before you even start.

Make sure there is enough demand. Make sure your polices will be competitive enough. Take your time to be through.

Tails on USB, Tor, PGP, Truecrypt. Only hard thing in that list is Tails. It took me a little bit to understand Tails and how to fix issues on it but it is well worth it when all you have to do is rip out the USB and its all gone and encrypted if something bad happens.

Tails OS is what you need on az computer where you only acces darknet,. In that compurer dont acces clearnet. Check the forums on stealth. On sr2 forums there is a thread by Hiniguel where he put a list on what to do to package good. You will need equipment, Like a good industrial vacc sealer not a food vac sealer. MBB bags. Stamps. Latex gloves . Rubbing alcohol. And , ofcourse, the product you intend to sell. You will need extra product wich you will send for free as samples to gain rep and customer base.

You will have to try the packagin a few times until you master it before you even put a foot on a postal ofice or head to a drop box. The inside packaging need to be ninja pro. The outside need to look like regular mail. Printed not handwritten, real return address not linked to your identity , and the such.

Think about good terms of service. You need to be profesional on the manner you answer customers , you need to answer fast to messages , and most importantly you need to be ready to lose money before you start making money. That just the way it has to be.

Hope this helps

Hmm, nobody said anything about vnp. It's vpn and as everyone says you must invest money to make money. Everything is key for your safety and the buyers. Scope out the markets and see which one you think will have a high demand for your product. I can't stress how much you need to be ready to answer questions or concerns in a timely manner. If you are a vendor, check the marketplaces for sales or questions because nobody wants to buy from a vendor that only checks every three days. You want to set a good impression and that you are actually wanting to sell your product and get it to them asap.

This is a great forum. I really appreciate the advise. Well one advantage is that I have shipped my product to the U.S. quite a few times for my own personal use. My product is fortunately already sealed, its prescription.what I do is make ceramic figures and I put the product inside them. THen I break them open later. I am from the states but live in Europe. Do you think that I would get less attention being in Europe or is it the same? I think the biggest hurtle for me personally is the programs, I am a techno phobe you might say. Basically what you are saying is I need Tails, IRL opsec,PGP and Truecrypt, good customer support and of course extra safe packing habits Seems I have some studying to do. Once again thanks for all your help.

This is one of those "if you have to ask" type situations. You said yourself you're a noob. If you have to ask us how to stay safe, you probably don't have what it takes
