You can 'rebuild the transaction' somehow.....I had someone help me with it after EIC went down. Search the sub for posts relating to the EIC dramas....you should be able to find advice there.

you can sign the transaction for the vendor to finalize but you can't get them back. vendor will know how to do it, ask them. if you're the vendor, ill give you more information.

It depends on the type of escrow and how it's been implemented. Ideally, you or the vendor save the transaction script at the time of the purchase. This is like a set of codes you can use to manually release the coins to the vendor. This is how TMG and BB did it.

Hansa claims to use some kind of timelock thing, but that is some proprietary weirdness that's never really been tested by the community. I guess we'll know if it works when the site gets pwned.

Or u meet up with buyer and vendor off market and use the redeemscript and priv keys. Coinbin is good to do manual sign and broadcast
