Community,
Tomorrow will be the most beautiful day of Raymond K. Hessel's life. His breakfast will taste better than any meal you and I have ever tasted.
As most know, I've been out quite a bit due to health issues. I finally have started recovering after treatment the last few weeks, aside from lacking energy, I have felt pretty good. Not to dive into details, it was something pretty "life altering", for lack of a better word. I had a few "episodes" that sent me to the ER but remained optimistic. Anyway, I refuse to focus on anything negative and finally got the news I'd been "willing" into existance - I responded to treatment and it looks like I've gotten the all clear - or as "all clear" as you can get with these things. So that should mean my focus should be better now. I'll be around the sub more to help with things and handle the eventual transition. I apologize for my absences and hope to be around more to help the other mods with things. Keep in mind, the mod group is a small one. Anyone gone presents a burden on the others.
I just found out today that things are good, couldn't wait to share with others since this has been a somewhat stressful time. Well, ironically I wasn't as stressed as one would expect. I've mentioned this here and there on the sub, but I have a visualization technique where I essentially "will" what I want into existence. It actually does work. I think a lot of works by just enabling you to have a drive to go do something. Obviously with something like health which can be out of your control entirely, I still think it plays a role. Its a reminder that we should all attempt to have these sorts of techniques. I wish I could detail the number of ways this has served me very well. I mostly use it for career or material things and it works well with that. I've "willed" pretty crazy shit.
Anyway, its good to be back!
The only bad part is I believe my licit drug supply will be limited.
