I messaged them on January 25th about my XMR payments not being sent and their response was "You can do that on your XMR payments page" I then explained that I've been trying that for weeks but they're still not being sent. They haven't gotten back to me since. On February 4th I sent them another message asking for my vendor bond back, which they told me on January 15th or 16th that they'd return to me after my final sale (which was finalized not long after). I'm sure they're busy people, but it seems to me that I'm being ignored. Has anyone gotten a timely response from them lately?
UPDATE: They recently deactivated my vendor account but I still haven't gotten my bond back.
thats pretty shitty of them if they did that without giving u back yuor bond if everything u say is true.
