So I ordered some coke from a vendor on Dream last thursday. I have ordered from this vendor before and he has always had perfect communication and good product with 0 negative or neutral feedback. However, after I placed the order on Dream he went MIA for like 4 days(was not active on Dream, nor Jabber) then I think on monday or tuesday I saw him active on Jabber so I messaged him and asked about the status of my order since it still said "Package not yet sent" on Dream to which he replied that he is sorry for the delay and that their mail guy was sick. He also said he would update me on the delivery the same day. He did not.
It has been well over a week already with 0 communication. I have messaged him on Jabber and Dream multiple times with no success and the order status still says that it has not been shipped yet.
I still see him active on Jabber and Dream(he even added new listing). I don't understand why a big vendor would do such a thing since bad feedback would deifintely damage his business and I didn't even FE so he would not gain anything from selectively scamming me. Should I dispute or wait more? I will not name and shame before I am certain that I am being scammed.
