Help Please :(

Hey guys! Hoping someone can help me sort out a problem I'm having with Helix Light...

Does anybody know how to get ahold of their support team? Or Grams'? I tried contacting the address on their contact page and my email client is saying that the address doesn't exist :/ Also, I'm not sure how, but I sent Bitcoin to the address on the Helix light page, but it never updated as payment received. So after seeing confirmations in my wallet, I clicked the "refresh page" button at the bottom of the page and the Helix receiving address changed? So now I've sent about 0.1 BTC to Helix light with confirmations, so I would think it had to have gotten to them, but nothing is showing up in my wallet after three days even though I'm positive I gave Helix the correct return address, and Helix shows "awaiting payment". Never had an issue like this with them before and I'm racking my brain trying to figure out what I could have done wrong, but I'm drawing a blank. I'm just praying whatever happened can be reversed but idk...

Anyway, if anybody here knows how I can contact their support team, or has an idea how I might have screwed it up, I would appreciate any help you guys can give. Thanks guys.

I sent coins to Helix two weeks ago and still haven't gotten them. I was told it's because I didn't adjust the mining fee. Around March apparently is when I'll get them
