...well, not free, but got twice as much, and the vendor didn't get his money.
So, I'm just wondering how you vendors react to the orders you shipped, but didn't get paid for, because of the closing of EVO. Do you expect the customer to pay one more time?
I bought a relatively small order (no illegal stuff ofc.), and got it in the mail a few days ago. When I logged in to finalize the order yesterday, EVO was down. I felt bad for the seller, and was just wondering: Do the vendors expect the customer to pay one more time, or are they simply just pissed off on the scammers? I was also surprised when I went out in the cali sun this morning and found an envelope with the exact same order in it. that means I got double what I paid for. I guess that means they didn't get rid of my address after shipping?
Do I risk getting an angry letter from the vendor, requesting money? Or is this just all on shitty EVO, and a shipment mistake from the vendor?
I'd find a way to contact the vendor and offer to at least pay half of the cost of the order. It does suck that you already paid for it once, but remember your vendor got NOTHING for their end of the deal. Most of us who order off here get amazing deals compared to local so another half payment probably won't kill you but it could help your vendor stay on their feet, especially since you got a double order.
