It'll be somewhere like bittylicious, bank accounts and real names are linked directly to purchases. A shit ton of people don't want to pay a tumbling fee, therefore I bet a lot of bittylicious accounts link directly to the markets.
Although, investigating these sites takes a lot of time and costs money so don't expect a domino effect here.
