[Vendor Question] I noticed a vendor I placed an order with had their account frozen, what does this mean?

I placed an order with a vendor on Valhalla a few days ago and a day or so after I placed the order I noticed their account had been frozen and I could not message them. What should I be prepared for or how should I address this issue? I messaged the admins but haven't heard back yet.

if you have FE the money, then you must have lucky that they already send out the product. Otherwise valhalla or any other market cannot bring you back your coins if you agree the FE.

i hope for you its in escrow, then with the time the admins can handle your case you will get your coins back. and then you can try a vendor like me or somebody else!!
