broke cardinal rule

a little background

-ordered domestically from vendor over a week ago -asked for tracking number and vendor responded quickly with it -tracking states usps is still waiting to receive package even though it was marked as ship over a week ago -broke the cardinal rule and FEd -this vendor currently seems to be having a decent amount of issues within the past week but i haven't seen anyone post that they think he is exiting

im aware since I FE'd my btc is probably gone forever but how do you think i should go about asking the vendor for a refund (not interested in a reship because it looks like he hasnt even sent the first)?

Just say you didn't get it and ask for a refund/reship. You're money is probably gone though

If he hasn't even sent it he would hardly refund you. And you should read his rules about refund/reships. If he does refunds - ask him to do it. If he refuses - go to support.
