Does PO Box CD = raid on Home Address?

The title speaks for itself. If my PO Box (opened in my real name, ID used has my real address) gets CD'd, should I expect a raid at my home address? Assume order size is large enough to warrant a CD and not merely a love letter.

Taking it a step further, could the home get seized in the course of a raid... all due solely to the PO Box CD?

House is clean.

How horrible are things in this country, that we have to worry about shit like this? Our homes being "raided" (like pirates or raiders), our possesions seized (stolen basically), our lives ruied, being humiliated, families ripped apart, and basic Human Rights denied all because we choose to claim our own bodies and use certain substances. The struggle is real y'all!

well what if you don't live at the address on your ID?

From what I've read from past PO boxes CD most of the time they will put one of those slips in your box asking you to come to the desk. Once you've done that they will notify the LE or PI & take you in. Have not heard of a home being raided due to PO box but it's very possible.

no offense: but what is difference between using your real home address and making a PO box with your true ID??

if you wanna open a PO box, get false documents and open it in a false ID, otherwise, the whole PO box idea is useless

who knows if they can get search warrant for your home with a PO box, I wouldn't doubt that they could

I have associates who have lived thru CDs in the past, but they were not PO box CDs they were CDs at the drop location. every car was torn apart and searched, the apartment was tossed, and when the alphabet boys found a storage locker key, they even went and looked in there, they may have even known about the storage unit before the CD went down... but this was not a small pack, wont tell what it was but it was ALOT from EU

Most, if not all accounts of a P.O. Box CD, are usually done with the mail slip (mentioned by someone else), or they just wait it out to (usually if it's something big enough for them to put resources toward). So far I haven't seen any accounts of LE performing a home raid for a P.O. Box CD. While it's possible because the address listed when signing up for one is required, I don't think LE would put it to chance that the person picking up the pack doesn't go straight to that address. If anything LE would have a team of follow cars to monitor where the pack went, or just stick a tracking device in the pack, then make the arrest after they've determined the pack was most likely opened.

Why, what did you lawyer say? Do you understand the only reason they would have to search your home is if they followed you there with the drugs and you refused to show them where the package is?
