To avoid getting my coins drained out of my Blockchain wallet I activated 2-FA. When I tried to log in I had to log into Sigaint and click the verify link, now Sigaint is gone and I had 300 bucks that are gone too.
Sigaint was the 2-FA of my Blockchain wallet. FML.

You can easily change email, no worries with that. I have a friend that did it yesterday - nice support from blockchain

If you saved the 14 or 12 word or how many ever it is SEED you can use the seed to access your funds again

I had a similar problem with an exchange and me forgetting my email password. I emailed them, provided information about the amount and information of my account, and a few days later they let me access my coins.

Storing coins on any web wallet is asking for trouble regardless of 2-FA.
When you don't control the private keys by yourself, you don't really own the coins. Use Electrum or Mycelium, neither one is difficult to use.
Even so, Blockchain must have some mechanism to get control of your account back. Write support. And then get your coins outta there...
