How long will it take to resolve a case with a suspected scammer?

About a week ago, I ordered from a vendor on Agora who had pretty good feedback. Thankfully, I didn't FE. He told me to expect the package Thursday/Friday, and now its Saturday. Usually I wouldn't worry about an extra day or two, but when I went to the vendors page, I noticed he had much worse feedback than when I first ordered. About 10 of his most recent feedbacks mention not receiving anything, and on the top of his page, it says "Restricted/Scamming investigation" so I clicked resolve under my order. I'm just wondering, since it seems like he is now a known scammer, about how long will it take to have the problem resolved? And will I have to do anything to prove I didn't recieve anything?

I had the same thing happen to me with bhosale on agora a while back. It took them a while to resolve it and give me my money back. Sometime around a week if I remember correctly.
