Address not flagged after all?

August past i had a package being shipped from Holland(sr2) seized in saying that it was a vendor with high reputation and a good success rate but most of his orders that month or week got caught as far as im aware and a month later i received a love letter from the Border force. I didnt think anything of it as it was only a small amount that got caught.. So a month later i placed another order on the same address that the package got seized. After messaging the vendor and letting him know that my address might be possibly flagged he told me he'll ship it either way and if it does get caught he will fully refund it or reship it so i took the risk and my package successfully arrived.

Now my question is should i continue ordering on my own address or was this just a lucky package that just made it through?

There is no special mythical 'flagged' list. If you get enough attention then you'll end up being watched out for by a dedicated terrorism and organised crime unit. Unless you're getting caught importing bulk they likely don't feel that opening every package that comes through customs is worth it. If it's to the point where authorities are actively looking out of stuff with your name/address on it then you're EXTREMELY hot and doing anything illegal would be dangerous.

if you've gotten a love letter and two seized packages in the past, i would be considering that address burned for international purposes. stick to ordering domestic and only in personal amounts as much as you can. if you have to order international or anything slightly larger than a personal bag, have it addressed and sent to a friend whom you can trust to hold onto it until you go pick it up.

I had the same experience actually, by accident though. I had place two orders from two different vendors. One was caught by customs. The other package was sent 2-3 weeks later because of huge delays with supply (I was unaware of this) and it still arrived. All from the same country too. Flagging addresses might be a myth.

Why take the chance? You do realize your not going to facing a possession charge with a "get out of jail free card" drug probation right? Your going to be facing Federal Sentencing Guide Lines, hefty minimum mandatories, and a conviction rate well over 90%.

Hell, in a federal trial setting you don't even have depositions. The first time you get to examine the evidence is at trial and asking THEIR witness questions.
