Generic drug quality will vary from country to country, Pakistan it is Russian roulette, but in Canada I feel comfortable using them http://mytrusted-pills.com. Here is what the government regulates..

The only difference really is the pill binders/brandings used and the crystalline structure of the molecule in question.

Yes and no. I go by my experience with the birth control pill. I get a generic for Ortho Novum. There are 2 generics for the one I take. One is fine. The other has side effects I'm not willing to deal with. So the main ingredient is the same but the 'fillers' may be different and may cause different reactions.

A few random points: generic and brand are equal in terms of bioequivalence, essentially blood levels vs time. Both will comply with USP specifications. However, the brand might employ their own proprietary specs that are tighter. There are other aspects of quality that aren't easily apparent to customers either, e.g., willingness to resolve product complaints; manufacturing issues where product is within spec but is trending poorly; or use of materials with better impurity profiles.

UK, EU (MOST OF), U.S.A. and canada yes. Rest of the world you'll need or judge on their own merits or w/e, I've never had a problem with indian generics.

I would say not always. I know for a fact of a few meds where the generic doesn't work as well as the brand name. But I also think it varies person to person. What may work for some might not work for others. Generics aren't exact equivalents of the brand, the inactive ingredients vary. I've also noticed that some generics of a medication doens't work as well as another company's generic for the same drug. For instance, there are several generic manufacturers for Norco. Whoever makes the one with the M367 imprint doesn't work as well for me as the Watsons or Qualitests. I have a strong preference for the yellow Qualitests but Watsons work well for me as well. But for whatever reason the M367 ones don't work as well. Don't know what it is, strange. But I know that for a fact, unless its psychological, which if so, I was it'd work in reverse, take a vitamin and feel like its a norco! LOL

I have been ordering generic Cialis (Tadanafil) online for the last two years, i just can not afford buying Cialis in the local pharmacy. It used to charge me almost for 15 dollars a pill!! That is why I should say a huge thanks for the service I have received from this store I was a little weary of ordering such a product from a web site due to the horror stories that you hear about people paying and their products never arriving. However, I have had nothing but a great experience from their company, including some free bonus tablets of Viagra Soft every other purchase. Both me and my wife were in heaven when we tried their product! So, yes, generic drugs does work, you just need to find a reliable source of getting it!

I live in Norway and I've gotten generics multiple times that did not work. As expected of one of the world's richest countries lol
