Long story short I had a problem with a customer that didn't get worked out so he left negative feedback. About 30 minutes after the feedback a new account ordered to the same zip code as the other account that i just had a problem with. Normally I wouldn't still have the other shipping info but the order was in dispute so I still had tracking info and when I seen the new orders zip I remembered it. Do I blacklist the entire zip code? Do I treat this as a new customer even though the odds have to be very slim that this isn't the same person? How do other vendors blacklist? Just accounts or zip codes?
