Not market specific because of Off-Market transfers as well. Anyone's BTC taking forever to confirm and process?

Hashrate has dropped a bit in the past 2 days, which means the average blocktime has increased. Which causes your transaction to take longer to get some confirmations. https://bitcoinwisdom.com/bitcoin/difficulty
But the difficulty will readjust and therefore decrease in 2 days, which will decrease the average blocktime. At the same time Segregated Witness will also activate, giving Bitcoin a bit of extra on-chain capacity. https://www.xbt.eu/
So it will improve soon, but for now we will have to deal with the current situation.
If you want your Bitcoin transaction to go through fast you can use the following website to check what fee is currently recommended. https://bitcoinfees.21.co/

What fee did you use? Look up your transaction in blockchain.info and see what it says for Fee Per Byte.
