Fleeced again !!!

After doing my nuts on Silk Road I read the reviews and decide Agora was the safest option..

Against my better judgement (and I am solely to blame) I chose to Fe an order totalling about $180. The nightmare that is actually getting on the site prevented me from raising my concerns with Agora for some 4 days. Exchanged banter with them about 'not wise to Fe' and I should go to forums to find out more.

All good and well if the f'ing forums will load !!

The net result after 4 days of useless information I am told that the vendor is a scam and 'don't fear we will refund you."

I, of course, cannot access their latest message but it starts off with....because the F'e is now out of resolution we can't refund you.

What is resolution ? How long does this resolution take ?

Should they not honor their refund promise if I first alerted them to this potential rortermore than 4 days ago??

I guess the answer to the first question will determine how I approach Agora !!!

Thanks and sorry for the long winded story folks

Starry

Once the money is released and gone, there is really no restitution. It's the buyer's responsibility to keep the money in escrow until the product is received. If you forgo that option and it turns out to be a scam, it's certainly not the marketplaces responsibility to reimburse you.

I 100% can empathize with your situation. So many vendors now require FE and many have faked reviews or feedback. It's becoming more and more difficult to pick out the honest vendors from the ever increasing herd of scammers.

For best results: -Use Verified Sellers (If your dnm has them) -Never FE with an unproven vendor - it doesn't matter what line of bs they feed you, DON'T DO IT! -Use your resources (Forums, reddit, feedback) to bolster your judgement. The successful vendors are well documented. -Use a multi-signature MP (Like TMP) for best security of BTC

Hope this helps.

Publicly shame this vendor so nobody makes this mistake in the future. We cannot continue to allow vendors to scam us. We must put their heads on pikes in town and expose them for the scammers they are!

I FE'd on an order of 2000 bucks for a plaster cast of Dread Pirate Robert's wiener.

It came, though.

Calm down

don't spend cash on the darknet that you aren't willing to lose. It's as easy as that.
