How is the support at Dream and DHL?

We recently set up accounts there and went through the verification process but were just wondering how long it would be until we would get approved and if the vendor bond would be waived.

Also, on Dream Market, while we were able to link to our AlphaBay and Middle Earth accounts, we were unable to link to our Agora account. Is this a common problem? It's too bad there's no way to link to your Evolution account, as that's where the majority of our feedback was, but we had a decent amount on Agora as well. Just linking to Middle Earth and AlphaBay don't even amount to half of our feedback.

We're looking forward to getting listings up on Hansa, Dream, and DHL in addition to AlphaBay. We're very curious to see how the traffic/volume compares.

Yea, good luck trying to get a hold of Dream support. Going on a week without anyone acknowledging me.

Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to refuse vendor application if you do not fit our criterias or are a newcomer to the market

Check out /r/DreamMarketplace. It's an unofficial Dream sub made up of only vendors and users. A place to talk about all things Dream. Maybe you'll get an answer to your question.

Dream support is responsive but unprofessional. DHL support is excellent. The market with the best support is Oasis and they are as good as Agora's in terms of response time and professionalism.

Support is good at Apple. We can even import your listings from alphabay for free.

Depending on your sales and verification we might even be able to waive some vendor fees although basic vendor accounts are free anyway.

But yeah, create a support ticket on market n I got you.
