Has anyone ever seen this? I received a package that has tape over the label with my name on it, and you can see IA written over the tape (indented into the tape) so some postal person obviously wrote on it.
I have never seen this before, so I am packing my things now to move to Belize, everything else about the grabbing the pack is absolutely normal aside from taking 1 day longer than usual from the region it came from.
Anyone seen this before?
I'm not worried at all just very odd. I have never seen the sender write anything outside the label once taped, so I am 99% sure they did not write it, and googling it brought up some results of intercepting a package to redirect to its correct destination which would explain the extra day.
My first thought of the acronym (hopefully) was "Inspector Approved" or some shit.
IA on mail means insufficient address.
Usually put on things that was missing something. Or a lazy mail man who isn't your regular who dont know you by name.
