OPSEC question about Qubes

OK so I have been using tails but I want to switch over to Qubes. As far as I know, Qubes doesn't wipe your system the way TAILs does. So how can I make Qubes secure in the event that LE comes to my house and attempts to view the contents of my computer? Could I just remove the HDD and would Qubes then just run on RAM like TAILS?

Qubes uses full disk encryption by default. You need to use a hard-drive that you install Qubes on, like you need a SD Card, USB or CD for live-booting tails.

Would Qubes be more apropos for a high volume vendor as apposed to a customer? TBH it seems like TAILs would do. What would the advantages of Qubes be?
