I'm blacklisted by customs? Am I being watched?

Okay, so long story short.

I ordered a glass bong from some Chinese website about 2 months ago. Fast forward to right now, I got an email saying I need a new address as mine has been blacklisted by customs.

I've never ordered a DNM package that wasn't domestic.

Only thing I've bought that is international is bongs.

So what gives?

Why didn't you just visit your local head shop?

If you're ordering from China this better be some bomb-ass golden dragon bong crafted in the heart of the Forbidden City infused with rhinoceros horn powder or something.

The Chinese bong maker sent you an email? Why would they even care what happens to you?

Why don't you post a screen shot?

Are bongs illegal?

How long have you lived there? Is it possible an old tenant could have burned the address before you moved in?

Definitely sounds weird. I don't believe it. How would the seller know your address has been blacklisted? That doesn't sound like a thing the postal service would disclose to them.
