Screenshots of Valhalla Support/SassFactor ignoring my messages since August 18th, then denying my dispute claim

First, read the message from SassFactor, explaining my pack was taking so long. He basically admits to not sending my pack at all.

Truth be told often times disputes are decided even before you raise them based on your order history and the vendor's feedback. The mods just glance through these info and decide it in a moments time.

Always try to resolve it mutually with the vendor. Opening a dispute leaves you vulnerable to these kind of decisions.

Alpha Bay is the same, always rule in favor of the vendor.

What you gonna do now, nobody cares what and why they decided against you. If you had talked to the vendor instead of disputing could of got a 50% refund.
