Opiates in bulk powder form other than heroin?

Is there a bulk powder form of opiate that would work for capping out in pills as a cheaper alternative to typical pharmaceutical painkillers? It is not for abuse but for legitimate pain treatment if needed on an extended backpacking trip a large group of people are taking together. If heroin is precisely what I am looking for... I would appreciate a quick elevator speech on the dosage and how I can be confidently assured and assure my friends that there is no extra risk over the pharmaceuticals. I know next to nothing about opiates. I appreciate any advice or references to dnm products.

1 Take a Wilderness First Responder course through an org like NOLS

2 Go to a doctor and show them your certification, describe the trip, the risks and the fact that you won't be able to quickly get an injured person to a hospital and ask them for some prescription painkillers for an emergency.

3 The doctor is going to refuse because "I know next to nothing about opiates." and even if you did and had real training like WFR it's a laughable request. You have no business giving an injured person in the wild prescription painkillers and you might do them more harm than good. Go the cheap alternative and you're fucking likely to. Pony up and pay the price for legit pharms if you're that concerned.

4 Go on your trip and have fun. You're probably going to be a lot closer to a rescue than you think.

I would just be careful with opiate painkillers if you don't have a consistent source of water. I have heard of people getting seriously fucked backpacking because they become constipated. That is the #1 thing that affects me consistently when I take either Oxycodone or Hydrcodone. They will also dehydrate you (maybe that's the same side effect I dunno).

If you need a large amount, some form of fentanyl dosing is going to be the cheapest. It also by far one of the strongest. The problem is that oxycodone and hydrocodone powder don't really exist.

You're really, really looking for an NSAID like ibuprofen. Anything requiring opiates already requires medical attention beyond first aid.

That said, codeine is technically allowed to be sold OTC at the discretion or a pharmacist. That's all I'll say about that.

Pharmaceutical opiates are some of the cheapest prescription pills you can get. Have you tried just going to your doctor and saying "I'm going on an extended backpacking trip and need some supplies in case of emergency. It's a legitimate thing, unless your doctor knows you as a druggie...

As for capped heroin.

1) H is not terribly effective taken orally 2) Very hard to dose correctly, given that you don't know the strength of each batch that you get. 3) If your friends have any preconceived notions about heroin, then you're just going to freak them out by even suggesting it, let alone having acquired it.

Forget the darknet, go to your doctor.

I'm not sure why these guys are giving you such a hard time, but anyway, you should do some researching on opiates so that you know more than "next to nothing".

One option would be oxycodone, though this is also expensive, like $25 for one 30 mg pill. But 1/4-1/3 of that pill would probably be enough for someone with little to no toelrance. You certainly wouldn't want to give a 30 mg oxy to someone right off the bat.

Alternatively you could do heroin. It's pretty cheap all things considered. Insufflation would be your go to ROA, no more than 10 mg to for someone with little tolerance. Sickness/nausea is very common with opiates, so you want to be wary of that.

Or two other options are Tramadol and Kratom. Kratom is a powdered tea leaf that can be effective for pain relief. Tramadol is also good for pain relief. Look them up.

no joke, could use mxe.

Why the hell don't you just go to a doctor? Lodine would help more than opiates.

AcetylFentanyl, Butyrfentanyl are your best bets. That's what I always get. Only like 30-50 a gram
