Did I get scammed or seized by customs?

I made my first purchase ever a little under a month ago. FE'd (required for purchases over $100+) a vendor in Germany (I'm in the US). The vendor had good feedback as well as good reviews from what I read on Reddit (good stealth).

Here's the thing, I haven't recieved my package. If he shipped the package, I would have recieved it by now, correct? If it was siezed by customs, would they have sent me my love letter or CD by now? Part of me thinks he scammed me, but he's responded to every single one of my messages, so he'd be pretty dedicated to do that.

Really what I want to know if my address has been burnt.

Hard to say about international packs. I had one from Canada to us show at about 40 days. My reship got here first.

having to FE on amount over 100 bucks just seems like a scammy rule but who knows intl pack can be weeks.

International can be very inconsistent. I have received shit in 8 days and in 28 days. Very likely you're a victim of shipping fuckery and not a scam if he's been responding. Is he providing tracking?

I mean it'd be silly not to. If I was scamming you, I'd keep communicating so you don't suspect it... but that's not to say that's what's happening because I don't know.

You would receive a letter if customs seized it. So either the vendor scammed you or it's still on the way.
