#DropTalk

Let's pretend someone has lived in quite a few apartments in the past few years and has always retained copies of the mail keys.

While we're pretending, lets add that the mail arrives every day within a 15 minute window to these places at an early delivery time, and the person in question is on great terms with the mail carriers.

New Residents have rented out the apartments that correspond to the mail boxes.

Good idea to order in their name, and check every day that it is expected? There is no clear line of sight from the units to the mailboxes. There are also no cameras.

I have an idea for harvesting (for our purposes) unlimited drops. I will need a few months to complete it. I know how hard it can be to get a real drop. Not a friend, not a PO Box with a fake ID, a real, no blow back, drop. If I f with you, I'll let you in on my secret when it is complete. It can be used in any setting, unlike the rural drop guide that floats around here.

Yes, this is a throwaway.

Did they not change the key for the mailbox? That seems like they should. Also what if the person happens to be checking their mail when you are, that'll be an instant felony at least since you're stealing someone's mail

Just pay someone to get it for you.

Doing what you plan on doing will get you caught quick.
