[Complaint/Warning]MerckKGaA is a scammer

I know I'm not the first person to write about this, but I wanted to share my experience as well.

So with all the sketchy stuff going on with StealthBomber's bulk orders and all the MDMA busts in Europe, I've been searching for a vendor with high-quality MDMA at a decent price. So when I saw Merck had 50g MDMA listings for 550 that let you stay in escrow, I decided to give it a shot. I was a bit wary of the relatively large volume of positive feedback/transactions which were FE, especially since he had been vending for less than a month, but I felt confident since I was going to be able to stay in escrow, and searching for him on Reddit revealed a couple positive reviews which didn't appear to be shills. So on 04/02 I placed my order on Agora.

In hindsight, I probably should have realized something was off when my package was marked shipped less than 10 hours after I placed my order, and I received a message from Merck. Merck's feedback indicates he is getting 30-40 orders every day, so it probably should have been a red flag that everything was moving so fast. But at the time, I was just pumped, thinking I was going to be getting my pack pretty soon.

2 weeks passed, no pack. Instead, every day I went onto this subreddit, there were new posts from people who were waiting on gear from Merck, many of them for weeks. After 16 days I contacted Merck on BlackBank since Agora was still down. I told him I had been waiting for over 2 weeks, and that I wanted him to release my money from escrow if he couldn't give me some concrete information on where my stuff was, or at very least something to prove it had been sent. This was his response

Hi,

I checked your order and it was sent. Your order was sent before the problems arose, please wait the below described delivery time. Contact me after it has passed, your package is definitely on route. Plus get your facts straight about people not receiving packages the past week, check feedback on the vendor stores on here/Nucleus. You will see that people are still receiving packages. I have described everything regarding the delay as well.

He then directed me to his delivery timetable list. My location fell under "Worldwide," which has a time frame of 7-21 days for delivery. This might almost be reasonable, if Merck didn't specifically state that weekends do not count as delivery days, and that the timetable doesn't start until 36 hours after you place your order. Counting through the days, 21 delivery days equates to 34 days. Merck wanted me to wait until May 4th before messaging him for information about my package.

Merck's response left zero doubt in my mind that I wasn't going to be receiving my pack. For one, I received my reply on BlackBank almost instantaneously. Secondly, Merck claimed he somehow "checked" and could confirm my order had been sent, but I ordered on Agora, and Agora was down when this conversation occurred. I brought this to his attention, and asked him to please share with me whatever method he used which indicated my pack had gone out. I never received a response.

Finally, Merck acted as though his positive feedback was evidence of his shipments arriving. I pointed out to him that it's not difficult for vendors to fake feedback, and that in contrast to the pages and pages of positive ratings on his vendor profile, every time I see him mentioned on this subreddit it is by someone like me who has been waiting on a package for weeks or more. Seriously, Merck supposedly has over 1000 successful sales on Agora in the past month. But I've seen fewer than 10 people on this subreddit who had actually received something from him.

Maybe it's a different problem, like he's sending out the packages late, or he's overwhelmed by so many orders. I really don't give a shit, honestly. My pack hasn't arrived, and he has given me zero reason to believe it ever will. I'm not going to let him hold my bitcoin hostage for a month, then offer some bullshit percentage refund or some reship that never happens. I can only hope this thread prevents someone else from making the same mistake I did. A new account with a ton of sketchy feedback and ridiculously low prices is almost always a scammer, but I thought I'd be okay by staying in escrow. Now who knows if I'll even get my money back, or how long it might take if I do.

Tl;dr fuck this guy

Ordered 25 of his 200mg pink party masks 2-3 weeks ago and they got here after 3 days, this was EU->EU tho. nonetheless i feel you should give it some more time. there's lots of examples of packages arriving after one or even two months. not trying to lick merck's ass btw.

Still waiting on an order from 2 weeks ago. First FE order after 2 successful Escrow orders.

Guess it will never arrive, but I honestly don't think he is a scammer. He came through after the Evo-fiasco for many people.

I wonder if all the people that complain about not receiving stuff from him have opened a dispute, and if no, then why ?

You do realize customs could have easily taken your pack. Coming on here with your username the way it is and instantly proclaiming a well established vendor is a scammer isn't doing you any good. Learn the ropes of the DNMs before you start screaming scammer, and have proof.

There isn't a single vendor who can guarantee your package will be delivered. This is the very nature of sending DRUGS through the mail. Customs job is to stop drugs coming through the mail.

It's been two weeks.....................

My favorite part was the borderline psychoanalysis of vendor messages.

More people should think about shipping times as a normal distribution ("bell-curve"). Something that takes on-average 20 days to land can take 40 days in one instance, and it wouldn't be too abnormal.

I think the good vendors are spoiling newer customers who never knew what it was like to order on SR1. These are incredibly high standards vendors are being held to
