Probably a neighboring state. I wouldn't ship explosives if I were you.

Indian reservations in Nevada.

Everyone else seems to be beating the "drive to a neighboring state" drum, and I'd like to reiterate that. If you pissed off the right person in the government receiving them in the mail, they could easily be categorized as bomb-making materials and get yourself an attempted domestic terrorism or some equally idiotic charge.

What kind of fireworks are you looking for? I "theoretically" make M80's and am in California. Shoot me a PM if you're interested.

Yea, do what everyone else said and just go to a neighboring state. Fireworks are completely illegal (even roman candles) in new jersey so people just go out of state and get them.

Indian reservations. You might not have to leave the state that way.

There was someone on Sheep and another website about a year ago who sold some homemade noise makers, (i.e. m-80's and stronger.) So it's not impossible.

Plenty of places online will readily sell you fireworks if you look hard enough, hell you can get in on a group buy on an amateur pyrotechnic forum and they'll give you the 411.
