There is an occasional story that makes national news of USPS delivering something years after it entered the postal system. So in theory it could comes year later. But typically go by what /u/blabberdoodle said.
I've been waiting a couple weeks on a domestic "priority". Evo screwed everything up because I can't even get an update to know if it was shipped or what. Fucking blows
Domestic? 2 weeks. International 4 weeks. If it's domestic priority it should take 4 days, max. The USPS moves mail 24/7. Might not get delivered on Sunday, but if it's in transit then it's moving on Sunday. Mail never really stops moving until it gets to its destination.
