Question about withdrawals
I was able to withdraw coins out of agora but the website crashed again shortly after. Will the coins be withdrawn or will I not see those coins until the site is back up again?

If you see the withdrawal event on your Balance History page and it has a txid, then it should be broadcasted to network, confirm this with blockchain and you are set.
If that's not possible, there are other block explorers that can provide a little insight if you know the approximate withdrawal time and amount. Check those to see if you can find your withdrawal.
It depends on how quickly the the site crashed after your withdrawal. I'm just re-iterating what /u/bigfondue has already said.

if the transaction hit blockchain then yes. copy and paste your deposit address (the one you withdrew to) into the blockchain.info search
Put the address you sent them to into blockchain.info, and see if the transaction is pending. If its not, then its likely waiting to be processed, and I'm guessing they won't start processing until they are able to stay up for more than 4 minutes. They may also cancel the withdrawal and return it to your on-site wallet for you to attempt again when the site is back up. Happened to me on BlackBank.
