What are the odds of getting a CD for mxe?

On my 3rd bulk purchase of MXE (500g) in the last two months. It's unscheduled in my state. Would LE really attempt a controlled delivery for something that may or may not even qualify for the analog act, given ketamine's schedule III status? I know there's still the debate about it being a closer analog of PCP.

I just don't think I've even heard of CD's for mxe except in states where it's banned.

50/50 you do or you don't

You would think no, since it's unscheduled in your state, although the Federal analog act would probably apply to an international mail delivery (assuming it's coming from China). As you mentioned though, its parent compund is schedule 3, so the AA probably doesn't apply. However, the feds wouldn't like to see an amount of that quantity of any abusable substance. This is a hard question to answer.

Analog Act doesn't apply to schedule III. I have seen evidence that indicates some DEA personnel believe MXE is an analog of pcp but based on the chemists I have talked to that's a real stretch. Either way the analog act only applies if you're selling it for human consumption so possession is not illegal.

Theres no set amount to warrant a CD. Local cops get bored, if they find drugs in ure package, be it a kilo of coke or an 8th of pot, they could CD you for either one if they want to.

In the end, 100% of the drugs u buy, regardless what drug it is and what amount it is, is automatically a felony anyway.

I would say very low. Cops love large drug busts they can use for press releases. Mxe is a drug the majority of Americans have never heard of. It wouldn't look impressive on the cover of a news paper. I havent heard of anyone getting arrested for mxe either.
