Address burned, one package hasn't gotten here yet - how to proceed?

So I got a love letter today for a confiscated package from overseas.

I still have one package that hasn't arrived yet which was shipped from the US (I'm in Canada). Should I expect it to get here? It's not late yet and the love letter strictly mentioned the other package.

The address was a PO box registered in my name. If I were to get a new PO box, would it be advised to have my friend register for it?

The love letter asks for my permission to examine the contents of the item as it is 30g or less. Obviously I am not going to give permission. Can I assume that it will be destroyed after the 30 day waiting period?

Thanks for any help you can give me.

I think you should be okay if it's coming from USA. It's a possibility that the U.S. Package already crossed through but idk about Canada's shipping times.

I'm just curious how the love letters read from Canada's customs.

So if anything gets caught from over seas under 30gs the just ask for permission to open it? No CD? I'm confused
