Possibly linked to Alphabay being down? Article does not mention much beside that its a worldwide Dark Web drug operation and that computers were seized. The raids were conducted as part of an ongoing operation and more raids and arrests are scheduled in the near future.

A police operation is in progress, this morning, in Trois-Rivières while the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) proceeded to two searches in connection to a worldwide network of sale of illicit products in the "Dark Web".
The seizures took place street Saint Laurent and street Fishpond, in the sector Cap-de-la-Madeleine. A private residence as well as a mini-warehouse were visited by the policemen who were searching for computer hardware.
The Police service of Trois-Rivières and the American federal police, the FBI, are also involved in the file.
It seems that the people involved operated from several places in the world.
The police also proceeded to an arrest in Thailand. It is the son of a resident aimed by one of the searches.
The RCMP did not make many statements, contenting with saying that it was a search related to a broader investigation. "There is going to be more arrests" added captain Camille Habel.
Its interesting because it is the FBI that is involved, and not the DEA, suggesting that its a market-related operation instead of a vendor-related operation, similar to the ones that took out Silkroad back in the days.
