accidentally set the fee to 1mbtc/kb (usually set it to max). Any way of raising the fee after the fact/making it faster? I've put it through txaccelerator but don't know if it'll work with such a low fee.
Accidentally sent a low fee on electrum - any way of raising it?

Just wait it out. If it doesn't confirm, it'll eventually be dropped from the mempool and you should be able to re-spend it

no need, try accelerating the transaction with viabtc.com

"Child pays for parent". I found that on a thread here and i think it worked.
Basically you just issue a new transaction from your wallet to an adress of yours on that same wallet with a higher fee (you can transfer 0 btc and yet put a higher fee).
I tried this once and it worked (or at least thats what it semeed). I couldn't find any more information about it so take it with a pinch of salt.
Goddamn, I see way too many of these "Set too low of a fee, what can I do now?" posts in here. We really need to sticky something to address this, it's getting annoying as hell.
