What is the ideal computer setup for dnm

So I just went to Best Buy and bought the cheapest dell I could find, I plan on useing it only for dnm purchases and will be configuring it for this purpose. I'm not super pc savy but I'm learning what would be the best/end all set up for this computer

Dude, all you have to do is ask Geek Squad for the DNM special. It's that simple.

tails is the most user friendly environment and the easiest to set up. I've been hearing a lot about qubes and whonix recently though.

A lot of people here suggest that using tor, electrum, and a tumbler is sufficient enough but I would suggest a dedicated OS like Tails, qubes, or whonix regardless of your level of activity. Makes seperating your DNM identity from your IRL one a lot easier. It's all about taking precautionary measures...

tails + encrypted drive containing all sensitive information; try to find a way to make this computer with tails on it connect to a vpn (google is your friend) & you're set for good.

Don't do ANYTHING with that Dell bud; otherwise you're fucked!

Whoinx gateway using a directional high gain dipole array to hop across wireless networks miles away. Whoinx is connected through a physical firewall to terminals contained within a Faraday cage, with your Bitcoin and multisig terminals running completely separated from the outside networks and interference.
This should be contained in no less than a 30' semi trailer and rig, driving through major cities across the USA to further obscure your location.

Fuck we're high.

tails dude

ideally on a machine bought in cash with the harddrive removed

best for your purpose. easy to set up and very secure unless you're being investigated as a drug kingpin

tails and a non-apple laptop with a fresh, unused, ubuntu install on it. Take the battery out of the laptop and only use it plugged in. If you get raided, you can just unplug and your whole system will shut down. That's the mistake ross made. No battery man.... Make sure you backup your pgp keys and keep the backup somewhere not in your house! Also, don't forget to use a nice password on your persistent volume.
It's best to have a usb that breaks easily incase shit hits the fan. You can just step on that shit and it's gone.
Use your neighbors wifi. The password is "admin" or it's their pets name.
