Escrow 100% safe?

I'm going to buy something soon but it's a semi new vendor with like 50 reviews. He's all escrow and seems legit from reviews and whatnot. He's domestic to us which is where I'm at so it should come really quick and since escrow auto finalizes after 2 weeks if I don't receive my item before the 2 weeks can I submit a report to get my funds out of escrow and back to me?

You can and should extend the finalization of the product doesn't arrive in time. Do so BEFORE the run out date. Like the day before. This is usually done by disputing. What happens next depends. The coins aren't returned immediately. A mod will be assigned and hear out both sides and go from there. The process can take some time depending if it's being disputed by the vendor or not.

See what rules rules the vendor have. Some will say that they will only do 50% refund or reship and the market will back them on that.

If it doesn't arrive within a week PM the vendor and find out why. If he ignores you or gives you a BS reply then you dispute the transaction. That is the best way to get you product or you money returned

There is always the risk of a market shutting down, without notice, and your escrow is gone. 100% safe? fuck no.
