How to actually contact Dream support?

Have been locked out of my account (completely resolvable), I have tried to message them via "I lost my password" on the login page, giving a new account I made on Dream to contact me with but had no messages received yet.

It's only been around 8 hours since I first tried, but is this the way to do it? There was no "Open a ticket" option or anything like that once logged in.
