Is being familiar with USPS employees bad opsec?

I have a PO box, and when I check it I typically see the same 3 employees. I'm very respectable looking, not sketchy at all and I've gottem pretty familiar with them over time, is that good or bad for my opsec at the post office, or does it not even make a difference?

I think you pretty much answered your own question? You said you aren't sketchy and look respectable so why would they think hmm out of the hundreds of same people that come in here a day for their mail THIS PARTICULAR GUY just has to be picking up drugs. Cmon man use a little common sense here.

not particularly. but I think in your situation, one of them might ask something like "so what's with all this stuff you order anyway?". it wouldn't be like, accusatory or anything, but completely passive, and you'd have no obligation to answer, but not answering would look weird. so perhaps have some semi-plausible cover story thought up, just in case.

or you could respond with "oh, just a bunch of sex toys to use on your wife and daughter, you sorry piece of shit". make sure you playfully punch him in the shoulder or nudge his ribs with your elbow afterwards so dude knows it's just a joke though.

Dude, have you ever worked a menial job like that shit? They don't give a fuck about the contents or your mail and you just being nice helps them get through their day. They won't think of anything unless you're sending stuff out constantly -- everyone gets mail.
