How does the Nucleus Reclamation process work?

do reclamations have a time limit?

do the seller and buyer have to come to an agreement or can i appeal to the nucleus moderators decide what happens ?

Been waiting on a pack of drugs to arrive for over two weeks. Has been marked delayed, in transit for a couple days now although should have been delivered because it was supposedly just at the local post office [i think its lost of already shipped back to sender].

Filed an order complaint and asked for my money back, but seller refuses because they want me to walk up to my post office and ask for my multihundred dollars of drugs or wait and see until its delivered.

Basically I feel like thats bullshit but i'm giving them 5 more business days to fix things or wait and see if it comes, but do the seller and buyer have to come to an agreement or can the nucleus moderators decide what happens because I could be using that money for other things.

I'd rather have seller call usps to return package or use the package intercept function on their website to redirect the package back to them

I'm in a similar situation. No clue, hopefully someone with more knowledge on how that process works will chime in. Vendor sent nothing, last day I placed in reclamation. There's no reason or indication to believe that they are exit scamming, although it is always a possibility.
