I would think ur name would be burned within that usps area but why chance it. Find a different name to put it under

Depending on the extent of the fire, only the PO box itself or the general area will be burned. Your name will not catch fire if you stick it in an earthenware jar at the first signs of smoke.

In terms of what happens after a package is seized or RTS- nobody can say for certain b/c every place has its own way of doing things. There are lots of variables. My associate MrCrappy3000 has direct experience with this. His package of a few Morphine pills was seized. He got phone calls from a postal inspector but that's all that happened. He has always used a PO Box to provide an extra layer between himself and the po-po. Since that time he had one of his vendors (who he knows for certain saved addresses) arrested. Each time something happens he lays low for a while and then gets another PO box at a different place. Always use real name. So far no problems. Best of luck.

Other than an intercepted package what else would make your address burned? Convicted of a felony? On bond? On probation? Have arrest warrant?

Mostly just the location, but depends on the seized item(s) & their relative weight.
