Haven't Heard From Sourcery Support In Days

I've got a rather pressing matter I need their assistance with. This whole process so far has taken 9 days, when I feel it could have been resolved much sooner. I now haven't heard back from them in 3 days. I've got bitcoin out there I need returned, and support has gone quiet. Anyone else not hearing back from support? Or are they only dodging me?

UPDATE: I finally heard back from Support, but it was only to apologize for the delay and to assure me that the issue will be passed to the admin.

Wrote me back in a few hours when I asked if Sorcery is finished, told me they are upgrading tor or something. I have faith in Sorcery. Yeah the UI sucks balls but hey.

I have the same exact situation going on right now man... pretty much the same timeframe too. I've been in contact pretty much every day. It's just taking a long time for something that shouldn't take long (refund).

I've actually gotten pissed too. I haven't recieved a reply to a support message in over 3 days now. They have broken too many promises... Never even got that UI overhaul.
