Why is Abraxas support so useless?

I've had an order which has been in "transit" for 10 days (the vendor never shipped) and they vendor has been offline for 8 days now on vacation. I initiated resolution and several days later "Resolution Center Action: Event: Order has been resolved", and the coins are still in escrow. What the fuck... Can anyone explain why they would cancel my resolution and not even respond in any way saying why they will not give me my coins back?

have you checked out /r/nucleusmarket? I've had both support tickets and at least abx replies. I haven't heard anything from nuke after 2 days. others in that sub have been waiting for at least 3 weeks.

Probably because they got a HUGE influx of users with Agora shutting down and don't have the Infrastructure to handle it yet?

probably because it's either one person tops 3 handling all support tickets. think of an IT guy that checks tickets for 500 people at his company, he gets backed up for sure and theres only 500 people. Imagine being one guy filling the tickets for thousands and thousands of people and orders. just my $0.02

I've waited as long as 16 days for a domestic order that must have fallen off the sorting machine or gotten lost.

That's odd that abraxas is handling your resolution like that. I have heard they are pretty good about them. If the coins are still in escrow can't you dispute it again?

I've had the same order in resolution marked resolved three times now with no actual resolution. They just mark it resolved, yet the coins still sit in escrow. This has been going on for over a month now.

I was in resolution over the past week. This was for an order that allegedly shipped almost 4 weeks ago. The vendor doesn't even log on anymore, it's been over a week. Money's in escrow. About 4 days into resolution, support left a note saying "vendor please update". Vendor never logged on. Today it says it's been resolved! Money's still in escrow, I haven't heard a damn thing from the vendor ever, not even since I placed the order! Guess I'll put it in resolution again. I almost wanna finalize just to leave awful feedback, it's not much coin.

Yeah I put my order in resolutions and it says resolved but the coins are still in escrow. I hope they release it soon, I need to order before the coin prices fluctuate too much and I have to go to the bank again.

huh...i had $405 i FE,d a vendor, he confirmed,(2days) went MIA fer another 2) so mesg. support to see if they could help, checked back in 12hr and the BTC was returned already! that was fast i thought. didnt relsove, just mesg.??

I was having trouble with TOYOTATEAM on the site & they stepped in & did their job. BTW.....TOYOTATEAM is now suspended on Abraxas. Now I did stay on this, i sent then am email everyday until they stepped in on my behalf & got my coin back. I will never FE again, learned my lesson!!!!! Just stick with it until you get the result you want :-)
