I made my first purchase with a new vendor 3 days ago (before I get laughed at, 9/10 Royal Mail First Class packages get delivered on the next working day). The vendor's profile states that if you have less than 10 5/5 feedback then you aren't eligible for a refund or reship.
If it doesn't arrive at all does this mean I have no case to dispute with the market? In this case, I'm not protected my escrow at all, right?
EDIT: The vendor's recent feedbacks say NDD or 2DD.

not all vendors can ship next day or same day even though profile state it. wait until after the weekend before contacting.
as far as refund/reship goes, both parties need proof, if untracked and vendor have solid feedback, then the proof is up to you to provide.
