Any help for false feedback? [EVO]

I received feedback from a user that has 28 orders, 8 of which were disputed. As a very new vendor I thought I might as well try to get some feedback out of it and worst case I would refund the few bucks for my sample listing. He left awful feedback accusing my product of being research chemicals (not MDMA) and saying he "had a dirty experience with a dangerous comedown that felt like my mind was ripping apart".

This product has had outstanding feedback, including users that showed they tested the product and it was in fact MDMA. Hundreds of offline users have used this product with absolutely nothing but outstanding feedback.

Is there anything I can do about this? I am aware that EVO has terrible moderators and support, but is there anything I could do to help? Thank you all very much

Normally i'd say since you're a new vendor you might be full of shit , but given his record of 8 disputes and only 28 orders he sounds like a freeloading asshole. Best thing you can do is build a customer base by throwing in extra and/or having a sale if you buy in bulk. I've had bad pressed MDMA pills and they still make for a fun time so he's clearly over stating it. You could get your product tested and post the results this should help you bring back a sense of confidence along with what i said above about having new vendor deals to build a customer base.

Your first mistake was trying to play the game fair. Here's how it works: Sell shitloads of tiny amounts to yourself customers until you have enough of your their perfect ratings and reviews. Once you get enough of those, Evo admins will be happy to remove any past or future negative ratings.

On Evo pay off the mods as they a e currupt but thats about it

You're able to respond to the feedback, if you want discussion on it then make a thread on the forum and link it in your response to feedback. Defend yourself in the thread.

Whoever informed you we have terrible moderators and support clearly don't know what they're talking about.
