Ordered 7g Blue dream from a U.S. vendor on Agora with a high rating and 500-1000 deals on Dec 30. Order was marked shipped Jan 1.
(This is my second order, but first from this vendor. First order went flawlessly. Thanks Stratton.)
On Jan 2 vendor posted a rant about being overwhelmed by the # of orders and some personal life stuff and assures everyone they're not getting scammed. Vendor says if the order isn't received by Fri Jan 9 then the order isn't coming and vendor will cancel the order.
On Jan 7 I send a message asking for tracking update.
On Jan 8 vendor posts on profile saying many people have asked for tracking numbers, but the vendor doesn't want to give them out because it needs to be checked under a socks5 proxy. (First time I have heard of that.) Vendor pushes the deadline from Fri Jan 9 to Mon Jan 12.
It seems to me that the orders marked shipped were never actually shipped. How else to explain this 'if you don't get it by Friday you're not getting it at all' nonsense?
Anyway my question is, how much legitimacy is this socks5 proxy stuff for checking tracking numbers. And would checking over a VPN be sufficient opsec?
Just wait it out...in all reality its not all that long of a time to wait, you will still be in escrow. And dont know about the actual question but lots of vendors wont send tracking
