ALPHABAY IS RUN BY SCAMMERS, vendors and buyers use any other market

I am a vendor usabestdrugs on alphabay. I recently had my funds frozen (the ones from orders sent and buyers finalized with 100% feedback) and was informed my account was lost and my money was gone. The reason was because I accidentally activated listings that were digital and didn't change them to physical until a buyer notified me and I changed them IMMEDIATELY. I have 100% feedback on 3k worth of finalized orders, no active disputes, refunded and alerted my customers to my situation, fixed the listings, was in the process of sending out over 60 free samples to customers. Somehow a mistake warrants the staff at alphabay to take money for product I sent and was received. Keep in mind I accept that I lost the money now and I am trying to prevent this happening to anybody else.

I have nothing to gain by posting this I am simply pointing out to people who use alphabay that you should AVOID this market at all costs. somehow making a mistake but having 100% feedback means they can steal your money but somebody like tijuanabob can take peoples money for days with a bunch of reports and still manages to cash out the funds, seems fishy as fuck to me.

I know I am not the only person who has had issues with alphabay and honestly a market run by people who mainly do fraud is probably warning sign enough.

I will be up and running again on another market soon and will let my customers and future buyers know what market that is.

Yeah selling physical items as digital seems fair enough to be a bannable offence, the only reason to list physicals as such is to scam on the hugely reduced AF timer. They should take into account your history plus the immediate change to just a slap on the wrist but that's just my opinion

Contact support. If they aren't willing to reduce it, and if this is the whole story, fuck em. Move to another market. Goodluck OP.

I don't sympathize with you much but again im not a vendor so i don't know how easy it is to list product wrong. I think they overreacted but have a hard time believing that you did that by mistake. Interested to see how it plays out, good luck.
