I have btc sitting in my alphabay wallet unspent and the admin closed my ticket telling me I got phished

I can see it in blockchain unspent with the same btc address as in alphabay there's no way I was phished. do people ever get their btc back?

nope, they say you were phished cause its part of there scam,they have been doing this since they opened they dont have to move the coins as they are already in posession of your coins, which is why you cant get them back.

Some people don't seem to get it. The address you see when your coin hits the market isn't YOUR wallet. Your coin joins up with the rest of the deposits and the number you see in your balance is simply proof of that deposit. The money that goes to the vendor will not be the coin from "your" wallet that you deposited to. Tldr- once your money hits the market, you can oretty much forget about tracking your coin using the deposit address.

You got phished. Always pay attention to the URL and make sure its official. Phising site logs into your account, pulls all the data and sends it to you. It will give a fake address by either changing the first or last 2/3 digits of your actual deposit address. Login through the official link here given on Reddit and compare the two deposit addresses.
