Vendor marked item as shipped, but says he can't decrypt my address.

Is this normal? Should I be worried? First time user this vendor, but his reviews are great.

Which market? Does the market use Auto-encryption of any kind? It is a normal occurrence here and there, simply check all parameters and try again. Seems you might be new to pgp, could be your mistake? Again, which market are you using?

He marked as shipped though? Not familiar with Alpha Bay, but I never do this personally. Maybe with their market however he has to mark as shipped to complete the order? Doesn't make much sense though.

If the message is encrypted and the encryption box is checked the message is still good to decrypt.

This is really weird... Is he a well known vendor?

shit happens. if his rep stands go for it

I think this is usual for some vendors where they write it down, and then when they are about to send, they decrypt the address.

So if he ask for the address you are probably ok, as a scammer wouldn't need to ask for it.
