How much is enough for LE to pursue prosecution or controlled delivery?

Suppose my pack was identified as "suspicious" and LE pulled it aside and found a certain amount of drugs in the package. How much drugs would need to be in the package for them to actually perform a controlled delivery or put resources into arresting me rather than just seizing the package and moving on? I'm planning on ordering 5g of MDMA which, to me, seems like a lot of MDMA, but 5g might not be worth the resources for LE to investigate and initiate a controlled delivery when there are much bigger orders moving through the mail system.

I'm sure there is no solid answer on this, but any discussion would be appreciated. What do you guys think?

Where do you intend on ordering from

It could be one X pill if you're in the U.S.. Seriously, with shit like asset forfeiture laws on the books, plus padding their arrest records to look better at promotion time, considerations for increasing their department's budget next year, getting another person into the system to pay court fees, fines, probation fees and whatnot; There is literally NO downside for LE in going after any and everyone they can.

Mind you, I'm not saying that they won't get distracted by bigger and better fish, but you are talking about Schedule 1 drugs in a country with the largest prison population on the planet, and 60% of that population in for non-violent violations of drug and immigration laws. And that's not counting the number of people who didn't get prison time; i.e. the "lucky" ones who only got probation.

Depends on the if police station wants the extra work, buy domestic and from a reliable vendor, and its very unlikely you will get caught. 5 grams is definitely not enough for feds to bother.

5g of mdma would make make decent headlines in lots of small cities and towns in the US: "Major drug kingpin brought to justice". Nyc and LA prob would give 2 shits - they prob give it back to you and be like "my bad we thought you had a lot of drugs".

Point is, it's a gamble, depends on how small your DA's penis is or how bored local LE is.

depends on your area, if your in bumble fuck suburbia they could CD for anything. 5g of mdma?? dude thats more than enough. Thats equal to 25-50 mdma pills...

you wont get a dea visit, but when local law enforcement has the information, its up to them to pursue it. your local police officer could have a hardon for peple orderin gthrough darknet

the dude mentions headlines...

imagine,

5 grams of mdma powder sent through the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE ordered off "silk road style" anonymous website

thats a decent headline for your local little city. and considering they'll arrest you for a roach in your car some times...

but order domestic i.e. us to us, and you really dont have a big risk of any of this happening.
