Out of curiosity, which server-side language do Darknet Markets typically use?

Was just curious. I am a web developer and remember, for example, in the past people saying PHP has too many security holes. So has anyone ever figured out which server-side languages some of the darknet markets typically use? Is that information ever released?
I also know Javascript is typically disabled in Tor on the front-end, but has anyone ever used Node as the back-end?
The whole SecOps for running a Tor website fascinates me and I'd love to learn more about it.

I think they all use some kind of Geocities webpage developer sites to manage it all. They give you some cool looking fonts to label the different drugs.

SR1 was on PHP (and Ross was not a good programmer) which IMHO helped take it down. Nobody believed the Fed's story about the CAPCHTA leaking the external IP address.

Not sure about the successors, but numerous databases have been hacked in the past (and possibly source code IIRC). There was also a user some years ago with a name like hacks4cracks who hacked numerous older sites.

My sites use php. The language been around forever (15+ years), it's free, open source, has a big developer community (so there is lots of help available on the web), and it's fairly easy to set up if you use an open-source OS on your server.

It can be mostly secure or very insecure, depending on how much time and effort you put into your code. Stuff like validating user input, watching out for SQL injection vulnerabilities, and being careful with how you authenticate, authorize, and manage sessions is important.

i think they use HTML (Hyper Text Markup serverside Language) because php has too many security holes like you said. i'm an expert when it comes to things like this. javascript also has too many security holes. html or mysql are the best programming languages.
