It's been a week since the order was placed - and as many of you who shop with him know, the price for 3 day shipping is steep. He's cancelled an order with no reason before so I'd like some communication as to what's going on before I'm just suddenly SOL. He does FE so I don't think I can dispute the transaction, I've already messaged him so I believe my only other option is to open a ticket. Any advice?
