I am offering a reward of £20GBP worth of BTC if anybody can help me out!

I sent .45BTC to Nucleus over 1week ago and it didn't show up in the wallet. Many Nucleus customers had BTC go missing over the past several weeks. I know I sent it to the right site for a fact, although, mid-transaction my BTC wallet changed and the btc never appeared as I said.....Here's the weird part, those very same btc are now sitting in the wallet I sent them to. And they have way over 2000 confirmations! with a (U) next to them which means that they have not been spent! Can anybody tell me what this means and can they be recovered? HELP! asap please.
