[Complaint/Warning] CannaXpress000 Not Responding

Its now been over a week and no response or anything to my messages on both BB and AG regarding my order which was finalized April 13. He sent a message a few hours before AG went down informing me that I had somehow sent an incorrect PGP. As soon as the market came back up Monday I sent him another PGP message and have yet to get a response. Its extremely irritating that he would require FE and not be able to have any customer service skills whatsoever. Now nearing the two week mark I am getting fed up with this. So, to all of you who keep seeing these posts about him not responding and people not getting their order, heed to them. He's had ample time to respond and ship. So, Canna, will you respond to this?

most reviews say canna is terrible at customer service and responding to messages so no surprise there. I'm getting a little worried myself since I placed an order on BB 5 days ago and am yet to receive anything. fingers crossed for us both

I just spoke to him personally about an hour ago, hes not scamming anyone just chill out, the sites have been down and he deals with huge numbers of people. Give him time he will come though, I deal with him outside the markets and I still trust him.

I ordered from him and received my package in a week (I'm from the east coast) so he is definitely not a scammer; I messaged him 2 times and he never responded so Im surprised you got a message from him

Canna has always been bad replying to me. However, Agora has been down the past couple of days so he may have just unplugged for a little bit. I just bought from him again today myself actually.
