Is Reddit important to vendors? For example, if there is tons of FUD going on about one vendor on Reddit, does that kill their business or is 90% of their customer base not aware this sub?
How big of an impact does Reddit have on the DNMs?

I would imagine a fair amount of customers are aware of this subreddits, however I don't think they're customer base would be destroyed because of it.

It invites noobs and bartards to give it a try.

Being on reddit promoting doesn't necessarily group you in with the bad seeds who exploited the system.
There's active vendors who have shown to have a form of integrity and stick it out in the long run.
The ones that do usually make off more than the exit scamming thieves. A one time heist to tarnish a well established vendor is not worth it in the long run.

Very big for the noobs who believe everything they read here.

I'd say it's important for the US market, but just a little for the rest of the world
It depends. The more reddit popular a vendor or a market is, the more likely it is to scam you.
I suggest that you stay far, far away from anyone who is popular with reddit.
