So is there anyone working on a decentralized marketplace implementation?
It would be cool if Agora returned as the first decentralized market.
I just hope someone is doing something to push security forward.

/r/Axis_Mundi is coming along nicely but is not yet ready for prime time. All things being equal we will probably have the first working model judging by the state of the other projects out there.
We're gearing up to for release 0.1 and working frantically to make sure it has the necessary core functions all there. We pushed it back because of some feedback we had on the reputational/trust side of things.
Do check it out

Working on a market? Yes
Have a working market? No
They are a vaporware pipedream. No vendor is going to install software and leave it running to host a store. Buyers are worse, too incompetent to run software too lazy to install it. The only remotely promising attempt is the zeronet project which attempts to decentralize hosting for all forms of websites not just a single market, this will allow persistence without direct and constant participation of DNM users, so plausible deniability. This can be setup with webportals for lazy buyers who dont want to participate. But like all these projects its barely functioning alpha and theres no one working on a market.

Shadowcoin is working on it. They will have a marketplace integrated into the client. As of right now, shadowcoin is untraceable.
