2cbking possible exit scam?

I ordered 1 gram of 2C-B from the king late in April through 2cbking@prontonmail.com, prior to the new reviews that showed up here. Great stuff.

After I got it, and knew he was back for real, I messaged him on May 3rd asking him to confirm his btc address hadn't changed. He replied, saying it was the same, and so I pulled the trigger and sent bitcoin for 3 more grams ($278). After I sent the coin, he went completely cold, and I still haven't received an order.

I have a short list of possible scenarios

Given the context surrounding this, this seems very possible. Vendor disappears, comes back, claims this is the last batch for a while, gets the word out, disappears again. However, given the reputation surrounding 2cbking, I find this difficult to swallow/believe

In his return email, he mentioned that this line of work fit with his health conditions. Perhaps he's had some kind of an episode that is keeping him from getting back to work

UPDATE:

Received what I ordered on 9 May. Still no email reply, but I'm happy the king is still atop the throne.

Very possible. :(

I guess I just wanted to hear if the community has any additional information, and if anyone is in the same boat I am. Has a similar situation happened before?

Everyone on here thinks a vendor is exit scamming when really the vendor is just constipated and forgot to grab a computer to do business while trying to use the loo.

Based on my interactions with him recently, I don't think he's exit scamming.

I offered to buy a "large" amount. He said normally that'd be ok but his current batch was small, wanted to spread it around and he said he could do it, but it would be a the 5g rate all the way up to the amount I wanted. I balked. He did not reply and therefore did not change his offer downward to meet my price expectation. Most exit scammers would have done so in some capacity.

Health Issue

In his return email, he mentioned that this line of work fit with his health conditions. Perhaps he's had some kind of an episode that is keeping him from getting back to work

He did passingly mention this in communications with me as well.

Or

Vendors aren't perfect, they do make mistakes like the rest of us. Doubt it is an exit scam as other people are receiving packs from him.

I hope you receive your pack, keep us updated =)
