In short we used Bad Wolf/3 Hares to host our vendor store, they went offline without telling us, and we have no customer records or order data.
Orders that are paid for are ready to go, but we have no idea who to send them to if you did not email us prior to the site going out.
We've had one customer that has not been able to reach us via email - please don't use clearnet emails (we block these) or email services that encrypt messages (pgp encryption should be done by the client, not the email service) as these are often unreadable.
You may also PM us on here, it works perfect.
Total amount that was effected is ~$250 / (7/8) Ounces (multiple packages). Luckily no large packages had been paid for when it went down, so this is a minimal loss for us and we can easily recover from it. No, customers waiting on orders won't be getting mutli-week old cannabis - we'll ship fresh bud.

P.S. - We've already had a few do this. Don't PM us your shipping address as verification, that's no proof and we already fell for that once. Second, don't ask us what packages and strains didn't ship so you can identify yours - the actual customer will be able to recall at least the amount and country it was to be shipped to.
The Mod Team is really sorry of what is happening to you there.
We hope the Bad Wolf Hosting problems are only temporary and that everything will be fine soon.
Don't hesitate to keep us updated about the situation and if it is not solved itself in the end, what decision you will make as Vendor.
We will be there to help if needed of course and i hope this whole community will help you to go through this.
Anyway we will be happy to follow the next events about that, thx for keeping us updated.
