Everyone knows I'm a TMG shill around here so I'll just leave this with no comment. It's from BV's TMG forum thread.
PS. He's also moving to stop accepting new customers.

I'm going to speak straight with all of you guys, no bullshit posturing or pandering.
Normally I wouldn't even address the rumors that have somehow started circling around Reddit recently because I don't have time to cater to rumors. A lot of caring customers brought it to my attention so I figured I'd clear some things up. Technically, I don't know the full extent of what has been said but I still don't care. Why? This is not my first rodeo by a long shot.
I've been on the darkweb for 7+ years now. When you've been around for that long, you pick up a few things. Security is one them. Spotting shills, scammers, extortionists, etc. is another. Even when I wasn't a vendor I witnessed attempts by people (competing vendors, shills, stupid people in general) try and tarnish the reputation of honest and morally ethical people. If you speak with someone long enough, you get a good sense of their character even here on the deep web.
Regarding operational security: Does anyone really have to ask? I keep zero records of customer addresses. Once they are printed for shipping, they are forever gone until next time they are sent. Everything that we do is done with complete caution. The only records kept are in my head. I am not going to go into full details of our OPSEC, but it's tight like a butthole. As long as sensitive info is encrypted, you need not worry.
Stealth: Anyone here knows that our stealth is good. I'd say it's pretty damn good, and I say that because I've seen a lot of stealth attempts in my day. Customers that order from us on a regular basis know that it is changed up on a regular basis. We are not complacent and are always looking at ways to keep customers safe. Our orders have been known to get thrown out or tossed aside. I believe that usually means it's working.
Lost Mail: We ship a lot of orders on a daily basis, probably more than people imagine. The postal service estimates that 3-5% of parcels sent are lost. Our delivery rate is technically better than their estimates based on what we send. And when you factor in new customer naivety, mistakes made on shipping info, and orders that were thrown away, the number of lost packages are amplified. Even after moving to tracking, the amount of lost packages were the same as before, but now we could actually prove what happened to it.
Interceptions?: No. There have been zero interceptions that we are aware of, or that any customer has brought to our attention. We have a very large radius of drops, and are continually changing up locations and methods. Again, let me reiterate that we take security very seriously. This sort of accusation is usually made by a newbie or a paranoid person that hasn't received their order in a certain amount of time.
The Recent Accusations: Doesn't anyone find it coincidental that all of this just started and includes top reputable vendors that have no relation to each other? Every scare tactic in the book has been implemented to instill paranoia in people that are already a bit paranoid as it is. LE, interceptions, Nbomes, selective scamming, fake blotters, etc. All of these grotesque accusations have been placed on some the most honest and hardworking veteran vendors around. I have yet to hear a return customer or distinguished member of any market say they've had an issue.
Keep in mind that any paranoid idiot will look for any trace of negativity and try to conspire to connect some link that does not exist. A good example is the guy on SR that claimed I sold him DOx.
In summation: Don't let these disgusting people get their way. Their poisonous rhetoric will sputter and die eventually. My customers speak on our behalf and I am thankful for everything they do. Could this be LE? Sure. Could it be a scumbag competitor that needs to spread rumors to be successful? Possibly. Could it be a irate, unstable past customer? Maybe. But none of it matters because it simply isn't true and our long time customers know that.
That's all I really have to say. Thank you all for you continued support. And please try your best to back up the good guys out there.
BV must be a Workaholics fan. That's some tight butthole.
