[Complaint/Warning] Middle Earth preventing my btc withdraw?

Update 3/25: Im pleased to say that my coins actually finally arrived into my other wallet not affiliated with MEM. I still cannot access my account so I dont know if I ever received a message from "TheHobbit" and I dont believe Ive heard from the mods fro Reddit. Im just glad they are out of there since Im not a fan of "requesting for my btc" rather than simply withdrawing them. Users of their market should be aware of this process.

So I decided to give a new market a try and deposited a relatively small amount of btc late last night. All day today I have been attempting to access the site only to barely log on, let alone make a purchase. The lag time was just unusable. So tonight, almost 24 hrs after I deposited my coins and having made so many attempts to try to make my first purchase, I was finally able to log on and reach my wallet. I was pleased to see the coins were still there. I then made my withdraw to another btc wallet. Thats where things get interesting....

So after I made my withdraw on the site I see the status and it says "Canceled." Almost immediately I get a message from "TheHobbit," saying: "Middle Earth - not BTC mixer. Explain your actions to Gandalf or Gollum."

Huh?? There was also was no where for me to click on the message nor to respond to it. It only allowed me to delete the message. I couldnt find a way to respond to the message so I reached out to "TheHobbit" with this reply:

"cindelle 25 March 2015 01:24 hello i am trying to withdraw my btc and I received some sort of notice " Middle Earth - not BTC mixer. Explain your actions to Gandalf or Gollum. ?" I cant see a place to respond there so I am coming to you. I made my deposit almost 24 hrs ago so Im not sure how thats mixing and the reason for my withdraw is because I cannot access the site properly. The lag time just cancels out and I can barely log in. Since its been 24 hours since Ive been attempting to make my first purchase Id like to withdraw my coins."

Nothing shows in the blockchain where I made my withdraw. I'm very confused and now more concerned about this behavior. Having been a patron of DNM's for over 4 yrs Ive never come accross this before. I read a post on reddit about someone else having a problem on Middle Earth and the admin wasnt the most kind hearted person. Therefor I felt it my obligation to alert other members about this in case anyone else was trying to withdraw their coins.

Incidentally I still can barely log on so Im not sure how to check the status of my withdraw. Again, nothing is showing on the blockchain so I guess my coins are still there? I'll update with any info....

edit: ALso wanted to note that my coins are neither in my middle earth waller nor in the wallet I tried to have them transferred to.

edit-2: Wanted to tag /u/MiddleEarthAdmin I also sent them a message on reddit.

Don't worry, your coins should be safe. People several months ago had this exact same problem. They don't allow coins to be deposited and withdrawn in a short period of time. They are saying they are not a btc mixer.

My response would have been "They are my coins and I want them now!" I don't care that your service isn't a mixer. I should be able to deposit and withdraw as I please, I am paying your withdrawal fee. If they already can't cover withdraws they are not going to last long.

Gandalf or whatever jrr tokien character you are, Are you allowing any withdrawals? What are these limitations? I was going to deposit coins because I trust one of the vendors on your site, but if your not going to let them withdrawal, why would I use your site?

Considering Agora is down I would say this is more than expected.

Middle Earth is run by a megalomaniac who can't speak 2 sentences without swearing. Stay away.
