Placed a small order 8 days ago from a very reputable vendor and they marked it as shipped the same day. It's a domestic (US) order. I got in touch with them about the fact that I haven't gotten it yet and they said other people that bought around the same time as me received their orders. And in one of their reviews a customer mentioned that they received their package, in my area of the US, within 4 days.
Vendor is offering me a refund which is awesome, but I'm hesitant to accept it on the off-chance that the package just got delayed for some reason. How long until it's reasonable to assume that I'm never going to get the package? And if so, what could've happened to it? Should I put off ordering anything for a while?
take the refund. If you get the package, show him the same respect and ask for a wallet to send the BTC back to.
