Vendor Wilfred on current vendor problems at Silk Road

Hello to all my loyal customers. Today has been a very stressful for many vendors on SR2.0. Lots of us have lost our Vendor STATUS.

What does this mean ?

Today 21/01/2014 we woke up to find out we had big problems. We can not list new Items. We can not remove current items. We can not see current orders but we can see orders are still being taken. We have lost all vendor privileges. We can not even change our profile to let you all know whats going on.

We have tried to contact Admins/Support about this matter all day but no one can help. (there are MANY other vendors in this position like us ) SR2.0 Support has not contacted any one as far as im aware about this matter.

The reason we lost our vendor status was NOT our fault & completely out of our control. We DO expect our vendor status to be reinstated as soon as the Devs fix this bug. Please see these links for more information about this problem.:

This is now a REAL problem as we have customers still placing orders with us & we have NO way of contacting the customers because we dont know who is placing orders & we CANT go on vacation mode or ANYTHING. I cant even leave ANY message on my profile about this. Were stuck. :(

All orders that have been marked as shipped HAVE BEEN SHIPPED TODAY. (we sent out over 50 orders today alone) All orders that have not been marked as sent, have NOT been processed or sent. We CANT even see what they are for or who ordered what.. Its a bloody mess!

If you have placed an order from us and your order has not been marked as shipped Please send us a message and we can discuss what can be done about this.

WE HOPE THIS MAJOR ISSUE GETS FIXED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE - WE ARE SO SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY HAVE CAUSED OUR BUYERS. AS I SAID EARLIER THIS IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL. WE HAVE APPLIED FOR ANOTHER VENDOR ACCOUNT ON HERE BUT IT CAN TAKE A WEEK OR SO TO GET APPROVED. WERE GUTTED AS HELL. Vendor Support On here is NON-EXISTENT.
