Maybe it's about time to switch this cat and mouse game. I mean, until discrimination arrives (cheers Portugal!) we're gonna be in this police chasing down markets, markets getting caught because whatever reason*. I mean, many law enforcement officers don't even believe this a good strategy to minimize the negative impacts of drugs, come one dutch officers reading this, Hansa forbid arms, illegal porn or even Fentanyl because of public health concerns...
To the point: what if instead simply waiting until someone makes a mistake (which always happens) and we get caught, we attack? Police only wanna do law enforcement and not caring at all about public well being? That's fair enough but then maybe we should treat them with the same carelessness.
Hey you, people running darkmarkets who are still alive, not in prison, get together, surely you have some btc to spare and hire some multicolor-hat hackers and bother these police men and women? Petra Haandrikman, the dutch police woman leading one of the team just said that she wants people to feel unsafe when using the dark markets.. Europol EC3 is a relatively small unit also.. maybe the fear should change of side.
PS. Honestly, I'm not even advocating for violence (although putting a 29yo Ulbricht in jail until he dies in his cell, seems quite a violent act to me), but just taking away that feeling of impunity some must have.
Would this solve the situation? No. But until discrimination happens, it would make market's life span longer and maybe, it would make some LE reflect if they should just be following orders like pigs or be a bit more like Bunny Colvin.
*Maybe don't move to Thailand and drive around in none of your Lamborghinis? Maybe don't use your public email in the code? Maybe don't try to scale up too fast? ...
decriminalisation is the word you're looking for.
also, lol. yes... strike back at LE. I'm sure it'll make them "reflect".
