BTC Lost

Here's what happened, my friend sent almost 2 btc from his SR account to my SR account a few days ago, hours before SR temporarily went down. They still haven't shown up in my account. I have refreshed my sr wallet countless times. Me and my friend checked multiple times to verify that the coins were in fact sent to the correct address. Finally I checked the blockchain and it showed that the coins were never sent, even though it says they were sent on my friends sr account. I have opened a support ticket and the support staff have been unhelpful to say the least. They have been acting as though the problem has been our fault and even closed the support ticket my friend opened without doing anything. My support ticket is still open and I will post the conversation log as soon as I get back to my computer. Does anybody have any idea what's going on?

Here is the conversation I had with the "Support Staff" :

13 Sep UTC I deposited roughly 2 btc to this account a few days ago hours before the site went down. Whats going on? I still haven't received the btc. I withdrew my coins from the SR account ****** and sent them to this account. I also refreshed my wallet multiple times today and last night. The address I sent them to is *****************

SR Support 13 Sep UTC

Hello *****,

Have you clicked "check deposit addresses for new deposits" on the account page? Doing this several times will cause the deposit to show up. Also you can try http://silkroad6ownowfk.onion/account/refresh

14 Sep UTC Yes I did multiple times.

14 Sep UTC My coins still haven't shown up.

SR Support 14 Sep UTC I don't see a deposit for 2 BTC: https://blockchain.info/address/************* ~SR Support

14 Sep UTC I'll go on my other account to figure out the exact amount withdrawn. 1 sec

14 Sep UTC Here is what it says on the withdraw log on my other account:

14 Sep UTC Those coins were sent days ago and they still haven't shown up.

14 Sep UTC There is no way almost $1000 worth of bit coins can just disappear. I can give you the log in information for that account if you would like to see the record of those coins being sent this account.

Lol why do people still trust SR? I'm kinda just glad it's a place for people who just heard about it on the news or through pop culture and don't actually know much about DNM and BTC. These nerdy white boys are making millions off yall... it's kinda laughable, no offense. Use another market next time.

This shit happened to me last week. Took 6 days for a .7 btc withdrawal from SR2 to show up in my wallet.

[1 Points] Vendor_BBMC:

sr2 doesnyet use escrow or a tumbler. its likely that your friends btc is actually stored in his deposit address.

check it on blockchain.info, to see where the btc actually went - if it moved.

I am not new to the darknetmarkets. I've been using multiple sites for over a year now. I also normally avoid SR, however the vendor I regularly use only vends on SR.
