When should I message a vendor about an order not showing up? (SSB)

So it's been over a month now and my order from SuperSpeedBros hasn't made it yet. Should I message them or wait more? I think there's been delays with the mail but I'm not sure if I should wait it out or ask.

Just for the record this is nothing against SSB - use them! They are without a doubt one of the best vendors on these markets.

What market did you use?

After Evo went down I got in contact with SSB through their email and we arranged an order through email only. I sent the BTC to SSB 5/28, 2 weeks ago, and have yet to hear a word back after sending them 3 separate emails asking for just a yes or no confirmation that the order has been shipped.

I email I was given was through a message straight from their account on Agora. I was told to make the order through email because Agora was so buggy at the time. I'm starting to think I was given the wrong email and this may be a scam.
