I heard orbot/orweb is deprecated and you can access tor via a proxy app, there is a few available. Also that Android devices is completely insecure, surely for browsing and checking it is ok.
Is it cool to access agora via Android to browse or check orders on the go?

Browsing is fine. Better idea would just be to wait for access to a laptop or pc.

Just browsing is more or less ok, but you're talking about signing in to an account that you used to purchase illegal drugs (since you'll be checking your orders). I wouldn't do it. Android devices are very insecure unless you take a LOT of steps to make them secure. Orbot and Orweb aren't enough to help you.
I would tend to say it's okay, but why risk it? Do you really need to check your order that bad? Just wait seems to be like the best advice but honestly I don't think it really matters
