When is it ok to leave neg feedback?

So I am in a bit of a situation and I don't know how to handle it.

Found the product I wanted, contacted the seller with questions, they replied incredibly fast, awesome, so far so good. I made my order, and less than 20 min later he marked it shipped, sweet. A few days later no product, I contact the vendor for tracking info, and just like before he replied super fast. Product was accepted at post office 2 days after I ordered, so I guess he didnt ship it out as fast as I'd hoped, oh well, I can see that its on its way and ill have it soon.

I receive the product and here is where the problems begin. The packaging itself is less than impressive and after counting everything out it is one pill short, recounted several times, yep definitely one pill short. I contacted the vendor and he said he would send a bonus 2 pills on my next order, I asked for a BTC refund for the one pill, send him BTC addy, he says I have to remind him tomorrow to send it, the next day I message him and he says hes waiting for someone to finalize so I have to wait still, try again tomorrow.

Im nearly out of the product and am due to make my next order, so I decide ill just take him up on his bonus 2 pills since hes making the partial refund so difficult, and the product itself was good. So I go through the process of loading up my wallet and make the order, I send him a message as a heads up and a reminder of the 2 bonus pills. I made this order early in the week (mon) to ensure I'd receive it before the weekend.

Suddenly hes not so great at communication...

Skip ahead to Weds, my order is still processing, no updates or message from the vendor. Later that evening, he sends me a message saying he's out of stock and cant fulfill my order, not cool. I reply asking him to cancel the order so I might be able to salvage my weekend by ordering overnight from someone else. He didnt cancel the order until Friday evening!

I still havent left feedback on my first order, so I am tempted to leave negative feedback saying that it was one short and make sure to confirm stock before making an order. Is that fair? At this point I dont plan on using this vendor again.. but I dont want to get blackmailed or have any shitty experience like that yknow?

Sorry for the essay...yada yada drugs.

Tl; dr first order short, no compensation, second order failed bc vendor out of stock, btc held hostage for a week. Can I leave a neg review?

feedback is all about personal opinion. if you feel as though your experience with him was negative, you have all the right in the world to leave a negative feedback. as Hunter1213800 said, as long as you are being truthful in your feedback of him, there is no problem with leaving negative feedback.

the vendor might hate you in the end, but tough luck.

The only time I got negative feedback was when a buyer had not logged in for days and let their order auto-finalize. I had no idea that there was any issue until he logged in less than 2 hours after the Auto FE and he left bad feedback because apparently he had not received his product, freaking out thinking I was trying to scam him. Turns out it was all a misunderstanding, and almost a month later I am still trying to get the feedback scrubbed from my profile. I tried to be as polite as possible to get the issue resolved but at the time I was livid.

I'd say rule number one, try to wait until you are sober until you post a review, especially if it is negative, or even if it is an overall positive review with negative aspects. You can tell a lot of my positive feedback was written when people are blasted out of their minds, which is not really a big deal and kind of funny. But it kinda makes it hard to be objective/rational.

I've actually had someone message me their review before posting as it had a few constructive criticisms and they wanted to make sure I wouldn't be mad if they posted it. I was a bit flabbergasted, and almost got the vibe that they were trying to see if I would make some kind of threat to stop them. Needless to say I told them to post their review as they had written it, since they clearly explained their concerns/suggestions rather than just posting "Scammer, 0/5!" for no reason. Just blows my mind how some people are willing to post ridiculous negative feedback because of an issue that they themselves had caused, and other people feel the need to ask for permission to give a 4.5/5 as apposed to a 5/5. Just my 2 cents.

If you feel your experience was subpar go ahead and leave negative feedback as long as it's constructive and not just random hate

Sounds to me as though your experience with this vendor was a bad one. So yes leaving negative feedback is justified.

If you buy bad drugs, or the vendor does something that could comprise you, such as bad stealth, or something.

I left negative feedback for some porno I bought. I'm sorry but reality dudes is not the same as the the reality kings you advertised. Some people have no class.
