Developing A Cash Out Strategy

I'm trying to develop a cash out strategy. Would this be the right place to talk about it?

I think persons who found a perfect cash out strategy won't share it. It's like saying 'hey, I found this perfect way to fool LE/IRS/we, I'll explain it here in detail and hope LE/IRS/we won't take note of it'.

Buy gold in mail, sell local

I am curious what "a cash out strategy" is. I dont know that term.

open pay pals in other people's name, hit up evo scans for custom scans (passport, utilities bill, proof of Ssn) because eventually you'll need it. Link a bank account in there name to the PayPal and slowly use the bank + PayPal to use small legit purchases to build trust. Link the bank account to coinbase so you have another option of cashing anything moved to your back from PayPal because you won't have a debit card from the bank. After a few months of trust, switch the address of your PayPal to a drop you have access to and request the PayPal debit card and have the bank as a back up funding source, so you can use it for the PayPal balance plus the bank balance and you have a fully working account that you can anomously buy/sell Bitcoin as well as moving money to and from PayPal while still being able to spend it Anonymously.

Darknet vendor sells drugs online that they can easily get in their area, gets bitcoins, uses bitcoins to buy other drugs that are hard to get in their area for real life drug dealer friends , drug dealer friends pay darknet vendor in cash, rinse and repeat.

Vendors don't need to cash themselves out, drug dealers don't need to cash themselves in.

Sell bitcoins for cash on LBC, put cash in a jar.

I was thinking of cleaning the bitcoins through a cleaning service then cashing out to a green dot card and withdrawing it from a ATM during a large event where it would be hard to recognize me. Do you think that would be feasible?
