Ralph Robert James Sergo (John_) blind plea agreement

https://www.scribd.com/document/363475452/Sergo-Plea

Highlights/Lowlights:

Count 1 mandatory minimum: 5 years

Count 2 and 4 mandatory minimums: 10 years

Count 3 mandatory minimum: 5 years

Count 5 mandatory minimum: 25 years (TO BE SERVED CONSECUTIVELY, NOT CONCURRENTLY)

He will be getting at least 35 years, if not life. This is a blind plea as well meaning he's plead guilty, but with no promise of sentencing. Additionally, which I did not include, he proffered with the government admitting the government can prove the allegations contained in the indictment.

He will be sentenced in December.

let me sticky this for everyone.

I want to just make a PSA here, so listen carefully:

The evidence in this case is overwhelming just by looking at what is public in the complaint. I'm sure the rest of the evidence is just as compelling. Being familiar with the federal criminal system, I want to make something very clear here. He is not facing 35+ years because of drugs. He is facing 35+ years because of the drugs AND THE GUNS. The guns charges are what is giving him an additional 25 year mandatory minimum. Had he not had the guns, he would be looking at probably 10, maybe up to 20 years. That's still a massive sentence, but it's not 35 years or life.

The guns are what put him over the top, NOT the drugs. This is not a game. If you carry a gun in the commission of a felony and in furtherance of drug trafficking, you will get your ass nailed to a post.

You've been warned.

This makes me so sad.

People whine and bitch about the LSD prices and paying 250/sheet and the this and that. This dude paid with his life. Fentanyl? Ok fine. Bricks of heroin? Fine.

L S fucking D.

[16 Points] randguy7:

Looks like hes getting a worse sentence then the guys who actually get caught producing it.

Surprising amount of guns, then again this is Florida.

[5 Points] boomybox:

I remember hearing he was cooperating with them with too

Wow, this sucks. But I really need to know if he's taking the blind plea by what he initially said while marandized, implying his guilt or if it is a way to seek a lesser sentence. Hopefully one to 'time served' and his legal team has that in mind. To prove he is not a harm to society, he can't help as a FBI hacker, and that he never directly made contact with other individuals involved. Hopefully ...

I would never in a million years consider being a drug dealer in the land of the free. you guys have world-class, top-of-the-line government agencies dedicated to fuck you up. this is not a game anyone can win and LEO knows it. it saddens me that this young man will never see his dreams come to life and he will most likely struggle to live a decent life after he is released. no one is giving a decent salary to a "drug kingpin".

[2 Points] YouBawBag:

Ouch! 15mil and 66 btc.

[2 Points] radiadorK:

It is not the fault of the police. It is our fault. We have to demonstrate before the institutions to ask for the freedom of sergo and the legalization of the lsd. There are constant demonstrations. Many good people like Sergo or Pickard are in jail unjustly while tobacco which kills is legal.

[2 Points] XMR4RECAP:

Update: Ralph Rober James Sergo was sentenced.

[1 Points] Hairybristols:

Fuck that, 35 years is practically life the way i see it. I'd tell the feds to get stuffed and hang myself with the bedsheets. No point co operating if your still going to get fucked anyway.
