I've ordered from this vendor for years and had nothing but the best experiences. Literally every item came through without problem and she usually responded promptly to messages and provided tracking numbers. Now they won't respond to anything. I've sent 3 messages over the last 2 weeks and got no response despite them logging on.
One reviewer is claiming that the vendor's account was sold and it's now held by someone else. Obviously in all likelihood this is untrue and probably is a guess made by a frustrated customer because their not getting tracking numbers despite requests. Maybe the vendor is simply backed up due to the holiday season, or for any reason like that.
Anyone have info on this seller and if they're still the same and still reliable?
Most importantly: has anyone heard from Angelina lately, has she responded to anyone's message?
They responded to my last message, I think it's simply a holiday delay. I'll post what they said below as I think they would rather this get out there than the speculations ITT and on their ratings
