I received a package today which had a customs sticker on it. It was for 30 pills of Prozac(fluoexetine), and the pills were intact inside their blister packaging. It was shipped from Thailand, and there was a green 'inspected by customs' sticker on the end of the envelope.
I've cleaned house already, but I'm expecting a domestic shipment of some benzos(about $50 worth), but no other shipments. Should I be worried?
Obviously I'm not planning on signing for any packages that arrive, but is there anything else I should do?
I can't vouch for this personally but a while back right before SR1 went down, I talked about this situation with a reputable vendor of pharms in India (who was on SR1 for a looong time and is still around on Agora now) who had a huge operation and seemed to know his shit. He told me when I was looking into ordering Nucynta (Tapentadol, a relatively new synthetic opioid/SNRI combo that is schedule III or IV I think) and Neurontin/Gabapentin (schedule IV if anything, very low abuse potential according to the scheduling but I love the shit) that with non-narcotic/non-schedule II drugs that are known for their street value or abuse potential, customs simply does not have the time to see if you have a script for said non-narcotic.
He explained to me that he would send the pills in plain sight, not stealth, for these types of relatively harmless drugs because it is completely legal for us to order them from another country if we have a prescription. I am certain if this is the case that Prozac would fall into the category of drugs that isn't known for its abuse potential or street value.
TL;DR: From what I've been told by a reputable, long-time vendor of pharms coming into the US from Asia, substances like Prozac that are relatively harmless simply don't get customs' time of day for them to check into whether you have a prescription or not. It is completely legal to order these drugs from another country if you have a script so as cantgetenoughdrugs said, they saw it was harmless and carried on with their day, giving you their seal of approval.
If this is incorrect anyone, please advise; I believe it to be true from past research I've done independently on the matter as well. Good luck!
