Just a reminder: USPS "scheduled delivery dates" are occasionally rendered meaningless due to human error

Im sure like any other DNM user when I have pack(s) in transit, I hawk myUSPS every second I can. Not until I was using this service did i realize how often USPS misses their own deadlines. For the second time in the last three or four months, an express overnight package was stuck at "departed regional facility" for over 24 hours passed the scheduled delivery date and only just now updated but is still "departed" the same facility. Ive also had countless priority packs delivered the day after scheduled delivery date (usually firt thing in the morning). It happens. Dont freak out. People make mistakes, and the USPS is far from a perfect (or even efficient) machine

Also notice, i forgot exactly where its state, but all the premium shipping options basically have a disclaimer saying

"Overnight delivery guaranteed

Shit happens every other package I get. No matter if DNM, eBay, amazon. 1 week all on time next week shit goes into that 18 hour hell hole of "in transit". But knock on wood usually they are here next day. But it always seems to happen when you need that pack right now. Just someone's way of fucking with you like if there is a god.

Dude I have had a express pack take 4 days on 1 occasion and 2-3 days many other times. Express almost never makes it there 1 day IME. I just always use priority no matter what because it takes 2 days like clockwork every single time. A lot of people hate on USPS I love them I think for the amount they handle they do a damn good job.

I had a package saying it was processed through facility and then 3 days later it was processed through the same facility lol. At least it's in and through customs now. Soon I won't have to check every 5 minutes to see if there are any updates. What do you think about signing up for txt updates if it is being delivered to your home?

The express deadline is usually earlier than normal mail and you can only drop it in certain boxes. In my expereince a lot of vendors dont know that or just dont care and just put them in regular boxes with normal priority mail. If it is stuck for 18 hours at the facility it usually means missed deadline to make the express truck for the day. Although sometimes they just fuck up.

USPS has been horrible since all the hurricanes i just had a priority mail take 13 days because they lost the package coming from one state over, for the most part the tracking numbers are right but probably 1/15 times it off by a day either early or late(normally late) or no date what do ever is given

Everyone get the flesh lights you were expecting in the mail? Think must be a sub driver. I checked no recordings or any motion sensors set off. This drop is like in the woods per say. Only seen 2 of their neighbors pass by. I only stalk the shit remotely and only when odd shit happens. But 1 neighbor has his grandkids living with now I have caught those little asses checking out mail box but like under 10. We when kids blew shit up used bats & trucks. 10 yr olds do not need any dang flesh light.
