Ordered 100 2mg Bars off of Agora. Only 20 (marked 20, actually 21) arrive. I had never used benzos before but 2 separate people told me that they felt very weak.
But regardless of that, I contacted them via their safe-mail address concerning the quantity. Note; I ordered right before an update on their vendor page that they had recent problems with LE which caused them to put their Agora account on vacation mode.
I got a quick reply from the safe-mail address saying that it was probably a mistake and that I should contact the Agora admin concerning a refund.
I did, and a refund was posted, but at 56% of the paid price, which I found a bit random. Note, I have yet to hear anything from the Agora admin, only the posted refund with the option to finalize. So, I contacted them via safe-mail again and asked why this was the case and the reply was that I should talk to the Agora admin about refunds.
I waited two days, nothing changed, so I inquired again via safe-mail and have yet to hear anything back.
My question is whether I should open a dispute because the 56% seems pretty arbitrary to me. It should be at least the 80% that didn't arrive. They have an arrival guarantee; it did arrive but not the right quantity.
I'm sure it was a honest mistake, and it sucks that they are having trouble, and it's not a huge amount of money, but I would prefer at least the amount refunded for what I didn't receive, as any hit for me right now is no bueno. My worry is that maybe if I do open a dispute, Agora could see it for them and even what was offered as a refund might get taken back. Is that probable? Also, I still have the package that denotes the the amount as evidence, but I suppose they could claim that I forged it.
Anyway, that's my cool story. Not the biggest deal; I may just take what was offered, i.e. the loss, and find a new vendor but it just seems like an arbitrary amount to offer back. Would appreciate any words of advice. Thanks.
