Can LE force reddit admin to ban this subreddit because it supports all kind of DNM activity?

Nigga this is a role play board.. We all just pretend we're sending and receiving drugs and getting fucked up to mislead the feds.

Why would they ban it? It's a honeypot of DNM users and Reddit has no issues handing over IP/user info when government agencies come calling. Wouldn't surprise me to see them(LE) encouraging the activities in these types of forums.

This is why this sub has rules. Esp regarding direct dealing and sourcing. We aren't trying to be pricks. We are trying to keep on the right side of the law and have this sub as a place for discussion - not conducting business.

No, the only way the sub could be banned is if people were using this sub to arrange DDs, which is why the mods are so strict with sourcing rules.

/r/jailbait was banned because people were requesting people to pm them cp, and I assume /r/thebarons was banned because people were using it to arrange DDs.

Of course reddit is a private company and they can do whatever they want. But I doubt they will ban this sub unless it starts to be used to facilitate deals through reddit.

NO

The First Amendment (Amendment I) to the United States Constitution prohibits the making of any law respecting an establishment of religion, impeding the free exercise of religion, abridging the freedom of speech, infringing on the freedom of the press, interfering with the right to peaceably assemble, or prohibiting the petitioning for a governmental redress of grievances. It was adopted on December 15, 1791, as one of the ten amendments that constitute the Bill of Rights.

No. LE has absolutely no power to do that. The courts could have it shutdown if it was breaking laws. But it's not breaking any laws, in fact it's covered under the 1st amendment.

Reddit can shut the subreddit down for whatever reason it feels like though.

Didn't this sub get banned once already?
