Go pages 15-17 The vendor from BMR was arrested on May 5th 2014 after some guy in NYC stops by a police station with a vial of cyanide that he bought off of BMR, the FBI was able to locate the vendor because he was using UPS. Then they arrested this other guy in san fran who sounds like a nutjob.
