A request to mods

This community is ruined by pseudo hackers. Please remove all posts with DoS, extortion or hack claims and ban the accounts that make such posts, put this in in the sub reddit rules. All those little kids want is attention, while they have attention they will keep ruining this community experience in the markets and in this sub reddit.

I actually wrote up a proposal yesterday and it's being discussed now, not allowing these kinds of posts is one of the things in it. It'll be added to the rules by Monday at the latest.

read. my. fucking. mind.

[5 Points] loadsofshite:

I agree 100%. I wish hacker cunts would fuck off, just let people buy their drugs and other shit

[7 Points] darkbrowser15:

Yes please

[3 Points] IGetDankShit:

Damn someone gifted you gold for this? I just proposed this yesterday... hah.

There should be a rule going live soon on extortion and blackmail.

[4 Points] rogueXleader:

I would have to agree in most cases. This "hacking" collective or whatever they would like to consider themselves are flooding the sub with multiple posts that have very little to no evidence and then more threads pop up to discuss the non-sense in these posts that are simply nothing more than bragging. If they can't produce evidence worth our time reading, just delete that crap immediately. I've had threads that were much more on-topic to actually using the DNM's and they've been auto-mod deleted. And then I get on and have to weed through this crap every other day about the stupid Cosa Nostra and how they've essentially been enough of a nuisance to get 10 BTC. Whoopee! That's a lot of money to me, but to a market it's chump change. Quit paying these dumbasses and their funds to run all these DDOS attacks will go dry. They can brag all they want, but they don't have infinite resources. If you're posting to legitimately improve security on a market, you probably deserve a cut, but you shouldn't try to extort it out of the admins by attempting to create a panic. Stealing, whether from a market or another user/vendor, should get you banned on the spot. They can keep creating throwaways, but you can continue deleting them. Can we find a real hacker with credentials to shut this circus down? I'd be happy to contribute to not dealing with extortionists on top of market admins and vendors that can run off with coin. I'm all for some drama, but when the drama doesn't produce any results, beyond causing problems for users of this sub, I don't have the patience for it. Let's sit and every week point out the vulnerabilities of a market on a clearnet site so the DEA, FBI, NSA, Interpol, and you name it can have a checklist of exactly what to do to take down the markets, whether temporarily or permanently. Why don't you guys just write them a guide to destroying DNM's and mail it to them? That's essentially what's happening with some of these posts

Good call. Just like with televised sports not showing the assholes on tv that run out on to the field. If you don't give them the attention they stop.

I am very much against censorship but this is not just common or even offensive speech. These posts harm the community as a whole.

[2 Points] HulkVsMeth:

Yea it scares away buyers from making purchases and make desperate moves, BUT why block all the hackers? These are the people who keep the admin on there toes and keep them to upgrade there markets

[1 Points] None:

I say leave them if they have validity... it's nice to know what's going on with the markets... if they can be hacked.. and are. ..i want to know

[1 Points] None:

I mean, they should be allowed, but with evidence and no outlandish claims. One reason why I browse here is in fact for the drama (sometimes), but mostly for the hacking news from a first person perspective. It's more to fun see shit like this unfold before your eyes than reading a news article later on about it. Provided, that the claims are accurate.

[1 Points] noonehear:

If you where a hat... contact the marketplace immediately. No need for reddit FUD.

[1 Points] Vendor_BBMC:

I think everything is sufficiently covered by the existing rules. Remember this is just men typing on laptops, not the centre of the world. Most people who use darknet markets don't read Reddit. It has no effect on anyone's sales, and its only really important as a way to get the media's attention, via DeepDotweb?

Why ban hackers for discussing hacking an illegal website, but allow the website's owner to talk about the hackers and his countermeasures?

How would we know about these opportunistic psychopaths if we couldn't read what they say?

Seems to me that forcing them to prove what they claim forces them to break the doxxing rules.

[1 Points] None:

If the hackers are good why did they not warn or protect people from evo or blackbank? All these posts seem to pop up after the facts. Its easy to say we are protecting you on a forum when no one can really validate shit unless they give too much information. Meanwhile sellers keep selling buyers keep buying. Yeah you may get burned by a market or vendor if you don't understand this you are a fucking moron.

[1 Points] sillysally11:

Grow some balls. You are a big boy, ignore the threads you don't like, end of story.

[-1 Points] Aluminum_Foil_Hat:

If there was a way to sort out "FUD". But that would leave me with a 50 pound bag of popcorn and 10 pounds of butter.

[-6 Points] sillysally11:

I think it's better that they're able to post on here, at least then we can tell what's happening. It's up to you if you click a thread or not. Also, it's the most entertaining part of this sub!! I love post with roboto-san going back and forth with alpha02. I find it hilarious how roboto-san always beats up on alpha02 about the time he said someone made a "pussy post"
