Help with Helix Light?

I apologize if this should be posted elsewhere, but DMN is my go to for problems with stuff like this. I sent BTC to helix light, and it shows that they've been recieved, but after 5 hours, it's still waiting for the blockchain confirms it needs to start processing the coins. Electrum wallet also shows sent, but without confirms. Also, oddly enoulgh I can't even get details of the transaction from electrum. Typically I can do this if I right click on the transaction.

Anyone have any idea what's going on? I feel like at least a few confirms should have happened by now. I'm worried that the helix will "time out" or whatever and I'll lose my coins. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

It sounds like you sent your payment with a low fee, so the bitcoin network is taking a long time to confirm your transaction. Did you use the default Electrum fee of 50 satoshis per byte? I recommend in the future doubling that in your Electrum preferences.

Lots of people have been mentioning this site lately...it does appear to have worked for quite a few people to speed up their confirmations:

There's an important phrase that we use here, and think it's time that you all learned it. Act as if. You understand what that means? Act as if you are the fucking President of this firm. Act as if you got a 9" cock. Okay? Act as if.

I just used helix light about an hour ago and my whole transaction took about 20 minutes beginning to end.. you just need to use a higher fee bro. Try using about a dollar or so.

Does Helix say that the coins were received but it is just waiting for confirms? As long as it has detected the transaction it wont' time out AFAIK.
