Hi /r/DarkNetMarkets,

We have been made aware of a complaint made by /u/MDMAmphetamineUSA which has gathered some traction here on Reddit. We intended to close down all clearnet communication until next month to stick to our security protocols, however we need to address this immediately.

This user, as a large vendor, we welcomed with open arms to vend. We were happy to see him set up shop and unfortunately the post in question is complete FUD and we are unsure of the reason why it has been posted. The issues described have not occurred, other than negative feedback being pre-selected, which was a small bug after an update. This was promptly fixed and any vendors who requested for the feedback to be amended would have that wish granted.

Finalized orders are all in the balance currently, this has been double checked. If there was any delay, we can look into why, but at this moment in time, the user should be fine to withdraw all finalized earnings. We also do not have any record of a support ticket prior to today, which we have only just found in the queue as we have a slight backlog right now. If there is anything missing, please provide details to support and it will be taken care of within 24 hours.

We have nothing more to say on this, the vendor in question can contact us if they are having any genuine issues from here onwards, but we will not tolerate unabstantiated claims and slander.

As for any current, real issues, we are working on some small fixes and catching up on waivers right now. New DDOS measures will be announced on the forums on or before Tuesday evening and we will be integrating new features, so expect some downtime for maintenance. Please keep any contact to the forums or support tickets. We will not be responding over Reddit at this moment in time.

Am i the only who doesn't think this is an adequate response? I mean sure the vendor could be straight up lying but why are you precursing your suspension of communications. In my eyes you just said,

Hello guys, Aero is down so I havent had a chance to do the math yet, but I checked my account and it looks like the balance is correct now. I will retract any accusations that they were possibly trying to do something malicious to my account though, that doesnt seem to be the case. But just for the record my post was 100% genuine, not slander. I have no reason to randomly make something up about a market that I was excited to get setup on, this is not a case of just having to wait an hour for the balance to update or something, the balance was incorrect for multiple days. But the flaws in your markets have cost me thousands of dollars in sales, many hours of frustration and wasted time (even right now is taking much time away from my business to address this community issue), and has lost me many buyers that were upset that I could not process their order, so many future sales have also been lost due to this issue.

Regarding my initial FE privileges request, that was unprofessional to delete all old pending support tickets like you mentioned on the Aero forum, thats probably why you never saw my FE request, I dont understand why you would do that....

Seems to me like this was only fixed directly after I made a public post about it. I could be wrong, but the timing of this being corrected leads me to believe this was a manual fix. I'm wondering what would have happened if I hadnt done so, and I just didnt notice the missing funds. Again, I am not saying this is foul play, but please be careful and take all reports seriously, including mine if this has not been fixed yet. If this is not fixed yet I hope you guys are working on it, I will give you the benefit of the doubt here.

Aero admin, I do want you to know however, that I have absolutely nothing against your market on a personal level. In fact, I was very excited to vend on Aero, and told most of my buyers "Aero is my new home base now guys". Whether or not that holds true remains to be seen but we shall see. Chapman is a lover, not a fighter, so I'm going to move forward assuming this was unintentional, and will post an update in the main thread that I created. I'm fully willing to put this behind us and start fresh again tomorrow, I will get things ready and re-launch tomorrow night.

Hopefully this is nothing, and a year from now I am celebrating my 2000th sale on Aero.

I really hate to say this, but checked my balance and it is still about 1 BTC short after doing the math manually. Also, my XMR balance is zero. I screenshotted my wallet if you need to see admin. Sent you a PM, hopefully we can resolve this quickly, I have many orders to attend to dear.

EDIT: talked with the admin and they have found the issue, they said it should be good to go in a few hours!! Once I can confirm that all is well I will make a post guys, dont worry.

Stressful day, whew!!! But in the end I am glad that everything is being solved and I can continue at Aero. =)))

Update: I had a lot more off my orders finalized so my balance should now be more than 2 BTC. Currently, it has somehow gone from 1.13 BTC down to 0.21480. My Monero balance is also down to 0 now. Not sure how that is possible. Admin said he found the problem and that it'd be solved in a few hours. Something changed, but not solved, I really hope after all the hours wasted on this it can finally be fixed, this is really hurting my business badly dears. As of right now, looks like the re-launch tonight is not going to happen. I will post back later in the day to let you guys know if it has been solved!!! =(((
