This is not a case of getting tricked by dozens of good (fake) vendor reviews although they had many good ones when I ordered (and still do). I ordered from Vapor Pen (BSM) at the beginning of March, when they only had a dozen reviews or so. I got the package very quickly but it was not the right order. I communicated with him and he realized his mistake. Vendor said another one was sent but it didn't arrive. This was the beginning of a series of messages about packages being sent to the wrong address, would you like a refund, "wait, the package didn't get there?", continuous messages, most confusing and forgetful of what they had written before. The vendor has also blown up in the past month with 30 new messages everyday and 50 more good reviews since. I am confident I am not getting scammed, but this vendor is having trouble keeping up and can't keep disputes straight. I have been in communication for about a month with no resolution and increasing time between messages. Obviously I should dispute but I am newer to the markets and don't want a dispute to cloud my record.
Anyone have experience with this vendor or disputing sales on BSM?
PS I have gotten packages from other vendors since so there is no problem with my pgp or mailing address
I have had a similar issue. I purchased two weeks ago. No product received. The communications from him--and he generally takes several days to respond--have been confused, and almost responding to questions I did not ask, and not responding to the questions I did ask. I also have not opened a dispute, as some flakiness is to be expected from less established vendors, and I'm giving him a few more days; it seems that he is just disorganized as his orders ramp up
Having recently followed a vendor to BSM from Pandora, I am new to BSM, but have also received other orders from other vendors with no issue.
