Zion misrepresented how much BTC I paid for an order. The Vendor refunded, but the BTC have been stuck in unconfirmed limbo since December 14th.

As title says, Zion fucked up multiple times, telling me my wallet had an incorrect balance, placing multiple orders instead of one, and saying I'd either paid more or less BTC than the order required. Their helpdesk is useless, obviously.

But the most annoying is when I placed an order in December with OneEyeJacksStash (who is just as useless as the helpdesk, but for other reasons), and it said I hadn't paid the full amount. He refunded it and the refund transaction hasn't confirmed even once since then.

The tx id is b722a86909489c7d502637e14a98ffe536a81d6102b6055c4d3f5acff13119bb if anyone wants to take a look.

My understanding is the fee is too low, but I can't change that since I didn't send the transaction. I've tried an accelerator (confirmtx) but so far nothing has happened.

Please if you have any idea how to fix this let me know.

Zion isn't so amazing. I've had BTC transactions stuck in limbo for weeks, going on over a month, and they keep getting bounced for too low initiated transaction fees imposed by the market. CFPP hasn't worked and I'm told 'just to wait'. Very frustrating and lots of funds lost (not to mention a half dozen other bugs).

If the refund address is your own, Child Pays For Parent can be used to accelerate the tx.

Theres not much you can do. Sounds like a retarded way to do things. A separate tx to have your btc returned?
