What do you expect when a pack doesn't land?

Thinking more along the lines of feedback for the seller. Do you leave feedback?

In this instance it was a small trial order with no tracking. Had a pack had tracking I'd fully expect the vendor to do something.

What do you expect of the vendor? 100% reship, 50% reship, some type of deal if you make another order?

I've communicated with the vendor so i don't suspect a scam, just a small pack got caught.

This pack is going on 6 weeks so I think I can safely assume it will not land.

It says something when a vendor doesn't use tracking. Be honest with your feedback. Did you get your money back?

Depends on the vendor's policy for no-shows. They usually have one on their profile page.

if they dont send a refund or reship but they have a no reship/refund policy then I think you should still give them good feedback because they followed through on their end and did what they said they would.

if you ordered from a hot country then you know this can happen. At the very worst give them neutral.
