Odd tracking info. Want some advice.

So I just got a "Sorry we missed you" notice from the friendly people down at USPS. This is pretty normal since I'm almost never home when the mail comes, and I've gone in an picked up my packages before. However, there are a couple things about this package that are making me think twice.

1) This is a small package (letter) from an international order and it requires a signature. Not too suspicious but the vendor didn't inform me that tracking would be put on the envelope so I'm going to message him about it.

2) The tracking info says it was sorted in Miami 3 weeks ago, and then the only next entry is it's arrival at my house. This seems like a red flag to me. Has anyone else ever seen this before with tracking?

Just wondering if anyone could shed some light on this seemingly odd situation.

Me and a few others that got them are in the process are setting up a race. If you want in, let us know. We are racing for slips, Loser Gets all, and must pick up and deliver the packs

I've seen in tracking, it went from New Jersey and straight here. And it was clearnet packs so I just think that's how it is sometimes.
