Package didn't arrive from an 100% positive feedback vendor, what do?

I ordered from a vendor on Evolution 103 positive reviews, 1 neutral, 0 negative (the 1 neutral review is in German for some reason so idk what's up with that).

I didn't open a dispute in time because it was an international order and I knew it would take more time to arrive (honestly I trusted the guy, still do.) Point is it's been a month and orders have arrived that were placed after his... he has no refund/reship for first time orders however I already have about 7 successful orders, all paid for. I'm not trying to scam him I just want my shit.

Was my order seized? Is he scamming me? Should I wait longer? Contact Evo customer support?

(I don't want to disclose the vendor just yet because I don't want to ruin his reputation in case the package does come through)

Contact the seller first. If you can't reach a solution without intervention. THEN, contact Evo customer support.

How many days did you wait from the order marked as shipped?

Tell them you'll leave a negative review if they don't do anything.

Always be polite and professional, but remain assertive and make sure the vendors know that you clearly understand how this "whole thing works". If they think you are going to be able to communicate with Support professionally and will be one of the people that posts a negative review on clearnet and onion sites, they are MUCH more likely to work with you.
