Missing coins on Crypto and admins refusing to help

So there was a problem sitewide with orders and I'm missing a little over 0.41 btc that a customer released. I have contacted the help desk who told me to message battlestar. I did several times waiting a few days in between but there has been no response. The help desk is not so helpful either as they just say he's been busy and will get around to helping me. It has been over 2 weeks now and I still do not see my coins in my wallet.

Just a warning to vendors thinking about vending on that site.

I've taken a small break to deal with some issues, but I am now back. Contact me on Crypto Market and I'll begin helping you. I do apologize for the time it's taking to hear back from someone. I'll try to get it taken care of as soon as possible! As for the orders issue, the admins are still working on getting it fixed. Battlestar has been putting in several hours a day at answer messages fixing them one by one and still trying to fix the issue on the site. Personally, I get nearly 110 messages a day. He's getting the same amount probably plus messages about the order issue to be fixed, so filtering through is taking a lot of time. The issue should be fixed soon, but I can't give an ETA on when at this very time. I really am sorry about the delay on the ticket.
