Wrong order/Incorrect Order (Weed) - What would you do or ask for?

So I recently ordered a qtr oz of a sampler of 2 strains, however I received what appears to only be one, all in one bag, all identical looking buds. I'm fairly experienced smoker, I can tell different weeds, and these are not different strains, neither based on packaging, appearance, or taste.

So i was expecting 2 strains, received one, and based on the feedback on the listing, there are 2 others that said similiar things about needing labels if there were indeed two strains, and that it appeared there was only one strain in another. I'm unsure if it weighed straight as my scale is broke, and another on its way, however it doesnt look like its short or anything....My main issue is that I sent him 3 messages now asking if there are two strains, if he ran out and supplemented another, or what, and have not heard back in nearly 2 days, and his last seen shows he's been on today....

What would you guys do, just write it off and stuff? The weed isn't bad weed or anything, and as i said I don't think its short, but it seems weird that if he ran out of one, he wouldn't say anything, or respond explaining that he "hooked it up cause only one was left" or something right? If he answered I'd be less inclined to dispute, or ask for reship or anything else, but what seems like ignoring me makes me a little frustrated...

Just wondering if anyone else experienced anything like this and what they did, I'm not sure I want to put a stamp on this yet and name who the vendor is, if he doesnt respond after 4 days I think its worth naming the vendor perhaps...

Oh and all of a sudden, since sunday night i think, all his listings are gone too....that's what makes me uneasy the most i think.
