Vendor Review I sell Pizza

I recently made an order with I sell Pizza he sells credit card information on Evolution Marketplace, extremely cheap. It was easily the best experience I've ever had on the darknet, I got my information within 5 hours (it normally takes around 12hrs-24hrs). All the information was valid and they all had good balances, and they only costs 6.00 a piece but you have to buy at least 5. Only down side is some of them were VBV and 3d secure so they all didn't work for what I needed, out of 8 of them 3 of them had this security feature. It's not a big deal because I know a ton of sites that don't even use this security feature so it wasn't a big deal for me. But if you're planning on buying them you're going to want to at least know a couple sites that aren't VBV you can use them on, or some of these will be useless to you. Great vendor and if you're in the market for this kind of thing, don't bother even going anywhere else.

How do you use them, just for online ordering? Wouldn't they be able to track your purchases by your deliveries?

How exactly do you use the cards, and how do you check the balance on them? Do you just log-in via clearnet, and buy things from like... amazon.com? Is there certain precautions you need to take, like order through amazon via tor on a made-up account or something?

And then what, send it to a vacant home or something? I mean the postal service will know it's vacant, or if they know it's a stolen package won't police see you pick it up from the vacant home? I don't quite get how the drop address, however you do it, protects you.

But I assume if you use your real address, the real owner of the card reports stolen, they see the order, and go to check out the address that illegal order was sent to and bust you if it's your real address? Is that common?
