delivered to agent?

So i did a dd with a trusted vendor and i got the preship notification on myusps from the area he usually ships from (im on the other coast) and today i get another notification that it was Delivered - To agent in a completely different state and its green like there will be no further updates. It cant be that the address is wrong because why would it be in myusps assuming that its not run by your name.. Has anyone else experienced this? Am I worried for no reason? also sent a message to vendor but havent heard back which is pretty usual so i figured id get some short term advice on here =)

edit: preshipment info sent to USPS (one state)-->>Delivered to agent (another state thats not mine) nothing inbetween and not even 2 days

Once again this sub gives the worst answers fucking imaginable. You're fucking FINE, I've seen this scan a zillion times.

they probably would not show their hand if they were gonna cd ya like you said...

Either its seized and they dont really care about it for now or theres a major USPS error....

50/50 chance...

Delivered to agent usually means something like your roommate, who said they weren't you, took possession of your mail for you in your absence.

Since its the wrong state, somethings wrong, seems to me vendor should be 100 % responsible for it, if it is not some sort of error, which is entirely possible.

Anything possible with Usps...

May eventually arrive, but maybe vendors packed got profiled... I would call USPS on a burner and get more information immediately if it were me...

It could also mean LEO has the pack as I have seen before on usps tracking.

Normally this means it's left with a maildesk in an office building or that another private mail carrier took it to forward. Basically anyone that signs as professional but isn't you. Just the different state is confusing little. I don't live in U.S. But there was a discussion once on another Legal item site

I think its probably the postal carriers handheld was set wrong as you said, sounds good to me, although Ive never heard that before...it does make some sense.

I wouldnt worry too much about it unless its fentanyl or carfentanyl, if so, I would definitely do some exit planning.

I'll play!

I am going with vendor gave you tracking number of another customer by mistake.

If not, then congrats on being first time I have ever seen an out of state "received", happening in a time frame you say is not really possible. The thing is that they will indeed fuck with the tracking data posted if they are trying to buy an extra day to get all their CD ducks in a row and signed off on. But the whole "it is too quick" factor makes that particular piece of LE social engineering mostly moot.

Unlikely he transposed a digit on your tracking number because that's hard to do with it still remaining a valid number. Left with an agent, as others have said, is a normal entry they will use when leaving it with someone (though lately the shit has been pretty accurate in my case - i.e. left in mailbox/left on porch/left with unit 123 etc).
