Does anyone know why Abraxas Support isn't responding?

Hey everyone, I'm just wondering if anyone can tell me what's going on here. I ordered 1000 xanax bars from DrXanax a month ago and was unfortunate enough to be one of the orders that got stopped in Canada. I hadn't noticed that he was offering re-ships and refunds until it was too late, so I never received any bars and now my bitcoin is stuck in escrow and I am unable to retrieve it. Obviously I'm not going to message DrXanax now as the account is most likely under LE's control, but I've messaged Abraxas about getting the money back a couple times in the past week and a half and haven't gotten a response. Does anybody know why this is the case?

I've also noticed that it says on the order that enough time has passed to where DrXanax could auto-finalize the order and I'm worried something will happen to my coins before I can get them back, if I can get them back. Can anybody help be out here? This is such an inconvenience.
