Trouble with Zion

I'm a bit new to the market and was wondering if someone could offer advice. I've purchased off Zion twice by sending to the vendor through coinbase, no problem. Earlier this week I bought $120 worth of product from a vendor and then saw some bad reviews so immediately asked for a refund.

I received a refund to my Zion account and immediately spent $90 with one vendor and $20 with another leaving $10 in my account. Then suddenly my account balance is at $0 and both of my purchases are listed as unpaid on the dashboard. When I click on the shopping cart the $20 purchase says unpaid and the $90 one says paid, but comes up with an error message when I click order details.

Does anyone know what could be going on? Could I be doing something wrong? I messaged the moderators, but they haven't been any help.

When you say account, what do you mean? Zion has no account wallets. You send btc directly to a multisig generated on ordering.

Check the forums they've posted about this issue. Something to do with fees or some bollocks
