Tor Browser 4.5 Released

I use a 25x USB 3.0 32GB Sandisk Extreme for my Darknet OS to run on. Every other reload I wipe it using DiskUtility in osx with max secure erase setting.

Anyhow, after i got everything re-installed, I went to tor page and 4.5 is now their recommended build. Is this what ppl are using now, or should we stick with 4.0.8

If there's an update, it should be used.

You are going to kill your flash drive.

I'd recommend using Tails, but that can be sometimes difficult to boot on a Mac.

Does FileVault allow you to encrypt your USB?

Looks like that is going to be new standard, and we should all switch over at some point soon.

This is not an important security update, it's a feature update. Folks are still fine using 4.0.8 and Tails 1.3.2. Read the announcement.

Looks like the update is well worth it.

Is Tails 1.3.2 unsafe to use now that the Tor Browswer included with that updated is outdated?

Wait. Why you have 25 of them? Why starting from sratch every couple of times? Isn't that a huge overkill for just a buyer?
