I don't know how this vendor was rated so well previously. The bud looks overpriced to begin with.
I placed an order last thursday, thinking since zeltas ships on tuesday/friday, It would go out the next day. Or at least soon after. Marked confirmed/shipped friday.
Nothing the entire week and then zelta's updated their profile saying that they wont be able to ship any orders made from august 15th until august 28th. Wow. Talk about slow shipping. NO wonder their recent feedback is people claiming it took 2 weeks to get a domestic order. By this time I asked for a refund. Agora had also come out with that message saying they were going down.
I contacted zeltas and after multiple days they finally responded saying that they would lose the btc for my order, which is already a week late, should I not FE before the market goes down. I said I don't fe for anyone. I don't care. If they wont ship it in escrow, then cancel it and refund me.
They then tell me, after a couple more days, that if I want the refund, I should send my shipping info so they know which one to cancel. I do that within an hour.
2 more days go by. I send another mesage asking them to please do it soon. They messaged me 6 hours after that message telling me, again, "If you dont FE, it wont ship. it's that simple"
I am confused. We already talked about refunding the order and they mentioned I should send my info...I did. Why are they telling me to FE, again!?
I am upset at this point because I am most likely not going to get the refund until agora comes back online, if at all.
I still have not gotten any more responses from zeltas. Order hasnt shipped and is just stuck in escrow while agora goes down. This vendor is fucking me over. They acknowledge I want a refund, then go on to respond to me to FE again instead of refunding it.
I have contacted support multiple times over the past 5 days. No response.
Zetlasgarden. Please. Refund me now so I have a chance to actually get my money back. Stop being such a shitty vendor.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Slowest ship times I have ever experienced.
zelta has been pulling this shit for a while (since blue sky mp). spread the word so other buyers dont fall into the same trap
