did i just get really lucky? received damaged usps package

Yesterday I received a USPS package from a CR vendor w/ 1g of hash.

The priority envelope was left in my mailbox as usual but was completely torn open (looked entirely accidental though). Stealth was sub par and contraband could have EASILY been discovered if the item "concealing" it had fallen out or if the item had gone to be repackaged by an employee.

Needless to say, I was more than a little freaked out after receiving it, but feel okay because it was such a small amount and got delivered normally despite the damaged envelope.

I'm just a little bit worried today because I've read that if contraband is discovered, sometimes LE will let it go through as usual but start "watching" their mail. How true is this possibility? Or did I just get lucky?

I have alerted the vendor and am giving him time to make it right before I make any definitive review.

You are probably going to die

How exactly are you expecting him to "make it right"? Do you just want free drugs over what was likely a shipping error?

Forget what these other people are saying, its obvious that you intend to distribute that gram. You're trying to start a hash empire. Go turn yourself in, you hardened criminal you!

Vendor should have used a package in a package as a fair safe. Still wasn't his fault though, tell him about it and suggest he update his stealth.

I am 99% sure I am the vendor in this post. I forwarded a label to my hash shipper when this customer ordered an 1/8th bc the BTC amt's were exactly the same. I have already re-shipped w/tracking but love that I see this post on reddit today after he alerted me 4 days ago.

I don't want to discuss the stealth methods my hash supplier uses, but his product was hidden, although another layer of protection has been implemented due to his concerns.

I really think you could have waited to post a review of my service as we had agreed on when the error is discovered.
