India EMS 'speed post' signature requested upon delivery...

pack just landed in US from India. Came in 6 days considering 4th was a holiday. Paid for express EMS post. My regular mailman said international requires signature. He had a handheld digital device that asked for first and last name and signature. Been two hours since he left. No knocks, no flashbangs... Vendor says she doesn't require signature, but USPS might.

Anyone have this happen before? Could this be a CD?

Hire a Belize, burn down attorney, move to drugs.

You are fine, that is the normal routine for packages that require sig, the "device" was something you have have to either sign on with a pen(just plastic), or you tell him your name and he does it for you.

I am from eu, but that is how everything international is delivered.

This is normal. International EMS posts always require sig. This freaked me out once too.
