EIC timed out and my coins are gone. HELP!!

Post says it all. Was placing an order, sending vendor my PGP address, and finalizing when it timed out to a screen that says East India Company is offline or migrating hosts. Then when I refreshed my coins were gone but no order in my order history. What the fuck?

How long does support usually take to respond?

The spot on exact same thing happened to me with over a 3 BTC order.... three days ago. No word from support. I know its the holidays, but this is definitely an ongoing issue. Until it's resolved or support at least says something about it I would be very wary of EIC. The situation that OP described is to the T of what happened to me as well. Good luck, hopefully we aren't screwed.

EDIT: Just to be safe and hopefully get your issue fixed as quickly as possible, be sure and put in a ticket with support on EIC. At the very least, it couldn't hurt.

I deposted 5+ BTC 6 days ago, it said "Initialising account" at first, couldn't get a bitcoin address, after a few minutes of trying to reach the wallet page it finally worked, got my deposit address and deposited.

The confirmations showed up on the page, wolla 2 BTC confirmed. So i sent the other 3+ and tried refreshing.. 0 BTC balance now. so i logged out and tried logging back in again, boom "ERROR 500" while checking the error code for the page as it returns blank on /login url that i'm redirected to once logged in.

Everytime i log in with the username that has a balance, it returns a blank page with the http header mentioning "error 500".

Signed up with another username and created a support ticket as soon as possible, been 5+ days and they have not responded. Their paid shills do assure me the support team will be online soon, as they were on a holiday. Sure it's chrismas i said, was patient. Boxing day passed, weekend passed. Now it's fucking monday and it's passing by. One of the shills now mentioned in the chat box that they should be here in a week. Maybe it's a typo right? maybe i'm not patient and i'm losing it. But for fuck sake they could say something.

This all smells funny.

These markets are getting ridiculous day by day. Screenshots if any?

Why the fuck wont EIC send a notice out that they are migrating hosts and wont be available for a few hours.

/u/DunGoofedonEIC Have they fixed your problem yet? I hate to bug everyone, but my issue is going on five days now, and I'm having the exact same thing as you. Support is pretty unresponsive. Anyone have an idea of how long they usually take to respond?
