first dnm hiccup :(
there's no tracking on it so vendor/buyer need to trust each other that the package (a) was in fact lost and (b) ever got shipped in the first place. what's the next step? what's a fair resolution in that situation?

Generally speaking getting the pack to you is on the vendor assuming u sent a valid address. Now if vendor offers tracking and you cheaper out then unfortunately that's usually on the buyer. But otherwise make a complaint. Without tracking it's tough. I always track
