As the title says. I placed an order with a vendor. It was a custom listing which was basically one of his existing listings, plus an extra 2oz of cannabis and 1/2oz of shatter.
A delivery came in awesome time, 4 days Canada to UK and the products that have arrived are amazing. It all came apart from the extra 2oz of cannabis. I asked about it and they said it may come in 2 packages due to the size of the order. He then got back to me with a tracking number, which was the number that I had already received. I explained the situation and he said he would get back to me shortly. I asked again and they gave me the same tracking number again.
The order doesn't finalize til Monday, should I dispute it now? I'm happy with the rest of the order and would definitely return if they are willing to sort this out.
