Helix Light Address Not Receiving BTC/Showing Anything

I've used Helix Light loads of times, and this is the only time I've had a problem. I sent the BTC to the generated Helix address, but after 40 minutes, it still says its awaiting payment. I copy/pasted the address into blockchain, and blockchain shows nothing for the address, saying it "hasn't been used by the network yet". What do I do?

if the blockchian says it hasn't been used by the network then your coins have not been received by helix yet.

Check the sending wallet for errors, or if it is a 3rd party, make sure there are no confirmation e-mails.

If the blockchain website has not even seen them, then your bitcoin wallet software messed something up and they weren't sent properly or were send as a non-standard transaction. What wallet software were you using?

Don't worry, the coins aren't lost. You can get them back or get the transaction sent. They either belong to you or to the address you sent to -- coins can't just get lost.

What url did you use for helix light? There has been a scam site running for quite a while.

i can almost with 100 percent certainty guarantee the problem is on the sending wallets site. check your sending wallet, i bet the transaction is pending and you have no txid.

you probably have some 2nd factor of autheticatoin to complete via email or whatever.
