Normal wait times using penguinmixer?

I have been waiting almost 24 hours for my coins to tumble using penguinmixer. I chose the "fast" option, which they claim should take an hour. Definitely followed all the guidelines in terms of min/max amounts etc. I know the blockchain is a bit backed up, but I've never waited remotely this long. Before I go through the pain of making an anon email account to contact their support, I was wondering if anybody has experienced similar wait times using their mixing service? Is their support team even responsive? Any general experiences would be appreciated. /u/PenguinMixer

Warning!

Blockchain.info is setting the fees too low for some days now! I ran into that problem 2 times now and never before all the years.

you have to check the fee manually before sending if you use a blockchain.info wallet.

I bet this is the case here also.

Solution: Go to VIAbtc pools transaction accelerator and try it every few minutes. If its accepted, the tx is in the next block they find. It worked for me with 2 Txc that were stuck for 3 days.

It is not penguinmixers fault i think.

good luck all of you
