Is it acceptable to sell this as shatter?

This is what the vendor sent me:

This is an alleged picture of the product:

This is the listing: http://hansamkt2rr6nfg3.onion/listing/16041/

Vendor claimed it was a problem of heat and packaging (and apparently this was my fault for whatever reason, because HANSA ruled on his favour for this).

Acceptable by whom? By the market admins, well it looks that way. Acceptable to me? Fuck no but I've also bitche about things that don't bother other people. Only thing you can do really is warn others and dont buy from him again.

Not downplaying it, I've gotten shit that wasn't shatter but was advertised as it. It was weight and while it was fire, half of it got rejected by one of my guys because he only wanted stuff easy to handle - so I know how this can be a bigger deal than it is for others.

Name and shame that s*** looks nothing like the listing that stuff in the listing looks like some damned Dragon Ball quality s***

My customers would be mad, you've every right to be pissed. I can't believe they sided with the vendor on this

Does it work? I have blastd blue dream nugs and it looked like that. But was excellent. That said it isnt and wasnt ever shatter?

Not Amazon so could see how they would side with vendor. You should say vendor and see if others are getting same.

Yes, this looks like shatter that got hot and moist. Your vendor should have packed it better, it won't affect quality one bit though.

[1 Points] WHERETHESTEALTH:

No, it is not really acceptable but a market won't do anything unless you never received your order, pack was underweight or you were sent the wrong drug. The vendor was likely right in saying what happened (nucleation) was the result of heat/packaging but who's to say it wasn't fully nucleated prior to shipping? You just don't know.

I'd advise finding a new vendor and maybe name/shame, although i'd exercise caution in making complaints regarding consistency problems during summer months. There is only so much a vendor can do when concentrate packs sit in 90-100 degree USPS trucks.

[1 Points] purplethrowup:

Oh boo hoo...The shit got hot probably from sitting in a hot delivery vehicle. The pics clearly show this. This is cannabis based product and will not affect the quality one bit. Vendors can only do so much and with the summer heat coming on no packaging can prevent heat penetration so this should be kept in mind. Some mail bundles sit in hot vehicles for hours and if by trailer truck it could be days in temps like an oven. Did you even try it? Probably not. Initial impulse with the great American entitlement mindset is to whine and complain first.

That's terrible. Looks like they tried the rezin method with an industrial hair straightener. And said fuck it in the middle of it all and said let's call it a day. Sorry OP

Thanks for all the replies. Once I tried the product I'll make a review!
