OPSEC should really be geared towards using something more secure than windows IMO. Its useful for people that are so lazy this would otherwise make them send unsecured messages though. People really should figure out Tails and if they can't/won't figure out Tails because its too complicated they probably shouldn't be buying drugs on DNMs for their own safety.
