Here's a buyer/vendor opsec tip I learned from spraypainting

You don't buy paint to piece, you steal it. If you can't get away with stealing paint you cant get away with painting.

If you dont understand how to card, break into machines, remote desktop, build random tunnels and bounce encrypted traffic without tor - don't buy or sell.

Stealing paint means you're vulnerable during the acquisition phase and during the painting phase. You're increasing the scrutiny on you and increasing the penalties when caught. Buying paint is banal, stealing paint stands out.
