I don't think it's safe for you to be in Kurdistan in the first place. And yeah, I woudln't mess with something in a country with laws like that.

I've got friends in Pakistan and Syria, with all that's going on there, I'm not sure how the mail system is at the moment. In the US & UK, we have laws that are set up in order to protect us when we are prosecuted whereas this isn't common practice in the Middle East due to your governmental structure. I would imagine the reprocussions would be a lot more severe in your country and your mail most likely could be opened without a warrant. I would refer to this thread before you even risk ordering to your country. If theres no convincing you otherwise, please do not buy anything with a stench like weed.

I've never been there but personally, I'd never take that chance. You have plausible deniability and due process in some democratic countries. I'd think you don't have those rights such as a fair trial or keeping your hands attached to your body while there. Just don't take the risk.

This would be the time I would use random people as drops and snatch the mail up

You have to weigh up the risk, only you can answer that.

For God's sake if you are going to do it make sure your vendor has 10/10 stealth stats.
