You don't even know what to do with them.

Many of them are legit. But are waste for you if you don't know where to use them...

Since no one seems to want to give you a straight answer without any shit about morality, the answer is yes.

Let's say they're legit and you get them, what now?

All of those sites are scams. It would take zero effort to extract more money from those cards than they are selling them for. If you see something fraud related and it isn't on an established marketplace with escrow it is a scam.

I know a guy, but I'm really hesitant to share his name because these cards that have been cloned could belong to nice people who work hard for their money. they could also be dicks who beat their children and give speeding fines to people driving 31MPH and ask stupid questions when people drive in bus lanes
Fraud is wrong. There is 2 sides to being a Criminal. The good and the bad. Have Honor. Also, yes they are real. They are called Dumps. Youll need a MSR, information on BINS, how credit cards work. Dumps. Also if your in a 201 02 101 country you may need chip software.
If your going to be a fraudster check out AlphaBay froums. Good place to learn.
