Packages were intercepted, roommate going abroad today

Hey everyone. A little background on the situation: I ordered a few packages a little more than 6 months ago that never arrived (10g of m, under 10 tabs). I took it as a loss, moved on, and stopped shipping to my house. Now during this time, I was shipping to an abreviated version of my name.

Fast forward 6 months and my roommate is going for her global entry interview. Everything is going swimmingly until they ask "btw do you live with <abbreviated name>. She says that she lives with me and gives my full name. The interview ends. She gives them a call yesterday to find the status of her app as she is going abroad today and they tell her there is an open case.

She knew I was shipping things for a time, but never knew anything was intercepted. Will she get stopped at boarder patrol today at the airport?

I haven't told her about the intercepted package yet as she is one that's prone to severely panicking. If I don't tell her and she is questioned I think she will admit right away that I had been shipping things. I'm ok to this option, as I should be responsible for my actions, however I'm afraid she will get caught up as an accessory and not be able to board her flight.

If I do tell her then she will be freaking the hell out the entire time at the airport. But I could also coach her into denying any plausibility by saying she doesnt open her roommates mail.

Am I completely over thinking this? Should I tell her? (Her flights later this Eve) or do I keep silent?

Thanks Reddit!

She already knows too much don't tell her anything else. If she rolls on you about getting a few things chances are that will confirm your usage and prolly greenlight warrants.

Edit: I don't think she will, get stopped st the airport either btw

Kill her and hide the body... People will assume she ran away

Im in the same boat. I lived in a granny flat of the house . The owner went to get his fast pass and they brought up my name .

They DENIED his fast pass . They started asking a million questions and that was when I made my exit.

First of all you treat women like mushrooms, feed them shit and keep 'em in the dark You also treat them like children. Just casualy mention how you would hate for her to be charged with an accessory and possbily main actor (since you will deny) if she mentions anything abouti getting packages if shes questioned. Ofc you don't mention the interception are you retarded?

Just re-read, shes leaving tonight? Just tell her to say she doesn't really know anything about the contents of others mail. If they press , bored "You really want to become the 3rd airliner dont you? This whole thing feels a little....rapey. How about this. I think I'm going to just get on the plane after getting some Starbucks. If you have a problem with that you can explain to CNN why you are harassing me about someone elses mail..........at an airport. I'm his roommate, not his mommy. Why don't you idiots just ask him?"

If she implicates herself, and as a human she has a right to make any choice she wants - deny everything and do not feel guilty that she made that choice - a man should never try to control a woman :p

What a shit show.

This is why you don't order to your house, roommates or parents. You put innocent people at risk.

I would let her know what is going on.

Marry her... like fucking right now.

"They asked if you lived with me?? That's pretty weird... Oh hey, shit I hope it doesn't have anything to do with when I was shipping that stuff... I mean it doesn't really matter anyway, cause, as you already know, there was nothing illicit in them. Not that my business should even matter to you, but I would never do that. And if anything like that did happen it would have to be some enemy of mine trying to get me in trouble...."

Check it: plant that seed now, then when broballs leaves for their whatthefuckever shindizzle, freshen it up with like "oh btw... I was just thinking, if it did end up being my shipping things, they might wanna fukwichu. Usually postal investigations only end up with search warrants. Beyond that, judges don't fukwitit a'cuz they can't justify anything more n that. So what happens then? Cops do EVERYTHING IMAGINABLE to get you to admit knowledge of the parcel(s) because of the warrant find them nothing, they're..... Well, fizznuct. Dig?"

Generally you only go through US customs when re-entering the country. That will be the time that they fuck with her. She'll probably be scared and give up a lot of knowledge. If you can talk to her in person about this, definitely get her to say that she doesn't open up your mail or know anything.

Remember, if they stop her they HAVE TO let her back into the US (if she's a citizen) no matter what. Permanent resident is a bit more tricky.

Bro she already knows too much. You need to kill her, hide the body and burn your house down. Then you need to order a fake id on r/fakeid. Assume the name José Rodriguez. Then run away to Mexico and become a bar tender in Puerto Vallarta.

Don't say shit

Clean house, don't say anything to anyone

[3 Points] diOpAnonMu:

Don't tell her, she's just going to immediately roll on you to get her global entry. She'll probably never want to live with you or talk to you again too. Clean house, there may be warrants on you anyway.

[2 Points] PingPlay:

I may be missing something here but it seems like all this worry stems from the fact you THINK a package got intercepted previously.

It's quite possible the package got genuinely lost and you're panicking over nothing.

[1 Points] LieutenantCheeze:

Haha. Time to pack your bags and head to Belize

More generally, if I've had stuff seized by customs in the past (I've had 2-3 LL's), will it come up any time I try to travel abroad?
