Flagged, or not flagged.. partly flagged?

Good evening:)

I just wish to report on some experiences I've had with DNMs and using addresses around the local town. Specifically in north-west Europe, in The Kingdom of Norway.

None of the addresses were affiliated with me, friends nor anything that could be connected to me. I took care in assuring mail arrived at all at each addr. before starting ordering to each.

Several of the addresses were vacant or summer-houses.

I've been ordering since the early days of SR1, and I must have had thousand, if not several thousand orders by now.

Living in a so-called "high-risk country" (Norway, Scandinavia - north western Europe), I got used to a large part of the mail going missing.

In the early days of SR1, pretty much everything arrived. There's been a steady decline in success-rate ever since, naturally, as authorities become aware of the DNM-phenomenon.

Some addresses I have had good go missing to repeatedly, surely well over a dozen times, but still used them on occasion -- with success (lol). This lasted for well over a year, maybe two or more even, surely hundreds of orders in total to addresses that surely had loads of mail previously seized. While much did not arrive, it still did keep arriving.. I guess maybe like half of everything ordered showed up. Later on, maybe more like 1/3rd?

Hard to say, and can't say for sure if the vendor sent or not, either. I always FE right away.

Lately though, after getting news of several police-raids at certain addresses used (which were well selected; as a misdirection, addresses of people LE would be inclined to suspect of doing just this, besides (shh,my secret;) leaving some 'traces' of such activity for them to strengthen their suspicion they were in fact the perpetrators (- well, let me just say.. whether you use wpa2-psk or whatever "max security"-network for your main LAN on your outer (in case of most ppl, their only) router (which typically rarely has any Full-disk-encryption, OpenVPN-support or features like that, either).. wireless is Not safe. Lol.)

Now, following these raids which I have solid sources on having occurred, being very aggressive and thorough (seizing electronic equipment, people in hazmat-like suits searching every piece of trash in the can outside their residence, several dog-handlers and prolly a dozen officers at work for nearly a full day there, etc., suspects being brought in for interrogation (unknown what was said or not, though.. again, these people had no idea, but were singled out as likely suspects for good reasons, I can only presume, for them specifically being targeted in the raids (I don't know if any of the summer-house owners, whose residences being left vacant ever had any raids at their actual home-addresses, though. Just that a few "fitting profiles" used for some drops had these surely.. "uncomfortable" visitors, at least once each (they were a few. let's not mention numbers..))

I also obtained info on that the postal delivery workers having been contacted by police, directly approached, and likely their superiors and getting instructions accordingly. When, why or what these conversations they had with them concerned, and (or if) any special instructions from superiors .. I don't know, besides that it would be related to these drugs showing up within a small proximity (few miles at most. within one postal district), and at least on one occasion were postal workers directly approached by uniformed police (as later reported of during one of these raids, as the mail man "conveniently" (?) showed up for the show just in time for his daily route (planned by LEO or not is ofc. unknown..), and were stopped for a chat..) - likely they had more than a chat later on, and not just that specific postal worker, either.

Now, after having numerous deliveries to addresses (vacant, or people living receiving normal mail, etc.. pretty much a somewhat random selection of addresses, besides a few "fall guys" which conveniently could be used for such drops), I have noticed a big change lately.. something has happened.

I've had dozens (literally!), the latter part being smaller test-orders (getting expensive with all these losses, lol:( ), but all from reputable vendors whom I trust did send, some even offered re-ships (most were courteously expressed appreciation for the offer to do, but was declined, knowing issue was not on their end - given that I trusted that specific vendor). ... I've now, over a period of a couple of months, had dozens (maybe nearing a hundred, even... - shit; lol, likely I've been overly careless still checking these boxes during and following all this.. I am yet to be arrested or in any spot-light of authorities though, as I am still quite careful, without giving much details on my checking routines and methods..), anyway.. something has happened as of past months.

Addresses which one would presume would be flagged after at least a couple dozen orders likely seized had mail keep arriving at, no longer has any mail arriving.

New addresses ("drops") in the area, carefully chosen, also has NO mail arriving.. I've tried half-dozen new addresses, many new vendors, tho mostly all trusted and well-tried, whom I trust did ship and was not to blame for non-arrivals.

I just recently had one or two letters slide thru to some new addresses, but otherwise... something serious is going on in the postal district.

While some addresses might have been half-flagged (or whatever) before after having a large amount (presumably) seized, yet still receiving the odd shipment (big packages stuffed into mail boxes of clearly vacant homes even, lol), it seems that now they are actually, and for serious "flagged".

I don't know if they have started using K9s on all mail in the district, if postal workers have just been carefully instructed to be cautious and on-alert and being ordered reluctance on delivering to (clearly apparent) "likely not-at-home" residences, but even normal home-addresses (normal families receiving random mail, (bills, spam, whatever) regularly), in the whole area, has become an issue getting delivered to.

I don't know what this means, except for me it's time to accept traveling a bit (change of postal district, at least ..) and staying well away from these previously used drops.

But just as a FYI, and in case others are in a somewhat similar situation, at some point in such a story, or consider themselves likely to find this information useful.

Addresses which one would presume flagged, while may having reduced success, was definitely not properly flagged. They are indeed now, as endless missing mail testifies to.. and somehow the whole area has trouble receiving any (even (mostly) small letters with tiny amounts well-concealed)...

I can only guess the place has been put under "special surveillance" of some kind, or that they are flagging all international mail (I order international only), and/or having dogs or other detectors go over all such mail... .

beware: even if stuff seems to go on for a long time, even places one wouldn't think it could, for so long anyway.. suddenly the hammer will drop, and "something" happens, apparently...

open for input on this, tips, ideas what may be going on, suggestions etc.

Again, I am still (very luckily?) yet to be apprehended, and while I am not sure my misdirections were successful, or remain(ed), am surely getting a bit worried myself.

Most of all I am bothered by lack of deliveries for so long, and the big losses incurred as a consequence of this trial-and-error to ascertain the seriousness of the current situation.
For me though, I am now planning a short break while I "test the waters" outside the scope of the local mail delivery workers in the district, and will hop on to another.. surely they can't be having this (apparent, hopefully temporary.. yet now having lasted a month or few) "lock-down" on int. mail deliveries in the whole county.. so I will be hopping on, just taking some additional travel-time as part of my setup, and likely also the awareness of greater importance of spreading out deliveries, and diversifying them over several postal districts/routes..

Thanks for reading. Sorry if writing seemed excessive.. (yes, I am indeed a fan of stimulants... a certain diamond-looking kind which normally is non-existent in my country, of which I am close to admitting a near-dependency to.. Lol (so yeah, I need some new drops..urgently. Caffeine has no effect. Heroin helps with the depression.. benzos, I can only hope storages will endure the draught and I won't experience those WDs)) I would hate to go to the streets, and pay the outrageous prices for the low-quality dangerous toxic crap we have here locally otherwise... but I have been sporadically lately, as a first in many many years since DNMs enabled me to use alone and in secrecy, and at controlled amounts with (near) guaranteed quality.

Just thought I'd throw this out there, (just got ahold of some speeeeeed, (ew, this nasty speed-paste ((supposed, atleast in part, tho likely also part meth - but never in Hcl./solid crystal form suites for smoking) to be amphetamine-sulphate , and what is typically (for decades) known as the typical street-speed here, presumably a mix of various chems besides the amp.-sulphate, maybe some meth in the mix along with unknown RCs and other toxic junk..) we have here in Norway just doesn't compare, by far.. the junkies here don't even know what I mean when I request Crystal Methamphetamine for smoking, and make big eyes when I explain to them how I'd use it.. lol. I've even taken some chances and gotten robbed a few times by digging around extra hard for some.. never to be seen, though... those beloved shards I miss so much. Paste is quite easy to get, tho expensive, and heroin is very easy to get and comparable to DNM (quality and price-wise (almost)) I've found, though, following my recent adventures into the junkie-world in order to procure for my needs. Crossing my fingers it'll turn up locally here soon, too, that crystalline goodness.. I've been following on DNMs seeing it appearing more often throughout Europe.. and can only guess it's just a matter of time till it becomes an occasional sight on the streets here as well, but likely at high prices, and still shitty quality.. )

Anyway. I should probably end here for now... Maybe someone got some useful info from this post. :) -- believed "flagged" addresses may work for long, but at some point, apparently, they "actually" become proper flagged, and shit gets serious (??), and supply will become an issue.

Best wishes!

TL;DR "just got ahold of some speeeeeed"

You people are fucking assholes. A guy with less-than-awesome English skills gives backstory on his situation, and you shit on him.

He's obviously having difficulty with drops and he's trying to tell you folks that, but all you want to do is laugh about the tweaker. Bunch of ingrates.

Wow. The world of meth is an interesting one..

Check your OPSEC.

Your thoughts and actions seem very deliberate and I trust you know what you're doing and are very capable, but you should consider that something in your routine gave the authorities a pattern or sign to look for. My first thought is that sending more and more shipments to known flagged addresses would only encourage further investigation. Also, when you set up "decoy" busts for others and the decoy's story ends up checking out despite planted evidence found on their computer, etc., then the authorities will feel like they are being played and step up their investigation further. Clearly you have gotten away with all this so far but your goal should be to de-escalate the situations immediately and whenever possible. Enabling fake busts, etc. does not accomplish this purpose and potentially allows the authorities to establish a profile for someone tied to these shipments with known methods. It sounds like this entire postal area is having all international mail searched heavily as a result.

I'd advise:

1) Burn bad addresses as soon as you suspect something. Do not continue to send to flagged drops just because it sometimes works. Period.

2) Only purchase from vendors with known good stealth to avoid having addresses flagged in the first place. Domestic purchases are less risk and (should be) less easily flagged. Try to determine if certain vendors more than others are getting seized. Compare success rates. Only use the best.

3) Randomize your drops. Go to a wider area. Set up safe drops within half a days drive. Spare no effort in making your locations and methods as random and unpredictable as possible. Attempt to avoid triangulation by authorities based on known dropsite locations. However, BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT SAFE TRAVEL AND TRANSPORT- this is where you can get in serious trouble and have the least deniability as well. If you travel frequently and they can prove it, you will need very convincing reasons for your travel. Avoid using the same methods of travel - do not be predictable with car/train/bus number or route.

4) Consider reducing the number of shipments necessary by making bigger purchases. This is entirely dependent upon the stealth/security/success rate of the bulk orders, however. If they catch a certain % of shipments and you are receiving 500 small shipments vs 5 bulk shipments your odds are 100x greater of being detected and potentially profiled. With smaller packages however, a seizure is not as great of a loss so weigh your options here.

5) I would not recommend attempting to throw authorities off the trail by framing other people. The only time I would ever think about this is (a) for someone who truly deserves to get fucked over a.k.a. they ratted you out for a serious felony charge or raped your wife. (b) you are setting up the aforementioned individual to take the fall for all of your actions and after they are "caught" you will quit the game forever, or at least long enough that investigation by authorities is over entirely... so they will not be able to tie your past and future actions together. Wait years and/or resume in a VERY different location - a new country after setting someone up to take the fall. If you resume too soon they will know they got the wrong guy.

Godspeed, my friend.
