Has anyone actually had a successful dispute on Evo? Possibly scammed by RonaldReagon

I came to Evo and placed an order from RonaldReagon for a 1/2g of meth during the recent Agora deposit/withdrawal issues. I have ordered from RonaldReagon on Agora several times before with no issues (great gear/super fast shipping/meh stealth).

He and I are geographically very close, and past orders have taken no more than three days to arrive (usually two). After four days of being marked shipped, I messaged him asking if he could check the tracking info for me to see if it still showed in transit or what the status was. I've tried to message him several times and he won't respond.

So I disputed the order...I told the admins I could provide screenshot of my Agora account which shows a successfully finalized order from him to support that I'm not the one trying to scam (and who would scam for $50 worth of product?).

This is a bummer because his product is high quality and shipping is usually so fast...I feel like it was probably just a shipping error and I fell through the cracks, but he apparently just doesn't give a shit about a 1/2g or bad feedback or something...

Just curious if anyone has actually disputed an order and gotten coin refunded or what I can expect from the process. Any info is appreciated!

EDIT: I did not FE and it has not auto-finalized (funds are still in escrow)

UPDATE: RR never came through with tracking info on first order, but he claims to have done a reship, so if that arrives all is good. If it doesn't make it, I'm probably going to assume my address has gotten flagged somehow, as I've had successful orders from RR before and it doesn't seem likely he'd try to hustle me (twice) for a 1/2g.

Yeah, filing a dispute and asking for the market to refund your coins is not likely once you release the funds. They're there to act as mediators for the escrow process, which you ended when you released the funds. At this point you're asking the market to pay for your mistake, which is not really reasonable.

I disputed an order (that was not finalized) but I had good reasons/evidence and was able to argue a clear case that had the dispute resolved in my favor pretty quickly.

Welp just this morning he finally responded to the dispute and is "checking on it", so hopefully I'll have some sort of resolution soon. TBH I just want the crystal...I bought benzos at the same time in preparation that are now just sitting here begging to be eaten, and the meth order was the last of my coin at the moment so I can't just reorder from someone else without the hassle of getting more coin.

You are in good shape especially if your not the only oen being "scammed."

Every dispute I have opened that has been before auto finalize and non - fe'd escrow money I have won. In most cases I was one of many being "scammed."

In fact once I was refunded by admins without even opening a ticket bcuase other people were being scammed and they did the whole batch.

Provide all your pertinent details (pgp'd of course if any of it is incriminating).

yes i had a dispute once and the vendor said that i should wait 21days and if it hasnt arrived yet hrme would cancel the order and i would get my money back edit:it was on evo

You'd be better off not ordering from him in the first place, his meth is some of the worst crap I've ever seen.
