Dealt to a friend and they got caught.

My close friend recently got busted speeding. She was high and had like a bowl of weed on her. She's a close friend and the only person I've ever gave my weed too. She was pulled over, the cop say she was high, and smelled marijuana. She now is being charged with Minor Possession, and DUI. Her court date is in a few weeks. Would they ask her where she got it from? And if she said my name what should I do? Also I order on a weekly basis so should I pause my orders? I also just opened a PO Box a week before this happened that I've only ordered one thing too.

Did you tell her where you got it from?

Probably nothing, I doubt they asked where she got a bowl of weed

No need to worry, I have gotten OUI for smoking marijuana and unless she had a large amount on her they will not ask where she got it.

You should kill her.. You know, to be safe. /s

Doubtful, they would have asked a lot of this on the day of. If no admission she should be good and get that DUI dropped. Testing samples will get held up for months. I was hoping forna more juicier story than this.

Just tell her to keep her mouth shut and you will be fine. It's extremely unlikely that the police will ask her about it and even more unlikely that they will offer to "cut her a deal" to roll over on you. It's a pretty minor charge...if your name wasn't mentioned just have her eat the case and keep it moving.

Entirely depends on what she said and signed.

If you were mentioned in any way then at least in the UK and probably the US you can - and probably will - be called as a witness for the prosecution.

That means anything you signed while/after talking with a police boy will be read and questioned in court and you will be there to answer it. Unfortunately it isn't an option and as soon as you are listed as a witness I believe the defense i.e the person you are giving witness against has all your details from official documents i.e name and address. I may be wrong there.

If you sign something for a police boy, even if it's just random frantic ramblings because you're in a panic, you need to be prepared to stand face to face with the person that did whatever happened and allow that they will know about you and then be questioned on what you signed.

this^

is why you should always treat your customers with respect and seem to give then better deals than others. they are much more likely to narc on a asshole greedy dealer. than one that takes care of em good.
