Just wanted to let you know that you have a good bit of personal info (like your location) in your comment history

If he's telling the truth it's probably flagged by customs. I'm not sure about domestic orders though. I'm paranoid so I would be too freaked out to order anything else illegal to that address.

I don't know much about GoingPostal though, what are his reviews like? It could be possible that he is scamming you and you are fine. I would ask for the tracking number. Hell, check it using tor. If it got caught what difference does it make now?

When my address got flagged all my mail was either opened and ended up arriving really late (1 week domestic kinda thing) for awhile... Domestic and international.. although I'm in a different country. Maybe try a order something really small from a really reputable vendor too see if it arrives?

Depends on a lot of things, but if it was personal amounts I wouldn't expect anything other than your package being destroyed (or sold on).

Always think of the costs to LEO, they aren't going to devote much time at all to someone getting weed sent to them, especially when all they have is a package to go on and they can't tell who sent or requested it.

No idea about red-flagging, but again, having such a system is time and money, both of which they will concentrate on the far easier busts.
