Have you been scammed by SR?

Seems like too many vendors have lost 500$ to SR . Let us know if you have been a victim of this scam?

Has anyone not been scammed by SR2 at this point...?

OP is likely talking about paying their $500 vendor bond, and then (predictably) being ignored by the staff who just pocket the money and wait for the next victim.

Which one?

Silk Road 2.0 seem to have renaged on their promise of paying back the stolen escrow from mid-February. I lost 2.1 BTC. That was worth about $1300 at the time.

I had sent out most of the orders, and decided to send the last two which I had accepted. The customers had paid, it wasn't their fault. They're still my customers now.

I briefly started listing on there again, because they returned 0.7 BTC they stole, so my "pending balance" was 1.4BTC

When I cashed out the 0.7 BTC, it was worth $350.

Last week, I noticed the remaining 1.4 btc is no longer called "Pending balance" (that column isn't there any more). Its now called "disputed balance". Except I've never had any disputes!

Silk Road 2.0 are crowing about "Our competitors hate that we've nearly paid back the hacked escrow". I'm $950 in the hole, which is a month's rent for me. You can bet that nearly all vendors are still owed money.

It was probably OK for shoppers to use SR2.0 recently, because it was closed to new vendor registrations. Most of the scammers had played themselves out, but were unable to rename the day after being banned. The remaining vendors were the quality ones.

Considering that most SR2.0 customers are inexperienced, having only just heard of Silk Road, and everyone HAS to FE (there is no escrow - SR2 don't trust themselves not to steal it), its very fortunate.

I logged on the other day, and noticed that Hiniguel / theShadowman's latest scam (I won't say the name) was suddenly in the UK meth listings! That's when I realised they were accepting new vendor registrations!

I messaged meth vendor "Hank" and told him to get his ass over to Silk Road 2.0 and ask for a vendor account. In spite of him being the second-best meth vendor in the world, and a full BTVA member, they want him to pay to become a vendor like he's some guy who just grew his first cannabis plant!

Hank asked the Tor Vendor's association to negotiate with SR2, they just said "forget that shithole. If we had any members there, we would be saying "everybody out". There's going to be a bloodbath. Have you seen how many scammers are piling in?"

If you are a UK meth customer, forget SR2. BBMC and Hank are on Agora. In fact anybody sensible enough to read Reddit and DeepDotWeb should get out of SR2.0 now. At the very least, beware of new vendors. The ones you've dealt with successfully the last 6 months are probably OK, but you should check to see if they are on any other markets with an escrow.

I briefly listed there when Agora was always down, but that seems to be sorted. Agora is quite snappy and useable now. I guess they've installed a load balancer and more servers without telling us (as usual)

Silk Road 2.0 is about to go wrong again, I'm sure. There is no escrow, its full of darknet tourists whove taken off their moneybelt and gone for a swim, and the sharks are piling in. Its like when the jaws music starts to get very fast and the camera is zooming in on the kid doing the doggy paddle on the surface.

EDIT. I've decided to list there one last time. Then any customer I find, I'm going to give them our agora registration code and say "open an account on agora, send me an email with a wallet address, and I will give you 20% of your money back if you promise not to come back here again."
