[Warning] SIGAINT's Payshield mixer potentially scamming

I didn't really want to have to make this post, but I've waited 12 days, and they still haven't returned my money, so I feel compelled to warn others.

On 2016-01-26 I used Payshield to mix a test amount of 0.14004644 bitcoins headed for a wallet on a marketplace. The transaction went fine, in under 30 minutes the transaction was confirmed. Fast forward 2 days, nothing has arrived in my marketplace wallet.

So, naturally I was a bit unnerved. I headed to the Payshield site and imported their public key, and fired off an email which (along with all others) I will include a pastebin of at the bottom of this post. Basically I gave them all the times and details of the transaction and asked them what the problem was.

So, some time later they reply to me and thats when alarm bells started going. Their email can basically be summarised as basically saying that they have a minimum mixing amount of 0.2 BTC, and that because my transaction is below that, it was treated as a donation. Now, having read this I did a pretty close scrutinising of their site, and forgive me if I'm wrong but I don't think it mentions this anywhere. Also, bear in mind, 0.2 BTC is currently 78.12 USD. Seems legit.

Regardless, they offered to look up the transaction for me if I had the URL of the transaction or the output address. I provided them with the output address.

It's now the 5th of February, I have sent another email with every possible piece of information they could require about that transaction and they have ignored me, so, unfortunately I have no choice but to conclude they have stolen my money.

That being said, I don't have the full story, and I'm a patient and understanding person, if /u/sigaint can explain what is going on here I will happily take this post down, or edit it to say they have resolved the issue. I've had a great experience with SIGAINT in the past, and I just don't understand why such a popular email service and mixer would rob such a paltry amount of money from me.

However, if there is no satisfactory explanation, and I don't get my money, there needs to be a warning about both Payshield and SIGAINT in the sidebar.

Used Payshield dozens of time.. after you enter the destination address and captcha it gives your link to send you btcs and in bright red it says "SEND BETWEEN 0.2 AND 12 BTC ONLY"

"SEND ONLY ONE PAYMENT"

"I'm afraid the error was mine in this case then, I apologise, I didn't realise that the limit was this low."
