A few months ago I had some fraud (I assume due to phishing) on my LocalBitcoins account. The issue was eventually resolved and I made another deposit of roughly $200 a month or so after. When I attempted to withdraw some BTC, they told me my account was suspended due to being high risk bc of the fraud and that I would have to provide ID and a personal photo to release my coins. I provided the ID and now would like to use the coins to make a DNM purchase. I was planning on withdrawing from LBC --> Tails Electrum Wallet --> 2nd Tails Electrum Wallet -->Market. I used to use Agora which I've been told automatically tumbled your coins upon deposit, but was going to use Abraxas as Ag is down and am not sure if it does the same. Should I take additional precautions i.e. tumbling given the LBC account is linked to me personally? I'm a bit wary of tumbling sites as I was selectively scammed by Bitcoinfog in the past before realizing they were not trustworthy. Any advice is appreciated on how to "clean up" the coins and make a safe(er) purchase.
I have been making cash desposits with trusted BTC vendors outside LBC - but sourced by LBC (I call their mobile, give them the deposit address I want the coins, and I put the cash in their bank account and send photo of bank deposit receipt).
Obvsiously leaves me exposed to getting scammed but with the LBC vendors with hundreds of positive feedbacks I feel comfortable doing so.
Eh, prob not the best advice but just me 2 cents
