Identification required for renting a storage unit?

I think this is the subreddit that could help out more than any other given the topic, so /r/darknetmarkets, how difficult is it to purchase a storage unit with a false ID?

Thanks in advance

From my experience, storage units are not a good place to store product (if that's what you intend on doing).

K9 units randomly check different storage facilities for "training purposes". I believe it's in the paperwork in some of the more popular places like U-HAUL storage.

Uhhh anything with your face and fake identification should not be recorded anywhere but that's my opinion

It'd be about like sneaking into a club with a fake ID. You just have to fool the person behind the counter. They don't run a background check on you to my knowledge. You pay your rent up front, so you're not asking for a line of credit.

But realistically it's hard to keep that shit under wraps. In order to keep it disassociated with yourself, you'd have to pay cash every month. And to pay cash every month requires in-person visits to hand over said cash.

To rent the unit, you have to sign away any privacy you expect to have. They'll have the right to open your unit, look around, etc. The contracts are drawn up by a corporate office and designed to keep them out of trouble and comply with any monkey-suit-wearing pig that comes in there asking about it.

Bottom line, you can use a storage facility to "clean house" while you expect a package or something. But don't do anything stupid, like, setting up a grow tent in it or something.

I suggest renting a garage from someone.
