Just wondering how likely it is that law enforcement would crack down if I'm not a vendor, dealer or anything? Just kind of sketched out having paraphernalia show up in the mail.
What are the odds of law enforcement tracking a package to a small consumer?

Even if somehow they did catch you, just remember the magic phrase:
"It's for tobacco, officer."
Helps your case if you have some loose tobacco lying around to show them, if I remember correctly you can buy an ounce or so at head shops for under ten bucks. Of course this only works if the paraphernalia hasn't been used with weed, or cleaned so rigorously that there are absolutely no smell or traces of resin in it.
Of course none of that applies if you're talking about a different type of paraphernalia :)

Logic and experience tells us it's a tiny chance, but it's impossible to really say - depends on other variables too - stealth, country and so on.
