Beyond annoyed [Agora]

Long and shortof it, I needed some wax for tomorrow, placed an order n Monday for wax that came with free bud sample, package comes in bud is here which was free absolutely no wax so im pissed because like, you know I wanted it for a trip im taking tomorrow, and im not gonna get any of the local black as tar "bho" for tomorrow...Agora is down right now but is this vendor basically going to accuse me of scamming them? thesample weed is not worth what i paid...do I contact AG support? any advice is appreciated, I have a decent amount of closed deal under this alias on agora

Have you spoken to the vendor first? If you have come directly to reddit then why? Wait untill you can speak to the vendor, sort it with them, come to an agreement then if you cant contact Agora.

If you cant then you cant complain too much, you ordered some wax and got some free bud, not sure it completely warrants its own thread. just my opinion though,

Dude go over to the sidebar, click on "grams", type in your vendor's name into the search bar and see if he is on another market. If he is on another one then contact him through there.

Will he be skeptical? Sure. Will he reship? If he values his business then yes. I remember reading about a reputable vendor that shipped an empty envelope to a customer, literally an empty envelope, but the vendor gave him the benefit of the doubt and reshipped. If this vendor is a professional he will see that there is a possibility that he did in fact leave out the wax and he will re-ship. He will most likely make a note of this incident in case you say the same thing for the next order, then he would have a valid reason to be suspicious of you scamming. If he values his customer base then he has no choice but to re-ship.
