General usage and paid versus free encrypted email services

Given my own difficulties, I'm interested in how people generally use encrypted email. It is a pain for the receiver of your emails to either login to a web client and read/respond or for the receiver to have a complicated pgp key system for decrypting emails.

Will you typically send very private emails encrypted or all of your emails? How do you handle sending emails to people who are not tech savvy at all? Would you consider paying for a service or will you only use a free email service?

[1 Points] None:

Always use webmail that works with tor (sigaint, lelantos, safe-mail, etc) and encrypt any sensitive information such as address, tracking number, state, order times, etc. Some vendors prefer all comms are encrypted. When you say "complicated pgp key system for decrypting emails." you have to realize that decrypting and encrypting PGP messages are as easy for a vendor as opening a web browser for you - they do it all day long.
