[Complaint/Warning]Bitcoin Fog Acting Suspiciously (Possible Exit Scam)

Hello,

Over the past few months I have used Bitcoin fog for all of my tumbling needs 50+ bitcoin. However when I tried to tumble 10 bitcoin 36 hours ago the tumbling completed and I have received exactly 0 bitcoins to my specified addresses. I have looked them up on block chain ect... and nothing.

So I decided to do some digging. Looks like a lot of people are having problems with Bitcoin fog at the moment and a lot of people have not seen their coins.

Customer support so far has been unresponsive. And looking at the official Bitcoin Fog thread on bitcoin talk: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=50037.420

Many people are having issues with large transactions. Not sure if they are having technical difficulties or are pulling an exit scam. But I would stay clear until things either crash and burn or get resolved.

Anyway I have a 10 btc withdraw gone missing and another 10 in my account that I'm scared to withdraw. I just hope I get to see those 20 coins again at some point. I will keep you guys updated and let you know if they end up coming through! Back to helix I go :)

TLDR: Bitcoin fog is either scamming or having technical difficulty. Stay clear until things are sorted out.

IIRC Bitcoinfog has been pulling some shady shit for a while. I think the general consenus around here for the past few months was to totally avoid them at all costs...

If you're a random buyer, you realize you've thus far spent $450 (3% of your 50 BTC) to accomplish... well, nothing. Tumbling for buyers is utterly pointless.

If you're a vendor... although vendors are wise to obscure their coins, I suspect the smarter ones stay far away from sites that basically say "LAUNDER YOUR MONEY HERE" in bright letters, and use their own tumbling methods that don't cost a penny.

I have no idea what's going on with BitcoinFog. Nonetheless, the moderators here are removing the tumblers from the sidebar soon... for good reason.
