Why isn't Bitmixer listed among the "Popular Coin Tumblers" on the superlist? [serious/not a shill]

I am curious if someone could please point me to the reason(s) that Helix and Bitcoinfog are listed on this sub's superlist, but bitmixer isn't? They run a hidden service, is it because they also have a clearnet site?

Or have there been issues with them that I have missed?

I would really appreciate any information or opinions about them. They have been around for some time now, the site functions reliably and as described, and I don't recall seeing a single unresolved complaint about them.

I'm not aware of any issues. They're usually added after their owner requests it, and they have a proven track record of being trusted.

If they runa clearnet address then their owners are known which makes them open to manipulation by LE, so vis a vis unsafe to use.
