Damn he won the lottery. Must of had a damn good lawyer (or ratted on a ton of people) if he got off with just that. No doubt thats alot of time to do and sucks serious hardcore. But just in perspective of typical sentances for people at his level, he lucked out that it wasnt twice that. Personally I dont think anyone should have to do more than a year (i mean even then in only rare circumstances, i think alot of shit should be legal period) on a drug offense. The sentances given out are nuts.

It amazes me how people that seem this stupid can pull off all the complications of being a vendor . Even tho he didn't do it properly , he still got pretty big quick .AK must have never sent drugs before or known a lot about the drug game cuz sending all those huge packs to that small town isn't gona end well. We should have told QUSA to get drops in other states with all That money

He'll be out in by far less time, probably 3 years max. However, I don't know how the prison system is there so, that's just speculation. Seems like he got a great deal for what he was doing.

I can't believe he had a fucking public defender. If I was a vendor I would first put enough money away so if something like this happened I could at LEAST get a good attorney to help me out. What an idiot. No lawyer, he told way to many people (one is to many) and he was a cocky asshole who thought he would never get caught. Thanks for the read.

What are the Canadian prisons like for this type offense?

wasen't this guy also on probation when he got busted ? I think i remember reading that in one of the main articles at the time it happened. If he was on probation, that would also make the time he serves longer by like 2-3 years. so he prolly only really would've got 4ish for this and should be only serving 2

i wonder how much that sentence cost him. 8 years dont seem like that much
[1 Points] drdrizzy13:
I think in Louisiana you only do like 30% of your time. I know in Mississippi you got 4 for 1 days. For non violent crimes.

What a crock of shit.

Don't do the crime.... If you can`t do the time....Sammy Davis Jr.
8 years. I know QUSA wasn't the most stand-up vendor/guy, but 8 years is a lot of life to lose. RIP in peace.
