Your account more than likely got phished. How do you access the nucleus market? Where did you get the URL From? Did anyone message you claiming to be from support?

I would create another account and let them know. I would also message them there. It's fishy that you cannot log into your account. i was going to mention that cometimes a wallet there may be appear to be 0 if it doesn't pull the information properly but will fix itself with a request.

Do you use 2 factor authentication? You can reset your password if you do. Or if your PGP key is in your profile (I think)

btw always use 2factor for shit like this. other than security it allows you to reset your password coputers are too powerful and humans are too reptittive to trust just a password anymore

Same happened to me last night. I sent over $1900 to my NUCLEUS wallet address and nothing has showed up since...nucleus doesn't even recognize any incoming transactions! Did we get scammed of whats up?

Could there be some kind of problem their side?

i sent 700 bucks worth of coin to my nucleus account like 2 months ago and all of the sudden after i sent them, i refreshed the nucleus deposit page and my address changed...i get the site url from dnstats all the time so i doubt i was phished but when i told nucleus they said i was phished and blah blah blah, long story short, i think they stole my 700 dollars worth of bitcoins

I bought 1900$ in BTC last night. Went to my nucleus wallet address an copied it..sent 4.4 BTC to my nucleus account. Local bitcoins says it went through but NOTHING in my nucleus account...NUCLEUS doesn't even recognize an incoming deposit. Did we get scammed or what's up?

Have you not used them in a while? If so, it could be an issue with your PIN. I had something similar happen where it locked me out. I created a support ticket on a new account and they had me verify my old account then unlocked me and reset my password.

Does anyone know the response times from support? Just need to get back into my account.

I checked my deposit address and the last transaction was a minus but with a balance over what was meant to be there.
