[Vendor Review] [Andromeda] FakeEuros 50€ euro counterfeit sample

Hello, I decided to buy a sample from FakeEuros for his 50€ note for 20€. Thought I'd share my opinions on the quality of this product since I'm very interested in counterfeits. I also bought fake USD from USDollar on the same market a month ago, his notes were good but the hologram was a little sketchy. Anyway, I was pretty pleased with the quality from FakeEuros so I'll explain what happened in more detail. In short: by far the most believable notes I've used.

I live in London UK and most places, especially in the tourist shops accept Euros, but the staff are not that familiar with the currency as they are with GBP, since euro is not the standard currency for the UK. This only added to the chance of success with using the notes and them being passable. I have some genuine 50€ notes which I compared with the fake one.

Compared with the real notes

Pretty spot on. Both are cotton paper and the weight is more or less the same (not judging by scales just how it felt), the fake note was potentially slightly too thick but honestly it wasn't very noticeable. I put the fake note through the tumble dryer before using it regardless and this detracted from the slight weight inconsistency. In terms of texture it was more or less a perfect match, because of the cotton paper. What really impressed me was the watermarks and holograms. I haven't seen any counterfeit vendor able to pull of the watermark with the degree of authenticity as this one, couldn't really tell any difference, under intense light it looked a bit shinier but I was trying to find faults. The colours were very accurate and sharp. Unfortunately I didn't have a UV light to test but I've never seen a a cashier use a UV pen before (at least not in London). The vendor assured me that it would work under UV pens but I couldn't test that out.

5/5 for the watermark.

5/5 for the paper texture.

4/5 for the weight.

NA / 5 for the UV.

Trying to use the fake notes

Went into a tourist shop in London, basket full of an assortment of goods adding up to around 10€. Cashier scanned the items and took the note, and just put it in the register straight away, she did glance at it but only for a split second to check that the value of the note. I had been ready to argue that it was a real note if she had hesitated or questioned me at all. Sometimes when the note is a bit sketchy I get anxious when trying to pass it, usually because I'm afraid they'll study the holograms carefully, but since I'd already checked it out and the hologram was pretty accurate I didn't have the same worries about her holding it up to the light. All in all, superior quality notes from this vendor. I'll be compressing this post into a nice review for him on Andromeda, and I'll likely be buying his notes again.

5/5 for being passable.
