is it worth getting a reship?

So i took a chance and ordered 2 G of speedpaste from Dark- Europe on AB, a pretty new vendor. The description said 7-12 days from EU --> US, and I ordered 15 days ago. I sent him a message and got this response:

"Hello, I follow the seller dark-Europe I have had a problem with my pc I would like to have your address because I changed my key pgp thank you"

Clearly there is a language barrier, probably from using a translator. seems very sketchy, or just could be he doesn't speak english. I really really wanted the speed for class and for concerts, but is it worth it to ask for a reship if it could be LE or a scam? Or do you guys think it is fine?

It's not absolute proof, but the normal proceedure would be that he sends a message with his new key and signs it with his old one.

So has he admitted he never shipped to begin with?

Honestly, I would let it go if I got a response like that. If it shows up, cool, but if not, take the loss and don't keep in contact. That's just my personal opinion though, I stay way the fuck clear of anything that seems fishy.
