I always use the most updated version of TOR. I buy my bitcoins in person to localbtc, then send to my electrum wallet, then send to agora. I have never had a single problem and i have been doing this for years.
Lets really be honest, how bad is my OPSEC..

It sounds like you're using Windows, (anyone using Linux will tell you that they use Linux) you didn't mention tumbling coins. Always use noscript. You have to disable it to post on reddit. So you must take precautions against exploits if you want to use reddit. A VPN is average for this purpose.
Like the other poster said, it sounds pretty average. I'm assuming you're not a vendor and just have a buyer account.
You can up your OPSEC by using Tails. You can further up your OPSEC by incorporating a Linux OS on a dedicated machine, full disc encryption, run Tails or Whonix in a VM, a live Tails USB or CD, Truecrypt or encrypt everything somewhere and make a 4096 PGP. Back up everything.
All of this is basically unnecessary for your purposes. I'd say just use Tails and you're square. You're likely fine regardless. Although if you had to ask, you might be doubting something.

It's fine. I'd say swap out the in person buying for cash deposit and you would have an overall efficient and secure method in place (meeting people isn't always efficient but that varies I suppose).

do you make a new electrum wallet every so often? is that associated with you like a coin base wallet?

Its probably okay enough to fly under the radar. But if, for whatever reason, you become a target you're going to wish you had taken more precautions.
