Which service are international packages delivered by once they're in the US?

This may be a stupid question, but I need to ask it. I'm considering ordering some speed from SuperSpeedBros or some Netherlands speed vendor and I'm wondering which service (USPS, UPS, Fedex) it would be delivered by. Is there any way to know for sure? Does it depend on what the vendor chooses to send it by once it makes it through customs? If I'm going to order it needs to be delivered by USPS.

i wouldn't order anything from the netherlands right now if you're in the US. there's some big operation going down right now and people are getting caught up.

USPS would make most sense

99.999% of all the mail, parcels, packages etc. shipped out on a DNM is sent exclusively through the Mail. Regardless of the country of origin all of the mail, once shipped to the U.S., is then the responsibility of the U.S.P.S. That's it. It doesn't go from Standard Royal Class Mail in the U.K. and suddenly get switched to FedEx once it hits the U.S. Mail is Mail, from Country to Country, from Postal Service to Postal Service. If a Vendor deviates from this it will be explicitly posted in the Listing and/or Vendor Page. If it's UPS it will be UPS the Whole Way also. Customs doesn't have any bearing on who is handling the goods.
