Why are people still using AERO?

Come on guys, support tickets not answered for 30+ days? Multiple vendors not getting withdrawals and mods posting sob stories in response? Vendors getting banned on forums for slightest infractions? The scariest part of all? The mods want you to shut the fuck up and just be "patient". I personally have been waiting for my vendor bond waiver for a month now and was a bout to say fuck it and pay the inexpensive bond. But then I had to think about it.. who in the fuck wants to be a part of a market that clearly thinks so little of their users and vendors that they cant get the core functions right?

The basic principles should be vendor gets paid finalized undisputed coin PERIOD. Do each one manually if you have to. No time for patience more than 24-maximum 48 hours to resolve vendor withdrawal issues. No vendors you have no market.

IMPORTANT SUPPORT TICKETS CANNOT BE UNRESOLVED AFTER 30 DAYS.. this makes absolutely no sense. Hire some more staff if you need to. We all understand youve had an influx of sign ups slowing you down, yet you continue to allow new registrations. Not following the logic there.

They say these upgrades are intended for better security, and are of course much appreciated. But at the same time important decisions need to be made regarding the persons currently conducting business as these "upgrades" take place. Their has to be SOME form of prioritization to resolving real CURRENT issues vendors are having. Or else your business model is completely flawed.

Im seeing multiple vendors on the forums complaining of not receiving btc and opening tickets weeks ago and the mod responds: "im sorry, we have 2,000 tickets we cannot do all in a day". Lol are you fucking kidding me? I'm sorry but I dont plan on having my coins held hostage by what seems to irrational thinking individuals. I can feel the condescending tones and excuse heavy shill apologies by the mods on forums and cant imagine how I would feel if it were my coin tied up. Again the scariest factor being this is a brand new market trying to make its name as the next best thing. You would think customer service would have been a bit more prioritized.

Wake up people, the next best thing is not AERO. You can tell the future by looking at past behavior, and this behavior is unacceptable. It will only be worse when the market gets bigger and the stakes are higher. Such a shame.

Catch me on dream and agora.

TL:DR: Why would you want to be a part of a market that in its early stages demonstrated such bad prioritization skills in regard to balancing market maintenance with current / future vendors issues? Why would you put your money in the hands of admins that tell you be patient for weeks when you cant withdraw YOUR money? Seems to be run by 2-3 max, not wanting to hire new staff and inevitably will not be able to handle much real GROWTH of the market from here.

Rome wasn't built in a day, I have high hopes for them still since it is on going development. The support is a disaster yes, but if they are prioritising user security over tickets then I'm all for it. Not a vendor so can't personally see their issues as my own but the Bitcoin withdrawals are working fine for me and just took a while yesterday. Are there any real serious issues that would require immediate attention?

Come on guys, support tickets not answered for 30+ days?

Yes, that happened. The backend was being updated. Staff put a higher value on that at the time. As we figured making sure the site stayed running and could handle traffic was more important.

Multiple vendors not getting withdrawals and mods posting sob stories in response?

When did we ever post a "sob story"? Please send me that link. We updated people as to what was going on. This is our job, to convey the situation from the admins to the public.

As for the withdrawal issue, that is being handled. Nobody will be missing funds. It's a few vendors who are not seeing there BTC right away. This was not an issue with the site but rather the fact that the server needs an up to date version of the blockchain. When the server has to be restarted, it has to re-sync. Once the server is back up, it catches up to the lasted blockchain updates and all transactions go through. As of now it has re-synced and all transactions ARE going though.

Vendors getting banned on forums for slightest infractions?

The job of the mods are to enforce the rules. Bans do that. The rules are enforced and are posted. There is no excuse for violating them. Most of the time the mod that works the forum will delete a post that violates the rules, as stated if that same person breaks the rules over and over again, then yes they are banned. Most of the people banned are NOT vendors though. They are spammers or scammers. There was an instance of a vendor being banned for 3 days for repeatedly violating the rules. Permabans are not common, even less common are even temporary bans for vendors.

The mods want you to shut the fuck up and just be "patient".

We have never said that, nor expected it. The fact that upgrades and updates take time is a simple fact of life. We would never want any of our users to "shut the fuck up" even if it's criticize, it helps us grow.

Opinions based on statements like yours though are just uncalled for as it's totally fictitious in nature.

who in the fuck wants to be a part of a market that clearly thinks so little of their users and vendors that they cant get the core functions right?

What "core functions" are not right? Even if you could demonstrate that your statement is true, the answer is apparently many people! But alas, all "core functions" are just fine. If your yet again referring to the BTC issue, then I have already addressed that.

The basic principles should be vendor gets paid finalized undisputed coin PERIOD.

Yes, in a perfect world no customers would dispute and no vendors would scam. We dont live in a perfect world though do we?

No time for patience more than 24-maximum 48 hours to resolve vendor withdrawal issues.

Again, you are referring to the blockchain syncing issue, once the server comes back online it re-syncs. This has already happened, and all transactions are now going through.

No vendors you have no market.

True, and we still have 100's of vendors, so that's not an issue.

As ALL of the rest of your post you simply talk about the same thing's over and over again (BTC withdrawal issue, unresolved support tickets, the state of the forums), I will not re-answer every statement as for the rest of your thread you simply talk in circles.

Totally agree, this market is a disaster. In the days of Agora or Evolution, or traderoute, this market would instantly be a ghost town if they pulled half the shit they have already.

[3 Points] yegate:

You are perfectly right, first I deposit 200 for a Pro vendor status, I get the lite one, I ask for vendor waiver, and I get 150$ back which is the membership for the Lite one LOL

I withdraw 0.0042 around 352$, and get nothing.

I would also see a mod that would say stop complaining it helps nothing, what should we do? shut the fuck up when we are experiencing so many issues? Please, fire that forum mod, he's too salty, 2happytimes2 was a better replacement

Personally I use it (and hate to say this) because it works, I don't trust Dream and Berlusconi has barely any movement.

It needs alot of work though. It's not very good for metrics, makes keeping track of things harder. If you open a message and don't respond immediately it gets mixed in/dropped to the bottom. You can't report members messaging you out of the blue begging (Latest is the Russian homeless dude that probably messaged every vendor). You can't (at a glance) see how many days an order is outstanding which is something I obsess over. I want to know why the guy that shipped 10 days ago hasn't finalized. I can't see when the last time he logged on was either so I can't be comfortable guessing he just got his stuff and never logged back on. 10 days non-finalized feels different when you see the guy has logged on yesterday and has still not finialized.

I like Berlusconi alot but it has very very few sales, I think I've made 2. The strange thing is they have been my largest sales since TR went down and both have been Quasi-FE.

While we are bitching about Aero and things are slow, you can't clone listings - so if you have, let's say 100 socks for sale and you want to create price points for singles, 5 packs, 10packs, etc you'll need to do that manually. No child listings either so you need to make sure they are "alphabetic" or using some sort of heirarchy based off of title name and not grouped logically according to substance.

I haven't had to cancel an order after accepting it but came close to it after an address/city mismatch but luckily (next "bug"/bad feature) was able to find the correct one from past orders.

Past orders are saved with shipping info and cannot be erased. Your customer is going to have a warm feeling when he makes his second order a month after his first, sends his shipping info with the wrong key and you respond "hey couldn't decrypt, you want this sent to the same place as last time?"

There is a shipping bug. If you have an item with 8 dollar shipping and they buy 5 of them, they've paid 40 in shipping. There is a work around where they can buy the first item with shipping attached and then buy the rest with free shipping(if you offer it) to get around this but even with this warning on my listings I'm having to keep an eye on orders and message people that they've over paid. The other side of it is people are happy when I let them know this but I never speak to the other group, the guys who see the 40 shipping and say fuck this and cancel. This is a bug I haven't seen mentioned anywhere else so I'm wondering if it's happening to other people.

As far as MDMAmp, the inital problem they had if I remember correctly was attributed to MDMAmp misreading cancelled orders and adding that balance, I don't see how that would happen but MDMAmp admitted this was the case so I didn't try to recreate the problem any more after that.

Aero support is useless and seems to have a disdain for the community but it's still a viable option.

[2 Points] Roastingisoverrated:

I've raised a ticket and reported a bug for one of the filters and no response since 25 days. The support is inexistant.

[2 Points] StuxianNightmare:

ITT: aero mod leaving paragraphs of redditting while support tickets go unanswered

Cmon now fam work to be done and youre arguing with Jo-Blo about shit you said yourself has already been said 400 hundred times

[1 Points] Vendy_McVendface:

I agree, Aero has been an absolute nightmare since day one of becoming a vendor. Couldn't add products for a couple weeks, then it worked one day and was again broken the next. Can't edit product names. Can't cancel orders now that I've decided to avoid doing business there, so customers have their coins locked up. And my first attempt to withdraw funds has resulted in no funds in my wallet.

Oh, and two support tickets with no response in weeks.

I'm also on Zion, Dream, and Tochka, ZION IS MY FAVORITE
