How to withdraw from Nucleus

I used nucleus yesterday and when i try and withdraw my leftover money and send it to my offline account it says not enough funds? Anyone have any experience with this or can u tell me what i am doing wrong?

UPDATE

It finally worked after about the 4th time. I had to keep generating new wallet address (my personal wallet) and then finally Nucleus accepted it. I ended up leaving like $4.56 left on my nucleus account and look at it like its part of the game. I only used that site cause AG has been so up and down lately and the one vendor that I use the most is on AG and he posted he was now on Nucleus, anyway I ended up emailing him to a private email and he said his Nucleus account was locked out or something. Anyway, i won't be using that site again. Ty everyone forr all the suggestions and help.

When you say you try and withdraw 27 dollars you're putting 0.1 whatever it is in BTC not 27 right?

They might have a rounding error going on in their wallet right now. That happens sometimes after a specific wallet has dealt with large numbers of transactions and is a problem that most often affects the hot wallets at bitcoin exchanges and large mining pools.

Although we only see the first eight decimals, bitcoin transactions are actually calculated out past the eighth decimal place and the extra places are just kind of rounded off for display purposes. After a large number of transactions have occurred, these little tiny dust amounts start to add up and it can throw off the outputted number by 1 or 2 satoshi. To get around this and get your withdrawal to go through in this type of situation, all you need to do is reduce the amount you're trying to withdraw by a couple satoshi.

I have a vendor account so it's possible that it's different for you but I withdraw in BTC not dollars so you'd be entering 0.1111 or thereabouts not 27.00. Your BTC balance should be in the upper left hand corner of the screen (again, assuming it's not different on a buyer account) and you can put the entire amount in the Withdraw box.

Nucleus automatically deducts the fee from your withdraw request. So if you pull out .6, .59998 (or something similar) will go into your local wallet. I, cannnot for the life of me, figure out how to turn vacation mode off on Nucleus. Its been too long since I have visited that website. I've forgotten how to navigate.

You need some bitcoin to send the transaction through as it costs bitcoin to send bitcoin.

Just copy the amount you have left into the Whitedrawn Amount Case. Maybe you dont have enough coins left for the withdrawing fees.

Well it says I have $27.00 left and when I type my personal address in where it says where do I want to send it and underneath it says the amount. Now I have tried sending even less than what I have thinking maybe it would send that way and still it will say not enough funds? I have to put the amount I want to send in bit coin form correct? Ive tried both way and nothing. Really weird.
