What puts you off a vendor?

Just been debating this with myself. Given that price isn't an issue, what's important to you?

Two of the most important traits in a vendor for me are good communication and good stealth. The reason for stealth is fairly well discussed.

With communication. Among other factors, it put me off one vendor for good, although he's not in business anymore. He didn't respond very quickly regarding shipping time concerns. For another their poor communication has cost them part of the order I'm about to make with them. Their profile clearly states they do custom listings and I contacted the vendor regarding this. I wanted a specific quantity for one part of the order and was trying to find out what he would offer for the other part of the order given I'd pay xBTC. He says he doesn't do custom quantities for the part I wanted a specific quantity which I accepted but, apart from the fact he isn't quite truthful in his profile, he also isn't very speedy with his replies. I last heard from him 6 days ago. Sent two messages in that time and frankly there's another vendor I've dealt with before who I can use again for the second half of my order who's very accommodating and also replies promptly.

Bad reviews...plain and simple. As long as it covers what a review should cover - as outlined in most vendor reviews around here - you can get a clear enough picture of how that vendor operates. Reviews on the forums as well. Good communication is like a cherry on top, especially from a reputable vendor doing a shit ton of business...and by good communication, I'm talking about above and beyond. Some vendors have an endless supply of patience (for multiple questions) and others don't. Most vendors these days recognize good customer service is the way to make money. Have shitty product that everyone recognizes as shitty? Shipping time lasting far too long without any explanation? Questions easily answered by any cogent review.

Communication is somewhat important to me, but the bottom line is if you use a good vendor you dont even really communicate or have the need to.

WHat puts me off is tactics like rci/poppermachine and the like seem to use. They say ANYTHING to appease you. They dont ship out on time and make claims like family emergency and its just excuse after excuse.

The following are disqualifiers for me: Handwritten labels No impulse sreal on the mbb (i mean jesus christ whats teh point of an mbb if you use a ziplock style top without an impulse seal, the particles of scent easily escape) Not shipping from the US I stay away from the most popular vendors - thats a personal preference. I like medium size vendors that can handle their workload and dont have le right on their tail. Anyone who requires FE Anyone who uses slang to describe their drugs Anyone who steals pictures to selsl their drugs-one heroin vendor comes to mind he had pictures up of a pink panther stamp and he said its pure he bags it himself it was total bullshit considering the picture came straigh off bluelight and i recognized it from 4 years ago becasue an internet buddy out of nyc posted it and i copped that stamp atleast 100 times. Anyone who does not respond to messages in 24-48 hours. Anyone who does not require pgp - if their opsec is that bad you dont wana use them. Anyone who is brand new to voending, you can meet your maker using a nob. Anyone who posts listings that seem too good to be true, becuase they always are.

And of course if they have bad reviews, even if they are possible shill reviews, i still dont chance it. You can see how easy it is to ruin another vendors reputation by spreading FUD. Personally, my safety and freedom is most important- i dont risk it just to save $40 bucks on a gram of mdma.

Communication. I do not care how good your [insert drug here] is. You better respond to me if you want my money. I don't care who it is. I just posted about this. If a vendor doesn't have time to say hey, then they do not have time to take my money. Just saying... I very rarely make exceptions to this rule. The only time I can think of is when time is not an issue, but time is always an issue when I am losing money waiting on a pack. Good vendors know how to communicate and understand that peace of mind is priceless to the buyer in the DNM game. I try to give a vendor 24 hours to respond, but this is not always possible. BTC is volatile as fuck, so an hour can cost serious dollars some times.

I strictly order domestic after having a really small order get caught by a very reputable international vendor. Paying an extra 50% is worth not going to prison. Past that, my priorities are speed and stealth. I honestly am not that put off if the quality of the drug is a little bit of a let down as long as the shipping was done professionally and they put some effort into stealth. Regular USPS packages from a personal address, handwriting, minimal stealth packaging (especially on weed, seriously who the fuck thinks a ziplock, press seal mylar and a garbage bag is superior stealth for a zip bag), forcing a new buyer to FE when the BTC value is stable, and long shipping times with bullshit excuses or blame shifting to 'fuck you drug addicts for bugging me about taking twice as long to ship as I told you when you sent me money' are my main turn-offs.

Above all its great stealth. It makes me feel safe.

Poor stealth and lack of communication a distant second would be two bothersome things. I generally haven't needed to communicate urgently with a vendor thus far but I will say while lack of communication for non-critical things is sort of a turn off, if a vendor is far more communicative I'm more inclined to use that one. The one thing I do wish though is heads up on when something was shipped. Some vendors I've used are like clockwork and when they mark as shipped, it means it was shipped. Others not so much. This drives me nuts. When I'm using a new vendor I don't know how they treat the "mark as shipped" button - some hit it when they clearly haven't shipped. Some ship it first then mark it later. With a new vendor I have no clue of the vendor's MO, BUT it'd definitely be nice to get a note saying when something shipped so I have some idea when to expect it.

That does bring up another point - do some vendors delay the "mark as shipped" as part of "stealth" so you don't know when it was shipped exactly? For instance, is there a reason a vendor wouldn't clikc "mark as shipped" until a day or two after its been shipped? I guess I can understand not telling me when it was shipped for stealth reasons. I really hate wondering if something I ordered will make it before the weekend.
