pretty much every person on thsi subreddit has used localbitcoins one time or another. I have experience doing the cash deposit at a bank method (you deposit into someone elses account and they release btc from escrow when received). Every time I did it I chose a vendor with <30min release times and had the BTC before I even managed to take a pic of the receipt.

Ive also done the type of transaction where you bring a printed barcode to 711 and pay xx.xx amount of money, and that worked well had my BTC instantly that time too. This is anonymous (though some will argue your face is on camera, not a big deal at all IMO).

I have circle, have not used it yet. I had to provide a selfie and high res scan of my license, and they kept telling me they could not match the license pic to the selfie but they eventually accepted me. Attached my bank account took 3 days after a test deposit/withdrawal. This will be the cheapest (also the slowest and least anonymous way) to buy btc.

I have used coin.mx which is one of my favorite services becuase i never used to have a legit checking account and couldnt get circle etc.. Coin.mx accepted my prepaid type "checking account's" debit card. They do debit card/credit card instant buys (also have a cash deposit and wire transfer capability have nto tried those). This method allows me to buy $750 weekly per credit/debit card. They require a video of you holding your ID clearly and the CC you will be using. They require last 4 of your social.. This method is not anonymous but tumble appropriately.

Personally I prefer cash deposit LBC method.. you pick a vendor with a bank by your house, and its very quick and anonymous if you use an anonymous lbc account.

For quick buys I really like circle. With a credit card circle gives a $100 instant buy they will increase. You have to be careful sending directly to a market or tumbler with circle more so then the other two. LBC and coin.mx don't seem to pay attention to where it goes.

Coin.mx also will refresh your weekly limit early if you ask usually.
