Alphabay should change their feedback layout.

Australian seller madmax is currently exit scamming (look at his feedback), however as alphabay pre-fills the feedback with "5/5" hundreds of people are giving him 5/5 with comments claiming of being scammed.

This means his score is still quite even with hundreds of pieces of feedback intended to be negative.

Please alphabay, adjust the layout so this doesn't keep happening.

Edit: He's banned now, although many people got unnecessarily ripped off due to people mistakenly giving him 5/5.

They dont prefill anything people were probably just making it positive so people see it first on the front page when you click on his profile

I think AB's layout is quite effective. That mistake/error is primarily due to the people themselves rather than AB's layout.

Pre-filled forms I think it's appropriate to keep at positive for several reasons.

  1. Makes a positive rating really fast and makes the effort for neutral/negative feedback higher so that you're encouraged to end up writing something out.

  2. Prevents people from automatically leaving negative or neutral feedback

  3. The most likely situation is positive feedback.

  4. You can't leave a default option because if the order auto-finalizes AND the feedback time expires (30 days I think? Idk exactly), then you would want to assume that everything went well and you get positive feedback for it.

I really, really wish AB changed their feedback MO too. I use another market and at least there if I FE a vendor, give them 5 stars, then get their shit and they fuck me, I can go back and change it.
