How does the community feel about vendors falsifying shipping dates and potentially selective scamming.

So last week midweek I placed an order with a vendor whom I had previously used and been successful with. I however, enabled 2fa with the wrong key. So I had to make a new account with little feedback. Order went in wed night. vendor didn't log back in till Friday and so failed to ship within 24 hours not a big deal it was marked shipped on Friday the 10th so I expected the priority to land Monday like all the reviews and my past experiences.

Well monday no package. So I figured I'll message and confirm it hit the Friday cut off. Vendor claims it made friday cut off. Well about an hour after that I get a text message to my burner phone that usps has a shipment leaving a central area state. Coincidence that there's another package is coming, no I'm not expecting any but this one. So here we are on Wednesday and the package that was claimed shipped on friday arrives with the tracking number that shows shipped monday night after that message.

So what it appears is said vendor is falsifying shipping dates possibly to new accounts with no positive feedback (as I 0was a previous successful customer). He didn't ship this package till I messaged him and stated that I see he is fairly active on reddit and I was going to leave a review. All of this I was courteous about because his previous vending was reliable.

What this brings about is the 4 or 5 that claimed to not recieve their packages in his reviews are likely not lying and they likely were never shipped like mine. I think if I hadn't advised the vendor I was going to review him on reddit I wouldn't have got a package at all.

How does the community feel about it was he selective scamming me? I'll post a full review as soon as my machines register.

It pisses me off, If its marked shipped it better be in the mail within 2 days.

Had a vendor tell me he shipped it '3 days ago' so 4 days later I message him asking for a tn he said 'oh read the tn guidelines you have to wait 4 days from when it shipped, and it got shipped two days ago'

I've had this happen as well with vendors. It's bullshit.

Do

Not

Mark

As

Shipped

Unless

IT'S SHIPPED

Jesus Christ it's not that hard. Don't even mark it shipped when you plan to do it that day. Mark it after it is in the USPS or whoever's hands.
