Hello, I was one of the first vendors to sell on Aero Market. I am unable to withdraw from Aero for over 20 days.
I've submitted five support tickets and posted in the Aero forums in the hope something would elicit a response (only one ticket got a response, saying the support member could not resolve the issue and to bump the ticket for another response - no response after subsequent bumps). I've had to pause sales because of the inability to withdraw.
I really did not want to post this to clearnet but people should know that Aero has been of no use at all in trying to help me. The funds have been released from escrow, are sitting in my wallet, but due to a lost pin not able to withdraw, and there has been no sign of resetting the pin.
Aero support, please contact me on the site, any one of these tickets (927, 1146, 1308, 1647, 1982) would be really great.
edit: Yes I'm well aware this was a poor mistake, however that should not excuse Aero from not replying to support tickets for 3 weeks which is the issue I would like to highlight. For example if Aero ignored a dispute for 3 weeks is that OK?
