Edit: also dont take this as a definite review of the product. If the reship comes back weak, I'll post again about it, but if it is much different than the stuff I got this time, I'll be sure to leave a real review vouching for it. Not trying to discredit southpole in any way, I just want to figure out what to do when a vendor is offering a reship.
i placed an order from southpole a couple weeks ago for some tabs because he had good reviews. however, when i tried 1 tab it felt real weak compared to other 100ug trips ive had. i had some friends try it and they all reported the same: weak experience. I told this to southpole and he said he thinks it is because the last sheet was laid unevenly, as he has reports of some people having trips that were much too strong for 125 and other trips like mine (weak). He offered a reship free of charge when new stock comes in, but the order has 2 days before auto finalization. I want to trust him and give him payment, because he has been so great at communicating and helping me find the problem, and offering the reship, but i fear that if it finalizes I'll be lost in a stack of orders. Do I put the order in dispute to ensure he sends me a reship? I've never had to deal with a reship.
Yeah, dispute. It's a tool, not a weapon. Fire him a message beforehand, be polite, saying something like, 'hey, be aware I'll whack this into dispute to keep the transaction alive until the reship is sorted. Thanks again for service' etc etc.
