USPS Tracking question??

Under features it says

Features: PO to Addressee Signature Service Up to $100 insurance included Restrictions Apply

What does signature service mean , does that mean it will require someone to sign for it, also is if so is there a way around this and if it does mean it requires a signature what happens if someone is not home at the time to sign for it?

I don't know if that means it requires a signature or not.

Usually when a signature is required, the mailman just leaves a little slip you can sign, and they will redeliver it to your mailbox.

Yep that means it needs signed. If no one is home they will leave a slip sing they stopped by and tried to deliver. You then have 6 (I think that's what I remember ) days to goto your local post office and pick it up, and sign for it of course
