A friend is thinking of vending suboxone

He's been buying since SR1and has a pretty good understanding of stealth, not that subs require much stealth. He was thinking of offering priority and just buy a large amount of priority flat rate stamps. Printed copied/pasted addresses. He was planning on leaving them in the original packaging, but I told him not to since I think think the numbers on the back can track which lot which pharmacy it came from.

He also has a very thorough understanding of computers and encryption, just the mailing aspect he is unfamiliar with. He's seen very few vendor opsec guides that cover this thoroughly. He's also going to be very small time, try to get rid of his script quick. Anything else I should tell this guy to research before he goes balls deep? Any sources that helped you I'm sure this guy would appreciate, kinda worried about him but he's a smart dude and think he can handle himself.

  1. He should black out then serial number, not compromise the integrity of the packaging, it messes up the strips depending on what climate he is sending to (Florida makes them soggy). Also, a bunch of big vendors don't do anything.

  2. When he is sold out, he should pull down the listing right away, it happens all the time when I'm buying subs that people say, "sorry dude, listing sold out, but I'll have more next week" my coins end up tied up with that person for 12 hours if I pull the trigger on an order so I can't order anywhere else.

  3. Ship when he says he ships. If you tell me it's shipped, and I paid for 2 day shipping, I expect it in 2 days, not 6. If weed vendors can figure out an operation that gets dozens of bulky packs a day out everyday, someone mailing subs can do it.

  4. Offer first class mail. Seriously, subs in an envelope between some paper. You're never going to get caught.

Thanks for the lengthy reply. My homie is a long time buyer so he's well aware of being on the shitty receiving end from a vendor. I was under the impression that the lot numbers on back were able to determine what pharmacy is came from? He was thinking of putting them in small ziplock bags possibly with MBB. And I told him about first class but he figured people would want their subs quicker

Don't listen to anyone saying "black out the serial/lot #" you can easily remove that ink. Take out the package and try wrapping in something protective. I guess it's unlikely they'd try to catch u that way, but it's still bad opsec. Just put the strips out of package and into a ziplock/mmb

if you took some superglue and dropped it along the bar code, then before it dried stuck a label from a labelmaker (the plastic-y kind, not the paper shipping labels) on top, might work. wouldnt remove the code but would make it difficult for someone else to obtain it.

obvioulsy try it out first. I've seen superglue do some weird shit, and wouldnt wanna risk pissing off your first customers.

isnt the packaging on subs mylar? if so could potentially use some sort of heavy solvent
