Do we expect anonymous drug dealers to have standards and good, honest business practice?

I do but I guess that's just stupidity on my part. So last Sunday I guess I screwed up by giving an anonymous "drug dealer" the benefit of the doubt. I'm fairly new to this so in the past I've pretty well stuck to well known, trusted vendors. Well everybody has to start somewhere right?

I found a brand new vendor with zero feedback that's only been vending since the 9th of this month and I ordered $100 worth of dope from him. It's an escrow listing so what can go wrong? He was quick to respond and said he'd get it in the mail first thing monday morning. Great, I can't wait. Well last night he messages me on the market and says his partner is uncomfortable sending out that much product without getting paid up front. WTF??? It's a freakin' half gram!!! Kinda pricey half gram but a half gram just the same. I'm a junkie and it's not a lot to me but it's a lot to internet drug dealer that sells heroin. Again, WTF???

Anyway I tell him no I'm not gonna' release the funds until I get the product and at this point I'd rather he just cancel the order. He continues to message me asking me to FE. Says he's got awsome uncut dope and doesn't need to burn anybody. Says I'm gonna love the dope just FE and he'll overnight it so I can get it tomorrow, Friday. NO!!! Cancel my order. I see he's messaged me this morning asking me to give him a shot. I thought I was giving him a shot.

So can/should I dispute now and report him to the administrators? I want to. I want my bitcoin back now. I've never bought dope on the dnms but now I want to and my $100 is tied up indefinately. Should I leave negative feedback, do a crappy review here and on the forums? Should I just open a dispute and hope for the best?

If the guy is trying to be legit I don't wanna ruin his rep from the git go but if he's just trying to scam I wanna get him gone.

What do I do?

If this post is too long and rambling and doesn't make sence... METH IS LIFE!!!

What is this?

Report that fucker and screencap his messages for proof, he's not allowed to FE. Name and shame bro.

If you wish to vend on alphabay then you must adhere to our industry standards. Please report this scammer directly to me and invite me to the conversation, I'm trappy

Get your money back, the vendor is scamming you.

[3 Points] InfinityDN:

Vendors with zero feedback and asking for FE is already a red flag. Report him and go to a more trustworthy vendor.

[3 Points] None:

I'm guessing he doesn't have the product and wants you to FE so he has money to buy product. I would dispute immediately.

"Do we expect anonymous drug dealers to have standards and good, honest business practice?" We should I believe, that's one of the great things about DNMs, it can bring a level playing field to drug dealing. All parties should act with integrity and if they don't they should get get fucked. Glad you reported him.

[2 Points] reddit_lurker242:

It's a free market, so yes you're expected to trust vendors.

[2 Points] LordAK47:

Is there a lack of good dope dealers on the dnm right now?

[2 Points] DooshNozzzle:

I trust dark net dealers more than ones in person. at least dark net dealers have computer literacy, a good sign that they're not a dumbtarded hood rat

Minutes ago he messaged me and told me he's decided to not ask for FE and will ship my order tomorrow if I'd like or cancel the order. OF course I opted to cancel the order. He lied to me two or three times.

We'll see here shortly. If he doesn't cancel it in about 5 minutes I'll be forced to report him. Again, if people fall for this they are idiots. I wish everyone was honest and fair so that even idiots didn't have to fear getting ripped off but that's just not the way it is. I hope I don't have to report him and I hope he starts selling good dope and sticking to his word.

[1 Points] DaRealDonaldTrump:

Im sure you can actually find new vendors who will treat you BETTER then older vendors.

They want to get a good name out. They may send a little more than you ordered, get it out to you faster, or something.

it is a business and many vendors know. I don't think they should be kissing my ass (like the "yelp reviewers" episode of south park). If they are operating a good business though, I will do my part and spread the word.

[1 Points] exmachinalibertas:

Standard scam. Dispute and report. This is why you use reputable vendors. If you use new vendors, only use escrow and never release or finalize early. Without exception. WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

[1 Points] Vinnie_Barbarino:

I reported this guy yesterday afternoon after asking him to cancel my order since wednesday afternoon. If he'd cancelled when I asked him to I could've ordered from someone else by now. How long does a simple dispute resolution take? If the mods need evidence it's all in the pm's.

why shouldnt we (expect anonymous drug dealers to have standards and good, honest business practice?)? drug dealing isnt a crime of dishonesty. it is an honest business which just happens to be ilegal

"Do we expect anonymous drug dealers to have standards and good, honest business practice?"

Yes we do!

[1 Points] Vendor_BBMC:

New vendors can't FE , rules or no rules. Your bitcoin is in escrow, "they" can see you are good for it. If they "overnight" it they'll get paid tomorrow.

IF they have drugs to post, "they" will post them because that's how vendors earn our living. Its just a heroin addict pretending to be a vendor. You may as well dispute before they sell the laptop they stole.

Brand new vendors are normally a good bet. Even scammers are great for a month or two.

Do we expect anonymous drug dealers to have standards and good, honest business practice?

No, of course not. But we aren't anonymous. We are PSEUDO-anonymous, my pseudonym is "BBMC" and its my only tangible asset. The years of good character and honest trading have made my four letters valuable. The longer I carry on the more-valuable my reputation becomes, and the less-likely I am to suddenly turn evil or rip you off.

The highest value:account age ratio occurs around 4 months, which is why so many vendors scam, go wrong or give up around month 4.

This dipshit got banned from AB. I'm in dispute to get my coin back now. Good call not FE'ing, it's been 6 days and no pack. For domestic. Wtf.
