Nucleus Issues please help IMPORTANT

Hello, I deposited 3.86 coins into my nucleus account on friday, and then another .5819 on saturday. I already had about .36 coins in my account and I placed an order for most my coins a total of $1550.00 usd saturday afternoon, leaving me with less than .1 coins. I don't log on again until monday, there was no current or cancelled orders in my order history and I had 0 btc in my wallet. I figured it was just because I finalized early on my order, and that when the vendor accepted it the order would show up. That wasn't the case, when i logged on this morning I had a message from the vendor, the order auto-cancelled sunday and the coins had been deposited to an unknown address with no previous deposits or withdraws and has now been sitting for two days. The coins were also sent 45 minutes before the order was "cancelled by the buyer" which is very odd. Any insight on my problem or something to ease my mind would be greatly appreciated.

Damn... I'm sorry man. Sounds phishy. Pun intended. Just copy and paste the actual url in a memo on the cpu and save it. That way you know it never changes

[2 Points] CarrotCorn3:

How can he get phished when they need his pin number to withdraw funds you fucking idiots

[5 Points] None:

Do not fucking put IMPORTANT or URGENT in your post title unless there's something going on that affects like almost all of us or I'll have your fucking head.

I'm not about to let this become a thing.

[3 Points] cryptocreepo:

Did you have 2fa enabled?

It could make a huge difference in this case.

Have you contacted the Nucleus team about this?

[1 Points] throwathrowanz:

How do you know that the coins went to an unknown address? How are you following the coins once they're in the market hot wallet?

[1 Points] PhriskyDingough:

You've either been Phished, maybe by a bad exit node, or your room-mate, or someone else using your wifi network sniffing your packets.
The other option is that they've had to tumble coins around their wallets to prevent an opsec breach. Their support is super slow, so wait it out.
Sorry you lost so huge, that's quite a blow.
Don't use wifi networks. Plug the shit in to a modem not connected to a wifi network. Wifi leaks so bad.

Not trying to be a dick but support isnt going to help you. Read the faq page. This is straight off of it "Be very cautious of links sent to you via PM. Is this vendor/customer reliable? Try an Onion search or look up the account feedback to make your decision. We aren't responsible if you get phished".....hence the last words of this sentence...

You always get link from superlist? 2FA enabled? Not gonna assume you got phished w/o more info.
