Should I Dispute the order or let it AutoFinalize?

This is my first order so I don't know how Dispute thing works. I ordered stuff on TR.

Shipment Selected:EMS (10 Days).

It's been in transit for 20 days now and last update was on 26/08/2017 that says "Departed from export office" on the EMS website.

On china post tracking it says "Item returned from export Customs/Security" (Status: On Route)

I've extended the date once but now only 2 days are left and it'll be Autofinalized.

Can I dispute and say I want more extended days for waiting for its arrival? Or that's not how Dispute system works.

I know sometimes packages take time and all but what if the package got lost or something and let it get to auto finalize.

Vendor's reply on September 8:

From the tracking we can see that it hasn't arrived in your country yet. Please give it more time to arrive. It is very difficult for us to calculate the average shipping time to your country because we only get maybe 1-2 orders there per month...

One negative Feedback from total 9:

Thanks!

EDIT:

Opened a support ticket, asking for extended days. Also messaged the vendor and asked same thing.

Thanks for replies.

The vendor even recognises that it hasn't arrived yet. Believe me, you'd be in a worse decision if they ignored you

Message the vendor and TR support asking to extend. If they refuse/ ignore you, dispute dispute dispute

For all you know, when it arrives, there could be an issue and you won't be able to say anything about it

Are you in china or is the vendor in china? Either way a shipping time of a month isn't out of the ordinary for a pack coming from, or going to there. Ask the mods if you should dispute, but from what you gave me, I am fairly certain he is not a scammer. Sure if he only has 9 reviews, he's probably fairly new,, however, he allows escrow, and the only negative feedback is that the pack got seized, which should be more of a concern to you.

Tell the mods of the market the situation.

[2 Points] BayLapse:

A lot of vendors don't like disputes because it permanently reflects on their profile

However what is more important? Someone's image that you don't know?

Or

Receiving what you have paid for

Worst case, in your review you can even say that it arrived perfectly fine- with just a delay

Id remove that image you posted. Law enforcement can probably detect who you are by the times posted. Just a thought.
