So I placed an order with HF a couple of days before the Ag outage (nine days ago, actually.)
When I ordered, I sent him a direct message on Ag. When Ag went down, I also politely sent him an email to his safe-mail account and about six days after that with no response there I made an account on BB just to message him.
No replies on Ag, safe-mail, or BB. My order is still pending. His vendor page says he's in vacation mode since an hour ago and that he's shipping out by Friday, but my order will be auto-finalized then.
My questions are; I've heard his customer service isn't the best but he had access to safe-mail and BB and I haven't gotten a response after making multiple inquiries through multiple mediums.
Also, in one of my original messages to him through Ag, I had a question about the shipping so I would assume he would answer that before shipping the product which has me thinking he isn't planning on shipping for awhile b/c he's in vacation mode.
I dunno, guys. Should I be worried? I just feel as if he had ample time to respond to my direct message on BB and my safe-mail.
To reset the autofinalize counter on agora...message HF from your order page...or start the resolution process. I'd probably give it a couple of days, unless this is really leaving a sour taste in your mouth than go ahead and dispute it, if he's really in vacation mode he may not notice, or it could jusr get you the response you need. But if I recall correctly, after so many hours of not accessing it sets vendors into vacation mode automatically...so that could be what happened as a result of the downtime. As far as messaging goes...he does do a lot of business, even if it seems hit or miss quality wise, it seems like the guy probably gets inundated with messages daily.
