how to identify a scamming vendor?

i came in contact with a guy who offered me an ok deal, but he is the only one that offers what i want. he wants 50% upfront, and me to FE once tracking info is given. that sound very fishy doesn't it? he has one guy who vouched for him, but i am still having trouble to trust this vendor. any other things i should be asking him? or just avoid him?

Just ask them.

Easy as that.

On a market?

I just wonder why some vendors can't just settle down and wait for the sale to be resolved. Instead, they demand FE money up front. Why would someone pay for drugs or services that they haven't yet recieved? I don't understand it.

Ask him if he'd be willing to do multisig escrow. That way he can know you've locked up the money for him, but you know he has incentive to finish the deal.

He should be like all other vendors AND USE ESCROW. Tell him to go fuck himself if he refuses and find another vendor who uses escrow and doesn't require FE.

Remember tracking doesn't guarantee anything. He could send you an empty envelope just so something is headed your way.
