Issue with finalizing orders on Traderoute

Decided to try a vendor who has been around for a while. I ordered Tuesday, and to my (pleasant) surprise, I recieved it today, Thursday. Went to finalize and leave glowing feedback, only to find that the market won't let me finalize the order, saying that the vendor is too new, and not to FE. Well, it's not exactly FE if I have already received my order. This is bullshit for a few reasons;

For one, if I want to FE, that is my prerogative. If I trust the vendor and btc is dropping, I FE. That should be my right. Secondly, this is punishing vendors for getting orders out on time, rather than rewarding them. Thirdly, most people aren't going to keep checking back to finalize, and that fucks the good vendors even harder, making them wait for auto-finalize.

I know there is no such thing as a perfect market, but Jesus. This just seems like such a stupid policy. I want to see TR get great vendors but I have a feeling this will keep them away.

I get what your saying. But it definitely also cuts down on tickets, and disputes arising from someone who FE'ed then regretted it and complained about scamming. The volatility of BTC is just a natural fact of life here on the DN.

I do agree however that it should be up to the customer.

Yeah, this happened to us. We had about 11 packs land and none were able to finalize and they got that message. Most didn't return to try again at a later day. I wish I could use another market, but its so ghostly besides dream, which I won't touch. We've just been slowing our market shipping down in order to prevent this. When I messaged support regarding it, they just closed my ticket after saying "all orders must wait 48 hours to finalize" ignoring the fact that most packs are 2-day, and will beat the 48 hour timer out by at least 4-10 hours depending how late in the day it got marked shipped.
