The concept is simple:

1. Someone adds a name to the list along with some information and a minimum pool amount.
2. People pledge more money to the dead pool. They can withdraw their pledge at any time and get it back 90 days later, if there fails to be a correct prediction in that timeframe.
3. Other people can predict when that person will die, but the content of the prediction stays hidden until after the fact.
4. Correct predictions get the pool.
