Title: PIN locked
Post by: Beaches on July 17, 2013, 06:11 pm
Earlier today I changed my password and PIN as I was about to add some bitcoins into my account. I added the money and part of it had shown up (increments from BitcoinFog) so I went to make a purchase with what I had. When I entered my PIN I had changed it to it did not work, so I tried it again in case I entered it wrong. It still did not work. I also then tried my other two previous PINs but those either didn't work or my account had already been locked. I know for a fact I was entering the right PIN because I put my PIN in a notepad file I had open and saved it at the time when I was changing it. Could it be that they didn't process the PIN change yet so it thought I was entering the wrong thing? I've been locked out so I have to wait 72 hours after already having had to wait for my bitcoins for a week and then the vendor to restock. This is starting to get annoying..

Sorry to hear about your pin troubles, that really sucks. I'm kind of impressed that after such a prolonged stuff around you're remaining as calm as your thread reads. Many individuals here explode with abusive impotent rage at the slightest hiccup. You really sound like you've had a rough trip.
+1 For your attitude. Your pin will be sorted after the 72hrs has clocked over, and then think of the goodies you'll buy :) AB

P.S. I've been wrong before, but I think we may see a bit of a rise in btc value over the week...

Alright, thanks for the reply, I suppose it would be better to wait until value rises anyways
