Title: Can't reach Silk Road using Liberté Linux
Post by: eJ3k1 on May 27, 2012, 10:42 pm
Okay guys, this problem is really weird.

I can't open the Silk Road URL (silkroadvb5piz3r.onion) using the torified browser that comes with Liberté Linux. It just won't load.

However, I can reach tormail and the armory and this forum; all .onion "websites", without problems. Also, I can open Silk Road using the TOR browser bundle for Windows.

I am using the latest version of Liberté Linux version 2012.1. It has the epiphany torified browser installed standard.

I already tried reopening the browser, changing  TOR identity, rebooting Liberté, none of it works.

Does anybody else have the same problem?

EDIT: One day later, everything worked again. Now, the epiphany browser and Silk Road seem to get along just fine. I haven't done anything, it solved itself (I don't know how).

I have a similar problem. Liberte connects to my router but it will not load any pages. Anyone with advice?
