Title: Unfair Refund Stats Due to No Show Parcel, Not Fair Man.

I'm brewing that my excellent stats have been shattered by a partial refund on a no show parcel I think this is totally bollox man, what do you lot think has it happened to you if so do you think something else should be done on no show parcels cos the stats we get for them are no fault of our own if everyone makes a loud enough hoo haa about this I'm sure the stats we've been conned out of will all be scrapped help me and yourself out people cheers.

Geez.  You and "joolz" sure seem to have the worst luck here and then like to start a lot of crap.  In this case, you were given a partial refund, which I would have thought would be good news, but you want to complain about it?

If you're upset about the refund rate no longer being 0%, then the answer is simple: just get in touch with a vendor prior to placing an order with them to let them know WHY your refund rate isn't perfect.  Explain that you got a partial refund.  Most of them will understand and not hold it against you.

As I stated:

Yea scout stop reading every post on the forums. What is it your job. Man these moderators are always trying to help, whats wrong with them. 9_9
