Ok so I understood pretty much everything I just cant find a company which accept paypal
I am sorry I know this btcoins topic are kinda annoying but if you can help then Ill be grateful.

Yea I saw that site but you have to do all that avatar nonsense..
If that's the last resort Ill obviouisly do it..
But maybe you know sites that go like paypal->XXXsite->bitcoinsite->silk road? or something like that?

It's hard to find a trader willing to accept PayPal because they do not cover a guarantee of digital services (the buyer could just issue a charge back and win be de facto). That, and PayPal doesn't like to get near anything that can even remotely be construed as quasi-legal.
The general consensus on the most direct method of getting BTC is through bitcoin-otc - http://bitcoin-otc.com/. It's an IRC channel for traders. You can get a MoneyPak and trade it with someone there.

not 100% sure, but i think you can fund an okpay.com account with paypal, then transfer those funds to tradehill.com - if you are looking to cash out Okpay.com is a rip-off. DO NOT USE THEM TO CASH OUT!!! they want to charge you $35 to transfer / wire funds to your bank acct.
