Title: Deleting a post
Post by: Melisandre on May 29, 2013, 10:38 pm
Hi. I had an account here that I mistakenly closed as I was trying to figure out how to delete a previous post which may be incriminating to me due to a silly oversight. Would it be possible for an admin to delete it for me, or at least remove the user name from the post?

PM is best in this case. Thank you.

Click the 'Modify Post' option, and change w.e you need to, I dont believe your able to remove a thread after it has been created.

It sounds as though you're locked out of the account you wanted to change, true? Or that the account itself no longer exists?

Your best bet is contacting a moderator and explaining the issue. They're usually more than security-conscious and I am sure would take care of cleaning things up for you.
