FE = Finalize Early. When you order something on SR, your bitcoins get tied up in escrow until you receive your order. Once you receive the order and see that it's correct, you finalize to release the bitcoins to the vendor.

Finalizing Early is NOT something you ever want to do. It's how people get scammed and it's just generally not a good idea. Vendors encourage it because they get paid quicker, and though not all of them are out to scam, the more reputable ones should comply with escrow. It can go both ways though, sometimes buyers can scam the vendors by not paying at all (i.e. cancelling the order before finalizing and claiming not to have received the product).

Some other acronyms you may see around SR:

SR = Silk Road, obviously
DPR = Dread Pirate Roberts, the people behind SR
BTC = Bitcoins
BTH = Black Tar Heroin

... that's all I can really think of. You'll probably see a lot of drug slang that can be confusing too. I know I've seen some slang I'd never heard of. One is shatter/dabs - just learned that one myself - it's a concentrate of cannabis, like hash oil.
