why would a vendor cancel my order and not give me a reason? the message was an automated message from SR.
did i do something wrong? and why wouldnt the vendor tell me what i did wrong?

Vendors are free to pick and choose who they do business with, so they can cancel orders at their own discretion without explanation.
Maybe they didn't want to risk sending it to your country, or maybe your purchase stats weren't appealing to them.
Your best bet would be to message the vendor and ask why they cancelled it. That way, you will know for sure.

you'll find that this does happen from time to time. there are many reasons from lack of product to limiting risk that could be involved. ive had it happen to me a couple of times. sometimes you get a reason. sometimes you dont. if a vendor does it a lot or gets a history of doing it often, it can sometimes trigger a red flag.
