A certain vendor has told me that they are having problems with pgp. Until, they figure out this matter. They recommended that i use privnote.com. I haven't had a vendor recommend this before. The vendor claims that a few of their customers have been using this service. Am i the only one that doesn't feel comfortable with a third party clearnet having my information? Also, the site could log my ip and the vendors if they wern't using the site through tor.
Here is the url to the site.
https://privnote.com/
Any thoughts would be wonderful.

You are right to feel uncomfortable. Don't use privnote. If PGP isn't an option, find another vendor.

I've used privnote quite a few times already. Just use it on Tor and they'll never be able to track it down to you (if that would ever happen).

Tor or not, it's still your plain text address sitting in some website's database... Do you really want that?
