Well, I'm not a specialist on this, but I know when you get a patent of anything, you need to show thoroughly and exactly how you get it. That's why Pfizer is crying about Viagra and why Coca-Cola never patented its drink.
So, when Hoffman and Sandoz patented the LSD in 43, they was granted to show all the process to make it.
If there is no misunderstood in the lines above, where the hell is this patent?
