SR, PLEASE stop doing this!
I can't believe it serves any useful purpose - who cares if a review was posted 30 seconds, 1 minute or 2 minutes ago? All it does is give LE a tool to match feedback time to when someone being monitored is using TOR. If someone only ever logs on for a minute or two at a time to buy, finalize and leave a review, over time it will add to a case.
I'd even say randomizing the actual times to within a few minutes or even hours could be useful. 3 hours ago could display immediately after feedback is made. Other feedback could actually be made to sit for three hours and then be listed as having been posted ten minutes ago. It's not like it's even going to help as an urgent warning to others of bad product, given shipping times.
Why does SR do this?

Why does it matter???
FFS, how many users are going to be tracked be LE by when they post FB??
Fuck man, depending on the drug of course, it could be anything from 20 minutes, to a day.
-
Ah, well, it serves quite a good reason in my opinion.
If feedback was randomised or not recodred by the clock, it would give rise to scamming so much more.
For example.
Sells first few items and gets + feedback, then decides to selective scam and that feedback does not get posted or get posted as old feedback.
What posting the times does is allow users to see the most recent transactions of the seller to help make a judgement on shipping times, quality of current product etc.

You have missed a rather important point: Feedback doesn't say who the buyer was, feedback doesn't have to be left immediately, and most importantly, that means that the most LE could profile is that people leave feedback.
-
If it isn't plain how feedback can be used to profile and/or catch individual SR buyers, either I am too paranoid (there's such a thing on here?) or LE have their heads even further up their asses than we thought. I'm not going to explain it and give anyone ideas.
Regarding catching bad service/product though, how is a delay of a couple of hours with feedback going to stop that? The shoddy service was provided days ago. Some feedback doesn't even get left until months after the deal is finished, especially bad feedback since there is a resolution process before leaving feedback.

I agree in that erea.
It pisses me off, those that say LE intending ,or not, to return and amend after testing. Him many times d you you see here 'LB left, update later', way too fucking much, the rule to finsalise and leave FB rule covers half the problem, but there needs to be more cracdown on those who leave the useless feed back(only cos they hevae to to get gear)j Ah, well, it serves quite a good reason in my opinion.

'Give them 48-72 hrs to finalise comment on product, or they are Banned for 5 days---FAIR
Cos it aint FUCKING FAIR TO SEE HALF /FB SAYING fe-WILL GET BACK

s to be a further clause thats states FB must be updated after testing product, 3, surely 5 days is enough. At least potential buyers can ascertain whether gear is dogshit or golden fleece.
