Maybe someone can assist me. I've only had good outcome so far with all my purchases however I have made a purchase that the seller marked shipped. I've inquired about the shipping and not receiving the merchandise ordered however they are unresponsive. I read on the forums to dispute a transaction you should use the resolve feature on your order; however this is not a selectable option for me. How do I go about opening a dispute and getting my funds out of escrow. The auto-finalize date is nearing and not sure what happens after that.
