As someone that's new to this. Have you looked into money laundering procedures? If you're going to stay small time there's not as much of a need. But a novice converting btcs to cash can easily leave a very traceable footprint.

Limitless offers advice on such matters, for a cost. But all the feedback I see is outstanding. I'm almost tempted to ask him just to see what it involves (though I don't actually have any need to launder)

I've already spoken to him about the laundering although it's not an avenue I need to run down at this stage.

I don't have much BTC to cash up and wouldn't be a weekly occurrence to leave traceability.

Sell privately to someone on bitcoin-otc for something like mtgox codes. Then use the mtgox codes to withdraw to your account.

Isn't this method a lot less secure than a simple cash exchange?
