Hello. On the 9th of November, I deposited a bit of money through Bitinstant to my SR wallet. This was the night the downtime began, and my coins still aren't there. I'm assuming that it's eventually going to show them in my account, but I figured I'd just go put around the same amount in, to purchase the same thing, while I wait for the other coins to show.
Can we just make sure I have this right, please? I filled out the Bitinstant form, added the bitcoin address my profile tells me on it and all, and then I just take it to Wal-mart's customer service desk and fill out the slip thing like I did last time, yes? It'll go quickly through this time 'cause the downtime is fixed? I'll then see the coins in my account status and be able to purchase the items in my cart?

Yes, that's typically how it goes. It seems like all the people that have had btc not show up in their accounts were people that sent them on the 9th or 10th. I'm not one of them, but from reading the forums, it seems like support is working it's way through the issues one by one. So if you haven't already messaged support about the issue, I would recommend doing that.

The coins were in my account this morning along with a personal message from DPR. Everything's fine now.
