Hi, I'm currently trying to submit an order, and when I click place order, I'm given "Error. Please log out, log back in and try again" on a page where I can withdraw bitcoins or send them to another member. Not sure what's going on. I have enough bitcoins for the purchase, selected a shipping option, and I'm 99% sure I'm using the right pin. This is my fourth or fifth order and I've never seen this problem.
Please help! Thanks for any replies.

I may have figured it out. Are you trying to include a message along with your address in the address box?
I was, just tried sending just the address, worked right away.

Same problem here. First time purchase so it could be something I've overlooked. I entered a fake (but real) address. Though I don't think SR validates addresses right?
"Error. Please log out, log back in and try again."
Of course I've tried this a couple of times. Just a temporary site glitch? :'(

Working now. Tried everything in order from changing PIN (how is that going to help? Did it anyway!) to logging out and in. New identity on Tor. Restarting Tor - this is the one that seemed to work for me.

I am having this problem i tried everything, restarting tor browser, logging out and in again, just entering the address but just keeps showing "Error. Please log out, log back in and try again." i am a new buyer and have the right amount of bitcoins to cover my order. is there anyone on here that could help or assist.

Sorted it just deleted my tor browser package and download a fresh one from their site. Installed it went to silk road website made a fresh new order entered my name and address and pin and bingo order went through!.

Man this is getting really out of control. My order has been delay like a week now because I keep getting this same error message too!!
I have deleted the order from my shopping cart and added a new one. Deleted tor and got a newer version. Changed my Pin. None of these have stopped this issue from occurring. I've contacted SR support but so far they've been unable to help me either.
WTF is going on?! Am I ever going to be able to place this order??

I have a question, where you put your address when you purchase an item, are you supposed to encrypt your message and send your public block here? My first order I just typed in my address and called it a day, but I want to encrypt it.
