So I placed a small order from a new vendor to test the waters, they had quite a lot of positive feedback, so I was pretty sure things were good. One of the things they were constantly being praised on was their speed of delivery. Well, after 12 days of no arrival, I wrote the vendor inquiring about my order. They wrote me back, saying this was strange, as most orders were arriving within 4-6 days going by reviews, and they would get back to me. Shortly after, they wrote again and said they had no record one way or the other whether the item had shipped, was sorry for the mixup and cancelled my order, refuding my BTC. Well, I guess we weren't patient enough as the package then arrived the very next day in the mail, apparently the mail was just moving slow. I immediately wrote the vendor letting them know of the arrival and inquiring how they would like me to handle payment, I'm not looking to get anything for free here, and certainly want to pay off my order. Unfortunately, now they haven't logged back in for 4 days, and maybe I'm just being impatient, but I'd really like to get this squared up. Is there an established precedant for this situation? Should I just send them the BTC I was refunded back to them in a private transfer?

Yes, I think you should send him the BTC you were refunded. Or maybe you can "re-order" the same order but with the understanding that you won't actually get it this time.... He will probably log back on eventually so all you can do is offer!

Just send the BTC and when he finally logs in ten years from now and finds out hi is a multi-millionaire, you will be rewarded with a random act of blowjob.
That's how it works.
