Just wondering if anyone knows why on the website it shows the exact number of transactions a vendor has unless than have more than 300. What's it an issue with? Sort of bothers me actually, someone with 301 transactions and someone with 2000, get shown as the same.

I believe it's a security feature for vendors. If law enforcement browsed the marketplace and saw that 50 vendors had between 300 and 700 transactions each, but one or two vendors had 3000 or more, then that would make those vendors with significantly more sales a more appealing target for the police. Because we can't see how many transactions a vendor has made after 300, all of the more prolific vendors cannot be distinguished from the smaller time operations. We can still see enough to judge whether they're an established vendor or not though.
I am assuming this, however. I can't imagine what other purpose it would serve.

+1 very interesting theory. That is definitely the only reason I've heard so far of why this would be true. Makes sense, but I think the number should be higher. Maybe 400, or 500.
