Alright, here goes. I decided to try out a new vendor, flutterbye. I had some extra BTC in my account so I figure what the hay. Why not.
I guess I made a mistake. Here's the rundown of my interaction with said vendor. Also, before we start here's my history for this particular account:
Total transactions: 33
Total spent: $1511.67
Refund rate: 3.31%
Auto-finalize rate: 0%
Member for: 7 months
Not so bad. Not amazing, but not bad at all.
I purchase 20 1mg tabs of 25i from vendor, and promptly message them about it, saying I will give a 5 out of 5 if communication is good and the process is smooth. Now, I'm well aware of the fact that vendors are busy, but this one is new. They don't get much business, so there is no excuse for what followed. I'm used to most vendors being as prompt and courteous as possible. They don't respond to my message after a day, even though they've gone through the trouble of logging in and removing that very listing along with a couple other things. They fail to message me or mark my package as in transit, so I begin to feel kind of sketched out at this point. I message the vendor to kindly cancel my order, since I can't for a few more days and SR Support already told me to ask the vendor to cancel.
Vendor responds with two messages, one right after another.
"already packaged buddy, sorry"
then
"also, get your shit together, this makes you look very bad"
Now at this point I'm kind of upset. I have been more than courteous even buying from this vendor. This is how they finally respond?
Anyway, here's the rest of the conversation. I don't recommend this vendor.
Buyer: Are you kidding me? The only person looking bad is you. I have a great trans history. If it's already packaged that's fine. Don't tell me to get my shit together when you don't respond to messages.
Vendor: lol your stats are not that great buddy. I spend more than $1500 every time I reup ;) I'm unpackaging your shit and canceling our order. I responded to your message by the way fuckhead. learn PGP and get on our level please for your own safety. now you have given me your address and I am not sending any drugs. If I were a bad person this wouldn't be so great for you.
Buyer: there is no reason for you to be rude. This is not my only account. If you're going to cancel it then cancel it.
Buyer: SR support is aware of these messages and the fact that you have said you will cancel. Please do so ASAP. Thank you.
Vendor: maybe SR support will ban your stupid ass ... we can only hope
Buyer: Cool. Thanks for teaching me a lesson. Why the hell have you not cancelled my order yet? I can only assume it's because you're intentionally being a dick.
Buyer: The only thing you're doing by holding on to my measly 20 something USD is making yourself look bad. This is going to go to the forums and it will show that you aren't very fun to deal with and you stag for no reason.
I guess you gave no fucks about the first message I sent you. Maybe you should have. I get prompt responses and wonderful service from the other vendors I purchase from regularly. What gives buddy? Did you have a bad week or something?
Also, I decided to take your advice and learn how to properly use PGP. Even though 25i - nbome is still legal.
You know, I decided to give you a shot because your feedback seemed okay. I guess I need to establish a rapport first with new vendors, because this was completely unexpected.
One last question. Who the fuck are you to talk? You've had this seller account for less than a month and you've made 11 transactions with it. Whoopdee fucking doo. Just because you spend lots of money doesn't make you an expert. You should try being less of an ass, it might give you more business.
This is my last message, PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER SO I CAN MOVE ON.
I'm still waiting for them to cancel my order. Do yourself a favor and don't bother with this vendor.

It's worse than that. Flutterbye is also a bait and switcher and a liar. This vendor intentionally sent me the wrong product (he added a little extra to "make it right"), then lied when he told me that he sent correct product a few days later. Luckily SR came back online in time, so I was able to put the transaction into resolution. He was just as rude and dishonest in his responses to me in the resolution center as he was to 1200. I would definitely recommend avoiding this vendor at the least, and if knowing that a vendor is willing to bait and switch costumers and lie about sending products worries the community as much as it worries me, it might very well be worth DPR or admins looking into whether his account should be suspended.
Actually, I was getting around to posting my own thread about my poor experience with flutterbye. What do you guys think, should I just post all the details in this thread? Flutterbye's lying and use a bait and switch is clearly laid out in the PMs we exchanged btw

I realize everyones different, and may expect different things ie.."levels of service" from a transaction...Also understand that the "vendors" are often getting "hundreds" of messages a day ...sometimes just for questions.....I try to limit my messages due to this fact ,as opening and replying to all these, im sure can be a huge pain in the ass....

Yep, I agree. So here's what happened. Flutterbye was running his sample offer, "Sample for forum feedback 1g bud or 250mg MDMA." You could purchase 4 total, two of each. So I bought 3, and specified I wanted 2 grams of bud and 250mg of MDMA. A day or so later, the order is marked in transit, and I figure everything is good. Then I receive this message from flutterbye:
"We decided not to give any weed samples because we are pulling those listings. We just can't compete in that department, the market for mj is too saturated on SR. What we did for you since you had 3 samples is actually give u 4x250mg=1G of the MDMA. We hope this will suffice and that you understand our reasoning behind this. Sorry if this is an inconvenience for you in any way. If it's that big a deal we can figure out something to get you some weed ;)

(his weed listings were/are still up 2 weeks later btw) Well, I'm not too happy. Sure, he added some extra to try to make it right, but if he wasn't going to ship me what I ordered, I would have preferred him to contact me first, so that I could choose to cancel the order. I only wanted to test out a little of the MDMA, not devote 3 btc to it (for most 3 btc may be nothing, but it's the principle as much as anything). So I wrote him back a polite PM listing the reasons I wasn't super happy with how he decided to handle this transaction, and he was actually pretty nice, and promised to send me the 2 grams of weed I had ordered. At this point I was very happy with his customer service:

At this point, I felt comfortable enough that I said I would go ahead and finalize the order (since by now I had received the MDMA) while I waited for the weed to arrive. I told him this, and in his reply he promised that weed was going to be sent out that day (Fri 11/2)"

But this was during the first part of the SR downtime, so while I was having trouble getting on the main SR site to finalize, something that flutterbye posted in his thread gave me cause for concern. Him talking about the MDMA he was sending out for his samples:
We were really ashamed to even offer it, however we feel at our prices and actually telling our customers that it was cut we wernet doing anything malicious and just trying to get rid of some product that we were tricked into buying.
From this, it was clear to me why flutterbye didn't message me first with the offer to cancel my order, he was trying to get rid of some product he had been "tricked into buying." Maybe this guy isn't so trustworthy after all, I thought to myself.
Well, I wait two weeks for the weed to arrive. I try to be patient and hope for the best. SR goes down for a week, but comes back online soon enough that I can message flutterbye about the order, and place the transaction into resolution. He doesn't respond to the PM, but posts the following in the resolution center:
Clearly listing states:
item: Sample for forum feedback 1g bud or 250mg MDMA
you recieved over 2x the MDMA you should of, GTFO, you paid 3BTC for a little over 1 gram of MDMA
No mention of him (lying about) sending the 2 grams of weed that I had actually ordered. And in actuality I received not 2x, or 200% more MDMA than I should have, but an extra 25% for the please of being on the receiving end of a bait and switch.
And I think he last message really conveys what little respect flutterbye has for the SR community:
Do what you have to do. I think the community will get over the fact that I didn't scam you. They worry about scammers, not people that couldn't do something. We let Resolution team decide ;)
So the SR community is fine with vendors lying about what products they ship, and bait and switching their customers? I doubt that. Sure, I did receive something. It just wasn't what I ordered, and flutterbye was dishonest through the whole transaction. He used the fake offer for weed samples to get rid of some product he himself admits he was "tricked into buying." For me, this transaction was indicative of a vendor who could turn full scammer at any moment. You just can't trust a word he says, and I know I'll be staying far away from him in the future.

It still has a few days left in resolution. After which it will take some amount of time for support to look it over and come to a decision. So it'll be a bit before I can post feedback.
It's weird, I'm not really pissed. I mean, I did receive a gram of some shitty cut MDMA for a not TOO outrageous price. But you lie about what products you send, you're a dick when it goes to resolution, so fuck yourself flutterbye, hope those 11 (plus mine so 12) transactions are all you get on SR. :)

id always wanted some but never had the nerve to get it from NL, anyway the he sent
my stuff out asap and it got to me within 3 days. And let me tell you, those bees
are FUCKING THE BOMB!!! and on top of that he threw in around 400mg of the MDMA.
I have been around here a long time and I have learned it is much easier to get good service
from a vendor when you treat them well and work with them. Im not saying the OP was wrong
and flutter did come across as a real dick, but I find that just being polite will get
you much further.
And to the guy that got 1 gram of molly for 3 bitcoins, are your seriously complaining?
I took that exact same molly and 400mg had me and the wife rolling hardcore for 6 hours.
And yes it is cut with something, but for like .5 bitcoins a dose how can you be upset?

Even the scammiest of scammers treat some people right. At least, that's been the case in every scammer thread I've read on these forums. Time will tell if flutterbye goes that direction; for his future customer's sake I hope he won't. And I'm not saying he will, one transaction does not a reputation make. I just think it's important to share with the community any and all transactions that go a bit off the rails. And honestly, 3 btc for 1 gram of cut MDMA is not a great deal for where I live. That's why I only bought 250 mg for 1 btc. ::)
ps I of course agree with your comments about being polite. That should be a given though. Besides people like mtljohn/etc/etc, who I try to steer clear of as much as possible, everyone I've interacted with on SR main and the forums via pm has been very polite, which of course I reciprocate. In case anyone might be thinking that flutterbye was understandably blowing off two people who acted like assholes, here is the pm I sent to him before time forced me to put the transaction into resolution:

I recognize this is piddling in comparison to some of the 'scams' reported on SR. And I was totally aware that some people might even see this as whingeing. There's kind of a "I Got Mine, and You Didn't Totally Get Fucked Over" social philosophy at play here. I just wanted to let the forum know that flutterbye plays by his own set of rules. I bet he'll take care of some people just fine. Others, not so much.

I checked my inbox this morning, and found a message from flutterbye telling me to fuck myself, and that I could wait and cancel it myself.
Strange, because flutterbye canceled my order shortly after sending the message.

Thirdly, 2C-B is on the way out. It's being replaced by NBOMe. I'm seeing it happen myself. And 20mgs is a mild to medium dose. Any jackass can pick up a gram of 2C-B and make their own capsules.

geez i thought this topic was over, but i hate to break it to ya bro but first off the 2cbees are a badass pressed pill from the netherlands, not some homemade capsule, that is why they kick ass (and 20mg is pretty damn strong, most sites list 16mg as the perfect dose), and we all know the dutch know how to make good shit.
as far nbome being better than 2cb well that may be your opinion but several of us way prefer 2cb to any of those RC nbombs. MDMA and 2cb is the most majestic combination known to man, just ask shulgin :)
and yeah the needlepoint is overpriced, hell the entire acid scene on SR is overpriced. I miss the 10 dollar hits of WoW, even that was alot but it was worth it

Just wanted to chime in here to say that I enjoyed the strike beez but that is the only 2CB i have ever had. I mixed a nbome tab with it and it was great.
With that being said i am shocked at some of this back and forth stuff. I am shocked at some of the flutterbye quotes i have red. As a buyer I have found it to be better to just place the order with out sending any kind of PM. I used to want to communicate with the vendor right before placing the order but found that vendors are over run with worthless non-meaning PM's and it seems to be frustrating to them so now i simply place the order and wait a few days. Give them time to put the order in transit. I usually try to go by what is said on the vendors page as far as shipping times go. The vendors will at times leave an update on their page explaining about any delays they may be having.
My experience with flutterbye was great. However if he is so frustrated that he can't show no more class than he has shown with the other buyers then maybe he needs a break. A lot of vendors take a week off to rest and to just get away from all the frustration.
Also, Silk Road isn't really a great place to expect your product in a hurry. It goes a lot better if you just relax and order stuff with no anxiety about when it will be there for you. Snail mail has drove me crazy and i am now at the point where I don't like to even order anything unless i can get priority shipping

Well, JahBUDS is stocking LSD and based on my extensive conversations with knowledge of Jah, I would fully back his stuff as being legit.
And unlike fluttercunt, Jah is actually a nice person. You'd be doing yourself a favor if you buy from Jah.

I have both 2CB and NBOMe. NBOMe is half the price. it sells better. 20-40mg. And who gives a shit where it was pressed? There's no difference between a capsule of a substance than a pressed tablet other than aesthetics.

There are many many people that would completely disagree with you about the differences between pressed tablets and capsules, there are entire MDMA threads devoted to just that subject. And yes there really is a difference between quality pressed shit out of NL and capped up powder. Im no scientist and dont really know why, maybe its binders, or certain additives, but yes bro there is a difference and more than just a placebo.
Also remember everyones brain chemicals are different, just because you like the 25 series doesnt mean others, will (and just cuz its half the price and sells better doesnt mean much, Hyundia's sell more and at half the price of a BMW but that dont make it a better car :p ), ive mixed molly with both 25i and 25c and for my chemistry the best combination is hands down 2cb and MDMA. And I would much prefer a bomb pressed 180mg mdma pill like a white speaker, to 180mg of molly any day, i dont know why but the speakers always always always fuck me up way more :)
beez aren't from NL. i would know. i sold them to him after all. not gonna standby while this bullshit misinformation is spread around. i know the guy who presses these things and he would be very mad if he knew they were being advertised in this way.

So I placed an order with flutterbye two weeks ago for twenty 25i 1 mg complexed tabs and it hasn't arrived yet (from USA to USA). I messaged him a couple of days ago with no response yet. I'm asking for some advice on the forums... should I finalize and just give a bad feedback to avoid having my refund rate go up or just request a refund?

Report him to SR support, and put it inn the resolution center. Request a full refund. This guy is a dipshit.
