Yes, everyone's stats have been changed.  Only a fraction of the money I had spent on SR now showed,  and I was so concerned that I contacted SR support. This is their reply:

Instead of the old system that we had before, we're now showing the stats over 3 time periods. Previously, we averaged all of those periods together into one and showed 'all-time' stats which decreased as you made more purchases. The anonymous records that were held for stats purposes older than 1 year will no longer be held, and as a result, transactions older than one year are no longer applied to your purchasing stats.

Any refund / auto-finalize rate that you might see in future is calculated on the dollar value of all orders that you have made in that time period. It will vary as you finalize more orders / receive more refunds.

For example, if you have made 10 orders over the past 3 months worth a total of $1000, and gotten refunded for one or more orders to a value of $175, your refund rate in the column for that time period would be 17.5%.

Don't the vendors see the the same 1 month / 3 month / 1 year breakdown we see when we view the Purchase stats screen? Or do you mean all your transactions are over a year old? Not being a vendor, I have no idea what they see...

Yes, this is unfortunate. Here's a thread with more posts and stuff:

somebody is talking about messaging DPR about it.

Also
SERIOUS IDEA: maybe we should make an official thread titled "Official thread to get purchasing stats back" or something along those lines. There people could voice why they dislike it. Anybody who likes it the new way can also explain why that's so and it'd all be in one area. We could include a poll too!

I really think this is something we should try. It would be our way to peacefully protest the change. After all, DPR is here to serve us as his motto "As you wish" clearly states.
