Title: Finance Guys - Where does the bitcoins stablize and how do we get some balance?
Post by: tofuu on October 22, 2011, 05:05 am
This downward trend in the bitcoin keeps costing me worth.  I think it has to do with the theft of the 500,000 bitcoins and the dumping on the market I keep hearing rumors about.  I'm not a big picture financial dude, so what would it take to get over something as simple as a 500k theft that we all end up paying for and how does that translate out to the bitcoin market?  We're enough generated originally market wise to overcome these irregular events(can the market with stand a huge by or sell), or are we hostage to a Chinese heist and dump that flattens the value as the market deepens?  The graph of the bitcoin price against the US Dollar vs the stock market over the same time shows clear manipulation by someone....and I think we all know who, but not where and how right now, today or tomorrow...  Does anyone have any trends that says bitcoins are inline with current global (outside of Greece) monetary trends to justify the decline of late?

Just wondering....
