Title: message response time from SR staff

mailed a message 2 days ago in in regard to  an order placed for a vendor named dankalicious(100) who has suddenly disappeared from offering anything the day after i placed an order, A-how long does it take you to RESPOND?!@  B why is it the message center wont allow me to send anymore messages.  I am starting to think patronizing SR was a bad costly idea.  I asked to cancel and Bitcoins be returned to silk road account , why is everything related to this site always hurry up and wait???

You seem to be very impatient. This whole site is run by one person who likely leads a normal life outside of it. SR is likely to just tell you to use the resolution center once it become available anyway.

If a vendor doesn't check their profile, they get automatically placed in "vacation mode."
This COULD be what happened.  Glad to hear you got your coins back though.
The seller still exists...

I have gotten no message from you, I just made sure and rechecked all my msgs in my inbox.

Feel free to message me again about your problem.  I had no idea anybody had gotten a refund?
