i have an order thats been in escrow for over a month and in transit since the first day i placed the order... ive extended a couple of times but still have received no tracking number or anything... the seller is telling me if i want it to move faster i need to f.e which im am not comfy with because its not just a few pennies. what should i do? i could click refund but what happens if the staff doesnt get to it soon enough? will it auto finalize on its own?

I don't have any experience with resolution but I m sure if you are in it nothing will autofinalize and also if the vendor really said "FE and it will move faster" he must be a scammer and a dumb one. Just don't FE and wait for SR staff to settle this.

What are the normal advertised shipping times for this vendor? Do they have great feedback? Do they have alot of transactions? What is there refund/reship policy.
I cannot answer your question about the refund as I have never had to get one but how many days before your resolution runs out? If your order is in resolution I do not think it will ever auto finalize unless the resolution runs out of time

DO NOT F.E.! Stay in escrow, it's for your protection! I would let SR Support/Resolution handle the situation because going by the details you have provided us with it sounds like the vendor may be up to no good.

If its been in escrow for over a month and the vendor is saying it'll move faster if you FE, it means the vendor hasn't sent the item yet.
I would go to resolution center immediately if I were you.

read vendor's policies before purchasing
