Could any mod help me out with this? I forgot my PIN and could use help. I got the email about a pin reset, but I can't seem to access the message!
My SR account is "Cype"

I'm in the same boat - you have to wait SEVEN days in order to have your PIN reset.
It sucks ass because I'm ready to make a purchase but totally can't recall what PIN I used.
Now I have to pray that the price of BTC doesn't go all haywire by next week.
Would be AWESOME if a SR mod could actually force the reset, but I guess that defeats the purpose of security.
Can anyone chime in on this?

And yes, ฿ are going crazy right now. But the 7 day thing really is for our own protection.

Sigh.. yeah I don't recall having to enter my PIN for my last transaction. Figured it was only for withdrawals and not purchases.

man..that's really unfortunate, I was so close and ready to purchase as well after prepping and planning >;| i completely forgot i even added a pin T_T

I am having the same problem, only that I have waited seven days but still can't access the message. Any ideas what might have gone wrong and how I can fix this? I would really need to place an order soon.

Give them time, they'll come through. Make sure your subject is something like "RE: PIN Reset" and not something ambiguous like "Help!"

is there something wrong with SR support? i have an issue which i wanted to resolved, and have sent three PM's to them. the second was answered by someone who said it was the first they have heard of my message? i sent the third this morning, to no reply. so, to wrap up, i've sent them three messages in four days, with not much response or interest?

My pins be reset, just email SR support and give them time, they'll pull through and help

Ah shit, this happened to me too. I think I just remembered what my pin was after the 5th attempt as well. Just my luck. -_-

About 24 hour turn around for me. When next I attempted to log in I was greeted by a screen requiring me to select/enter a secondary PW. That is your PIN.

Bleh yeah being an idiot I didn't write my Pin down and now I have to wait to make a treat order, Plus I'm moving house so I wanted a nice house warming gift.....Oh well.
SR, Be kind and reset me when you can :) jamarge < acc
