Hey. I placed an order with a vendor about 2 months ago, a reasonably large order at that. I finalized early, which I was reluctant to do but he had all 5 ratings. After about a month of excuses and confusion, I received half the order.
The problem is that the seller hasn't been responding to my messages for almost 3 weeks, and I don't know if they have any intention of sending the other half. I tried to go back and change to give a low rating but wasn't able to figure it out (I think the process is different since the site upgrade). Best I was able to do was post my situation in their discussion section.
Do I have any recourse here?
