First, let users optionally upload a public key to associate with the SR account.
Next, offer users the option to "PGP Secure" their account such that all operations that have to do with orders or btc must be accompanied by some PGP thing* to verify the identity of the user performing the operation.
This would definitely increase the number of steps required to place and manage orders and btc, but I think it would also secure it in a way that works and leverages PGP, which itself should already be cornerstone of SR life anyway.
* "PGP thing" is really left to be whatever would work best on the server side. Maybe require a PGP signed message that must consist of some generated text akin to the captcha required to log in.
