Maybe I'm just paranoid but I purchased a MP 2 days ago and when I checked the balance yesterday it was 0. I called the MP customer service line and they said something messed up when the cashier was scanning the MP so it didn't load correctly but promised it would be loaded within a business day. Didn't go into detail as to what happened or why the MP wasn't loaded.
Anyone heard of something like this before? Paranoid me just wants to make sure this isn't cause for concern.
