Sunday I ordered some hash oil from deadhead777. tuesday morning he messages me saying his friend won't be done making the oil until next week sometime and he tries to sell me his other cannabis product. I asked for a full refund. He cancelled the transaction and I ended up getting shortchanged more than a full bitcoin on the "refund." Thanks for nothing deadhead. You really should mention in your listings if you dont have the item in stock.

Sounds like he did the best you could, would you rather him not cancel the order and hold onto your coins longer or resolve in in resolution?

I'd rather him not list products he doesn't have... or at least mention in the listing that he doesn't have the product on hand... or tell me sooner than two days after placing the order that he doesn't have it in stock...
i'm not looking for restitution, im just letting other buyers know so they don't waste their time and money

was the transactions hedged? That can change the BTC you get back when an order is canceled due to market fluctuations. http://dkn255hz262ypmii.onion/wiki/index.php/Escrow#Hedged_vs_Exposed_Escrow
Still sucks but always important to consider this when doing business on the road.

SR applies a fee on every transaction.
It is not returned on a refunded, or canceled order.
Frustration, and waiting can be a pain on SR, use patience instead. ;)
Vendor did you a favor by letting you cancel, and NOT refunded in resolution.
Yea it would be nice if everything was timed perfectly, at least he warned you.
