I already placed an order on something to see if it would ship. I then saw that you need to encrypt the name and address you send. Do you put your name and address and then the encryption in the box after ?

You mean your encrypted info along with the public key? I generally put both into the box.
If you don't yet have a public key you'll need to start by installing pgp/gpg and generate one. There are many threads covering this topic.
