well, I've talked to several people about this, but I seem to be getting very mixed opinions.. Im getting some gel tabs of 25i here in a couple of days and I was just wondering what the differences would be if I took it buccal or sublingual.. they are 2mg gel tabs... And to my knowledge buccal is between the upper lip and gum and I've taken sublingual(under tongue) 1.2mg 25i in the past with great results... Just never tried buccal administration.

I've done a lot of 25i and really don't think it matters. I prefer bucally because it stays in place better. Just keep it in your mouth and minimize swallowing of saliva.
Enjoy!

Buccal, no doubt. If nothing else except to minimize the terrible taste.

sublingual is the way I would go - there are much more nerves and blood vessels under your tongue than between your lip and your gum...

This is almost exactly what I was going to say. Because of that, I would think that sub-lingual would be more efficient.
