Title: Mt. Gox stole $350.00 from me, any ideas or stratagies on how to get it back??

I opened a Mt. Gox account in early December for $350.00 using a service called ZipZap and BitInstant wherein you pay with cash at a drug store.  I received a Mt.Gox account number but they refuse to give me a working password to access  the account, all that they furnish is an expired password that does not work.  Despite my many emails to them, which they have never answered, they will not send me a working password.  Is there any way to report them to some regulatory agency or sue them in small claims court?  DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE CROOKED.  Thanks.

Mt. Gox are known to be really gay over stuff like that, and also are fed dick riders.  BitInstant offers an option of directly depositing into a bitcoin address.  Its a little more expensive than using the MtGox method but cuts an intermediate step.

As for your situation, I'd keep blowing them up.  That's YOUR money and it's their responsibility to let you access it if you have proper credentials.
