My preferred method of logging on to SR is by typing in the address from memory. I then open the "community forums" link in a new tab. It occurred to me recently I could accidentally mistype the URL. Is there a chance I could find myself on a fake SR login page that just wants to get my information? All help is welcome.
P.S. If you're thinking "But if SR is down, you can't access the forums," I just search "Silk Road forum" in Startpage and one the first links is the Proxy for SRF. I copy the addy, paste it into the addy bar, and take out ".to".

Yes, there certainly are SR phishing sites with similar URLs to the original, which is: http://silkroadvb5piz3r.onion/
Memorize the "vb5piz3r" end of that string and you're good though. If you have lots of coins in your SR account, I'd get into the habit of copy + pasting the URL from an encrypted file or password manager.

Thanks!
Do you by any chance know any of them?
I always double check but I want to see if there's something to especially look out for. I also want to see if any of the phishing sites have any visual differences on the page.

There are plenty of them. Often times people will change the hidden wiki page link for SR to one of them to try to acquire your account, Though that has become less common since SR introduced the PIN concept.
I keep it in my bookmarks on my encrypted liveusb.
