Hi, i've received a tracking number from my vendor like so:
RM ** *** *** *DE
how do i use it to check up on my shipment?
-
Is this the correct page?
https://www.dhl.de/en.html
I can't seem to find the shipment no matter what date i try...

thats a customs declartion number. Are you sure its Dhl? it may not show up on there until your side of the world. Rm is either royal or registered mail. So where ever it was sent from. for example the last 2 are where it originated from. Google what DE is the abbr. for in shipping or ask the vendor for the local tracking site. but i have ordered from other counties and it will not show on my local until hits my side of the pond. I dont know man that is the best advice i mean you gotta do a little searching of your own but there you go

If you just google your whole tracking number it will likely return you a link that is useful as well. They added that feature here in the States quite some time ago and I seem to remember reading that they wanted to roll it out for most of the world's popular mail services. Could be wrong.
