I'm soon to attain a gram of Oliver's Alprazolam powder and I've read the most efficient way to orally take it is to create a solution with Propylene Glycol which I was able to find at a feed supply store in my area. Assuming I have access to most basic chemistry materials, what is the most effective way to combine the two?
Should the powder be added first or second? Should it be shaken or stirred? At what temperature should the PPG be before combination? Should I let the Solution sit overnight before use? If I plan to place it into 50 ml bottles with dropper tops, should they be amber or clear?
I'm not an idiot, just not a chemist. I just want to be sure I'm doing everything in my power to avoid any issues.
Thanks in advance.

I personally use the 195 proof everclear and it mixes in so well.. doesn't matter which is first.. I concentrate it down to 2mg drops and put them on sugar cubes and thats how I sell them! also other cool ideas but don't want to give them all away ;) PG works too but I stay away from it due to its viscosity!

Also, I'd really like to concentrate down to 1mg per drop at least
So, would 50ml heated properly be able to dissolve 1000mg?
Sorry for being such a leach :(.
