I had to post this up to show my problems with vendors that don't answer messages, that the items don't show up after being required to finalize early, and why I not going to be buying from vendors that require early finalization anymore.

This is after 22 days of waiting for packages and waiting for the vendor to respond. In addition, I left feedback stating this. The vendor's response is uncharacteristically unkind. As a note, ordered was MDMA and Amphetamine Sulfate, neither of which arrived, both of which are expensive from this vendor.

I'm sure I've spent at least 50,000 usd worth in btc with aakoven in pills, and its always arrived sound. His English isn't the best and he doesn't really give two shits about the personal amounts as he deals with bulk buyers more frequent.

Wow ... i've bought from aakoven several times with no issue, but for him to say that and just brush aside the 'small listings' (why does he have them listed if he wants bulk sales) just put me you on my blacklist aakoven.

That's no way to treat a paying customer, no matter the excuse.

Dealt with AA numerous times. perhaps 1k USD in orders to him. everytime he has come through. his product and price are amazing. and you sir. are retarded for ordering amphetamine paste from him...everybody knows its street quality and its crap. shit happens with post. maybe if you were nice he wouldve refunded/reship for you. why you flipping out over 20 bucks? live with it.

Is it really not obvious how this scheme works? speed is the cashcow for most multi-drug vendors on here. because, let's face it, a lot of Europeans can't tell caffeine from amp apart. combined with a bunch of other drugs, they have no idea if the speed was good or not. So the vendors exploit that stupidity, combined with the FE-flaw which SR readily provides, this seems to work pretty well. Every now and then some knowledgeable user comes along who actually knows his amphetamines and complains. refund to keep him silent and you got your money-making machine.

AAkoven stands out because he happens to be a particular a$$ even to those who complain. while people who do FE on those vendors kinda deserve it, all of you (aak in particular) are just shady POSs.

Don't expect any love from the community you are happily ripping off.

(I can already see the downvotes coming my way, haha keep it coming shady vendors. prove my point. 8) )

Well I might be a moron (why? because you say so?) but you are still a scammer. At least you gave up denying it.

I ordered one gram from the french guy, yes. Before he said it's from your source tho (I have proof, you have nothing, as always). I took one for the team, as I have done before and unlike you I don't lie to people here. Because I have no reason to. If the stuff turns out to be good, I'll happily report so. Done so in the past, will continue to do so. I even hope I am wrong and I don't doubt that you have access to decent stuff. You just don't sell it. If it's the same shit you offer, he ruined his rep to gain like 2.5btc, smart move then. I know you don't understand this whole concept of community, reviews and reputation. People can read my posts and yours and decide who is to trust and who isn't. Remember your speed-sale thread? Went down in flames pretty quickly. So it's not only me. That's the price you pay for scamming. Don't want to be treated that way? Stop it.

It would be so easy to shut me up. All you would need to do is sell good product. Not even to me but to some trusted user here. Word would get out and you could prove me wrong in an instant. He's making his living or partial living on here and is successful with it, which is why he doesn't plan to stop or care anytime soon.  The number rating next to vendors are pointless as fuck to me, read the forums then choose your vendors.  If I were him I would not give a shit about the 2g/1g or even anything under a fucking ounce, sometimes you migrate towards the top of the ladder and you just can't focus on everyone's needs.  Maybe he should take listings down, or maybe he's just keeping it up to save some speed for the personal people... but one thing is for sure he is not leaving those personal listings up just to farm money off of them.  Remember you are getting things shipped from NL, a scrutinized area, for bulk buys he uses a different shipping location but maybe that is also why his bulk buyers are the happiest.  Seriously it's 2 grams, get the fuck over it, don't trash on the man.  I get irritated when I drive more than 3+ hours I wonder how these vendors have godly patience at times.  If you caught me at a party and wanted some weed I'll give you some, but never call me 3 in the morning for a gram because I will come over and that is the last gram you'll receive lol.

So, woke up this morning with more snotty messages in my inbox. AA told me he does not care about me, and that he will not be giving a refund.

It's not his English that bothers me, I am a polyglot myself and have trouble with a few languages. It's the frequency and quality of the response. Furthermore, I ordered what I did of curiosity. Now for some reason I'm being lambasted because I trusted someone that's supposed to be a highly thought of vendor.

Come on, is that really the way to treat anyone paying you money?

Also, with the way the BTC is up as of late, it's not 20 dollars, it's closer to 60. I paid more to be dicked around and insulted!

Additionally, I have had many internationals arrive. So it's a good probability he's fucked up the packaging.

Which is funny, as he has yet to try and resolve this to my satisfaction! Which is great, because that means I'm down a good amount of BTC I could have used for something useful.

This is horrible. I had hoped people would be more responsive to their customers in a feedback/reputation driven market.

As a vendor who prizes buyer insurance and safety as well as customer service above everything else, I can agree with a lot of the negative sentiment towards aakoven in this thread. Please note that I'm not putting him down to bring myself up; I am commenting on how we, as vendors, can make this a better place to do business.

We at the G House check the road twice a day, we strive to maintain active customer communication in a PERSONAL sense... come on, you're not just a customer, you're doing us a favor! Good reviews are good for business!

More importantly, all the gnomes decided that we will never require early finalization, and always try and make sure that in the event of a package not arriving we will work to come to an acceptable resolution with the ordering party.

Why?

1) Doing business in a faceless capacity anywhere, by phone, mail, or Internet, requires excellent communication and a way to build trust with the customers. Here, that is done with reviews and the escrow system. It doesn't take much work to make the Road work for you.

2) Doing business on the Road is definitely a bit of a shot in the dark at first glance for some of the buyers out there. The best way to help them become comfortable is to prove that the person on the other end of the line cares about their sales. That means reships and refunds are something you should be prepared to do.

3) People are laying out a good portion of their personal lives with their orders. Everyone has their poison of choice. Gnome #1 likes Ketamine and MDMA, Gnome #2 is a huge THC aficionado, and Gnome #3 is the local psychedelic guru. But part of people trusting you with that slice of their lives is being nonjudgmental. After all, insulting a customer because they purchase your products is possibly the worst way to do business. It's a lot like AT&T and Behringer.

So, in closing, as a vendor, I'm sorry everyone has had such bad experiences with one of our lot. I hope that the vendors will work together to try and make things better for the customer. It can only benefit us all.

I'm just saying those of you who order on the smaller of scale of less than $100 worth shouldn't expect full blown luxury service.  He most likely just held up his end of the bargain and sent it, and it got intercepted because it's from NL.  My first few orders on SR were personal amounts of MDMA and one of the packs that were intercepted were NL frombound.  Am I right or are you just going to sit there and cry?  Of course everything I say will be just hearsay but you really think he's going to make it his top priority to discuss the matter of a few grams?  If you even knew the volume of shit AA has pushed off and on SR you would know at some point you have to set priorities, and those that are below the priority sometimes are left under the bus but you know that's just life.

Yes, saying that someone buying screws at a hardware store is less important than someone buying large pieces of lumber is wrong. If you are paying money for a service, there is a baseline of customer-business respect and communication, no matter the transaction.

If aakoven is such a big shot that he doesn't need to ship out "personal" amounts, then he should pull the listings. Funnily enough, the MDMA listing is already gone. Maybe that had something to do with not receiving the package?

The point here is that no one should defend him for poor customer service and for bad business practices. There is no excuse for treating someone that pays you for a service or product poorly.

& Greenhouse, I completely agree with you, but this mail order business has been going on since the mail was available.  Before escrow there is the web of trust, and that mostly relies on the consumer doing more than adequate market research into his vendors or sources. . Yes I agree good reviews are good for business and the customer comes first, but would you not agree there is a line to be drawn when the expansion of business is in fact SO great, that you have to set your priorities?  (i,e, shift main priorities to larger orders another example is PF from Germany)  PF's got some hate going on towards his end too but you think he gives a shit?  Fuck no, the reason they are staying is because the reward has been MUCH higher than their losses.

In my opinion the OP did not do a full risk assessment of his purchase to backup a valid argument for refund/resend.  Yo bro there's a fucking resolution center and if you don't want FE then don't, I'll continue to send coins directly to aakoven


When I was dealing with smaller/average orders locally, I also valued communication and consumer priority, but once you start dealing with keys, you have to start cutting off the kids that call you for quads eighths, whatever.  Aakoven has left his listings up but he still manages to 'attempt' to send out your personal letters... (note he had a I DO NOT SHIP TO USA policy for the longest time)

Honestly all the people I have read bitching about AAkoven have been for orders less than $200......and yeah his grammar is bad, so what? How long has he been doing this? Holly, I'm so fucking glad you've received all your gear-seriously thats great!  But guess what, your not his only customer!  Go ahead and stick by AA- His shipping tactics are poor (so I've read) and there's too many packages that don't come to people. 

I ordered 5 grams of mdma in April and didn't receive shit!  Twice!  And of course, I had to F.E. so I had no recourse with SR support. 

So I have two failed deliveries, and nothing to show for it except wasted BTC and false hopes. 

NEVER again will I F.E. and have since found new vendors to satisfy my needs.  But it still bothers me that he requires people to F.E. and then be insulting towards customers when they say their shit never came.  If he is not scamming people, then he needs to improve his fucking packaging to ensure it can get through customs easily.  Letters seems to work very well, but I've never seen AA's packaging but from what I've read its sub-par which is the same as scamming the customer.  By doing that your putting them at risk of not receiving product or catching the attention of LE.

I remember a post you placed in Pf's thread about how you will not be ordering from him blah blah blah bullshit bullshit bullshit, well I have had every order from him come in just fine-including 50 g's that got here in 4 days this week...also, didn't have to F.E. which gives me that peace of mind everything will be cool. 

Point is, find vendors that suite your needs-pay attention to the reviews and for the love of fucking god DON'T F.E.

Im sure his regular customers always get their packages, but for new buyers or those who are new to the road don't gets their packages from him. My first mdma order was from him, and he even admitted he didn't even send it.

Oh and fucktards, dyslexia does not equate to him being uneducated in the English language.  So pick something else to trash him on.  I was alarmed at the 'sugar' batch but PF of course resolved it, I have not touch his MDMA since.  Still he is a good vendor but I stopped my business with him.  but I guess that is bullshit to you?   ::)  AA is the point of this thread.  My NL - > UK shipments have been wrapped fine although there was a time before where his packaging was not so brilliant, from then on I believed his packaging was improved.  Why do you find it more conspicuous that he uses newspaper... most vendors use plain computer paper in the same style... as for the packs of pills, they cannot be felt outside of the package and look 'generic'.

I'm also waiting for the big circlejerk going on with Pfhandleiher to be over just like SKYY has gone out like a true coward. It will happen sooner or later. I don't see him living up to Ivory, AA, Mitanox status.

edit: I don't know what you guys consider small orders, but he pulls this shit on 10 and 20ish orders also. I don't see any big bulk listings from him.
