to make the pure stuff (80%) street-compatible (about 40%). any recommendations what to add? it should not destroy the customers nose of course ;-)

I'd just leave it alone to be honest. And 60% chop is stepping on it pretty hard.. (not for street crap maybe but I'd be pissed if someone sold me that!)
If you really have to do it though at least use something innocuous (no levamisole for one thing! ;) at least that shit's not widely at available street level outside the producing countries...). Personally I think all sugars (lactose, dextrose, mannitol etc.) make a fucking horrible cut. They can mask out the taste of a lot of other crappy cuts and make it almost impossible to smoke the stuff off foil (without properly freebasing and separating it).
Talcs and other mineral derived powders can seriously fuck up users' lungs if anyone's mainlining your product (emphysema and fibrosis).
Liver salts, baking soda (bicarb) and some vitamin powders (some B vits I think but not B12 because that's red) are supposed to be pretty safe but might be more obvious to buyers.
But still I'd much rather buy coke that's been fucked with as little as possible...
