Title: Fastest/Easiest way to turn cash to bitcoins?
Post by: Creatio on June 17, 2013, 07:03 pm
Hello-

I need help moving cash into bitcoins. I have a total of about $9000 that i wish to transfer, and i need help figuring out the fastest and safest way.

I used to use Bitinstant, but that would take quite a number of transactions with this much money.

Thanks,
Creatio

You might want to consider using a service like BST for amounts that high.  (Blue Sky Traders)

I doubt anyone would do it in one transaction but check out the service category on SR!

localbitcoins is a good option, but face to face worries me. Think of the possibilities, your photo being taken to identify you later, getting a look at your set up for trading coins for cash, what you drive, getting a tail to your house or wherever you go. Last how about a 9k mugging? Nice thoughts... I know a guy who does large orders like this. PM if you are still interested.
Blue Sky Traders will not go as large as 9k anymore and I think they ask for some ID now.... just food for thought

List those bitches up on eBay, you'll raise that 9 to who knows.  By the way, is it true there is some sort of prepaid looking mastercard that can be loaded using btc to whatever your currency is ???
