there's a a residential neighborhood that i just checked out, and none of the houses have conventional mail boxes. what they have instead is a bunch of square boxes bunched together like at the post office, in the middle of the neighborhood, by the sidewalk. all of the square boxes have keys.
there's a house in this neighborhood i want to ship a small letter to. what happens in this situation? does the mailman drop all his mail off at the front desk of the leasing office? and then does the clerk open each square box individually to deposit letters and mail inside each one of the square boxes?

Most likely there is postal access either to the front or back for the USPS worker to put mail in . . . not likely that the leasing office or agent delivers the mail.
