Title: SR admin should rate a vendor on disputed case

We can see buyers take advantage of feedback on case where sr admin settled dispute.
That should be prevented. There can be buyer vandetta in place if he/she feel that admin decision were wrong and screw with vendors feedback.
Both of them had a chance to present their case and accept admin resolution. They should not give that vendor 1/5 as revenge if that was a case.

Agreed. I also think there should be some sort of guideline as to what 3/5, 1/5 or 5/5 mean. I think this will help keep the ratings reliable.
