Hi,
I am a new vendor, and just got my first two feedback ratings yesterday.
Both were 5 out of 5, but my status still says 0% positive feedback from 2 transactions.
Could someone please explain to me how the feedback system works.
Thanks in advance.

I dont think it begins to display a vendor rating until there are 5 (?) overall orders to average together. That appears to be what happens, although I am not exactly sure the precise requirement to be met before giving a seller rating. It shouldnt be displaying a zero next to your name, just still blank as all new vendors.
Good luck here on SR!!

Sometimes I've found that certain variables that are displayed on the SR page may take awhile to update, but they always work given a little bit of time.
Not saying that's what's happening here, but I do seem to remember eagerly checking my feedback just like kiki and having to wait to see results.
Good work on your first positive reviews kiki, keep it it professional and soon you'll have the ultra-gratifying (100) next to your name, I think it kicks in at ~10 or so 5of5 ratings.
Good luck!

Thanks for the advice guys.
I sent out some more samples today, so hopefully I will have ten positive feedbacks soon.
Then I can relax and marvel at my new ranking :)
It's exciting - new frontiers and all that.
Glad to be a part of SR.
Cheers,
Kiki
