Like every other case involving Silk Road, they intercepted the drugs in the mail. While the chances of having mail intercepted are low, even when the packages go through Australian customs, they seem to be higher in Australia than in most countries.
Look at this quote,
A study by the National Drug and Alcohol Research Centre earlier this year found the number of sellers using the Silk Road marketplace to sell cannabis, ecstasy and MDMA had risen 32 per cent from August 2012 to February 2013.
Researchers found the number of sellers, mainly international, rose by 92 to 374.
Their numbers are way off, even for that time period.

Australia is a terrible place to try to have drugs shipped in. It's not impossible but if I lived there I surely wouldn't even bother.
-
So LE intercepted them and flaunted it as a win against SR.

Pretty much, I'm not sure what they're flaunting. If you break down the total percentage by taking :
amount of drugs mailed succesfully / amount intercepted
I doubt it would be even close to 0.0000000000001%.
But some poor kids life is likely changed forever and the involving LE are likely to slap each others asses and go out for drink later.
