With more and more states jumping on the CO and WA bandwagon members of Congress intro'ed a bill to end federal prohibition of marijuana

I don't think it will pass, but it is a good sign. The merits of prohibition are questioned publicly, and there are even states pioneering with decriminalization. For me that says that society is moving in the right direction. These things always go slow, and we might see complete legalization in a decade or two.

I'm with Grey on this. It's only the beginning, but it is a good sign.
It'll be a long hard fight but eventually the old cranky (primarily white) men in charge will leave (die off?) and have less of an impact in the political spectrum. We'll see more women in politics as well as different races. With all the diversity, we'll see more acceptance to the legalization of marijuana, and I suspect acceptance on other political topics as well.
Granted, this could take a couple decades.

Good News, if USA does it, other stupid countries like mine that copy everything and invent nothing may as well do it. In here the arguments are like: is tested and worked in US, is tested and worked in Europe. How the hell are you comparing our country with those you idiots.
