Greetings:
Where do I find the step by step, clear explanation, of learning pgp. Please, no general informational websites that explain concept and theory as they are good information for after you learn how to do it. I need practical info only, beginning to end. Many thanks in advance for anyone's time for this noob. :0

The EASIEST and therefor BEST way to use PGP is with a SIMPLE clipboard-based FREE program called GNU Privacy Assistant. (GPA)
Download it here: http://files.gpg4win.org/gpg4win-2.1.1.exe
During install, de-select all but "GPA" (GNU Privacy Assistant) (It's all you'll need)
After install, create your key pair. (self explanatory)
Export your Public Key and save it to distribute.
Then, you're ready...
Copy someone's Public Key, including begin and end lines to your clipboard.
Paste it into notepad (or any text editor) and save it where you can find it.
Import it into GPA by clicking "Import" and selecting the file you saved. You'll see it as an available key to encrypt with immediately.
Create your message in the clipboard of GPA. (Click "Clipboard")
Click "Encrypt" and choose the key that corresponds with the recipient.
The clipboard displays the encrypted message, ready to be copied/pasted.
Receiving encrypted messages is just as easy, even easier. Just paste into the clipboard and click "Decrypt".
Lesson over.
You now have PGP.
Congrat's!

gpg4usb is aweome!
windows is self explanatory
When using Linux, you won't be able to send binary to your USB.
-Simply copy the gpg4usb folder to your 'home'/'amnesia' folder.
You are now free to change permissions.
-Right click 'start_linux' in 'pgp4usb' folder-> properties -> permissions tab -> check 'allow executing file as program' -> close
-Right click 'gpg' in 'bin' folder-> properties -> permissions tab -> check 'allow executing file as program' -> close
-Execute 'start_linux' and follow the wizard
When you are done you can overwrite the outdated gpg4usb folder on your usb
