I don't want to deposit cash into a bank so I can write a check.
Is there anyway that I can have a check made out to the landlord that will not run my transaction through a clearing house that checks for questionable transactions?
-
Perhaps pay with your private parts and then not have to pay with money at all?

I just left a voice mail. I told her that I'll kiss her where she pees.
I don't see this not working.

You can get a cashier's check or a moneygram I suppose. Or do what lim said and slut yourself out for the payment.

You need to be a bit more alluring, tell her that you'll pour coconut oil into her cervix using a funnel and you'll fuck it out to make a fanny-wave-machine.
You can't say no to that, be it out of curiosity or kinky sexuality.

Yes. I thought about a cashiers check. But that wont check my name against some sort of system?
While I'm at it with noob questions....
Let's say that I wanted a new Escalade (I don't really want a new car of any kind)........ Most places would not accept paying with $40,000 in cash, would they?
If I had the cash available to me, how would I safely pay for my new Escalade?
-
You would fucking go into that dealership and be like "Look bitches, I'm gonna buy an escalade and I'm paying cash... how much of a discount are you giving me?" and I would make them cream their pants. Look dude, everyone LOVES cash and no one is going to question shit if you're providing them with lots of hard cash (unless its a bank, they will question the fuck out of that shit).

That'd depend on where ya buying your Escalade. You should buy a Range Rover though, it's a much better vehicle all round. :)

You should just tell him you're a waiter or something and you get cash tips, choose not to keep a bank account because of trust and convenience issues, and that you prefer to pay your landlord in cash. I don't see why he needs a check. If I was a landlord I'd take cash all day.

Terrible advice. Range Rovers are overpriced pieces of shit but yes they are marginally better than Escalades. If you're gonna dish out that money for a high end SUV just go for the Porsche Cayenne.
-
But then I have to register my new vehicle with the state. Could the system take a look at me and say, "wait a minute, he's not THAT ballin, something fishy is going on"?
I do not want audits or investigations because the truth is that I got rich quick giving handjobs for cash on 7th and Lincoln Ave

It depends if they have a contract with a management agency or something though.
And sorry but FUCK Porsches in the ASS with a RAZOR BLADE. Porsche doesn't offer this - http://www.boxwoodcraft.com/bootchests.html (down the about a third of the way)
Yano why? Because Germans don't do being upper-class lol.

Buy it used off Craigslist or something. Give the dealer cash, tell him to report that the amount paid was much less than it actually was if he wants to complete the deal. At that point the private dealer will probably want to work with you cuz he's getting extra under the table cash that he won't have to report either. In other words, you need to meet people who have a similar mindset as you, and there are plenty of them out there.

That is pretty badass, not gonna lie. But check out this after-market Cayenne:

I've done this before.... but where do you draw the line? I've had them write down 1/3 of the actual price that I paid on the bill of sale so I would get taxed less. But that was on a used plain-jane sedan.
Would "paying" $5,000 for a 2012 Escalade raise eyebrows?

You can do that with a Range Rover and it'll look fitter. ;)

Hardship sales happen all the time where people let something go for significantly below its value because they need the money and they need it now. I don't know what the going rate is on a 2012 Escalade. Would depend on condition and miles and whatnot. But, keep it somewhat reasonable. If the Kelly Blue Book value is 10x the amount he sold it to you for you might draw some attention. Maybe you need to stop being so show-offy is another recommendation, no offense. The people who always get caught are the ones that ask the questions your asking and want to live the life you're dreaming about. If you made a lot of illegal money, lay low and figure out a way to launder it before you go buy a bunch of cars. Making money is only half the problem... learning how to use it is where the real challenge begins.

Hilariousness, autos and infos.
Subbing.
My landlords always preferred cash; taxes and all.

Something flashy definitely is not on my shopping list. I'm just wondering how people make big purchases with cash.
Thanks everyone for input so far.

You need to launder the money first if you are making significant purchases. And you need to be willing to pay taxes to some extent.
