Title: How long for a refund?
Post by: kitkat82 on September 19, 2012, 11:56 pm
I requested a refund through the resolution center because it has now been almost a month on my package and I just am not able to wait any longer.

Has anyone got an idea as to how long before I get an answer/refund?  I assumed I was supposed to go through them for the refund, I hope I didn't piss the vendor off, but I feel like I am being stalled by them, perhaps they don't have enough in supply to fill orders.  I don't know.  I feel like I am getting the run around.  Vague answers and assurances...no DCN, can't remember what day it shipped but is positive it did.  Can't even give me an estimate of when it shipped.  :-\

Has no one gone through this before?  I don't know how the steps are laid out for this.

If the item was not finalized and went into the resolution center then the vendor has 4 days to accept or counter offer what you entered.

even then SR will extend the resolution process a number of days a few times generally waiting for the order to arrive or for your to come to a agreement with the vendor... if youve already been in resolution for a couple weeks it shouldnt be much longer, if the vendor fails to respond your proposal is generally accepted after a few weeks
