Use bacteriostatic water and freeze it. You can buy sterile empty ampoule bottles. Then using sterile syringes, make yer solution with the bacteriostatic water and transfer to the sterilized ampoule. You should then be able to keep it in the freezer indefinatley.

This, either that or use a fridge.

You can get sterile needles, sterile vials, and bacteriostatic water on Amazon very reasonably. Note that bacteriostatic water doesn't sterilize things, it just prevents bacteria growth. So make sure that the material you're putting in the water is also sterile, and was put into the vials with a sterile instrument. Also check to see how long the drug in question will last in solution. Some drugs don't do very well stored very long.

A good way to sterilize something is to boil it.  So load up your bottle with bacteriostatic water, put it in boiling water for 10 minutes (be careful not to let it itself boil), and then stick it in the freezer.  If you are really worried, boil it again before use  :)
