Title: How does the resolution center work?
Post by: davebowman on May 29, 2012, 03:14 am
Tomorrow I am going to press resolve for the first time on an order which I know has not been shipped. I have been in contact with the vendor and I want to extend the auto-finalization period, (what I really want is for the vendor to ship my package.) I believe this is possible, but I don't know what immediately happens when the resolve button is pressed.

When you click resolve you get two options basically. The first option will be to extend the closing date by an X number of days (you chose X). The second option is to ask for a Y% refund, where you also get to input Y.

Do get in touch with your vendor before you go down this route and let them know you're about to do it.
