He's a few of the top of my head;
Pink Floyd - Comfortably Numb (Heroin)
Jefferson Airplane - White Rabbit (LSD)
Shaman - Ebeneezer Goode (XTC)
over to you...

The whole album 'Waterworld' by the Leak Bros
Underground hip hop artists Cage and Tame One started doing a lot of PCP and this album was the result.
Not too well known, but I fucking love it -- dark, raw hip hop with a fresh sound unlike anything else.

Rolling Stones - Brown Sugar

Rolling Stones - Brown Sugar
errrrrr. pretty sure this one is about slavery. the lyrics seem fairly straightforward. perhaps I could be wrong though. :/
"Gold coast slave ship bound for cotton fields"
All the lou reedy stuff is pretty good too, but he's a fairly obvious one I think.
:D

Humble apologies if I got that wrong dude! I actually looked it up just now and it said it related to a few things.
Heroin, slavery, rape, pillaging etc were a few of the meanings in it, given by the band.
I actually thought it was about heroin before I looked it up. I thought 'slave ship' was a metaphor for addiction to heroin. i.e being a slave to the drug!

Haha no need for apologies of any nautre, especially not humble ones :D . And there is no fault in finding a diff. meaning within lyrics, still a bitchin tune!

Here's an obvious one. :P
Cocaine - JJ Cale
MGMT has some drug-influenced songs as well, plus they're fun to listen to on drugs. ;)

MGMT are fucking awesome bro! Well the album with Kids, Electric Feel and the other track that charted well, that I can't remember the name of right now, was. Their most resent album left me feeling a bit.. meh.
Notorious BIG's - Ten Crack Commandments song has to be one of the best tracks about dealing I can think of.
Have any of our US brothers heard of the Shaman - Ebeneezer Goode song. It was back in the early 90s when it came out and I think it got to #1 in the UK. It was a dance song with a (sort of) rap in each verse about this character called Ebeneezer Goode. What made it stand out was, the character Ebeneezer Goode was a simile (analogy? metaphor?) for Ecstasy. The whole song can be interpreted to be about taking Ecstasy. With the chorus going; " 'Eezer Goode, 'Eezer Goode... He's Ebeneezer Goode" (Es-are-good, Es-are-good... He's Eben-Es-are-good). Which was great, because even though the whole 'Rave scene' was in full swing, the squares still didn't catch on to the blatant pro drug lyrics in the song, till it was too late and was at #1 in the singles chart!

ALICE IN CHAINS - NUTSHELL :'(
-
Rosetta Stoned - Tool (DMT or LSD, depending on how you look at it, I think it was actually more of a joke song anyway :P )
Feel Good Hit Of The Summer - Queens of the Stone Age (Listen to that one, very self explanatory ;) )
-
the whole Tipper album "Wobble Factor"
This is the best electronic music for L, I have at home.

While I do know many, most of them are not of my taste. I listen to a lot of progressive/thrash metal. Meshuggah has some pretty crazy songs, their lead guitarist`s own solo project from the 80`s is just phenomenal. While they don`t really talk about drugs a lot, most of their music is about being in a different state/aliens/space/psychosis/time/existentialism/life/etc. Also it has a lot of groove. This music is definitely not for the faint of heart:

Every single Jimi Hendrix song.

My personal favorite:
Red Hot Chili Peppers - Under the bridge
Among other things it is about a heroin experiences from songwriter Anthony Kiedis.
Ahhh, love this song...
-
Under the bridge downtown
Is where I drew some blood
Under the bridge
I could not get enough
Under the bridge
Forgot about my love
Under the bridge

Also i have this one in my mind:
Golden Brown - The Stranglers
In my opinion it`s about girls and heroin.
Both highly addictive and also i can`t say which addiction is more dangerous :-)
-
The Velvet Underground - Heroin
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nJNMnBhf-Ds
Ah, when the heroin is in my blood
And that blood is in my head
Then thank God that I'm as good as dead
Then thank your God that I'm not aware
And thank God that I just don't care
Ahh, thanks for remembering me of this one !
This thread makes me remember some old but timeless tracks.
+1 if i could

Blur - Beetlebum (Heroin)
Grandmaster Flash - White lines (Charley)

Just downloaded this and it's fucking amazing. It's like Satan's version of screwed+chopped: seriously dark and disturbing shit. +1 for turning me on to the Leak Bros.

Ah yes Ed Sheeran. Nice one TT. He is one talented guy, especially live! That song has also reminded me of the Arctic Monkeys - When the Sun Goes Down. Not really a drug influenced song, more about prostitution, destitution and a lowlife pimp who inhabits that world.
-
Shpongle.
Need I say more?
-
Children I am either too old or you boys are too young lol
Lucy in the sky with diamonds.
Or my favorite...
Puff the magic dragon ;D
Nice thread OP +1 for you!

I don't care what people tell me, Barney's theme song IS about drugs! For Christ's sake people, he's a big purple dinosaur that plays with you and your friends! Those fuckers were obviously candy-flipping their tits off! >:(
I love you, you love me.
We're a happy family.
With a great big hug
And a kiss from me to you,
Won't you say you love me too?
I love you, You love me,
We're best friends,
Like friends should be
With a great big hug,
And a kiss from me to you,
Won't you say you love me too?

Crush by The Smashing Pumpkins. Beautiful choooon.

If you are talking albums you need to look at Sticky Fingers by Rolling Stones.
I think almost every second song has a reference to drugs. Coke, heroin, morphine those boys know how to Parteeeeeee 8)

The Prodigy are great!
If you`re from the UK, you know who to represent. Good rave/tech music right here. Too bad they`ve gone mainstream.

Yeah ! Absolutely right, Sticky Fingers is all about dope. And I don't think "Brown sugar" is only talking about slavery !
An album all about ecstasy now :
Primal Scream "Screamadelica"
Movin' on Up
Slip Inside This House (13th floor elevators cover)
Don't Fight It, Feel It
Higher Than the Sun
Inner Flight
Come Together
Loaded
Damaged
I'm Comin' Down
I love this record, I saw the Screamadalica 20th anniversary show and the band on stage was amazing. I love Primal Scream and I love ecstasy !

Not sure if it was said already but if you like hip hop and songs with a story to them you will LOVE this one. Changed my life in a way I think.
IMMORTAL TECHNIQUE (ARTIST)- DANCE WITH THE DEVIL (SONG)
Hopefully this will impact some people tonight....it isn't pro-drug by any means but there is a lot of heart behind it

Mad Season's album - Above :'(

Every song by 1200 Micrograms. Same for Astrix, Astral Projection and Shpongle.
Cream's Strange Brew and Tales of Brave Ulysses
Cypress Hill's Hits from the Bong
I think NIN's Something I Can Never Have is about chasing the dragon.
And last but not least, Porcupine Tree's Pure Narcotic.
