For all you international buyers out there, or those with knowledge; what countries are generally regarded as being the hardest to ship packages to/have the highest percentage of seizures of goods?

North Korea.

North Korea.
I have also heard they are tough, but I think it's directed more at general imports from other countries, not directly at drugs, etc.

And thus drugs are harder. ;)

You make a good point. Thank god I don't live there. Although as an American I imagine drugs would be the least of my concerns.

All communist nations go to extremes to prevent drug use and usually have accompanying extreme drug laws aimed at completely destroying the drug trade 1 life at a time. Outside of the communist nations Norway, Australia, and New Zealand are all challenging and can lead to profit losses due to their efficient customs and adept skill at identifying drugs within packages. However, any country’s customs can be avoided if the sender is clever.
