I've sent SuperTrips a couple messages in the last three days, one ~three days ago and then one last night and I haven't heard back from him. I have an order with him that says processing and he hasn't asked for my details/address yet either. I'm wondering if he is just busy with the whole moving to/shipping from Germany thing. Anybody else waiting to hear back from him?

I'm somewhat in the same boat as you. He's getting absurd amounts of orders and messages, so I'm certain he'll reply when humanly possible. :p

Same here. Ordered ~4 days ago, changed to in transit yesterday or the day before but haven't gotten his usual "here is your tracking #, FE now, etc.." email yet. He did say on his page that the move to Germany would cause some delays so I just chalked it up to that. I'm not too worried.

Yes, SuperTrips is ALWAYS busy. He'll message you back no matter what question you asked, but you gotta just give him time. I think he probably goes thru PM's literally hundreds at a time. And I don't think he will be sending those messages that say "here is your Tracking #, please F/E" because he hasnt set up his tracking method out of Germany, YET.. I still f/e for this man even when im not required to. But i actually ran into my first problem with ST and I have complete faith he will make it rite.

Yeah he is a busy guy no doubt. He will respond to you, he just messaged me about my issue with him so I'm sure he'll get back to you when he has a minute.

I tried him the first time now and still waiting on my 3.5g C.
But I think this is part of the game. Waiting I mean. He is big and certainly hast some work to do, switching to germany.

Same problem for me. Placed an order 5 days ago and still hasn't left processing. If I would have known that he couldn't handle all the orders in a timely fashion, I would have went with someone else. Not my best experience on SR, that's for sure.

If its still in processing after 4 days, you can cancel it.

Give him a break and imagine the workload on his end.
