Title: New vendor: aussielollie
Post by: outbacktrippin on April 24, 2012, 01:33 am
New vendor:
silkroadvb5piz3r.onion/silkroad/user/c816a17190

Scammers are outweighing legitimate vendors at the moment with a new scumbag popping up every week or two.
Hopefully this is not another scumbag, but only time will tell.

If anyone has had positive (or negative) dealings with aussielollie please share them here.

Remember: DO NOT FINALISE EARLY FOR NEW/UNPROVEN VENDORS NO MATTER WHAT!
If they try to get you to FE early for ANY reason, cancel the transaction and report their dodginess here for all to see.

NO news on this one?

I don't know about his legitimacy but I sent a few messages back and forth talking to him yesterday and he seems like a decent guy. Also i know for a fact the homer simpsons he is selling are going around in bulk near where i live so the product is definitely legit to the location he's selling from. hope that helps a little

Purchased some MDMA caps, was promised they would be here by Friday, asked me to FE if he would supply a tracking number.

Didn't receive tracking number.... Neither did I FE...

hmmmm will see tomorrow.

Yeah, so no package or tracking number.

Pretty glad I didn't finalise early.

First order from aussielollie on Tuesday. Haven't received anything yet after 3 days. Its taking longer than it says on his profile or than I am used to, but hopefully it will arrive on Monday.
I'm gonna try out the caps, red apples and acid. I'll post a review after I test them.

The bloody fool seems to have disappeared. I should have waited for more feedback, looks like he a filthy god damn thief. Apologies if I'm wrong but I don't like the fact he's ignoring my messages.

Now I'm only gonna buy of EnterTheMatrix and other well established sellers. ETM is da man, I know I can't go wrong there and hes got exactly what I want now too. ;)

Kinda the same story here. Good thing I didn't finalize early.
And seems like all his listings are gone.

I will still give him the benefit of the doubt for a couple of more days.
But in case it doesn't pan out, any ideas how to get our money back?
Title: Re: New vendor: aussielollie
Post by: nuwave on May 05, 2012, 11:42 am
I don't get this - Why did he waste money signing up as a seller, deal with very low sales volume until trust had started, then take off with a small amount of money??? Seems like a waste of time to me, unless we have a large bunch of aussies who FE....
Title: Re: New vendor: aussielollie

Maybe couldn't handle the load? Or got freaked out?
I don't know, it is a little weird that he would just take off like that.

Is there anyway we can get our funds back without waiting so long?

Fuck looks like he got busted and they intercepted all his mail. Does this mean the postal service will have got our names and addresses?
Will they check all my other mail now? what do you guys think? Should I start using a different address/name?
Title: Re: New vendor: aussielollie

Kinda wondering the same thing now.
Says the packages sent in the last couple of days were intercepted so I am guessing they have addresses and names.
Not sure how to proceed now. I am pretty sure they aren't after the small guys but the possibility is always there.
At least the new guy in charge of the account returned my funds without a problem, he was quite nice about it.

Any ideas what would happen if they were to intercept the package? How can it come back and bite us in the ass? Fake name etc certainly will help that they won't be able to pin it on you. But how about future orders? Can they monitor it, let it through and come for you once the mail is in your possession? What rights would you have then?

Where did it say he was busted?

Do you know if they traced it back to him via his mail or already knew about him?

It is written in his profile..
hmm should we change our addresses?
Will we be marked and screened now?
And should we be expecting a visit from someone?

Can someone who has some experience with these things help us out and give us some info please?

1) Do not order again from seller

2) Do not reply to messages from seller (could be hijacked by LE)

3) In the future, stick with trusted long term sellers.

Hey alright,
I just want to know why your trying to destroy the reputation im trying to fix, its unlikely that any police would be after the users as appose to trying to attack the supplier which is what they already got.. it seems to me as if your trying to fuel you own sales, , the customers information is protected by pgp encryption and a password that protects it, there isn't any way that they could have attained the password legally or address's as they would have been already destroyed. There isn't any problem with my products being sent now, if you are really worried and think you address is flagged advise me a different address to send it to. iv already made several commitments to users and ill ask them to update on this post after retrieval of there items that i have sent off tonight and also for tomorrow morning.

Thanks
Steven

Hey Aussielollie?

I'm sorry you feel this way however the simple fact is, why should anyone trust you?

You have taken over the account of a person who has been arrested by law enforcement and you have no way to prove that the account has not been hijacked.

How about your track record? You have been around for less than one month and already have police intervention?

Your customers deserve a complete explanation and disclosure to ensure that their personal details are safe and you say everyone is protected by PGP, who knows if LE has the password? Also, not everyone uses PGP when they order.

We are not trying to "Fuel our own sales", we don't need any help there as we are the leading Australian seller with reliability, consistency and dedication to SECURITY that would blow you out of the water. Don't be so defensive and try to learn something from a seller that has been operating for 8+ months and has a flawless track record.

If you want some free advice about how to run a business, send us a message because we are open to helping you - if not just for the sake of your customers who do not deserve any of this.

I Have actually gone through the trouble of messaging each *individual* customer 1 by 1 I have spent about 9 hours today replying to everyone, and getting orders prepared for being sent out tomorrow.

Im sorry matrix i was actually a bit out of line with my comment but it just frustrates me when im just trying to fix what is broken,
aussielollie was already big outside of SR and hence why he was most probably under the watch  already, i am much more careful with what i do i only use sr not outside.. i was doing this out of good faith, i could have easily just created another account and done the same thing and not advised of what happened wouldn't that have been the easy way but instead i decided to just resend everything that wasn't received and give the customer some sort of benefit on the same order or the next one they request. to keep them happy. watch over the next week my transaction triple and see how many are unhappy.

Thank
Steve :o

Guys,

We are not trying to start an argument between anyone here. Some of us are just concerned and want some information that's all.

If the mail is intercepted, how likely is it that our addresses got flagged? Should we use a different one now?
What if we use the same address and it does get intercepted again, what will this mean and what will the law be in this case?

So how did theY seize what was sent domestically? Once the letters in the mail how are they going to even know where to look.  Anyway I wouldn't FE with this vendor, make sure you get your product first. No offense Aussielollie but the amount of scamming on SR is ridiculous at the moment...

I understand the issues of finalizing early, that's why i have specifically written on my profile that nobody needs to finalize early at this stage, he was actually caught in transit with the parcels if you really want to know.. I don't want to give away anymore info considering i know that dopeboyaus has also been arrested recently and don't want the same myself so i'm keeping as down low as possible and making sure packaging is extra secure for our customers also making sure everything is now vac sealed.

Thanks
Steve

Well if thats the case those address's are compromised 100%,  PGP encryption or not those buyers should be aware so they can take the appropriate action

^actually according to his profile they didn't and won't get access to his SR account or any dealing information, personally verified that he wipes the addresses after the packages are sent. unfortunately my last order came to my address which is fucking worrying, i'll take steps to be more careful in the future- slightly off topic but does anyone know if that apartment mailbox master key works and on what kind of locks? being able to send mail to an empty and secure letterbox would definitely be optimal for my situation
hope DBA sorts out his troubles and gets back on SR, personally received 2 very promptly mailed orders in good time (2-3 days) and i hope other aussie vendors will take note and perhaps take a leaf out of his book

Aussielollie2 (aka steve) said aussielollie1 was busted whilst in transit to post some packages - those buyers should be aware they have been compromised...

I still haven't heard anyone getting into trouble yet, and orders from me are arriving, :P hopefully you guys will soon have your trust back in Aussielollie :) and i can get things back up and running again. Also on another note I will have 3 free samples for the first 3 replies of the new MDA caps I have got if anyone is interested  :o

i ordered 5 homer simpsons tabs from aussielollie, didnt finalise early and got them 3 days after he posted. were good strong tabs. ive ordered off 3 aussie vendors and his postage was the quickest but only by a day so no a huge deal.

Hi, I ordered from a different username with aussielollie and wanted to share my experience. I ordered the red apples pack last week and waited for over 7 days to recceive express delivery, i then was notified that aussielollie has been busted. I received a package in the mail yesterday but i'm so scared to open it due to my address being comprimised. This was my first purchase on sr and will be my last, im too scared now. Aussielollie contacted me again for my address even though my order was delivered, why? Be careful everyone.

having just read his profile page it does seem pretty dodgy. i had a perfect experience with the old aussielollie but it seems pretty strange that someone else has just taken over the same vendor account. like who is it. one of his friends? why would you keep the same one?

Remember SR has got a lot of publicity lately, even if people are ordering personal amounts of drugs I'm sure LE would love to make an example of those people and get the message across that using SR is bad news and you will get caught.

No sterling archer, your actually incorrect and making accusations without facts registered post just has a tracking number for customers benifit but i didnt want to spend $10 on postage for someone who wanted 1 pill i would make no money, i have send quite a few packages today and im sure i will have a few people receiving there orders tomorrow and that will show that i am just trying to do the right thing and people like you are just making my time here more difficult, maybe get your facts straight before say something! >:(

also on another note, its been almost a week,  has anyone received a letter or anything? if so my bad but no one has told me so as of yet!also any addresses involved that wasn't a massive ridiculous amount wouldn't be bother the amount of people who use fake names/address's do you think they would waste there time chasing loose ends?  doubtful, i wish you guys would give me a break im just trying to do the right thing.

Hey bud,

Are you sure the order was from me, just because i wouldn't have sent it if i didn't get the address again, no address's are saved on here and i had to get everyone's address again so i could resend any customers orders that weren't received. i don't understand what you guys don't get about that? to send an order you need an address without it where am i going to send it? but also if you have a parcel i don't know why you would need to be scared? if its there you've received the order??

maybe be a little more happy if you did actually get your package from the original..  and it was just a coincidence that you got it late..

I have received more than 1 registered post packages without signing, that is only if your req for the extra security. I didn't do that, would you rather me send it via normal post? i can do either just ask.. i just wanted anyone items to be sent earlier.. but iv just sent everyones via express anyway that i have sent today and yesterday.

Well the question still stands, lets assume those packages that did not arrive have been intercepted.

If that is the case, I doubt they would come after anyone if they haven't done so yet. They would have probably let the deliveries through if they wanted to arrest the people who were going to receive the packages.

The real question is what happens after now? Would they be monitoring every mail that gets sent to those addresses now? Anyone know if there is such a system to flag a certain address for extra "caution"?

Hey man,
I didn't make any accusations. In fact I started the sentence with "I think" (as in I'm not sure), I was just talking about the situation. Like I said, I bought off the old aussielollie and it wasn't a problem at all. Smooth transaction, but surely you can see where everyone here is coming from. You've openly posted on your page that the person who was running this vendor account is in trouble with the 5-0 and now you're just taking over. Everyone here is concerned with their security and its better to be safe than sorry. I'm sure this will all blow over and once people start getting product delivered off you again and its all legit it will be forgotten.

Not that I don't trust your word or anything, but calling yourself a trusted seller when you've got 5 transactions under your belt is a bit of a stretch of the term. I'm new here too, but that would be like calling myself "a well known member of the community".

Just sayin

thats fucked... what was the sending date on the package? if its express you can check the DCN, just make sure NOT to use tor, just use a proxy which can be found through google if you dont know any.

i would make sure nothing dodgy is at your place.

The date was 29th of April and it arrived a few days later which was weird because i though express arrives next day and i live in the city. I took your advice and never opened the package thankgod I didnt as yesterday night I had a visit from 2 officers from our local LAC in company with a detective in plain business clothes. They questioned me about the package and i denied ordering anything and said i didnt open it coz i didnt know what it was, the cops were very friendly and were just trying to get any info from me but it freaked my mum out. I told them they could take the package as i didnt want to look suspicous and they said they would take it as evidence and provided me with a slip to collect it after the were finished. I really dont wanna give anymore info about this but everyone please be careful its a wakeup call for me and ill never order from SR again especially with dodgy vendors.

also, aussielollie please stop trying to contact me on sr, i dont wanna communicate with u just incase you have been comprimised which seems very likely. no offence to you but i never wanna order from you again and please delete all my details.

This whole situation is fucked.

Why would anyone want to take over such a new account after the fact the original owner has been busted? Anyone with a brain would have just started a new account, it is not like it had a long and good history.

I am also suspicious of coppers spreading disinformation and scare tactics to fuck with peoples faith in the SR system. So not only will they try and glean info from legit posters, they will spread bad info to make it hard for legit SR users to spot scams or coppers.

the cops were very friendly

They always try that when they sense fear or anxiety in someone, dont trust them, they will fuck you in arse with a smile.

Give them name, address, date of birth, then repeat "no comment" "no comment" "no comment" dont deny or confirm anything, no matter how insignificant or irrelevant it is, even if they ask if the sky is blue, no comment.

Dont think they will help or go light on you.

Dont think you are smart enough to make a story to get out of it or minimize your part, you will fail!

The order is still 'processing' and i've sent a message to the vendor with no reply.
I know it's only been one day but i just want to make sure that i'll be getting my package SAFELY, without any complications..
THANKS :)

You denied ordering anything? Did they ask you if you ordered anything or did you just straight up say 'I didn't order anything', cause that would be pretty stupid/suss if you did. That's pretty much self incriminating.

Anyone who doesn't realise that these forums are crawling with aussie cops is deluding themselves, especially after all this media attention. This aussie lollie shit is very fishy.

Don't order from aus-based vendors if you're worried about the cops getting your address, it's that simple.

Please dont worry, i didn't tell them anything about SR or that i had made any purchases. To be honest they were quite friendly and seemed to have information about the sender of the package and they probly know that i made the order but they kept asking about what i might think is inside the package and i told them i dont know coz i never asked for it to be sent to me. the man in the plain clothes who was with them who i think was a detective or fed? he had a large casefile and was taking heaps of notes but there was no formal inteview and they said not to worrry as they probly know who sent it already.

but yeh this is a major wakeup call for me and i will never ever order from this aussielollie again and please stop sending me abuseive messages! he has sent them on sr and now i have asked sr admin toclose my account as i dont want to hear from him again, this is fucked up and please be warned every1. sorry for i'm a little stressed at the moment and will try to start a new account and only order form reputable vendors, my mistakes for going with this guy. good luck everyone.

thats fucked... what was the sending date on the package? if its express you can check the DCN, just make sure NOT to use tor, just use a proxy which can be found through google if you dont know any.

i would make sure nothing dodgy is at your place.

You denied ordering anything? Did they ask you if you ordered anything or did you just straight up say 'I didn't order anything', cause that would be pretty stupid/suss if you did. That's pretty much self incriminating.

yes i denied everythin but i think they know i was lieing, it was a small order anyway but i am sure they have a file on me now and i will never order from this asshole, you can never trust him and now this new guy aussie2.0 is abusive and makin threats to reveal my address fuck i dont need this shit, im stresed already. take care i'm gonna start again.

Why is there so much shit going down? So, AussieLollieBusted, this ordeal you found yourself in was from the original aussielollie and we were told his parcels were intercepted and he got caught, so it makes sense that your address is compromised. The new "Steve" you describe as being abusive, which has been the opposite as to what he has been like with me (very friendly, very helpful)
So, what's everyone's opinion? For the spirit of SR, we gotta discuss this, in my opinion there is a scumbag somewhere scouting out to fuck someone over, and it is working because everyone is freaking out

As a trusted vendor here I can vouch for this guy. I have a friend in Aussie land who ordered off him and received, he said it took a bit of time as I think something happened to the original Aussielollie.

Not that I don't trust your word or anything, but calling yourself a trusted seller when you've got 5 transactions under your belt is a bit of a stretch of the term. I'm new here too, but that would be like calling myself "a well known member of the community".

Just sayin

Well I'm in the top 65% of sellers and you need to take into account the value of those transactions. Look at my listings.

Do we as buyers of personal amounts, say 1gm of mdma need to worry that the person we're buying from is a cop, surely that would not be legal under Australian law?

well I doubt they could ship you legit stuff. so if you get it and you try it and its good shit then it probably didn't come from a cop. I think the main worry is that the post picks up on it because they might still deliver it. You'd get legit drugs but the cops would know all about it.

Hi

I am new to all of this and this thread has definitely made me a bit paranoid. I have placed a couple of orders from o/s it has been 10 days and they are yet to arrive. I was thinking of going local- thinking that it would be less risk, but it is making me think again!

Aussielolliebusted- with out giving details, as probably LE are reading this and will be able to identify you if you are too specific, but was it a personal amount in the package that you didn't open?

My understanding, and i could be wrong, is that even if you did open the package, or said that you threw it away etc.... LE would require a warrant to search your house for said drugs. I am wondering if they would bother to go to that length for a personal amount. My thoughts are to immedately move the package away from the address that it is sent to and tell them that i threw it away.

The other thing is, just say you received drugs in the mail, open it, are horrified and flush them down the toilet, is that a crime? are you obligated to report it to police?

i suppose the main thing is to not be in possession -  no drugs, no crime...i think?!!

anyhow, if there are any lawyers here, could you shed light on the best course of action regarding receiving packages and their contents for personal amounts?

one other thing...i use a different name for forums as i do on SR, is this standard procedure or confusing?

cheers

TMC

Having been pretty paranoid about my address being flagged myself, I've given it some thought and here's the conclusion I've come to: it's all about numbers.

How much is it going to cost LE to watch you pick up a couple of hundred dollars worth of drugs, and bust you? Think of man hours, use of car/surveillance, etc.

If you're not signing for it and using another name, if the case ever went to court it wouldn't be that strong, you'd have a fair chance of getting off, and they would have spent thousands of their budget trying to bust a poor end user who probably has personal problems anyway (okay maybe that's just me)... it just doesn't make anyone look good.

They're much more likely to go for sure-thing busts/cases, dealers rather than end-users, whatever makes them look good, whatever gives them value for money.

In the case of cops at music festivals and sniffer dogs on trains, they get better value out of that because it has high public visibility, the Daily Telegraph readers are satisfied something is being done and it make the experimental drug users paranoid...

That said, if you have a couple of orders go missing it's possible that LE are confiscating, but I believe even in that case they should by law send a love letter.

Don't trust anyone, but unless you're importing thousands of dollars worth of drugs on a regular basis, don't worry... be happy.

So mate i'd like to know why you are one person using 2 names on the forum replying to yourself,(pancho) to me it seems as if your just trying to destroy what im making, I doubt anything was even sent to you for the police to still send it after being confiscated then sending it to you and taking it back without any charges seem pretty much a waste of time~!  wouldn't have happened. also i have never made any threats about revealing your address iv made a note to the moderators, maybe think of a better lie next time and don't reply to a post after writing your own, its just childish.
fuckin joke

AussieLollie2.0 I hope you aren't talking to me because you just quoted 2 people and my name was not anywhere in there. Also I am one of the only, if not the only person in these forums fighting for you and giving you the benefit of doubt, you can look at any other of my posts and have a check for yourself. Also you have the time to write on the forums but not to reply to personal messages on SR?
Nuff Said. PM me if you reckon agree this is an understanding. If you think I am incorrect then go ahead and keep pointing fingers.

matey was ordering steroids (powder) few years ago.few grams here n there. he got caught. never got any love letters from about 4-5 missing packages, but still had ones coming through. he had 4 officers and 2 plain clothes turn up his house. he was using a PO BOX to bring em in, but it was registered to his name.
believe it or not, they didnt find the gear at his house, but everything still went to court. had kick ass lawyer, but got a heavy suspended sentence.

nothing is what it seems. unless your a cop or customs in the know.... we just dont know much..

Huh... well I guess that blows my theory out of the water...

Personally if I had 4-5 missing packages I'd stop using the address... though I really don't get steroids either... bulking up to impress the gender of your sexual preference / appear more of a threat to the gender of your un sexual preference... why not just short-cut those dopamine pathways with a line of coke/speed... I guess the timeline is different though :)

Sigh.. I made an order this Thursday night. Only one blotter though definitely got me paranoid as I got 2 other orders coming (international).
I am quite sure I won't see the blotter so this will probably blow over however the idea that SR is getting more and more unsafe to use is a sad thought.
Save all email addresses I reckon because SR won't be here forever and if you're like me, no rare psychedelic contacts, then you will be thankful to have a supplier, who ever it may be.

I don't think SR is really getting less safe to use. Sure there are scammers, but there always has been. They have the system there for you to be able to make purchases in escrow and if it comes out that someone is a scammer your money is safe. Its not perfect but it works.

I haven't been around that long but I think a lot of it is "back in my day" sort of talk.

Hey Rajasai420,

We actually have the cheapest bulk price of quality in Australia + we will price match on equal quality with Aussie vendors!

It sells very well, just check out our listings because it is a premium product at a great price, we can offer prices as little as $10 per tab in the bulk listings.

If you do not want bulk then there is a 10 pack with tabs for only $22 each :)

Sorry, this is not our thread but you have addressed us directly here! Apologies...

Have a great week,

I sent the original aussielollie 69 bitcoins out of escrow to pay for some coke that didn't have a listing. Oh shit man, thats bad luck I don't mean to be the bearer of bad news but I'm pretty sure we will never see him again, I've sent countless messages about my customer order with was luckily done through escrow but never received a reply and orders done 4 days after started arriving yesterday :( so its probably all a scam by now however I'll let you know if I hear anything from him.

Ordered some apples from aussielollie.
It has been just over a week and still no show. (still very possible Auspost could be lagging)
Have been in contact and was told he would get back to me. (maybe forgot or got swamped?)

If he asks for an address again (refusing any explanation) like what I have just read DownUnderDan has *supposedly* been doing, I am gonna jump ship quick smart.

Everything seems a bit sus with these Aus vendors ATM.
But given that this is the nature of the business, I really want to give him the benefit of the doubt for now.

Will update on what happens but as always stay safe brahs and keep your guard up.

PS. ETM, at your prices I'm afraid I'm going to have to wait until tax-back-time to hit you up :) looking forward to that safe feeling though

No worries buddy, we have been around for 9+ Months now and we are not going anywhere! Consistent and reliable...

We have been holding off on posting this here, but I think people need to read it - It's scary what kind of risk some buyers are taking with these dodgy vendors.

Behold! .......

║█║█║ ==== MATRIX™ SECURITY PUBLIC STATEMENT ==== ║█║█║

We have noticed lately that some Australian vendors have been neglecting their responsibility in providing a secure and professional shopping experience. One particular vendor has by his own admission been arrested and customer orders/details seized.

Hes no longer responding to my messages, refunding people left and right and putting up custom listings which are probably an FE arrangement so the shitstorm won't take to long to reach us, shame SR wont just shut down rogue vendors because its beyond a joke now.
My funds are still locked in escrow and I can't resolve till sometime tomorrow which is only a slight annoyance compared with the one these poor people to come are gonna have.

As for Downunderdan apparently he ran out of stock and only just got more so I've just made another order with Downunderdan because he has been the only consistent pill seller for a while and his Apple macs are fucking mint, he tells me hes going on holiday soon so he may disappear again which is always unsettling but I don't expect any problems from him however I'll keep you updated.

Just thought I should warn everyone:
Just as I was about to receive a resolution (due in a day) he contacted me asking for an address to send to again, I told him I wanted an explanation as to what happened (he had lied about shipping the product in the first place) and he refused to give any explanations as to anything; insisting I told him that I was happy with just a refund and that in the future I would consider him if he just explained what happened and took the time for customers, he again refused to explain. I got my 100% refund on escrow thankfully.
Just thought I would let you all know. Something really sketchy happened with the guy

As it's just another forum outtake, i said *supposedly*. Be skeptical of everything on here. Still noteworthy though.

Not trying to be a nut hugger, but this makes me happy :) reliability>cost. If I was to try and build a rep with a vendor for continued supply if this all crumbles, it would be you.

I'm really not too worried myself as LE would find more product down the underpants of a festival goer than what I ordered. This was however my first SR experience and no matter how this turns out I know I definitely learned something.
Also looking at it from Steve's point of view, rebuilding rep after what happened is a massive task. After all the bs he might have just needed a break.
Anyways I'm gonna try and not speculate from now on. I will (very politely) try and find out whats going on if they are a no show again this week.
Will update brah
