So, like many other users, I had to reset my PIN. I got the first message, but couldnt open it, so I just bulk replied. Then the next day I got another message saying 2 days left, but this time I could open it so I did and sent a reply. Then today, I got a third message saying one day left, of course I replied but Im just wondering if they will even receive the message now due to them not receiving the first two. I really hope they can get this sorted out so I can purchase somethings before Thanksgiving, anyone having similar problems?

Remember, that first message you usually get is a link. its not clickable. you have to copy and paste it to view it. I just tells you the rules on resetting your pin. As of this writing, you have to use all of your 5 attempts and then you can ask for a reset, but you should then wait 3 days and then ask for one. when it says you have to wait 3 days, dont immediately respond and say "need new pin" wait until the 3 days are up and the pin will be reset...
So here is what you should do. 1. use all of your attempts (5) and then it sends and auto message then 2. send a message saything that you need a new pin, 3. wait 3 days and then ask for a new pin.. We will then reset your pin.. I can't tell you how many people don't bother to read the instructions.. when it says please respond in 3 days, RESPOND IN 3 DAYS, not immediately... This will make things go much smoother for you and customer support, trust me..

I'm having the exact same problem as this user. The message is slightly confusing and unfortunately I responded right away because of the way it's worded. I thought you had to reply back within three days...not wait three days.

Im soon to be on day 12 or 13? and counting, waited the 8 or 9 days plus 3 days additional as SR Support said, soon to be 4 days. It sucks to load 500 bills on then get restricted from using my money cuz the pc kept failing up when I attempted to pay for something. I just really hope I will get my pin reset and access to most of my paycheck. Im starting to get weiry about loading alotta cash on with all the recent problems. `:(

How long is the average response time? I've only been waiting a few days - and for a completely different reason - but the message is still unread.

Probally 2 weeks, 14 days, unless they just ignore me an certain others. I got the 3 day message replied after 3 days, now were going on 5 days excluding the original 7 or 8. Ill reply or update when it actually gets reset, sucks cuz every auction I put half a grand on for is over so now I got 40btcs to spend on idk?
