Current feedback system is flawed. Vendors also forced buyers to give 5/5, anything less than that is wrong.
My idea is this. Buyer give feedback as usual, but instead of choosing from 1-5, you click either 'Like' or 'Dislike', and it will be 'Like' by default so don't worry about accidentally choosing the wrong option. Then on vendor's profile and item page you can see, for example '100 Likes' &'10 Dislikes'.
Now here comes the important part. When buyer click on the '10 Dislikes', he can see all the feedback under why buyers choose 'Dislikes' and also the item purchased.
This system looks more friendly than our current less-than-5/5-is-evil system.
What do you guys think?

I think this is an awful idea. What if I REALLY like the product and it was overweight but dislike the packaging and the shipping times were not as fast as I'd hoped? Do I like or dislike? If I "like" I feel like I'm lying to everyone, if I "dislike" I feel that I have screwed the vendor out of an honest review.
The 5/5 system is excellent and gives wiggle room to discuss flaws in the order without being completely negative in your evaluation.

I don't know if this qualifies or even if this is possible, but why can't we see the review other than the limited ones that are on the vendors page?

I saw that on Black Market Reloaded the vendor also can write a feedback to the buyer with his own words, and not only rated by purchasing stats only.
I think this is helpful because than some buyers think twice what they give as feedback if they know they also get rated by feedback. This is only fair ...
