I was thinking of getting a certain chemical and laying it on blotter tabs. I was wondering if anyone could provide me with some tips. What paper is best to use? If anyone could point me in the right direction of someone that sells blotter tabs. That would be greatly appreciated. Also, i won't be selling these blotter it's only for personal use. If anyone provides some good info i'll give them karma. Thanks. :)

Standard watercolor paper is good. EternalCause is a really good guy and his blotter art is hot as shit :)
Using a fan to dry your blotter will make it go much faster, and use the highest purity alcohol you can.

So you put it in a liquid solution and use some form of dropper and drop the chem on the tabs? Are those complexed? I need HPCD.
I gave yall karma btw.

If your chemical is not water-soluable (like 25X-NBOMes) then you need to dissolve HPBCD with a ratio of 9:1. Dissolve in a solvent like ethanol (grain alcohol -- 191 proof everclear is 95% ethanol) or isopropyl (though this may make the blotters ultimately taste worse).
A better way, if you are laying more than a couple sheets worth is to get a baking dish or casserole dish close to the size of your sheets. Measure your sheet and then bring the info and a ruler to your local store. Then measure about how much of your solvent it takes to fully cover the sheet, then get a small bottle and shake/stir all the materials together until you get a well-mixed solution. ;) Any more tips and I got you
