Title: Can no longer access my BTC wallet.
Post by: torked on November 19, 2012, 11:20 pm
Hi guys. I have this odd problem going on with my BTC client right now.

In the bottom of the window it says
"Warning: Displayed transactions may not be correct! You may need to upgrade, or other nodes may need to upgrade."

I'm not entirely sure what this means, but my client is up to date, I'm connected to 25 peers, but I'm not getting any new blocks. When I hold my moues over the generating icon in the right corner of the client, it simply says that it's generating and is 98,85% done. It's been like that for two days now, nothing is happening.

I have recently sent a great amount of BTC to another address,  but the transaction hasn't been confirmed yet because my damn client won't update itself. :(

I didn't know if you'd checked at bitcointalk.org, but I've often found help there...here's a similar thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=118811.0
