Title: How to resolve?
Post by: SoloFilo on September 11, 2013, 01:23 pm
I placed an order last week.  The resolve link on my order page is grayed out and not clickable.  How to I submit something to resolution?  Do I have to wait a certain amount of time?  BTW, the vendor has agreed to this approach to refund my btc in escrow (but i think they are now in stealth mode).

The resolve button will be available after 10 days have passed.

Thank you.

I looked all over various FAQs/Guides and couldn't find that info.

Uusually you get an automated message from SR too. It says "just checking in" as the subject. It will mention how to resolve too, but I can't remember exactly what it says. I just delete that message every time now...

Jasper's right, at around the 10 day mark you get a PM, reminding you that you can resolve the order if there's a problem.
