Title: Account and Order Display Problems, help please!

this is my first post...I'm just happy to be here!  :) so on to my issue.

I currently have 2 orders that are "in transit." When I am on the SR main page, my account shows Orders (1) and Account (5.50). If I click over to the Ecstasy page, it shows Orders (2) and Account (1.50). If I click on Orders, it shows only 1 Order and it says that the status is "Processing", but I know it has been shipped. Also, the Cancel/Finalize option is not available. If I click on Account, it shows both of my current orders and when I click the individual order information they both have a status of "In Transit". I'm just not sure how to get everything matched up and current. I also want to leave positive feedback for the Sellers. Any help is much appreciated!

*Edit ~ problem solved. How? No idea...
