Have a question here if anyone could help me out.. If someone was to get my mtgox address would they be able to trace it back to me like LE or anything? thanks

Definitely. If you have enough funding to attract a three letter agency, then you should have registered using false identification. If you are worried about <$1,000, then you're probably fine. For the sake of anonymity, you might want to consider maintaining your own wallet, along with encryption and TOR.

Thanks for the reply man how would i maintain my own wallet, along with encryption and TOR?

Is your name the same on SR i have $3.28 in my account i know its not much but you deserve it for the help

bitcoind or bitcoin-qt would be a decent start. Open source, along with its own encryption option.

You might want to consider Bitcoin Armory: https://bitcoinarmory.com/

Whatever you do, make a back up (USB/SD) so that when your computer inevitably faces its demise, you still have your wallet data. Bitcoin loss is a very troubling matter.
