So I am using bitinstant.com to buy BTC. I registered there and I want to use bank transfer, but the rules says that "Funds deposited with Mt.Gox must come from the bank account with the name that matches the owner of the Mt.Gox account." But it did not ask my name anywhere when I registered on Mt.Gox, so everything should be fine?
Remember I come from small country in Europe, so not all options may work.
Or please tell me better options to buy BTC.

Head on over to localbitcoin or btc-otc, I think some of those guys will actually trade sheep for bitcoin

If you have euro the fastest/cheapest method is SEPA tranfer, try bitstamp.net
Bitinstant is mainly for US. Mt gox has SEPA too but asked me for verification with ID photo, electricity bill etc (fuck 'em).
With bitstamp I send bank transfer afternoon and it's in my account next noon, so I haven't looked further. I ve used Bitcoin-otc it works too but the most trusted guys charge a lot.

Blockchain.info funded with Barclay's Pingit, is a preferred method for UK residents. We have limited options too.
You don't specify where you are, but it may be an option to consider? just fyi really.

Bitcoin.de works great for sepa

Thanks for answers. Looks like bitstamp will be the best option for me.

Do I need to use real name when registering on bitstamp or I can use fake name?
-
It is a bank transfer so there's no anonymity. Use your real name to help them identify which account they fund with the money you ll' send them. They give you a code too for that which you include in the transfer, but no need to use fake name.

bitcon-24 is quite nice as well.

Okay, made bank transfer to bitstamp. Hope it won't take a lot of time and no problems as well.
