Title: Is buying Inositol suspicious?
Post by: dostoyevsky on June 03, 2012, 07:01 pm
I don't foresee any trouble, but would it seem odd if I were to go to the GNC, ask for inositol powder and pay in cash? I've never bought products from them before except for protein powder, so I don't if they keep it behind a counter or anything. Should I say why I'm buying it or is it none of their business? I assume they'll know why I want it.
Also, is there a reason why the powder costs 5x more than tablet form? I don't want to crush tablets b/c binding agents may be harmful but I don't see why the inflated price.

Please don't flame me; even if I told you it was for personal use I know you wouldn't believe me. It's inert and isn't harming anyone.

There's other uses for Inositol besides an adulterant.
