Looking for some advice from the community about how to handle a situation with a seller. At the moment, I'll refrain from naming the seller, but probably will later, depending on the advice I get from from fellow SR users. Here's the situation:
First, the buyer buys for personal use only. He does not sell anything. What he buys, he uses. He's been around for several years, and has lots of transactions, and most have gone very smoothly. So the buyer purchases 500 tablets of Ambien (zolpidem) from a vendor on Silk Road. Zolpidem is a sleep medication he and his gf use almost nightly, so he expects 500 tablets to be about a years worth. So it's a reasonably large purchase for the buyer. The cost to buyer was about 400 quid.
The seller sends 500 tablets of "Ambien" in blister packs. Service is speedy and so far the transaction seems top notch. The blister packs looks good, but the buyer is a little suspicious because he can see that it's not a typical indian brand, like zolt or zolfresh, but more a "knock off" type, trying to look like real brand-name Ambien. But still, it looks like it was made by a real pharmaceutical company.
But when the buyer tries a pill one night, it knocks him out for about 12 hours, and leaves him with a pretty good hangover for several hours. As a seasoned zolpidem user, he's pretty sure this isn't zolpidem. He decides to send this tablet to the lab for testing. He decides that because he has 500 of these tablets, it's worth the expense of the lab to be certain what he and his girl might be taking. The lab test costs about 100 quid.
Now here's where he possibly makes a mistake. He knows the lab process will take several weeks, and he does not think it's fair to put the transaction into resolution for several weeks on an hunch that this stuff isn't really zolpidem, asking the seller to wait weeks to get his money, when the service was really good. So the buyer decides to finalize but leave the seller rating and feedback for later. So the buyer finalizes, and he also sends a PM to the seller stating that, even though he has finalized, he believes this might not be zolpidem, and that he's sending it to the lab. He tells the seller that he will be back in touch when the results are in and hopes to come to an an agreement later if the test results show that it's not zolpidem. He even gives the seller the needed info so that the seller can look up the test results himself online. The seller says "ok".
Three weeks later, the results come, and as the buyer suspected, the pills are not zolpidem. They're fake and they contain alprazolam instead. Now alprazolam is good and has value, but the buyer does not use alprazolam frequently, and has no use for 500 strong alprazolam pills. The test results are published on the web by a reliable third party lab, and the seller would be able to look up the results online himself and see that the buyer is telling the truth.
Now the seller is ignoring the buyer's PMs. The buyer sent two PMs to seller over the last 5 days, but the seller will not even read them.
So that's the deal. Buyer paid for a lot of zolpidem, but instead got fake "Ambien" that really contains alprazolam (xanax), which he has no real use for. He already finalized, because he didn't think it was fair to have the seller waiting weeks for his money on the buyer's hunch that the zolpidem was not real. But the buyer has not left feedback or a seller rating yet. Seller is now ignoring buyer's PMs.
What would you do if you were the buyer? What do you think would be a fair resolution of this matter?
In my view, I would think it would be fair for the seller to issue a 50% refund on the order and cover 50% of the 100 pound lab test. So I'm thinking it would be fair for the seller to refund 250 pounds to the buyer. Now, I'm not naive, and realize that since I've already finalized, and since he's ignoring me, I probably won't be getting any refund. So as I see it, my only option is to leave him scathing feedback both on SR main and here in the forum.
What are my other options? What would you do in my shoes? Is is possible to get help from Admins in the case, or am I screwed because I've already finalized?

Leave 1/5, attack on the forums, report the buyer. All you can do to make sure he is punished for this.
Support won't do anything, once you finalize you relinquish them of all resolution-associated responsibilities.

Thanks for your reply, WhiteShark.
For everyone's information, the vendor is *listonishere*.
I would strongly recommend people stay away from this vendor. He sells fakes that do not contain the active ingredient he states.
