So I placed my first order 16 days ago. It was an international order so I expected shipping to be slow.  My account says I have 2 days to finalize before it goes into "auto-finalize" and will be shown on my account.  So I have a couple of questions:
1.  Do I need to message the vendor and explain that I haven't finalized because I haven't received anything?
2.  Do I just wait and hope my package arrives in the next 2 days?
3.  If the package doesn't arrive, do I finalize or do I let it go to "auto-finalize?"
4.  When do you use the "resolve" button and how does it reflect on your account?
Any help would be appreciated!

If it doesn't arrive click resolve, that's what it's for
Don't let it auto-finalise!!! That'll effect your stats.
I'd send the vendor a message as well.
What happens next will depends on the vendor.

You should hit resolve when it has ~4-5 days left... It will let you choose between more time or refund. The vendor then proposes something, and you both have to agree or SR staff comes in.
