I've been locked out of my account for over 7 days now I replied to the question it still hasn't even been looked at. Can anyone please help me? I need to finalize an order so the vendor can get his btc.
I really don't want to screw up my rep of over 50 buys, member for over a year and half, 0% refund rate I would hate to have to start over again it's extremely frustrating.
I totally understand you guys are swamped, I don't know what to do....my replies haven't even been read yet, this is the second time I changed my password and was unable to log in after changing it.
It was fixed last time by answering the verification question. I replied 3-4 days ago with the answer to the verification question and it's still unread. I don't know what to do at this point.
I don't want to put in another response to that PM I feel like that would put me at the back of the line. If anyone with the proper authority could help a loyal buyer on this Road it would be greatly appreciated by both myself and the vendor
waiting for me to finalize. I feel really bad for the vendor, I always finalize the second I get whatever....
