Title: PIN Reset / SR Support

I had forgotten my PIN/Secondary Password and received the message from the SR support staff to respond only after seven days, though the wording was kind of confusing so I wasn't sure if this was the correct step to take.

I think once the message read "7 days" i responded almost immediately and am still awaiting response... it has been only like 14 hours maybe? So still within the 7th day...

should I be concerned I haven't heard back yet or should I just f'ing relax for now and let the SR staff do their thing?

I'm in the same boat. I forgot my pin and had to wait 7 days. Now i am up to my 8th day and i havent heard back from anyone from SR after sending them a message.

I really think 7 days is way to long to wait for something as this, considering people have a lot of money in their accounts. I mean i can't even transfer any of my money over to my wallet unless i have a bloody pin!

I understand why they do, but they are fucking around with people accounts here. 7 days is way too long. I really think this option should be reconsidered.

So day 8 and no reply from SR stuff..it really is concenrning!

i too am in the same boat. i have over 2 dozen various accounts that i use online for various purpases. ALL of them have one of 2 passwords so that i can keep them all straight. but it seems as though i am locked out and cannot make any purchases bc my pin was wrong. when this happened last week, SR support was very quick with responses. now that its been a week, i have left 2 messages in 2 days and i havent heard anything. now im getting concerned that my bitcoins are stuck.

How did you do it? I just checked and havent received any reply from the SR staff! I went to my settings and to reset my pin its asking me for my old pin..i mean wtf is up with that!?

Please SR support can you fix this..i have orders i want to make and i have money i cannot access!
