Title: Vendor issues...what to do?

Hey all, move this if it needs to be moved...

Firstly, I've been on SR for a few months, had excellent transactions, and I ALWAYS leave a 5/5 (I do my research on a vendor before ordering so I've never run into real problems.)
Secondly, I could use some help on this one. I appreciate all comments, feel free to PM me too.

Problems::
I'd ordered from a fairly new vendor a bit over a month ago with a small pill order. The vendor was quick and very courteous. They shipped my order out the day I placed it, and sent me a message to let me know it was en route. I got it 2 days after it was sent out. Super happy and ordered from again a few days after. I double, triple, quadruple checked my address before sending it in the second order (like I always do.) Nothing after 8 days had arrived. Sent a message, vendor said that one of their guys had messed up and they needed to reup before they could reship or I could get a refund.
Now, I have 0% on refunds and such, so I said I'd wait for a reship. The vendor re-upped and said they'd reship. We went into resolution and SR granted a time extension of 14 days. Vendor messages me asking for my address again. I gladly resend and ask when about it would be sent. They said in the morning. 3 days later (Tonight) I get a message stating that it is en route. There are 2 days left in our resolution and I've filed for a 7 day time extension just in case.
It has taken a month for the vendor to fix the problem that was not my fault.
So...my question for all of you is--
IF I get my order in the next week, what should I leave as feedback when I finally finalize? Obviously, I'm a bit upset (but grateful that the vendor is reshipping) and I feel like it's not deserving of a 5/5...however, they are fixing it (not in a timely matter) at their own cost (even though it was their fault) and I always give perfect feedback...ALWAYS.

P.S. I'm not willing to state what vendor this is, simply because I don't think that's fair....plus I don't want to burn any bridges or screw myself over in the process....
