instead of just take down, try bring them trouble.
such as spam and fraud.
try find the person behind or as close as poss and fk them up

another option is mess with their page which may help in above, if u have time..
if not exactly his page, there are many other sites on the same server you can use to gain access to his without a legit acc..
on bing.com, search for ip:108.163.231.98  and it lists all sites on the server, many of which after a quick look seem vulnerable to things like sqli, example http://www.jyhkjd.com/product/html/?1'6.html
..if u have time, these things may take a while to get to bottom of.. but seems easily possible for those with motivation^^

btw unless u have very large bandwidth from large number of locations or dont wanna work/waste like that to keep the ip offline, may be easier to take the site down (tho easier to stop) with something like 'http request flooder' or such u can prolly download many places, if u use a big proxylist (harvest from random public proxysites..)^^

In addition to be engaged in fraud and spam, they also seem to exploit browser vulnerabilities so upon simply visiting the site they may harvest all your passwords etc. and infect you with a virus that is possibly still undetected by anti-virus and firewalls.   Do not even visit bitcointalks !

Example Anubis url-analysis report (plain-text): http://anubis.iseclab.org/?action=result&task_id=11d7e5b5418ecce24ed3381f629f1e2e9&format=txt

Reported to isps, registrar, google, other malware sites + fbi. suggest others do same to speed up removal of this malicious site.
