If someone was on a low dose dopamine agonist (for example cabergoline) in what way would the cocaine high be effected?
-
It's never a good idea to combine agonists, whether partial or full, with substances in the same category. For example SSRI's and MDMA, bad idea. You can definitely do coke while on cabergoline although it isn't the safet thing in the world. Chances are you will miss a lot of that euphoric dopamine high. If you are using a dopamine agonist to lower prolactin and you were previously stacking or using some sort of anabol, steer clear of cocaine. There is nothing like coke induced rage during or after a stack.

Caber dose is low to keep prolactin down @ 2mg a week will it really effect dopamine compared to the dose parkinson patients use it for eg 2-3mg a day?
"Cabergoline is a long-acting dopamine D2-receptor agonist and in vitro rat studies show a direct inhibitory effect on the prolactin secretion in the pituitary's lactotroph cells. Cabergoline decreased serum prolactin levels in reserpinized rats.
Receptor-binding studies indicate low affinity for: dopamine D1-receptors, α1-adrenergic-receptors, α2-adrenergic-receptors"
So at the low dose one would use to lower prolactin it wouldn't interfere with dopamine as much as higher doses. Cocaine just forces dopamine to stay in the synapse longer so I can't imagine there being to much of a interacton? Meth has never effected.

You seem to have answered your own question. The last thing you can do is give it a try, just always start very low with the coke if you do go ahead with it and search for any difference or interaction.
