Hey, I'm just wondering how my refund rate is calculated?
Right now my refund rate reads something like 15% but there is NO WAY I've been refunded 15% of the btc that I've spent. I've had like 30 orders, and only had 2 of them (partially) refunded because the packages didn't show up, and neither of them was an extremely expensive order (both under $100)..
It doesn't add up, I've spent over $1000 and I've had less than $100 refunded.. why is my refund rate so high?

I only had one auto-fin and my rate showed higher than the actual percentage. I think more recent transactions may hold more weight

Calculations:
1500€ total, 136€ refund. Refund rate: 136/1500*100=9.07%
1500€ total, 14.67% refund rate. Refund: 1500/100*14.67=220.05€
Refund rate is not exact because of bitcoin exchange rate is unstable. When you change setting to show money bitcoins or dollars, refund rate is different depending this setting.
Mmm kay..? :)
