Okay here's the deal,
placed an order for acid from a reputable vendor in NL, time in Netherlands was like 2 in the morning and it was night time here. (USA central) Couple minutes later I decide I don't want to order, and I sent him a message telling him to cancel it.
6 hours later this guy tells me he already sent out my pack.
WTF?
What do I do now?
The situation is because the address is HOT, and I wanted to change the address at another time and pause all orders.
I completely felt like he just sent it because he didn't want to cancel the order.
The dude didn't have enough decency to check his messages before packing orders? Was this my fault?
I don't want the order!
It's not like I waited 6 hours + and told him to cancel this was within MINUTES of the order.
(even the subject line in the message was CANCEL ORDER )
I have 40+ successful transactions and 1 refund I feel like I am being forced to buy this now.
ordered: January 31, 2012, 9:10 pm UTC
shipped: February 1, 2012, 11:16 am UTC
This guy had plenty of fucking time to check his messages or at least glance over them this is fucking bull

your lucky its acid because it is easier to miss in the mail. The fault is yours because the vendors receive a lot of messages and once they get an order they pack it and get it ready to ship. It isnt like a regular store where u can return things easily. Filling orders is their main task to keep customers who order happy and answering messages is #2. Also you said it was 2am in the morning in .NL, and 6 hours later he canceled it, he was probably sleeping and woke up and sent it out then checked his messages. I ordered an order and 30 minutes later wrote the vendor asking to add more of his product to it and he said no he had already sealed the package, nothing I can do you know. Just make 100% sure your ready to order something and are ready for the days ahead it takes to receive it
btw this is the wrong section to post this in

I would agree that once you hit the order button you cannot count on being able to cancel it. It's on you and you should check your attitude about it. IMO

What changed in "a couple minutes" that made the address hot all of a sudden? That seems a bit odd to me. ???

Yea, somewhat unlikely, but still possible I suppose. Ya gotta be careful, most of these things don't have undo buttons...
