Hello ,
Can someone please help me , I am a new vendor, and have already completed 12 orders and have a score of 100 .
I dispatched 4 orders yesterday and none of them can pay me as they received it today ? I have never had this before ? They are saying the finalize button is greyed ? has any one got any advice me , is it because i posted the products to quickly? They ordered yesterday i posted yesterday they got it today?
It feels like i am being punished for providing a swift and reliable service
Kind regards

Has any one got any advice why this is?

they don't let you finalize with new vendors for 4 days. i had that problem trying to finalize with Chang. not sure when the cut off point is

Hello ,
Thats harsh feels like i am being punished for providing a swift and reliable service, but i guess this to stop scammers messing with SR . Someone said there is a setting i can change but looked everywhere ,anyway at least the customers got their packages .
Kind regards

I certainly will chang,
so what if the customer is so impressed with my service that they want to order again, is that ok to serve the same customer again before we have completed the order they just received ?
Is this the how is it going to be for every transaction i dispatch quickly ?
Kind regards

don't quote me on it but pretty sure once you guys sell enough your customers will be able to finalize straight away - i'm sure when i buy something off someone with loads of sales i have the option to finalize straight away. hang on, i'll ask Lim

I did contact vendor support ...... no reply .....,
I been reading in another thread , that there are some new vendors who demand FE , it is these ones that gives us all a bad name .
I will await your reply .
Thank you for your advice.
Kind regards

New vendors cannot ask their customers to finalize within 3 days of confirming shipment. It's a scam prevention measure. Vendors are not allowed to ask for FE in general.
Once you get to 35 transactions this measure will be taken away and you will be able to ask for FE and also your customers will be able to finalize straight away.
It's a case of earning your stripes. :)

while it is fair enough for new vendors not being able to do that i think the more established ones have every right to ask the n00bs to FE - what's stopping someone creating a new account, ordering something, creating another new account, ordering something and not paying for any of it. there are some cheap bastards out there that will do that.
i reckon you need to be wary of any vendors who ask established buyers to FE - that shit sounds like they're setting up for a sting. i'm glad i have enough purchases under my belt now - i don't FE for anybody, and i wouldn't either. n00bs just have to suck it up - i was there, all new buyers were at some point. i got stung for over £200 when i first started here and didn't really know what i was doing. as long as they stick with good vendors they should be ok. after that one sting all my other packages have made it :)
think Chang's got it right on his profile - "until i can ask you to FE i'm not dealing with anyone new or with dodgy stats, once i can i will deal with you but only if you FE. good stats will never be asked to FE"
-
cheers Lim, i knew you'd know :)

Hello everyone,
Yeah i have been thinking what to do once i reach 35 transaction , whether to sell to noobs or bad stats ? If i do, do i state they will have to FE early , but they might ruin my score , dilemmas...
So far my packages have been very successful and my feed back is perfect , but when i have a domestic order and i post same day they get it the next the buyer cannot pay me as i have dispatched it too quickly, oh well , it is to protect the SR from the scam artist. I am very super organized and have worked in the distribution of drugs for longer than i care to remember lol , so earning my stripes it is then .
Shame there is not a forum just for vendors , that would be a good idea also with watch lists as in bad buyers etc .
Anyway hope your all having a great day , thank you for all your advice it is great help ;)
Kind regards
