I feel all too often everyone focuses on getting ripped off or scammed. Far too many times a great vendor goes generally unrecognized for going "above and beyond the call" to make a customer happy.
Someone told me long ago, your business is only as good as your LEAST satisfied customer. When people are upset (with a business) they are far more likely to say "don't go there...don't buy that...that person is terrible..." etc. As opposed to saying "Shop THERE!!!..they are awesome!"
I would like to change that, just a little bit right now. The following is the feedback I have left for a bunch of items purchased through GreenOvenDoor:
This vendor is one of a kind! G.O.D may not just be their initials for nothing!
As..well...MANY of you know G.O.D. is a "new" vendor and in being a new vendor the smallest of "snags" can mess up your whole operation in ways that were not even foreseeable to you just days before. I made a purchase of a bunch of different items to arrive as Christmas gifts. G.O.D. did indeed have some hiccups in getting all of my order organized and shipped at the same time in time for Christmas. There was even a time that my "SR brain" kicked in and I couldn't help but feel that I was being scammed.
In the end G.O.D. went WAYYYYYYYY FURTHER then ANY vendor I have EVER seen to not only get me product in a timely fashion, but also communicate throughout the whole process to keep me at ease and know everything is just going to "alright".
GreenOvenDoor is not some fly by night operation. It is NOT run by street kids looking to make "loot"....hell it is clear to me that GreenOvenDoor is not run by kids at all, but instead by seasoned professionals that understand your business is only as good as your worse customers experience.
Buy ANYTHING this vendor sells and no matter what you WILL BE HAPPY!!!

I just want to stress again that nothing is more clear then the fact that this vendor is not ONLY a full grown adult who knows how to spell (you all know what im talking about), but nothing short of a professional.
From customer service to quality of items!
I had purchased the DabR vape pen and also a BUNCH of edibles (Bomb Fk'in) ...and ALL OF IT is nothing short then A+++.
I just wanted to share a potential negative experience that was turned 100000% positive!

Spicetrader messaged me and ask me to verify that just because their post is low they are indeed a long time customer of mine and not a shill account.
Can personally attest to spicetrader being a "regular" customer of all things shroomeister!
Happy to read your story spicetrader, and glad to hear there are other great vendors out there doing the right thing and making customers happy!

I concur, Spicetrader is indeed a good customer of mine and I very much appreciate the reviews he leaves on the forum.

I had ordered 7g of Blue Dream from G.O.D. He marked it shipped or in transit the same day I placed the order. Sad thing is that I didn't receive the order yet. Its been 14 business days. I sent him quite a few messages asking for the status of my order and it why it hasn't arrived yet? No response from him. Maybe he is a busy guy, but I am starting to get worried. I had ordered 2 packs of cigarettes from another U.S seller 'Smokeables' and they arrived within 10 business days, no problem. Hoping to hear back from G.O.D ... :-\

Placed order for oil.. FE for shipping deal was a mistake as he never responded to any messages and it's now 14 days later, I don't want to give 1/5 but no communication after 4 messages... make this right GOD or Ill have to change rating.. serves me right the first time I fe for a new vendor

I was just ready to pull the trigger and order from GOD but went with LucyMcgee instead. I just don't understand what GOD's deal is. Seen several posts saying people received and loved their product, then others saying they never received anything and GOD isn't communicating with them. It seems silly for them to be selectively scamming but it appears more and more to me that that's exactly what they are doing. I'll hold off on ordering anything from them for now. If they aren't scamming then they are grossly understaffed and poorly organized, which is enough for me to stay away until they get their shit together.

Been waiting on TGOD an oil resend for almost a month. I think the products I did receive from him were great, but I would advise against FEing. If I had I'd probably be doing dabs right now instead of posting this :(

I didn't have enough to get escrow so I guess it's my fault..
I really hope GOD comes through, I don't see a good coming out of scamming a bunch of people.

Eww, yeah, don't ever FE no matter how bad you might want the product. If it's so good to be true that you simply must take the chance and FE, then it's likely too good to be true and those are the exact circumstances when things go bad.
Never FE! Unless you are doing business with me, in which case I deserve it for awesomeness! J/K

G.O.D responded today. He offered refund or was open to other suggestions. I asked him to ship the product to me priority asap & that I am willing to do business if he can prove himself trustworthy.

Same here. I choose reship cause the oil I got from them was simply amazing.

Oh man.. seriously how busy is this guy? With these huge # of orders, he should have hired some help or something. Yesterday, I asked him to reship it if possible. He didn't respond yet. I've been waiting since Dec 10th.. Thats a looong time. :-\

he just threw the jack listing back up and I see someone else got refunded for oversold GDP. I didn't get my GDP or oil so im hoping i catch him during a period of activity and he sees my message.. hate to have to be so persistent but I know he will fix it.. just wish it would be sooner than later!

I'm still waiting for a response for a refund.. this is not right no matter how many messages God gets this is unacceptable and in my view has now deserved. 1/5 till they contact me .... 17 days not one message reply from them about a package never received

Definitely agree with OP. Comm thru the holidays was a little sparse, but now that they're behind us I have swiftly resolved my problem order(s) with G.O.D. He went above and beyond to apologize, assure me everything would be corrected, and even gave up the DCN (without me asking). When I receive I plan on reviewing the product itself as the two GOD threads seem to focus more on the vendor rather than his products. I think the vast majority of orders go thru without a hitch, and going forward ill be sure to send GOD an update that I've FE'd or just stay in escrow because I suspect it gets tough with huge volumes of orders and some disappearing from active and going to order history.. leaving more of a chance for human error. I say this because I believe I always FE'd within 2-3 hours after marked in transit, and perhaps upon rising the next day GOD no longer sees my order as active but rather as a completed transaction that may/may not be checked against a list of shipments needing to go out.... Then resolution becomes tough as it becomes multiple steps for the vendor to check this and that and pull the order from many in the history, etc... I think procedurally this can be corrected on his end, and on my end can be forgiven as a resolution was reached and all parties are happy in the end..
Thanks G.O.D. and hope this can calm some of the others who still have their "scam alert" going off internally.. Be patient and persistent is my best advice!

Finally heard from tgod, promised to refund me double if he cant provide dcn today.. apologized for the lack of communication. (update tgod filled his promise to refund double, Hats off to tgod for resolving this issue in a such a gentlemens way 8) 5/5)

Well. G.O.D contacted me and promised me refund. He asked for my wallet address. . I sent it to him. I don't think he has any herb left. Waiting for that refund. I am running low in my stash myself. G.O.D please refund my money soon.

Alright guys. A positive update. G.O.D refunded my money + $26 compensation for the delay etc. I think they are legit, but improper logistics is getting things messed up at their side. I hope they can fix their $hit and start proper business again.
