Would this work? I can just drive by every day and check their mailbox. Its an empty house that's for sale so I figure it might work lol.

you have to be super discrete. The neighbours tend to notice random strangers snooping around putting out "where are my drugs?" vibes.
-
How long has the house been vacant? There's a very good chance they won't even deliver it if the house has been empty for a while.

close to a year actually, idk where the owners are at. The neighbors are no problem btw house is pretty isolated

There's a good chance it won't get delivered. If the mailman hasn't delivered anything there for almost a year, he's not going to deliver a package there.
-
Just send some mail to it yourself.
Or even better; order some $5 shit off ebay to it.
If it arrives then you can presume your other deliveries will too.
Doing that will also look better to the post office, if they are suspect of the first few packages to a house in a year, then they might check it and see its just normal ebay crap.
By the time you send the real stuff they will be used to the house receiving mail again.

Why would you do that???? That's so stupid it's not even funny.
A) The USPS has databases which store every combination of mailing address and name that have ever had mail sent to them. They will immediately know at the processing center that this letter/package is suspicious because it's sent to a name that's never received mail there before.
B) The people that deliver your mail are human beings. They would probably easily be able to tell that nobody lives at this house. They would possibly tell their supervisor or a postal inspector so that they could investigate further.
C) Someone may see you checking someone's mailbox who is not yours and call the police on you.
D) Due to the USPS knowing what name/address combinations are valid, they may return this item to sender before even attempting to deliver it, because their computers say that it's undeliverable as addressed back at the sorting center. If the sender used a return address that belongs to someone else, YOU may now be responsible for a CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION BEING OPENED in an attempt to prosecute the vendor.
Just have it sent to your real house, using your FULL REAL NAME. There's no reason not to. It does not make you any more or less legally liable to have your name on the package.
ANYONE could send their worst enemy a leaky package of cocaine. You cannot be found guilty of having stuff sent to your name & address unless they can prove that you intended to have it sent. They would need to seize the Silk Road servers to prove you intended to receive the order. SO USE YOUR REAL NAME!
Stop putting vendors at risk!
