I have been using SR for about two months now with out ever encountering this issue (if it is an issue). I made a deposit to the BTC address listed under "Account" using BitInstant which I have used dozens of times in the past. I am aware of the delay when the funds actually post to my SR account, but the strange thing is when I looked up the BTC address at blockchain.info, it showed multiple transactions occurring weeks ago. For each deposit I always use the "generate new address" feature under account settings since BitInstant will not allow deposits to the same BTC address twice. I haven't ever been provided a previously used address when generating a new address under the account settings before, which I am wondering if this is abnormal? I am a little worried since usually the blockchain information reflects my BitInstant deposits very quickly, but I have nothing indicating a transaction occurred, well at least today. I received a confirmation email from BitInstant saying my transaction was complete, and I double checked my order receipt against the BTC address used and the one under my account page. I emailed BitInstant's support, but have yet to receive a response. I am a little worried that I got screwed out of $500 since this has never occurred out of the dozens of times I have deposited. Previously everything was always smooth and quick when using this service to get money into my SR account, but I am unsure if this is an issue with BitInstant, or with SR giving me a previously used BTC address when generating a new. Any help / tips are greatly appreciated. :-\
