I recently made my first large order, and it didn't go through. SR Support stepped in and refunded me %100, which was about %200 of the total amount that I had already spent on SR.
Now, my refund rate is stupid high. Not high like in a good way.
So, I propose the following solution: two refund rates
(1) Refund according to money spent
(2) Refund with respect to number of transactions
As a customer, I have a very high value for (1) but a very low value for (2). This extra information would enable people who are reputable but had one major screw up to display themselves more clearly to vendors.
Part of the reason that I'm posting this right now is because I ordered from a vendor, and this person doesn't seem like s/he will be shipping. It hurts.
I searched for this topic, but found nothing beyond a cursory reference.
