Title: sending btc to old account address

On the account page, it says you can still send coins to old addresses, and I've done this in the past and had no trouble. However, yesterday I sent some coins to two different previously used addresses and some to the current address.

It's been almost 24 hours since I sent them, and only the coins I sent to the current address have showed up in my account. All coins were sent to the three addresses at the same time, and they have 138 confirmations on the BTC network.

Anyone else encountering this problem? I contacted SR Support and they said it should show up eventually and asked what addresses I sent them to. I replied back but still haven't gotten a follow-up response. Now I'm worried that money is gone forever.
