SO FRUSTRATING WHEN A NOOB BUYER LEAVES A 1 of 5 feedback with a dopey comment and yet never contacts me for any kind of support... even when I have hundreds of 5/5 feedback comments on the same item. I've bent over backwards for so many people... but you just can't please 'em all no matter how hard you try. Wish vendors had the right to just delete a small % of troll comments...

Those bloody noobs!

Vendors should be able to post a response to feedback.

I dont think this is a good idea unless buyeres can respond back to the response and then the feedback page would be long as fuck.

Prob a competing vendor.

I'm sorry Angelina if you are the same vendor then I gave you 5 of 5!!!

Perhaps if comment threads were nested, users could have the ability to discuss a given comment with. The default comment page would remain as it is with each linking to a separate comment discussion.

Stab them.

Thats a good idea. It would be awesome if there were a link next to each feedback that took you to a forum discussion about the issue. Obviously if the feedback was a 5/5 there would be no discussion, but if a user left negative feedback the vendor would have a chance to defend him/herself against said allegations.

It would be nice if there was SOME way to comment on feedback so that buyers couldn't abuse it (or screw it up because they don't know SR "protocol")
A lot of new buyers seem to misunderstand how SR feedback works. The only good rating is 5 of 5.
It gets even more frustrating when you sell a lot of edibles like I do... there are a lot of lookie-loo buyers who've never tried edibles and don't now what to expect. Instead of rating my services (which are AWESOME, btw) they rate how much they get blazed 20 minutes after nibbling a chunk of what they got. How the heck could I control that experience???
/end second rant >:(

It would be nice if vendors actually sold what they advertised. There's only a few vendors on here that actually have the quality they describe and it's bullshit to have to deal with these shitty types of vendors every other order.
They should start banning vendor accounts or at the least giving them a suspension for selling something different from what they advertise.

If there are sellers sending crappy products they would eventually get a horrible rating and no one would do business with them. Their vendor account would be irreparable. It wouldn't take much for this to happen.

On the other hand if a seller has a reputable business with 100's of 5 of 5 feedback ratings and a single buyer comes along and gives 1 of 5 (and follows up with an email along the lines of "Send me another the first one didn't work and then I'll raise your feedback") you've got to assume you're getting scammed...

Yea, that's what one would expect but I've seem to have the exact opposite experience. I've had this problem with vendors recently who had over 300 transactions and 99+ feedback.
Here's a few
420blindman - I received some hermie'd out uncured C+ at best jillybean from him advertised as top shelf
Pot2Peer - Just had a order for indoor chem valley kush from them and it was some outdoor mids at best.
Happysmoke420 - Same thing advertising high quality and selling mids at best.
MaryjanesEX - Advertising A grade weed selling C grade regular weed.
This is just in the past 2 weeks their has been more since I've started ordering off of here.
