Title: what is my bitcoin doing?
Post by: blojan on February 08, 2013, 03:54 pm
I deposited some bitcoins from instawallet to my SR account and used blockchain to track it. When it was verified 8 times another transaction appeared on the page showing the same amount of btc being transferred from my SR account adress to another adress. I dont understand whats happening. Does the adress get used again or is someone ripping me off? My deposit is up to 12 verifications now and the other transaction up to 5.
Thanks

Probably SR's tumbler, don't worry. You should be able to see the coins in your account any moment now.

Yeah i have them on my account now. Just wondering why my adress is still being used. So I shouldn't be worried? Are you supposed to switch your SR adress every time you deposit?

No need to worry, it's the software SR has built that transfers your bitcoins back and forth which essentially makes it harder to trace what's happening.
