:-\ What is the longest time it has taken any of you guys to receive the Bitcoins from Silk Road to your wallet? Is there anything I can do to speed up the process?

Up until today, it has always gone into my account within an hour.
Today however it is 3 hours and still waiting. I've checked blockchain, and it is at 21 confirmations.
Hopefully it will be in before my vendors cutoff for same day shipping in the morning.

Well over 48hrs one time, maybe closer to 72 hrs. A couple of other times like 24hrs. However, I have never had coin disappear, in the end it always arrives safe and sound. Also, delays over 2-3 hrs are rare, and getting rarer. I know it's crap, but SR Support will be working overtime to fix, AB.

Frankly, that takes the piss.
I can understand large sums taking a long time, with the tumbling etc, but for relatively small amounts why should it take more than a couple of hours tops.
They need to work on this, because they are well aware that btc is very volatile, and my 100 pound deposit, could be worth 10 pounds by the time it shows up if it takes days. If it is going to take so long, then your deposit should be protected and you should get the value at the time blockchain makes lets say 10 confirmations.i'm quite happy to lose the possibilty of it being worth more, to prevent the possibility of it being worth less, or indeed worthless.

In all honesty, though, those big delays were mostly from a long time ago. I remember when I had the 48hr issue my, enormous amount of, bitcoins were worth around $6-7 aussie dollars each... Now worth like $110 AUD :'(

It seems you were right, it's in my account now. I did read the other thread in the main forum though, so I realised after my last post (whinge LOL) that there had been a problem.

never been more than an hour for me
