Title: Can a Vendor cancel an order?
Post by: PurplePeopleEater on April 27, 2013, 01:12 pm
I asked a vendor to cancel my order so I could order more from them.  The vendor replied and said they would cancel but the order immediately went into transit.  This vendor is over a year old with 100 feedback and gets a few reviews everyday so they're good.

I've messaged the vendor to get some clarification but I've received no response and that was 2 days ago.  I see they have logged in but has not read my message, because it still says unread in my sent.

I understand he may be busy or dealing with something so I'm trying not to bug him but I was wondering, once an order is in transit can it be canceled?  If it can, does it add a refund to user stats?

Yes, once an order is in transit the vendor can cancel it.  I had a vendor do that recently.

Sorry, no, it's not considered a refund, it won't show up in your stats.
