So I sent a package via express and wait for feedback. I get a message wondering where the package is
(it was a very nice message).
So I check the tracking and it says the package is being held at the post office near the customer. I relay this info and the customer goes to pick it up only to be told its been sent back because it had been 5 days waiting.
The customer says no delivery attempt was made nor a slip put in his mail box. As a vendor I want my customers to have a pleasant and hassle free experiance, but I dont think I could have done anything better. The package cleared customs and sat at the local office.
I am wanting some opinions and possible solutions to this type of non delivery.
Is it possible Im being scammed?
I think I should be paid but dont have any problem giving my customer a big discount on another order.
