I believe there should be a 2nd tier of Silk Road that had proven seller/buyer criteria to be met on the original Silk Road. I understand that this would not solve all scam situations but would at least reduce them to a manageable one. FE would not be allowed whatsoever, if product quality is not as advertised, Silk Road would act as arbitrator as always. Overall, Silk Road is a fabulous technology, but I have purchased coke advertised at 85% that wasn't 10% and may not have even been coke at all. I have been ripped by FE by people with 95-100% success. Anyway, always a loyal user (and a second tier candidate :)

How would the SR admins know the quality of the drugs you just bought online anonymously? also if its filled full of trusted vendors/buyers, why is it more restricted to what you can do (taking out the possibility of FE) Also how does taking out the possibility to FE even make sense? how would anybody finalize their order, saying that they have received it?
just some things to think about

Exactly, in most dispute cases all us vendors can do is provide a tracking number not a quality test of the product we sent you. Not only that but always check the feedback of the vendor/product, if all you see is "FE," "Leave Feedback Here," "FE upon vendor's request" then either
A) Check the forums
B) Move on to the next vendor
I still believe there are certain exceptions to finalize early and I think SR administration does too which is why they haven't taken it out but simply warn you of the risks.
