Hi, I was just about to place my first order on SR and then realized it needed a PIN number. I've read the help and it says you entered one when you registered or shortly after. I joined 5 days ago and can't remember ever being asked to do this at any time. I can't just create a new account as I have BTC tied up in my current one. How do I get this sorted asap? Thanks

No I don't. I've tried four 2nd passwords now and none of them have worked. I don't remember ever being asked to enter a PIN when I registered. I really wanted to order for 4/20! :(

Is there anything I can do but wait for a reply from SR Support? I'm certain I was never prompted to enter a pin when I registered. Thanks
