Title: Trouble with BitInstant (my fault)

I believe I mistyped my email address when I used BI earlier today, (5 hours and still no e-mail). Is there anything I can do?  Is it just destined to float in internet abyss as the e-mail doesn't exist? Has anyone had luck with contacting BI? So far no answer at the number and no e-mail response.

You might try messaging the CEO on Bitcoin Talk, his username is Yankee  and he's pretty active there.

How the fuck do you mistype your e-mail twice?

I contacted support and got a response within 30 minutes. Took a few hours to sort out my issue but they did so very very quickly.

I had a brain fart and used the wrong email address.  I had created a new one to use since I was locked out of the other one.  They were very similar and I accidentally used the wrong one (i was being hurried).  I'll definitely learn from this.  And yeah, Charlie has been very helpful thus far. Thanks for the help guys.
