that they know I've purchased narcotics from the Neatherlands and I had to give up any ownership of the drugs.
If I check the box "yes" that would be the end of it. However....I "could have" checked the OTHER BOX(LOL) and laid
claim to the package. Thhis would START and investigation as to my ownership of the narcotics inside. Here's my question...Does my name NOW show up on some list that black-balls me anytime I get a package from overseas? God I hope not, cause the Vendor sent me MORE for a ceaper price. However...he did say that he shipped from Belgium instead of the Neath. this time. So am I now blackballed?

From everything i've read your supposed to throw that letter away, dont respond period. And from what the grapevine says yes your going to be flagged, if it happens again dont expect a letter, expect a knock.
I don't honestly know the above is true, but it seems quite reasonable.
-
Don't respond to the letter. If the police arrive, deny all knowledge no matter what they say, this includes lying about knowledge of SR (ensuring all communication with SR is encrypted Locally). Police can lie yanno.
-
Stop any and all transactions and lay low man...
-
You do realize the wording of that means if you check the YES box giving up ownership you have just admitted that the drugs were yours and shortly you send it back they will come and arrest you?
-
Throw away the letter and don't respond, let them come and talk to you if they really want to that bad. Clean up house, make sure you have nothing illegal in your house just in case they come busting in. Don't use that address ever again because it's been flagged.
-
Just out of curiosity, What are they alleging was in the envelope?
-
I dont know how that flagging aspect really works because ive had 3 packages seized at an address last year and things still always come through?

This is pure speculation but I feel like it's time based. Let's say I order an oz of MDMA on SR and it gets intercepted, they send me a love letter and nothing else. I feel like your address gets flagged and they will pay more attention to your mail by informing your mailman and/or your local PO that handles your mail. I think that after a certain amount of time of not receiving anymore suspicious packages they let go of the flag, I'll bet anywhere between 6-12 months.

This is not true, I have worked for USPS since 2007 in processing and distribution. We are not told or allowed to tamper with mail in any way shape or form. Even if we see a suspicious package i.e. weighs over 13oz, leaking,powder...etc...etc even then we cannot open it, It must be turned over to a department inside our facility that handles suspicious mail and 99% of the time its either sent on it's way or returned to sender.

It would definitely have to be a different department then because let's say you order an oz of MDMA from the NL and it gets confiscated. If you order again in a month and have it delivered to the same address you don't think it would be flagged in anyway? I wish we had someone that worked at customs to clarify this whole 'flagged address' situation.

Customs is the big difference, Customs can do what ever they want. Luckily Mail goes through Customs very fast. As for what flags customs or what they consider suspicious I don't know, We have no dealing with them at all. I see packages all the time, Especially India that always contain pills (Because of poor packaging) and They seem to always get through. My guess is Customs has 1000's of packages and envelopes everyday, They can only search so many before things start to slow down.

I recently sent this guy a nice care package... he confirmed it was delivered...no problems.
Now that I read this I get a little worried.

This is TERRIBLE advice and could result in getting caught. Do not listen to this guy.
If the police come, DO NOT SAY ANYTHING. Do Not deny knowledge. Do not play ignorant. Just ask for a lawyer, and NOTHING ELSE (except that you are exercising your right to remain silent I suppose).

Denying means you are lying, if they have proof now you're fucked in more ways.
DO NOT BE AN ASS BE POLITE, cops are people too, some of them are actually decent and no one wants to be treated like a jackass, and if someones an ass to you, you most likely get bitchy back right? Same applies here...
Ask if your under arrest or free to go, if you are, simply state you wish to speak with a lawyer before any further communications then shut up. Let your lawyer tell you what to say, or better let him talk for whatever he can.
It's going to cost you money, lots of it (10's of thousands). It beats sitting in jail for years (think about the lost job wages).

People who buy from the NL and live in the USA or Canada or any place like that should just stop using silk road. Seriously. Buying from the netherlands is one of the BIGGEST FUCK UPS YOU CAN MAKE. So ignorant. Yeah sometimes they get through but that doesn't mean your any less ignorant. Buying from the netherlands is one of the WORST mistakes you could make here.

If its not on the same continent, or from the UK, I wont even look at it for this reason.
To OP: Clean house. Encrypt everything. Then encrypt it again. Lay low. If you're logged on and reading this from your computer, you are wrong. As of now, you're a bit fucked, but it wont take much to unfuck yourself. :) Just be smart.

Ugh, i wish this applied to everything in life. If only i could unfuck Sandy Hicks. :/
But seriously OP. You really want to lay low and don't even consider getting new packs sent to that addy. I would wait on even domestic packs. Can you afford enough for a fake ID? Maybe a hotel room to get your packs delivered to?

Sending from Holland is just as easy. We would send from another location if it wasn't.
We don't put the sender country on the label just to prevent nosy housemates from questioning, for customs it makes no difference.
Holland is a trading nation and has a massive post volume all going through single airport. You know what happens when a large passenger plane arrives and everybody gets in line at customs, there simply is no time or manpower to do a decent check. Same when suddenly huge containers of mail from Holland arrive, they pass just as easily.
We send with Dutch post because it gives us the best success rate. And it is very high.
There will always be individual delays, especially with the growing popularity of SR. But don't be discouraged by the occasional beginner crying wolf.. and also be aware of the local reseller that has an interest in making it look difficult because otherwise they won't be able to sell at a much higher price. :)
If you have a problem, contact the seller directly and don't go writing about it on the forum immediately. It creates extra messaging work and can hurt sales. I for one will just stop selling to the the usual cry babies. :D
Cheers!

I love how so many people agree with me but the little cunt's crying like bitches just -karma me as much as they can. LOL. All my -karma is from sensitive little ignorant babies and they get so mad when I set them straight with real facts. Mail incoming from NL IS DEFINITELY, 100% FACT more scrutinized than almost any other foreign mail around (except maybe "terrorist" countries)

So your saying i can't shouldn't get my drugs off akhmed? Damn, he was really nice.
-
I've gotten a love letter for a package that was returned to sender because of non English labels ( back before the mail order pharmacy policy of just letting crap through ), and I got the same package ( the same one stuffed into a new envelope ) back as a reship on the same day the letter arrived.
The love letters don't mean anything for personal quantities other than we opened your package and kept or returned your stuff.
When you start bringing in ridiculous amounts then they flag you and you don't get a letter. You get raided.

unfuck yourself
Now I have to watch Fullmetal Jacket again.

...unless it's from SKYY. Even if opened it would be sealed back up and be on its way.

I'm curious, was the customs letter specifically from the State? Or you just happen to be in NJ and got a letter from US customs?
-
Im pretty sure the op actually admitted it was his, signed the card, and "let nj take posession" .. What a trick, sign and return...
What a moron
-
I've never lost a package yet.
Every envelope I get from the netherlands has a hole in it though, so they scope that shit out. Good thing NL vendors typically stealth their packages. ;)
-
I'm in the US. I know several people that have ordered from the NL and never received anything. Happened to me once a month ago and nothing was received, that was before I knew about it ordering from there. What's really funny is I have been ordering medications from India for like 6 years and NOT ONE package has been taken. Hell, it even says MEDICINES right on the damn customs declaration slip that is on the package!!! Not one package has been opened or re-packaged either. I'm not worried at all because the meds are only blood pressure and heartburn medications. They wanna put an American away for ordering heartburn medications from another country because their cost is almost %90 less then so be it. I'm sure LOTS of jury members will side with the working man. Off topic, ok...how come NONE of the packages from India have never been taken or opened up? I don't get it. No one knows they aren't controlled substances. I mean if a customs agent opens up my package of Prilosec (heartburn meds) I doubt seriously they will spend any time or energy in going any further with it. "Judge, we found a loot. One guy had over 6 months supply of pills. WOW, good catch fellas. What was the substance? Ummm, errr... heartburn medication. WHAT?"
I still think about that one package from the NL that never made it. Always in the back of my mind, if I don't have it, then who does? How much time you think I need to wait until that's over with and don't have to worry?
-
Now I have to watch Fullmetal Jacket again.
Watching it as I type.
-
I have ordered from the netherlands to us about 5 times, is my address flagged now? All times were received successfully with no hiccups.

Impossible to say, you are probably ok. When people say NL is risky, they arent saying its impossible, its just statistically you are at a a higher risk. Why take that chance?

depends how bad you're clucking i suppose....it's a damn shorter time to wait than getting coke sent over the pond
-
What if you're just ordering Cannabis from NL? Should there be any worry about doing this too, or should I just be worried about the harder stuff?
-
Well barely anyone supplies it locally on SR lol. And I don't trust the dodgy dealers in my area, they always put random crap in the weed. But I'll try to avoid NL in the future. Thankyou
-
I have had 10 packages come in fro the NL, never had a problem. SKYYs shit gets through :)
-
All I ever see on these forums is "I know a guy this" or "I heard from a guy that". People need to sort out the fact from the fiction and use some common sense. The sheer volume of letters coming into any country every day makes it totally impractical to search even 10 percent of them, especially since the yields are going to be very low and amount to personal use at best.
-
Don't think it's really necessary to start a new thread, so I'll just ride on this one
I've succesfully received an order from NL to US three times. First was from Aakoven. He stopped shipping to the US shortly afterwards. The second was from Mitanox, which arrived during the holiday season no problem. The third was a reship from Mitanox; the first never arrived, along with a number of other orders, and he provided an explanation for this.
Now I've been waiting on an order from Mitanox and Dutchshop for over two weeks. I guess I never really questioned getting mail from NL as big issue before, since Mitanox seemed to have a high success rate; his packs usually get to the US in less than a week...
Resolution with vendors aside, should I just consider both orders lost at this point? I've received no letters from customs saying that they were seized.
I've been getting a lot of orders in lately, and my last one (domestic) had obviously been looked through, though not tampered with...
I'm moving very soon anyway, but should I suspect that my current address has been flagged? I've received something like 30 orders to it since october...
