I ordered Wednesday the 4th and processed until Friday the 6th. During the wait time there was talk on his discuss section about people getting robbed from him on a BTC exchange. I stuck up for the vendor as KushWorld had always been problem free for me. He msgs me saying lol its cool and I see my order in transit. His page was updated too saying orders like mine would be shipped out Monday the 9th. On Monday his page is missing along with his item listings. Since he is missing in action I need to use the resolution button, but it is not highlighted for me to click on. This is the first problem I have had on SR ever. Can you please tell me when I can resolve this and how long it will take to get my btc? And will it effect my buying stats? Thank you very much!

If the vendor has been demoted, you can contact customer support on the main site and ask if they would be willing to cancel your order. Otherwise, you will have to wait until the resolve button becomes active (10 days after being marked in transit, I believe) and take it to the resolution center.
I don't know if CS would want to wait and see if you receive your order or not, you'd have to ask them. Good luck getting it sorted.
