Ever since the last maintenance I haven't been able to log into my SR account, I really don't think I changed the password and forgot tho - I made another account and used 'contact us' but they haven't gotten back to me yet and its been a couple days, am I right to assume that if they were to get back to me I'd receive a message in the account's inbox? or would they need an email address or something?

Same thing happened to me, bro. It sucks to be back on the Road after a few months break and having to create a new account. Hey, at least there's no mandatory "cover charge" anymore! Can we at least get an official explanation as to why this could've happened?
