so im going to be buying and i know how to encrypt the data, im just wondering for the "Please enter your name and address as it would be written on a letter:"
is it
please send to:
John Doe
342 suck dick st
Houston, TX 95734
1/3 ounce of medical marijuana
is this the right format, also should i keep the products im buying name on it

Go to the USPS website (presuming it's a US order) and find the page for how addresses should be formatted. Some vendors link to it from their vendor pages. Then just put your address in the address box (encrypted, obviously); leave out the "please send to:" and the product, so the vendor can just put the address straight onto a label with no hassle.

I wouldn't put what you've ordered in your address!
Most vendors will copy and paste what you've written for your address and this will go straight on the package.

That looks fine, but use all capital letters and remove all punctuation.
JOHN DOE
342 SUCK DICK ST
HOUSTON TX 95734
and do not include your order details, just write your address in this fashion. Also, use encryption

Some like you to put the +4 as well like:
I've seen some vendors ask that you not put the address in all capital letters (though I'm not sure why; that is the proper way to format it per usps site).
JOHN DOE
342 SUCK DICK ST
HOUSTON TX 95734-9381
If including other info, I'd put a couple blank lines between any other data and your address just for clarity.
