Can you use DCN with international shipments?

I don't do them so I can't say for sure, but I believe they track until the package hits the boarder.

...just because you want to know so that you could possible ship and track contraband does not mean that is the only reason the USPS exists.

There is a couple of legit packages in the postal system at all times I'd be willing to bet.

Point is, dont be so paranoid. 100 other places you could get this info including the USPS website.

I mean, you can, but it just isn't called 'Delivery Confirmation' anymore. To those above me, your google-fu is pretty weak.

The same exact service is branded as "Registered Mail" for international shipments. You will receive a number in the same fashion as with normal Delivery Confirmation that is usable in the same exact manner.

This will be available when shipping to pretty much any modern Country. If you are shipping to the Federated States of Micronesia all bets are off.
