Post by: thebakertrio on November 13, 2012, 08:16 pm
Title says it all. Lets have a debate for items such as mdma, ket, H, coke...ect packaged with a impulse sealer or vacuum sealed.

thing is i have a impulse sealer and im wondering if that would be enough for MDMA. id like to throw it into storage but lets say for some reason leo finds the place its kept and sends the dogs will a impulse seal be enough to keep them away?

that's why using both is probably a good idea.

So I don't have to switch to another location to use our clearnet machine, do you mind if I ask what an "Impulse sealer" is? That's not for the metal pouches you use an iron to seal is it?? We use a lot of materials ourselves and only ship domestic and haven't had a problem...oh and stealth stealth stealth

Impulse sealer is a heat sealer for mylar bags or industrial plastic bags. You can buy food grade sealers everywhere.. go to startpage.com on Tor and Google it.

You are talking about two different things here.

If you only have access to 1, heat sealing with moisture barrier bags ( mylar ) 5.0mm or thicker is superior to vacuum sealing.

But both isnt a bad idea. The vacuum seal compacts, the heat sealer blocks smell.

yeah my understanding is that the smell can leak though plastic vacuums sealed bags no matter how many are used so the mylar/metallic bags are a good addition.

Click on Stash House, then click on 'How Cocaine is packaged'.

Apparently, according to this story, to package a brick of coke they:

Saran wrap for inital wrapping and shaping
Aluminum foil to help keep shape
Vac seal
Dryer sheet to conceal smell (bad idea)
Vac seal again
Eectrical tape to preserve the brick shape
Mylar bag seal

Can someone please suggest a couple good brands of mylar sealers? When I looked on Amazon the smallest mylar bags were quart size I think. Is there a way to divide the bags into smaller sizes?

I second uline.  You can cut the bags up and seal the sides just like you do when you make vaccum sealing bags.

There's another thread where a vendor says they use a food saver sealer for both plastic and mylar bags.  I don't even know how those things seal.

I took a look at the food sealers and plastic at the local store and noticed that the plastic has a texture engrained into it.  I've gotten some drugs in that stuff and I don't like it.  I just want smooth plastic is I'm going to use plastic.

Looking for the cheapest way to use mylar or whatever though.  Is Mylar always shiny?  I've gotten metal bags in the past from China but it was a matte/dull finish.

Really confusing where to get the mylar bags for the best price.
