They are 100% anonymous, no name/address on them.
You can use them anywhere Online where credit cards are accepted.
You can check balance online as well as see your pending/posted transactions.
The price will be the best on SR - I guess around ฿74.

Well I'm ok with escrow and vendor account, just need some time to read all the rules and find out how to get all things work.

This is a Virtual debit card, after buying you will get a 15-digit number of a card, expiration date and a 4-digit security code.
With all this you can make purchases and check your balance/transactions.

and the fact he wants 200 dollars for the card.  dude ill just go buy one myself thanks if i want it at that price.   and yeah no escrow = no buy anyway

This is for people who wants to withdraw their BTC securely without paying exchange %

Well, not to steal the OPs thunder but I'll offer these as well, you can contact me on SR about them. I can put them in escrow too although then you'd have to pay the 6.25%. The only issue is, escrow or no-escrow, you'd still have to trust the seller because unless you spend it all quickly, there is no mechanism to ensure the seller doesn't spend money on the card at some point after they provide it to you.
