A separate section just for loans/begging. A warning system implemented. Post outside of the proper section (for beggars and loan sharks) you get warned.
Suggested warning levels:
1 - Just that, a warning.
2 - 24hr forum posting ban.
3 - Full week ban.
4 - Full lifetime ban.
Any input is welcome, I'm just sick of seeing all these posts for BTC everywhere.
Cleaning up the SR main site would be nice too! Although that could be User policed. (IE. user reports miscategorized listing, Admin looks into it and moves/deletes if necessary.)

It'd be nice for those who want to donate/loan as well. Good idea.

I dont think that the mods need more to do. But yes its annoying
-
They may not need more to do, maybe just more of them! Most boards I frequent are happily modded by community members.
-
Well Im sure once the situation with moderators is found to be unsatisfactory in HR numbers that more "mini-mods" will be appointed

I think it's a good idea!
