do you not use pgp?  What is this anyway? Does it make you feel like you took a pain pill? I like to snort. Can this be done with Proglumide?

Proglumide (Milid) is a drug that inhibits gastrointestinal motility and reduces gastric secretions. It acts as a cholecystokinin antagonist,[1] which blocks both the CCKA and CCKB subtypes.[2] It was used mainly in the treatment of stomach ulcers,[3][4] although it has now been largely replaced by newer drugs for this application.

An interesting side effect of proglumide is that it enhances the analgesia produced by opioid drugs,[5] and can prevent or even reverse the development of tolerance to opioid drugs.[6][7] This can make it a useful adjuvant treatment to use alongside opioid drugs in the treatment of chronic pain conditions such as cancer, where opioid analgesics may be required for long periods and development of tolerance reduces clinical efficacy of these drugs.[8][9]

Proglumide has also been shown to act as a δ-opioid agonist, which may contribute to its analgesic effects.[10]

Proglumide also works as a placebo effect amplifier for pain conditions. When injected visibly to a subject, its analgesic effect is bigger than a similarly administered placebo. When injected secretly, it does not have any effect, whereas standard pain drugs have an effect, even if they are administered without the subject's awareness.[11] The supposed mechanism is an enhancement of the neural pathways of expectation.

so you are saying that when taking proglumide it lowers ones tolerance making the pain pills more effective? Does a person need to take this the same time he takes the pain pills or do you have to get this proglumide built up in your system in a 30 day or more diet?. Let's say I was getting ready to snort and oxycodone 30mg ir. Would I need to take proglumide and hour prior to the snort in order for it to be effective because the oxy is gonna hit me with in 5 minutes of inhaling it. ;D

From what I've seen... I'd say dose prog 1 hr before with some grapefruit juice and your other potentiaters... then take one more dose while you're eating or snorting your roxie... I'm sure its different for everyone depending on the amount of opiate receptors in the brain... But it can effectivly potentiate your dose. Also, its been said to help a bit with WD's too.

I'm been taking opiates on and off for 10 years  and this is the best potentiator I've found personally.  For most people yes, it does work to also lower your tolerance if you want to start tapering down which obviously means more money in your wallet in the long run.  Party for less.  Can't really go wrong with that approach no matter how you look at it.   I also use it to keep my tolerance down, like a prophylactic sort of approach.  I can't get high on 30mg of oxy whereas if I didn't use proglumide I'd probably be taking 90+ mg of oxy per dose.

The reason this stuff is not well known is because it's so difficult to find.  Took me about six months to actually find a source and import it. I also plan to keep the prices low at $1 per 200mg capsule so, you can't go wrong.  I'll also be offering it by the ounce in powder from very soon.

I send out a suggestion note to my customers since there's not a lot of info. on proglumide.

Cheers,
J

Mate if you are going to copy and paste something please ensure if future you state where you plagiarized it from, rather than trying to pass it off as your own. Just saying!

Also you seemed to go after a lot of "samples" for testing... Again just saying....
