Title: Forums Subject To Media
Post by: string4cheese on October 06, 2013, 05:33 pm
There's an article that just got posted 1 hour ago, in my local area, that has exact quotes from our forums. There's obviously a lot of attention here.

There's even talk on the article about LEA's being "Fully aware of websites like Sheep".

I've never posted a link before, what's the safest way? I'm not too familiar with the definitions of "Clearnet" and things of such. I just know not to access anything not .onion or https via tor

Simple.

"Clearnet: Link"

This way people know ahead of time it's clearnet, if it's not already obvious... still should be put there though.

You shouldn't worry about visiting "clearnet" sites via tor. Just don't log in anywhere with user/passwords you also use outside tor (obviously), as your IP address will be logged and anyone with access to the logs could correlate between your real IP and your tor usage.

Of course LE knows about SheepMarket and BMR.  That shouldn't even be a question.
