Title: Just got sentenced to 7 days Home monitoring for an MIC
Post by: CrazyBart on August 08, 2012, 09:22 pm
An MIC is a minor in consumption, mine was for alcohol I was stopped by a police officer at a public park and asked if i had been drinking, i was honest and told him yes.

Saw the judge yesterday, who apparently was having a bad day and she gave me the choice of 5 days in jail or 7 days at home wearing a gps ankle bracelet.

I cant believe that she has given me this strict of punishment, when i have no criminal record.

Oh and im only a few months away from turning 21 (the outrageous drinking age in the US)

What a horrible offense you should be ashamed of yourself. Next time drink in absolutely secrecy and never ever talk to a police officer.

That's pretty much the message America is sending.
