So I locked myself out last week, like you sometimes do. I got the message from SR Support saying to reply in seven days. So I did. But nothing happened? That was a few days ago now, so it's been like a week and a half since I locked myself out. I messaged SR Support again, and still haven't gotten anything back. Am I doing this wrong? Can anyone help?

i had smae problem.but whilst waiting someone eles got into my account requested new pin and then with drew my coins..
now i have acces but still need yet another pin before making purchases..
seriously dont think i will add futher coins just to get ripped again

Same problem here. And SR Support has been pretty unresponsive.

It can take them a few days to respond sometimes, so it's not necessarily just a 7 day wait. The same thing just happened to me, but thankfully I logged in yesterday and was prompted to make a new pin. Afterwards, I made my first order on SR without any problems. Yeah its a bitch being stressed over it. I'd say be patient with the staff and all vendors, remember this isn't walmart.
