I am having problems importing a key of a certain vendor. I save his key into a text document and then try to import with GPU GNUPG.
An error occurs saying 'No key found'. Does anyone have any advice on how to import it?
The vendor doesn't speak English that well so I don't want to bother him with this sort of stuff. I hope he doesn't mind me posting his key but here it.
Any help is appreciated.

I got the same result as you. And it looks like we're not the only ones with that sort of issue, according to this Bouncy Castle (:o) forum post [ bouncy-castle.1462172.n4.nabble.com/PGP-keys-generated-by-BCPG-are-not-accepted-by-a-PGP-software-td3613119.html ].
The vendor needs to use a more mainstream application (GPG/PGP) for encryption tasks. That might be difficult to communicate without a common language, so it may come down to your decision as to whether to send your address in plaintext (not recommended, by the way). If possible, I'd recommend finding a different vendor.

Politely remind the Vendor that their PGP key doesn't work, if they're not capable of setting up a working key, run like the wind :)
