gameover666 has been missing for 7 days now.. marked in transit, but clearly hasn't sent anything... going into resolultion in 4 days....
another user contacted me through forums, but since has gone missing also..
admins on the site have so far been very short, and seem to have taken the side of the vendor... all i want to do is cancel the order...
whats the go if a vendor is m.i.a. when it comes to the 'resolve' button being visible to me? how long until i am able to get my funds back? how do i insure i get all my money back? will i end up getting a refund rate percentage on my stats? doesn't seem fair... i placed order, my money went into escrow... vendor failed to come through with anything at all..

what do you mean "admins have been short with you" ?
they are probably irritated that you are messaging them before trying to go to resolution. You need to wait until you can go to the resolution center with it and THEN they can help you.
what vendor is it?
-
Yeah, head to the resolution centre.
As you might expect their approach may vary depending on the relative trustworthyness of the claimant. If the vendor is a trusted member with lots of positive feedback and a good record and the buyer is a newbie, then you would expect the vendor to get the benefit of the doubt. If it's the other way round the reverse may be true.
The SR escrow method is as good as it gets, but even within that there is some scope for scamming. I ordered twice from a very trusted (and local) vendor on SR with excellent feedback and got nothing through. I strongly suspected that nothing was sent, but had to write off 50% of my BTCs, and the first one was a big order. I consider myself a wise ol' fox but shit happens.
