Noob question but I need to contact SR support for PIN resets - Can anyone post a link for the correct process to kick that off?

if you try the incorrect PIN too many times, you will get an automatic message from SR Support saying to wait a certain number of days then contact them again to reset.

Contact them after the time has passed and you will be able to choose a new PIN. This is the only option for PIN reset.

Contacting anybody via forums, without a failed PIN message, or before the time is up won't do anything.

Yeah, you're supposed to wait three days after you get the message and reply back to get a new pin. That's the idea anyway. I'm on day 5 and haven't heard anything.

Me too buddy, be prepared to wait atleast 2 weeks probally more. Ill update if I getta reponse.reponse
