hi! i somehow forgot my pin while doin first order and my pin got blocked and it sent me the "dont delete this blabla," and now today after 5 days i got new message:
re: subject
PIN (Secondary password) reset. Please log in and out to be asked for a new one.
and right after that again the first message;
re: subject
Your PIN or Secondary Password, was something you were asked to set either when creating your account or or if you are an older member you were asked sometime after logging in one day within the last month. Please message me after 5 days, so I can confirm there are no other request for access to this account and that is indeed your account. Sorry for any trouble this may cause, but we do this to mitigate phishers.

-__- excuse me ? why should i wait 5 days more

There are many phishing sites out there trying to steal Silk road account and empty the bitcoins from them the 5 day wait is so they don't find a duplicate claim here asking for access to the account.
Same thing happened to me, after 5 days I got it reset without any problems.
Have you tried to make a transaction with the new pin you created?

Its been 5 days and they havent told me what they reset it to. whats the reset pin? is it always the same?
-
when your PIN is reset, you are asked to set a PIN the next time you log in.

I think it is 7 days, but yes, you just send them a message via the contact support link asking for your PIN reset. once they read it, they will reset it and the next time you log in, it will prompt you for a new PIN. I suggest signing your message requesting the reset with your gpg key if you have one posted in your profile as this helps to prove your identity.
