Hello! I just had an order inexplicably cancelled after a week long wait and no contact from the vendor*. I'm wondering if this "refund" I was given will negatively impact my ability to place future orders. On my buyer account profile, it shows that the order was never shipped and remained in the "processing" stage. I've only made a handful of other transactions on SR (all of which have been perfect except for this most recent mishap), and I'm hoping future sellers won't assume I'm some kind of scammer or something due to my stats. Is this going to be an issue? Should I send messages before making purchases or along with my address to explain what happened and assure people it wasn't my doing?

If it was never shipped, then it will not affect your rating, or his rating.

Relax, it won't hurt your stats.

Cool. Thanks for letting me know. I've just noticed a lot of vendors say "FE if you have any refunds" and it technically shows up as a refund on my account. Glad to know it won't be an issue.
