Title: If I PGP someone, should I include my PGP key in the encryption / message?

Yes. Include it in the encrypted message that you send someone, if you want them to be able to send you an encrypted message.

This is going to be a foolish question, but how do you find the email address to send an email to a vendor? Do you private message them your email address and they email you?

I guess I have more to learn before making my first purchase. I know how to encrypt email but I am not sure I know how to encrypt something with a vendors public key, right there in the address box.
