Title: Buyer ought to be able to cancel.
Post by: spawn73 on July 04, 2012, 11:46 pm
I made an incorrect order. 2*1g speed, and the system only billed me for 1*1 shipping.

But no cancel button, so I can correct it?

edit:

To clarify, I want the order. But I want to correct the order to pay for the correct shipping.

Just send a message to vendor asking them to cancel so you can reorder. OR tell them you will just send the few extra BTC directly to them.

Hope you get it worked out!

Yeah, I messaged him that I could send the remainder if he can't combine the orders.

I tried making an empty order with just the postage, but that didn't work.

If he cancels the order, then I won't get anything, because someone else will order it. So I hope he doesn't do that.

You can transfer BTC directly to the seller. The option to do so is on the account page. Just PM the seller and let them know that you'll be sending the difference through direct BTC transfer.

Problem I can see there is no record of you paying for the added product. If it turns into res. then seller keeps the direct btc free and clear. You wouldn't have any recourse for a possible refund.

If I'm not mistaken, you paid for 2*1g of speed and 1 shipping cost, yes? If it is from the same vendor and that fucker doesn't combine the shipping, he can go fuck himself. That's just common kindness, there.
