Recently purchased some 25i that is complexed...then saw another SR'er mention that complexed tabs are not good for his diabetes...as a diabetic i was wondering what the difference is between them and why a complexed tab would be bad for someone with diabetes? Any help GREATLY appreciated guys. Thanks in advance.

It's adding a sugar to the tabs to make the NBOMe more soluble in water.
If you have sugar/insulin issues you'll be too fucked to medicate yourself unless you have a decent pump.
