I'm new and been getting used to the site. I heard that the best place to buy Bitcoins is Local Bitcoins.com. My question is should I buy the coins through tor with a fake name or would that be a problem when buying the coins from someone through cash deposit to the bank they accept? Do I use my regular Mozilla and real name when buying from Local Bitcoins.com and then my info is hidden when I withdraw from my coin address on tor? Or can it be seen that I withdrew them to SR? Would that raise attention from the bank or my internet provider?
Also, is it safe to have my regular Firefox browser and I-Tunes open while I do stuff on SR? I'm careful not to type anything into the wrong browser but was wondering if having other things open while tor runs disrupts privacy.
Thanks for any advice.

bitcoins arent illegal....use your real name and a regular browser to purchase them, welcome to the road, ALSO heres an important thing you need to do
you see that blue S near the top left corner, click that, forbid scripts globally, and then click it again and click options, once in options, click on embeddings and check the following boxes:
forbid java
forbid adobe flash
forbid microsoft silverlight
forbid other plugins
forbid IFRAME
forbid FRAME, now click ok
now in the top right corner it should say "TorBrowser", click that and go to options on there and click on content, uncheck the box that says "enable javascript"
once you've done that youre actually anonymous unless you post your address on here
having other windows like itunes and firefox open isnt very smart, but it wont compromise your security, just DO NOT open any downloaded files while tor is open, like dont download something and open it while tor is open, if you open an already downloaded file like itunes its fine, PM me if you need more help
