Hi all, thanks for humoring my growing interest in nootropics and brain health/development. Below is my the theoretical daily supplement regimen I've been developing. Any thoughts would be much appreciated, as would dosage suggestions/corrections. Cheers!
Daily:
**Vitamins**
Vitamin C –Magnesium Ascorbate – 2g
B3 – niacinamide or picamilon
B6 – P5P - Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate
B12 – Methylcobalamin
B2 – Riboflavin
B1 – thiamine HCL - 12mg
Folic Acid
Choline - Alpha-GPC - 400mg morning and 200mg afternoon
Vitamin A – carotenoids such as beta carotene
Vitamin E – d-tocopherol with mixed tocopherol and tocotrienols - 400 IU
D3 – Cholecalciferol - 1000 IU
Vitamin K-2
***Minerals, Acids & Oils***
Magnesium – chelated magnesium glycinate
Piracetam – 1000-1600mg/morning 800/afternoon
Omega-3s – from natural sources (such as eggs)
Coconut Oil
Copper
Zinc
Bioflavinoids
Lipoic Acid - 'bio-stabilized' Na-R-ALA
Trimethylglycine (TMG)
L-Tyrosine
Huperzine A
***Extracts***
Rhodiola Rosea Extract
Bacopa Extract
Grape Seed Extract
Holy Basil Extract
**For Exercise**
L-Glutamine(mixed with whey protein post-work out)
L-Arginine
Creatine Ethyl Ester (pre-work out)
BCAAs (pre-work out)

Not sure what questions you'd have about this lol seems like you've got it all set :)
I liked aniracetam more than piracetam, but thats just me

I'd ditch the huperazine A, and take 5000IU vitamin D a day during winter.

Tryptamine, how do you feel about L-Tyrosine?

L-Tyrosine is fine in small amounts. Apparently it helps prevent cold-induced cognitive impairment. I wouldn't take more than 100mg a day though, and don't think of it as essential.
5-HTP should not be taken in any amount.
