I looked around but didn't find a thread with reviews for Vladmir, so I decided I might as well start one. If there is one and I missed it the mods can go ahead and merge this into it.
Tuesday evening I logged onto SR in order to place an order with my normal go to vendor for some H, only to discover that his listings were down. His listings had been down since the weekend and I was hoping they would reappear but it didn't look like it was going to happen soon, so I decided this might be the time to try a new vendor.
I prefer to order domestic, so I checked the listings for domestic (for me) H vendors. I was looking for one on the east coast rather than the west coast, simply to try and reduce shipping time (even if ordering xpress).
There weren't many options but I finally decided to give Vladmir a try. I PM'd him to ask a couple of questions and he replied promptly. I then placed a small order for 2g's of his:

I chose Express for the shipping method. The next evening (Wednesday) the order was still in processing and I realized I really hadn't asked him what his normal shipping times are (i.e. 'Does he ship express within 24 hours'), so I PM'd him asking how he normally handles shipping, does he send out express orders made before 9am the same day, that sort of thing.
When he didn't answer right away I wasn't upset, I realize that vendors have other things to do besides replying immediately right away to every message they receive. I figured he would get back to me within a few hours, maybe even up to 24 hours. When Friday came, and the order was still in processing and the vendor hadn't replied yet, I will admit that I was getting a bit antsy.
BUT, I did not start flooding the vendor with new messages every hours asking what was happening with my order, I sent a total of two messages over the entire three days after I had placed the order. The first one asking about shipping times and a second one asking what might be happening with my order.
I could see from his profile page that he hadn't logged onto SR for at least two and half days, meaning there could be any number of reasons he hadn't gotten back to me or processed my order. I decided that if I didn't hear back from them by Saturday evening, when the cancel option would become available on the order, I would message the vendor to say I simply had to cancel the order and place one with a different vendor, and cancel the order with Vladmir and place a new order with someone else.
Now, please remember that the vendor could have placed my order into transit the day after I made it, leaving me no option but to wait until hearing back from them or after waiting the full 17 days and going through resolution, something many vendors would do without even a second thought, so I give the vendor full credit for behaving correctly in this instance and not placing my order in transit until something was actually shipped, giving me that option to cancel it if for some reason the vendor became unavailable.
Saturday afternoon I finally received a message from the vendor. Vladmir PM'd to apologize, saying he had experienced a number of serious problems during the week and was unable to do anything until that Saturday.
He PM'd asking if I could receive the package Saturday or Sunday, which surprised me, I was expecting an apology and a 'We will send it out first thing Monday'. Instead, because we are located in the same general area (I assume) he would have it delivered over the weekend. I said great, the drop box is available all the time, so go ahead.
Sure enough, I found a letter in my box Sunday afternoon with exactly what I had ordered. While it did take a couple days more to get to me than it would have via xpress (even that's not true, as I have had express orders take over a week sometimes, when the PO misplaces it or sends it to the wrong clearing office and has to reroute back).
I was impressed with the additional effort taken to get me my product as soon as possible. A great many vendors would simply have apologized and sent it out the next working day, even if they were located in the same general vicinity as my drop box.
So, now we rate the actual product. I won't bother rating the shipping and stealth as obviously they didn't need to take the same stealth precautions as if they had sent it via express.
The product I received was two solid chunks of almost white, with a lingering vinegary smell we all know so well.
Given my tolerance and the fact I always go low when trying a new batch from a new supplier, I mixed up about 100mg and split it into two syringes.
The H dissolved completely in the water with just a touch of heat. There was no residue that I could see, no little artifacts left in the water.
I did the first syringe slowly and waited about 10 minutes. I got a nice little rush and a bit of euphoria, not bad for a small dose. I did the second hit and that added with the first left me feeling a very nice rush and a nice level of euphoria.
Overall I would rate everything as follows:
Communication: 8/10
(Only because of the delay between my second and third message and their reply, something I hope will not be a problem next time)
Shipping: 9/10
(Almost perfect. They went out of their way to get it to me quickly after being unable to get it out during the week.)
Product: 8.5/10
(I quite enjoyed the product. Not absolute fire, but very good. No visible cuts, looks good and dissolved well)
Even given the vendors failure to reply during the first 3/4 days, they more than made up for it by going out of their way to deliver it on the weekend so I do believe I will be ordering from them again.
