Title: any experience with rahlduke?
Post by: crazyburnout on June 16, 2013, 04:22 pm
so i was  going to buy a product from a vendor named rahlduke and i noticed that his profile didnt give a pgp key. i messaged him about this and got this response:

I don't use pgp. This site's primary objective is anonymity. If it failed at protecting identities, the whole experiment would fail.
Sorry, I don't use pgp, privnote, gpg, anything.
SR does the work for you.
Best,
-Rahl

now i completely understand the thought process behind this but i have never encountered a vender on here before who refused to use any kind of encryption for addresses and it made me a bit edgy and decided not to buy from him. has anyone here done any business with him? he has 20 someting sales and 100% positive feedback but i would still kinda like to hear it from a existing members "mouth".

"I've been noticing there's a rumor going around that I am a scammer. Thanks, blueboy59 for starting shit. Apparently you're looking to rid yourself of your competition. Nice try."

Prove yourself before calling people out dumbass

"My goal is to make everyone happy.I don't do privnote or PGP because it's NOT NECESSARY. Silk Road does all the encryption work for you."
 :o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o Nuff said?

"I'm just tired of getting screwed and waiting forever to get paid."

25 transactions? Seems legit.

Three red flags after skimming his dumb ass page. Fuck this guy. I'll be watching his page, but as someone else said it's too good to be true.

Damn i stand corrected. :-X Here's his response to my message...buy away guys  (no don't, i'm afraid some people may not understand jokes)

"I don't like your tone. ;)
You're being unnecessarily aggressive. :P
If you're trying to wipe out your competition, good luck. :-*
As for now, if you don't like the way I do business, don't do business with me. 8)
Nobody asked you to. 8)
And I don't need to use PGP or GPG or privnote or any of that other shit, ???
because I've been getting orders ALL DAY without it. :'(
You red flag me all you want, ::)
I'll send it right back to you. ;D
You trying to stop or question the way I eek out a living just gives me more business. ;D
So keep it up. ;D
Thanks, (for what?)
-RD

well  rahlduke is in Violation of SR rules by requiring FE, you need 35 transactions before you can ask for FE.  read the rules for vending....

has been a vendor for 6 months
was last seen: today
ranked in the top 79% of sellers with 100% positive feedback from 26 transactions

taken from the SR seller guide." Once you have completed 35 successful transactions and have been a seller for at least one month, you may ask your customers to finalize early without repercussion"

Peace
