Title: MY PW ISN'T WORKING, RECOVERY E-MAIL NOT RECIEVED!

Tried the password I always use on my actual account, RapidImprovement, 4 times. That didn't work so I reset my pw to my recovery e-mail, says it got sent. I've received nothing. Please help.
