been looking at this guy for last couple of days since he actually started listing things
something about his feedback just ain't right & screams scammer to me.
djabbar
has been a member for 28 days
was last seen: today
ranked #178 out of 256 sellers with 100% positive feedback from 4 transactions
5 of 5 finalize early for trusted seller item 2 hours
5 of 5 Came in today. YeaH! Nice package. Made me laugh :) Well hidden and got 2.5 g extra of really nice quality buds. No smell although only 1 layer of vacuum plastic. But please watch out what you're writing as address. You messed it up a little so the local post office needed to rewrite the address on an extra sticker. Maybe that's the reason it needed about a week of shipping time.
Edit:The Quality is top! I took a hit! Awesome item 5 hours
5 of 5 finalized early coz i recon he is ok. item 14 hours
5 of 5 no feedback or sales, but he seems genuine....famous last words..so i am gonna give it a try. item 14 hours

Just as i thought, this guy is a scam!!!!!
if you download his picture, then upload it to google image search, you find that this picture is stolen from clearweb.

can't find a lot of background info on this seller, but be careful of accusing people of scam without something heavier to base your claims on.
a lot of vendors use images from clearnet as they cant be arsed or don't want to risk leaving EXIF data on images that could be used to identify them.
-
sometimes threads like this help, the seller has updated one of his listings with a picture of real buds with a signed note so might give him a try now
-
you just can't come here and accuse somone of being a scammer without REAL facts. then you said he changed his pic NOW your going to try him. well if i was him i wouldn't sell you shit. you need to tell the person your sorry. how would you like it? hell maybe your right. BUT you wouldn't have known that from your shitty claims. like i said tell em your sorry, and don't accuse someone of something unless you have FACTS.
-
seriously, i'm sure everyone appreciates what you're trying to do here, but if you haven't ordered from him, and no one else who has can verify that he took their money without shipping anything, then you can't call him a scammer. that's jumping the gun a little bit.

Hello everybody,
First of all, sorry not to introduce myself to the forums.
Although this isn't the most ideal topic to start your first post, I really must clear things up here :)
@ Bleep
I truly understand your concerns, there are indeed many scammers on anonymous markets, and I even appreciate you hunting after them so actively.
But the next time you come across a situation like this, I think it would be wiser to send the person a msg and ask him to explain whatever bothers you.
The reason I put it on clearweb is because I had to remove the metadata from the picture, and I used a program called "stripper" for it.
When I was about to put it online I noticed that the image size was too big and therefor I used a website that automatically resizes images to a smaller file, I assume that is the reason it is on the web.
However I will put pictures of all my listings online very soon with my name on it, so you will have no more doubts left.
To the rest of the people, I really appreciate your mature reactions on this thread, I hope everybody understands that its a real killer to be called a scammer, especially when just starting.
I hope to stay around long here, I think you will also be happy with me, I really have alot to offer.
I am growing for over 15 years now, and I am doing business in this sector for just as long.
I know through experience that through being honest, deliver good products, and keeping your word you can make money.,
You can make more by being honest and building a reputation then wasting your time to scam a few folks. only dumb people do this.
I hope everybody that comes across this thread will read further then the first 2 posts.
My greetings to everybody here,
Djabbar :)

Welcome, friend!
Yes unfortunately many people like to jump to conclusions when it comes to new vendors and will try and find anything fishy to disclaim them. You sound like you know what you're doing and it is always good to keep a presence in the forums so that way people that are skeptical of you can see how you interact with others in the forums. Good luck on your ventures and I hope Silk Road can become your new home!
-
That cleared things up nicely. Maybe I'll give you a try.

Scammer: A person who steals your money.
Come on guys!
I rather give vendors a chance then scare them away.
Nice to point out, without the scammer tag.
I would agree phony picture might set off alarm bells;)
But this isn't the 1st time somebody's copy picture from the Internet, the DEA even!

Thats how a honest vendor answer concerns. Solid. Ole Djabbar.

Hey Djabbar, sorry for not finalizing yet, I'm currently on holidays but I think it has arrived, because I got a notification from my delivery address. So no need to worry, I will finalize it immediately after my return next week. And please, do not become a second Holland!
-
Anyone can confirm if this guy is legit?
anyone try to buy from him?
-
I did an order 2 weeks ago. As I already said in the other thread, it arrived very very quick (Ordered Saturday, arrived Wednesday). Good packaging, stealthy enough, in my opinion.
In addition I have to say that I got in summary nearly 18g of different hash and buds for 130$. More than fair for the first sample-order. I'm just waiting for his message to order again.
Anyway...he's a very nice guy and answers promt. Good conditions for further trades.... hope it will not end like Holland's story....In this case I wouldn't do any bulk order again here SR...no way.
Edit:
sorry for pushing this thread, but everybody should know he's a trustworth guy, at least for small orders. I don't know what will happen if he gets more and more customers...best example is holland. But anyway, he has my trust and is for the next time my primary vendor for getting good pot.
-
Using a picture from Google to represent your product doesn't mean it's scam. SR encourage vendors to deal in Escrow to minimize scam. But SR did not mention it's compulsory to upload your own pics. SR did not mention co-relation btween them.
Merely saying someone is scam here will just demolish their reputation.
You should change title to 'Djabber uses pictures from Google search', rather than demolishing their reputation without making purchase from him first. Unfair and baseless.
-
Bravo djabber.....love your philosophy.
-
Oooh-errr. Bump.
found this on his vendor page
1 of 5 order at your own risk, no product received and no customs note received instead i had the pleasure of 4 coppers turning up with a search warrant due to royal mail passing it to the police. the packaging must have been shite. 27 hassle free transactions from 1g to 2oz no problems at all.....first order from dj abbar and the police turn up with a warrant. only time he replied to messages was when i opened up a resolution, a real class act.....not what a cunt.
