Title: Listing quantity resetting from 0 to 1
Post by: Endemic on July 24, 2013, 10:22 pm
I'm having an issue in which a listing of mine is, for whatever reason, having it's quantity reset from 0 to 1. I've had this occur 3 times so far.

I list my stock accurately and after I had exhausted my supply (quantity was at 0), it reset to 1 and allowed a customer to order. I had to cancel the order of course and explain myself, then I reset it back to 0. Another customer was able to order shortly thereafter, so it had happened again. I canceled, explained myself, reset to 0 and marked the listing as stealth and went into vacation mode. Upon returning today, the listing is still in stealth and vacation mode held as well, but lo and behold the quantity had gone back up to 1 for a third time!

I just need to know how to get it to stay at 0 when I'm out so that I'm not looking like some kind of stooge vendor to potential customers. Any ideas?
