Could the FBI/DEA or whoever go through all the inbox's of users ?
There must be plenty of incriminating data that is not encrypted with PGP..
Advice for anyone who has such incriminating data on their account ?

Depends on how incriminating your data is and who wants you.
Move to another country. Marry a local. Get citizenship. Get a second passport. Never go back to the USA. This will keep the FBI away (barring an extradition treaty.). If the CIA really wants you, you are absolutely fucked. The CIA is willing to break laws in other counties.

Yes.
However, there are a LOT of messages. The feds want the people at the top, as evidenced by their letting SR run for months so that they could bust DPR.
The media is reporting that there were 1.2 million private messages exchanged during a two-month period this year. That number does seem excessive to me but regardless there were a LOT of private messages sent on SR.

YES - EVERYTHING ON SR IS COMPROMISED. If you used PGP as you should for sensitive information you are ok.
LE has a live image of the SR server. All messages, orders, profiles, transaction history, everything.
