Not a good experience... >:(
I ordered 1 gram of mdma i dont even touch the stuff as i am an opiate fan, but figured i would do a friend a favor for his bday.
After the order was placed i received great service. Immediate responses, polite and friendly service you name it. Then an FE request which i made the mistake of judging by reviews and level of service i was receiving as not that big of a problem. I always order small anyways so dont think it would be to much of a bother.
After finalizing PSD ran into problems...medical emergencies of their staff, pulling all the listings...you name it.
Here is something i do understand is people can run into problems and emergencies so i let time pass, and watch the updates. Next thing i see is that all orders have finally been sent out, promises that everyone will be contacted and replied to. So being the person i am i shrug it off, and allow more time because hey people have to catch up.
Anyways near a month passes. I send a couple very polite responses letting them know that i understand the situation, and if there is anything that can be done as i have not received my order.
No response...so i mark the matter urgent on a PM because now they have updated that everything is all good and they are adding listings. I watch and see that they still are logging in, but dont have the time to respond to me.
Considering my mail was sent domestic i should have received my order...damn i order brass knuckles, a smith and wesson .40 cal, switchblades, a couple orders of Heroin from the netherlands per year and a couple local orders, my pills (love my morphine and codones), and the odd gram of high quality blow. I have never in my life had my address flagged, and never not received an order. So this leads me to believe that it was never sent.
What makes it worse is how much i want to try to smooth things out, and make things work rather than ever giving someone a negative review as i understand business being that i run my own online, and that is the very last straw i would ever pull on anybody.
Has anyone else experienced this with this particular vendor? Would anyone agree that they should be pulled from their inability to provide any sort of customer service, or responses considering they are already back placing listings?
Seriously not impressed at all, and above all would like to hear from them to either remedy my situation, or at least let me know i was screwed and i can move on rather than sending stupid letters, and checking for a response that has never came. >:(
