Title: Need an Admin to cancel an order

Hello!

I ordered 2 grams of Ketamine from Kataman, who as a result of being a scammer has lost his seller account; yet the order with him is currently counting down with the finalise button ready to be pressed. I go away on holiday for two weeks so wont be able to get on the SR to click the resolve button when it becomes active and i sure as shit dont want kataman getting 7.5 BTC for free!! Could/can an admin step in and cancel it prematurely?

Send a message to sr support. They'll answer in 24-48 h.

Support is excellent on SR. I've always had a reply within a couple hrs. Can there not be some way of auto-cancelling orders if someone is found to be a ripper?

I get the feeling that his problem is that the product was marked as in-transit.

In which case OP, you absolutely should be messaging SR Support because they CAN help you out, here. However, if the resolution-option is available, just hit that then go for a 100% refund. Kataman lost his vendor-status, so it will get approved.

Ah shit, i didnt even know that contact us button existed - ive lost those 7btc to kataman it seems....

Shroomeister - note that i was away for 2 weeks, away from the SR with no access to the "resolve" or cancel buttons; this would be mitigating circumstances considering.

I really would like those 7btc back.. :(

Did you message SR support like suggested before you left?

I'd still message them on the off chance that they can manually move that money back to you, worst thing that can happen is that they say no.
