HIIIIIIIIIII:
I am a new member of this wonderful network. I have been browsing around reading, educating myself about the mechanics of it. I certainly am not through but I have a few questions that were unanswered by a glancing search so I shall post them......
ANONYMITY:
First, I am quite concerned that I am not using the proper system to indefinitely preserve my anonymity. I am using only the TOR browser (I have not and don't plan to participate in any activity that is in violation of the law.) I have not purchased bitcoins, but I am only partially certain that I know how to do this anonymously.... I know it's kind of intricate, but I am wanting to know the basic/essential steps, and how much security/protection is needed for each.
LAW:
I am wondering about the chances of a package containing a personal amount of an illicit substance being intercepted. Another question I have is about the penalties for such an interception, if it was subsequently proved by the court that a person had requested the intercepted item. For example, 5-15 doses of a (United States, for example) Schedule III or Schedule IV substance (although further detail would be appreciated.)
Thank you for reading. I hope for accurate and plentiful responses.

Anonymity seems to be a complex subject requiring maintained diligence...If you can find a way to give someone cash for your BTCs or place an anonymous deposit into a bank account for BTCs then you should be good as far as your coins go, but then you must not use coins to buy things that could identify you from the same wallet you use to buy illegal things.
There's also things like the way you talk online, the things you say about yourself, email addresses you use, your pgp keys...all these other things we use that are potential areas for an identifying mistake. Even metadata in photos we share. Switch identities often when using TOR and definitely between visits to sites that you login to...Don't pay your bills online over tor and immediately buy a pound of crack on the road without switching identities.
If you're never going to do anything illegal, then you have nothing to worry about until the bankers tell our governments to declare globalized martial law...but yeah, I hope more experienced people can say stuff here cause I'm just talking out of me arse.

first work on your isp not identifying you use tor. this can be done by bridges. receiving packages are everyone's concern. read reviews on how good packaging is from different vendors. some really dont give a shit some take their time. but the ones that do take there time customers complain about it taking to long. there should be a better system in place on packaging.

Bankers and government can kiss my self-regulating ass. Thanks for the reply.

Good point. I have noticed the comments about stealth/shipping, and I am pleased to see you affirm their relevance.

yeah iv noticed this to. it could be maybe some vendors only can provide what they need, but comm or delivery is slow.

The government deserve this. Every second theirs a illicit purchase, they cannot stop. Every minute there's a delivery which they cannot stop. Every day BTC is turned into real tender which they cannot stop. Every day grows a vendor everyday there grows a buyer.
The war on drugs is lost. The banks and the government have lost.
-
They have not lost, but they will never win neither.
The war on drugs will always continue.
As the buyers and sellers gets better and better technology to run the drug trading, the government gets the same technology to fight it..
-
banking was probably the smartest financial invention you could come up with, a good banking family is richer than any aristocracy

Yes it will always continue. External factors such as streets. But with SR they have lost. Sr gets media attention but the government act quickly to bring any article down. They dont want any more attention to SR then it already does. But that doesnt go to say they wont bring it down. We l have to wait and see. But in my opinion SR was the biggest slap to the gov on drugs.

and the creation of BTC which can be traced but both systems worked perfectly in synergy. Theres loads of vendors on here that lack the slight bit of knowledge on how to completely stay anonymose. picking and selecting customers, l.e alert, and the main objective getting there money in there hands clean. If everyone had access to this information then the Sr platform would be even more secure. the funny thing is theres so many people here with potential. good on you guys and good luck.
