Actually, I was wondering what would be better. BitcoinBux Xchange, or BitcoinExchange (BitcoinExchange.cc)?
It looks like BitcoinBux has only been around for 2 weeks, while BitcoinExchange has been around since April, so how do I know I can trust BitcoinBux, he hasn't had much time to build up enough trust yet imo. But if they're legit, I might go with them, after all it's half a percent cheaper than the rate BitcoinExchange charges lol!
Only problem is that BitcoinBux says that his acceptance of MoneyPak's is limited, while BitcoinExchange accepts them all the time. But BitcoinExchange has apparently been really slow to send peoples funds since June, has anyone bought BTC from BitcoinExchange recently with a MoneyPak, how did it go?
-
I've been using bitcoinexchange to cash out and the first cash-out to moneypak came about a week after I placed the order. A little upsetting but he came back and got me paid. The second transaction took about 72 hours but still came in quick. He may be slow here and there but he seems fairly reliable.
just my 2 grams.

Yeah, thats what I've heard. He is legit, but has just been taking a while to get you peoples coins. It seemed to start in June from what I've read, around the time Mt. Gox was hacked.
Anyways just for the record I'm not cashing out to moneypak, I'm doing the opposite, converting my moneypak to BTC. So I imagine it might be quicker to cash my moneypak in for coins than the opposite as he would have to go out and get the moneypaks and then mail/email them to whoever ordered them. :P

I've used bitcoinsbux twice now. In both instances, I went from hitting the "submit" button on the form(paying with moneypak) to having my the BTC in my wallet on SR in only about an hour. I highly recommend it. It's the fastest way to go from moneypak->SR wallet that I've found.

bitcoinbux is pretty legit. Got a MP code in under 4 hours.
-
They're great. From cash to SR in less than two hours.

Made my first purchase via this service yesterday....and was more than pleased. I bought BTC with a Greendot Moneypak (contact him first to see if he can process it) and it was in my wallet in 20 minutes max. Amazingly fast...and highly recommended!!!!

Sorry to bump, cause I know this is 4 days old now, but I figured I'd just chime in with my experience as it might help...
I originally wanted to go with Bux, but when I contacted him (by email) he told me he currently couldn't accept MoneyPaks at the time and didn't know exactly when he'd have be able to accept them again, though it would be "any day now".
So I went with BitcoinExchange instead as I wanted to have the coins right away.
Well, I placed my order on the 20th, but he didn't cash out the MP until the 22nd, but he didn't send the coins until the 23rd, and I didn't get them until earlier today (24th) because it turns out my client hadn't downloaded the block yet for my transaction (though that part isn't BE's fault).
All this time, I never even knew he had cashed my MP and sent the coins because I got NO communication from him. I was only able to confirm he sent the coins when I decided to look up my address in BlockExplorer.com >:(
However, Bux on the other hand has had great communication. Before I even placed my order with BE, Bux answered all questions I had and was quick about it too, longest I waited was 2 hours and after that, replies were within 5 minutes!
Even after I placed my order with BE, I wasn't sure he had even cashed out my MP (or sent my coins) yet, so I told Bux about it and asked if he would mind giving the MP a try (even though it may have been cashed out already) and he didn't mind, so I placed an order at Bux site using his form and Bux had responded to my order within 10 minutes and told me that they tried the MP code, but it had already been cashed on the 22nd (this is what inspired me to lookup my address as I mentioned earlier).
This was the only time I had even known it was cashed yet (again due to the lack of communication from BE).
However, had it not already been cashed I would've had my coins from Bux within 10 minutes, cause thats how long it took for Bux to respond to my order! :D
So with all that said, I would say BitcoinExchange is not a scammer and you'll probably get the coins eventually, but he takes so long and has little or NO communication, that it really isn't worth the trouble, particularly when considering Bux responds instantly (or almost) and has people "watching for transactions every hour of the night" (something I learned from chatting with Bux).
Oh, and I think BE cheated me out of .10 per coin, but I'm not even gonna worry about that now. :P
