Title: Emergency help, can I hit "cancel - never arrived" and not affect the buyer's st

Sorry to post this but I have a buyer who is in need of service as soon as possible.

Their order never arrived (at a sorting facility for 10+ days).

They're a good customer so we want to give them all their money back without affecting their buyer stats negatively (we don't want them to show any refund rate).

Can we accomplish this simply by hitting the "Cancel" - "Never Arrived" button?

Thanks for your help, and sorry again for posting such a stupid questions but we've looked around and can't find a solid answer to it.

Yup.. or u can contact SR support and they can cancel it..

i had this done. and my refund rate is a 0

and i still want them GIRL SCOUT COOKIES NOVARTIS..

i got about 40 bucks to spend

We have one left if you're talking about the edibles? And can get more on a moments notice... no one seemed to be buying them for some reason (we loved them).... if you're talking about weed, we've been getting a lot of requests for high CBD strains but if you want GSC we can make a listing.

Good to know though about the canceling, thanks for the info and we'll order up some GSC weed if that's what you want.

Thanks Nova ~ i got a lil' bit a money right now ,i got this court case on the 10th. and hopefully nothing happens to me. so im tryna get somethign in before then
