Title: How long will you wait for a vendor to put an order in transit before you cancel
Post by: InkIndulgence on September 14, 2012, 06:02 pm
I know the option is available after 3 days, but it is going on 5 days and nothing.

I'll probably send the vendor a friendly message today but just curious how long you guys wait before you cancel and move on to someone else?

After 2 days of processing, I send the vendor a friendly and courteous e-mail asking when they plan on shipping. If I get no response by day 4, i cancel the order. If I get a response before then, and it's a vendor I trust, I will typically wait a little longer. But I don't like waiting longer than a week before my order is shipped. Fuck that.
