Sometimes I send something and then figure out the answer or glean the information enough to answer it without having to waste the vendorsupports time?
Thoughts?

Surely if it's been sent then it's already with the person you sent it too. Unless an option of a 5 min delay is employed I can't see how it could be possible. Plus a 5 minute delay would be annoying if you're having an important discussion about a deal etc...
Perhaps research first before asking the question! 8)

Once it's sent then it's sent. Technically an Admin could delete it for you, but they won't because it would be too time consuming with all the requests they would get. Your best option would be to quickly send the vendor another email apologizing and saying you don't need help any more.
Most good vendors will firstly read all their emails then reply to the ones that need replying to anyway as they get too many to reply to them all.
