Greetings!
Part of our security strategy at the Flipside is too spend the least amount of time exposed "online", Tor-based or not, in any given week. This is also one of many reasons that GPG encrtypted email is our preferred method of communication with customers. It allows us to (very quickly) use any number of randomly chosen, 'off-camera' public wi-fi (or otherwise anonymous) hotspots, to swiflty download all of our emails into our email client (all of which is kept Truecrypted on portable flash medium, leaving no trace on the host computer. The are then later (in a secure location using a computer in "offline" mode) decrpyted/responded to/then re-encrypted to then later be resent (again, in only a matter of minutes) using anonymous wi-fi, coupled with Tor.
We feel this greatly enhances our security by ensuring our business operations will NEVER even have the possibilty of being associated with any one single or traceable IP, let alone a "home" IP. We feel this should also hinder any ongoing attempts to exploit any known or unknown vulnerabilities in Tor by LE for the purposes of an investigation, or any by others with malicious intent. It also give us the time we need to safely and to leisurely take our time to reply to our customers emails with the level and quality of customer service we would like to provide,
However (unless I am missing the feature?) it would be nice to be able to do the same thing with the PM's we receive on the Road. At the moment, we are spending far longer than we would 'prefer' to exposed online, than we normally do in order to reply to PM's. We "could" go thru each PM, copy/paste. ect to then later reply to them, along with our mails, however we just felt it would be nice if a feature to be able to "bulk" download PM's were available. This is a common feature on many ftp, image storing sites, ect, so we just thought perhaps it might not be so difficult to implement?
It would allow vendors (and buyers) to spend the least amount of time exposed online in any given week if they so choose. This has been a proven, time-tested strategy for both ourselves and many other successful vendors we know. Quite simply, the time it takes to answer individual PM's using the SR system as it stands can very time consuming, as does not allow one the option to reduce the time they choose to spend online (and therefore possibly 'physically' exposed in public) for whatever reason one may choose, security related or otherwise. So we felt it would be a nice option to request, and if utilized correctly, has the potential to directly and significantly enhance the security of all SR users, vendors and buyers alike.
We would also like to request a new category for the TMA family of phenethylamines. We at the Flipside carry both TMA-2 and TMA-6, and we are currently listing them under "Other" or "Psychedelics" in general. We could "live" without it obviously, be we have received positive response to these products, so we feel there is definite demand, and they should possibly be candidates for their own category.
Thank you for your time! :)
Peace
The Flipside Crew
