Title: Need to cancel orders - Vendor wont respond - HELP

I have 2 orders that I placed which remain in "processing." It has been multiple days since I placed the orders and I have messaged the vendors to ask what the deal is and why nothing has been shipped. I have yet to receive any response. I messaged SR Support to let them know that I would like to cancel the orders due to lack of communication by the vendor. Is there anything else I can do to cancel these orders. My money is sitting there and I cant use it to make another purchase until I get these two orders cancelled. Anyone have any experience in this?

From what i know there are a few days where you cant cancel the order.. this measure is put in place to help the vendor.. this is so that you cant place and order and change your mind because you looked harder and found it cheaper or whatever..


relax... the vendor has at least 4 days to mark the package as sent.. i believe you said it has been a couple days.. thats 2

so wait 2 more and see what happens.
