Title: PIN Reset Help

About 3 hours ago I attempted to make a purchase off SR. Unfortunately I forgot my PIN but I had a general idea of what it could be. I blew my first 4 attempts like an idiot before definitively remembering what it was. I gave up my last attempt and failed..Missing it by 1 number I'm sure of it. Now I'm awaiting for my PIN to be reset. I am hoping the process really doesn't take 7 days..  :'( I am putting this out there so the possibility of an Admin seeing my dilemma will be increased. I have messaged SR about this issue as well. Hoping for an accelerated process.

I'm having the same problem.. and I can't read the message they sent to reset. Seems like others have had this issue too today. Hopefully someone will fix it quickly.

Same issue, except it been 10days for me and 2 replies to SR staff since day 7 and with no reset.  Hoping since they fixed yours in a few hours after post that maybe they'll see mine here faster and correct.  Dieing to get this order placed asap.

Well I'm starting to think I'm shit out of luck as it's been 7 days and two attempts from the admin to reset my PIN and nothing has worked.  And now I'm not getting a response over 15 hours.  This is fun.

I don't remember ever setting a PIN. I've emailed support. Waiting game now...

I was just about to upgrade to a vendor account, been waiting a while to upgrade.. As luck would have it i'm too high to remember my PIN. Now it's been reset, and i'm stuck with $150 and no vendor account. I suspect it'll take days for support to reply.  ::)

Same things here. Got locked out, have waited 10 days, sent message 1 day ago. At the beginning had just put a load of BTC in there and have not been able to use it. This is bad for business and I'm pretty surprised SR has let this happen to so many people. There must have been some better way. But damn I'll keep this new PIN I get seared into my brain so to not be missing deals and having my BTC sit as it is now.  :-\

Joined 3 months ago... Was the PIN system in place then? I honestly don't recall setting a pin. I also tried all the passwords I would've been most likely to use. Sent SR support a message before being locked out. I am going to follow up now. I hope they're able to help me I've got all my BTC and everything ready to go. What a bummer. Will update when resolved.

update- resolved within 2 hours. you rock SR Support!

This happened to me yesterday....But rather than giving all 5 attempts ago and being totally locked out,,,,,,,,I sent SR Support a message Titled
"DO NOT DELETE THIS MESSAGE PIN RESET" and Voila my pin was reset this morning
