Title: Bitcoin help, confused on process with 'wallets'
Post by: 46andtwo on March 03, 2013, 06:29 pm
I don't want to sound like a total noob but screw it, I need help. I get the gist of what I need to do, but I am confused about 'wallets'. I understand I need to buy bitcoins off an exchange and send them to an account. My question is where are my bitcoins held and how do I get them into my SR wallet. Let's say I did this:
1. Went on bitfloor and sent my money to fund the account.
2. Received bitcoins.

Now what do I do?? I was under the impression that I had to send it to another exchange such as mt.gox first before sending to Sr. Can someone help enlighten me on this process.

I think you got it actually. Some people send through a couple accounts and a tumbler before sending to SR. Others say that SR's tumbler is all you need.
