I'm looking to buy a device that prints sticker labels so my letters look more official.
What stores sell them and is their any specific things I should be looking for in the product?

All you need is a printer and shipping label sheets. Hope that helps.

Yes, as enterprise said all you need is printer and self-adhesive paper (google "A4 Self Adhesive Clear Sticker Paper Sheet"), so you print address labels on it cut it with scissors and stick it to envelope.
or you can look for such stick labels

No one in this thread has pointed out that most modern printers have a unique signature (a bunch of tiny yellow dots, I think) that they print on everything, to help ID what printer printed things in the future. So labels printed on a normal computer printer could potentially be traced back to your printer, unless you have an old one or no one knows you own this printer (like if it's secondhand).
So yeah, a lot of vendors use label makers instead. Those can be bought at most office supply stores or online.

/color/ printers or cartridges have the issue.
see hkkps://www.eff.org/issues/printers to get some starting information, should be able to search further from there.
