Your answer lies in the forum search bar

Sadly, buying bitcoins in the U.S. is no where NEAR as easy as it is in other countries. I've used the search bar extensively on this topic, and I'd welcome it if you could lead me to where my blind eyes can't see ;)
BitInstant sucks, but to my knowledge there is no direct replacement for BitInstant in the U.S. I'm afraid no amount of searching will reveal a company that can offer bitcoins from cash in around an hour. Someone please prove me wrong :D

No one is going to do your work for you, obtaining bitcoins has been the number 1 topic
at least the past week.

Looking for a way myself.
Any trusted MoneyPak or WU vendor?

I used localbitcoins.com for the first time this week. I opted to meet somebody in person, but there are Western Union, Dwolla, and other remote options available and the site has an escrow feature to keep you safe when you aren't trading in person. I emailed the dude and we set up a meet time and location for the next day. I handed him my cash in a public place, and he transferred coins out of his MtGox account right in front of me. We agreed on a price of MtGox last + 4%, very reasonable, and since we did it in person there were no fees to the localbitcoins website. Just to be safe I decided to wait a few minutes until the first confirmation appeared on the blockchain. I will use this method again!

You can buy bitcoins using any exchange and send them to an email via Coinapult the same way BitInstant does.

I believe the issue is transferring USD to an exchange. I believe the OP doesn't wish to use Dwolla, wire transfers, or any other method except for cash deposit.
BlueSkyTraders.
Only cash deposit service besides BitInstant that I know of.
