Hey Folks,
Been lurking awhile on here, SR, and other forums, trying to get a good handle on everything before I decide weather or not to purchase. Here's my situation: I used mt.gox on my normal browser on my home's internet, set up a direct deposit with bitinstant, deposited the money no problem with it going to mt.gox right after, and used mt.gox to get bitcoins. Then I put them in bitcoin fog, which is now depositing bitcoins incrementally into two separate instawallets. Have I sufficiently anonymized my bitcoins? Will this system, plus SR's tumbler keep me safe?

Yes, except isn't instawallet dead? I thought they were shutting down the service.
Unless you mean some other online wallet.. like strongcoin or something.
For just buying I would say that's overkill. I would just download Electrum the bitcoin mini client, generate two addresses, have MtGox send to it then send to the other address, then to SR. Truecrypt electrum.dat wallet file afterwards and wipe from your hard drive no evidence exists.

Do you know a safe download link for Electrum? Also do you have any advice on methods of safely storing bitcoins in a wallet that is not attached to a website. I have had problems in the past I even lost money more than once trying to get wallets set up
