Today I logged and it showed that I have 14hours before auto finalize kicks in. I want to avoid poor stats. When I enter the resolution center it shows "due in: 5 days October 18" ""The time before a Silk Road admin steps in and declares a final resolution. Please come to an agreement before this deadline. "" When I go back to view my orders it just shows "due in 5 days" I assume by clicking the resolution center stopped the auto finalize from kicking in. If i were to extend the time to 10 days does that mean 10 days from now or 10 days from the 18th?
The seller says max refund of 20%; is this set in stone? i see that people are getting 50% refund. I assume its what the admin thinks is fair. Do I ask for 50? 20? 100?

If it starts getting close to your auto finalize date, and you think its just going to be a few more days before receiving your package, you can request a five day extension. I think you can do this at least a couple of times.

I had to extend my Finalize date I hit resolution and requested 10 days from the vendor as they did state on there page that delivvery could be long I did this 5 days before it was to finalize as I was to be away from my computer the 10 days was added to the 17 so it covered me till the package arrived. Refund rates are set by the vendor if they have on there profile 20% then I believe ( not bassed on fact) that the admins will agree with vendor if they are not scamming and to do this I believe that they need a DCN.
