Hi Guys,
I recently place my first couple of orders on Silk Road from vendors in Canada to be shipped to me here in the US. For my shipping address, I used a fake first name, by my correct last name. All other parts of the address are correct.
I wish I had read the "Shipping" section of the forum first, because using an incorrect name is a no-no. Do you think my packages will still be delivered, or have I raised a red flag? My initial assumption was the post office may just assume it's a family member, because the last name is correct.
Any thoughts or opinions are greatly appreciated. Thanks for taking the time to respond.

It doesn't really matter. Using your full real name is just a precaution to ensure 100% delivery. I never use my real name though and I've never had a problem. Just have patience and I'm sure everything will turn out fine!

It really depends on the postal worker. I would put money on it being delivered ok if the mailman recognizes the last name.

I think you will be fine. One thing you could have done, or others can do if they want to use a fake name, send yourself a letter with it addressed to the fake name first to see if it gets to you.
