Quote from: Nancy Gertner
"I have never heard of anything like this at all," said Nancy Gertner, a Harvard Law School professor who served as a federal judge from 1994 to 2011. Gertner and other legal experts said the program sounds more troubling than recent disclosures that the National Security Agency has been collecting domestic phone records. The NSA effort is geared toward stopping terrorists; the DEA program targets common criminals, primarily drug dealers.

"It is one thing to create special rules for national security," Gertner said. "Ordinary crime is entirely different. It sounds like they are phonying up investigations."

and here is Wolf BLitzer talking about it on CNN's Situation Room

This is the elephant in the room...right...."We know you did wrong, we just need to prove it without admitting we did wrong"

You know that karma doesn't really mean anything right?  But if you do care about it leaving posts like this won't help at all!

seriously, give me liberty or give me death. y can't everyone understand that there is more to life than living according to rules laws and other man-made bullshit. we are a speck on a tiny blue ball in the vastness of space. shouldnt we use our resources on making sure the human race survives it's self.

damnit i'm sober and pissed..btw
