Title: New message CAPTCHA
Post by: DonnieD4rko on June 16, 2013, 12:15 pm
As I can't complain anywhere else (50 Posts? Seriously?) - vendors with positive statistics really shouldn't have to enter CAPTCHAs for messages; especially considering that the system doesn't work that way... just took me three attempts to send a message (and yea, I can read).

I agree.
Vendors and Users with successful transactions should get rights to post in all forums.
its pretty annoying since there is no proper thread in this section...
maybe creating a site/board bridge to solve this problem

Also sometimes i get the message that there was a post from this ip 0 seconds ago which is pretty nonsense cause this is a tor site...

Actually I was referring to the new CAPTCHA inside SR for PMs - but yea, I also don't like the fact that I have to write silly posts like this (thats 6 now :)).

if you refresh the page to get a new captcha image, write the new one in and it mostly works, pain in the arse all round though :(

You should always have the latest tor browser bundle installed, it puts you at risk if it's not updated!

And by the way, you should refresh the page right before sending it, it doesn't take long for the captcha to expire so you write your message first, then refresh, then enter the new captcha and it'll work.
