How do I transfer bitcoin from my off-site bitcoin wallet into my account on silk road?? On my accounts page?? Do you enter your own bitcoin address into the box on the accounts page? It keeps saying insufficient funds, but I have bitcoins in this wallet and my pin is correct. or do you send bitcoins to the address provided on the accounts page from your off-site wallet as "payment"? Please help!

First, and most importantly, take at least a week to read about everything you are doing. I know, the "Welcome" page makes you want to jump right in, but you are about to engage in some high-tech criminal action and it makes sense for you to understand as much as you can.
Second, how did you get your coins? Did you get them in a way that can be traced back to your real-life identity? The way bitcoins work is that everybody sees every transaction. Let me repeat -- everybody sees every transaction! So if I somehow know that address A is yours and address B is a heroin dealer and every week I see address A send about $200US to address B, I'm going to have a pretty good idea of what you like to do with your spare time.
Even if you got your coins completely anonymously, I'll still recommend a mixing, or a laundry, service. There are a number you can find such as blockchain.info, TORWallet, etc. Keep in mind that you are trusting those mixers not to steal your money. I've transferred funds through both of those services and I've never had a problem, but nothing is stopping them from breaking bad.
The week you spend figuring out the answer to the question below will serve you extremely well in the long run.
