Title: sent wrong product

just received my 5th order this morning only to find ive been sent the wrong product h instead of w which ive never touched or plan to do  :( i have sent him a message which ive had no reply yet obviously i cant send it back and wondering if anyone else has had this problem before and how it was sorted out

Wait for the vendor to reply.  If your vendor communicates, I think it is a signal that the vendor and you will come to a solution.
