Title: PGP Help
Post by: Dizzy00 on June 19, 2012, 02:40 pm
Hello -- I am new to silk road.  I am trying to place an order, but I have no idea how to send an encrypted message properly to a seller using PGP.  I am on a mac, and downloaded GNUPG software.  Registered username, made passphrase, etc.  Do I send the encrypted message through my actual e-mail client (hushmail, etc), by copying and pasting their PGP signature into my e mail?  Or is there a way to send an e mail through the GNUPG software?  Help would be greatly appreciated.  After that, I will need help with bitcoins, just downloaded a wallet, and am looking to try this CVS method I'm reading about.  But first I need to be able to send a message to sellers.

Long story short you need to add their public key to your PGP software. After typing the message choose to encrypt it with their public key.

You need to use GUI software to make it easy.

and I would suggest you use.
