Hey y'all,
I ordered from 2 vendors for the first time about 3 weeks ago. One package showed up fine. The other never did. He implied in his vendor page that there would be tracking available, etc, but now he is not responding to any of my messages.
The auto-finalize was about to start, so I clicked "Resolve." But now I'm confused. Is that all I do?
Do I have to fill in the form that says "extend" or "partial refund"? Is that section a bonus extra step if I want to take it?
Or is the "partial refund" for vendors to fill out? Or am I offering him a refund? (I assume not, but am really confused).
I looked through the Buyer's Guide for "Resolution Center" but couldn't find any lengthy instructions, just the Escrow section, which didn't explain the Resolution Center.
