Hello,
I tried to log in today - the log in screen has changed, I guess an update from SR.
I have been trying for over an hour to log in - my details are 100% correct, but it keeps saying login failed, please try again
Can someone please advise what to do from here?
There is no help option on the login screen

Something similar happened to me around the same time. I left it alone for a few hours and it's working again now. I assume they must have been tinkering around with something.

Its been nearly 24 hours now - and I still can not login - its still saying failed.
100% correct username and password - the catchphrase thingy text is fine also.
Im getting very worried - exactly how can I get help?

I've personally been having the same issue on and off.
If it really won't let you on, at all, no matter how much you try, make another account and message SR Support. Tell them your account you need into, and the last deposit address used for the account. If you don't know that, give them the last three things you ordered.

I keep having that problem try clicking login instead of pressing enter. works for me sometimes
