Why is it so damn difficult to get so much as a reply from SR Support?  It has been almost 48 hours since I've sent multiple messages and have not received any response.

Yes, I know I am posting this issue in multiple threads because SOMEONE NEEDS TO FIGURE OUT WHAT THE F*^& IS GOING ON

Poor communication can be frustrating. That being said, vendors have personal lives. Their entire lives are not dedicated to selling drugs.

There is likely something keeping this particular vendor away from his computer and thus unable to respond to your messages.

Take a moment to consider the real-world problems he may be experiencing. Business should always be secondary to a significant other/child.

I expect he/she will get back to you soon.

carups7 was talking about SR support not a vendor. Lots of people are getting frustrated that support requests aren't being dealt with promptly. I know we all appreciate the existence of Silk Road but it's not a fucking charity, they make money from buyers and vendors so it's reasonable that we can voice these complaints and expect a response...
