Title: Is DIESELTHERAPY a SCAMMER?
Post by: sdrawkcab on September 13, 2013, 06:00 pm
So I recently ordered a couple stamps from Dieseltherapy, using 1st class mail (that's the only mailing option I could afford). I FE'd because this was my first purchase on SR and I thought I would be considerate and get him/her their money earlier.

Has anyone else had experience purchasing products with Dieseltherapy, especially using 1st class mail?

If so, what was your experience with this vendor? When did your package arrive, and using what shipping option?

Any information is useful. Thank you in advance.

I ordered a stamp from him using priority mail and it took almost 3 weeks. He get's backed up with orders so it might have been not good for you to FE . Since you FE'd now it wont show up in his orders and he may forget about it. I took mine to resolution asking for a refund and he ask for 4 more days. It showed up 3 days later. One could argue that he didn't even really send it until I went to resolution with it. I normally get stuff from his area between 2 and 4 days

good luck tho and try not to worry too much because he is honest and you will get what you ordered.

I haven't ordered from him but he clearly has some mixed feedback.

If you want stamps, go with Deezletime.  Very professional and you won't have to stress about a vendor with conflicting feedback.  Also if you are on the east coast USA the shipping is extremely fast even with Priority Mail, and his stealth is easily top 1% on SR.

I just got an order yesterday from him. It took 2 days via express, which is within what express is supposed to be...1 or 2 days. His stamps are bigger than deezletimes as far as quantity and the quality, I got the blue diamond, was much better than the other guy. I think your mistake was FE'ing if it wasn't necessary for some reason. There is only 1 vendor that I use regular 1st class mail with and they are roughly in the same general part of the country as Diesel Therapy and that guy takes 4 days every time like clockwork.

That was the long answer.
The short answer is No, I don't think hes a scammer.

He was my 2nd order on SR (super good MDMA) so I have watched him for a while.  From what I can tell, he is not a scammer, he's just not the best at time/product management.  Looks like he always makes it right when he gets off track.

Crap now I'm worried he may have overlooked my order, but its marked 'in transit' so does that mean it didn't get overlooked?

sdrawkcab; I'm pretty sure if it's marked in transit that means that it's on it's way to you. unless of course he marked in transit early and then forgot about your order.. from the reviews I've read from DT's discussion board that has happened to a few people.

I highly doubt he's a scammer, he's just got some of the cheapest stuff on the Road so naturally he's got a high volume of orders to fulfill. I do wish I'd noticed before I ordered that he's been backed up. I was wanting my order by the weekend and all I could afford was priority. Looks like I'll be lucky if I get it in time. Kind of wishing I'd gone with deezletime(?) since I'm on the East coast. :(
