Title: USPS Delivery Confirmation -- the old green ones... still safe to use?
Post by: grapecat on July 30, 2013, 09:11 pm
I was going to send some contraband (like a qp) to someone.... i have numerous of hte old green delivery confirmation numbers

However when i went to go restock... the lady said they discontinued the green ones in FEB 2013. She wouldnt give out any of the  new ones stating that i had to order online

She said the postal workers are supposed to cross out or tear off the green ones if they see them.

I was wondering if anyone had any experience with these since Feb

on one hand i want the package to not stand out but on the other i need DCN and am not sure how else to get it annoymously

Don't c how they could rip them off or cross out I highly doubt that happens I don't think it would be issue...if u really concerned print your labels off line and tape on pack

THe link is the new ones that you order online. Problem is it takes 2 weeks.

Its not that im worried that they will cross it off or tear it off -- if thats all that happens no big deal. Im more worried about drawing attention to the package.

The ones that are no longer in service look like this
