Title: PGP newb question

On the sellers page when it says begin public pgp block, what do I do with this information? Can I go through without using it? Im pretty confused on this aspect. I know this a dumb question which could be easily researched, but I don't have the time.

can anyone at least send me a link to a post on pgp instructions for purchasing off of the silk road?

Regarding how to import public keys, copy the public key and enter it in an empty file. Then find the "Import Key" button on your PGP software, and select the file with the public key.
