I don't post much, but I figured this experience was worth sharing as I'd like to think most of the SR users deserve a word of warning as to what they may be getting themselves into. I've bought from ST before with no troubles, but this experience was so awful I will not go through him again.
I ordered 1000 green ?'s from him at the beginning of June, probably the 5th time I've placed this order. He lets you stay in escrow over $1000 USD orders, so FE was not an issue. Fast forward through the waiting for the postman and I receive 100 pills. One HUNDRED. Not one THOUSAND.
I messaged him to see if there was a mistake or if I should be expecting more and I got no reply, so 3 days later I messaged him again. Still no reply, except this time I could see that he had logged in and read both of my messages as well as accepting the 15 day extension I'd put in the resolution center a week before. (It usually takes longer than 17 days so I was in the habit of asking for an extension as soon as it was available.)
I sent him a third message (Nine days no reply and counting) asking him what was going on. I'd had an event to go to that I was hoping to bring the pills to and figured 4 weeks out would give me enough time to receive them because, you know, that's generally way more time than it takes.
I got a message 3 days later from his staff asking for my name so they could look up tracking. Sent 2 more messages over 5 days before getting another useless reply saying that they wished they had answers but they couldn't help me.
SR staff finally granted me a 100% refund, although given bitcoin delflation I'm still out $1600 USD. Funny enough, as soon as I left my feed back I got a message from ST himself. Guess he found time.
tl;dr - Received 100/1000 pills. Got the run around from ST for almost a month. Stayed in escrow but still lost $1600 from bitcoin deflation. Would not recommend if he was the last ecstasy dealer on earth.

I have the same problem. I didn't get my coke domestic and the Support Team is horrible. It took days till you get an answer and only the same crap of respose as before. I bought often from supertrips, mostly i received my package after 1 or 2 days as it was marked in transit. But this time i didn't receive something. Perhaps it was lost by the Post office but i didn't reicved it. No refund, no reship. I can not recommed Supertrips for this time.

I've been seeing quite a few of these stories around the forum lately. Seems like something in his enterprise is failing. I just want to keep people from losing any money.
