can anybody please tell us something about our missing deposits from the 9th and 10th?

The best bet for us now is simply waiting a response, if any, by SR Support. Unless an official update is posted regarding this situation, I don't think we'll hear anything here.

If you have notified support they will get back to you in turn as they have alot of people requesting help. They answer the problems in a first come first serve basis most posts go in the technical support section but it wont make things quicker. If you search about 1 month ago there was a big delay in gettting deposits to older wallet addresses and people were worried support helped them it took time but they got there BTC back if nothing else it should help ease your minds
