Title: Login failing

So I placed an order earlier today. Did everything as normal except I didn't Jess pgp, no  trying to login and it saying login failed. Info I'm putting in is correct so don't know why. Any ideas anyone? Thanks!

Restart your PC and then try to login.
This happened to us a few times.

You might be logging into a phishing site. Does it ask for you PIN? Where did you get the link, from a web site or your bookmark?

Verify that you are logging in to: silkroadvb5piz3r.onion

Another reason you might get that error is if you load the page and wait too long to login, because the captcha expires.

No def did not have to input pin at login only when placing order. Support is helping me as we speak hopefully it gets takin care of!! Ill keep u posted thanks for the responce!

Try using a different identity through Vidalia Control Panel. Click "Use a New identity", wait for it to load, then try again.
