Title: A question
Post by: LazyBlaze on August 09, 2013, 02:11 am
I was using a tormail address for bittylicious.org to get bitcoins on to here.  It's a quick site if you need coins in the UK.  It's not illegal to buy bitcoins so would it be crazy for me to keep using that address?  I just do a quick bank transfer usually because I trust the tumbler to wash the coins, but would you continue using that address if you were me?  I have no intension of trying to log into tormail, only to access my account on bittylicious.

If not, what mail provider would you recommend?  I've been think about setting up a "nym" I think i read about in the forums.

Peace

I'd avoid Tor mail entirely.

Hush mail is a little quieter than other options - and if all you're doing is buying BTC with it, you're probably good.

Since Tormail has been taken offline permanently, that solves your dilemma. You can't use that address anymore.

What other email alternatives are there?

I saw a thread in the Security forum with a list of options. I think it was started by comsec.

well isn't that perfect then?  If tormail physically no longer exist and bittylicious lets me log in with a tormail address then it may be the perfect crime.  I'll give it a whirl and report back on how it goes.  Remember people, buying BTC isn't illegal (yet).

Update*  It allowed me to sign in but the website is currently offline... Seems a bit fishy.  Has anyone else from the uk dealt with bittylicious before?  Feedback would be great!:D
