Post by: qrbr6 on May 01, 2012, 10:04 am
My wallet isn't receiving any BTC. It says 0 active connections to Bitcoin network. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Save your wallet somewhere, reinstall?
Windows + R
Type in %APPDATA%

Should be in the bitcoin folder.
Perhaps delete those update files.

I don't know, don't do anything I said.
I don't want to be put on the stick if it's wrong, I'd only trust myself.

No such thing as a dumb question, reinstalling

start menu --> control panel --> add/remove programs.
Then find bitcoin and press change/delete or something, uninstall it, should be a button there somewhere.

press next next next next till it starts uninstalling.
Then re-download bitcoin wallet from the website, and install that.

I wouldn't recommened doing this, as I haven't tested it myself!
I don't know if it delete your wallet, google something along the lines of "does uninstalling bitcoin remove/delete wallet?"

Yeah, good luck.
