Hello everybody !
As a vendor on road I would like to express my concern for a particular member with the username "grey alien"
He's been buying a decent amount of accounts / vouchers from my listings and has been more than happy to finalize.
Earlier today he complained to me that one of the accounts I sent him was an invalid login, so me being me I decided to send a replacement.
Not long ago he purchased another 4 from my listings and when I asked him for his preferred delivery method he asked me to send the accounts to him via PM because it's "easier for him".
Before sending him the accounts I checked each one individually which were all 100% successful logins.
Surprise surprise, 15 - 20 minutes later I get a message from this guy claiming that all log ins are invalid? Even though I checked each one myself individually before sending them over (just incase something like this happened).
Anyway I'm a little reluctant on what to do now, I'm also sure that each and every one of my supportive and fantastic customers will back me up on the fact that I do NOT send dead goods or logins to any of them.
Just this one guy who had 0 purchase history when he came to me (hence the reason for asking him to FE for his orders).
Your thoughts?

It all depends on what sort of hit to your vendor rating you're willing to take. Think of a solution along those lines. Every vendor goes through dealing with scamming buyers. Sometimes you just have to give in. Fighting a good fight and winning SR resolutions in nice in that you prevented a loss, but because SR has no mechanism to prevent losing buyers from leaving feedback, they can still leave a negative rating and a review from their scamming point of view.
Also apply for forum vendor status so you can gain access to the vendor roundtable.
