First of all I wish to express that I am not trying to stir up shit here, but I think this is a serious issue.
Here goes....
Let us say someone makes an inquiry to support regarding how certain things are done, concerning sales. Let us then say that in the inquiry no user names are given. Let us then say that support gets back to one and tells one that this person in question was told what they did was wrong. See what I did there?
My only problem with this is, how safe is that? At first I thought perhaps I made an order, and then made the inquiry. Then I realized, well, I did not. Nothing in my cart. So that takes care of that idea. Even if it were true, and they could see who we had dealings with, is that not a risk to security?
Again, this is not me trying to start trouble with anyone. I mean it only makes sense to try and look after what you think is good. And I do not mean just good for the "warm glow" at the end of an order. I'm talking about privacy, and feeling as safe as one can be. While remaining very careful, obviously.

thanks for this reflexion, it make me think bad things.
I will now save all pm on a text document on same encrypted usb stick as my tor. Than I will delete them instantly.
Hopefully this will make me safer, I doubt the server is saving pm's even after deletation.

I apologize. My intention was not to cause any bad feelings. I think it is best to discuss such issues if they arise. You can never know if something is broken, unless you poke at it with a stick.
Also, I am glad to see you are taking extra precautions.... never a bad thing. ;) Be safe my friend.
