I bought prepaid, DCM envelopes from the USPS online, using a prepaid card and having the envelopes sent to my work, attn: to a fake name. I plan on sending ketamine triple-sealed and dropping the envelopes off at random PO boxes. I'm just wondering if this seems like a reasonable plan of attack, or if I'm making things too complicated. Or most importantly, if I'm missing something that will get me burned.

Great help Tranz... I'm not too knowledable about this area, sorry.
But Trans is just spreading the paranoia, I'm sure that if you follow the packaging guides that are all around the web you'll be find.
Read what a suspiciosu package looks like, understand the whole "what's suspicous" concept and look-outs.

honestly dude triple vac sealing is a waste.. double is good enough.
make sure your packages's addresses are printed NOT hand written, usually a little bit of a red flag, if your sending like a crap-ton of letters a week.
Double glove @ all times while packing
make sure that you cannot feel that there is something other than paper inside.
Also NEVER EVER get shit shipped to an address that can be linked to you. Just like you did DO NOT do it again.. doesn't matter if its pre-paid c/c they can figure out what ones got shipped where (your work!)
Your best bet is to use stamps, and DCN's from the post office. Go grab a bunch and throw away the ones you touched with your bare fingers, do this at 3 different PO locations then throw them all in a bag, mix around and grab them randomly make sure you do not use similar numbered ones for all packages sent that day.

Thanks, that's very helpful! Would I just be better off using everyday padded envelopes and stamps and going first class instead of priority then?

Well it really depends on the substance, the major factor is its permeation profile. There's a thread in the security forum where we were discussing this but it focused mainly on mdma. Dogs aren't trained to smell K and I don't remember if the ion mobility spectrometry detection systems used by USPS have profiles for K. I have some training manuals for them though so I'll look through them and provide a definitive answer. Ultimately it really can't hurt to vac seal too much though.
The rest of the post is very good advice though, I would add to take the pack in after each layer of vacuum sealing and wash it in bleach.

do what you think is better, I am not going to tell you what I use...
but think about what type of mail gets sent the most? then disguise yours to look identical to the next one.
