;D I just got my family all new top of the line cellphones (t-mobile). I got a double shipment and didn't have to sign for them! 3 extra phones 4 free. Q. - Am I gonna have any trouble moving them? Are the IMEI's gonna be blacklisted? They've never been opened. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! ;)
-
Also, should I open them and remove the sim cards?
-
I'm no expert and not gonna comment on the morals of keeping or returning, but if the SIM is left in and phone turned on I believe you are knackered before you start.

8) I wouldn't do it on a personal level - say to someone on the street, but I have no guilt when it comes to some huge multiconglomerate corporation.

I'm willing to bet people shoplift new phones and sell them on ebay all the time. :-X

I'd try asking this on hackBB or somewhere similar. idk the url
-
Thanks. I'll check there too.

I would wait a week or two, than go have fun with it.

Thanks Tadman :)

If it matters at all, I ordered them directly from tmobile.
-
I was thinking about selling them on ebay but only if the buyer is gonna get a good, valid, working phone. Then again, I don't want tmobile to be able to track them back to me when the buyer goes to activate them. As far as they're concerned, I never received them. So far, they haven't asked about them.

send them back, or to me 8)

it is very possible that they have all of the IMEI numbers registered. in that case they would discover a few phones are missing on the next inventory check. in that case delivery notes of postal workers might be checked and an error might be discovered.
I would also wait until the next bill comes. just to see if everything is alright. :)

Hi Change,
I already got my first bill and it's for 3 lines. Just what I ordered. I never signed for the shipment so they have no proof I received both boxes.
-
I guess there's nothing to worry about. I might just post them on craigslist.

relax, man. shit's not going to disappear. C;
But, if you are completely sure that post workers in you country do not keep records of where they delivered, then sure, why not.
good luck. ;)
