Title: Vendor gone missing - how do I proceed?

I placed my order on the 7th and haven't heard anything from this person - I messaged him yesterday, still nothing. How to I proceed? Do I cancel the order?

Depends. Does the transaction still say processing, or in transit? If you placed the order, and there's been absolutely nothing done on his end for a week, I would withdraw the funds.

He could have noticed SR was down, tried for days, and took a break from trying. I'd say give it a little longer.

As long as you don't let it auto finalize, you won't lose your money

The guy was online yesterday, according to his profile, so he would have seen my message... if I hit 'cancel' on the order, will I get my money back? It still says processing...
