Title: Resolution Center Etiquette
Post by: psychedelicmind on July 01, 2012, 01:16 pm
Hi guys,

I am hoping someone here can shed some light for me on the etiquette of using the SR resolution center.

I have been waiting for an order for over 2 weeks now, and it still hasn't arrived. There is 2 days left before the order goes to auto-finalize, which I don't want to happen as I would like my buyer stats to remain intact. All, but one, of my other orders arrived within a week of them going in transit. I got no love letter from customs either, so obviously i'm beginning to wonder if the item was actually sent.

I emailed the vendor nearly 3 days ago, just to let him know the situation and I haven't heard back from him.

How long should I give the vendor to reply to me before going to 'resolve'?

Thanks in advance for your help,

Psy

You should definitely hit "resolve" before the order is auto-finalized.
