Title: Problems with deposits?

Has anyone else been having problems with deposits?  I sent 0.9 btc to my account the day before yesterday and they never showed up in my Silk Road account.  I've sent two emails to support but never heard back.  I'm beginning to get discouraged as it seems like I'll never be able to make a purchase at this rate.

No probs here. Are you sure you used the right BTC address?

Stupid question, I know, but if they haven't turned up yet, you should PM support.

I'm positive I used the correct address; I'd used it once before and both transactions are showing up here: http://blockexplorer.com/a/8PkPd2GzhL but only the first one showed up in my SR wallet.
By PM support, do you mean send them a message through the "Contact us" page?  I've tried that and haven't had any luck.  Is there another way to message them?

They will usually get back to you within 24 hours.

There have been a few hiccups recently re: bitcoins, deposits etc by the looks of some of the forum threads.

Maybe ask the broker who supplies you with bitcoins as well?

I sent the coins directly from my mining account, so there was no broker involved. 
I'll wait another 24 hours or so, then I guess I'll write it off if it still hasn't shown up.  Thanks so much for your help. :)

I sent a few bitcoins to my SR account and while it has been confirmed 173 times ( http://blockchain.info/address/1CiQDZcFmiUR65d4BrzgeuTTispfWfa4yz?filter=2 ) it has yet to show in my SR account.  This is quite frustrating especially since there has been no public acknowledgement of any issues and the contact support seems to be rather busy and have not responded.  I saw others were having issues with withdrawals but its nice to know I am not the only one having issues with a deposit.

We've all dealt with funds in limbo for a few days. It sucks but the only thing you can do is send a message to support, they usually reply within 24 hours but with the recent problems it may take a bit longer. You'll get your coins back just be patient =).

To update: I received a message back from support and my account has been credited.   Hopefully your problems will be resolved soon as well, Bounderby.  :)

Glad to hear you're back in business thrasher! I hope too that soon I will hear back from support / see the coins in my account.  I have faith in the Road, but going on 33 hours with no contact or update isn't something I expected.

Bounderby, SR Support, I can imagine, are always VERY busy.

Think of the amount of BTC/transactions flowing through this place at any one time. And the associated issues with some transactions :o

I can appreciate that you'd be frustrated. So would I. But have a little faith ;) I've seen on other threads people waiting 4 days for coins to hit their wallet....

Yeah I cannot even begin to imagine the sheer volume of coins that flow in and out of here, and I suppose it is easy to think my own transaction is the most important, while in reality it is a small drop in an ocean of coins that require a great deal of concerted effort to moderate the ebb and flow and to ensure they end up where they need to go.  Thanks for the reassurance and the needed reality-check as it put my issue in a more accurate light.   :)

I have been experiencing a similar problem.  I sent the coins from my wallet to the SR address and it has been a substantial amount of time since the transaction has been completed.  70+confirmations have passed.  Ive sent 2 PMs with all the information that can be needed to help alleviate the problem but have yet to receive a reply.  Is their anything I can do on my end, or have I exhausted all of my options and now am forced to play the waiting game with the big wigs of SR?  Appreciate any help or advice...
