My account was recently hacked from a phisher and they changed my password and PIN. I was able to get a hold of SR Support and get my account back. I was able to change my password with ease but my PIN, not so much. I entered a invalid PIN 5 times to enable to automatic PIN reset, and this is what SR Support sent me:
I will be glad to reset your PIN if you reply to this message after the waiting period (currently 3 days remaining) has passed. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but the policy is in place to mitigate phishers and so is for your own protection.

Now, its been well over 3 days (been 4 days now) and I've replied twice since the waiting period has passed and haven't heard back from them yet. I really want to get my orders in ASAP as my selected listings with specific vendors are selling out VERY fast! Please! ??? :P :-\

Hey. SR Support people have lifes to. you aren't the only 1 waiting for theyr help. just wait. Do not send them more replies, that is just dumb to do. wait, that's all.
and btw, its christmas time for god sake.. they have another things to do

SR staff works thier ass off day and night but all businesses have delays once in awhile.
