Have the hackers found another vulnerability or are those old listing images?
-
Not sure Ballzinator? Shoot SR Support a PM about it if you haven't already. Well done on picking it up. :)

Okay reported this to SR support :)

I noticed some listing still had the quickbuy also but i was thinking they may have just not changed yet..

Prolly old listings.
Watch some vendor put up his own quickbuy pic and act like he was hacked or some shit, lol.

That makes literally no sense. If It's been about a week and a vendor hasn't altered his pictures, that's not the best sign of professionalism.

Does this have something to do with the vendors who were in stealth mode for whatever reason?
I'm not too savvy on what goes on with the vendor side but I would guess that the ones who were hidden and had their listings changed, then became visible when stealth mode was set off for vendors probably don't know about it.

What? Not really sure what we're talking about.
I was just saying it would be funny if a vendor tried tricking potential customers by putting that quick buy picture up and having them send it to that and then claiming someone else put that picture up. Like a phisher.

And I countered with that literally makes no sense due to the reason that the Quickbuy scam failed, and in my opinion if a vendor still has one of those defaced pictures still up, that's a sign of either not giving a fuck, or laziness.

Ah I see makes more sense. Yeah, does anyone even know if the person who's responsible for it made any money? I remember looking up a couple of the btc addresses and seeing 0 btc received.
I agree with the second part too, it's a huge turn off seeing listings with the scam pics up.

If a different address was used for every image that it would be very difficult to know if it worked or not without having grabbed every address from every image.
But I doubt it worked, and not because I think people are smarter than that... but because I think they're too lazy to type out an entire bitcoin address by hand(while also getting the address right, at least)
