Title: Simple question about package delivery?
Post by: ReggieNoble2 on June 22, 2013, 05:19 am
So I'm concerned about how a package could potentially be delivered.  Obviously never sign for a package as that could be a CD, however what should be done if someone living at the residence answers the door accepts the package (does not sign for it). Is this a different circumstance than signing or can you be fucked just as bad with no signature?

Has anyone ever heard of a CD where accepting the package without signature was enough to get LE involved?

someone can send anything, you just pick up, you don't know what's in there.

A CD, by definition, already involves LE.  If the package is accepted, they already have proof of who accepted it: no signature required.
