so i heard that MDMA has a bioavailability of around 40% and the remaining 60% is excreted thru urine...is there any way to extract the unmetabolized MDMA from the urine and reusing it (after washing it of course)

you can take an antacid thirty min prior to dosing in order to raise the pH of the stomach and facilitate absorption - thus increasing the bio-availability of amphetamines

and that increases bioavailability by how much?

Hmm, never knew this. I will try the antacid to see if it makes any difference next time I drop.

The bioavailbility of MDMA is largely debated and relatively unknown due to it's non-linear pharmacokinetics and seems to increase with dosage. Check out this article:
http://curriculum.toxicology.wikispaces.net/2.1.11.4.8.3+MDMA+(3,4-METHYLENE-DIOXY-METHAMPHETAMINE)
As far as extracting MDMA from urine, I've never heard of that and seems very implausible in the long run given all the various metabolites urine contains. You'd have to be well versed to even begin to hone in on MDMA excretions.

would putting baking soda as a filler in the capsule have the same effect as taking an antacid? and if so then how much baking soda should i use?
-
not sure how much it increases absorption, but it is significant enough to make a difference - i believe around 20-30 %
some people say it makes a noticeable difference, others say it doesnt
it wont work as well mixing the baking soda with the mdma - you want to take the antacid a little while before dosing, preferably around 45 - 1 hr actually. should have said 30 minutes minimum in my last post
maybe a teaspoon of baking soda in some water, which works better than tums. also good to mention alkalizing agents (such as sodium bicarbonate) work best. not talking about the acid reducers like nexium, tagamet etc

"The proportions of amphetamines that are metabolized are strongly affected by urinary pH. Ingestion of acidic substances causes an accelerated excretion of d-amphetamine while alkaline agents (e,g., antacids) markedly increase both retention and absorption of amphetamines, sometimes resulting in dangerously high amphetamine levels."
so people who ingest grapefruit or orange juice thinking it may potentiate the effects are actually causing the opposite to occur
