I'm trying to work out when I sent a package, and it just occurred to me you can probably do this from the auto-finalize time, but I'm not sure how this works. Does this start at 17 days and then just decrease every day, and when it runs out the escrow money is automatically put into your account?
Just I have someone who is claiming their sample never arrived and it's been in transit (I think) 10 days now as the auto finalize is 7 days. This is EU > EU.
That's way too long for EU>EU, right?

yes, if the customer doesn't finalize before that day.

it depends, GB>Germany can take up to 2 weeks sometimes (no idea why, just happens from time to time when i order vidya games) also you might want to take summer holidays into account. seems mail is slower around the big hollidays. but 10 days is quite long, that's true

You should be able to 'click' on the Transaction ID on the Orders page or whereever, and it will give you details of that particular transaction, including the cost of the item, cost of postage, the order date and shipping date.
Hope this helps.
