I have a weird feeling in my bones today. It's only(!) $40, but I could do with some friendly feedback.
This is the story so far. I placed two orders with a vendor last Wednesday.
On Friday, the vendor de-listed the items I had ordered from the vendor page, but didn't cancel my order.
On Sunday I messaged the vendor to check she was able to send both orders, and she confirmed they were about to be shipped.
On Monday they were marked as in transit, so I would have expected delivery Tuesday or Wednesday.
So it's a day or two late - no biggie, and in line with my experiences here. The following is pure speculation, and belongs here in the rumor mill.
The vendor stats are not encouraging. There are many non-deliveries listed in the feedback. There is also the promise of a 25% refund(!) for non-delivery on the vendor page, which a few folks seem to have accepted.
There is a thread in these forums about this vendor asking for FE - but for delivery to Australia. There are no accusations of scamming, and most deliveries of weed (and another specialist item she stocks) seem to be arriving. I may be wrong, and the vendor might be an honest trader I am unfairly maligning (hence no name), and my orders might tumble onto my doormat today.
But my prediction - on extremely flimsy evidence - is that neither order will appear, having not been sent. Despite separate postage charges, they will have been "lost" together. If I'm correct, and nothing arrives, how should I deal with this? In 7 days time I will apply to "resolve". So far so good. But what do I then propose?
Should I accept a 25% refund on two $20 items?
I then lose $30 to a suspected scam, and see my refund rate go from 0 to 2/16 (=12.5%)?
The $30 won't kill me, but will the stats damage my standing as a customer?
Am I better to pay the extra $10 - ie. pay for the whole "lost" order and keep 0% refund/autofinalise stats?
Do I insist on 50 refund%? Demand all my $40 back? Ask for one of the two items to be refunded in total?
And if I'm convinced I've been scammed, will giving less than 5/5 feedback help others, or serve to blacklist me? I don't want to seem to be a scamming customer when I'm whining that "this never arrived" in a week or so.
Interested to hear some vendor & buyer perspectives on this. Thanks

What does vendor state on profile page? If they just suddenly added the 25% refund clause, fuck that. Take all the way to admin resolution get 50%.
Vendor states 25% when you ordered, take the 25% because thats what the admins will give you
Whatever you do DO NOT leave a fucking 5 out of 5. Thats how you got screwed, and that will screw others. You don't have to leave a 5 of 5 to get your money back. Leave a 1 of 5 and let everyone else know what that vendor is doing. Its called selective scamming.
Here is a hint. Vendors don't check the blacklist. My main buyer account has been on it for fucking MONTHS and I have never been rejected once.
There are like 3 or 4 threads in the vendor round table which claim to be the "true" black list. None of them are ever updated on the first post. Honestly is nothing but a scare tactic. No busy vendor spends his time searching (slow ass forum searches) every users names.
Having a refund rate whatsoever sets you up for a greater percentage of being scammed. Jannis tried this when customs yanked a order and mine and another vendor happily agreed on 50%. It was a large priced item so it shot up to like 8%. I have made 76 orders, half being from over seas, and jannis was the first vendors order I never got. Thats because she did not send them.

Thanks for the response.
I think I should have cancelled the order after 5 days.

Agee with you 1000% on this. I see this all the time. Leaving 5/5 fucks every buyer who comes along after you.

That's fair - but I want to be nice about this.
What really bothers me (this is my inner hippy escaping) is that I'm missing 2 types of DMT - even selling it is questionable to some, although I'm not that extreme - but if neither order has been posted, that really is terrible karma for a vendor.
And this vendor has other things I'd like - I'd like to resolve this in a good way for us both, so I can leave 5/5 as feedback and walk away with no refund.

Another 24 hours has passed - nothing's arrived, but the vendor page shows 4 more non-deliveries - 3 with a score of 5/5 and one with a score of 1/5

If nothing shows up, you think you are scammed, and you are forced to resolve and file a support ticket; then definitely don't leave a 5/5. If you feel that you are being scammed then use the rating system how it should be is ok. The vendor as you have described seems sketchy and I'm sorry about your experience. Please update later!

If the vendor stats suck, why did you order in the first place? Find someone with good stats and get it from them, even if it costs a little more. It's worth it to not have to worry about this stuff.

Vendor stats are quite good - it's just a recurring non-delivery theme that I noticed after I ordered, and a few people yelling that this is a scammer.
Edit: 1 of my 2 orders has arrived! I'm going to be eating humble pie.

Great, but he could have purposely sent one. I don't know, but you guys did seem to think he is a selective scammer.
