I am not sure of the current status, but I remember reading about a London group who made a sham chemical business and would send a bunch of Red Phosphorous to the states. It was apparently really is to receive in the UK and didn't require much or any credentials besides them making the business. I am not sure if UK law has changed, but that seems like a good bet that you could find a UK company selling it without much proof of what your intended use for it is.

It seems like you should be able to easily acquire especially since you are EU. Meth manufacturing isn't a huge deal over there, so I would assume precursors for it are not watched like Ft. Knox as that is the case in the U.S. because of our meth epidemic.

Look at a site called alibaba for chemicals. They have chem suppliers in all different countries that are legitimate busineses and you can get your contact information from their ads.

It wasn't that the UK gov doesn't care, it's the Chinese don't care as long as the shipment is to a business in a business area not in residential area.
The UK gov will own your ass if their customs finds out what is in the box, so to speak.

The group I was speaking of created a sham fireworks business or something to that effect and the government was well aware they were ordering lots of red phosphorous, but since their business was listed as fireworks they never hassled them. I am not to keen on to how businesses work in the UK, but that is the jist I got from the program. The people actually never sold fireworks they just reshipped it to organised crime in the United States and made a lot of money until the people in the US got busted and in turn the English government arrested them for whatever offense it is over there.

My point was that they seemed to only need a business license that said they were firework makers which is a profession that demands lots of red phosphorous and their government was satisfied with that and didn't bother them about it. Which made me think that someone in the UK would be able to easily supply Pfand since it is or at least use to be relatively easy to import red phosphorous legally by making a sham business.
