how do you find the ticket number or receipt for a past purchase? trying to find it within my settings but i don't know where to find it. can anyone help?

Account settings --> Account History (on the right)
It only goes back 2 weeks.

And if its farther back, message SR with the date of purchase, who the vendor you ordered from was, and any other info that can help them retrieve it.

Thanks for this. I've had an order auto-finalise and the order details have gone. I need to contact SR about putting me back to a 0% auto-finalise.
