Title: Cocacowboy vendor not responsive

I made a purchase through sr from a vendor called CoCaCowboy from canada
According to his vendor page. I have been waiting for the vendor to ship the package for about a week.
Cocacowboy does not respond to my messages and wont cancel my order. The order is stuck in processing for 4 days now. I even paid for priority to get it shipped to me faster.
I know he sees my messages because he keeps posting new listings.
How can i get sr technical or admins to cancel or resolve this issue for me?
I have been very patient and still i am not getting any where with this vendor.
He has left a bad taste in my mouth and i am now skeptical of making purchases on sr.

sorry to hear about your trouble with the vendor

the forums are sort of separate from the main site, but SR support has been behind on messages and this isnt really an issue that needs their attention, they are not needed to cancel an order

i say this because it is a fairly common occurrence unfortunately, sometimes vendors get behind and take a few days to ship orders. one issue has been the SR connection has been bad recently, many vendors are having trouble even shipping orders let alone responding to all their messages from the delays

you may consider giving them some extra time but if you wish to cancel the order the option will become available after 4 days on your orders page next to where it says processing
