I have a customer that claims: "they took one and nothing happened" and now they want me to send another so they can take both at the same time.
I'm being strong armed for more product as the buyer holds their feedback, rating and btc for ransom. What should a considerate vendor do?

Let me see, you are going back and forth in messages right?
Tell him that he needs to put it into resolution and all discussions from that point on will have to be through the resolution center. Politely suggest that this to so that SR support can function as an arbitrator over the discussion.
