Title: Buyer's username next to Transaction #
Post by: rise_against on August 15, 2012, 12:50 am
i'd like to have buyer's username show up in the list under "Account History"  right next to the transaction #.  This will make it easier to see which buyers have Finalized.   thanks

You have that on your orders page. It only lists orders that are "In transit" or "Pending" anything not listed is out of escrow and you have been paid for.

I'm with rise_against, basically. If you want to check out your recent customers to send them a stealth listing or gift code or thank you note, it takes a lot of clicking and loading to get to them all. It's not like it would be a life saver, but it'd be cool.

On the other hand, for my reasoning, you would also want the item on there, in which case you might as well just stick the whole transaction on the 'Account history' page and cut out the individual pages. Sorry, that's probably a heresy of some sort.

Also I would guess all of that data has to be decrypted on the fly or something and it would take forever to load a long transaction list; on another hand, the client should be doing all that work, so maybe it would actually decrease server load if people only loaded their transaction history once a day instead of navigating to several different transactions in succession.

Peace

but then i still have to go thru that list to search for a name which can be a lot of work, and if the order has been cancelled, then i have not been paid for.
