Am always on the go and sometimes can't take my laptop everywhere I am. Was wondering if anyone knows of any android mobile browsers that are compatible with TOR.
I have Orbot installed, but can't find a browser to save my life.

I'm in a similar situation...
android is also known for having the most anti-privacy apps out there though, haha.
I'm not that confident with it yet :\

Excuse my ignorance of android but wouldn't any browser that allows you to set a proxy work?
-
I'm using android right now using a stock standard browser, Orbot and a proxy settings app. Search the market for 'proxy settings', install and set to localhost 8118, run Orbot and you should be good to go.

Pretty much got it figured out. Installed FF for Andriod and then installed proxy mob...

FF w/ proxy is the way to go... I'm using it now!

Hey guys!
Just tried out Orbot with Orweb browser add-on from android market.
Setup was easy, and am sending this now from it.
I must admit, that it is MUCH slower than using tor from home or work.
But it's good to know that I can have my SR dose whenever and wherever I may be! ;D
Pretty simple installation;
Orbot -> Orweb -> SR

its easier if you have your phone rooted, if you do then just install orbot, head to the settings and make it app based rather than the "TOR everything" option (this will be greyed out if you are not rooted) then select apps and tick "internet" or "browser" or whatever your standard browser is, start orbot and away you go, this method works with opera too
should you not have a rooted phone you can do it with firefox mobile i believe, my friend used that before he could root his desire s but im not sure if it involves any extra steps other than installing FF
