I cant log on and I know the user name and pass are correct. I can't use my normal laptop because I don't have the charger so I'm using an old desktop. Please help, I'm worried my account is comprimised and I recently placed an order and still have bitcoin on the account.

Does it produce an error message when you try and log on?

I've only use SR. I just added a good amount of bitcoin. I made a new account and messaged support.

Caps lock? Captcha?
Try typing your password into the google search bar or in notepad and then copying it into the password box, to make sure you have made no typing errors.

I tried many times and was very careful with everything.

I don't think there is much of a password recovery option - although I could be wrong.
Have you used that account and does it contain bitcoin?
If not I suggest just creating another account.

I believe you can get it back through support if you are able to provide the last transaction (how much you ordered of what, worth of it in bitcoins, something of that nature).
