I'm thinking of buying from here for the first time.
But I have a few questions that I was hoping you guys could answer for me.
I know these packages can stink badly sometimes so...
Would customs still search/scan the package with x-ray machines, or drug dogs etc even though it is traveling within the UK from the UK?
Would the fact that I live in the UK and ordering weed from the UK drastically lower the chances of being caught buying?
If the package was to be intercepted, what would punishment would I be looking at? A warning for a first offense, or a fine...etc?

You hardly even get that for being caught dealing weed now anyway. I've seen people caught with multiple baggies obviously for sale get away with a fine. You'd at most get a letter saying you had a parcel seized but I doubt you'd even get that if it went missing.

Customs would have nothing to do with any mail traveling withing the UK, only if it's entering or leaving the country, so you don't need to worry about that. They are generally ignored and dealt with like any other package unless it's not packaged properly and stink of weed or something.

I've ordered a fair few bits of weed from within the UK, and the packaging has been more than adequate on all of them. Chances of interception are very low. If the worst happens and it does get intercepted, just keep your mouth shut. I imagine for personal amounts the time and effort required to make a charge stick would be too much for them to bother with.

yeah most of the time customs dont have the resources to pursue everyone, a letter/fine most of the time unless your getting large amounts shipped in. Uk is pretty lax compared to some other euro countries i shall name no names ;)

thinking about ordering UK to UK first time as well myself.
do any of you take precautions like P.O boxes or the like, like Americans do?
If I tip the seller an extra coin or two, do you think he'll put a little bit more care into the packaging?
Have any britons got caught ordering from UK to UK that you know? What were the offenses?
And another question... say if a package is intercepted, with a 3.6g bag or two in it, would that be enough to suffice some kind investigation or something?
And one more thing, whose name do you put on the package? And is it possible they'll ask for a signature and nab me after I sign for it? (or... wait, you don't have to sign for packages from in the UK do you?)
Sorry about all the questions... I'm a very nervous person.

Nah you will be fine mate. I'm in the U.K and order bits and pieces all the time (although not from SR, I'm new to this place) but it's extremely unlikely to get noticed and if it does it'll be minor, fine at the outside.
Good luck bruv!

You're being overly paranoid here but better safe than sorry.
No customs. It all goes through Royal Mail.
A majority of the handling is now done by mechanical machines. Unless it's an awkward / bulky item.
PO Box is linked to an actual person. If you gave me your PO BOX address I can find out your name and address, useless unless you used a fake id of course.
Intercepted by who? If a postie steals your goods, there's no fucking chance he's going to go squealing to the police. Who wants to lose their job in this current climate?

You're right you are a very nervous person. If a seller needs a tip to put care into his shipping he's not a very good one to go for anyway. For personal amounts, even if they caught it AND managed to get you to confess about ordering it (because they aren't going to do a controlled delivery for a personal amount) you wouldn't get a conviction unless you've already had your three strikes. At most you'd get a final warning more likely just a fine and/or caution. Always use your name. You don't get any legal protection by using a false name or someone else's all you do is make it more likely that the post man will notice it or someone else who lives with you will open it out of curiosity. They don't do an investigation when they catch someone with several 10 bags ready to sell on the street, past looking at their phone just to make sure they're not a bigger seller they wouldn't bother over a henry.

Don't worry UK - UK is fast and safe. Most sellers vacuum seal now. It's all good - I was anxious on my first order I made on SR a while back, damn... The feeling I had when my first order actually arrived - I'll never forget. As long as you give a valid address, it should arrive.
