Title: Quite Dissappointed and don't know what to do...

Ok, I'm new to Silk Road, and I've been having some problems.. I contacted the SR support regarding my problem and have been waiting for about 3 hours now and still no reply.. Maybe somebody on the forum can help me? This is the message that I sent them:

Hello SR Support,
I am a new customer on Silk Road, and I was trying to make two orders yesterday for the first time using your bitcoin system. After an hour or so my 9.10 bitcoins transferred to my account, so I was excited to make my orders. I realized I needed to make the orders separately because I had to make a PGP code for them separately to write my address in. So I tried ordering one at a time. I selected a postage option, clicked "go" and "update cart". I received the message "Error. Please log out, log back in and try again." I did this about 10 times with the first order and then the second order but nothing worked. I read all the advice on the internet, I tried restarting my computer, restarting Tor, and even uninstalling and installing Tor back, but nothing seemed to work. But sometimes when I tried to place the order, the shopping cart read my PIN incorrectly even though I wrote it correctly, so eventually it locked my PIN due to "too many failed attempts". This is my first order, but based on my research I'm pretty sure I've been doing everything right. If you could assist me as soon as possible, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank You.

Maybe somebody on the forum has some suggestions?

I can't help you but I can tell you that you're not alone. This exact same thing happened to me today. I wrote them at least 8 hours ago and the message hasn't been read. I'll update if and when I hear anything from them

seems to be very busy for them at the moment.  Took 24 hours for me to get a reply.  But my situation got resolved!!  be patient!

DUDE! Tell me what they did to help you! They replied but they said I need to get my pin reset.. But how did they fix your error thing??

I am having the same issue >:( my first order yesterday was great today 10-12 times I got the same issue ! WTF eh ?

I think there must be something wrong with the SR order processing system. I ran into the same problem yesterday on my first order attempt  and now waiting the 3 days for pin reset but after reading through the pin forum seems it may take longer than 3 days to get it reset. Also seeing from responses in the forum that lots of us are experiencing the same issues.

Sorry I completely forgot about this post and didn't reply because my problem was completely resolved! What I did was wait the 3 day period to message them back (to reset the pin) and I ended up messaging them at like 12:00 A.M. on the third day haha.. They ended up replying at like 3-4 P.M. (don't exactly remember).. But what they basically did is they made me log out and in to reset my pin, and for some reason I was finally able to place my orders.. I'm guessing this problem won't happen to me again, but who knows..

did the admin tell you why your pin wasn't working? or u actually forgot it?

No they didn't tell me why my pin wasn't working.. But hey, I honestly don't care since it works now! :) :)

Seems like there's quite a lot of problems with PIN's. i tried to make my first purchase yesterday, and tried like 5 different pins that i allways use, and none of them worked.
so my pin also got locked. For 3 days!! i wrote to SR support and just got a reply today which said - nothing to do just wait 3 days and give them a reply..
Also quite dissapointed or just kinda fustrated that my 11.50 bit coins are locked on my account till tuesday!
But nothing to do. cant blame support. they just doin their jobs.
