I've been reading vendor reviews, and sometimes when I click an item, I get the message "this item is not currently listed." If a vendor has a couple of feedback that link to this, is this suspicious? Kind of nervous about this!
-
This means the item is sold out or currently not listed.

But in the case of a new vendor, who only sells a few things. Why would he/she have a couple of different items that already sold out with less than 20 transactions? Is it possible he/she is making listings, giving him/herself positive feedback, then scamming? Not accusing anyone, just something I thought about.

Can you post a link to the vendor?
-
I have at least 3 or 4 of these and in my case, it is from putting up custom listings when people wanted to mix and match from my products. I wouldn't necessarily assume it's a scam unless it is the majority of a vendor's listings.

maybe they are just starting out and are on a low budget.
shipping in my case is like a min of $6.00 a crack.
it takes a lot of backup cash to get started.

Not every seller has a lot of stock. Particularly in the case of a new seller who might not have much capital to start with.
