How do you stay possitve when you're having a realy bad day? I need help not lashing out .I'm going to get into the particulars,but I feel like the world has just taken a giant shit on me!Nothing is going right and some ppl have pissed my off to no end.All i want to do is stay positive insted of lashing out.what works for you???

Your best rolling a fat joint, throw on some tunes, and kick back and say fuck it, life's a bitch. Tomorrow may bring something positive. 8)

Take a moment to calm yourself and clear your mind. Try to just focus on your breathing.
Just remember that this too will pass.

Thank you for that.I'm trying to meditate and center myself .I have calmed down abit.

when all else fails I just relax with some music,nobody around and usually just end up passing out.
The next day is usually better!

Try to remember that nothing that happens in this universe actually has any specific emotional baggage tied to it, and that whatever has happened is not happening for any particular reason. It's a shitty day because random factors just so happened to align in an inconvenient way. Tomorrow, those factors might go the opposite way. Its all ultimately random in the scheme of things. Enjoy the chaos. =)
