Title: Sending BTC to another member SR to SR, insufficient funds message
Post by: BallsTripped on November 02, 2012, 03:25 am
This is my first time sending BTC to another member.  My account shows 1.74 BTC available, so I put 1.74 in the amount, enter user name, enter my PIN, and hit send.

Get the message of Insufficient Funds.  Try again, and get Error, please log out and log in again.  Tried 1.73 BTC (thinking it might be rounding issue), same result.

Is there anything else I need to do besides filling in the user name, BTC amount, and my PIN?  Do I need to fill in anything on the withdrawal line, or just the send?

Any help or a walkthrough would be appreciated.  I've searched the Wiki and forums but haven't found anything.

Thanks....

I've head that too, but for me it worked to put 0.01 BTC less. Strange that it doesn't for you.

Try a little less again, 1.72 or something like that. Keep us updated on the results.

Must have been a glitch in the system that certain day.  Tried the next morning with 1.7 and it worked fine.  I've heard from numerous other people that it's quite common for the system to not let you send the last 0.01 BTC because of rounding.  Thanks for the replies.
