Some of my finalize buttons arent highlighted and green, I cannot click finalize, anyone know why this is?
-
I spoke with vendor support and they told me it was due to a glitch in the system and should be fixed soon. But can you do me a favor? Check whether all the green finalize buttons (the ones where you can finalize) come from purchases from vendors whose transaction statistic is over 35?
It's just a theory of a tired mind and disregard it if it doesn't make sense..
Cheers

It should become highlighted and green once marked by the vendor as "in transit". Are they?
-
Your theory is correct, The items are all listed in transit.
-
I have orders in transit that I still can not finalize.
-
There's supposedly a glitch in the system, that even items marked as in transit by the vendor can not be finalized by the customer. Here's what vendor support had to say about it a few hours ago:
"There is currently a glitch that is keeping some clients from being able to finalize. The team is working on it furiously."
Take it for what it's worth.. Good night y'all and be safe

Hey SR do me a favor help me out. Fix this problem. I need to pay my vendors.
-
The problem seems to persist.
If someone who has trouble with some items being able and others not being able to be finalized could do me a favor and check whether the 'grey' finalize buttons (not being able to finalize) are orders from new vendors or ones that have a low (<35) transaction history?
-
I'm wondering if this new "glitch" could rather be a good feature that should be implied, at least to new unverified vendors.
-
Yup, with my question I was implicitly trying to figure this out.
But tbh, I trust SR admins and DPR so much, they wouldn't introduce such a draconian feature without having it discussed & agreed upon with the community first & and then lie about it. (I think the same glitch appeared some time before)
In any case, this policy would hurt some vendors esp. people who would like to become reliable vendors profoundly. Vendors with lower than 35 transactions (See Vendor Guide) would either have to trust customers completely, regardless of their buying stats, or stop doing business with new buyers altogether, since they wouldn't be able to ask them to finalize early.
I guess it's reasonable to assume a vendor wouldn't want to ship to a client with an obscure US company address and no transaction history with this policy in place. (A customer of mine told me he would have to wait 3 days before he could finalize after I selected the item as shipped. Wtf is this supposed to achieve? As a vendor it would just delay my operation and make my life harder)
Either way, it would be good to hear something from the SR-Team
<3z and be safe!

Well finalize button still not working & now the where it says auto-finalize it shows the days under it well I have shipped many orders and it still showing 17 days in transit for the last 2 days
My buyers are worried as they check to see how many days are left and it still shows the same amount unchanged
-
I've also inquired with vendor support about this issue, my customers would like to finalize for their recieved orders...
