Title: Shipping to a re-shipping company
Post by: kaphir on July 11, 2013, 12:45 pm
Hey,

I know this is probably the wrong section to post this on, but I'm not allowed to post on other sections!

Anyways, since I have not received any orders yet, I'm curious about how the stuff will be delivered, like is it gonna be inside a kid toy or is it gonna be like just sitting there!!

I'm asking this because I have US address that re-ships internationally (Express), and when they receive a new package they have to check what it is, so they can label it.
So is it safe to ship to them? will they find out what it is?

I need it because I live in a remote place that standard shipping takes very long period to arrive.

thank you, and I'm sorry because this should be on the Shipping section but I'm not able to post there for some reason.

Hm that could be tricky if the forwarder is opening the package. Basically you will need to know in advance from the vendor the type of stealth used, which is information usually vendors don't just give out. Depending on what you order it might just come sealed in an MBB or something similar. Some products yes people will use more advanced stealth like placing inside a commercial product and making it look unopened, etc., but that kind of stealth is not cheap, plus the product weight needs to be close to accurate in case someone checks the weight of the product against what it is supposed to be.

It depends on the amount being shipped, and the how good your vendor is.

Good vendors can get items virtually anywhere without any worry... choose wisely.

Why just find a vendor that ships international and/or lives in the same country as you then order from them so you dont have to worry? The more hands touch/inspect your package the more likely it will be scrutinized and possibly searched.

There is plenty of information lying around already on the best ways to stealth product, and I am sure LEO is more then capable of digging up federal data on known methods.  Personally I doubt that LEO gives a rats ass if people ship drugs, as long as it doesn't make them look bad, and challenge their budget justification.  Sure you have the rare rookie who wants to "bring justice to the world", but the actual bureaucratic element of the law enforcement agency's knows that drug's are their number 1 businesses security plan.

No vendor is going to tell the customer his exact methods, and knowing these methods really doesn't make LEO's job that much easier, they still need to justify the warrant to open the package, and just saying "oh well some one online said it would come like this" doesn't justify a warrant.  Anyways, no smart vendor has his real address in any way connected to this shipment, and LEO knowing what to expect does little to bolster their chance of seizure.  For example, knowing that a product comes in form A, doesn't change the fact that thousands of other legitimate products also come in form A, are they going to start tearing open every package that employs form A?  Not likely.

Banging my head against the wall trying to figure out what geographical region gets faster shipping by routing through another country.  The moon?

I'm surprised people are responding to this post.

Re-shippers are very common for folks to use who order items off of eBay or other stores in the states (most people do not want to ship items to India for instance so they use a re-shipper).

I'm not LE or narc, and I'm not asking how the package will look like exactly, but I need to know if someone else (re-shipper) looked at it, is he going to see just a random product or is he gonna see some weed?

I use re-shipping companies because where I live it takes for a package with standard shipping almost a month to arrive here. but the re-shipper will deliver it in (3 to 5) days (express shipping).

and there is not a single vendor in my country.

I have taken the risk, and ordered a small amount to the re-shipper address. will update you when it arrives.

As previously stated, pick the right vendor with a reputation for stealth, and make sure you let them know that your product IS being bought internationally.  If you just buy it domestic they will use a different form of stealth then on international orders, and so it wont have X-Ray protection etc...

The difference between shipping an order through customs internationally, and through domestic, is pretty huge, and if you are re-shipping to a tight-customs country, the stealth might not be adequate if the vendor was simply shipping with domestic stealth.  Just a heads up for next time you get an order, let your vendor know that you are re-shipping, and I am sure they will be more then willing to accommodate you with more stealth.
