Please Silk Road can you revamp the feedback system, preferably using the eBay model as an example. My specific concern is that because feedback must be entered at the point of finalization, and a significant number of sellers now demand finalization to occur before the goods are released (E.g. for international shipments), that the feedback provides no real indication of the quality of the actual product on offer. Some specific examples lifted from a Silk Road seller:
5 of 5 fast shipping and awesome packaging!! will definitely use again item 5 days
5 of 5 Stealthy package, quick delivery. Haven't tried yet.
This feedback provides the buyer with no indication if the seller has actually provided a good product. Where regulated substances are concerned, this information is especially important.
Ideally, as has been suggested by other posters in this forum, multiple ratings for the main specific categories should exists: Shipping, Packing, Product.
Feedback should be able to be left up to 10 days after the transaction has been finalized, since most will probably not be consuming the product upon arrival. This allows buyers to post an accurate reflection of the actual product and not just the sellers ability to ensure something arrives.
Cheers,
nadric.

Yeah, if there is no negative comments about the product in feedback I just assume the product is as advertised, and so far I haven't been disappointed.
