i put coins on sr right before the rollback and now my balance is back to what it was before the down time. how do i get these coins back?

Haha. Guys, try to stay calm. This happened to me a long time ago and support got it sorted out.

Can anyone else confirm the recite of their missing coins?
I'm missing a large transfer, I wish I was only missing 55 or 60 coins so if other people can confirm receiving their coins it would really ease my mind.

I can confirm that my 65 coin has NOT showed up yet, and I got a reply to my message from support that did not help me at all. They only said all previous wallet addresses are still valid. Which doesn't help me because my money has still not showed up. I'm beginning to lose hope on this one.

All previous wallet addresses are still valid, but if you generated a new address after the rollback point and sent coins to that address before the rollback happened, therein lies the rub. That new address is no longer tied to your account. I sent a small amount of coins to a newly generated address prior to the rollback and those are the ones that are missing. If I did not click 'get new address' prior to sending the coins I would have been fine.
Something like this (worse, actually) did happen once some time ago, and SR support had to do some gruesome manual audit to get everything back in order, but they got shit done and in fast order too. That being said, I'm sending them a message anyway since I haven't seen a word from them on the forums.

I certainly can't afford to lose hope and I mean that in the most literal way possible.
I literally can not afford to lose these coins. I was using them as an investment and if shit goes sideways I don't think I will be able to recover, at least not anytime soon.
So please stay optimistic. This situation needs as much positive energy as possible to ensure a positive resolution for all interested parties.

Hi guys. First off, this is my first post on SR Forums, and I must say I have been having a bad first buying experience on SR. I have been a member for about 24 days now and I have been doing some window shopping. I finally found the right vendors for my Dilaudid and MDMA needs, so I finally grew the balls to go through the process of purchasing BTC.
Well, I finally bought them through Mt. Gox and downloaded them into my instawallet, then sent the funds to my SR account address. This transfer happened a day ago after the rollback already started, so my bitcoins have not showed up in my account. I am very disappointed because I really wanted to place my orders already before prices and etc. change, but now I'm fearing my coins won't ever show up since I deposited them after the rollback started. Any thoughts guys?

Looks like I got my btc! Bad news is, I forgot my PIN and now have to wait the 7 days... >:(
I guess no nodding or rolling for a while, lucky me.

So it's been over 31 hours since I first messaged SR support about my missing coins and my message hasn't even been read yet so it obviously hasn't been responded to.
Are you guys who are getting responses from staff and getting your coins back just messaging the regular SR support?
Is there an alternative more direct address I can send a PM to work this out?
If any of you mods know the magic ninja I need to message to help expedite resolving this issue please PM because I've been missing over 170 coins for over 38 hours and I'm getting really stressed out. I'm sure the mods are very busy and I'm sure compared to some people I'm not missing all that much but for me it really is a lot and it would really ease my mind to talk to someone about it specifically.
