I have an order which is supposed to auto finalize in 1 day. I have been unable to access SR resolution center to ask for an extension. What I am to do in this situation if my package has not arrived and I lose the only protection/leverage I have?

I just reread that and realized I wasn't clear. I have not been able to access SR and therefore cannot get to the resolution center.

I would recommend you contact support over on the Road once you can get back in. They are quite reasonable.
