Ok, so I set up a seller account at The Armory to sell Ballistic Armour that I can drop ship from a company along with other electronic devices and other things. For some reason the password is now not being recognized. I contacted Vendor Support on SR and they said to try and recreate the account and if that didn't work contact Vendor Support over at The Armory. The account was recognized so I couldn't recreate it and so I contacted them back asking what could be done or if they could reset my password. I contacted them from both my Limetless seller account and my buyer account asking for help and I have sent maybe 8-9 messages asking for help with this issue and I have just been ignored. I did get a response from Vendor Support when I contacted them about what I wanted to do for 4-20 but they didn't mention anything about the account issue.
Anyway I am not sure why I seem to be being ignored, I haven't been able to access my account for at least 6 days now. What makes it worse is that I wanted to make some purchases and I had some other sellers do specific listings for me which I can't buy now. I am not sure if I have done something wrong or what but I just want the issue resolved.
Can anyone shed some light on this?
