How do I use localbitcoin and pay with cash? Do I go and meet the person, give them my cash and then a bitcoin wallet address? Surely I can't give them my SR Bitcoin wallet address so what do I give them? I know this has been asked before but I can't really find a clear answer. Thankyou.

You can get your own address that you're in full control of by running a bitcoin client like the ones found on bitcoin.org.
You can also use a trusted wallet service to handle the coins for you. blockchain.info and coinbase.com are trusted, but don't use any other ones without asking around! There are a million wallet service scams out there.
SR supposedly "washes" coins, and you can also use blockchain.info's "Shared Send" feature to do this if you're extra paranoid for a small percentage fee.

For mixing bitcoins, use bitcoinfog: http://fogcore5n3ov3tui.onion

I'd second this recommendation.
If you choose to use BitcoinFog to mix, read their info page after you make an account. It explains the process of washing and ways the further maximize your anonymity when using the service.

So basically they give me a wallet address which i give the person i pay the cash, he sends the BTC there and they're washed before coming to my sr wallet? Is that right? Can anyone clarify?

Yes. But again, read their instructions. You have to select a time period, and a waiting period, during which they send the coins to your wallet, in several random-sized amounts.
It's best to leave the coins for a time in your bitcoinfog wallet. The longer you leave them in place, the more they are "mixed" with other people's coins. More secure.

Great! Thanks for that clarification, this seems like a good way to buy bulk bitcoins, as you pay in cash and then you can make lots of small orders without having to keep buying more coin.
