Be warned, Health is not delivering the Passports people pay for.  In my experience he is just scamming people.
I started trying to buy a UK Passport from Health in June.  As of today (25th December) I have gotten nothing from him.
I did as he asked and put 3000 British Pounds worth of BitCoins into 2 SR escrows accounts.  One account I released to him right away.  he was suppose to show me a scan of the UK Passport in 3 to 4 weeks at which time I would release the funds  in the second escrow account and he would mail the Passport.
Health claimed he had a number of problems resulting in his being unable to deliver the Passport on time.  I made a mistake and allowed the release of the second escrow account to him in late July, or early August.  Since then he has had excuse after excuse, sob story piled on sob story.  It all boils down to his having been paid in full for an alleged official UK Passport - and four (4) months after he was paid in full for an UK Passport I still have gotten nothing from him.
In October he did finally e-mail me a scanned copy of a  UK Passport.  At that point I was not going to be picky and I said the scanned Passport was fine and I'd take it.  Health then told me that he did NOT actually have the Passport - his guy had only given him the scanned copy and he was still waiting for the actual Passport.  Then Health told me he was having trouble hooking up  with his guy and even if he got the Passport he no longer had a way to ship the item to where I live.
I have waited patiently for six (6) months to get the Passport I ordered from Health.  Most recently I was told by him that my Passport would be delivered to him on the 25th of December.  When I heard nothing from Health on the 25th I decided I was done waiting.  So, for the first time I am letting everyone on the SR know of my personal experience with Health and his alleged UK Passports.
Additionally, at the start communications with Health was good.  However, as time has gone on... and on... and on... his communication has become spotty. For months I have had to pester Health to get him to respond.  He will set a time table as to when he will have my Passport, or even just news of my Passport, and then I will not hear from him as the time table comes and goes.  Then he will get back in touch with new promises of delivery by some date.  Then that deadline will come and go with nothing.
My friends on the SR - learn from my mistakes - do not trust Health's promise of an official, "real", UK Passport.  He will take your BitCoins and all you will get from him are excuses, stories of his problems, more excesses - in the end you will not get a Passport from this man.

rockit, this vendor was only able to take your bitcoins because you made the mistake of releasing, or Finalizing Early, the funds from Escrow before you had received the goods. The biggest mistake you can make and one I will never understand how buyers continue to make. DPR states in his Buyers Guidelines to Never Finalize Early for any Vendor and always stay in Escrow. Don't get me wrong rockit, this vendor is a thieving prick and I'm really sorry for what happened to you, but it's buyers who FE that enable this prick to continue ripping others off. If all the coins were kept in Escrow until you received the passport, there wouldn't be a problem.

I am very interested in a passport also, and will let you all know if I find a legitimate vendor.  Please do the same for me.  I have tried to interact with twism23, but he has not responded to my inquiries.

Out of idle wonder and my obsession with buying my way out of the US, I watched the PP vendors from afar to see if anything ever developed. So far, all have proven to be scams.

They all follow this patern:

50% Down in "Part A" - usually about $3-4k USD

I think it varies whether you FE or are in escrow here, by you receive a picture showing hey, it's done, release part B.

After you've released part B, it looks the scammers not only cut off contact - they vanish off the site completely. There are several non-SR people running this exact same scam too.

The forgeries section in general seems to be full of, what appears to be (from an outsider's view), lots of fake/similar feedback, mixed in with "ID is alright, but has obvious flaws and would never work in state." Others are worse.

There seem to be 2-3 people selling very awesome IDs, but - the complexity of making a new CA ID, an NY ID, or even the multi-colored holograms is something that's nearly impossible. I was near expert level in the days of PVC cards when it came to knowing how everything worked, what materials were used, and what methods could and could not be replicated without impossibly expensive equipment...while I'm sure it's changed with the spread of Teslin and newer methods of printing single colored holograms (gold/red....just "Intereference Gold/Red powder and Speedball Base Screenprinting ink, ratio is 50base:1gold).

The Chinese guy who actually owned the company making a large amount of the devices being used for the real deal is really the only person I could see making perfect replicas. Passports seem to be universally a scam though, and seemingly are the same scammers.

Thank you for sharing that information.  I researched all of the passport offers from the last year on the SR Forums, and they all agreed with your analysis.  It appears that legitimate passports are currently impossible to procure.

Hey all,

I'm selling this: http://silkroadvb5piz3r.onion/silkroad/item/1841fd915f

It's real. Don't know the SSN. Has not been reported stolen.

The listed price is not in stone. So far I have one offer I will accept. Waiting for the guy to get BTC in his account, If you make a higher offer, it's yours.

I honestly think that if you're selling the passport (that has to either be lost, or a friend willing to say it was lost if it was even compromised) is kind of fucked up. I'm not at all in support of identity theft, even if it's semi-voluntary, but - that listing has been up forever for a reason.

I'm pretty sure that if passports were for sale on SR the feds would be all over it - much easier than drugs to work back and solve. Tor is just full of 50%ers....both on the road (selective scammers or what now is pretty much standard "retirement" - take the money, fuck off with the 50%, leave the poor bastard out $2k or whatever sitting alone realizing that you can't really get your money back.

Real fake passports are simply not that possible. End of.

There are only ONE way to get a REAL travel passport. Apply for it and get it from the government. It CANNOT be faked. End of.

As unless you have an inside man, for example UK IPS who can put through an application there is NO way you can fake a government reg'd passport. So, quit getting scammed !!..

The only other option, is a stolen passport which you cut and shut yourself. Very tricky work and you have a limited window if the PP is reported stolen.

Other ways for passports are citizenship and or smaller countries.

We are awaiting the results of a collaboration with Identity Source regarding their DOM passports, So we will keep you informed.

In the meantime....stop falling for BS.
