I ordered from a vendor and I can't click on finalize or resolve. Does this option become available in a few days? I heard there was a rumor of something like this would happen to discourage early finalization. Also, Patti Smith rules.

I'm not sure but I think it's a bug.
I've told both, it's a bug, or there is a timer.
Either way, I notify the vendor, by the next day it's fixed;)

I can confirm that there IS a delay before it will let you finalize or resolve on new orders.

The specific policy is that vendors with under 35 transactions have a 3 day waiting period after shipping before orders can be finalized.

If you hover with your mouse over resolve, finalize, in transit and so on you will see more detailed information, e.g. when resolve will be available.
As the previous poster said, new seller accounts have some delay on finalizing.

So I just placed my first order. And when i scroll over the word proccessing notthing pops up. i JUST placed it so does it take time to pop up like that? Also under auto finalize it says N/A. Is that where the finalize button should be? Thanks for the help in advance guys.
