SR Admin's being backlogged post blackout has orders in the resolution center from being resolved.

I'm one of the last people dealing with WeCookUK's fallout, as most people FE'd. My $2K is sitting there, waiting to be untied.

This update is for the people who are still dealing with this asshole. Check your resolution center! WeCookUK starting to reply to people, lying and saying he'd never promised anything via email, that 150-odd people all ganged up and started accusing him of scamming, and he's trying to get 50% of our money. He claims that ordering means that we accepted a 50% refund so we're all fucked and should give in. I'm concerned that his line of bullshit might get him some points with admin before they realize he's fucked over a hundred SR customers over.

Just keep fighting this shitbag until the admins sort it out. Make sure it's clear that he's wasting not just your and his time, but the time of the SR admins.

Although to be honest, at this point I'd happily trade my $2,000 for his name and address.

I've just got under a day for mine to resolved now with no communication from him at all, I just assumed his account had been deleted? Anyway, SR Support just said to leave it with them in the resolution centre and it'll be dealt with so I can only hope I get 100% of my coins back.

Once it goes into resolution he's going to start trying to fight you. On a daily basis.

His vendor's account has been deleted, but he can still email & argue.

It's been sitting in the resolution centre for going into the 5th day now with nothing from him, so I'm assuming he's ignoring my case and hoping for the best. He's got 11 hours as of now to do something.

My resolution with him has reached a standstill, he is just contradicting me and cannot address any points i make directly, he's like a child. I have told him not to bother responding and just wait for the decision of SR Support. I have also messaged SR Support with some details regarding the order as every point i make in the resolution centre simply alerts him of mistakes he has made and gives him a chance to create some bullshit story to cover it. It's nearly 2 weeks since the resolution went into "under review" status now, i know there will be a bit of a backlog but really hope this gets sorted out soon and i am quite interested to see what the decision will be, could make or break my faith in SR.

The fortunate thing is that he's not that bright.

SR admin got back to me and apologized for the wait & reiterated that there is a backlog. I'm really not that worried, though.

same here guys, quality stuff! hope no one was tricked by his spiel and settled for 50. My first experience in the resolution centre and so glad SR support pulled through.
