Title: Who do I contact for a response from support

4 days ago I tried to place an order. I'll admit I had forgotten my pin. well not exactly..I saw PIN and thought i had forgotten and was trying numbers..then I realized after my 3 days that it was a second password...At this point I was able to reset it already so I did. I wrote down my secondary pw and then today logged in to place my order. I was told after going through the whole ordering process to log out log back in and try again. so I did and now it's saying my pin was reset again. WTF am I supposed to do. I wrote the pin down. I know I entered it correctly. the caps lock isn't and wasn't on I'm not sure what to do. I can't wait another 3 days when I honestly don't believe I'm at fault. Let me know what to do. who to contact. I'd like to get this order sent out today so i can have it this weekend.

The admins can reset your PIN.  Message them from the SR marketplace, use the Contact US button at the very bottom of the page, bottom right corner.  If it was me I would simply ask to have my PIN reset with getting into the whole business of it not being my fault and all of that. Good luck.

I've contacted them there. No response, that's why I came here to see if maybe I was doing something incorrect. I guess I'm going to have to wait another 3 days. I've had nothing but problems so far with this site. Hopefully after this issue gets sorted things begin to go a little smoother.

Sorry about your trouble. Admins are usually very responsive. I think the site is having some issues & maybe not everyone is working b/c of the holiday.  Can you buy what you need with a new account?  Just trying to be helpful  :)

I wish. My bitcoins are sitting on the account that is not working properly now. I'm not investing anymore money until I find out what's going on. I know it's not their fault. they've got a lot to do and have to try to maintain the anonymity for all of our protection. I'm upset, but not directly at them. I just wish I hadn't put my money on here at this point I could have gone local. lesser quality but instant. sigh oh well..I'll be patient and hopefully things will be sorted out in time.

Is there an update that i could get from you reverb? has admin responded at all to your questions? have you reset your password?

All pin rests are covered here. It might suck that you are caught in a vortex to get it but messaging SR support about pins is not going to change the rules on how they reset them. You used to have to wait 7 days and they seen an issue so they reduced it to 3. patience pays off on SR

You can shoot me a message anytime. I'm usually the one who your talking to on SR Support and sometimes when there's a big backlog of messages it can take a little while for me to get to everybody. But I never take holidays, I am working 365 days a year so fear not, I'm here to help. :)

If you've been waiting over 24 hours for a response from SR support (very rare occurrence) then you can send me a message directly, my account on the main site is better but the forums are another option too.
