This has happened to me three times now. I've send some BTC to my SR account, and via the block explorer i can see that the BTC has been received at the address i sent them to. But the amount was never credited to my account. On the first two times, the Admin fixed it. But its still happening?
Has anyone else experienced this?

I had 2 orders by the same buyer earlier that was finalised but was only credited for the 1 order. This happened just earlier so I've yet to hear back from support.

When i encountered the problem some weeks ago, the admin(s) fixed it after some days. But apparently the issue hasnt been fixed - im currently waiting for a reply from the admin(s).
