Doesnt reply to Pms about how this is made.....chances are this is soft hash which means it is solvent extracted and has alot of residues left in it.

I placed an order with Bodega for two grams of this hash.
Over more than a week i have attempted to contact him five times about this product, and where my order is. I have been Ignored every single time.I've never had a domestic order take this long. In his profile it clearly states
"4.) Availability
-We will be online every day. If you send us a question, it will be answered promptly"
Do all customers get treated like this? Seriously? In his profile it says he got his shipping issues worked out, but that is clearly a lie.
Looks like I'm just going to have to get SR support to step in when i am able to resolve soon.

Yea man, I having to wait around same time for my order or product.. but It seems they are backed up and apparently changing some staff around and switching up shipping days.. I was concerned at first bc this is my first time, but now I think everything is fine, just taking little longer than normal! I saw today the page was in "stealth Mode" so they might be dry or had to take a break! hopefully all is good! we will see!

there are other better hash vendors out there, no use taking shit from people who dont know how to run a business.

I agree with masterblaster completely. Also, to update i still haven't received my product.
My resolution comes in very soon, and after that I'll order from a REAL vendor. It just makes me furious that I'm going to have a refund on my perfect record. I will never forgive Bodega for this. He is a pathetic vendor.

Yea, mine is in 8 days, and I agree, I am going only with better vendor for sure! If he would only respond to our messages I wouldn't be as pissed/worried! If I have to do a resoultion I will be Furious and make sure everyone knows what he has done, but for now I am giving him the benefit of the doubt for now and will still be understanding as long as I get my package and good reason for the probelm. What also really bothers me is he has the price on an oz at 340, but his bitcoin amount was at btc equalivent to $380, which I had to paid. I messaged him about if I was getting more or my $40 worth of btc's. Dont figure I ever will... Hopefully Ill get package tmrw!? got to be positive right?

just and update on my situation... I still received nothing and still have had no response from him. I went into resolution today, and am trying to get a full refund. If he ever contacts me or gets back on his account and sends me confirmation on the DCN of the package and it shows it was intercepted, then I might have a change of heart, but as of now all the facts points to "I got scammed!" >:( :( :'(
never had to go into resolution, does anyone know how long this usually takes?

Write your argument/comments in the box provided to you, and wait. Silk Road Support will step in before it auto releases and speak to both you and Bodega. I'm actually at this point right now also.
I asked for a 100% refund, and SR staff is giving him two days to write back. It has already been a day though, so he has about 24 hours left to respond. You are lucky you didn't Finalize Early like most people do. You wouldn't have gotten anything back. Some vendors may be legit for a period of time, and decide they want to go out with a scam. I've seen it happen quite a few times since I've been here
Anyway, best of luck to you. I hope you get every cent back so you can spend it on a vendor who deserves it.

I am in resoultion and did what you described and now he has until this friday (10th) to come to resolution before SR admins step in, but at this rate he doesnt appear to get on at all so seem if he doesn't reply I should get my full refund. Then ill prolly have a damaged name right after all that, right? :(
