Assuming you have PGP Desktop, and/or PGP Tray, do this:
Copy the vendor whom you're buy from's PGP Public Key.
Go to PGP Tray > Clipboard > Decrypt & Verify > Import contact
Then, type your address into the field... copy the entire text.
Go to PGP Tray > Clipboard > Encrypt > Select the contact of said vendor.
Remove the original text (select + delete), then paste the PGP Message in there. Done.

Can't help you bruh, I don't use PGP. I think it's a waste of time. When it comes right down to it your possession of a PGP key is just more proof that you were the individual actually making the purchase. But hey I could be wrong, and I challenge anyone who can enlighten me and the OP as to how I am.

PGP is not a waste of time as the person above suggests.
If you happen to be using a Mac, give me a shout and I'll guide you through it, especially as some of the commands work a bit differently from the PC/Linux versions.

ALWAYS USE PGP!!!
Use a long pass phrase to protect your key

How does possessing a pgp key prove anything?

I have been getting buyers that don't know how to encrypt, all my messages are deleted after read but I don't understand how ppl feel safe putting personal info and hoping that vendors practice high security measures

I guess the thinking goes along the lines of if someone had a particular encrypted message they thought might be from you, and could access your computer and then found your private key, and were able to decrypt the message, that might give them a hint. But really anyone could have encrypted it using your public key so it still doesn't prove you originally encrypted it. Maybe that's another good reason to use a strong password on your private key, then someone would have to get that out of you first in order to test your key?
