Hi guys,
First post on the forums but I've a few transactions from SR under my belt so far.
Just a quick question if any of you are kind enough to find the time to answer.
I've recently (sunday) placed an order and as of today (wednesday) the order is still processing. The option to cancel is available in a few hours. I've messaged the vendor to check that all information was recieved OK, but as of yet have had no response. The Vendor was shown as online yesterday.
Now I'm not very experienced with all the in's and out's, but would it be considered bad form to cancel when the time allows it?
I realise that there could be complications for one reason or another, but believe a quick "theres a hold up somewhere along the line, don't worry, stuffs will be sent out soon/next week" would be polite, and aleviate some worrys.
I was hoping to recieve for the coming weekend, and with all other vendors I've had the product in a few days tops domestic.
Opinions from the more experienced would be much appreciated.
Apologies if I've stuck this in the wrong forum.

Hello Jeedus,
It is bad form from the vendor to keep you waiting with the order and not replying to your messages. If the communication with the vendor is so difficult even at the early stages of your order, i would fear that it could get even worse later on. I think that you have followed the etiquette sufficiently. If i wanted to cancel, i would when the option gets available.
