Title: Cancelled Order

Hey,

So I placed an order with a vendor and they contacted me to let me know that they were out of stock and that I get a full refund.
I check the orders page and it still shows the order there as 'in transit' and I have the option to Finalize Early. How come I haven't been refunded yet, and why is the order still in my list of orders?

The vendor either made a mistake and placed it into transit instead of cancelling it, or they placed it into transit right away, then realized they didn't have stock.

Either way you need to contact them and ask them to cancel the order, you cannot do that from your end.

If the vendor does not respond to you, or fails to cancel the order as they said they would, I suggest you contact SR Admin and explain everything and ask them what they can do for you.

Whatever you do, do not click on 'finalize', if you do the order will disappear and the vendor will get the coin.  You would then have to hope that the vendor refunds you your money directly.

Okay thanks for that! I'll get in contact with them and see if they can sort it out for me.

They have a good reputation so I shouldn't have anything to worry about.
