Title: luxxia?
Post by: Habitat on March 28, 2012, 06:55 am
hey guys, I'm wondering if anyone has ordered from the vender, luxxia, recently? it seems she has been around for quite some time and definitely has a good rep. I am not questioning their legitness - I am merely curious about her turn around rate with orders

I'm a little worried since I placed an order this past Friday - it's now early Wednesday, and it is still in the processing phase - the cancel option is actually available now. does Luxxia happen to ship orders without switching it's status - like Pharmville does sometimes? I have messaged her twice within the past two or three days, and no response. I don't think she has even read them either.

I really, really hope my order was shipped and she just hasn't gotten around to updating it's status. I was hoping to have received the letter by now, or at the latest, Thursday (I ordered her xanax bars, and I'm in heroin withdrawal right now, and really, *really* need those benzos) so, I guess me question for you guys is: has anyone recently ordered from luxxia - let's say, within the past couple of weeks? and if so, how was the overall experience? any problems? did it go smoothly? any information would be great considering I did not find much in a search for her. thanks!

Same thing happened to me a long time ago. I was spoiled rotten (not saying you are though!) and had gotten my orders within 2-3 days so far, so when Luxxia's shipping to slightly (reasonable amount of time) longer than expected, I got worried.

Do not fret though, luxxia is wonderful, it might take a few days longer than some people but they are definitely legit, you will get what you ordered.

Seems like the standard opinion on Luxxia is "A bit slow, but always come through".

But how long is usual to wait on a domestic order from her?  I don't want to bother her via PM, especially since her vendor page says that she often doesn't have time to respond to PMs.  My order is going on 8 days since it was marked shipped, and 10 days since I placed the order.

The waiting for product doesn't bother me at all - but each day nothing shows up, I get a little worried that it got confiscated on the way somehow.  I wish vendors would not mark a product as shipped until it's in the mail, or about to be - just to have an idea of when to expect the package.

Sorry to revive an old thread like this, but did you ever get your stuff, Habitat? If so, do you happen to recall about how long the entire process took? I'm hoping to avoid using the "cancel" option on my current order, but the whole complete lack of communication thing is a little weird. All of my other transactions have been flawless all around, so I'm sure being spoiled has something to do with my concern.  ;)

I'm still waiting on my order....over 3 weeks now.  Sent her another PM tonight, I hope she reads this one!  If it got shipped late, it wouldn't be a big deal - but the complete lack of communication after this length of time is pretty off-putting.

Spd, did you FE?  This has happened to me a few times, however if it has been the 5 days and it is still processing, I cancel and order from someone else.   If it took this long to process, how long is it going to be for shipping.  I once waited on an order like your situation, and had 2 other orders come in before the first one I orderd.  I then ask myself, am I really willing to save $10.00 on a hundred dollar order when I there are vendors that will definitely have your package out to you within a few days.     Also, bottom line, DO NOT EVER FE.  I keep reading about people doing this and getting scammed, when will they learn.  I can't even justify FE'ing early for some of the most reputable vendors, due to the fact that they could go MIA, or go to the dark side at anytime, we keep seeing more and more of that.

Nah, didn't finalize early.  Not worried about being ripped off (was only around a $20 order anyhow) - more just wondering what happened - just real slow getting sent out or if it didn't make it for some reason.  Has me paranoid to ship anything else to the same address in case it did get confiscated somehow.  My order was changed from "Processing" to "Shipped" in a couple days - but I see feedback saying it took a couple weeks to arrive, so I'm guessing she doesn't always ship immediately after changing the status.

I placed an order market shipped on the 6th of April I finally received today domestic usa.

The problem with the shipment was it had insufficient postage, and I happened to be home standing in the door when the mailman told me I had a package but owed 1.50 POSTAGE WTF?

I've ordered from her  my 4th time, this is by far the longest, strangest, transaction.  Not sure what to make of it.  I know she's got some issues going on, (hell who doesn't these days)  so again, not sure what to make of it.

You should DEF get your order, just be prepared to go to he post office and pay extra shipping if the appropriate amount wasn't added to your package :O

If I have to go to the post office, i'm glad that it'll be benzos i'm picking up, cuz i'll need one afterwards!  Wondering now if maybe it just got returned to sender due to lack of postage.

good question but I'm not sure about that one.  Mine had insufficient funds but still made it to me.  I just had to actually give the postman money.

I rather do that then go to the post office.

Goodluck!

I ordered from this vendor and it sat in processing for 6 days so I finally cancelled it.

Definitely feel bad for the OP who really needed those pills to get him through WDs - not the best idea to rely on SR for something you're gonna need, but most vendors usually come through.

I know there's no way to answer this question 100% - but am i correct in assuming that it's pretty unlikely that my mail is gonna started being watched if something did happen to this order?  It was just a half dozen schedule IV pills (ie xanax, valium)

I've ordered a few times and never had any trouble. Don't remember an order taking more than a week to get here. Hope everything shows up.

The mail is slower too. It seems some vendors are shipping less frequently and more randomly to confuse LE.

well on her profile she did mention she was having some issues, to be honest, it's almost like someone else finished her order and mailed it out for her.  (in my case)  I don't have any proof of this, but after dealing with her 4 times, never 1 issue, the fact that the postage was incorrect, seems to imply someone other than her, (him?) did the postage and shipped it.

Again, no real proof but 4 transactions and this happens is odd.  I've never waited 6 or 7 days before in transit either.  Very odd indeed

I've ordered from luxxia before (say about mid-March).  Although the order took a few days to switch over from "processing" to "in transit", the package arrived in three days once it was shipped.  I have sent her a total of three PMs in the last thirty days and not one of them has ever been read.  I've actually NEVER had any 2-way communication with her.  The order was righteous, however.  So happy was I with it, that I have just placed another and am in limbo again in regards to just when it will be taken care of and shipped out.  I have no doubts or fears that luxxia will come through, though.  Just a bit slower than I would like, but on point and properly packaged when it does arrive.  I dunno if that helps you any, but it is just my two cents.

This vendor appears to be VERY slow lately. Evidently a legit vendor, but things have come to a near stand still.

I ordered 4 days ago and have now PM'd to request my order not be filled so I may cancel. Service and communication is the backbone of the seller/buyer relationship here on SR and I'm simply not willing to order from a vendor that takes over 4 days to ship out and doesn't respond to messages.

Only order from luxxia if you don't mind a wait and no communication: personally, I do.

Hey guys. Just wanted to share my experience with everyone so you can all make informed purchasing decisions. I ordered half an Opana from Luxxia a week ago. The day after I ordered, she took the listing down, but put up new listings for different products. I sent her a message after two days of my order being in "processing" to see what was up--no response and she didn't even read it. Yesterday I sent another message, asking her to please let me know what was going on. The "cancel" option had been available for some time, but the forums all said that Luxxia always comes through, even if it takes a little while. Since her profile hadn't been updated, I thought maybe there was some kind of IRL emergency slowing down her shipping times. If there was going to be a delay, that's fine, I just wanted to know whether or not to cancel my order altogether.

Today, I come on Silk Road and see my order has been cancelled by Luxxia. She never did read any of my messages in which I politely asked for any kind of acknowledgement or explanation from her. The kicker is that she has now RE-LISTED the exact same Opana half that I initially purchased, which I guess means she didn't run out of them after all.

I don't know what her deal is and I realize she used to be a reputable vendor, but this whole ordeal has been really off-putting. The only plus is that she doesn't require early finalization (which I wouldn't have done anyway, but still...). She could have at least taken the 30 seconds to update her profile and say "Sorry, been busy, shipping may take an extra week" and I would have been satisfied.

I got a refund, but now I'm short the money needed to buy the increasingly-expensive Opana from a more reputable vendor. DAMN IT, LUXXIA! Anyway, I hope she gets her shit together and proves herself to be a reliable seller once again, but for now I wouldn't suggest working with her. It seems other people, both in the forums and in her feedback section, have had similar problems with her recently.

This is my first time having something on SR go less than 100% smoothly. Was hoping for a perfect record. Oh well.

TL;DR: She is non-communicative in every way. Slow. Does not seem to care much about her customers. Not worth your money.

^^^  Pretty much this.

I ordered something from her last month, and it took about 2/2.5 weeks to arrive.  She replied with a pretty sad story, and it seemed like it could be a legit explanation, but she also said that USPS has been causing all sorts of problems lately.  Didn't believe it, but left a 5/5 when it arrived due to her claimed circumstances.

Ordered a half an Opana about three weeks ago now and I'm getting pissed.  Item sat in "processing" for days, then "in transit," just like last time.  No replies to my messages, and I don't think she even read them, as she didn't in the past with my old order.  I decided to out this order into resolution.  I'd REALLY prefer to have the Opana over a refund.  Hopefully she'll come through, but I see she doesn't have any active listings right now.  Seems that she may have forgotten about my order.

What REALLY pisses me off is when vendors mark an item "In transit" before even thinking about shipping the item.  She's now done this to me twice.  I will NOT order from her again, regardless of whether the item shows or not, and recommend people to stay away as well, unless you enjoy being jerked around.

Luxxia:  If your story is true, I do feel for you, but you can't claim to be a seller if you're not actually selling anything.  Get it together, for fuck's sake.

I ordered all of luxxia's klonopin and valium listed, and messaged them to confirm my order. They said I would be receiving my order shortly. After 4 days, luxxia had added and removed many listings, meaning they were online a lot, yet did not reply to messages asking when they would ship my order, or even read them. Needless to say, I cancelled my order with them. You'd think that placing a large order with a vendor would motivate them to get off their lazy ass and go to the post office, but I guess not. I do not recommend using this vendor.
