Title: Feedback to Customers!!!!

When will silkroad put a feedback for the customers? Your system it is unfair... Why? Because only take in account the refunds, but there are a lot of people that finalize and after I must refund their money....

A lot of customers... I try to contact with them without answer. I don't mind refund them... Even if I refund them, sometimes they never connect again....

Please, put this system. If the seller make a full refund, the feedback dissapear.... Or It must appear that the seller did a full refund of that customer and that transaction....

Or I want respond to that feedback in public. Like ebay. I have right to defend me.

People overwhelmingly want a way to leave feedback on customers. Vendors comments on buyers that is eyes only for the vendors. Possibly only allowing comments when bad score is given.

Buyer feedback just opens up a blackmail system where buyers are afraid to post how they really feel for fear of retaliation by pissed off vendors. Doesn't make much sense to do that. If a vendor is pissed about having to refund someone, seems to me they shouldn't create a circumstance where a refund is needed.

This compared to buyers who threaten to leave bad feedback on a vendor unless he refunds their bit coin?

How is it any less fair?

How would you feel about giving the vendor the ability to rebut a bad feedback in the feedback view? Like on E-bay where when some one leaves a bad review the vendor can put a comment under it that explains it from his point of view.

Responding to feedback is different than leaving feedback. I have been in ebay auctions where a vendor threatened retaliation, though I did nothing wrong but leave my honest opinion of his services. Giving vendors the ability to tag back is only opening the door to buyers being afraid to leave genuine feedback, which in my opinion would render the whole feedback system moot.

Responses to feedback, sound like a good idea.

I'm also interested in splitted starratings for: packaging,  communication, delivery speed, and product quality.
Just like you can on eBay. I think this would be very interesting for potential new customers.

Responses to feedback it is ok. I want something!!! for sellers.

Anyway if I refund to the customer and in his negative feedback to me appear that. Other customers can see that. It is not the same a negative feedback with a refund than a negative feedback with NOTHING. Anyway I want to Respond to feedback.
