According to the wiki, auto-finalize happens on the 18th day after an order is marked as in transit. Well, what if the order hasn't arrived until then?
I live in Brazil, which is not only far away from where vendors usually ship from (EU, US/Canada and Australia) but also a country with a very slow postal service. So far I've been lucky with my shipping times, but twice now I've had orders arrive on the 16th day.
My question to you guys is this: If the auto-finalize deadline is approaching, and I have not yet received my order - but have no reason to suspect foul play - what can I do to prevent auto-finalize and give it more time?

Click "resolve" and instead of asking for a refund, ask for an extension.
