isnt reasonable to assume if you use tor cloud you can get caught way way way easier since you have to use your credit card to pay for the service??????

Not really. How do you pay for your home internet? I assume it's via check or credit card, right? All Tor cloud does is give you an easy way to automate the setup of a Tor bridge on an Amazon EC2 server. Assuming (and I suppose here's where the potential weaknesses are) that the virtual image is hardened and that the automatic package upgrade script never does anything malicious, then what do you have to worry about? Running a Tor bridge is no more illegal than buying a bitcoin.

i dont know man. im just paranoid i guess.

Tor cloud is for adding cheap bridges to the network

You can set up private bridges that way too. Cheap and easy, imo.
