I'm sure someone already wrote this somewhere. Can anyone please point me to it?

Also, what's the best way to buy bitcoins if i'm stuck in israel?

bitcoil.co.il can handle large money exchange amounts within Israel (but not anonymously).

For smaller amounts and for anonymous exchanges from shekels into bitcoins, message SR Seller 'Foo Fighter' who can do it all for you: http://silkroadvb5piz3r.onion/silkroad/user/b36af5dd24

You can transfer the BTC from within escrow.  It's scammy if people say to send them stuff outside of escrow.

Theory: I would put 10 BTC into SR escrow.  You 'ship' money via paypal (also reputable and helps guard against scammers), or other anonymous method, and upon receipt of money, release the BTC.

No finalizing early or nothing.  Just old fashioned escrow, and instead of sending drugs, you send money.

SR is holding actual bitcoins as 'hostage', and with proof of you sending the money (receipts, etc.), you'd have a valid case to bring to the judges in SR.
