Title: view ALL feedback (even those bought in stealth)
Post by: GiveUsSome on September 27, 2012, 10:20 pm
I think scamming is SR's biggest problem. (i know scamming goes both ways, but im more concerned about vendor scamming)

I think the feedback system needs an overhaul. For 1, I think there should be an option to view negative feedback and postive feedback. I often scroll through pages and pages of feedback as I want a full insight, im sure alot of vendors have shill accounts and pay the fee to get some good feedback.

Also I think all feedback should be visible, Even things sold in stealth, you can hide the product what they bought, but leave the feedback, good or bad.. If a vendor removes a product, their feedback should still be visible for that product in his main profile.

I agree with this  part,
The myth that scamming goes both ways is bull shit. DCNs and good vendors with dependable supply lines is all that is needed to protect the vendors cash flow.

the buyer can't be stupid, but a dcn should be required for all packages, and finalization.

DCN for all packages?? nahh man... Regular mail no dcn is good too as long as your policies are clear.

DCN's aren't always very useful. alot of the time they just prove they have been sent.. it could be sent to anywhere.

also some counteries if you send with tracking (which i guess thats what a DCN is???) then you require to sign for it.. which sometimes i ok, but some drops this isnt a option.

You are being too USA-centric. DCN is not available around the globe. At my location for instance the only available tracking option is registered mail, and this option costs $5. Sending drugs with registered mail is not too wise either.

So how would you expect me to ship with required DCN when no DCN is available? Would you be willing to pay me $5 for the privilege of you being forced to sign for your delivery and me being forced to enter a post office to send your goods?

Before suggesting improvements, please consider the possible consequences.

Not only they will require both ends to do dangerous things, such as enter PO or sign on delivery as they prove nothing. A scammer can easily send a piece of junk inside the envelope with a DCN on it.
