Title: Where do people who live in EU get their bitcoins from?

I'd like to use a SEPA bank transfer for buying bitcoins, but can't seem to find any trusted sites right now.

bitstamp.net
Usually takes less than 24hours for both deposits and withdrawals.
Mtgox is by far the worst I ve used, took them about 3 weeks to process a withdrawal and I was already a trusted member (ID photo etc). Also they re clearly thieves, charging percentage fees on SEPA withdrawals, while there's no such thing, SEPA fees are fixed and depending on the bank usually range at 1-5 euros.

localbitcoins.com, find a vendor who has SEPA bank transfer (most vendors have this!), and you will have your coins the next day (depending on when you transfer the money of course)

I wouldn't use anything else than bitstamp.net for SEPA transfers. It's the second largest bitcoin exchage after MtGox, it's europe based, doesn't comly to the US regulations and doesn't require any verification whatsoever.

I use localbitcoins because you can remain anonymous without using any tumbler services, saving you the fee's.

The best thing to do is get yourself a tormail account and then access localbitcoins.com through tor. Create a new account using you tormail address and verify it. Then just select one of the sellers that will accept cash deposit and buy your coins from them. They will give you an account to deposit money into (which can be done without any form of ID) then they give you the coins! Nothing can be traced back to you this way and you dont have to meet anyone!
