I am a new vendor on SR. So far all of my customers have been great and I have really had good experiences. I sent out all my orders, I sent good product and I sent it quickly. Now I have 4 buyers that received their order days ago and they arnt finalizing. I have DCNs and I sent msges asking these buyers to finalize days ago. I remember PMs I had with 3 of the 4 customers, and they were all very nice cool people, but now it seems like they got thier shit and dont care about finalizing. I am not being scammed but I think they just left or dont care.
What sort of things can I do to prevent this in the future? I know they will auto-finalize eventually but I am hoping that some other, more experienced vendors can give me some advice.
If anyone has a few minutes some input would be greatly appreciated!

it is generally acceptable to ask buyers to finalize as you ship the product but its yours and theirs own decision

If you haven't already done so, you should send a PM to each buyer and politely mention that the DCN for their package is showing a status of delivered and could they please finalize the order or, if they have some sort of problem with the package would they please PM you with the details so you can work something out.

Thanks for the tip - But I dont want to ask any buyers to finalize. In fact, 2 of my new customers were so cool they actually tried to finalize even though I didnt ask. But all the same I am hoping to find a way to address this situation that doesnt involve asking people to finalize early

Great idea, thats pretty much what my msg a few days ago said to each one of them. I think the issue is that I am dealing with new silk road users for the most part. And I get the feeling that they are just making an order then not even logging onto the accounts again.

That sounds about right. Unfortunately they don't understand having an auto-finalize looks bad on them. I make sure I finalize when I receive the order and then go back and update after I test the product.
