Title: So if our deposits are missing, what do we do from here?
Post by: centahne1 on May 07, 2013, 03:23 pm
Alright guys so as we have seen their is alot of problems in regards to people not having deposits showing up. I just made one of $585 and now totally regret it because I'm fucking with other peoples money that gave me that to make this order happen.

So my question is, for the people who lost BTC after sending it to their SR Address, what do we do?

I'm in the same boat man. Others are trusting me with their funds, and something's royally fucked up. All we can do is wait, unless you want to open a support ticket. I'm guessing they have reams of support tickets to deal with right now though.

My deposit just showed up after about 26 hours. Guessing DPR's is in the process of fixing the issue, as others have mentioned a 30+ hour wait.

Hi folks,

Please see DPR's thread on the issue here:

In order to fight off the recent DoS attack we had to do substantial reconfiguration to the entire Silk Road system.  We are still working out the kinks, and there are a couple of isses that have to be addressed.  One is deposits and withdrawals not showing up in a timely manner.  We found one problem the new config was causing to this system and fixed it today, so deposits/withdrawals should be flowing now.  If you still don't have yours, please message support on the main site.

The other issue is being logged out seemingly at random.  We are still looking for the cause of this problem, but I assure you it is a top priority and we will get it fixed soon.

Thank you for your patience as we recover from the recent attack.
