I ordered some x from an overseas vendor in early October. Weeks later, the package still hadn't arrived. He offered to reship, or refund 50% of my money. I chose to have them reshipped, because I would rather have my drugs than money. Seller said they reshipped mid-November (12th-19th). Well, once again, it's weeks later and I still have nothing. I have contacted the seller asking for my refund but haven't heard back yet. My question is, what do you do in a situation like this? He has my money because all this was happening while SR was in and out and it finalized while in resolution.
Am I wrong to ask for a refund? I haven't received anything, and I've never had a problem from any other seller, overseas or domestic. I just find it odd that neither of the packages have arrived- no love letter or customs note or anything. Did I get scammed? Can I ask SR admins for resolution? What do you do?
TIA

I would ask SR if they could help. They reversed some of the orders to extend the time when they auto finalized during the outage about a month ago. It may be to late to do that but it is worth a shot.

Same situation happened to me, Oct 4th I ordered, until today have not received anything, no customs letter either.
Seller reshipped 3 weeks ago, still nothing, waiting one more week before asking for a full refund.
Seems to me you may have been selectively scammed, seller probably didnt even send out item as it happens to a lot of people.
Try to get SR Support involved, maybe they can assist.
Will update if anything received.
