Title: Password stopped working after placing 2 orders. PLEASE HELP ME

hey guys. I'm having a really rough day. I placed 2 orders yesterday, one for almost 300 dollars and one for 90. The one for 300 doesn't require FE, but the one for 90 does. After being asked to FE for the 90 dollar order I noticed that the order wasn't showing up as "in transit". the vendor said to try logging off. I did that and then when I tried to log back on I just kept getting the message "login failed, please try again"

so I tried every possible password combination I could think of and none of them are working. I can't believe this happened as it is my first time using silk road. I made a new account and told the vendor who asked me to FE early what happened but still haven't gotten a response. I still know my pin number, but my password just doesn't work any more.

I want to know if my products will still be shipped? or did I just lose 400 dollars. I am very worried. If the vendor for the 90 dollar item sends the item, but I no longer have access to my account, what will happen? please please give me a response. This is stressing me out way too much.

is there any way for me to retrieve my account using my pin number? what could have possibly happened? did someone hack my account? God I can't believe this, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I told the vendor that if he does ship the order I will order more with a new account and spread the word that he helped me out in a time of need. do you think he will do this?

got a response from the vendor. He says that if he puts the order as in transit then in 2 weeks when the funds are released to him I can either get the coins back from him and place a new order, or he will ship that order. Awesome!
