I am also interested in this,

Will it be safe for me to have it shipped to my place since it's domestic?

I'm looking at getting a quart, :)

I've just received a package of weed from him. Haven't had a chance to try it yet, but it looks and smells excellent. There was an initial delay due to supply problems, but he kept in touch and I'm very happy with the experience. Definitely recommend.

I just received an order from Ausbudz, placed over the weekend.
Slightly slow to communicate but the turn around was fast, packaging was good and the delivery arrived on the expected day.
I'd buy from them again for sure, pending PostmanPot turning up again with a bit of good honest competition.

If any Aussies want to raise the bar and start offering some of the more gourmet varieties that our friends overseas have available to them, then I'd be pretty keen to have a chat about that too.

Cheers

i bought some from his prev seller and well the buds were the same i could get anywhere, nothing special. For a country with a perfect climate for growing we really do get sold some dud shit here. I got some white russians growing but wont be ready for a while, then i plan to offload a shitload on SR to locals.

Hey guys, look I don't claim to offer any type of gourmet variety, but what I do get is pretty decent aussie hydro. It's what I smoke myself and i'm just providing the service to you guys.

Will be restocking tonight.

Hey - no complaints from me about the quality of your product AusBudz.
I just think that it would be awesome if we could get more of an aussie scene going - more sellers, more variety, more buyers, more money, more fun!

Agreed. We need a bigger scene here.....I thought this would thrive in aus since were so isolated

demsome - if your White Russian crop turns out well, I'll be all over that like mad >)

AusBudz - glad to see you're getting into the swing of SR. Would you by any chance be able to list some larger quantities, i.e. 3g, 5g, 10g, etc?

Peace.

I'm not far from harvest and have been thinking about possibly slinging some ounces or smaller over SR, a little skeptical about mailing pot but I assume aus to aus shipping goes mostly un-checked?

I'm something of a pheno hunter/grower, so if I do put anything up for sale it wont be commercial crap, be looking at excellent parent genetics selection bought overseas, grown in organic soil and treated with much love. I harvest for personal use, i.e. harvest by examining trichomes, around 30-50% amber for the best potency (commercial croppers and newbs will typically harvest when pistils go brown/orange but the trichomes are still mostly clear.)
exotic pot is near impossible to find in aus I've found unless you plan on growing it yourself.

As a side note, if anyone is starting up growing and would like advice, feel free to shoot me a pm for help.

WA420 - I assume by your username that you are from Western Australia? From my experience, some sellers refuse to post to WA. I suspect that this may be due to WA's extra layer of quarantine protection / inspection. I am not sure if this applies to outgoing mail from WA too - someone please clarify this for us.

I think mailing small quantities between other states is generally OK, as long as you pack discreetly so as not to alert any postal employees involved in the delivery of the goods. Think about how your package might be detected by someone handling it - typically by sight, smell or touch. Put a legit return address on the package (not necessarily your own) and the package should get to its intended destination without any problem.

On a postage note, I happened to talk to someone who worked for Australia post the other day in the sorting lines. I asked as many questions as I could get away with. I don't know about WA specifically, but they did say no domestic mail is inspected or checked at all. The only times mail is grabbed is if it looks or smells really suspicious as it is going past. They mentioned a few cases where big bags of weed were in the post with no sealing, and the smell pretty much dutched the sorting room. In that case (what a waste) it gets removed and handed over to managers. They said that kind of thing happened a lot.

Incidentally, anything that cannot be delivered for whatever reason goes back to a city central 'dead mail' area. From there they try to return to sender. If you had something not delivered, not sure it would be worth the risk to try to check it out though.

Totally agree.  I see some of the stuff on offer in the States and Europe on SR and die a little inside each time.     I'm considering my first (domestic) purchase on SR shortly and am basically tossing up between Ausbudz and PostmanPot at the moment .    Some reviews on both their products would be great if someone can?

Postage and packing methods are also very important to me as well (along with everyone else I suppose), so I'm just reading reviews on both guys now.

AGREED. If local prices dropped, I wouldnt shop overseas......end of story. The only reason I dont even consider going local (99% of the time), is cos of the REDICULOUS prices. BTW not having a go at your prices in particular ausbudz!!!!!! Im just talking in general about most of the aussie sellers ripping their fellow countrymen off, simply cos they know theres not many local options for us on here atm. Would love to see a real community vibe of people selling not ONLY for profit, but to hook locals up and create a big aussie community on here. Aus is the place this kind of site would THRIVE, being so isolated and protected. But the more people try and keep this place hush hush, and increase "scarcity" and in turn increase demand and increase prices, the less people are gna be bothered to go through SR. The federal police have already stated they are aware of SR. Theres no secret anymore, and imo, the more aussies using this site, the better. LE already doesnt have the legal avenues or resources to do much about this as it is, the more people overwhelming the system the better. IMO anyway.

I've bought off both of those vendors recently. Both sell good product.
The order that I received from PostmanPot was a lighter, more social stone. The packaging was spectacularly good.
Ausbudz sold me some strong-ish stuff that was good for some quality couch time, and he didn't skimp on the weight. Packaging was also good (multiple ziplocs), but not to the quality of PostmanPot's packaging.

Well, I placed my first order through these guys earlier this week, it sat "processing" for two days, and was then cancelled by AusBudz. They said it was to free up my BTC's in case of a BTC value drop....They also previously stated that the reason it was in processing for so long, was because they were waiting for their "guy" to drop the stock off....

All in all, not impressed, and will not be doing business again.

It seems they were accepting orders for goods they did not have stock of, and then when they didnt get stocked up before the BTC value dropped from 3.1 (when i ordered) to 2.5 (when it was cancelled) they didnt wana lose 0.5BTC's so they cancel my order hoping il reorder again at the new BTC value.

I also contacted SR in regards to the matter, asking whether AusBudz would have access to my address even though it was cancelled, and was it possible that they are LE:

re: Order canceled by AusBudz
yes, it is possible for LE to do this. You should not place orders here if you are not willing to take that risk. If I were you I would only deal with the most reputable sellers.

Take form this what you wish. I will not be doing business with them again.

hmmmm dont like that report swamp...thanks for the share. Anyone else got any input regarding AusBudz??? Considering some bud from him, swamps report has me a bit worried though. And yes DrugsBunny, LE = Law Enforcement on the forums.

Well postmanpot has better ratings, feedback seems good aswell. Personally, I would recommend him. I will give him a try in a month orso

Though, I have the balls to order actual sativa from overseas...  Has worked ok so far, from reputable sellers of course.
 ;)

Noice, might try postman instead then, or even OS. Had zero trouble getting harder stuff in, and heard of many aussies ordering weed from OS. Would like to hear AusBudz response to swamps problem to be honest, that really doesnt sound fair, and makes me very suss.

I have been following AusBudz since he picked up from where zaineaol left off and to be honest, I don't have enough confidence in his reputation to order from him yet.

His SR account does have 100% positive feedback, but just about all of the 5 out of 5 ratings on there are from buyers finalising early at his request. His post-order feedback on the forums has been sparse and is mostly from very junior members. I would be interested in hearing feedback on him from other more senior forum members or - even better - from other SR sellers on this forum.

That being said, I think all SR sellers deserve some benefit of the doubt when starting up, but I do think that feedback mechanisms which are designed to establish a seller's reputation and credibility such as the SR ratings system should be adhered to. The Bitcoin value has been stable for some time now, so there should be no reason to require buyers to finalise early any more.

Ive paid for 1g Md from AusBudz, i rang post office and i know for sure the money was collected (money order in aus through post) i havent heard from him at all for 2 days since the money was sent.

I did see however on his SR page that he's waiting for a batch to arrive???
Still the communication seems to have completely dropped and outlook for me is looking very bleak, just want a dam honest dealer here in aus.
If i can find that i will regularly purchase an oz at a time.

Gonna give him the benefit of the doubt and just hope a surprise package arrives, before i make an official rant on the scammers page...
