I was contacted here on the forum by a user called sucksess, giving me email to his "supplier", realdealer@tormail.org...probaly the same guy-- Anyway, had some emailing, seemed like a honest nice guy, claimed he had been a vendor, but had some problems, and had to quit selling via SR some time ago.
I thought i would order some samples, to see his product, after some discussion, I sent some btc, i get reply that he will send tracking no after weekend. Then he dissapered. no more emails, no more nothing. Because of this fucker i had to cancel one of my prime drop spots, I HATE DISHONEST SCAMMER SCUM!!!
Anyway, i set up a new tormail account, to see if he was scamming me, or something happened to the guy, sometimes shit happens to people in this business...
I find a thread somewhere on internet, where he offers a guy to arrange document.. drivers license, id, anything.. So i sent him a mail asking about some documents, to see if i got an answer, and thereby see weather he was scamming me.
I got reply today, so, sadly, I have officially been SCAMMED. most irritating for the address, btc you can always get some more... I assume that he will very soon make another tormail, and continue his devious plans to scam honest people, like my fellow silkroaders..
Dont be as naive as I, be aware of cunts like this, may he burn in hell. >:( Not that i belive in hell, but i hope e burns anyway, maybe just by a molotov or 2.

sorry for your loss. how much $ was it? not to rub it in, but what did you expect when trying to do business with someone from the forums??
-
I'm sorry to hear this too. but you atleast need to try and take SOME precautions..
first thing would be, dont do it, i certainly wouldnt.. but if you must, use a third party escrow service, ive never used them before but there are some out there.
-
First off, like everyone has said, sorry to hear about that. I myself get caught up sometimes when someone has something I want. Best thing to do is learn from this and never do anything not involving some sort of escrow or even COD if you must.
But just a question for you though, how does this burn one of your drops? Call me stupid, I am just having a hard time understanding how that would do that.
Again, really sorry about that though man, kinda just have to use it as a learning experience at this point.

Yes, it was offcourse unthoughtful of me, Dont really have any excuse, i was just not thinking clearly. By the emailing i had an alright feeling, user seemed to have some insight in the subject. The pricerange was ok. I am just to honest myself i guess, I could most def had a similar setup, but i wouldnt do the scamming part. I would just deliver.
As you said, lesson learned. Best to learn by ones mistakes. And with this thread I share my mistakes to you all. Dont do the same.
No matter, the Dr will now take a nice autumn frosty morning walk, then after that take his medication.
Peace out.

I'm not really understanding why this ruins your drop either. If he is just scamming for bitcoins then he probably made no note of your address at all. Its probably still there in his email, but meh, if its a great drop I doubt you need to abandon it over this.

A sucker is born very minute

True that BenCousins, at least one I would say, probably alot more.
You are right guys, I doesnt really (most likely) ruin my spot, but it feels shitty that this prick has direction to a prime dropspot. Ill just use another one, not that I think it matters greatly, but that i will.
Well, at least I made him out, he had this email a few months at least, so he prob. scammed a few more people than me with it....
Anyone else here that been approached by the same guy, but saw through the scam?

honestly "realdealer"@tormail.com.......
That's like the " Legitimate Businessmen's Social Club" where Fat Tony and Co hang out on The Simpsons
