Title: Counterfeit Coupons
Post by: Eni on December 22, 2011, 05:24 am
Any interest in counterfeit retail coupons?

I can make retail coupons for any price, product, expiration etc.

All coupons scan at the register (above 10$ must be manually keyed in anything 10 or lower is automatically taken off)

coupons ten dollars and under work at self checkouts.

coupons only work in the US.

Any interest?

If so let me know at:

The better question is..Will these legitly work at any retail store of my choosing? Or am I gonna get fucked over as the verification for some coupons (I've seen the little booklets in gas stations, and wal - mart for free shit) is unique..You obviously don't have to be a genius to do this, just have to know the UPC's and own a photoshop program and a higher end printer and certain paper..But I would like to see a picture of a sample. Pick a store and show us what ya got man 8) 8)

coupons are easy to make. the barcodes follow a standard pattern you can find searching google. there are free online services you can use to create the barcode once u figure out the pattern u want.

Any retail store inside the US that accepts manufacturers coupons. Walmart's coupon policy, for example, states that they MUST accept all coupons as long as they have valid expiration dates, say "manufacturers coupon, and are not for "free" items. Also, those booklets are sent out by companies like the CIC who only report them once they receive them. As I will be making the coupon custom for you there is no way they would have seen them before. As for needing higher end stuff. The coupons are meant to look like regular print-at-home coupons and obviously not every person has coupon paper and a high end printer. Because of this, printing on plain white printer paper is your best bet. Here are a few pictures as proof and  the last link will be one of the coupons which you can all download and use to test it out (the coupon image looks huge, but when printed will be normal size)

Sample Coupon -- Just save to computer, right click, print-- for this one cut inside the fine print as the fine print is incorrect

While you may find it easy, it might not be for others. And this logic can be applied to anything... A simple google search will show you how to make bombs, people buy them, can show you how to make mdma, people buy it, make acid, people buy it... and so on. Just because people can find out how to make something doesn't mean they will

i think he means if the coupon is for more than $10 off an item

you should make a 9.99 coupon for a $10 gift card.....but you probably can't do that

No, sorry about the confusion. What I mean is that any coupon that takes off 10 or fewer dollars will scan at self check out as well as automatically take off the listed amt. ie: item is 6 dollars, coupon is for 5 off. cashier scans item it rings up as 6 dollars cashier scans coupon it rings up as -$5 with the name of the product that the discount is applied to. for an item that is more than ten dollars the cashier will scan item it will show on the machine XXX -- $30.00. When they scan the coupon it will ask them "enter coupon amount" and  they key in manually -$15.00. Either way the receipt will print out as "Item name $##" then below that "MC Item name -$##" with MC being "manufacturer coupon" I will attach an image of a receipt where I bought a Pur water filter that cost 34.99 but used a coupon for 15 off

also, I just realized, the three proof images were of a psp, xbox, and ipod, all worth more than 10 dollars, but alas, here is a receipt

Is this something that would need to be done in a store you don't plan on visiting ever again?

I imagine once they try to send the coupon to the company, they find out it's not real. Or am I wrong?

Nah, I go to the same stores over and over again (big stores like wal-mart and the likes) but always pay cash

The way it works is the store has its coupons for the day/week/month these get sent to texas to a giant coupon processing plant. From there they get sent to Mexico to be divided by hand with cheaper labor costs. Once sorted they get sent to the manufacturers. The manufacturer then gets a count of how many coupons it received aka how much it needs to send out. The individual store doesnt actually know it received x number of fake coupons it gets reimbursed all the same. The manufacturer themselves take the hit for the cost. At least thats my understanding. If one doesn't work 1. I'd obviously give a full refund and 2. just say something along the lines of "I got it for clicking an ad on a website" or "i filled out some internet survey and it gave me this to print. I figured it was too good to be true, but I figured might as well try."

Warning for potential buyers:

DiGiorno coupon didn't work at an A&P grocery store self-checkout on the East Coast. I scanned the coupon then a few seconds later the machine says "coupon not accepted"

So now i'm stuck with a pizza i don't want =(

What went wrong here OP? I printed the image without altering the size of it in any way. My store didn't have the exact pizza as in the picture but it says "any one" so i assumed it wouldn't matter.

as I don't have A&P by me I can't say for sure, I have had the machine say "coupon not accepted" as you have, but in this instance there is usually someone who will come over take the coupon and scan it for you. Also I would recommend trying it at a regular line if the self checkout by you don't work. Just because they aren't real don't be afraid to talk to someone. The people working there don't know they are fake and will either scan it with the gun in which case it will enter, or they will enter it for you. I am sorry your attempt was unsuccessful. Also, If you didn't want the pizza you could have just had the ringer cancel it for you when the coupon didn't work
