I ve under 10 transactions but it doesn't seem to be the reason for this problem.
I am pretty pissed off to see that jacksticky has left up offers for Coke but on his profile has said he has run out.
Yes I should have checked this first but with MIN and Noriega not about I was eager to get some ordered. Now I realise that for no reason my funds are sitting in escrow and I cant just cancel.
The other one that I'm kinda pissed about is that I ordered from a same country seller so I would receive my order quicker and he has nt been in touch or moved anything into transit after more than 24 hours. Had I expected this delay I would nt have ordered from him in the first place and once again my funds are just escrowed.
Maybe I am missing something but I do think that some sort of functionality whereby if a seller doesn't process an order within a time frame that the option to cancel should be there.
Basically jacksticky has my bitcoins because he hasn't taken down his listings and is denying other sellers business and me the chance of getting something for when I need it.
Sorry for the rant I really do love SR but between Noriega cancelling on me, SKYY cancelling and now jacksticky I am so stressed. fwiw I really appreciate the promptness with which Noriega and SKYY got back to me even if it was frustrating.

Send a message to Jacksticky if you wish to cancel it.

There's incredible scam potential/fuck up potential. Imagine this. You're an incredibly fast vendor, or maybe you check your orders before shipping everyday. If you cancel in between the times your vendor checks in on the order status, it's possible for your vendor to have already shipped out the product, leaving with without the coins and real world money, and you with free drugs.
You can cancel in four days after the order. That's more than enough time for a vendor to get their order out.
Also, nobody has your coins. Silk Road does - that's what escrow is.
