Title: what's the difference between being libertarian and anarchist?

Libertarians love the corporate establishment; anarchists don't.

Libertarians are too pretentious or afraid to leave behind their suits and ties, whereas anarchists aren't.

Libertarians want non-libertarians to approve of their ideology, and therefore act as if they'd support a minarchy. Anarchists generally don't care for public support.

Otherwise, they're ideologically the same. Libertarians are Adderall; Anarchists are Amphetamine sulfate.
