Title: Editing feedback question
Post by: XxWINxX94x23 on July 09, 2012, 08:23 pm
Hello,

I'm a fairly new SR user but have had a decent number of successful transactions. When an order is finalized and you leave feedback, is there any way to come back and edit the text or number rating.

For example, if I received a package and I finalized the order and gave a 5 of 5 and said "package looks great, will test out!."
Let's say I test said product and its horrible, I wish to edit my feedback accordingly to say: "quality was disappointing."

Is there a button or something I need to click on?!?

Any help is appreciated,
Thanks!

In the Silk Road market click the link at the top of the page that says account and has the amount of money in your account. On the account page click view feedback on the right side of the page. once in there you can see the orders you have placed and click edit next to the feedback you want to change.

I would suggest that if there was a problem with the order you should first contact the seller and explain your issue. Most of us work with the buyers if there is an issue. Just dropping in and changing the feedback or leaving bad feedback and not messaging the seller is considered bad etiquette.

Yup, I understand that. I was hypothetically speaking, I know how hard it is for these guys to get ratings up and a good reputation. All mine have been great, never even thought about leaving bad feedback.

cheers
