Title: impatient customers
Post by: Wa1ter White on July 09, 2013, 09:59 pm
Got this message from a customer earlier...

"I noticed that the product hasn't been shipped even though I purchased it this morning. Surely this is a mistake? "

Get used to it, it happens a lot.

Make a clear statment on your listing saying how often you ship, then when people ask about that you can point out your policy.

Dealing with customers in any business is a pita, and I can imagine only all the much more-so in this industry.

I think if it's local people expect it faster than if it's from some undisclosed country which seems to take forever  :'(

regardless this ain't Kmart.

"Definitely a mistake! I didn't realize you wanted my "DRUGS BY MAIL" service. I usually assume customers want stealth, but if you're the sort who wants special treatment - the parcel hand delivered to your door! - I just use a brown paper wrapper and write "Pablo Escobar" on the return address. I'll get it out immediately.

Cheerio!"

Okay maybe not funny. Seriously tho don't ppl have any sense of what's involved in vending? Do they care abt security at all?
