Hi i have a complaint with a seller, but after 2 hours i recieved a "auto" message, or worded as such, can any sellers please confirm
if this is possible at all, never had one before ?

If we have a lot of unread messages we can do a bulk reply to them i believe, but the only auto messages come from SR Support, usually to remind you that an order is late or approaching auto finalizing or similar.

i assume thats whats hes done, woke up to a tonne of messages done a bulk reply, to deal with the queries later,
