Title: bad vibes from a vendor -PureOrganx (refuses to release funds)
Post by: bloodsipper on June 26, 2013, 06:34 pm
i recently placed an order with a vendor who i had never ordered from.  he has 100 feedback score and only a few reviews mentioning anything bad(slow shipping).  about a day and a half after placing the order i sent a message asking if i could upgrade my shipping to express as it hadnt gone out yet.  the vendor messaged me back after i left for work telling me he just now started requiring FE for any order over 1K$. he offered a free upgrade to express. then marked the item in transit.  when i got home and saw this, i sent the following.

bloodsipper    if fe is required i will have to pass, my first purchase on silk road was from a guy named the top shelf who required fe. since i didnt know any better i sent him my money and he disappeared. i would really prefer not to lose my work money as it would put me out of business for at least a month if not more. if fe is required and you cannot do without we will have to cancel. if you do decide to send anyway rest assured that i finalize within an hour of recieving every time, im at home when the mail comes so when everything is weighed up and usually sampled i give my feedback

i got a very lengthly response within 15 minutes of sending:

VENDOR

hey man,
no disrespect to you.

i can cancel the order if you really want.
i just finished packing it for you and everything.

sorry you had a bad experience with someone else....
you sound like my ex girlfriend....

i cant lose another 1000$
and i cant wait to get paid either.

its not that i dont trust you its that i dont trust anyone.

i have lost many thousands to scammers and i was not lieing about needing to be paid now for a re up either...

if you dont trust me, thats fine man.
i have nothing to prove to you.

i have shipped over 400 packs with 100% feedback,
and..
this is your first order with me...
so your the one that has something to prove....
auto finalize dosent kick in untill 17 DAYS!

too many people think i can wait 14 days untill i get paid...
I CANT!

Im a good vendor that gives out so much free shit to my customers.
im in the middle of updating all my listings and my profile..
and i cant send you the last 4oz of weed unless i get paid upfront.

i have been getting swamped with orders i almost cant keep up...

no offense to you but bulk orders tie up most of my money and i have to wait too long to get paid...
blame it on every else, but...
this is what i have to deal with.

Believe me i dont like asking for this.
its a pain in the ass.
and i know you dont want to FE.....you HAVE too FE or no OG...

trust me your the one thats going to lose out.

its not a problem canceling the order...

i have so many thousands in escrow right now,
i cant afford to send it with out getting paid NOW...

its only a qp...1000$
its not like its a 3500$ pound...

FE is the way of the future man..

im not trying to be a dick but no $ no Weed.

its 1000$ its not like you ordered an 8th either..
it is a reasonable request..

plus im in the middle of getting the Girl scout cookies and sour d back again on friday.

my menu is always changing...

im not gonna try to convince you anymore.

you pay ....
i ship EXPRESS.

you recieve the bud on thursday or friday....

Let me know man...

THANKYOU

to which i responded:
just as you have your 100% feedback rating, i have 0 auto finalize and 0 refund, i have never taken more than an hour from recieving to finalize and leave feedback. as i stated if fe is required you can cancel.

this was 13 hours ago and my order is still marked in transit
thoughts?  inputs?
the vendor in question will remain un-named unless he tries to screw with my money, right now i just feel like hes being a jerk, but not enough to ruin his rep

Idk man... FE'ing is a bad idea... Why wont you say what vendor it is? Maybe someone could vouch for him (or against him) giving you your answer

There are plenty of vendors. Just use a different one

brodie - should he release my funds today i will not have any issues with him and chalk this up as a misunderstanding.  i would hate to ruin his business after less than a day since last message.

E.P. - i would love to, but my funds are tied up with this guy who has marked my order in transit - if hes a jerk he could have them held for 10(?) days

If he and you agreed on cancelling the order,
but he didn't cancel it then I would contact SR support. Off course you need to give him some time to cancel your order (about 24h or so) - but don't wait too long (maybe just check that he has seen your message).
Sometimes you can still cancel your order yourself, but I guess this option has run out on you...

GO WAIST SOMEONE ELSE TIME.

after all that...

good luck finding OG as good as this...

your crazy man....

I will cancel the order as soon as i have some free time.....
now im backed up on work for my real customers.....

thankyou

Mention this to both the mods here on the forum and to SR support.
If a vendor says he'll cancel your order he should do that immediately so that you could dispose of your coins asap and order somewhere else, or cash out...
This is NOT the way it should happen.

Thank you for sharing his name.
Be sure to write this on his forum page (if he has one, otherwise start one and mention this in the 2nd post).

If I were you, I would definitely not FE. If a vendor claims that he needs you to FE because he doesn't have money for a restock, that means he's highly unprofessional and could easily lose financial liquidity when something goes wrong, and this will most likely hurt his customers, not him.

I wouldn't FE either but I wouldn't go so far as to say he was being a dick.  He was just explaining his situation to you as you did to him.  Just use a different vendor.  Good luck buddy!

No, he is a dick. My understanding from reading this thread is he is saying that he won't cancel the order because he has work to do for his "real" customers.

So he is making bloodsipper wait to get his money back, and that is a real dick move on PureOrganx's part in my book.

i was hoping for some super flame by the end of the week but he still has yet to release funds so now im just hoping to get something by the 4th of july

i read his page and his posting in its entirety and it did not say anything about FE.  i find it somewhat disturbing that a vendor who has been such for only 3 months makes demands like this

He is in for a rude shock when he realises most people DO have a problem with FE-ing.

His first reply was being a dick and he is clearly getting retarded advice from someone if he thinks "FE is the way its going around here these days".

He is losing potential and existing customers the more that read this thread. He is going to fare much worse out of two of you over this.

I have had a few vendors ask for FE and I say No Thanks, we both agree to disagree and order is cancelled and that's it. Here you have a (rightly) pissed off customer and a vendor that has screwed his own rep over something so petty.

Not a very well thought out strategy on his part holding on to your cash, report to SR Support send them his last PM saying he has agreed to cancel but is deliberately making you wait out of spite. Make sure you leave an awesome review of the non FE OG you end up getting and tell us all how good it is, then its a two service thread, a vendor to avoid and one of his just-as-good competitors to try.

Geezus, some of these kiddy vendors need to realize that just cos they're a big deal in their little pond, they aren't fuck all here, the bigger vendors here trade what they do in a year in a day.

i had thought that was the way it was supposed to be.  when i told him im not FEing he should have just cancelled and it would have been over and done with. i probably wouldnt have started this thread if i had my money back in a reasonable amount of time.  however he has had it for 5 days now and does not seem to care.  how hard is it for a vendor to cancel an order?  i imagine just a few clicks?  maybe a few mins of time?  load a new tab while you are doing something else and click cancel when its ready?  yet this guy feels its ok to just hang on to my money in escrow

also, i have messaged support and here is their reply:

SR Support    Please see the following section of the SR Wiki:

http://dkn255hz262ypmii.onion/wiki/index.php?title=Frequently_Asked_Questions#My_order_hasn.27t_arrived_or_it.27s_not_what_I_expected.

If he doesn't cancel it and it doesn't arrive after 10 days, click the 'resolve' button and explain the situation in the Resolution Center.

FUCK that FUCKIN FUCK!!
What a piece of SHIT!

I was just about to order an eight ball from that PRICK, until i saw this.
That cocksucker is playing some kind of scam, and DON"T you DARE FE that shit.

You need to find some mods RIGHT fucking NOW, and report this shithead. He needs to be made responsible for any loss in value while he holds you coins.
God DAMN that shit pisses me off.
That micky mouse bullshit is why we're all here, and a prick thats starting that shit needs to go somewhere else.

update before i head out to work, finally got my btc back minus like .5 from him holding on to them
he must not have liked what he saw here because i sent him a link a few hours ago and voila money returned

PureOrganx(100)    you make it like you been here long.

with your little 10 transactions.

i have been here much longer than 3 months.

i have a stupid amount of orders everyday.
you were one of many.

i got no time...

i canceled your order.

now you can go in peace.

tata

edit:
in ending this thread all i can say is stay away from this guy, his coke reviews are bad, his custo service is bad, and hes an asshole all the way through

Thank you for all of your inputs, you guys made it much easier to not just snap on him. if i could figure out the +karma thingy i would add + to all the helpful and positive posts

I don't know the vendor and there is two sides to the story and I have only heard one, but got to say.......small time dealer on an anon forum is talking himself up and making himself out to be the French Connection, hard to believe, but seems some do (want to) fit the stereotype perfectly. The ones that are big time tend to not point out how big time they are.

Anyways, glad you got your btc back, still don't understand why he figures holding up your btc would benefit anyone, least of all himself, by saying "haha now you wait til I feel like it" he is basically saying "go make a thread and tell the forum what an ass I am being" since there is nothing else you can do in that situation.

Fixed now anyway.

I would not finalize early for this vendor.  Just be patient and do not delete any correspondence from said vendor and hopefully SR will right this wrong.

This vendor failed to meet my high standards therefore, I never considered ordering from him.  Currently, Christy Nugs, TheBudFather, and MrHumboldt are the only vendors I do any business with.
I hope to order from XXXotica once he gets some different strains and perhaps he can be added to my list.

Finally, Thanks a million for taking the time to warn us and hopefully you get everything resolved.

97%

BWAHAHAHAHHAAHHAHA.

you simply did not read his vendor page.

It seems to me he hardly does bulk transactions here, so everybody else has been satisfied thru escrow, and you took your chances as a pretty new person here on a bulk order that you didn't want to finalize early for (which he had packed for you while you were at work, ready to arrive in 3-4 days, how nice... it probably would have), that specifically said on the listing you had to finalize early for.
Why not just a buy an ounce from the guy that can stay in escrow to try it out first, then you can trust FE for a QP later...since you want to pay so much for one(?) lol...
Why not go to a more reputable medium-bulk vendor? there are plenty of great QP's in the $700-1000 area last time i checked from year old 6 month vendors that don't require FE like you are looking for.

But seriously, almost all the orders i've made A LOT of money on I've had to FE for generally with people i've already done business with, so i don't think its that uncommon. Its just uncommon to FE for a first order with someone... (which was your choice); FE is rather uncommon with USA to USA orders from my experience though, as I said, many other great US to US vendors to go for that quantity..

"FE is the future" he probably ment that if SR ever went down there are minimal markets (atlantis...) and no general escrow service outside of SR but people who are comfortable with eachother certainly can still do business thru tormail the same way.

I don't know how that would come into place, but you guys should start working on an onionland escrow service miracle thing, eh?..hm..SR will continue to do its thing though, indeed...

Just thought i'd share my 2 cents on your situation though; I think you could have chose a better guy for your order, and you didn't read his policy.

All in all, seems like you kinda did make a fuss over a vendor who is in the top 10 percent here who had 100% with almost all full escrow orders..., but hey I probably would have to if i genuinely thought i didnt have to FE for the order and i was still a newbie not reading specific vendor rules (Certainly lost money being stupid at the beginning! cheap hash from spain...pffftt...) being paranoid is good most of the time, but not all of the time..

Glad I didn't get a ball from him. Terrible coke too

I ordered a gram last week Tuesday and sent me a message saying it was shipped Thursday. I said ok fair enough I have a chance of Saturday but most likely Monday.

By Tuesday it still hadn't came and he fessed up and said oh sorry It actually went out Monday priority.

I get it on Wednesday and the coke is bad. I IV and put .05 in the spoon and it goes clear quick no residue really and it smelled strong so I was expecting a rocket shot. AND nothing; just made me feel speedy but nothing else. I even did a .2 shot later and still not even close to some of the the other vendors doing .03-.05 - Just bad shit extremely cut.

I noticed he said I was one of the last orders and he sold out of coke. No way this stuff is 97% LMAO

Stay away!
