I was hoping someone could offer a bit of help regarding the SR resolution center.
Having not received a package and following attempted communication with the vendor, I clicked the 'resolve' button and left a brief message explaining the situation, as well as a request for a 100% refund.
The order now states "3 days time before an admin from Silk Road steps in."
Am I right in thinking that SR admin won't actually review the resolution until that 3 days is up?
Once you click resolve, is there now no way it can auto finalize? (obviously I don't want to finalize now!).
Is there an existing thread of FAQ covering all these issues? I did have a look but couldn't find anything. Any help much appreciated!

Yes, at least from my experience SR admin won't review the resolution until that time is up.

It won't auto-finalize.

I'm in the same boat as you are my friend but my vendor is talking to me and being a real ass hole. Its just a waiting game you gotta play for the refund, kinda slow but at least we got escrow :)
