Title: Cancel Order

Can I cancel my order or can that only been done by the vendor? I have an order that is marked in transit but after rereading the vendors profile it looks like he might want an FE ( something I am not willing to do) he has no products listed now and has been offline for 2 days.

What are my options?

Just in case anyone else reads this and needs help. There is a link on the SR page at the bottom right hand corner for support . The faq had the answer I was looking for.

Once you've placed your an order, your vendor has up to 4 days to either ship it or cancel it. After 4 days, if they haven't shipped, you can cancel it yourself from your orders page. When you cancel, you will immediately be given a full refund.

My order hasn't arrived or it's not what I expected.

If your order hasn't come after waiting 10 days, you should click "resolve" next to it on your orders page. This will put the order into resolution. Read all of the instructions in the Resolution Center, and try to come to an agreeable resolution with your vendor.

I'm having trouble agreeing on a resolution.

State your situation clearly and completely in the Resolution Center so the admin reviewing your case can make a fair judgment. Any communication about a resolution outside the Resolution Center will be ignored.
