i was thinking of selling bitcoins for moneypak codes which i could then use to send money to paypal. Would the initial buyer of the moneypak be able to see what paypal address i sent the moneypak funds to?

Are you asking if the original moneypak holder will be able to see your paypal information? A little confused by the question.
I don't think so, although i've never dealt with moneypaks before, so i wouldn't really go by what i say.

I don't think so. However, from what I understand, you can only redeem so much per day and lots of little transactions is a red flag. I would be very cautious if I were you. I'm not implying that you earned your BTC through illegal methods, but what you're trying to do is launder money.
If I were you, reach out to some of the reputable BTC dealers. They can either explain things to you and/or buy your coin.
Also read up on money laundering on Wikipedia, try to find federal laws about limits on cash transfers, and search PayPal's terms of service for information about transfers into/out of your account.
Be careful.
