I have received a faulty order from one of the top 'cid sellers. I didn't get my full order, and I haven't finalized yet. I sent him a message explaining the problem, and I'm sure he would resolve this if he would read it. However he's not responding and I'm wondering what's going to happen when the auto finalize timer runs out. I have 8 days, and it's only been a few days since I contacted him but I'm curious and a little worried about what will happen when my 8 days are over.
I read that an administrator will resolve it based on our reputation. I only have about 10 orders placed, so I'm guessing the vendor is in favor. I could finalize half my order now, but I'd like to see if he responds before I do.
Again, he may yet answer me but I'd like to know a little bit about what will happen if not.
Peace

Well this could just be a simple mistake I would not let the transaction autofinalize you could just put it into resolution and explain why you are doing this If the vendor has a DCN I think that you might be SOL unless the vendor steps up and makes a deal with you.... you have 8 days give them the weekend plus Monday then put it into resolution is what I would do.... hope it works out for you

Yes, I'm sure it's just an honest mistake. I hope he will read my pm before I have to finalize, I know this is a vendor who doesn't want anything else but a 5/5 rating. I can see the option for a resolution has come up now, so I'll give him a few more days. I know he is out of stock and probably isn't checking in every day. Not sure if I should finalize the 1x10pc and ask for a 50% refund on the 2x10, or a 100% refund on the 1x10.

not sure the best thing to do about the multiple orders, but DO NOT let it auto-finalize
i guess pay for what you got now and click resolve for the amount you did not receive if the vendor has not responded by the time its a day or two away from AF
