Title: A lil short
Post by: GtotheM on April 20, 2012, 03:49 am
Hey,

Been a buyer on SR close to 1 year now. I'd guess I've made around $1000 in purchases in this time, all mostly on MDMA. I stopped that recently (the last 3 months or so) due to a super high tolerance - which I was gutted about.

Anyway, I came back to SR today and decided I'd test how my tolerance is nowadays but theres just one problem - my account($8.79) puts me just $0.30c short for a DEFQON / Q-base and although it bugs me to do it - I'd like to ask if anybody is so kind enough to throw me a bone.

If you want to help my SR name is the same as here and my SR address is 1LXAe4mfHcrE6Hag9qN7sGmchFGRDRwoGL

Cheers!  :D

This this this, a million times this. Let's make this the norm for giving out loans from here on out.

exactly! that way they can only be spent on the road, and not withdrawn by some scammer

repayments should be open vouchers, but loans should be vendor specific

So the gift code.  If you want to loan someone money do you send the giftcode to the vendor they are buying from on their behalf?  Exactly how is a gift code different than just transferring bitcoins to someones account?

if you want to lend some money, you create a gift code in your accounts tab. you can make it specific to a vendor if you want. then you give that code to the customer, and they apply it to their order on check out.

Is there some flaw in SR's checkout math due to gift codes?

As seen in this picture http://i.imgur.com/ritiJ.png

I have enough btc to click place order but after doing so I'm told theres insufficient funds  ???

EDIT: Fixed by SR

Big thanks to wretched!

Happy 420! ;D
