No, don't transfer them to your SR wallet directly. There's a service called bitcoin fog (http://fogcore5n3ov3tui.onion) that makes the transfer almost untraceable. It does it by hiding the address from which you send, so that not even the blockchain (the chain that is public knowledge and can be accessed by anyone) shows it. It takes some time, and right now it's even slower for some reason, but it works very well and it's very safe. It costs a littel bit but I think it's worth it. Check them out, read carefully how they work, then dive right in.
Good luck.

I don't understand you rquestion. But just transfer teh coins you have at mt gox to teh address at bitcoin fog. When they have arrived safely withdraw from bitcoin fog to the address that you have in SR. It will take some time, and you decide how long and when the withdrawal commences. Remember they are very slow right now so don't be surprised that it starts much later than the time you set, but they will do it, only later.

I think you click the button called funding, then the tab that says withdraw, then in the drop down box you search for Bitcoins. The space appears to insert the fog address.
NOTE: I would advise you since you are new to send only a part of your total, even if this means you will have to wait longer. Bitcoin fog is having never before seen delays and it would make you very nervous to have all your pot in one place, in limbo so to speak. It will resolve itself since a lot of people aer writing them to complain. But just in case, send them just a part. Or go ahead and do it all if you want, but be prepared for major delays.
