Title: Ice Drop Breath Mint Bottle
Post by: Boostedh on July 11, 2013, 03:12 pm
Does anyone know, how much 1 drop from the OraLabs Ice Bottles, drop out per drop?  Was told I needed an 1/8 OZ eye dropper to drop out LSD, and was just going to transfer into the Ice Drop bottle instead.  Will it be the same?

Only way to know really, is to test yourself.  It can vary bottle to bottle, by liquid type, by many other things.

Like if you were in a lab that required very high accuracy, you would calibrate your labware.

In your case: get one of these bottles, go find yourself a surplus lab supply place and buy a graduated cylinder... if that's not possible, look for kitchen volume measurement apparati.   Squeeze out drops counting them along the way to a known measurement on your volumetric apparatus.  Write the number down, then repeat a few times... add these amounts up then take an average.   And I'd use water as the liquid.

The total size of the bottle is independent from the volume of the drops coming out of it... but obviously if you want you're entire vial to fit into the dropper bottle, the dropper bottle must be the same size or bigger.
