Title: BTC aren't registering in SR acct - <300 confirmations, 3 days, no Coin

blockchain.info shows my transaction as being confirmed something like 305 times, and has been showing this for the past three days. The coins are still not in my SR account! I've contacted SR support but no response yet. 

Anyone else having similar issues? And tips that could help me out?

The amount of confirmations is not important, the BTC only show up if the Silk Road server is up to date. The SR server is kinda slow these days, so that might be the issue.

Your SR deposit address changes after every transaction, but the older ones are still usable. However, I have heard of people who experience a delay when using an old BTC address.

A question: did you use the most recent BTC address, or did you use an address you deposited to before?

It took mine a while to go through, but I think it was just a matter of the servers updating (they are pretty spotty atm).

Hello,

I have exactly the same problem. I received 222 confirmations and more than two days but still no news. I also sent a message to technical support 24 hours after the transfer but still no response (unread).
I always used the first key Btc provided and this is the first time that I have problems.

Thanks for the replies guys.

@CoolGrey I took a break from SR for several months to keep my habit at bay, so I really don't know/can't recall if I used this same address for an previous deposit.

@JILL48567 how long did it take for your deposit to finally go through? I'm coming up on 6 days still with no coin and all messages to SR Support are still unread  :(   I'm sure they're very very busy but when I was a total newbie here and had a [very stupid] question for them, they responded almost immediately.

Is there any way to get a hold of a support staff member through these forums? I've been assured by other SR members that this issue is now in the hands of the SR Support team, and that they have the power to make a "quick" correction or adjustment and my coins would be readily available... I'm pretty frustrated that none of my messages to them have even been read yet..... I understand that there are a lot of users and probably a ton of messages to respond to but c'mon....   :-\   Just frustrating!

I'm quite sick and needed/hoped to have an order In Transit or even delivered by now, but just don't see this happening anytime soon...

I really really hope this can be resolved soon. If anyone has any tips or ideas to help me out I'd be very grateful. Thanks again!
