Title: Fireworks in the US for the Fourth??
Post by: Turkey for Breakfast on June 26, 2013, 06:44 pm
Why aren't there any heavy duty fireworks listed for the US? Seems like there would be a substantial market, no?

M-80s and Quarter sticks are fun. But I am looking for that commercial grade, light up the sky with color bombs.. Or the strings of M-80s that you see in Amsterdam. American's might not know what I mean, but over there you can find packages like the black cats we have here, only these are huge and blow chunks out of pavement.

I would like to see a youtube video of a string of these Amsterdam M80s blowing chunks out of pavement. :)

A video would be cool, but I don't think it could possibly do it justice.. The percussion in your chest, the massive amount of smoke in the streets afterwards, I really thought there might have been a war going on. If you are ever capable I strongly recommend visiting Amsterdam for New Years.

A quick youtube search for "amsterdam new years" provided some okay representations. Just keep in mind, what you see in a video is taking place for miles in every direction.

I am looking for the commercial grade traditional fireworks. Ones that go extraordinarily high and fill the sky with color... Much bigger and louder than I can ever find in the stores..
