Hey guys, I have been in a Sprint contract for about 6 years now and I can't stand it. I have 3 lines on a family plan and I want to cancel the contract all together and go to either Verizon or AT&T. Does anyone have any useful ideas in how to get out of the $350 fee per line?
Thanks!!

How much longer is your current contract? I'm pretty sure Sprint's ETF is prorated, so that information is important to know. One technique I've read of (never tried myself) is to exploit the 'unlimited' data plan. Apparently if you download a ton of data for a few months straight, there's a good chance Sprint will cancel your contract (with no fee of course). That might not be the most helpful suggestion, but in addition to waiting for more responses here, I'd suggest searching the slickdeals (clearnet website) forum for threads on the subject. A new thread pops up every few months there on the subject of getting out of Sprint contracts without paying the ETF.
