Hello Everyone,
Curious to know
1. how safe is it to access SR via TAILS OS? keep getting a message saying this is sent over unencrypted channels as I log into SR via tails so i have yet to access SR through tails
2. I tried googling this but to no avail. What type of encryptions has NSA broken into? i am trying to build a computer system from ground up based on encryption and security.
Thank you for your help,
DPK

1. Have you tried searching through the Security thread?
This thread seems like a good place to start. http://dkn255hz262ypmii.onion/index.php?topic=201622.0
2. Not sure you are going to find a definitive answer to this.

If you are trying to build a secure machine to access silkroad I wouldn't suggest Tails, as Tails is pretty much limited, but secure... but limited.
I would say install debian and use TOR package for all connections.
So far i know NSA hasn't broken TOR and .onion routing system otherwise SR wouldn't be here today.
Just google security and anonymity, Im sure a 30min research will open ur eyes :)
cheers.

Im by no means an expert but I believe that message is default. Not actually easily viewable by a third party. As far as building a system from the ground up checkout the security thread and hit up comsec on here. That guy is a true expert on security in my opinion.
