Personally, I would like to see the BTC equilivant next the the cost of the item. Perhaps it could be in brackets. With the price of BTC changing so fast it's hard to keep track, so I have to keep switching back and forth between BTC / Dollars. I think this would be a handy feature.
eg/
$199 (16.58BTC)
What do you guys think?

I think if you know what the current market price for 1BTC is, then you can just do some multiplication. Im not sure why you would be switching back and forth. I honestly can not think of a good reason.
Under settings, but your accnt to USD.
Shop around.
If you are trying to make sure you load BTC (from an external funding source) you could switch back to BTC I guessssss ...but it would still be not needed.
Maybe you are doing something I can not even think of. Want to explain some more?

I'd like too see the euro equivalent in brackets.

I agree with omghormel, the majority of sites that we get our BTC from don't use the same conversions, and can even be a couple of dollars different/BTC. With a big BTC purchase this can dramatically effect how many $ u spend compared to how may BTC u get; by up to 20% i presume. :-[

i see no simple multiplication. fee's and all other bull shit. plus bc fluctuate so often that even while on SR they change. so really i have to agree with the bracket idea. why should you have to switch back and forth?

SR isnt synced with mtgox, i forget the site they use but im pretty sure its a collaborative btc price site, can anyone help out on the site?
-
A 1000 times this. Yes you can switch the display in your preferences to BTC or USD, so why not just have it show both? It sounds like it would be very easy to code.

i wrote a script to fix this problem specifically:
