i had a order with this customer go to resolution. i won 100%. and the customer gave me a 1/5.
after going to sr resolution for the second time i know how it felt to loose. you loose your money and product. so i felt , i should reach out to the customer post the sr resolution that i won. i wrote the customer offering to resend their order and rebuild a business relationship. in the back of my mind i knew this was going to turn out bad , but i wanted to make things better.
well the customer agreed. they changed their feedback from1/5 to 5/5 and i was to send them 10 tabs as per original order. .then they start to message me demanding that i send the package Monday by express mail. the original order was regular mail. problem # 1. problem# 2 the demands , then i messaged the customer that i could not get their iorder outv till Tuesday due to family emergency.!. this is my message to them, where i offered to resend their next order with this order . i did this for 2 reasons 1 to reopen trust, if i was willing bto send them their next order that they promised to order as soon as this first order of 10 arrives., then they could just put a purchase order through sr for 50 and they would already have it. 2nd the shipping was going express, i have a minimum order of 50 tabs to use this postal option. . here is the messages back and forth

canadiandrugs(97) i wil have to mail it out tomorrow i have a family issue,i had to leave town to go to my mothers place 200 kms away . i can use sr online but im not @ home, but i have access to internet. or sr i should say. i will mail your package oiut tomorrow, and you had said you will order as soon as you get the 10 tabs , an order of 50 so , instead i will send you out a total order of 60 tabs, 10 that you paid for and the first 50 order. so as soon as you get you can pay me for the 50. does that sound ok, as i have no choice now im 220 km from home. i trust you will pay me for the 50. you will get it Wednesday or Thursday the latest.
then i recieved a address and a name to send package too, i remember that it was the same as the first time, i have a good memory.
but they put an initial for the first name. so i responded as 100% of allsr vendors would do .here is my message and their response.

TO SUMMERIZE I INITIATED THE REOPENING OF TRUST , I DID NOT HAVE TO OFFER TO SEND TO CUST0OMER AS I WON IN RESOLUTION, BUT I CARE ABOUT MY REPUTATION, I PROVED IT BY WINNING THE RESOLUTION, BUT I FELT I COULD STILL MAKE THE CUSTOMER HAPPY. so i thought.
BUT THE DEMANDS,THREATS AND GENERAL FEAR SHE PUT ACROSS IS NOT A CUSTOMER I WANT TO DEAL WITH. I GAVE IT 2 TRIES SO I HOPE ALL YOU VENDORS TAKE NOTE OF THIS CUSTOMER. the customer removed the portion that said she had me sending packages to fake names and addresses. every vendor agrees if you use fake names and addresses we will not be held responsible for non delivery's. that is the case here and she tried to do it again, and admitted it.
my final message to this customer
FIRST OF ALL YIOU GOT WHAT YOU PAID FOR THE 10 WENT TO AN ADDRESS THAT YOU GAVE, YOUR FAULT YOU GAVE FAKE INFO
no problem i wont send you the extra 50, i was just trying to save a double ship as you said you were going to make an order for 50 as soon as the first order of 10 gets there. i would just have gotten you to order the 50 and pay for it and you would already have it. thats all. just trying to save on a double shipment.
that aside, you realize im the one who was TRYING TO BE NICE, AND RE ENGAGE THE TRUST AND BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP. ill admit i was doing it because you gave me a 1/5 and i did not deserve it. i sent you your order. you probably did not get it? if you were not lying.? because you gave a fake address and name.
100% of all vendors state if you give a false name and address, which you stated you did, that is why you did not get your package? if you did not get it?
100%of vendors state no refund no resend on fake names and addresses .\
you talk a big game ill be your best customer ill buy 50 as soon as i get the first 10. that i have to call bullshit. what person would not say sure send me the next order at the same time and ill pay for it later.that tells me you have no intention of ordering again.
i have not even got into the threats that you constantly do. if you do not send me tracking # by Tue and if i don't receive package by Thursday .ill change my feedback to negative and notify sr.

The problem with Canadiandrugs is the guy is an ASSHOLE!
There are a few vendors with bad attitudes but this prick takes the 'cake' for being the most unfriendly, big headed - egotistical bastards I've EVER had the displeasure to know! I'd rather never do Morphine again than have to talk to this prick again!
