Title: Pin help

I don't remember ever having to create a PIN for my account. I registered 11 months ago, so this is probably why. How can I get one..I tried to force a pin reset but it isn't working

Ok I logged out and got a message from SR support, but I can't read it...it won't open

I've got the same problem  :( Can't open the message. Have sent SRSupport a message and hoping I can make this purchase quickly... 7 days is a long time to wait

I sent them a request to have it changed sooner. I got a reply in a few hours saying to log out then back in to make a new one. Logged out and back in like 5 times and never got prompted for a new one. This f'in blows. Need mah drugs damnit!

no updates yet...are there any mods on this forum to help? seems to me that a lot of people are having this problem..

Yeah I hope the mods can see to this soon. It's preventing a lot of people from buying or accessing their money -__-

got sent another message from SR support.

"lets try this again" + same message as before

logged out/in multiple times, nothing
