i just placed an order. in the address and name form i put my name and address but encrypted with the dealer's public key. is it correct what i did?

Looks about right. If the vendor can't read it, they'll probably let you know before cancelling/shipping.

Is putting you address using your gpg key vital? Is this something that everyone is doing or just the super careful ones? how bout first timers just putting it non-encrypted? should people be worried if they didn't encrypt their address?

It takes a second to encrypt your address and if SR was ever compromised you wouldn't want your name and address spelled out in plain text would you?

But in the buyers guide it says that whatever you put there will be encrypted and once the seller is done with it. It's deleted or wexford again. That's why I'm confuse with if people should encrypt again.

what you put there is stored on an encrypted VOLUME, but that volume is mounted, and if the server is compromised and not shut down, it is plaintext. All of this is assuming that you trust that they are actually using the encryption that they claim.
You know who I trust to handle my encryption........ME!
