Title: Add "re-ship order" as an option in resolution, and as a buyer stat.

Here's an easy change to improve service and stop ongoing scam.

Most honest buyers whose package has been lost in the mail don't want a refund, they just want their drugs.  They request re-shipment.

As a vendor, it's cheaper to re-ship than to give a refund, so most are quick to agree.

Scammers know this.  They don't want a refund on their record, but know they can request re-shipment of an order they actually received with no such consequence.  They can request reshipment of every single order they ever place, and their record remains spotless.
Or maybe the buyer is not a scammer, but has shitty neighbors/roommates who know he orders from SR and steal his mail.  There's a high chance that packages sent to him will fail to get to him, but he still has a perfect sales record.

The solution:  add "reship order" to resolution options.  It's a common resolution, so it really should be there.  This would finalize the order; the customer understands that reshipment is being offered INSTEAD of refund; if the second package doesn't arrive, the customer is out of luck.  Buyer stats should track this, either in a seperate column (orders/refunds/reshipments) or by counting a reshipment as a refund.

Yes, sending packages with tracking can avoid this scam, but it's not always practical.  For low priced items, this can cause the postage to exceed the product value.

Thoughts?  I really don't see a downside here.

I would also like to see a system for feedback for the buyers seems they can leave bad words ect and as you said they get the perfect stats.. :)
