Hi Guys,
I have sent this though " contact us" and just now had the brillant idea to register ans ask for help here :)
I have only to transactions on my account, but both of their info have disappeared (they do not appear in " Account").
Can anyone help me out? Im trying to find the receipt to prove that i bought an item and was unlucky to receive a bad batch from a very good and comunicative vendor.
Trying to sort the best way possible!

There should be a history under the account button. Of everything. From transactions, to deposits and transfers.
Does the vendor have a rep of good quality? Then maybe work something out with them first.

I have a similar issue to OP.
Under the /account page, there is a history, but only for a short while (like a month).
Is it possible at all to view the entire history of one's transactions?
I can't find an answer on the forums/wiki (yet).
Edit: According to the below, it is not possible, and one user suggests contacting SR support.

Although it seems there is no way to find an old transaction id on your own, could someone confirm that the Transaction ID and the end of the URL on the feedback page are different?
