It's been a crazy month for us. We were able to make sure no one was screwed over after the july 5th incident, all while taking new orders. We're finally caught up and then some.
We are currently out of dragonfruit, but will be getting more in stock soon. The good news is that our Purple Trainwreak has been getting great reviews, so try it out and tell us what you think!
On a more sober note, we've been under a lot of pressure to make sure our stealth is up to snuff since the FreedomHost announcement. Some orders form this weekend may be delayed a couple days. Please bare with us. We are trying to keep everyone safe as much as we are trying to get everyone supplied.

The operation has changed leadership a few times, finally things blew up and the biz has been liquidated to new ownership. Our product source remains the same, so the quality of the product has not changed, but the operational part of the business is being run by a new team.
The reason for the new thread is to prevent confusion for new comers. It may come off as us trying to cover up the unacceptable delays and problems that came up before when there were internal issues that caused shipping delays and dropped orders. We admit that happened, but this is an attempt to give the new team a fair chance to prove themselves without the baggage of the previous drama.
tl;dr new team, new thread. drama happened, we want to move past it and get back to hooking everyone up with the best smoke from the west coast.

Doesn't seem like anything has changed. I placed an order with them, as I'd seen a couple reviews praising the "new" leadership and speed of shipments. I placed the order last wednesday, and it's now the friday after I placed the order and it hasn't arrived yet. In fact, it took over 4 days for them to even place the order as "in transit," and it wasn't until I sent a message saying that I was going to cancel the order and search for another vendor that they finally responded to me and placed the order as "in transit." He said on Monday night that all orders had been shipped out, indicating he sent them out that morning. It's now Friday and there is no package, I will check my box tomorrow to see what happens. I am hopeful but not too optimistic, as I sent them a message asking if they could look up my tracking number and tell me how close my order was, but no response. The message has been opened but still no response after 10 hours. Pretty upsetting tbh, as I ordered an ounce because I wanted it pretty soon, and they had good prices and reviews saying the order arrived quickly.
I will update tomorrow if the package comes, or if it doesn't. Stay tuned

Update: as expected, no package. Still. I'm pretty angry now. DO NOT ORDER FROM NORTHWESTDIRECT. There is literally no chance that this is "new management". It's the same as it ever was. It's now been over a week and a half since I ordered, and he still hasn't told me where the package is. There are no reviews posted in the last 4 days either, so nobody else has gotten their packages either. I'm pretty sure that he has not shipped it at all. Oh well, I took the risk and I paid for it. Guess I'll have to wait another week before I can get my money back, but I also won't be able to have an ounce for a long time either :/
Anyways, as I said before, do NOT order from NWD, there are way better vendors out there like Thurgood or Humboldts, with prices about the same too.

Just another update. I sent NWD another message yesterday, which he has read and not yet responded to. From what it seems, he is going to probably wait until I take this to the resolution center and then try to propose a 50% or some kind of ridiculous refund and try to take my money for a no-show package. Honestly this guy is a total prick, and they are doing a TERRIBLE job of trying to get people to believe that they have changed at all.
The customer service is fucking terrible and again I recommend you do NOT buy NWD. I sent him another message, and we will see if he responds to it. He won't. I just want to keep bumping this so as many people as possible can see how shitty these guys are. I will update again tomorrow when I check to see that the package still hasn't arrived

I ordered a QP off of NWD 8/3/2013 a few minutes before 9 AM. I have not received it, nor an explanation as to why I haven't received it yet.
I have been polite up to this point, but my benevolence ends right now.
I was the first person to ever order bulk from NWD. I trusted him when I trusted no others. Before he got overrun the first time he was a boss in every respect.
Now he is the polar opposite. He hasn't responded to my messages. I'm taking this as a personal insult, because I had done more business with him prior to the "change in ownership" than the "New Owners" have done period. Newsflash, pal, I've bought more shit off of SR than you've sold. If you don't make this right, I will make it my mission to make sure no one else orders from you. I've also heard that you had threatened to blacklist people in the past. Go ahead, threaten to have me blacklisted. I have done business with over 30 different vendors in the past. Not once had a problem of this nature.
80,000 dollars spent. Not a dime refunded. Good luck trying to fuck me.
I dunno why he has done this, but if I have to wait 11 more days on my money or my package, I'll be pissed. I have gotten Opium from the third world faster than this.
I hereby DEMAND an explanation.

Right there with you pal. While not quite as veteran as you, I have been around a while and have spent a couple thousand myself. NEVER have I had service this terrible. This is absoulutely unacceptable, and I have no intention of letting up. NWD can go fuck himself for all I care, he has yet to respond to ANY of my messages. I have tried to be calm, but my messages have continued to escalate. Again, DO NOT EVER purchase from NorthwestDirect. This is the worst fucking customer service I have ever seen. I will be bumping this as much as I can without getting annoying, until I get a response. Fuck this, never have I waited so long for a domestic package. Fuck this, and fuck you NWD

Yeah I know. I took a risk cause I thought something actually had changed. Unfortunately it hasn't. It's just annoying that I have to wait to take it to the Resolution center to get my money back. I hate having to go there and it's pissing me off that this is going to go on my refund record :/ I was trying to keep it as clean as possible. Whatever, obviously nobody will be ordering from him again, and I can't imagine he's going to be running away with any money here. No way SR staff decides to side with him on any of this.

I been saying this forever. But
i never thought his weed was good. to be fair i only tried his one strain, skywalker, but that was supposely the best he had and I thought it was green house crap.
first it was the old buddy died, now its "under new management" wtf does that mean anyway? lol
scary thing is he will eventually have to start over again. At least now you know what to expect.

yea but I already got some from him again and the stuff was great and he shipped fast. if you can find me indoor for less then 3000 let me know. apparently after I ordered I seen somewhere that he apparently had a theft, but who knows.
