I have two orders ready for feedback, but the two separate vendors for each are suspected scammers both (I didn't finalize early in either case, so my coins are refunded in their entirety)
I don't want to give them any feedback rating, or a comment. I'd prefer to just delete the transaction and not have it contribute to the feedback score or the comments for that vendor, it just seems like the correct thing given I can't conceivably rate the vendor on a process to which he didn't actually contribute neither participate in. I can't rate the SR staff for doing me the benefit of refunding my money, as the feedback score reflects entirely on the vendors conduct (who in my current predicament may or may not be a pair of scamming bastards, but this is far from definite in my eyes)
Obviously this should still add a transaction to your SR user transaction count, in the way the current refunds system operates (I have no interest in this change altering the current system of user account statistics provided for the sellers use)

If the vendors are scammers, it is in the interest of the greater good for all that you rate them with a 1/5 and mention that. You absolutely CAN rate them on a process they didn't participate in. Because you tried to pay them to participate!

agreed, i dont like history being kept of my transactions.

Give all shitty vendors 1's and good vendors 5's!

Yeah that's basically what you should do.. Rate 1/5 too when product is crap or anything like that. Don't just 5/5 like most of the noobs out there just because it arrived.
