Hi folks,
Yesterday evening I changed my password for the Market, and it seemed to update successfully. I continued to use SR thereafter for a couple of hours.
Today, I try to log in with my new password, and it says 'Login failed, please try again' every single time. I copied and pasted the password to 2 different encrypted Excel files I have which contain all my passwords... I'm sure I copied and pasted it over correctly because I had to do it twice. I also tried using my old password but that no longer works either.
Really need someone's help here, are there any staff that are able to help?
I have one purchase that I need to finalize (albeit for a fairly small order), but I really don't want to lose my buying stats if my only option is to create a new account.
Any help will be appreciated!

My only suggestion is to restart your computer, if you haven't already done so. If that doesn't (or didn't already) work, then yeah you need to contact the admins.

Yeah my laptop has been on and off a couple of times since, so it looks like I'll have to track down an admin to see what they can do. Thanks for your reply.

IM having a issue with my PIN number for orders...This has never happen..
