Title: Tried and tested stealth packaging
Post by: Arcturian on March 06, 2013, 11:14 am
Hey people, by experience what technique do you find most successful? Alot of the items i get are poorly hidden, some have been simply put inside birthday cards. Most of my sales are blotters so i never have any trouble mailing but when shipping more bulky items overseas, if im forced to have to use an actual package, not an envelope, would that be likely to make it through customs. What are success rates like for overseas shipping? Im in the UK by the way

Probably best not to openly discuss techniques here, for obvious reasons...

There is no 'one' way. Lots of ways to package stealthily.

Sticking product inside a DVD is not stealth (noticed a bunch of vendors doing this recently. Stealth in my eyes, is when customs could open the package, have a snoop and be fooled by whats in side so that they still send the package.

It is not hard to do that if you think about it realistically.

I've had some great stealth from SR vendors, but as already pointed out it's not a good idea to discuss here..
