The Asians know how to hook a fucking plate up and the Mexicans aren't too far behind. I could eat noodles and tacos everyday.
Fuck, I'm hungry.

I know I can Google it, but help a brother out and tell me what Eritrean food is (not just where from but what types of ingredients)?

It's these spicy savory thick stews, based around beans and cumin normally, and you eat it with this sourdough flatbread. lotsa tomatoes. It's kinda hard to explain well. The stews are really thick. and there's a complex mix of spices, chili pepper, cumin, ginger, all sortsa stuff. I think the spice mix they use a lot is called berbere.
-
Mexicans definitely know how to hook it up. we never leave a mexican joint without a lead-belly! I go for mexican and indian personally, as the other members of our team have different tastes.
the eritrian sounds like Ethiopian food. either way, sounds like bomb ass shit!

That sounds incredible. Nothing like a good, thick, hearty, spicy stew. God that sounds awesome. I gotta look for some of that.

Since when was risotto a Spanish dish?

Since never. I was thanking Spain for chorizo and making a risotto that doesn't taste of bland.

Anything at all, smothered in sriracha sauce.

But if it doesn't taste of bland it's not risotto. You should try a proper Spanish paella!! Chorizo, chicken, shellfish, saffron... yum bleeding yum!
