Title: Consequence of Having an Unscheduled Substance Blocked by Customs
Post by: greencrayon on April 04, 2012, 02:07 am
This may be far too specific for anyone to answer, but I'll see what I get. What is the difference in consequences between having customs block a substance that is illegal and one that is merely unscheduled? I want to import a prescription medicine which is not prescribed in the U.S. I have read that it is illegal to import medicine of any kind from another country and customs may block it. Is there any chance that they would put me on a watch list if it is confiscated? I do not really care about losing the money, I just don't want to have my name / address being watched.

Nothing. Most you will get is a love letter, if that. Especially if the prescription medication isn't even a prescription medication in the US. Are you trying to import Xanax analogs?

No, probably selegiline. The thing is that they probably will just send you a love letter for a small amount of a schedule 1 substance too, but then you are much more likely to be convicted later on. I just want to stay clean. I wonder if when you get a love letter that they automatically add your name and address to a watch list.

Hah selegiline. Your cute. I have been getting selegiline and more recently rasgelline for years. I recommend rasgelline over selegiline, it is much cleaner and doesn't have levo-amphetamine as a metabolite.

Hah! YOUR cute.  :P

Thanks for the tip on rasagiline, never heard of it. That's one more thing for me to mull over. I'll probably try selegiline first.

Go with rasgalline its a hell of a lot better, its not even a comparison. Selegeline just has so much more anxiety and has the side effect of being speedy (although its levo amphetamine so its not a good kind of speedy). Rasgalline is based off 2-AI rather than amphetamine.
