I need to access a certain website but about 3 or 4 different scripts need to run for the page to function properly, some scripts related to google even though the website has no relation to the giant.
My question is will tails still successfully conceil my identity if i allow these scripts to run, i understand they can reveal your ip but what about behind tails? and im sure an ordinary website like this wouldnt have scripts running to specifically reveal you behind a proxy/tor but better safe then sorry!
thanks for any help

What pages? If you are needing to use USPS without scripts use the mobile version in the TOR browser: http://m.usps.com

Not that I don't believe you but any chance you can verify this info? (links to clearnet articles/ forum threads, quoted posts, etc)

Unless your browser gets attacked with a root exploit which works with the current version of the Linux kernel used in Tails, your IP address can not get leaked. The FBI exploit on Freedom Hosting wasn't a root exploit, so with Tails it wouldn't have revealed your IP address.

As far as I know it only make you less anonymous, because your browser can give them a lot of infos about your browser and OS when you turn on javascript. So yea, unless that worries you, you can turn on javascript.
