Title: Problem with track and trace

Hello everyone!

I've made an order with a European vendor and opted for the track and trace option; However I am not having any luck with being able to track it. Every time I go to check the tracking number on the USPS site I am hit with this message:

"Delivery status information is not available for your item via this web site. A return receipt after mailing may be available through your local Post Office."

It was marked as shipped almost a week ago however I am not getting updates on the tracking. Has anyone ever experienced a problem like this?

Would it be through USPS? If it was European don't they use a different mailing company?
