Title: Viewing escrow of current orders (Hedged or Unhedged)
Post by: DoctorFate on June 03, 2013, 08:12 am
I noticed BTC dropping today so I wanted to make sure my orders on SR were hedged.  I didn't see a hedged or unhedged option anywhere in the transaction details so I went to the wiki and read through the Escrow Hedge section in the buyers guide:

Very simple answer from the wiki (paraphrased):
Go to our SR account page, look at the escrow box, hedged orders will display in $ and unhedged orders will display in ฿.

I didn't know this and I just wanted to share with other new comers who may not know.

It is on the vendor side and listed as "escrow (usd)" Buyers cant see if it is hedged or not. No need for it, once you place the order, the vendor is the one how is worried about changes in the BTC market.
