Title: vendor ExchangeService: potential risk?
Post by: aturing on February 07, 2012, 04:48 pm
I hate spreading rumors about a possibly reputable seller.

Here's the story:
Last month I bought some weed from ExchangeService. Sent adress - needless to say - enrypted and then again because he claimed he did "something" wrong. The next day I got up uncommonly early. I live in an apartment dwelling, where the mailboxes for all renters are in the first floor. While getting down the stairs I saw two cops going searching through the mailboxes by pulling the slots. I couldn't react properly because I was already too late for the bus. Weed arrived one day later, professionally packed and good quality.
As I found out it would be a domestic breach of peace in my country if the cops stepped into the house without reasonable suspicion. Also I live in a somewhat conservative neighborhood, many young families.

wtf is this?

I have the same problem with Exchangeservice. I ordered some Weed at 24th  April, shipped April 26th  and nothing arrived until today (May 6th) .Absolut no reponse from ExchangeService.
He doesnt answer my mails.....   Thats what i rely hate. Some deals can go bad, but if your vendor doesnt answer your pm´s than you know that something is going wrong.
Normaly it takes 1 day to send a package from germany to germany.Im sure that was a bad deal.

status: in transit
seller: ExchangeService(97)
item: 3g Santa Maria
quantity: 1
shipping: Germany
ordered: April 24, 2012
shipped: April 26, 2012

This deal sucks ....

Update:
Today my package arrived. It took 13 days from ordering to arrivel (germany to germany).Normaly it takes no longer than 1-2 days to ship from germany to germany. The quality is OK.This is not the way to make business.Sorry but next time i use a different seller.
If you order Weed from Exchangeservice maeby he buys Weed from another vendor and than he sells it for a higher price.Thats the only answer i have why it takes so long to ship.

yeah i'd agree with The German Kraut(i love saying that) amongst others ,I won't be ordering from Exchange service again, far to long , no communication still!!,there's  plenty of other good sellers ,he/she reckons it's in transit from day after purchase(lies!)

if thye're true about in transit ,the longer the package is out there in the post the riskier it is  , not worth the grief ,lots of other sellers out there

and if i don't get my weed i'll right a big gay song about him

Wham! Bham !

German Kraut can you tell me on what time he shipped your order? It's usually written there. I've got an order also that was shipped on April 26th at 9:20 pm but has never arrived.

He/she/they are legit seller (ordered few times and got in 4-7 days to Finland). But something is going on for sure right now obviously cause ExchangeService haven't logged 4 days and seeing the last comments plus no active listings anymore. I ordered 3th day and still didn't receive but looking at some people talking about couple weeks gives a little hope. Just have to wait and ignore the heat.

It was also shipped at 9:20pm ...I took 12 days to come (germany to germany). Im sure Exchangesrvice must grow some Weed before he sells it, or he buys from another vendor first, and than he sells it again for a higher price.

And yet you managed to miss your bus.

This guy ExchangeService is a fucking pile of shit. I ordered some of his puff for a friend and it's clearly not been sent because it's been over 10 days and Germany to U.K don't take that long. I put it in resolution and he's not even answered.

He can fuck himself, if he'd have responded I would be willing to have met him half way but if he can't be arsed to do the right thing I want my cheddar back.

Where is the Vendor brotherly love? Nowhere near this ass-hat.

Hey Limetless, I've had the same experience with ExchangeService. I made the order on April 30th and sent ExchangeService a pm to state my intentions to build a relationship; the order stated that it had shipped on May 3rd but nearly 2 weeks now and now response from this vendor.

Like Limetless I now believe that this order was not shipped as I live in the Republic of Ireland and it doesn't take that long to deliver. Bear in mind that I've made 3 other orders from a vendor in NL and have received the packages no problem.

I was also willing to give ExchangeService some time to complete this order as I'm only new and didn't want to rock the boat too much, but having not even responded to any of my mails during the last few weeks I was left with no option but to place the order in the resolution centre and ask for a full refund to my coin (I didn't FE).

This is not the road I wanted to take believe me I'd much rather product in hand, but what other option did I have?

Limetless could you shed some light for me on the matter, what happens now and will this incomplete order negatively affect myself from ordering from other vendors, does this make me look like a dodgy buyer?

Peace and Love.

Same here. I didn't get 2 orders that i purchased during the sale from this vendor. Needless to say he didn't respond to any message. And on top of that my refund rate is now fucked up because of these refunds (i asked for 95%). This Vendor has been known for being a selective scammer and now he's being exposed once again.
That's yet another reminder why you shouldn't FE in any case.

You will be fine mate. If you are making other orders then 1 refund wont hurt your rep. :)

Still had no response as yet so fuck that cunt.

Basically you should put your order in resolution and just say you want 100% refund and mention that this is a common problem and is being discussed a lot on the forums.

Fuck this guy, he ain't taking my change.

Same here, i made a domestic order 2nd of may and he switched the status into "in transit" at  the 3 of may without sending it. I ordered from him several times in the last three months and according to the postmarks  he always sent days after changing the status. His shipments were made from a german town at the dutch border and therefore i think he was collecting orders and then went over to NL to just buy it in a coffee shop, wich would explain his high prices.  But since the first of may they have a new law in the NL wich only allow dutch citizens to buy weed in the coffee shop and that may have caused problems to him to restock or he got busted on the journey.
My case is also in the resolution center right now so i hope to get my money back but beside of that i am really kind of nervous because if he is busted then the cops will have a search warrant on his house and what if they find my adress or something else printed out in his house? Needless to say that in that case they will also confiscate his computer.

The coffeeshops are still open for everybody. Only the 3 south provences, Brabant, Zeeland and Limburg are only open for dutch people. That's until january first 2013, from then you can't by drugs in a coffeeshop if you're not dutch.

Im glad I found this thread.  I placed 3 orders a couple of orders a few weeks back with 3 different vendors, ExchangeService being 1.  The orders were placed at same time.  Both the other vendors orders arrived by last week, and up till today no sign of ExchangeService's order.  What also was puzzling me was that 1 of the other vendor's was AmsterdamShop who also sends from Holland.  Started to think possibly customs but after reading this thread dont think even sent.  Thanks to all.

Yeah it's obvious that none of them were ever sent. I put mine into the resolution center and it's about to go under review in less than an hour. I asked for the full refund. Irony of it is I didn't actually make the purchase for myself and I don't even smoke weed at all anyway. Think it might be a case of buying some more MDMA and Bing... Fuck this nextman, nobody should buy from him.

Sad to see this vendor gone, really enjoyed his pollum hash. But good to hear the resolution system is working.

hi guys,

my story with exchangeservice: ordered 10 g weed some 3 weeks ago, marked in transit second day. so i was waiting and waiting...
after 2 weeks i wrote him a message - no response. then resolution center - no response. i suggested 100% refund - no response.
this sunday: resolved - 100%refund. cool 30 bucks back in my account, i gave him a 1/5 and just one word: scam feedback
and i immmediately ordered 10 g from another vendor .
today, when i came home from work, i`ve opened the  postbox...............................................................and there it was:

10 g nlx from exchangeservice :-\

So, in that particular kind of case, how should it end?
Does that mean that you should ask to the resolution center to cancel the refund?
Or should you send the fund back to the seller?

Anyway, having to wait 3 weeks for an order is definitely not a good way to make business. He completely ruins his busines.
That's a pity, cause I wanted to try his Santa Maria, but I think I will look for someone else's weed.

Thanks to everybody for the feedbacks!
