What do you consider to be the best meds to avoid gyno when on Test-E (or other steroids)?
I begin my cycle in three or four weeks. (my first).
I have a feeling I will need this as at my peak (10 years ago) the chest part of my body was the only part that let me down. I was ripped but still had fat on my chest.

For me letrozole has always worked best. Low doses, eod. It's been a long time so forget exact dosesbut it was king. Even eliminated unexpected flareups years later. It always shrank the glands and reversed?eliminated any issues while other options either did not work or only.stopped progression and or discomfort.
Anastrazole was second best but paled in compassion to letrozole.
Nolvadex (tamoxifen) never really did jack.for me IMO,. I'd use it.prophylactically and I still had to.step it up to SERMs with time.
SERMs seemed to be a permanent solution (esp. Letrozole). Do your homework though. You dont want to over do it vb on dosing or.frequency.as these can kill your libido, binder gains to some degree, and carry the risk of other side effects.
I only noticed.temporary libido issues but it.was.wortb it and manageable if you do your research.
These issues and results vary greatly with individuality so you're mileage may vary.
All the best :)

As le botbah nsaid either Letro or Adex. I personally prefer adex, I reatain a lot of water so I use adex to reduce the bloat. Use adex when your nips feel sensitive or they become puffy .50 eod or .25ed thats the exact dosage I was taking.
Nolva doesn't get rid of gyno it will just temporarily hides its ugly head and I only suggest using to strictly for pct.
