Title: Cannot cancel order
Post by: CheckerDick on August 09, 2012, 05:52 pm
I recently ordered from a vendor, whom is no longer responding to my messages. My order is still being processed. The cancel button is not, "click-able." The vendor will no longer respond to my messages, and now I'm sitting on 400 dollars, that I cannot use. I have already contacted silk road, user support, to no avail. Could anyone give me some advice? I am not concerned about losing some cash, I just need it back so that I may move on. :)

EDIT: It says I have 4 days until I can cancel. Isn't that a bit of a stretch? I understand its the rules and whatnot, but shouldnt the cancel time be shorter, so we the people arent stuck waiting a week for our refund, that's probably going to be fined 4% because of a cancellation? If im paying to cancel, I think I should be able to do so when I please. (Maybe after a 48 hour processing period, with no signs of transit.)

You have to wait four days. If the majority of SR had an issue with that, it would be shorter. Patience, my friend.
