I too have been having trouble getting funds into my account, well now after messaging silk road I found out something dreadful.
To begin, I started out by requesting a new address for my sr account, easy enough; I then copied and paste the new address and double check to make sure it is indeed the address assigned to me here.
After over 24 hours I get this message: That wallet belongs to kritikos701 and recieved -
deposit ฿55.14 -address- ฿55.14 January 24, 2012, 9:43 pm UTC
deposit ฿0.01 -address- ฿0.01 January 24, 2012, 6:31 am UTC

This same address that I used that apparently belongs to kritikos701, is still registered to me in my sr account.?.. What happened, I was so careful with the address being the correct one.
I really feel bad now, and probably will be feeling worse later. I don't even know -
so cold.

Encase you can't tell, its me...
Everything worked out - apparently there was a bug of sorts, hopefully they've squashed it by now. I am glad they where able to see it and correct it. It sucks because the markets went down a bit, but it came just in time.
I was afraid of the worse.
