I'm new here and I've been reading through the forum a little bit. It seems that the slight name change seems to be the way to go. We constantly have mail delivered to our residence, I suppose the name of someone who used to live here. It's usually spam mail(CC offers and such). Would it be a safe bet to put that person's name on the package? If anything were to happen, I could prove they have the wrong person, and show them the mail laying around with that person's name, who doesn't live here. Would this work?
Also, just so I'm clear on this Bitcoin thing...there's no way of tracing my bitcoin purchases to my name? and even further, trace it to a SR purchase?

Are you confident the previous residents have not implemented a mail redirect at the PO? Just because you are getting some letters addressed to them may just indicate a few are getting past.

unless your ordering a bulk lot of drugs
i would not bother it could cause quite a lot of problems like say if you was to be out while the item was posted
you would have to go pick it up from the post office yourself and with the other previous owners name on it they wont give it you
read a few posts on people using fake names looks like they have had a bit of bother
