Title: VENDOR/BUYER CONTRACTS your opinions please
Post by: BigBill6778 on October 16, 2012, 02:27 am
OK I saw thread started about contracts

I have been chatting some with Limitless and he has an Idea that will work for all of us we just need him to offer the service. He is offering contracts on Large orders and that way the buyer is locked in to paying for his product.I have asked him if he could modify his contracts for vendors to sell smaller amounts and in the contract state that all sales are final,Tracking # required and SR to finalize sales once tracking # verifies parcel  has been delivered.

This also protects the buyer as he now has a contract with the vendor & if the vendor defaults on his sale the Buyer automatically gets refunded by SR for Breach of contract. This could save a shitload of headaches and trans action hassles as payment will be immediate no more waiting to Finalize

OK here is the link that SR sent me

 Thanks your for the suggestion.

Cool thread. You got it a little skew-wiff though fella. You'd have to do your own contracts for your punter, your stuff is nothing to do with me but you'd use the contract system to do it.

There's a way to use that system? Where?

Silk Road is a large website that does a good volume of transactions per day. Although your idea is good and would add clarity in alot of situations it would cost money and time to implement such a system. Someone would have to verify the tracking numbers to make sure they were real and the package had been delivered and that its not an old tracking number.

how do you figure it would take time

you offer it on your SR page and tracking Takes 2 minutes online to check if you are on SR already just pop up Explorer page and search Canada Post add the tracking # and done all of 3 minutes shit I really didn't have that much time to waste

This setup would be for SeniorVendors option stops Newbies like yourself from ever having a chance to sscam/or be scammed I am telling you this is really the only way
