I want to inform potential buyers of my current experience with IP
I placed an order half a month ago. I read his situation about him failing to hedge when the bitcoins took a plunge and I finalized early out of understanding and because I've read enough good feedback that I trusted him.
In this half month that I have been waiting for him to ship my order, I have heard excuse after excuse as to why he can't ship my order. First it is because he doesn't have enough funds to re-up, then it's that he's looking for "quality". I'd like to point out that while he's telling me all of these excuses as to why he can't ship my order... the feedback log on SR indicates that others are having their orders shipped, receiving tracking numbers, and are receiving product. All of this says that he has used my money to fill the orders of others and he has zero incentive to fill my order now that he has my funds (or had my funds... i'm sure that my funds are long gone now that he has used them to fill the orders of others.)
Most recently I have asked for a refund. This request was met with an explanation that he doesn't have enough money to refund me and that it will take a few days (proof that he used my money to fill the orders of others)... He gives me the option to either wait till he has enough money to refund me or he can ship my order as he just picked up some new stuff....
I will keep everyone abreast of this situation is it unfolds.

If it makes you feel any better it took me 3 or 4 weeks to get mine from him. So he maybe very slow but I haven't heard of anyone not receiving theirs. So stay the course and you'll get it and for long waits in the past he has thrown extras in so there could be an upside to your wait.

He has serious problems. Forgot my order for 2 months and try to make good by sending me 2 bags for free 4 months later. Made the 1 out of 5 a 4 out of 5 when he did that. Stuff not even that good.

My order was taking too long but my cancel button just wouldn't become a link either, so I finally pm'ed IP and asked kindly if he would cancel my order and he did and sent me back a pm apologizing for taking so long.

IP has surprised people in the past, and come thru with really ass-kicking product. He did have a lot of shit go wrong, and still always answered messages. He also didn't want to just send crap, and was waiting thru the weekend to re-up and get something good, so he wouldn't disappoint people. Everybody hopes that this guy will become like TM, and become a vendor that could be counted on. I've never felt like I was being ripped, just that he had some bad luck and got overwhelmed by everything. We all know that this is a hard area to get right. Not many succeed.

If you read through the posts regarding IP (you did read the posts before ordering, didn't you ;) ) you will see that delivery time and failure to ship orders on time are his biggest complaints.
While he has sometimes taken 6-8 weeks to get orders delivered, he has always delivered the product. He is also well known for running out of cash and using money from new orders to purchase product for existing orders.
As far as the feedback goes, they could be for orders from weeks ago, it's hard to tell.
You don't say how much your order was for, but the fact he cannot refund you right away would lead me to believe it was rather large, it also sounds like your first order with him.
I have ordered from him, but I waited until he seemed to be settling down and his orders were getting out. I received my order in just over a week.
But I hesitated to purchase from him again right away, having seen by his buyers posts that his old troubles had re-appeared.
All I can say is, keep your head up, stay patient, and hopefully something will show up soon.

Captainjojo... I did read the negative feedback too so I spoke with IP via PM prior to placing my order. He assured me that all of those problems were things of the past. I believed him and I proceeded with my order for 5 bags.... fuck me

Electric... I remember following your situation with IP and it sounds similar to mine.... Fairly large order, finalized early and he used your money to fill everyone's orders but yours. Quite shitty.

Deemrock, I am really glad you let me know of your attempt at publicly posting your experience with me. At least I can get the story straight with everyone in here. By the way, thanks for the few supporters I have in here. Unfortunately, I have some pissed off customers.
Sickboy, thanks for pointing out the fact that I have well over 250 successful orders filled. Anyways, I should be packing and shipping and returning messages but I want to inform what's going on. First of all, I never used your money to fill any orders deem rock. I ran into a bad situation loosing ALOT of money from coins falling to 2 bucks so I turned to the community for help. I wanted to do it in a smart way so instead of marking anything as shipped that wasn't, I sent messages taking a survey to my pending orders finding out who would be willing to help me out. I also notated that I wouldn't allow anyone to do so unless I had enough people willing to help me out to be able to ship everyone out at the same time to be fair to the ones who weren't comfortable in doing so, which I also indicated was fine.
I was amazed at the response I received and realized very quickly that I would have enough to re-up so I marked several orders as shipped and took in the funds I needed to serve everyone. I dont even feel that comfortable telling all but I won't be too specific. Anyway's, something happened that I never expected, especially since I always receive quality from my main supplier as shown on my feedback. Basically my source went dry and I could find for the life of me anything decent at all. I even came across friggin green dope man. It sucked because I was sampling and sampling and sampling and nothing compared to what I always delivered.
I did my best and made sure to communicate very well with everyone. I posted updates in my ad as well to notify what the current situation was. Now, please put yourself in my shoes and imagine my fear. It was mostly my regular customers who finalized early paying in advance to help me raise funds. Imagine how it would look to them if all several purchases in the past I ship high quality product that you can depend on being consistent everytime to all of a sudden getting garbage from me.
Of course my supplier is telling me "1 more day, 1 more day" to avoid me going elsewhere. So I decided to hang in there and wait. From the looks of it, most everyone supported my decision and 1 person even thanked me for the quality control. Now, if you want to do some investigative work, check through my feedback. ALOT of people settled early man. I have had more than enough money to re-up DEEM ROCK. I would think it was pretty obvious that something else was happening. Why wouldn't I just ship and have business go back to normal? Because I can only get my hands on garbage brother!
Like I said before, I knew the only way to have anyone finalize early was to make sure I had enough people willing to do it to take care of everyone and that is exactly what I did. I took money from alot of people and DEEM ROCK, you seem to be the only one who didn't get what was happening. If I missed messaging you what was happening, I apologize. I hope you can believe me now and stop flaming me on a situation in which I am very stressed out and doing everything I can to rectify. Yeah, I have had problems in the past for various reasons. Every one of them I resolved honestly one way or another or at least tried to. Deceitful I am not, just at the mercy of my suppliers. You cant buy this shit at Wal-Mart and believe me it is only a temporary situation.
Aside from this, I really appreciate all the pleasant messages from everyone we received. Everyone who believes we are working as best as we can to find high-quality product. Our supplier WILL come back on soon enough. In the meantime, we sampled some stuff that was OK yesterday. It wasn't the great shit we usually carry but definately OK. Because of the stress from not being able to deliver quickly, we went ahead and purchased some to ship and relieve some pressure.
Deem Rock, I can refund you, ship, whatever you would like me to do. When you asked me for a refund, I told you that I will only be able to in a few days until deliveries happen and coins come in. Naturally, I cashed out your coins and everyone elses to be able to re-up. I can put your money back through and purchase coins to send to you but it is pointless because that takes a few days and either way deliveries will happen in a few days so it is better to just wait for that to happen. When I told you that I wasn't telling you that I used your money to ship other peoples orders man and you know that. For you to say that on here it is a lie. I haven't shipped anyones stuff out since the problem happened dude. Your looking at feedback? That is old stuff coming in. One person even mentioned that they received my package last week but couldn't get on for over a week in my feedback. Look, I know your stressed out to the max over this. So is everyone else but their mouths are shut with confidence that I am not a crook and never was. I am taking time off from work to travel all over my city spending my own cash on sampling and it turns out to be garbage. Imagine how I feel that I can't even deliver to my regular clients who trust me and helped me out by settling early. Believe me man, I am stressed out to the max.

methman, please report the truth. I sent you the freebies weeks later, not 4 months later. I don't think I have even been on SR for 4 months! I did it since you waited a long time. Even after you shitted on me in the forums I sent you freebies to try and make it right. I have hundreds of happy customers and I try to do the right thing to the few unhappy ones. I do get overloaded at times.

Pilot. First know that I'm not trying to ruin your reputation publicly. I'm simply logging my experience with you so that others who might want to order know what I'm going through. I don't know you personally so obviously I have nothing against you.
On Oct. 29th you said to me that you "just bough bulk" and were shipping that day.... then today you say you haven't re-upped since all of us (myself included) fronted the $$. It's just not adding up, and sounds like another excuse.
SR is unique and successful largely because the community can report their experiences... this allows buyers and sellers to make informed decisions before entering any transaction and my log is in the spirit of contributing to this aspect of the community.
Please know that I'm not trying to ruin your rep or attack you as a person. I must say that Pilot...You have been very communicative.

Thanks for the response pilot. I was unaware of the feedback log thing. I saw that someone received a tracking number and the "freshness" was several hours ago (this was a few days ago), so I assumed that meant their order was freshly shipped. My mistake. I stand corrected.

On the 29th I though I was buying in bulk but it never happened because the shit was green. I posted it is my ad and though I told everyone. I guess I missed you. Never in my life have I seen anything dark green before. I know people were buying it here locally but there was no way in hell I was gonna ship that shit. My feed back would be ruined for sure. It didn't even break up into a powder it was kinda hard. Anyways, thanks for having a better attitude as I am feeling a bit better. I need to get back to replying to messages and packing/shipping what I have. I can't wait for the fire to come back.

We just had a nice run relatively problem free for a few months. Hopefully within a week I can get the good shit back in and have another nice run for even longer.

IP - thanks for getting on the forums and talking to us all. It's frustrating but I think you summed it up with "you can't get this shit at Wal-Mart." I know I'm frustrated but like some others, appreciate the quality control. I'll add that you've consistently been communicating via PMs and I appreciate that. It's still quite frustrating for many of us but we're all counting on you to do the right thing. I guess I'm happy you're focused on quality control - I have received some bags that were basically empty (not themunchies) - I appreciate you not shipping crap.

Thanks man! It's true. Not only that but I am only unreliable at the moment since I cant find anything worth a crap to ship. If I ship garbage, I wont get any repeat customers, and repeat business is most important to me as I have enjoyed ALOT of it including yourself. It's hard to believe it since where I am it is usually pretty abundant. I don't understand why people step on it so much. I guess it is because if someone doesn't have anywhere else to go, they will grab it. Especially if it keeps them from getting sick. I have served more customers with this product than anyone else selling H on SR. I am mostly consistent. It's just most people when they are happy, usually don't go and announce it to the whole world. When someone is pissed off at me, they try to have the loudest voice possible to warn others. Looking at my sheer numbers, even though I have a few unhappy people over the months, 99% of hundreds of people were very happy.
Anyway's I am being told that I am getting the good stuff this week for sure. Or at least something much better than what I have now. Sales are still strong and that is very good. I am going to work on fixing my situations in the past regarding the lower feed back scores and see if I can work it out with them to get all 5's. That would impress myself as well as others I am sure.

Update: Pilot has shipped my order. I admit that I may have jumped to conclusions/worried that I was getting taken for my money a bit too soon and for that I apologize Pilot.

IP has been my WORST shopping experience on SR so far. placed CUSTOM order just under 3 weeks ago. he lied that he had enough H to fill the order (not a bulk, just several stamps) and that the package will be out the next day. 5 days later the order was still processing, so i shoot IP a pm... another one... and another one couple days later. to my 4th pm he finally responded that he had overlooked my previous attempts to contact him and asked if i was willing to release money early to help him to raise funds. WTF??!! so, 12 days ago he pms me ...I am almost there. That should happen on Monday then we need 1-2 days for Bitcoin conversion. Sorry for the delay... another week passes. finally, this mon he pms that they restocked and marks the order "in transit". its friday and three weeks later, no delivery, no news from IP.
stay away. think twice, are you are willing to wait forever for your order to come and eat all the lies IP feeds his customers?
will update when the situation resolves.

hang in there, nnm, I know a few of us have gotten tired of waiting, and getting more vocal about it, but I don't want him to send us bad shit either, just to get the order done...some of the people are getting their gear now, and saying it's good, so maybe next week we get lucky :)

ok, so it's been 25 days since order, 11 days since IP responded to my pms for the last time and 9 days ago the order was marked in transit. all i'm waiting for now is resolve button to appear so i could get my money back.
just a reminder to IPs potential buyers: BEWARE and STAY AWAY! There are reliable H sellers on SR, do some reading here, don't waste your time and coins dealing with IPs sub-par biz performance and shitty customer service.

DAMMIT IP! I wanted to try your stuff but even you say its not the usual quality. I heard your "Sleepwalker" was excellent.
IP communicated with me very quickly before I made my first buy on SR and even agreed to do Priority mail for me for a few extra BTC. Then right before I ordered I read about a lot of issues coming up with him. I wont knock the guy because the little experience I have had with him was okay. After reading this thread though I am sketchy to gamble with my BTC tied up in escrow for nada.
I hope IP gets it straightened out though the H page on SR is feeling like scam central to me right now without themunchies or Aphex.
Aside from some issues IP has a decent rep with lots of transactions and he seems like a decent dude and sometimes things just go dry like he has said in some of his posts. (Green Smack? WTF?!!!???) Seriously though waiting weeks for a product to ship/arrive is pretty fubar.

I've pretty much given up, it's been so long, but I'm pretty forgiving: hell, we have to be...but I've transferred over to themunchies and aphex. IP needs to cover the people who've waited the longest rather than keep selling to new people. . And I also feel that we have to post at least once a week, so newbies don't end up in the same predicament. These forums aren't just for cheerleading...
Advice to newbies: stay in escrow.
