Hi, I recently (last Wed) placed an order for 3.5g of coke from a well trusted vendor. I paid an extra $25 for "express" shipping, hoping it would speed the delivery. On his page he stated it would be up to 24 hours to ship, and it still hadn't after over 48 hours.
It was marked as shipped sometime the next day, but I still haven't gotten a reply to any of my messages. I won't name the vendor cause obviously it will probably show up in the next few days, but I feel like I got fleeced for the express shipping. I am also curious how often vendors don't even read buyer's messages. All are marked as unread. A quick "i sent it Friday" or something would easily put my mind at ease.
Is this type of thing common? I dealt with ChronicPain before and the guy was on the ball and prompt about questions. I'm just wondering if he was the exception to how things normally are.

Check his vendor page for shipping info, my man. Sometimes if the info is on the page, they'll ignore questions regarding it. :P Has he read it yet? If so, then he's probably like "Stop being impatient, your drugs are on the way." however, I would NEVER pay 25$ to have something shipped to me. FUCK. THAT.
-
He hasn't read any. And I didn't send a lot of messages either. I sent one before ordering with a question about the product, and a second one after 3 days.
I only paid the $25 because I was trying to get it before the weekend. I figured even if he waited the full 24hours, I still may get it on Friday or Saturday. Express from USPS has gotten me items from the opposite coast in 2 or 3 days. Its still not here though, so I am not sure whats up.
I'm not stressing about the shipping. I am just wondering if I will go through this often, or if I should just find other vendors.

Oh wow. Uhm, I'd stick with other vendors, but that's just me.

it was USPS express (next day delivery)??? ive yet do buy or sell anything on here but i have sent packs that stretched from cali to my east coast homies and the longest it ever took was 2 days, 99% of the time it was one day (even if the postal service's guarantee was 2 days)...my guess is he either never sent it or it was intercepted on the way. Packages can be sent with a tracking number and all, but still never show because someone along the way snagged it. Dont freak if thats the case though, they wont come after you, when they do that its illegal search and siezere....hope that helped sorry to hear about your inconvenience my man

Yeah it is actually kind of common.. I've seen a few exceptions to the "being ignored" thing though. It is true that some will ignore you if the info you're asking for is on their profile page already, and many will ignore you if they *think* the info you're asking for is on their profile page but isn't (heh). I've pissed off a couple people this way unfortunately, especially because I *have* to know when my item is shipped... *Ahem* nosy neighbors and family + a tiny mailbox amongst a whole bunch of other mailboxes = Asking for trouble on my end!!
If it sounds like you're just being a whiny person who wants to know if your order got shipped, yeah you're probably going to be ignored. If it's one of my situations, however, usually after enough tries and enough vendor-pissing-off, I finally manage to get the point through (which is that other people have gone opening my mailbox and I gotta know when the darn mail is sent!) If it's not that big an issue you're asking about, I suggest you drop it; but if after awhile it seems like your mail never went out at all, you should bring it back up.
And uh.. $25 for overnight shipping is a fine price to whoever thought it was crazy up above.. I used to ask $20 when I did overnights for people just to make the math easier, plus I wanted to make it obvious I wasn't making money on the darn shipping. Within the US, overnight shipping is about $18-something; in some areas it went up to $21 for awhile, but now appears to have dropped back down to its usual $18-something.. I think asking $25 for overnight is fair- It's time and trouble waiting in that darn line at the post office, covertly trying to shove stuff into an express envelope, having to use your own handwriting for addresses, checking a box and forging signatures to waive the overnight signature (unless YOU the customer want to sign for the package!).. Yeah, I'd say $25 is fair for an overnight express.

A little generic to say this but, relax and give it some time.

I was ignored by a vendor in the 99% range, though he was actually on vacation/stuck somewhere at the time, so it wasn't really being ignored. Just sometimes there's other things which happen in people lives which make it too hard for that vendor to get abck to you ASAP. Took my vendor like 5 days :\
But I delt with it, just keep your mind occupied! :D

That is total bullshit. I don't give a fuck how many orders you have are how big a vendor you are. That's just not right. PERIOD. NO EXCUSES!
It is sad actually. A few bad ones ruining the good one's reps. That why us new one's have such a hard time. Especially when your trying to be a good one.
But I can't comment on the coke/weed guys. Whole different ball game. But still after that long to not even read his question. That is fucked.

Not talking to a customer is the exact opposite of what sellers do in stores. I did find it very strange to be ignored by some.
It goes against every rule... Put yourself in their position you'd probably try to answer every question ASAP all the time.
Which I think a very large percentage of vendors do, I find the more active smaller-time ones to be the best :)
I like to talk with my vendors before buying, so I go around a fair bit.
More of a psychedelic buyer.

Whenever a person tells me they need something for an event or something I always shift them up. If they got overnight shipping then I will go out of my way to mail that out the next day. Thou you should check his profile. I always update my profile when I'm delayed. Kind of hard to talk to 50 people over messages

I totally understand that, that's why I don't get too worried when bigger sellers don't answer.
It is annoying when big sellers don't update their profile though! :P And there's always the clueless ones who never even read anything :)

If this is an issue for you, you should NOT be ordering drugs...

Agreed get a PMB or P.O. if you are using a shared mailbox. That should just be a no brainer, seriously. They are only like $15 a months.

short answer: yes, most vendors are super busy with tons of messages and tons of orders to ship on the daily. the smaller vendors are normally very good about it because they arent so busy.

Hmm... I'm actually afraid of talking to the vendor, there's only or three selling what I want, it seems there is lots of demand for their product too, so I'm afraid of bothering them :-/ Plus, I've read some vendors hate getting bothered, I'd hate to waste their time, which I'm imagining is them standing around a fancy lab with a white coat, goggle, glove and face mask.
-
yeh is common they get loads of orders and msgs some are better at getting back to you but most the time it is cos they are busy, but doesnt usual affect the speed they send your order out you just have to be patient. also some are just better at messaging back and some arent o bothered. try not to worry to much
-
It's common if you are just sending a PM to ask if the product shipped yet or not.
Only truly important Pm's should be sent and place a urgent in the title, other wise wait for the orders page to relieve your stress on an order...patience not a game here it's a way of life.

scampony:
What should I put as the subject of my address? Cuz I have no fucking idea what I'm doing here. Shirm i probably just put "hi!!!!!!11" haha

It's a waste paying for extra shipping. Seriously these mail agencies are a MESS, they barely have their shit together. No point spending $25 extra when it will likely get there around the same time as a standard item.
Although the irony is that it is because these agencies are such a mess that we have a high success rate here. This is really what we want, for them to be overwhelmed by the amount of mail going through the system. What we don't want is for them to be on top of everything and hiring extra staff and scanning more and more post. It's best if they're barely keeping up with their quotas and don't have the time to look at anything in any detail.
