Title: Cancel and Refund Mechanics

Hi,

I am a new seller and I have this dilemma. After I take someones order and for whatever reason, the order is cancelled on my side and 100% refund is sent to the buyer. Can the buyer still leave feedback? Does it count as a completed transaction?

The buyer does not lose anything because they receive a full refund. Please let me know.

Buyer can't leave feedback for cancelled orders if cancelled before it goes into resolution. 

If you cancel you get to say whether or not you actually sent the merch. If you did, it dings the buyers rating.

It doesn't count as a completed transaction and if you didn't send the merch, your inventory will be adjusted.

This is all true only after you've already hit the "Confirm Order" button.  Otherwise it acts as though nothing happened.
