16-week body changing program.

Based on your goals, I will tailor a bodybuilding diet specific to YOU, along with a weight lifting/cardio regiment. Every 2 weeks, we will asses progress and make the necessary changed from their. The prgram also allows unlimited emails w/ questions for the duration of the 16 weeks.

weeks 1-12 500mg testosterone ethanate a week split into two 250mg shots 3/12 days apart
weeks 1-4 30mg dianabol a day
weeks 8-12 50mg stanazol a day
weeks 12-16 50mg nolvadex today

Are you serious? This is a drugs forum, you think we have that many bodybuilders here? And even if we do have a decent amount of people interested in fitness, you don't think there is already a fuckin wealth of info on the clearnet that any idiot could pick up?

Alot of people are completely ignorate to bodybuilding nutrition, its not just "eat a lot" and "do your compound lifts". I calculate macromutrient ratios according to the clients body composition, place certain macros at certain parts of the day where theyre most utilized for nutrient shuttling. Its not as intuitive as you think, and the average joe wont have a clue.

This program is for SERIOUS people who are ready to go through hell and back to acheive a shredded physique they would never be able to acheive without professional help. I work closely with Shelby Starns and Alex Azarian, and have taken bits and peices from them, as well as my own experiences. Im guarentee anyone would be extremely happy with this program give they put their blood sweat and tears into it.

He says 10 years as a national bodybuilder.  So he's not a ranked BB and he's never been close to turning pro.

But he may be a ok coach.

Its very hard.

my boy An Nuygen did it on his third attempt.  So either you got the gens or you don't.
He took 6th in his first pro show as well.
