No one sells BTC for Paypal anymore because the buyer can say they never received the product and reverse the transaction.

go on ebay and buy a moneypak with paypal then use that to exchange with a vendor on here

You could try http://www.virwox.com . But new accounts are limited to 40€ a day (max 120€ in 30 days) and 'manual verification' takes up to 3 days. After a while the limits go up and verification is less often and faster.

Not to many sellers will do that transaction unless they do strictly legal things here at silkroad. Which is uncommon, as it does sacrifice the anonymity that BTC provices...

Virwox is pretty much the only way to transfer PayPal money to Bitcoin. However note that with Virwox you need a verified PayPal account which means that you have to provide proof of identity and link your PayPal account with a Bank Account. This was a problem with me so I now buy Paysafecards or Ukash and transfer them via Silk Road vendors. Be careful though, it's easy to be scammed this way. I've used AmsterdamShop in the past though and everything went fine.
You can also transfer Paysafecard to Bitcoin using Virwox. (And Ukash if you deposit money in Virwox through Neteller first although this also requires a verified Neteller account.) Although this is a lot safer than through SR vendors, it's much more expensive.
