Ever since the maintenance last night (plus fwiw a Windows update this afternoon) am unable to login, just keep getting "login failed" message. Tried creating a new account to use to ask for a password reset but after entering the new info it just went back to the login screen, where I couldn't login even under the new account. Was able to login fine this morning after the maintenance was done (I think), could the Win update have done something?! WTF! Any advice appreciated!

after several unsuccessful tries to create a new account I managed to make one and contact SR support but I have another question-- for my new account there was no greeting message in the inbox, is this new SR policy? I didn't actually give any of my account names or details in my mssg to support because of the lack of that greeting, maybe paranoid but wondered if somehow had been phished though the site looks kosher. anyway just wondering, has SR stopped sending those auto greeting mssgs? Again, thx for any help...
