Title: What happens on the due date of resolution center for my order?
Post by: metabolicman on September 12, 2013, 11:00 pm
Hi Iv got an order in the resolution center, Me and the vendor have not agreed to a resolution and its due date is in an hour!!!
I offered to extend due date then he offered 50% refund,
Which I dont think is fair because the order that didnt arrive I asked for it to be sent with my other orders in the same pack or to atleast warn me about sending multiple packs, which he didnt. At last I offered 75% refund under the circumstance buts its due in an hour what do i do??

SR usually waiting until the last min on resolutions
and then they will make a decision if the vendor does not respond

If you and the vendor to not come to an agreement then SR administration will make the final decision.
