August 8: Ordered 20g of hash from seller V3SPAR. Finalized due item being international (was seller's only international item at the time). I regretted the decision as soon as I did it, but there was no turning back after that. I knew better but I wanted the hash and that was all I could think about. There were great reviews and I hadn't figured it wouldn't turn into a problem.
August 20: package has not arrived within seller's posted transit time. Send a quick message to V3SPAR. He assures me it is normal to encounter slightly longer transit times. Tells me 10 days is the average (though the listing posted 4-8). His reply was prompt and seller tells me that we will pull the tracking info if need be.
August 29: Package is still a no show. Requested seller for tracking information. No response.
September 6: Send request message again for a tracking number. He tells me he will look into it to see if it has been lost or confiscated.
September 11: Request Update. No response.
September 13: I highlight my frustration and demand the tracking number. The lack of communication has taxed my patience at this point. Called shenanigans on the matter (if you don't get it watch the first episode of south park).
September 15: Seller informs me that the package was actually shipped without a tracking number (despite my being told the contrary) and since we have no way of knowing what happened that I am out the complete amount since it was international. Apologizes for my loss and tells me that the listing has been removed to prevent such a thing from happening in the future though it is apparently only a 1:100 occurrence. I solemnly express my disappointment and vow never to return.
The recent feedback changes have prevented me from leaving any feedback on the transaction. This has caused me headache for more than a month with no resolution. There are plenty of other vendors that can get their packages from A to B without such issues.
This is just a posting of what happened since I cannot leave feedback. I truly wish the matter would have been resolved. I have refrained from posting anything public until this point while I gave the seller time to work things out. Since there was no resolution, I feel obligated to post my experience so that others may make their own judgements about whether to purchase from V3SPAR.
