You can talk about me here if you want to:)
-
I wanted to put a few comments about Phos4Loxy, I placed an order, (may be one of the first..)
and I have to say, it was one, if not the best transactions from a seller! The item came dam quick,
(the item was put in the mail saturday am), and I got the thing Monday! It was dam near cross country!
The package was perfectly prepared, and came unharmed! I also like the idea that all address info
must be encrypted, I wish more sellers would do it, just because... :)
He has excellent prices, and responded to all my dumb questions. I'm a little hesitant with all new sellers
with no feedback, but I guess you have to start out somehow. I would not hesitate to recommend him,
I only hopes he sticks around for some time, and has some great products without marking them up.
Competition is a good thing, and it always helps for a new guy on the block to come out swinging!!
Welcome, and keep up the great job! (and good products too...LOL!)
-
This vendor not only sent the order as promised, but also accommodated a special request I had to make the package more stealth for me. They answered at least a dozen questions I had about the product and communicated quickly. Best of all, it got here the day after I ordered, which rarely happens. Very friendly to communicate with, too. I'm a fan for life :)

Thanks for the great feedback guys 8)
So to get my x pills movin, I'm gonna give away two pills to three of you lucky fuckers that like to dig deep into forums:) You must be a member on the forums here with more positive than negative karma. All I'm asking is for a little feedback on my thread and on my feedback on my seller's account. You only pay 6 bucks for shipping.

Good Luck!

Is there any way we could get more pics of that B+ isolate in action?
-
I placed an order for a sample, will gladly update and thoroughly review when the beans arrive. Welcome to the Road!
-
Wayne, I'll try to get some more pics up this weekend some time:)
And to Magic Man, I'm pretty sure I cancelled your order because I did a search for your name that you used to order with on the forums here and came up with nothing, or you were the person that didn't encrypt their address. either way, place the order again, and encrypt your addy, and I will ship out.
-
The name that I used to order does not have a forum account of the same name, if you were to decrypt the address you would have seen a note saying that the SR buying account was mine though it is my fault for not sending you a pm or something beforehand. The listing is no longer up so I suppose I'll defer the review to whoever ended up with the sample.
-
Nah man, it's just in stealth mode, so nobody would grab it up before you did:) just copy the link a few posts above this one, I should have decrypted it. I've had a couple of people leave messages in the address line. Sorry man, but it's still there for ya if you want. One more too if anybody else does. It's just in stealth. Just for you readers here:)
-
Ah, I see. Order (re)placed and I look forward to trying them out!
-
Just received my sample of 2 blue/green raptors. Shipping was fast (3 business days).
Nice professional packaging. I wont be able to try them until this weekend but I did get a chance to test them.
Marquis test turns dark purple so they should be great, can't wait to try them. I am happy to have another realiable domestic supplier of good pressies on the road!
Thx Phos4Loxy!

So, just for those of you that wanna know, this is what my jars of grains look like after a few weeks after being inoculated from my petri dishes. These are just some pics of a couple of cases of grain that I've got goin now. There's also some pics of the other strains that I've started selling now. I will try to dig deeper in all of my hidden shit and find some more pics of my old B+ harvests. I've just been busy:(
The Mazatapec has a crazy ass light blue/green bruising as it grows, to me, looks potent as fuck :-D
Ok, I can't post pics here I guess, and I've been trying for a couple of hours to get pics hosted on another tor site, but just can't figure it out:(
-
Found a place to host the images:)
Here's some B+ from petri dish, in vitro with grain. These have been chillin in the dark for over two months now. Me taking the picture will probably wanna make them start to fruit in vitro. Good thing I'm gonna use 'em this week;):

New strains:

From left to right, GT1, MAZ1, MAZ3:

You kind of see the crazy ass blue/green hue to the mycelium in the Mazatapec jar in the middle. It's hard to capture on camera sometimes what you see with the eye.:
http://4eiruntyxxbgfv7o.onion/imgzapr/upload/Phos4.JPG
Here's a couple of cases of jars stacked up, about a third of them are master grain jars from a petri dish; the rest of the jars are a first generation grain to grain transfer that have been colonizing for a month. They're done at two really, but I like to give them a couple of extra weeks to eat some more food:) Any contaminates would be very evident at this point.:

Cool stuff, just waiting for it to get back up!!
-
When I first encountered Phos4Loxy, he only had a B+ isolate culture on agar available. I asked him if this was suitable for new growers, and he responded that it was not. Phos4Loxy then told me he'd be making up some isolate syringes, which are suitable for beginners. Once those were made, he contacted me, I placed an order, and within a few days I received the product.
I only used a few cc solution on some test jars, but healthy growth started quickly.
Being the stubbornly aggressive learner that I am, I decided to purchase his B+ isolate on agar as well, because my previous transaction went smoothly, and I wanted to see what the real deal isolate looks like!
That transaction went swiftly; agar dish arrived carefully packaged in a few days. Let me tell you, his isolate is indeed an isolate, and it's stunningly beautiful! He clearly put in the months of transfers he says.
Phos4Loxy also answered any questions I had regarding my purchase and growing. Top notch. He knows what he's doing.
I'll definitely be a repeat customer :)
-
Thanks for the great words whathappened:) Just to let ya know, I found a better site to host the images I'm pretty sure. Check out the new links on the old posts:)
-
where to start........maybe Phos is God? ya...thats a good place to start! This guy is fucking amazing. I ordered stuff(under a different name) and holy shit he blew me out of the water. Answered all my questions, and took the time to even give me step by step instructions. I also ordered from someone else (J*******K) and got both orders the same day...the other guys shit is only a quarter size piece of mycelium and Phos is almost completely colonized! This guy is the shit! I literally think their was more spore than water in the syringe. I can go on and on and on! Im sure Phos you know who this is even under a different name just by the endless conversations we had! You are the man and I love you in a total heterosexual shroom infused way!
-
Well now, I don't know about being God, maybe a lesser deity;) But I really just like to take pride in my work. I figure if I let the petri dishes culture out fully before I send them, I'll be able to spot any contamination that may form around the side easier. Also, I can't hate on jlink at all, I've never ordered from him, but he has been on the webs for quite a while providing spores and isolates for people. He's also very active on forums, and he's got his own site with good info and stuff:) I can undercut his prices though, as I do feel that they're a little high. If you've got the equipment, it's just as easy to make an isolate syringe as it is spore syringes. Actually, probably a little easier. If you've already got a good isolate program going for growing your shrooms, then you just take one of your extra petri dishes, and make some syringes. You don't have to take extra spore prints or anything like that. Also, to me, it just seems like an isolate would inherently be actually sterile except for the mycelium/agar that's in it. A spore syringe leaves way more room for contamination. Mushrooms aren't totally sterile, and can't be, so when you set it on a petri or foil to take your print, there's always the likelihood that the mushroom cap itself may house spores other than the psilocybe's.
-
I just wanted to hop in and say that Phos is a great seller
High quality communication through the whole process (even though SR blacked out)
The syringes look perfect, I can see little chunks of substrate floating around too, although I'm sure their true beauty won't become apparent until I've colonized my jars.
Major Props Phos! :D
-
Thanks Ensine99:) I never get tired of compliments 8)

THIS IS FREE, BUT YOU CAN ALWAYS TIP ME BY SENDING SOME COINS TO Phos4Loxy WITHIN SR HERE:) I WOULD JUST RATHER PEOPLE START WITH REAL GROWING INSTEAD OF THE CLASSIC PF. THIS IS JUST AS EASY, AND WAY MORE PROFITABLE AND FUN FOR YOU AND YOUR FRIENDS.
That's right, grow a pound of shrooms within two months. No flow hood or glove box required. You'll be using bulk technique without all of the really expensive and time consuming work. If you know how to do your own transfers, via glove box, shmuv box, or flow hood, that's even better, you'll really be able to make the most of this guide:) With only two of my isolate syringes and some simple to acquire, fairly cheap equipment, you could be poppin off $1,000 dollars or more worth of wholesale priced mushrooms. I charge 150 per ounce or 500 a quarter pound. You can't beat this deal with a stick:) I'll help, and walk you through parts if you need me to as well. I shouldn't need to though, as I have made this guide very simple. I've wasted a lot of time and money piddling around with other teks and whatnot from the internet. Don't waste yours, or stop wasting yours now, start producing bulk, and making some real money from just a little work. The way the pro's do:) So, after lot's of debating with myself about information, and freedom, I decided to go ahead and help out the world overgrow the government:) I know that I may not be able to keep up with the syringe orders once I release this guide, but hopefully in the next couple of months I'll be able to:) I assure you, it'll be well worth the wait, and it'll give you some time to gather all of the necessary equipment and supplies to do this:) And here it is:
+++++++List++++++++++
-------Silkroad--------
Phos4Loxy brand isolate syringes;)
-------Local natural food store---------
Soft white winter wheat berry
Hard red winter wheat berry
Normal rye berry
-------Local big brand store----------
Silicone,
Pressure Cooker,
2x Sterilite 50gal grey tubs (they'll take the heat of pasteurization),
2x tubs about 15gal sized,
Cheap, round, very open laundry baskets, drill 15-20 holes in the bottom of these,
Clear trash bags that will fit just over the whole basket (when fruiting),
Black trash bags that will fit just in the basket (as a liner),
King sized white pillow cases,
Hydrogen peroxide - 3%,
Spray bottle,
Food dehydrator (For harvesting:),
Narrow mouth, quart sized mason jars,
Thick rubber (possibly dishwashing?) gloves,
-------Online retailer of mushroom cultivation supplies--------
Narrow mouth, plastic, autoclave safe lids,
Wide mouth, synthetic filter discs, (you could also use polyfill, polyester pillow filling from a hobby store.)
Anhydrous gypsum,
-------Local beauty supply store------------
Aluminum foil squares (used for dyeing hair),
It's way easier than ripping off a bunch of little pieces of foil from a roll:)
-------Local nursery, co-op, field----------
Hi-Yield Hydrated Lime, Regular hydrated lime will work as well if you can't find Hi-Yield. Just don't use as much.
Sphagnum peat moss, Dried, shredded, pressed,
Wheat straw,
Small perlite (not necessary, but helps a lot),
Egg shells (not necessary, but helps a lot),
Dry horse poop (not necessary, but helps a lot),
Bicycle tire inflated to max (pretty necessary for breaking up the grains in the jars),
+++++++Room Temp to me is somewhere between 68F, and 78F+++++++++
The surface of a mushroom basket, at the base of the mushrooms, when in full fruit, can be almost 90F or more, and that's growing in an air-conditioned room at 68F. Keep that in mind. A mushroom colony this large can really put off some fucking heat, enough to nearly cripple the basket in terms of producing a secong flush, so baby the first flush.
+++++++Spawn Production+++++++
Drill a quarter inch hole on one side of your lid, fill this hole with a nice blob of silicone. Drill a 3/4 inch to 1 inch hole on the other side of your lid, cut out a piece of a filter disk that's a little bit bigger than the hole you drilled, then silicone that to the lid very well. You could also fill this hole tightly with wadded up polyfill. Let these dry for a few days so that the silicone can cure decently before being ran through the pressure cooker.
Take your clean mason jars, and add 1/3 of a cup each of your Hard Red, Soft White, and Rye Berries. To that, add 1/4 tsp. each of Anhydrous Gypsum and Hydrated Lime, put on a normal lid, and shake this to evenly distribute these powders. Add 150ml of water (tap water works just as good as any other water source from what I've seen) to your jar, and once again, shake. Tap the jar down on a towel so the grains stuck at the top slide down the side to the bottom. Remove the normal lid, and wipe down the inside and outside of the Mason jar's mouth. Screw on your specially made lid fairly tightly, you don't want this to come off for at least a month in other words, even while beating it on a tire. Place a square of aluminum foil over the lid and the top half of the Mason jar. Place your jars in the pressure cooker, add water, lube seal, and pressure cook at 15psi for 99 minutes (that's after the rocker gets goin). Let this cool enough to drop most pressure, release the steam, and pull out the jars while they're still a little warm. Let them cool enough to be able to hold on to them with some thick rubber gloves on. Whack your jar of sterilized grain on your tire a few times until pretty much all of the big chunks of grain have been broken into individual grains. Let these jars sit and cool for at least 24 hours before inoculating.
Take your isolate syringe, unplug the syringe, and install the needle. Sterilize the needle with a candle or butane lighter by holding it over the flame until it glows red all the way to the plastic. Let cool for a split second, then shove the needle into the small hole in your lid, and push in about 1cc of the syringe's fluid. Then shake the jar around for a minute to distribute the tiny pieces of mycelium. One syringe should inoculate around 12 jars. Keep in mind however, the more you add, the faster and stronger your jar will take off. Remember to sterilize your needle in between each jar. After inoculation, shake the shit out of the jars and get that mycelium all up in it.
Let these jars sit for at least a week in a dark, room temperature location. Don't even look at them for a week. After one week passes, check them out. They should have mycelium running all throughout the jar. If a jar isn't colonizing all throughout, try to beat the jar around on a tire for a minute to redistribute the newly grown mycelium so it can spread faster. Even if everything is going good, beat them on the tire, and spread the mycelium, it really helps at this point. If you see any other color besides white mycelium growing, it is bad, throw it away. Sometimes the mycelium can bruise blue to green slightly, but this is totally different looking than other shit growing alongside or on the mycelium's colony. They can also develop a golden clear liquid in the jar too. This is just the mushroom's excrement, it's ok.
After about two or three weeks, your jars will be totally colonized and ready to be spawned into some substrate :)
+++++++Pasteurization of Your Substrate+++++++
If you have horse poop, break it up as much as you can, the finer the better. Fill up about half of a 15gal tub with the poop, fill up the other half with peat moss, as fine as you can get it. Add a few cups of perlite, and if you have it, a couple of cups of crushed egg shell, then mix this all up very well. Put this in a pillow case and tie it off.
Take your wheat straw and chop it up into 2-4 inch pieces. Take your time, take breaks, and do small handfuls, so you're not having to saw through the straw, and so you won't get blisters on your fingers :) Fill up a pillow case of this golden goodness, packed in fairly tightly, and tie it off. Also, while you're getting your wheat straw, if they let you pick it out, make sure you get the bale that is nice and golden with big pieces of straw stems. You don't want it to be really green from nitrogen, and you don't want it to be black or moldy on any sides or in the middle.
Take your big tubs and line one with as thick a blanket as you can, set the other tub on top of the blanket, it will get nasty, so don't use one that you care about. Use both of the lids as one, you can't really tape them, but just stack the lids on top of each other. This will help to keep the heat in while you pasteurize.
Boil as much water as you can at once. I use all four burners on my stove for this. Let it boil for a few minutes before you pour it into the tub. Fill up about half way with boiling water, then add about 1/4 of a cup of lime, and stir it in. Place your pillow cases of substrate into the hot water. VERY CAREFULLY push these down with a stick or something and try to squeeze the air out, and get water into the pillow cases. Start a timer for two hours. Keep boiling water and adding it to the tubs throughout the two hours to keep the temperature up. After the two hours is up, put on your thick rubber gloves, and pull the pillow cases out of the water. I like to use the 15gal tubs for putting the pillow cases in and dragging them to the bathroom. Put the pillow cases in your clean bathtub, and let them drain and cool for at least 12 hours.
+++++++Spawning Mycelium into Substrate+++++++
WEAR GLOVES FOR THIS
Beat your jars on a tire to break up the massive chunks of mycelium in them. Line your basket with a black trash bag. Place about a two inch layer of wheat straw on the bottom, then add half a jar of mycelium. On top of this add about a one inch layer each of poo dirt, then straw, 1/2 jar mycelium, poo dirt, until your basket is about full. Pack the top of this lightly and evenly to get a good level surface. In each basket, I like to add between three and five jars of grain. The more you add, the better it does. I've also just mixed all of the stuff up while I was adding it in and it seems to work just the same if not better sometimes.
Tie off the top of the trash bag, and poke about 6x one inch holes in the top. Poke about 12-16 one inch holes or slits on the sides, and take a coat hanger or something and poke out the holes in the bottom of the bag. This will allow them enough oxygen to breathe, but will protect them from tons of spores. Set these in your closet on some clean towels or plastic, as they will piss out of the bottom, and all over your shit :( Gimme some of that poo poo, gimme some of that pee pee, got my mushrooms a growin, and them spores I am throwin:)
Once again, don't even look at these for a week. Light will do nothing but inhibit mycelial growth. That being said, fan your closet door once a twice a day for a minute. After a week, check them out. Look for any white fuzzy patches that obviously aren't mushroom mycelium. If you have lots of this, and very little shroom stuff, you made your top layer too thick. Make it a little more thin next time. It's probably just cobweb mold, and will die off once the mycelium takes over, and you place them into fruiting conditions. Put on gloves and pull out any bad stuff. If you have any green shit growing, they're pretty much done for. You may be able to set them outside, and let nature take care of them. But nature may not as well :( Let these incubate for at least another week. Check them every couple of days for nasties growing. Once there's mycelium all over the sides and you see what looks like fans of it poking out of the top everywhere, you'll fruit these babies.
+++++++Fruiting of the Baskets+++++++
Cut off the top of your trash bag, and put a new, clear trashbag upside down on top of the whole basket. Cut a hole in the top of it about two inches long or so. You want fresh air to be able to exchange, but you don't want to lose too much humidity through it. Set one side of the bag under the bottom of the basket. Between the heat from the basket and the air from the fan, I've had bags fly off of the baskets if they weren't held down. Place your baskets on some plastic or towels in a room where they get decent sunlight from the window, fluorescent lights and grow lights work well too. The sun is a nice free alternative if you can find it anywhere though ;) Make sure they get between 12 and 20 hours of light per day, on a steady cycle. As long as they're in that cycle they will fruit. Make sure there's a fan in the room to circulate air. This all works at room temperature as well.
Mix one cup of hydrogen peroxide per gallon of water. Use this mixture to spray down the baskets pretty good twice a day. You'll be able to tell if they're too wet or dry by how the top looks. If all goes well, you should see pins start to develop after a week to 2 1/2 weeks. A few days after this, and your first flush is normally done. I wait until most of the veils are starting to rupture to harvest my shrooms. You get a lot more of a yield, and they are just as potent as if you had of harvested them 12 hours before while they were all closed. If you let them go too long after the veils have ruptured though, like a day or more, you'll actually start to lose your harvest as the shroomies start to get all nasty and die. Pick all of these cute lil' shroomies off your basket, dump the mushroom cake out of the basket, and get all the shrooms off the sides and bottom too. Soak them in the bath tub for around 4 hours, and then put them back in the baskets and fruit again. Normally after the second harvest on these bulk batches, they're done. If, however, you break them up and put 'em outside, and throw some dirt on top, you'll normally get a few more ounces off of them before they're just compost :)
*******Drying Your Shrooms*******
*******And Eating Them***********
***********(-:@ :-P*************
Take all your shrooms and put them on the dehydrator. Let this run for 16 hours. Normally the smaller to medium sized ones will be done by now. The big ones and REALLY big ones won't be done for another 8 hours normally. Let these motherfuckers get DRY. The drier they are the more punch they pack per gram, the easier they are on peoples stomachs, and the longer they last in storage.
+++++++Storing Your Shrooms+++++++
Take your shrooms and put them in some tupperware. Take a half pint, wide mouth, short (special looking) Ball mason jar, and cut out a good sized hole and silicone some of your synthetic filter disk to it. Inside of the jar, fill with damprid from your local store, and screw the lid on very tightly. You may wanna put some tape around the band of the jar too. Place this homemade desiccant pack in your tupperware with your shrooms to keep them super dry for a very long time.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This should make 4-5 healthy baskets.
Enjoy your many mesmerizing mushy adventures :)

ordered the Maz isolate, will report back with a review of the vendor and product :)
-
I got the Mazapatec syringe from Phos and can report back with a positive review. It has been exactly one week since I knocked up a few small grain jars and there is definitely strong growth going. It took almost 4 days for any growth to show up at all, which was a bit worrying at first, but now there is definitely mycellium in there, colonizing the grains.
kwmi
-
I have to say out of all the vendors, Phos is THE best! I've had everything always show up on time and intact.
He even goes out of his way to ensure satisfaction. Have no fear ordering from him!!!
(I'm just about to place a good size order, and no worries at all)
-
Thanks guys:) kwmi, ensine, jakey, how's y'alls' colonies goin'? Anybody else that I've shipped to have success stories?
-
This is one of the most POWERFUL and FAST colonizing strains I have ever seen! This mycelium gets a hold of the substrate and just TAKES OFF! Jars were 70% and shook them and 2 days later not only had they recovered they were finished colonizing like white snow!
So far so good, will be spawning to my bulk soon, can't wait to watch this stuff smash through some coir!
-
He he:) Yeah, those Mazatapec's take right the fuck once you spawn them into your substrate too. They'll fully colonize a 12"x12"x4" tray and start to pin in a week. Just remember to put a casing layer of plain, pasteurized or sterilized, peat moss on top of your substrate as soon as they're fully colonized, right before they start to pin:) You're gonna be blown away at the speed of fruit production on those MAZ man. Have fun workin' kwmi
-
That is no joke. I spawned 6 qts of rye spawn to 1 brick of coir (split into 3 trays) yesterday. Had a bit of extra coir so I put it into a 1 qt jar with some spawn and THAT is already taking off! I'm going to check my trays in 3-4 days and see how they are going and will probably have to start fruiting soon since I used such a high spawn ratio.
As for casing, I'm probably not going to case because last time I cased I got a massive trich problem. I think my growroom might be compromised and I've heard coir by itself is pretty resistant to contams, so gonna keep it simple and see where that gets me.
You gonna have any more of the B+ syringes? Would like to buy one just to have the culture in my collection.
kwmi
-
Well I wanted to post some pictures, but it doesn't seem that any of the image hosts I use are currently working :-/
The Jars I've produced colonize quickly, we then shift them into tubs.
After working our way through a maze of different issues with molds we finally have two good bins which are starting to pin and a 3rd about a week away (each bin is 24x12x5 of colonized rye substrate)
Everything is looking great, and I'm looking forward to harvesting these little devil's in a few days :)
