Title: Extending due date of an order
Post by: Addy on April 13, 2012, 03:37 am
I placed an order for an overseas item a few weeks ago, and less than a day from now the SR admin will step in and resolve the matter. I proposed the resolution that the due date be extended by a few days, in case it's still in the mail. I'm wondering, is there a chance this request will be denied? And if it isn't denied, will it still trigger "auto finalize," in terms of buyer history? I'm proud of my 0% refund/auto finalize record, and I hope it's not tarnished as a result of this.

I'd rather not discuss other options with my vendor at this moment, as I don't want a refund (since I'm opposed to the idea of refunds most of the time anyway) and I don't want it reshipped (since I doubt it'll come the second time). I'll probably end up sucking it up and just losing the two coins I spent on the order.

Thanks in advance for all input.

Probably just going to have to suck it up mate. What did you order by the way?
