So I have never used silk road before..When I register for an account it asks for a Withdrawal PIN... What is that? yea i know i am a complete noob..

it is a PIN or second password that is different than your login password that you use to make purchases/withdrawals. it was implemented to stop phishers from having access to your bitcoins if you logged in from a hidden wiki link. REMEMBER IT or you will have 7 days of sadness waiting for it to be reset.

I see a lot of people with pin reset issues. I keep all my "stuff" like this on a steganos LockNote (free) with a mile long password that I never write down (don't forget that!). I then change the locknote extension to a .jpg extension, I then put that into a password protected rar file, change that extension to .txt, everytime I update it, I put it in the cloud. That way I can access all that "stuff" from anywhere and it's impossible to crack.
This is also where I keep all my vendors contact information, complete with their keys. Should SR ever go dark, the party continues.
