Post by: greenhaus on September 04, 2013, 01:40 am
I'm not sure if this is optional or what but it seems completely unsafe to me. Why is this even displayed?

to keep vendors from padding feedback or attacking one another with shill accounts. dpr put ranges in and used aliases, prob the only sensible thing hes done since taking over.

It may be the actual username, it is up to the user to configure an alias if they don't want their username showing with the current system (I think it may warn them they haven't set an alias the first time they post something before it shows up as their username).
