i see a large number of people leaving in their feedback that they finalized early because auto-finalization was about to occur.
just so everyone is aware, you should not generally finalize if your order has not arrived. you are paying for the service of escrow and should take full advantage of the protection.
just click "resolve" and you can then set how many day extra you want to wait, still in escrow... believe it or not. not an automatic refund or anything like that, always more waiting
no reason to risk losing your money, if my package hasnt arrived im not gonna finalize... and neither should you. starve the scammers with smarts
be safe - love you all

Agree with the notion of NEVER FE FOR ANYONE FOR ANY REASON!
Escrow and The Resolution Centre are there to use and prevent vendor's scamming you.
Buyers, remember to Finalize your order as soon as it arrives to be fair to the vendor. :)

Being new to the site, with under 10 purchases, sellers have me FE, or they won't send. Not easy being a newcomer...

this can be avoided by working initially with vendors who only work in escrow, and/or contacting vendor beforehand
that little message can make all the difference, it seems

I'm new too and just made my first purchase a couple days ago....I wasn't asked to FE so there's some vendors who are okay with newbies ordering. There's also a few trusted vendors (in each category) who list on their selling pages that they welcome new buyers.
