I am a newb so please forgive me if I am missing something obvious.
A few days ago, I placed my first order on SR with a seller who has very high feedback, so I figured it was safe and likely to be problem free. The problem is, that the order is still showing "processing". I cant cancel the order, I have sent messages to the seller, and have had no response.
I see another seller has the same product for roughly the same price. I would like to order from the other seller as apparently the first seller is MIA.
What can I do to get the funds out of escrow, cancel the original order due to no response and place a new order with the second seller?

Hello flywithme,
Hover with pointer over cancel button, you'll see some additional info. If I remember correctly vendor has 72 hours to process your order, after that you can hit 'cancel' and get your coins back.
Cheers,
Bob

Thanks for the reply. I have done what you suggested and the context pop up says this option will be available in 3 days.
I was sure it had been 3 days, but I guess I have a few more hours. Its a shame, I thought I was going to be able to place an order without any problems. The seller is located in the same country as me and it seemed to be ideal. I will now have to place an international order.
Thanks again for the help!

I'm afraid you'll have to wait 3 more days, because that pop-up info is real time. Yea, it sucks when vendors go afk for a longer time without any warning. I like how DutchShow, for example has a current status info in his profile. Now that's professionalism! :)

Well doesn't the "in processing" stay that way for a max of 4 days?
So either you must have placed that order in the last 24 hours, or something's amiss. If you're 100% it's been three days since you ordered, and if someone confirms the "in processing" only stays there 4 days before you can cancel, you should mention it to tech support maybe...
