Indica typically gives a strong body high, heavy limbs, couch lock etc.. If you just wanna mong-out, stare at the TV all night then fall asleep, indica is the way to go. Great for videogames, movies, chilling out.

Sativa typically gives a strong cerebral high, makes you feel happy, energized, creative, talkative and expressive. You're far more likely to go walkabout and chat, or paint a picture etc..  while high on sativa.

Some strains are a mix of the two, some are almost entirely one or the other.

Personally I prefer Indica. I want my weed to knock me on my arse after a long day,  not force me to get up and "do stuff". lol

There are thousands of strains.  www.leafly.com would be a good start.  They have information on many of the currently popular strains.

Sativa - heady high (day time energetic stress relief)
Indica - body high (night time sleepy pain relief)

Sativa's tend to be better when you want a buzz but have to deal with stupid people and need to be able to think clearly.  Indica's are better for when you don't want to think and need to manage pain or nausea issues.  Either are great as they get you high :).

If your wondering how you can identify them then it can be hard but in a perfect world Sativa's normally smell sweet and fruity, Indicas will normally smell strong and have a sweet or sour earthy aroma.

Of course with all the hybrids out there identifying only by smell isn't good but generally will give you an idea.

Cheeses' tend to be sativa dominant but you never know with all the different hybrids for it.  Strains that have a fruit in their name like blueberry, will most likely be sativa dominant.  So if your looking for pure sativa, sour diesel and jack herer are the only two I can say I've had an enjoyed.

You should do a search for blueberry sativa dominant, there are so many strains out there no one can ever be wrong, so no worries man.  I have no doubt there is also purely blueberry indica type strain out there.  I was only trying to point out if it has a fruity name, it may have a fruity smell which could indicate sativa dom.
