Been shipping meds around the world for few years now. Never had an issue with asking customer to sign for package (It comes via registered mail). But here on SR some people wont buy it if signature is required. How does signing for package make you responsible for content of it? I dont ship hardcore drugs just regular prescription meds.

I didn't get that either and also raised this question in another thread. As far as I can see, I'm responsible for the content the moment I know what it is. Signing or not signing shouldn't matter. Someone mentioned in another thread to put 'unexamined' next to your autograph.
For the difference drugs vs prescription meds: in many countries it's legal to buy and use prescription meds, even if you don't have a prescription from a doctor. It's only illegal to sell those meds in case you don't have the prescription, license, etc. Drugs are usually illegal to sell, buy and use. Those are the ones you don't want to be caught with in your mail.
