Title: BUSTED BY LE!
Post by: Soprano on October 31, 2012, 01:19 pm
The amount of posts (new accounts) I've been reading of late of people being busted just reeks of LE trying to scare the community.

Don't be fooled, wrap your tool, and use it wisely.

I'm watching you LE...

I also believe that this could be/is occuring as a method of instilling turmoil/panic into the community. Another tactic I believe they may use is attempting to sabotage vendors by purchasing and leaving negative feedback, etc. to prevent people from purchasing with confidence; Although this woudn't work with larger, well known vendors.

the number of people who actually DO get busted that don't come back to SR forums to talk about it > the number of fake posts about getting busted.

People get busted.  Don't get complacent.

You're absolutely right, but I'm just warning people not to feel intimidated. Provided they've taken the necessary precautions the risks are minimal.
