Pills have to be pressed under thousands of pressure in psi, you also need micro crystal cellulose which is around £30 a kilo. To be able to make pills you really do need an industrial press. If your looking to make some homemade pills then they will fall apart. Unless you mix a bit of saliva in with the cellulose and then apply pressure, might sound strange but it forms a more of a solid tablet if done that way. Don't forget if you are using these metals and hammering dies into whatever invention you have made, metal particles will be pressed into the pill, which will not be very healthy. If your putting all this effort and time into the pills they might as well be for display or your own consumption, you will go through to much work to make one pill when it does not even take a second with an industrial press. Die cast logo's are not cheap either. If you are wanting one for a machine they have to be specially made. If you want to press pills you should sell other stock on SR and invest in a press. Only costs a couple k. Good luck with your pressings and i hope you don't hurt yourself in the process.
