Title: Refund?

Hey I was just wondering if anyone could help me understand what happened..
I ordered something over a week ago and it never came, so I messaged the seller saying I'd still finalize if i could have the DCN to see what happened. "He" is away at the moment. I got a message from SR saying, "we've noticed you haven't finalized.. you might want to do that." Then today I have the money back in my account, message from SR saying, "we have fixed this situation to 100% refund  we hope you both find it satisfying." (or whatever they say).
I never clicked "resolve," and I don't think the seller read my letter... Just wondering if anyone knows how this happened? Not that I'm complaining that I got my BTC back, I'm just confused.

it sounds like the seller has had his account closed and SR admins have stepped in and refunded all outstanding orders...

unfortunately i think it does, it counts as a refund...!

no it doesn't count against refund i had similar situation with a scammer 100% refund and no fucked up stats also never finalize early don't be such a sucker for these vendors excuses

my refund rate was sitting at 3.99%, and a vendor cancelled my order, my refund rate then jumped up to 4.17%...!!!

i fot this was bcos he cancelled the order and refunded my money, was this not the case...? or is it different rules if the vendors acc has been closed and not just refunded by the vendor..?

Yeah, I figured that.. I was just giving some background because the second message was right after that message.


Would that effect your stats then though?

It didn't effect my stats, I think because I didn't "resolve" (and I think neither did the seller, if sellers can do that?, because he's away in stealth mode and has yet to read my message), it just happened. I did check immediately to see if my stats were messed up (I was going to go through with payment to avoid having bad stats) and I keep checking every time I log on to make sure it hasn't changed hah
