so about 9-10 days ago i ordered a G of the Girlscout cookies BHO from 420Connections, this was my second order with them, the first went without any delays or issues and i had my product 3 days from my order date, as well as timely communication from vendor.. Well this time has been totally different. Its going on 10+ days since my order was marked "in transit" and i have sent 3 messages now asking if there was something wrong, could i get tracking info, or at least a heads up saying it would be coming soon or they would maybe re ship..I GOT 0 response for the last 5 days since i sent the first message questioning where my product was.
I normally would ask for a reship on product but since i cant get any communication or even a hey guy it will be there in a day answer from them i sent a message requesting a REfund... i hope i get a reply back otherwise i have 2 days until i can open resolution and dammit im kinda tired of waiting.
anyone else having these issues with them, they have near perfect feedback and well over 300+ sales, i just dont get it:( :o :'(

you have to done what needs to be done , good thing is your product is still in escrow, so take them to resolution, atleast if nothing else SR support will see that nothing has been done and will get you your refund.
