Hi everybody ;D
Quick question. I forgot my PIN and after 5 guesses my account and ability to buy anything got locked.
I got sent a message from SRoad in regards to my PIN being reset, but I can't open the message and read it.
Is that normal?

lately yes. it just says that your PIN has been reset, and to reply to the message in 7 days. but since you can't read it, you can't reply.....but if you message support (bottom right hand corner)then check your sent messages and read the message you just sent, their message to you will be displayed under your "reply"

had the same problem also.got locked out
seems it takes a long long time for reply .my seven days passed now i cant even log into account ??????
and bitcoins in account also..
what do i do..

my problem is worse. Every time I login on SR always tells me to change the pin and insert the correct one even if he tells me error. I have to re-enter user and pass to enter... and finally, login ok

Seems like Silk Road are having some authentication issues these days.

i wouldnt mind .
as i can log into second account no problem every time.
my main account is impossible..jusy keeps telling me to log in every time and failed.
nothing has changed..and after another day waiting no response at all from SR.
beginning to think newbe is likely to get scammed..
