Title: Resolution Process Question

For the first time in 30 transactions, I am unfortunately forced to go through the resolution center process.  I submitted my percent refund requested (100 of course) and gave a detailed comment describing the situation.  The vendor only communicated with me in the beginning when I was submitting questions about the product, then I purchased and thankfully didn't FE.  I notice it was hedged so hopefully I'll receive my 100% refund I deserve.  Any suggestions?  Now do I just wait for a reply from SR?  I even copied and pasted the original communication in my comments in the resolution center.  Please advise - Thank you!
