Title: Talk about customer satisfaction... Holy shit Zeus(BronzeFidelity)
Post by: Caparino on April 14, 2012, 04:04 am
So it started about a week ago. I called upon BronzeFidelity/Reseller/Zeus's services to do a moneypak to BTC exchange. A couple days passed but no BTC, he kept me updated every step of the way. I found out something happened during his transfer of roughly 1500 BTC to his SR account and he was awaiting procession by DPR on this transaction. I came home today to find this message.

BronzeFidelity: "DPR said that the address wasn't a SR receiving address despite the fact I showed him conclsuive proof. I guess thats a few thousand dollars down the drain..

Anyways, I just sent you 20 coins."

And then he followed that by sending me an extra 20 coins. DESPITE NOT HAVING HIS BTC; he has reimbursed me for both the moneypak I spent AND compensated time with a few extra coins... and I mean EXTRA! By today, he's sent me $130 worth of BTC more than he was supposed to.

If you've got any money tied up with him, don't fret; you'll get your coins eventually. It's not his fault AND he's trying his damn hardest. There's a reason Zeus has 100% customer satisfaction. The guy just lost roughly 8 grand but he still paid me back in a time of crisis. Keep your faith strong people; the God of Gods won't let us down just yet!

P.S. I'm sorry Jesus, Zeus actually helped me in this lifetime but all you've left me is empty promises.

He's taking care of us best as he can. How would you react if you got fucked for 1500 BTC, while you were waiting for something to clear and then found out it isn't. You'd do your best to help your customers but anything outside your current ability, you can't really help.

Zeus has also sent me roughly half of my btcs with promise of the rest plus compensation as well, by the end of the day yet nothing here. i do feel for his story, and after much improved communication i am more than assured he will get us all covered.

maybe issuing deadlines is nice to appease customers in the short term but when you can't deliver then it makes it worst. just a tip for future

You realize his deadlines were based off of DPR's deadlines right?

Im not upset at the fact that he is passed the many deadlines that he told me. I am upset about the lack of communication in telling me whats going on. Instead of telling me "within 12 hours" just explain to me the situation. I am very patient when it comes to waiting. But telling me three different times for  when the deposit will be made,  and not explaining the delay is not good. As a customer I expect to be updated when theirs delays. Im not asking for his life story but a quick " hey im currently behind on orders" Or  " got screwed with a btc deposit"  I would of been perfectly fine with that.

I sent up a special order for myself with a vendor telling him Ill be ready to pay by friday. And now I look like a fucking idiot and lost the deal that I was looking for.

Just like Chief said, setting deadlines and missing them is no way to do business. I would of been happy if he just would of told me of his situation. I hope he compensates me for this order. I wish to do business with this vendor but its hard to when the communication is not all the way there.

I do wanna say Zues was great with answering my questions before I gave him my MoneyPak.  But after giving him the number everything went south.  I Hope everything works out for you Zues. But for the future you should let your clients know what the deal is.

Perfectly understandable.
