USPS has cheated me out of a 300$ money pak. Dont trust this vendor/.

Likewise. Saw his listing for MP2BTC and sent a $50 MoneyPak to him.
Minutes later his account seems to be in stealth mode or something, I can't view his profile or listings at all.

I'm pissed that I got scammed but am also thankful that it was so little. Learning experience, for sure. Just sucks that it was my first transaction on the Road and already I'm fucked over.

The vendor had 100% positive feedback from 34 transactions, just goes to show.

Sorry man, I feel your pain :-\

yep it seems that he just takes peoples orders and either goes stealth or just makes some excuse and cancels the order after hes cashed out so i cant even leave a review to warn people. he can choke on a big fat hairy fungus cock.

Any mod that would like to investigate this can have access to my Silk Road account to view messages, see the order etc. - it's a throwaway as I've not made any other transactions and have not compromised myself. PM me, administration. I have screenshots as well.

Hopefully whatever is in this guy's escrow can be reversed and kept by SR, as this guy clearly doesn't need it.

Hes still in escrow with me at the moment but another vendor has confirmed that he cashed out my moneypak. this is the excuse he game me.

USPS    As you may of found out SR has been having some issues. Well now my account isnt receiving bitcoins or sending them properly. I have the coin but my account isnt acting properly. I didnt know the site was fucked up, my account keeps going into vacation mode, orders are getting canceled even though im not canceling them, and the quantities of my listings are adjusting themselves or something. As soon as its fixed I will take care of you, I am sorry about this    9 hours    read

I'm trying to think if there is some way to report this guy to Greendot and get his card invalidated.. However there's no proof I could actually show them due to the nature of SR.

microrna started a moneypak warning thread that you guys should check it out. I think it's in the security forum. Maybe it's time for moneypak transactions to either be off limits, or any vendor who offers them will be assumed a scammer anyhow. WAY too risky for me, personally.

USPS has 30+ great reviews and I was told he was A trustworthy vendor, I sent him 650 for 60 bitcoins, He fucking responded to every message till I gave him the number, said he was working on it. Now he has not responded to any of my messages and I can no longer see his vendor account. All I can do is send him A message, How can the silk road allow him to be A vendor still with all of these coments of him being A scammer, money pack is giving me his personal info so I can go fucking beat the shit off of this pussy. Anyone wants his personal info once I get it let me know And we will break some bones together.

A bunch of vendors were talking about a glitch in SR forcing them into stealth mode the other day.
Relax, take a deep breath, and proceed calmly.  I hope that's all this is.

Moneypak to BTC is wack.

Don't get me wrong, it can be done..  But that shit comes with way too much anxiety, and I refuse to recommend it to anyone.

Bitinstant or Blue Sky traders FTW!!

Can't go wrong with BlueSkyTraders. Guy has been around awhile, 100 percent feedback and gets you your coins in a hour!

Lovelifelovelife chill out, understand that silkroad is no different from buying drugs from your local street dealer. Do not use money you arnt prepared to lose. This isn't a game and life is full of greedy motherfuckers, always stay careful.

I ordered something from him earlier last week on the tip of some good product reviews.  I have not received my product, but if I don't, then I have not lost much money.  In fact, I'd say that my loss from USPS is probably made up in the other great, legit vendors who have excellent pricing on stuff for which I would pay significantly more locally.

I hope that others could find the some peace in this crappy situation, and that those of us who sent sensitive information to them are not worrying. :)

Peace, FD. <3
