Right now many people release early, before they actually know the status of an order, quality, delivery success, etc. So they can't actually give useful feedback, and just leave a "5/5 early release for trusted vendor" or the like.
This is detrimental to everyone, because sellers don't get realistic feedback and info on arrival times, and buyers don't get accurate feedback info either.
So I suggest that the UI acknowledge that people release early, and have a great big notice on the feedback UI that says "if you released early, please DO NOT fill in the feedback until you actually receive the product and can comment on its quality".
This is separate from whether people *should* release early or not; I just think we should acknowledge that they do, and make it not hurt the quality of reviews.

simple solution would be to edit the feedback once the goods have been received :)

There are just too many "Finalize Early Trusted Seller" feedback, which are worthless IMO.
