I find that my deposits usually show up after six confirmations (or there abouts) which is around ~1.5-2hr but this is just my experience, on rare occasions it can take up to 48hr.
Plop in your SR deposit address into blockchain.info and see if the coins are in it and how many confirmations the transaction has.
Once the money is in your account you can just add the product to your cart and check out. You can even try it now, it will take you to the last step where it will say "insufficient balance".
Your PIN is there for two-factor authentication, it's used to withdraw BTC from your SR account to a bitcoin address, to do direct member-to-member BTC transfers and to purchase products. The idea here is that even if someone manages to steal/hack/guess your password, they won't be able to do much damage without knowing your PIN. Keep it safe.
Cool?

i had to fe early with supertrips but now my order has disappeared , is this normal ?

Anyone ??

Pressing "finalize" is akin to telling SR that you've received your package, which is why the order "disappeared". Finalize = "I got it, thanks!" = order done.
Once you finalize there's no way to get your money back.
From now on the only thing you can do is contact the vendor and ask them whether they've shipped.
