1. NO PORNOGRAPHY:
You agree and understand that your UniTech hosting account is not to be used for the hosting of pornographic material. This includes both images and videos. Any material that displays nudity, exposed genitals, and or sexual activity of any person or persons of any age is considered pornographic.

2. NO STREAMING AUDIO OR VIDEO:
You agree and understand that your UniTech hosting account is not to be used for the streaming of Audio or Video files. You may however embed audio or video into your pages provided they are hosted on an external server. YouTube embeds for an example.

3. NO FILE SHARING OR DOWNLOAD SERVICES:
You agree and understand that your UniTech hosting account is not to be used for file sharing or for download services. UniTech is a web host, not a file server. If you have material you would like your users to download other than the pages of your site themselves, you should upload them to another server and then link to them.

4. NO MALICIOUS SCRIPTS OR PROGRAMS:
You agree and understand that your UniTech hosting account is not to be used "to execute or run" malicious scripts and or programs. The term "Malicious script or Program" is defined as any script or program that is designed in a manner that affects or interferes with, or prevents the normal operation of TOR-SER and or any external servers. Denial of Service scripts, botnets, and poorly written scripts that cause excess lag are considered malicious.

5. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND OR TERMINATION:
You agree and understand that your UniTech hosting account may be suspended and or terminated as a result of you committing any of the above mentioned terms of service violations. You will be given one warning for each of the above mentioned terms before action will be taken against you. Failure to comply will result in account termination and the forfeiture of any paid services. UniTech does not issue refunds in the event of account closures due to terms of service violations.

6. LIMITED LIABILITY:
You agree and understand that UniTech is not responsible for, or in anyway associated with the content uploaded by users. You understand that you are fully responsible for and are the sole owner of any content you upload.

7. COMMERCE & TRADE:
You agree and understand that UniTech is not in any way associated with, responsible for, or the benefactor of any acts of trade or commerce engaged in by users and or visitors. UniTech does not endorse, support, recommended, or profit from any products and or services either purchased or sold by users and or visitors. UniTech does not in any way provide or maintain any form of electronic payment processing to its users. UniTech is not in anyway responsible for, or a party to any form of financial transaction between a 3rd party merchant provider, users and or visitors.

8. ACCOUNT RENEWAL / PAYMENTS:
You will be notified via email 1 week prior to your billing date. You will have 1 week to make payment if you wish to keep your account active. Hosting accounts are automatically suspended due to nonpayment but will be reactivated once payment has been made. If no payments are made for 90 days after your last billing date, your account will be deleted. In addition, you will be notified via email 1 week prior to your account being deleted.

9. POLICY CHANGES:
You understand and acknowledge that UniTech reserves the right to make changes, alterations, additions or subtractions to these terms of service and or privacy policy at its discretion at any time.

UniTech takes the privacy, and anonymity of it's users very seriously. UniTech servers do not collect, store, backup, log, transmit, or distribute any personally identifiable information about it's users or visitors. All server technical logs have such information nullified before its ever written to disk with only one exception as outlined below:

 

1. EMAIL ADDRESS:
UniTech does require you provide a working email address during account registration.

UniTech promises and agrees that your email address will only be used under the following conditions:
(A) To verify the email address is active during initial account registration.
(B) In response to a lost or forgotten password request.
(C) For billing and or service notifications.
(D) In response to customer service and or technical support related requests or issues.

UniTech promises that your email address will never be sold or provided to another party for any reason. In the event that your account is closed, terminated for nonpayment or terminated for a terms of service violation, all record of your email address will be deleted from our servers as well as any user uploaded data and or databases.
